We debated over the Chevy product and I appreciated how patient Heiser was in letting us test drive cars, SUVs and finally a pickup. We didn't intend to buy a truck, but the lease deal they discussed with us was just too good to pass up. And we love this Silverado. I have been servicing my corvettes at Heiser for several years and I am extremely satisfied. Mark McCabe the service advisor does an excellent of scheduling and getting me in at a short notice. The quality of work is above par. Everyone at the facility is friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Heiser West Bend for your service needs.

I had a great experience with Heiser. Sean Sprtel truly was a pleasure to work with. He didn't take me on a goose chase after I told him I just had a couple of questions about some adds and pricing. I told him what I would be looking for and that what he brought to the table. Thought it to be cool of him to show me comparisons of the vehicles I was looking at. I had the good feeling that this staff was all about the customer. He had the resources there and ready for the questions I dropped. It's nice to see the whole team come together to assist each other also...again to help better us as costumers and turning our sale/purchase over smoothly and thoroughly. They work to get the greatest deal for our buck too... with out sacrificing what are looking for in vehicle. I know I have no regrets nor any see able regrets in the far future. I truly got exactly and everything I was looking forward...i.e. the model, make, trim, and lets not for get the goodies we all want inside to play with...lol. Two thumbs up. Again that Sean guy was really lax, helpful, well mannered, and considerate when helping me find the vehicle I was looking for. Thanx Heiser/Sean Sprtel for the 2016 Silverado, 1500 1LT Double...it hits all the needs and wants I was looking for.

After months of car repairs and even one that day, I visited Heiser in West Bend for the 1st time on 5/23. My brother had purchased an Impala last year and was quite pleased with everything. He had wanted me to meet with his sales person Samantha but unfortunately she wasn't in. While we were checking out the used cars, out walked Cesar-wanting me to 'give him a chance'. I am SO glad I did. The entire experience was a positive one, beginning with test driving the Cruze. Cesar made it all easy for me. His humor and ability to relate helped me relax some. {I hadn't purchased a car in 14 years-not had car payments in 12!] Then he turned me over to Sandy in finance who worked her magic. Got me a payment I can afford and a warranty I am so happy to have. Now if that wasn't enough, I needed to drop my car off for a minor look-see. Got another Cruze to drive for the day and when I came back to drop it off and pick mine up, I met Samantha..who offered to get my car for me because it was raining. I mean.....how much better can the service be? I will gladly recommend this dealership and its' staff whenever I can.

I just bought a car from Heiser, my sales rep was Cesar. I had a great experience right from the start. I found the car I liked online and went into the dealership. They brought it to the location nearest me. Cesar was very helpful and friendly, the manager helped me get the best price for my vehicle. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I were looking for a new car and we found one we liked on cars.com and it led us to Heiser Chevrolet Cadillac of West Bend. We worked with a salesman named Cesar Nunez and I can honestly say, it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Cesar was super friendly and was able to answer any questions that we had. Once we decided that we wanted to buy from there, the financing process went so smoothly and we were very happy with what we came away with from here.

I had visited several Chevrolete dealers in the Washington/ Ozaukee/ Waukesha county area and had basically given up due to the lack of interest ( and rudeness *Cedurburg dealer used car guy*) in my 2008 Vue trade in due to an odometer issue. I had kept close records and new basically what was on it. The car was sound in everyway other than the odometer that had failed soon after Saturn went under. I then answered a call from Jim Ray the internet sales person at Heiser Cevrolet. I explained to him what other dealers had said and that I was sure they wouldnt be interested in it. Jim asked me to hold on a moment. He came back on the line saying that they would be interested in working with me. I was floored. Jim promptly met me at their door a few hours later and then introduced me to Rick Cooley my soon to be sales person. Rick was wonderful.He explained in detail what would happen. What needed to happen with my trade in. He already had the car I was interested in pulled inside for me to look at. While test driving they looked at the Saturn and determined they would accept it as a trade. I said I needed some time to make the final decision on purchasing the 2014 Chevrolet Sonic. There was no pressure at all not to leave before purchasing. I left with a smile and a wave from Rick. Needless to say I called a few hours later saying to go ahead and get things ready I wanted the car. It was decided I would come in the following day at 3pm to purchase the car. The next day I was greated at the door once again this time by Rick. We sat down and went over a few things then went out to go over the car. Rick went thru the car with me top to bottom. He helped me hook up the On Star, the bluetooth phone/radio and the XM radio. Afterwards we went in to meet with Sandy in finance. She explained everything in detail and helped me decide on addtional warranties and paint protection. She was so easy to work with and while uneasy about the finance portion I left her office feeling fully informed and well protected if anything should happen. Then Rick took me to the service department and introduced me to the service personel. He showed me where to pull my vehicle in and where the waiting room was. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised on how clean everything was in the service department itself but also the waiting area. He then walked out with me and sent me on my way in my brand new Sonic. All in all I would recommend Heiser West Bend to anyone I know. Rick and Sandy were so wonderful to deal with. They made me feel at ease the entire time. If you do choose Heiser West Bend be sure to ask for Rick! You will not be disapointed!

