I have been looking for a car for a great amount of time since I got into an accident a year ago. I was working with rentals and trying my hardest to save up for a new car. I prayed for a long time in hopes that Jesus and God would help me find a good car and a good deal in my price range. Sure enough my Father found this Car dealership and they had the perfect Honda Civic 2017. Imagine getting exactly what you prayed for. You can’t say Gods not real. These guys are very good people. Joseph which is one of their managers helped me out smoothly. He not only gave me the specs of the car but let me test drive it. Gave me free room to think. Didn’t keep calling or harassing me to make a purchase like the regular dealerships would. Didn’t hide anything about the car fax . Was able to make sure I was getting a good deal for my buck. The gentleman here are honest salesmen . It’s very rare you find such good people who aren’t trying to sucker you out of your money. I highly recommend them. They will very patient with you and help you decide on what you need . They do all the paperwork for you and they answer all your questions no matter what it is , they genuinely care about their customers and that’s a rare thing to see .

I had a genuinely pleasant experience with Hatt Auto! I am in California and so I contacted Peter a few times to learn as much as I could about the car I was interested in, which they had. He was very willing to answer every question I had and they made every effort to keep me informed. I decided to fly out and pick up the car and drive it back to California. They were kind enough to pick me up at the hotel near the airport, in "my" car so that I could get a test drive as I went back to the dealership. They don't have a large office but it was comfortable as they gave me all the time I needed to make my decision. There was no pressure or rush to do anything on my part. I enjoyed the whole experience and the car drove perfectly all across the US! I am glad I chose to go and get the car instead of having it shipped!

I purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla ... my car was totaled in an accident and I needed to replace it. So after looking around to several dealer s... I saw this car on Hatts website... went to look at it and liked it.. i purchased it 2 days later.... Noticed a problem with the brakes and was told to bring it back. They repaired the brakes and were very accommodating! I would recommend Hatt Auto....

Hatt Auto Sales is a great place to shop on a budget. While the sales office is small, the inventory is immense and the sales representative was low pressure and respected our budget constraints. We went to look at a 2008 Toyota Highlander, but it needed a lot of work. We found a 2010 Highlander on the lot instead and it was a great buy. Just last week we drove it to Florida and back! The service was excellent at Hatt and we walked away extremely satisfied customers!

I found the sales department at Hyatt to be fair. Although I didn't buy a care from Hyatt, I believe the sales people I dealt with represented the car I was looking at fairly.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A MERCEDES BENZ GL450 AND FOUND THIS DEALER ON LINE, THEY HAD THE CAR, CALL THEM ASKED ABOUT THE SUV AND FILED AND APP FOR FINANCE AND THE NEXT DAY I HAD MY CAR. NEVER FELT SO SATISFY ABOUT BUYING A CAR. I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE, AND NOT TO MENTION THE PRICES WAS EXELLENT.

I searched many places for my used SUV and to no avail. Ive spoken with dealers who really didn't know what they had and what they didn't have. I seen an add for an SUV at Hatt Auto Sales and after reading the wonderful reviews and reading how happy there customers were I had to stop by the dealership and check out this SUV. Upon walking in I was greeted courteously and professionally. I spoke with Ali and was introduced to Peter. I advised them I was looking for a used SUV and Ali showed me what he had. I wound up purchasing my SUV from Ali, and Peter made the final paperwork a breeze. i was looking for a volvo c70 all over high and low finally found one over 2 hours away in elizabeth NJ - i live in upstate NY - read reviews about the dealer on line and was amazed to see all glowing reviews ??? did they have every relative they know wright a review? well i went down for a test drive - what do i know about test drives - the car looked good to me but i really wanted it to be checked out by my mechanic - but i live 2 & 1/2 hours away -to my amazement they offered to drive the car up and have my mechanic go over the car and if all was ok they would leave the car! - i hadnt paid them a dime! - no down payment nothing but a handshake - this is the way to do business and i will tell my friends that are looking for a car that these guys are great to work with and now i know that the reviews are true and happy to say i bought the car

I found a 2004 Honda Element on this website...drove 2 hours and purchased my daughter's dream car at Hatt Auto. Ali made purchasing this vehicle super easy and was super accommodating. He definitely went way above and beyond what one would expect from any other dealership. I was apprehensive when we arrived, as its a small family run dealership, and I have only purchased vehicles from large major dealerships; but I am so thankful that I found this place! The whole team was great and everyone was very helpful. I would 100% recommend family and friends to this dealership. Some times you can get a great car with terrible service or vice versa...but I feel I got a great car at a EXCELLENT price, EXCELLENT customer service..and the look on my daughters face was priceless. Their product speaks for itself. I worked with Peter personally. Professional, honest, organized. He knows the business in and out and will test drive vehicle with you. All Hatt Vehicles come with a free carfax, so you know where your car is coming from and the maintenance that was done to it. That is a Value within itself.
