This is the 3rd time I have dealt with this location, 1st time was your paint department about 5 yrs ago and upon picking up my car and noticing the bumper did not match the car I was told plastic never matches metal..... umm yeah, ok you fixed after my husband gave you a call!! Now my 2nd and 3rd dealings, I bought a 2015 Buick LaCrosse that is still under warranty and was thouwing 2 codes, came the 1st time and the parts were supposedly ordered and I would be contacted when they arrived, after 2 weeks had my husband call and low and behold my paper work was lost and they were never ordered, now two weeks later sitting in your waiting room waiting for said parts to be installed I'm brought my keys after about and hour and I'm excited not too long for me to be sitting in the waiting room with two kids, thank God I checked my paper work..... the parts were not installed..... what did I just wait for? Now back in the waiting room for Lord knows how long..... very frustrating!!! Would never recommend this place!!!

I have to say that the experience with Harry's Cadillac was exceptional from start to finish. The follow up to my initial appointment with an email reminder was helpful. Also the call to alert me to price of one of the needed parts prior to ordering was also very appreciated. Everyone that I came in contact with was courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Harry's to other Cadillac owners.

I was on vacation from Wisconsin in Asheville and the A/C on my SRX went out. I showed up at the Service desk first thing in the morning with a big problem but no appointment and only a couple of days to get it fixed before heading back on a 13 hr drive. By 8:30 am my car was in the garage being looked at and I was on my way back to my hotel with a brand new Cadillac as a loaner. By 9:30 am I had received a call that the problem had been identified and the parts were on order.At 10:00 am the next day I picked up my car and returned to my vacation, and then enjoyed the A/C all the way home. My thanks to Frank Leccese, Stan Loftis, and Cass Kunst, and all the guys in the Service Department - you guys saved my vacation.

I'm on vacation in Highlands, NC and my front passenger window would not go up. Isn't that always the case. We were put in touch with Harry's Cadillac dealership and I can't say enough about the fast, courteous service I received. Stan and Jacqueline were great. Our vacation house is close to 2 hours from the dealership plus I hurt my back in a fall. Stan found 2 wonderful drivers to get my car back to me without me having to drive to Ashville. Now that's service !!! I am so grateful for the excellent service I received..Many thanks !!!

I took my car in for a repair, and they kept calling and telling me that they need another hour and another to find the problem. Once they said they (found) the problem, they wanted to charge me $2000 to fix it. When I was asking what they found and what the problem is, the service guy said that he doesn't have time to explain to me what's going on in there. He asked if I want it fixed or not....he was plainly rude and unhelpful.

While I was only in for a State Inspection, Stan identified that my SRX had two open software updates that had not been done and was able to handle those as well at the same time.

Ken was great. But when we asked for the crossbars to be included in the deal, we were astonished that you refused. It almost cancelled the deal. When my daughter got her Terrain, the dealer gave her an I-Pad. That's class.

I started my search for a car here. Chad was very helpful before I got to the dealership and it continued throughout my experience. He was very considerate of our budget and was extremely helpful in choosing a car to test drive. We did NOT buy from here ONLY because another dealership had a car I could not pass up, but I would go back again if I had need of another car (I will in a couple of years). Low pressure, nice inventory, good prices, VERY upfront about the "out the door price" (cannot get this everywhere) and it is literally "on the hill" (nickname is Harry's on the Hill).

Our experience with Harry's was excellent. Buzz,our salesman and Mark, the sales manager, worked together to find us the SRX that we really wanted. Buzz stayed in touch with us and always responded to our questions. Our SRX is beautiful and we are VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There seemed to be some confusion concerning using the GM family and Friends USAA rebate that was available to me. GM and the dealership should be able to handle the process better. Other than that, buying process using GM Employee and Friends was easy.

Excellent visit. Was immediately attended to and the work was done as promised. Chad Stamey helped me out regarding the bluetooth. Everyone I have had contact at Harry's on the hill been great. I recommend my friends to the dealership for their new auto needs.