I bought a 2007 STS from the West Bend Dealership in February. The buying process was fast and easy, but the issues came after the car was in my possession. During the test drive I noticed the driver side adjustable mirror didn't work. I mentioned it to the salesman and he said they'd fix it, which they did. A couple weeks later while snowing I realized there was no washer fluid and one of the windshield wipers were broken and hanging by a thread. I took care of this myself. A couple months later on a hot day I turn on the a/c and it blows hot air. Turns out it needed to be recharged, which I again took care of myself. This left a bad taste in my mouth because when purchasing a premium vehicle such as Cadillac, you'd expect it to live up to premium standards. Instead if felt like I purchased the vehicle from a cheap corner car lot that doesn't care about the quality of car they sell, and not a professional dealer such as Heiser. Now here comes the worse part about my purchase from this dealer. As mentioned earlier, I bought the car in February 2014. I was unaware they sent me off the lot with a 2014 registration sticker instead of 2015. So I was driving around with what appeared to be expired plates. I didn't notice the mistake until I got a parking ticket for invalid display of registration. I immediately took the citation to the police station for an explanation and a cop pointed out my plates were expired after looking at the vehicle. I called the city and told them I just purchased the car so my plates are valid and it was a mistake from Heiser. They told me to have Heiser fax the registration to them and they will investigate. I called Heiser and explained the situation and was told they would fax the info to the city. A week later I followed up with the city and they said they never got a fax from them, but I could go to court on a specific date, which was almost 2 months out, to appeal the citation, which is what I planned to do. Unfortunately I'm a full-time business student, full-time employee, and single father of 3 boys, so I forgot about the court date. I recently got a letter threatening to suspend my registration if I don't pay the ticket, so I did pay it. Yes it is my fault that I forgot the court date but lets be fair, I shouldn't have to go to court because someone else's mistake. I plan to purchase an XTS in a couple years and will steer far away from Heiser due to the issues I've had with them.

Everyone at Heiser made me feel comfortable during my purchase of my new vehicle. My sales rep. Zene H. Hopper II,was very knowlegable ,and answered all my questions about the new Malibu i leased. When i went in to the dealership i didn't really understand,about what leasing a car was all about. The new car manager came in and explained everything i needed to know about leasing a car. I will definetly go back after my lease is up,and probably lease another Malibu. I would also like to thank the financial manager for explaining everything that i needed to know. She was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Heiser Chevrolet to anyone. It's a great place to find a vehicle you want.

I bought my truck at Heiser in West Bend. Taz, the salesman, was very friendly and worked well for me. In fact I sent my dad there to talk to Taz. He was even impressed and sent his friend there a short while later. And now this year my fiance talked to Taz and she bought a car from him. The team there has treated me and my family very nicely and almost greet us by name. I'd definitely go back if i needed another truck.

I was interested in a used truck I saw online. It had a fair amount of miles, but it had a price and was the type I was looking for. I inquired about it, and was sent pictures. It looked okay, so set up an appointment to see it. Well, I wasn't told there was a huge rusted area in back, and that the rear bumper was bashed.. But, I figured I could deal with that later.. So, they gave me the keys for a test drive. The remote, the door locks, windows, signals, gauges all didn't work.... After a brief drive, I said I was still interested, assuming the electronic issues could be fixed. Was told that these would be addressed, and they would get back to me as soon as the issues were corrected......Well, to date, the only thing I have heard from them are the sound of crickets....Yes, it is true is was a used vehicle, but kind of wish they would show a little interest in a customer who said they wanted to buy something.

I can't say enough about the sales and finance staff at Heiser Chevrolet, West Bend, WI! The engine blew on our vehicle of 7 years & we still owed money on it. We turned to Heiser for help. Boy did they deliver! Ben F & Rick N really came thru with the trade in value of our old vehicle. Other dealerships wouldn't even look at our car. Sandy, in Finance, walked us thru all our financing options (lease vs own) to help us minimize the impact of obtaining a new vehicle while still owing on the old one. She took the time to make sure we understood everything! Rick C, our sales person, was always on hand to answer all of our many questions about the vehicles. I truly can't thank the staff at Heiser enough. They took a devastating situation for me & turned it into the highlight of my year!

