After dropping my vehicle off JUNE 25TH I did not get my car back until AUGUST 7TH! I live several states away, and the dealership told me mid July to come get it, that it was finished. When I arrived to pick up my car, the check engine light came on and I lost all power in my car after getting on the highway. My vehicle was not done, they hadn't even replaced an entire part. They could have caused an accident and I had my four year old in the car with me. This dealership, or the body shop manager, Shawn, is absolutely to blame and was completely irresponsible. I'm blown away that no one has reached out to me from your dealership to not only apologize, but to take accountability. I'm completely dissatisfied with my entire experience. Be more detailed, be more efficient, and most of all- be honest. Shawn is the only name that I have for blaming anyone, but I will say Michelle Scrogg was AMAZING. She kept in touch with me when she could, and what a bummer it was to know that she was being forced to tell me lies. She is a great person and made my experience tolerable. She didn't deserve to be treated the way she was, and frankly neither did I. I really hope you address the situation that happened with myself, and hold your staff accountable. I was very pleasantly surprised by the respectful and courteous way that I was treated from the moment that I walked in the door. There was no fuss, no antagonistic sales reps, just honest courtesy and friendly folks who wanted to help me buy a vehicle. And they did! I didn't buy the vehicle that I originally went to look at, but the one I got I LOVE.....and they were helpful for the entire process. It was a LOT LESS stressful than the last time I purchased a vehicle.....I can tell you that!!!!! Go see them. You will not be disappointed. They truly want your business and will do the best they can to make you a good deal.

I recently had my car damaged with hail and took it back to Harry Greens for repairs. I had purchased the car from them 3 months earlier. I got great service from the sales staff at Harry Green's but have received terrible service from the body shop. I was lied to from the beginning. I was told they could get my car right in to the shop, but when I arrive with the car they tell me it would be about a week or so before they would start and that it would be 21 working days for repairs. My car was in the shop for twenty one days when I get a call from our insurance adjuster telling me that he sent the check that Harry Green's had requested for the damage to the windshield. I had no idea what he was talking about, because this was the first I had heard anything about it. He said he had been trying to call the shop to tell them the additional check was in the mail, but no one was answering the phone. This was enough additional damage that the car should have been totaled, but because I wasn't notified and my repairs were almost complete there was nothing I could do. I was then told my car would be ready on Tuesday, but Tuesday came and went and no one called. I called and left a message on Weds for someone to call me back but no one ever did. My husband went up on his lunch break only to be told that they were buffing the car and it wasn't ready and was given no answer as to when the car would be ready. I decided to call and speak with Nick Green regarding the lack of communication concerning my car and the fact that I still have no clue as to what is going on with my car. He assured me he would call the body shop and take care of it. We received a call from Matt the body shop manager that the car would be ready on Thursday. We waited until around 1:00 and still hadn't heard anything so my husband calls again to try and find out if the car was ready and we were told no it was being cleaned and was still given no answer as to when the car would be ready. We still hadn't heard anything by 4:00 pm so I drove to the shop to find Matt and another employee with a rag looking at my car. The car was covered in dust like it had been sitting for days. The whole reason we hadn't got it back yet because it was supposed to be being cleaned, but it was filthy dirty. Again another lie we were told. He then informed me that it would have to go back to the shop because they missed a dent. We have already been waiting for almost a month for the car now. If it went back to shop we would have to wait until the following week to get car back and then it would require a bunch more phone calls with no answers. My husband drove over the next morning to look at the car and we decided we were done dealing with them, so we just decided to take the car with the dent. We had already had to leave work several times to deal with them and we would just cut our losses and take the car. We said we wanted a discount or at least not pay the $100.00 deductible since they were paid for work that was not done. We were told by Matt that this was insurance fraud and we had to pay all the money. I then contacted Nick Green again about the continued problems. He said he would take care of it. We went to pick up car and Matt threw our keys across desk and told us to pay money and threw some coupons for a free oil change across the desk at me. I guess that was how Nick took care of it (a free oil change for terrible service and mediocre work). While driving home it started to rain and when my daughter turned on the windshield wipers there was a giant piece missing out of the wiper. They replaced the windshield and received almost $10,000 dollars for repairs yet they couldn't even replace a wiper. Also they were paid to remove glass from the car and clean it out but it is still covered in glass. I wouldn't recommend any work being done at the body shop. That is unless you want terrible service and maybe a free oil change for all of your troubles.

