I was pleased with the no pressure sales tactics and the knowledge of the inventory of Jake. He patiently worked with us while trying to determine our needs and price range. It was Jake who suggested that we test drive the Chevy Equinox. He pointed out that with the current rebate offered on the car we could be driving a new car that fit our needs for what we would pay for a good used car with 20 to 30 thousand miles. When we test drove the car we were sold. It was a perfect fit at a very good price. Thank you Jake and thank you Hansen Motor.

It's a dealership, I don't think they thrive on customer service, however these guys have always been good to me. What I mean by that is that they aren't always nice to deal with, but it's nice to deal with good and honest people. Thanks guys! Edit: I have to go a full 5 stars, these gentlemen have outdone themselves. No I didn't get a discount or any special treatment, honestly I still don't even have my truck back, but they have kept me in the loop the entire time. I'm not the easiest to reach on the phone, but even when my truck was holding up a lift, patience was the key and they have won every single ounce of my business!! You guys are awesome!!!!

I absolutely loved working with this dealership! Jake was fantastic and we definitely look forward to buying another vehicle from them. They made the process easy and accommodating from the very beginning. I live in Payson and traveled all the way to Brigham city to purchase my new blazer and I would do it all over again with the same dealership.

My husband just took my suburban to Hansen's Motor Company for an oil change and to have the brakes checked, they were vibrating when we applied the brakes. We needed to have them changed. After being replaced the brakes work great. I feel so much safer. Hansen's is our place to go. And our first choice when looking for a new vehicle.

This was the easiest process we have ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. Everything went smoothly, we were in and out in less than an hour. It took a little longer to get our car from them. it still needed to be detailed and have it looked over by the mechanics. We bought it as it was traded in. They did however fix everything they found. We even took it back when it started to make a new noise and they checked it all out again. They have done a really good job other than it was a slow process getting it through the shop and detail.

The short trip to Brigham City was worth it! Our salesman Jordan was the most congenial non pressuring individual you could ask for while purchasing a vehicle. They followed through on every request with the charm of a small town dealer. Everyone was personable and attentive to our needs. Hansen Motors is an absolute 10 in my book and I hope many more people take the drive to experience the difference!

I have purchased several cars from dealers and I usually feel like salespeople and management were slippery at best. Hansen's in Brigham City was like dealing with a bunch of friends. My salesman Jordan Read was terrific to deal with. He was honest and terrific to work with. I would highly recommend the extra drive to deal with these folks!! I will definitely purchase from them in the future! Dan Hansen was also great to deal with!!

I saw the Jeep I have been looking for on their ad. I filled out an application and within an hour received a phone call. We worked out a price and the financing all before I left my house. I live almost 2 hours away and the drive was well worth it. I work at another dealership and wish that we could take care of our customers as well as I was treated.

When my wife and I walked into hansen motors, We were greated by Greg Shephard. Greg treated us with respect right off the bat. I told him what I was looking for. He went the extra mile to help us. There wasd NO presure. I felt that Greg was giving us straight up answers. He never once tried to sell me a truck that I did not want. At closing of our deal We were also treatde real well. Thanks for treating me like I was a person. I love my truck.

My vehicle is a 2010 Tahoe LT. I brought it in for an oil change and to have 4 new tires mounted. The Service manager greeted me by name. My Salesmen Art Petersen came out and personally welcomed me to the shop. The service was excellent, the tires are great and I am very pleased with the attention and service I received at Hansen Motors. The dealership has a great feel to it! Art followed through with everything he promised. He was thorough, helpful and patient. I have bought from other dealerships and did not experience the same level of communication and commitment. Tyler also did a very nice job in F/I as he laid out the options and let us decide. Very good to deal with all the way around!

My truck broke down and I was stranded in Sardine canyon. Hansen's towing towed me back to Hansen's in Brigham City. Early the next day they diagnosed the problem, got the parts and got it put back together. They were friendly, quick and a good price! Definitely a company you can trust to buy a vehicle or have one serviced!

