The process was very pleasant and easy. Dan was a good salesman and offered us a good deal. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted which made the process easier for all. The vehicle we wanted was in stock and all that was promised to us, was delivered. We are very happy with the vehicle thus far.

I spent a considerable amount of time trying to choose a dealership and came upon this website. Bill Jacobs Mazda in Joliet was relatively close to where I lived and had the 2013 Mazda CX5 Sport in Blue that I wanted. The dealership also had one of the highest overall reviews. I also reviewed the salesman on the site and decided to go with Dan McCarthy and I'm very glad I did. He was very personable and genuine. I called to arrange a testdrive and it was there waiting for me. He went over the features of the car during the testdrive and wasn't overbearing at all. After the drive, we started crunching numbers and it was very straightforward. My wife who was with me was curious about the next model up and after some momements of bickering (between wife and I) and more crunching of numbers, I ended up going with a 2013 Touring in Gray. Big sacrifice. I really liked the blue. Dan this whole time was very patient and did not rush us. He even made some popcorn for us as our bickering was probably very amusing to him. A few days later we came back and test drove the Touring and we purchased it. I must say that the gentleman in finance (jim?) was also a very straight shooter. He explained everything to us so my wife and I understood. The selling of the extended warrenties and other policies were very to the point and we said yes or no not interested and that was it...he moved on with the paperwork. The overall experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend Dan as your salesman. He's also a family man which in my opinion helps when dealing with people who have families of their own. By the way, the Touring CX5 is great. The back up camera I can live without...if only I had the car in Blue..plenty of 2014 models in Blue but not many for 2013.

We used a car buying website that put us in touch with Bill Jacobs Mazda because they were listed as having the best price. Dan McCarthy called us the next day to respond to our inquiry and from the moment we began talking, I knew that he was going to be an excellent person to deal with. He was very kind, considerate, did not pressure us into making a purchase, and was easy to talk to. Never once did he give us a line of "crap" like most other salesmen do. After some discussions, Dan was able to locate the exact vehicle we wanted in Wisconsin. He came in early the following day to get the paperwork started so their driver could get on the road and be back in time by the evening when my wife and I planned to be at the dealership. When we arrived, the vehicle was there just like he said it would be. He rode along on our test drive and explained all the great features of our vehicle and made sure to answer all of our questions. We know we got an excellant price on our new car and were extremely happy with the price we got for our trade in. Dan went above and beyond our expectations! It was by far the easiest and best experience my wife and I have ever had in purchasing a car!!

My husband and I arrived at the dealership with only 30 minutes to spend there. Dan cordially greeted us and worked up a price for our trade-in and the new card within those 30 minutes. We negotiated further on the phone when we got home. Even though Dan's shift had ended, he stayed that evening to complete the sale/paperwork and we left that evening with our new car. This is the 3rd card we've bought from Bill Jacobs. Friendly people and best price in town. Highly recommend.

I started out my day bringing in my 2007 mazda 6 in for some minor service. The service man that day was exceptionally nice setting me up in the new waiting room and even offering to bring me to the mall because it was going to take time to get the needed part in. Mindy McCorkle came over to see me because I had bought my car from her as did my daughter several months ago and my son in law several days earlier. As Mindy and I started talking it became clear that this would be a good time to trade my 2007 in for a new car. We discussed the options of keeping my old car for another year and what that would mean to my trade in. She let me think it thru and took me out for a test drive. Mindy is exceptionally friendly. I get her sense of humor and I think she gets mine. Trip Jacobs also took me out driving and by that time I knew what I wanted. Trip new exactly the right questions to ask to get me to narrow down what i wanted. Trip and Mindy knew an incredible amount about the car and I soaked up all the information I could. Trip is always entertaining and i enjoy his style. Financing worked out well. They worked very hard to get me a good rate, as well as understood my struggles as a single person on a teachers salary. They came up with the number I needed. Thank you. The overall experience was exceptional. I was embarrassed to be treated so nicely. Everyone treated me with respect, and like I was the only customer all day, which i definitely was not. A wonderful experience. I did cry when I left my old car behind. Mr. Urbina was very helpful and got us a new rather than used car when we didn't think it was possible in our price range. Also, the finance man at this dealership made the whole process very easy. We will definitely come back!

I went to Bill Jacobs to get me a car, and I was greeted by Allen, and I had such a wonderful experience. I felt so at ease with him, when he showed me the car and all its features, I was impressed with his knowledge, and when he told me that I would love the drive and handling, I told him I would take it! He said thats great let me get the keys so I can take it out for a test drive. I told him I never test drive, all I have to do is bring in the wife with me to see if she likes it. Allen said to me that if I wanted to take the car home to pick her up in he would get it cleaned, fueled and a plate.I was very impressed with how well I was treated, even though I was dressed in my work clothes and I was filthy from work and yet he treated me like I had an expensive suit with a suitcase full of money. I find that I wasnt being judged by my appearance, and that is what impressed me the most of Allen. Trust me I have been to a lot of dealerships in my life time and I cant tell you that I have been ignored many times just because the way I am dressed. So I want everyone to know that Allen is a salesman that I would recommend to all my friends and family.

I spent a considerable amount of time researching my new car purchase. I drove from dealership to dealership test driving every car in my price range. I made an appointment with Michael to test-drive a MazdaSpeed 3; and after the test-drive, I knew that it was the car that I wanted. I had several loose ends to tie up with other dealers, and I wanted to give them a chance to counter the fantastic price that I was given by Michael. Most of the other dealerships balked at the number and wished me good luck; one dealer did EVERYTHING that they could to keep my business. In the end it was the quality of products, attentive service, knowledge of the product, and the time and respect that I was given at Bill Jacobs Mazda Mitsubishi, by the entire staff that brought me back and ultimately, between my salesman Michael and Jim in finance, they got me into my beautiful new car. I can't imagine a better car buying experience.

I am in the process of narrowing down my search for a new car with decent mileage. I have a 10 year old truck that does not get good mileage. Allen was and is very patient with me and helped me to understand the advantage of trading in my car versus selling outrite and bringing in cash. He has even stated that if I need to come in to just text him and he will make every effort to be available to assist in my decision making. Very professional and the other staff are friendly as well.

Michael was wonderful. He was friendly, informative and very patient. He went above and beyond to assist me and make sure I was happy with my purchase. The vehicle I wanted wasn't available, but after much hard work he made it happen. They worked with me on everything, especially pricing. Purchasing this car was an extremely easy process. The sales consultant made the process very easy by maintaining a very professional and friendly approach. I felt I was dealt with in a very honest and straightforward way and never felt I was being pressured into making a decision too quickly. I visited other dealerships and my experience here was by far the best.Alan was also very patient and thorough with comparing the different models and options of the cars I was considering.