Just about the only bone of contention I have is that when I say that something is not right with my vehicle I get the feeling that I don't know what I'm talking about. It's the only vehicle I have and I'm the only driver, I know when something isn't right. I may be a woman and not a mechanic but that doesn't mean I don't understand what goes on mechanically if a plausible explanation is made.This is the only shop that has worked on my vehicle and the work has always been satisfactory once the problem has been found and addressed.The vehicle wash is a nice touch. I live in the country so a clean vehicle isn't always possible for long.

When I called to make an appt. for an oil change for my Chevy Cruze, I asked if they could also rotate my tires. The service man said he had a coupon for a $39.99 oil change which included a free tire rotation. I appreciated very much that he told me this, because I'm sure not all car dealers do this. They also gave me a complimentary car wash. Glad I bought my car at Harry Green's.

Excellent customer service. My salesman Scott Means is top notch! Very down to earth and very real world. Not the high pressure sales that you see at so many other dealerships. Always looking out for my best interest. Also, I would be remissed not to mention the excellent financial service provided by Frank Smith. Frank is always able to make the "deal work" and get the price and payment where it needs to be. Harry Green's is by far the best dealership in north central WV!

I supposed to have had my wheels balanced and rotated and a new inspection sticker. Well when I picked up my truck later that day, I only had a new inspection sticker and my wheels were only rotated, not balanced. When we brought it up to the appointment girl she stated that she only wrote down tire rotation. Now, who only rotates tires and balance them? They both should be automatically done together. Anyway I have to make another appointment to have my wheels balanced which is an all day thing for me because I work.

I was offered a loaner car due to the extended wait I was going to have. They were able to order parts and repair my vehicle before the scheduled repair date. I had my car back 4 days befor they were even scheduled to look at it. They have really turned their service department around. Their staff was very friendly and service was top notch.

I stopped at two other dealerships before coming to Harry Greens. I told them it was my first day to look and they blew me off. One said come back when I was ready to buy. The other dealer told me to just look at what he had in the show room since it was sprinkling and he did not want to get wet. I told Patrick Robinson, at your dealership I was just looking but he stayed with me and answered all my questions and did not rush my decision. That is what made me purchase my new vehicle. He spent four hours with me not even sure he was going to get a sale. He is a valuable employee. I also enjoyed meeting Chad. I do not remember his last name. I stopped one day and Patrick was not available and Chad helped me with my questions. I do appreciate all the help and kindness. Your sales manager is also helpful and friendly.

Ross was my sells rep (who I highly recommend when purchasing a new vehicle) and Bruce was the sells manager at the time of purchase who gave me exceptional service. They did a excellent job and made my experience easy. The one area I see for improvement is in the finance portion. It would be nice if the people who are selling the warranties are not pushing the items on you, I understand that's their job but I am someone who wants to see my options without having a whole sells pitch. I would definitely recommend Harry Green over all of their competitors because they have excellent service and the best deals around.

From the moment I walked through the door the customer service was amazing. I felt like the entire dealership was at my service and these guys went above and beyond to get me what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I am very pleased with their service! I love their is a female working in the service department and is very knowledgable. She is wonderful at going over evrything to be done on my car and reviewing afterward. I would love to see the service deptartment pen on Saturdays. We travel 45 minutes from Morgantown for their excellent service (which we don't receive here in Morgantown.) It is hard to get our cars down there when we both work. Helpful to have a courstey car to take me place and Sonny is so friendly! Thank you for your helpfulness!!

I was very impressed with the sales dept.it has become a lot more effiecient and will be a lot better when the rest of the showroom is finished.However the detail dept. does need to be improved. The service dept. has really improved since the las time I used it. I had to pay $20 to get headlights readjusted because they were pointing down when I purchased the vehicle. Not veryhappy! This would have been a deal breaker if I would have known I would be treated like this AFTER I bought it. Taking care of small things goes a long way when dealing with customer satisfaction.......