I took my pickup truck to Heiser with a major problem that came up when I was driving down the highway. I pulled it into the service department and they immediately helped me with it. Two minutes later they gave me a new truck to use while they tried to solve the problem. They said they would call when they found it. To my surprise they called back in about an hour and said they found the problem. Since it was in the afternoon they said just enjoy the new truck and come by in the morning to pick mine up. What a great dealership. And I would like to personally like to thank Larry Nash my service Advisor.

PUrchased a 2014 Silverado from Heiser West Bend. The salesman Tas was great towork with from the start of the sale through taking delivery. So far the service has also been excellant. I bought my car from Heiser Chevrolet of West Allis, but sometimes have my car serviced at Heiser Chevrolet of West Bend as it is very convenient. Its great how clean the entrance is, how they communicate the work to be done, as well as anything they might find. When they are done, they go through all of the inspections/diagnostics that they performed to present a detailed picture of the state of my vehicle. And they washed away the winter salt. I'm not sure what I enjoy most about the waiting area, the WI-FI or free snacks. It is clean and quiet, so I can actually get work done while I'm there. Sometimes, my car is done long before I am ready to leave.

I am just amazed with my experience. I was treated like family. Rick Cooley gave me options for getting a new vehicle that I have never, ever considered. He listened to me and came up with the perfect solution for my situation. Every employee came up to me and talked to me, and petted my dog (yes, they let me bring my dog!). They all were so friendly and caring. I had the best car buying experience ever. I found the Jeep of my dreams at Heiser Automotive in West Bend, WI. Who would of thougt? It could have been the shiney exterior, the powerful engine, the heated seats, or the automatic start that captured my heart. But what honestly sealed the deal was my salesman, Cesar Nunez. This guy, let me tell you, has the charisma and energy to sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves. He will make you feel comfortable and like you are in trusting hands. First time I have traveled out of state to make a car purchase. Sales person was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable . He worked through some technical issues with the voice recognition of MyLinks which was great. Before leaving we noticed a button label on the dash was missing after the vehicle had been washed inside and out, but the Sales Manager looked at the issue and promised to order and mail it along with an owners manual. Best car buying experience I have ever had!

It was an all around enjoyable buying experience. Jimmy Schlit was very helpful in finding the Tahoe I wanted and getting the features.. Jimmy also helped to set up my xm radio and on star packages. Heiser gave me a far price on my trade in. I felt like a very valuable custiimer and was treated very well. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a new or used vehicle. This was my second new vehicle buy from them in 3 years. And to GM I love my Tahoe it is an awesome vehicle.

I just took delivery of my third vehicle from Heiser and love my new Malibu. This is the first time I have leased a car in my life and am amazed by the experience. My salesman, Cesar was very knowledgeable on leasing and took very good care of me. Ben the sales manager also showed me how I could save money by leasing. Then when I met Sandy she took excellent care of me, explained the benefits of leasing (she leases an Equinox herself) and assured me that the staff at Heiser would be here to take care of me from the beginning to the end of my lease.

I am a widow and first time car buyer as my husband had previously purchased all our cars and I was anxious about this process prior to leasing my car at Heiser in West Bend. The salesperson, Terry Hepting, was extremely helpful and understanding and answered all my questions while making me feel comfortable with this process. Sandy, the Business Mgr., explained everything in detail. She was extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. The Manager, Ben, stopped by several times to thank me for leasing my car with them. Before driving my car home, Terry took me on a tour of their new facility and explained how the Service Department works with a leased car. I was very impressed with the facility. All of the people I dealt with were extremely friendly and helpful. This was a pleasant experience and I will certainly go back to Heiser for my next lease.

My car search started on the internet. I found what I was looking for at Heiser in West Bend. I didn't want to drive 100 miles round trip to a dealer if when I got there I couldn't make a deal. I opened an instant messaging session with Dan. We discussed some things that were important to me like trade value and inventory availability. He assured me that a trip to Heiser would be worth my time. He was right! I met with Cesar. Friendly guy. He listens. He understood what I wanted and why. Had the two cars I was interested in ready for me to look at. After a test drive we got down to business. Met Rick the sales manager, another friendly and honest guy. He didn't get everything he wanted and I didn't get everything I wanted but we both were willing to compromise and we did the deal. Then I met Sandy the business manager that helps with financing. She called in a favor to get the loan I wanted at the rate I wanted. Friendly, honest and organized is how I would describe her. I bought a lot of cars over the years and this experience ranks at the top. Thanks for your efforts and I love the car!