I had a good experience. My only complaint was that I had to call to find out if my ready was completed with the service. I had been told that they would call me, so that was frustrating. They did a great job in fixing my car and everything else went smoothly.

Stan was very pleasant and took care of all the issues pertinent to our vehicle, but the serviceman was unable to replicate the problem we have with a noise coming from the left rear when having to apply the brake quickly and hard occasionally. We encountered the problem several times on a recent trip to Virginia and also had it happen again (after hours) the day we picked our Acadia up from Harry's. I know our warranty runs out in Jun-14 but need to know that this noise issue won't be a problem later on... Thanks

The entire staff was professional! My car had been damaged when another vehicle crashed into my Buick. The repair staff fixed my car like new again. All were polite and very good at their jobs. Also, the service department did a wonderful job in my routine servicing.

I came to your dealership dreading buying a new car because I naturally feel like I can be taken advantage of. Luckily my salesman was Buzz. He has restored my faith in the auto sales industry. He was confident in the knowledge of the cars I was interested in. He made the process fun and also shared some laughs. Everything went well. Chad Stamey prepared loaner arrangements. I brought the vehicle in for the first service and we hoped 2 lingering issues would be solved with software updates, but unfortunately that is not the case. The issues persist.

The Sales Representative we dealt with, Ken Robinson, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions and put no pressure on us concerning our decision to buy or not to buy. However, we were so impressed with the Buick Lacrosse and the professionalism of the entire dealership staff that we bought the car that day even though we had not originally planned to do so. Every dealership employee with whom we dealt was completely professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They all made the process of buying this car the most pleasant we have ever experienced. The appearance of the dealership was fantastic. We will definitely use Harry's Buick GMC Cadillac again in the future and will certainly recommend the dealership to our friends and family.

We brought our new LaCrosse in for its first oil change. All tasks performed efficiently and quickly. Missed our car wash because the dealership didn't have water yesterday, so that's okay. Our service manager was excellent, too. Friendly staff and nice customer lounge. Thank you! We'll see you for the next oil change.

I don't even know how to even put into words how AWESOME our experience was! We drove over 3 hours just for this Acadia, and we're so happy we did! Cathy Fox at Harry's on the hill is amazing to work with. Had the car ready for a test drive when we got there and we were out the door in about an hour with our "new to us" Acadia. Harry's price was the BEST deal I found for what I wanted and believe me I searched:) good clean car and there wasn't any "fluff" to deal with everyone was very straightforward. Have to say we will check with them in the future for our car needs. THANKS!!!!

Harry 's is the BEST!!!! I took my car in for an alignment and found out I needed 3 nails in my tires!!!! Andrew, the customer service assistant, was great and the mechanic that repaired my car really cared about my safety! I had to buy all new tires, but for me that was the best option. Each time I have been there for service it has been excellent. The waiting area is immaculate and there is coffee and water for clients. Although I was a previous Cadillac owner, this was a new car dealer due to our retiring to NC. Our experience with the new dealership was very pleasant. The salespeople could not have been more helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the XTS and the CUE system. I'm a bit of a techie and was eager to play with CUE. Even after I got home, the sales team was helpful with the few questions I had about it. It's a great car and I glad I purchased it from an equally great dealer.

I live in Chattanooga Tn, roughly 150 miles from Harry's, and happen to find a Used 2010 Chevy Equinox at the dealership that I liked. The staff was more than helpful in getting me all the information to get my financing in order. I literally drove up my used car (they had already given me the price they would give me on trade) we swapped vehicles for a test drive, signed my name to a few documents and was on our way. A+ experience. When it's time for another car I will certainly be looking to see what Harry's has got to offer.

If service after the sale is what you are looking for in a dealership then you may want to keep on looking. A complete lack of thoroughness, honesty and integrity in the service department. Check the internet, BBB and other available websites for comments from other people. They even tried to sell a new vehicle to me instead of repairing the vehicle ! They even changed their story during the BBB process. I would never consider having service done at this dealership in the future.