I felt more than just a number...I initially stopped by GMC to trade in the GMC I had for a newer GMC...they close at 7pm, so we came through the Chevy lot...the gentleman, Ross, came right out...was not rushing us due to the time and gave us excellent customer service... I was impressed, had a fantastic experience...one that I want all my collegues, friends, and family to experience when they are purchasing a vehicle.

I was greeted on the lot by Ross Frame. He was very nice and offered to let us drive whatever vehicle that we would be interested in. He was very friendly, down to earth, and did not give that "high pressure"sales pitch. We first drove a Equinox and realized that it was not what we wanted. I then spotted the 2014 Chevrolet Impala 2LT, drove it, and bought it. I love it. Ross did an exceptional job in explaining all the features of the vehicle as well as getting us connected to the Onstar feature. From day one of owning the car, I was really familar with it's features. I was back at the dealership yesterday to finalize the transaction. They washed my car and completed the nitrogen of the tires. I was well pleased with the friendliness of the staff. Dave Speiko, the financial manager, did a great job, also. He explained all the warranty offers, explaining in great detail so that we could understand, and also sought out to other financial institutions in obtaining the best interest for us. I would definitely do sercive again with Harry Green and will definitely tell all my friends, that if they are looking to buy, to check out Harry Green Chevrolet - Nissan.

our salesman was excellent, our loan officer was excellent. however whoever makes the schedule for keeping the number of loan officers on hand needs to look at the problem. I know that we and several other customers were becoming frustrated at the wait to get our paperwork don't. our loan officer was excellent and knew what he was doing, however he needed help that day. There was not enough personnel on hand.

It was GREAT. I brought the car in a day early because I was having so many problems with it, and also an expected snow storm. Dina Marie got it into the garage that day. She called me to advise me of what was going on with it and the required fix. They had to wait on a part, which she told me they would, but then got it out the next day (the actual scheduled day). She was extremely courteus and knowlegable. No one likes a $500 repair bill, but the blow was softened because of her professionalism.

It was our first time using your service. The repair was expensive and the problem was not resolved at first. However, when the truck failed, your staff was very helpful and made it right as quickly as possible. They had the truck picked up, found and fixed the problem and did not run up additional charges on the repair. All of this is greatly appreciated. We understand that sometimes you think things are fixed and then they're really not. The true character of a company is how they resolve those problems. Your staff was excellent. It's nice to know that with as many older vehicles that we own, we now have a place that we feel we can trust to treat us right. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and deserves to be praised.

They offered us a car to use. We decided to just stay at thedealership. The waiting area was clean, had a television, snacks, and coffee. The service department came and told us what was wrong and that they had the pieces to fix the truck. We were treated very nice. We were also greated by the salesman and the computer sales person when we first arrived. We were satisfied and back on the road in a couple of hours.

Found vehicle I was interested in on the internet. Was quoted a price and went to check out the truck. Truck was gassed up and ready to go when I got there. Price given for difference for trade in. I have purchased several vehicles from Harry Green and each one of them have lasted me several years. Joe Girilli always takes very good care of me and makes sure that I leave with the vehicle that I want. The atmosphere at Harry Greens makes me feel at home. Everyone at the service department has dealt with me several times and I like how they treat there customers. They are very friendly and try to make your experience bearable. I could have went to another dealership and gotten a car from them but the experiences that I have had with Harry Greens makes it worth going back. As always, your service department provided excellent service in taking care of my car in a timely manner! All repairs were done in a timely manner, and your staff was very friendly. I am excited to see the completion of your renovation, as I am sure that it will look terrific, like your Nissan department does! Only concern is that the brakes on my certified pre-owned 2009 Impala are continuing to give me issues. Your service department has graciously taken care of this issue 3 times, by either turning or replacing the rotors. I am still experiencing vibration while braking, and your staff informed me that it was a common problem among this model year. I would really like to get this resolved, as it is my only mode of transportation for my family. I wanted a certified pre-owned car due to the warranty that it provides. Thank you for the continued hard work, I look forward to the next visit!

We had taken our car in to have a lock fixed. We have always been Chevy people. When we went to pick up our car, we decided to look at the Nissans. The saleswoman was helpful and very pleasant. She worked with us until well after closing. Instead of driving our car that was fixed home that night, I drove a brand new Nissan home. I have always had a good experience with Harry Green's.
