Harris Automotive has proven to be one of the few places left that truly care about their customers. Thank you to everyone. Stephen, who sold us the vehicle knew we lived 2 hours away and made everything painless. Becki, who helped us after something went wrong and made it her priority to help us. Max in the repair shop was amazing how quickly he diagnosed and repaired the issue we started having, and all the guys at Harris, especially Tommy. Thank you for everything! Thank You to Everyone at Harris Automotive. We bought our car that will eventually be out daughters and had a slight issue while traveling. We were close by and called the office, Becki took care of us instantly, calling the shop and getting everything set up. When we arrived, Max took over, giving us a quick diagnosis, a time frame of when the car will be ready and even gave us a loaner!! We had a 2 hour drive back home and they actually gave us a loaner! The customer service you get with Harris Automotive is top notch. Thank you to Stephen who sold us the car, Becki who helped us, and max in the repair shop. Special thanks to Tommy the owner, you really stand behind your vehicles and customers. We are forever grateful and will definitely return for more vehicles.

Amazing dealership all around. Stephen was extremely helpful and honest. I personally don’t usually like going through dealerships but they had the specific car I was looking for and I’m happy I took the chance. The car I was initially looking at got sold but Stephen still helped me and went out of his way to keep me up to date if they got a similar car (which they did!). It was amazingly cleaned and looked like a brand new car, and was competitively priced. I felt no need to haggle as they truly don’t aim to scam you like some other dealers I’ve had to deal with in the past. I drove out 3 hours to see the car, and they stayed after hours to finish up the paperwork to make sure I could drive it home that day without having to drive back to pick it up the next day. Everybody there is knowledgeable in what they do. Stephen even worked with me after purchasing on an issue I was having with the battery. They will treat you right. Loved meeting everyone there and could clearly sense how genuine they were, you won’t find a better group of people to buy from!

I had a wonderful experience at Harris Cars Inc. I had been searching online on cargurus and found this place in Indian Trail! Stephen and his staff were very pleasant and helpful to me and my dad. They are very honest people and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good used car!!!! Thank You Harris Cars!!! I love my Toyota!!! Great car!!!