We found an AMAZING Cadillac online and inquired about it pretty late in the evening. Within a few minutes, we received a call back. Greg emailed us some information on the car. On a Saturday afternoon, we drove up to the dealership and took the car on a test drive. Greg was super nice and probably the best salesman we have ever come across. We told Greg what we could afford. And he was able to work with us. No haggling, no back and forth, just straight honesty. The paperwork was drawn up and were out the door in a matter of 15 minutes, seriously. The best car buying experience ever! Will definitely return and will send friends and family there!

When I go to Hansen Motors, the service department, especially Cody Varney. He know's what he's doing and does all he can to help me. He always has a smile and takes the time to talk to you and asks if there's anything else he can do.I made an appointment for an oil change and was running late, Cody didn't say a word about it, and got my car in ASP, there's always a smile on his face. He's awesome, and due to the Service Department I'd buy a car from Hansen Motor's. I refer others to them also.Thanks again!!!!!

My experience at Hansen Motor Company in Brigham City was wonderful. I have drove a Ford for many years and have always toyed with the idea of a Chevy but the cost difference has been what has kept me from switching. After finding a truck and talking with Art, he made me a deal that I couldn't refuse. I am completely satisfied.

Greg did an excellent job as a salesman. He went the extra mile but was not pushy. He was very knowledgable on all of the vehicles we were considering, even the automobile brands that Hansen's does not carry. I usually avoid car salesmen like the plague, but I would recommend Greg to any friends or family that are shopping for a vehicle. He made the car buying process very straight forward and pleasant. Which from my experience is very rare and amazing in the automobile industry. There should be more salesman like Greg! I will be using him again.

I rate Art Peterson and Hansen Motor on the TOP of the scale! I have purchased most of my vehicles From Hansen Motor. I purchased my first car, a 1957 Belair from Hansen Motor over 50 years ago. I travel over 100 miles each way to buy my cars and have them serviced. I trust them in every way! Art always has treated me with respect and I think of him as a friend who goes out of his way to make sure I'm satisfied in every way. There service department is of the same level of service. I'd recommend there cars and service to anyone!

He listened to our "wants list" that we needed in a car and helped us narrow down to our perfect car. It has everything we wanted plus more. He was honest and upfront about ALL vehicles . Was even knowledgeable about brands they didn't "specialize" in. Will defiantly use him when we are ready for a new truck!

I had mentioned to Greg that my husband & I were looking to buy a truck in a few months & just wanted him to keep an eye out if anything great came his way. About two months later he calls me saying he found our truck, it had just been traded in, hardly used, & was in immaculate condition. Without even seeing the truck we put money down to hold it & drove 2 hours to see it. It was exactly how he described it. Greg stayed late to help us & was late to HIS BIRTHDAY DINNER with his family. I don't know of many people who would do that for a customer. We have now owned the truck for a year & have loved it. He will never know how much we appreciated his hard work, devotion, & honesty when it came to selling us a vehicle. Greg has now sold my husband & I a truck, sold my parents a Cadillac, & also sold my brother & his wife a car. We would never buy from anyone else. I am fortunate to have come across Jordan several years ago. Over these past several years I have purchased multiple vehicles from him as I travel for work; I say him because each time he provides the type of experience I believe most dealerships intend a portray a consumer having in their advertisements. I appreciate his honesty, sincerity, and above all his integrity. Recently I referred a sibling and her husband to him, knowing he would take care of them. We had a good experience in the purchase of our new 2004 Yukon. The sales associate was good and showed us all the available options that were in the lot according to what we had expressed interest in. We were able to take our time look over look all our options in order to make a decision.The Gentleman who helped us with the financing part of our visit was very friendly and personable. Willing to talk and go over everything in detail and make sure that all of our questions were answered.

Very poor salesmanship, got the feeling I would have been told anything in order to sell me a vehicle. Was not treated as if I was of any value, or that any of my mecanical knowledge or consumer research was correct or useful. Unprofessional dress and language.
