***edit 9/8/21 Josh Daul is great service manager. Professional. Fast. Overall very nice guy. Thanks for the ride home and then back too! Love Heinrich Chevy. Always flawless experience.**** Friendly staff. Good service department, it's nice they ONLY recommend things that NEED TO BE DONE. (Or manufacturer suggests at X miles). I feel like they are very honest and prices are very good. Only reason I can't give 5 stars Is because booking a service appointment over the phone took WAY too long, took too much info from me and asked too many questions. literally took 4 mins. People expect 30 second....name, contact info, vehicle and date/time. I shouldn't be put on hold to check for recalls and asked about how well my wipers are working, etc etc over the phone.

I would not even give this place one star but I had too to write a review. These people sold me a SUV and within two months it blew up.( Because I didn’t, buy an extended warranty , I was trash, sorry I didn’t wanna give you any more of my money, that’s what you people seem to do , is rob people.) called this “corporation “ in dire need of help, for a 50k$ SUV, because I had no warranty they laughed and said sorry we can’t help you. Not even a free tow to their shop to look at it. Now they have signs out in front of their shop, we pay cash for vehicles , well come buy mine. Thanks. I’ll never do business with this place again

1st oil change. the shuttle took me to the Y for my swimming. Got a ride back to dealership from a friend and car was waiting for me. No problems, clean and they even filled wiper fluid which I knew was down and just didn't take the time to fill.

Bought a suburb , had trouble with a/c that they had done work on prior to selling. Found the oil filter had a cut in it and was not ever screwed in. Check oil less than a al quart in car, first oil change after buying. Called Mr Hienrich at Lockport dealer never returned call. Asked about a 30 day warranty ,that only covered safety items on vehicle. This dealership is a joke,buyer beware. Service dept. another part of the circus . BUYER BE WARE...... Thomas Lee. I was driving out in Lockport early in the morning, just running some errands. My car barely started after on of my stops. I was across the street from Heinrich, so pulled in to see if they could help me. FYI, I didn't buy my car there. When I approached Tom in service, he asked how he could help me. I told him the situation and he said for me to pull my car in. When I tried, the car was dead! Tom told me not to worry, took the keys and said it would just be a few minutes. a very short time later, Tom came out to tell me the battery tested as dead. He also told me it was an AutoZone battery, and fell within the warranty period. He gave me the test result slip and told me there was an Autozone right down the street and they should be able to replace it for free. They got my car started, upon which I drove over and got a free replacement. When I asked what I owed, Tom said there was no charge! This kind of customer service is rare these days. Heinrich has earned my future business!

I had to bring in my impala for a recall. Everyone was friendly. Marc who took care of me was very friendly and professional. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. And they told me it would take about an hour and fifteen minutes, they were done in 45 minutes! Great job!

Whoever moves the vehicles from the service area to the back and forth needs to leave people's seat adjustments alone!!!! There is no need to lean customers driver seats back like they're laying down or lower it to the floor when a customer has their seat adjustments just right to their own body comfort!!!!!!!!!((

New sales tried the bait and switch. Made a deal for my mother including trade in on her trailblazer. Sales women Lindy said she would know in a few hrs if they could get the equinox my mother wanted. Never got call back. My mother called and I called then day later Brian the manager left a message that if my mother wanted to take 2000 let for her trade they could get her a more loaded vehicle. The basically wanted her to take one off their lot and take less on her trade then we had negotiated. They said they couldn't get vehicle my mother wanted but I was able to make a phone call and get vehicle with same trade in at another dealer. Avoid this dealer unless u like being lied too and ripped off.

I will start off by saying kudos to Brett Nogle our sales & Leasing Consultant. We did not arrive on the lot yesterday to purchase, however we were looking. With Bretts assistance we were able to locate and purchase a truck to suit our needs,today. We purchased a 2013 ChevySilverado. Heinrichs worked with us to meet our budget and satisfaction. We ended up with far more features than we had expected which definitively added to the buying experience. I would definitely recommend Heinrich Chevrolet to my friends and family.

Bought a 2010 Equinox from them and had to take it in for service 5 times in the 10 weeks that I owned it.Joe Oddo, my original salesman, was unwilling and never bothered to help rectify the situation, after talking to him about the numerous problems I had with the vehicle since driving it off the lot. He pushed me off to another salesman (Roger) to deal with the "lemon" Heinrich Chevrolet sold me.Roger Haseley was completely uncooperative and unreasonable concerning my situation. He refused to provide me with a refund or find me a comparable replacement for the defective vehicle. After countless visits and phone calls, with three other employees, the matter was resolved by me taking another vehicle of make and model off of their lot in trade for the "lemon."I will never buy from Heinrich Chevrolet ever again and will instruct everyone I know not to, also.Customer service/satisfaction is not their number one priority.

I was interested in a certain vehicle that I arranged to look at and possibly test drive but an hour or so before my appointment, I was notified by phone that the vehicle was sold to an employee of the service dept. This is great for that person that is there everyday and able to personally look over the vehicle but what about that poor individual that has their heart set on this vehicle after doing all kinds of research on this particular vehicle and it's swiped right from under them plus having a time limit because they have a rental because of an accident. Oh well that's the name of the game in car sales right? First come first serve. I could of been at another dealer. Well that's ok !

I cannot say enough good things about Heinrich Cheverolet. This was the best buying experience I have ever had. I sent an email via the internet inquiring about the vehicle I was interested in. Debbie answered all my questions and did not give me the run around. When I got to the dealership Greg Fitch introduced himself and made us feel welcome. Then we met are salesman Bryan Fox, I cannot say enough about Bryan, he was the ultimate professional and his knowledge of the vehicle was incredible. Bryan went the extra mile to ensure I understood all the features my vehicle had to offer. He made this whole experience a pleasure. Finally, we met Paul Kowal the Finance Manager, again a true professional, Paul did not give us the run around and has there to answer all our questions and concerns. My girlfriend and I went here to look at a Murano we saw on here. As soon as I got there I noted the price was $2,000 higher then the price on here and listed on the windshield sticker. As we look at the vehicle we noticed tire tread was low on the front, there was touch up paint in the rear to hide damage. We waited about 20 minutes looking at this suv and nobody came to help us. I know sale people saw me park in customer parking. Whoever drove before left the key in the ignition with dirty leather seats which had white residue. Will not be back and don't suggest anyone to come here, waste of a Saturday.

I just bought a 2014 Chevy Impala from Heinrich Chevrolet and was very pleased with the way I was treated at Heinrich Chevrolet. I came in with a few ideas about what I wanted and what was affordable for me. I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of hard selling I encountered, and felt that the sales man did a good job listening to me and reacted accordingly. He was even able to find me a few discounts I never knew existed to help lower my over all cost. I really appreciated that. I love my new Impala and am happy I bought it from here.

I went to Heinrich Chevy looking to purchase a new Malibu. I wasnt sure which particular model I wanted to go with, or the different features that were offered. The salesman went through every detail with me and helped me get the model that had everything I was looking for. The salesmans knowledge, and everyone being so friendly really made for a pleasurable buying experience. I recommend this dealership and I will be buying from them again in the future.

Told me my truck was being worked on and it was still in the parking lot. 3 hours wasted for nothing. They left my truck unlocked in the back lot with zero regard for my tools. Poor service, go to the GMC dealer down the road.

My HHR was missing the mats, Owners manual and had a 1/4 tank of gas. My sales man Don Boyle, took the mats out of another vehicle. Front only, stain and very cheap. Probably dollar store.I guess this practice of taking mats from one vehicle for another would explain why mine were missing in the first place, HHR back mat also missing. 1/4 tank of gas on delivery. When I asked him about it I was told that only new cars get full tanks. That is why I give A 3 rating for okay overall experience. I mean, I only spent $10,000 dollars that doesn't deserve decent new mats and a full tank of gas.Don was nice to talk with however, I should not need to haggle for gas and mats. Mr and Ms Heinrich were great (5). Mr Heinrich gave me too much for my trade. THANKS !

This place is a den of greed. They can always sell a new whatever cheaper than they can buy your trade. (BUT THEY NEVER DO) They always have a high mile used one they are selling for less than you want for trade. ( BUT THEY DON'T TELL YOU IT IS NOT THE SAME YEAR OR SAME AS.) You won't get fair trade value so you best sell it yourself on the web and then haggle their sticker by 3-5 grand. Get your own financing because you will save thousands. They add 2% to your loan and make inside deals with the bank so you pay more for their cars. Never buy any add-on things like window etching or warranty because they are a rip off and they make huge bucks by suckering you into them. Also look for hidden fees. These are put on to pad profits and are just made up.This dealer could never sell me because of all the nonsense. Also if they tell you you cannot get financed; Try a different dealer. They will broom you if they are not making enough money. I have been told I cannot be financed and got finance on my own or through another dealer who knows I won't be bent over. I would never tell you to not buy from this dealer but you better watch that bottom line. They will tell you they don't make much money on a new sale, but they won't tell you the thousands they make from your trade, finance, 10% MSRP mark-up, hold back money, factory to dealer incentives, plus many other scams they try to sucker you into. Just be smart about it. They don't make millions a year making no money on new sales....

I recently bought a used 2009 Chevy Traverse from Heinrich Chevy. I was very impressed by the quality of customer service and ease in the buying experience.I was treated with respect and did not feel as though I was being taken advantage of at any point in the buying process. I was impressed by their overall facility as having the finance department and DMV right on sight stream lined the process. I've been buying vehicles from Heinrich for over 20 years. Being that I own a construction company here in Buffalo, I've purchased my fair share of full sized pick up trucks. More often than not, Heinrich always finds me the best price. Will I say I've never seen the price cheaper? Certainly not, you always have to shop for the best deal, but given the trends I've found, this place is always worth going to. Price aside, this place can't be beaten in terms of long term service. There's something to be said about the fact that I've been able to keep buying from the same salesman for over 10 years, and if I pass him the grocery store, He'll still remember my name.

Bought a used Avalanche and noticed a few problems. The salesman, Rich Aquino was very professional and very helpful. He told me they'd fix the problems and if I noticed anything else wrong, just bring it back in and they'd fix it. Well, I did. They sold me the truck with 2 key fobs, but the #1 fob was not transmitting. The used sales manager said that they were "just a luxury", and since the #2 fob was working, they weren't going to do anything about it. I found one online for $25 and made the dealership reimburse me for it. I later (after the first trip back to the dealership) noticed the sunroof, passenger side heated seat and power window weren't working correctly. So I made an appointment and dropped it off at 9AM. Mark, the service consultant, was also very professional. He fixed the sunroof, but they wouldn't even look at the power window if it wasn't malfunctioning at that exact time. They wouldn't even do a visual inspection of the wiring to see if something was loose. Mark called me back around 1PM, telling me that he spoke with the owner of the dealership and he said they'd go "50/50 on the repairs" for the heated seat. I expressed my displeasure at the thought, especially after being told if I noticed more problems to just bring it back in. He said he'd have someone call me back. After receiving no call, I called them back at 7PM. Their sales floor is open until 9PM, but their service department closed at 4:30. They never called me, just kept the truck overnight without any notification. I called them early the next morning and Mark told me they haven't done anything to the truck at all, besides fixing the sunroof. The service dept hasn't been told anything. I left a voicemail for Rich and I'm still waiting for them to call me back. I've had this truck for 10 days. At this rate, I'm wondering if I'll ever see it again. The Jeep dealership my wife deals with has never given her any problems at all. They even changed the oil and filled up the gas tank before she drove it off the lot. Heinrich did neither of those things. It feels like they just want the vehicles off the lot and don't want to see them again for any reason (unless you're going to pay them even more) or deal with what could be loyal customers.