I would like to personally thank all of those involved with the wonderful experience of purchasing a used vehicle at Heiser - West Bend, WI. My first contact was with Aaron, who was not a salesperson but was polite and very attentive to my needs and inquiries. I was in the lot looking at vehicles when he acknowledged me checking out cars. Then I met Paul my car salesman, very polite, attentive, caring, and a true pleasure to work with. And then the scariest time when purchasing a vehicle is of course the finance portion. Sandy was so polite, caring and down to earth. My total shopping and purchasing experience was so much better than I could have imagined it being. I had been at many dealers both local and out of town areas in the past couple of weeks and not one of those other dealers or people that I had contact with were as pleasant or helpful as this team of caring people. We recently purchased an Impala LTZ. When we came it we told Woody exactly what we wanted the car to have and a few weeks later he called us and said he had found a car that he thought we would like. We went in to test drive it and we walked out with a the perfect car for us. Everything went smoothly and everyone we dealt with was friendly and made sure we were satisfied. We go in for all our routine maintenance on the car and every time it has been a pleasant experience. The last time we went in for the oil change, they found something wrong with one of the tires and made sure it was fixed before we took the car. And it was nice and clean when they were done.

I had recently just bought my first car, and chose to go to heiser! I was greeted by an extremely friendly lady at the front desk, who continued to recognize me every time I went back to heiser! My sales man, Jim, was amazing. Being a 23 year old young woman most dealers would try to take advantage of a young lady who is extremely young. He treated me with respect and help point me into the right direction on how to go about buying my first car. The finance department was awesome. The wonderful lady explained everything in extremely good detail to me as I was buying my first car. All at heiser are extremely helpful, And all a wonderful staff! I highly recommend going to heiser for your next purchase of a vehicle!

When taking my Camaro in for service work they are always friendly and complete the service work in the time estimate theey gave me. Caar is always washed and clean when I get it back. The waiting area is very well kept and offers some refreshments aand snacks. Always a great experience.

I knew about a vehicle that was traded in Cesar found it and had it shipped from west allis to west bend on my terms and my time line and i bought it at my price. Heiser was by far the most relaxed car shopping experience I have ever had. Not only did I purchase a new car but my boyfriend also purchased a new Silverado at the same timie. This was his first new vehicle ever and he had a lot of questions and I mean a lot of questions about everything. From our first encounter with our sales person Caeser to going through the paperwork with Sandy our experience was relaxed and very enjoyable. Buying a car is a big deal to us and we were very excited and happy with the Heiser dealership. The facility is awesome, bright warm and welcoming. Service center is the state of the art, designed for ease of the customer. We have only used it for getting our new vehicles washed so far but we were in and out with minimal waiting time. All the people we worked with were extremely knowledgable along with their warm and friendly personalities, that is something you cannot fake. We feel we just didn't buy a new car and truck we made new friends. Would recommend Heiser dealership to everyone.

I can not even express to you how Happy I am that I stopped at Heiser after leaving a different Dealership Very Very unhappy and frustrated. I never felt pressured at Heiser, they were truly looking for me to find the best car possible and the best deal. My wife and I received outstanding service from Mathias who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable throughout the buying process. He was very approachable and very knowledgeable and even took the time to help my wife program the stereo and explain how the blue tooth and all the different features of the car worked. Ceaser was AMAZING when it came to my buying process. I never even heard of this dealership being over an hour away from where I live. I went there with very low expectations on buying the vehicle I found online. I went in there with a set budget and I couldn't go a dollar more, but to my surprise they were so accommodating. I had was having some interior concerns on the vehicle I purchased about 6 months ago from another dealership. So I had called to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle to make an appointment to have this issue addressed. The service department was not friendly at all or accommodating. So I called this dealership and asked for the service and got Larry Nash on the phone. I explained the concerns I had and asked when could I set up an appointment and he told me to come in that day. Now that is what I call service. When we arrive at the dealership Larry Nash greeted both my husband and I with the best customer service. He then looked over the vehicle and came up with a plan to repair. He jumped thru hoops to make us satisfied. So I took my vehicle back when Larry called and said that parts were in and we can work on it now. He did run into a problem but fixed it immediately. He arranged for me to have a rental vehicle and even had someone shuttle me to a hair appt. while I waited:) Larry Nash is very upbeat, pleasant, out going, friendly, knowledgeable, and very in tuned to the customers needs. I will for sure take my vehicle back anytime to this dealership. He is even accommodating with meeting me closer to my home to drop a part off and install it quickly. He does an excellent job. Thanks so much Larry Nash and the Heiser staff for such a wonderful experience.

June 3rd my husband and I went in to see about trading in our car for something a little newer - Cesar Nunez was our car salesmen - he was great!! Cesar was funny, made us comfortable, and listened to what we were trying to do! He got us a great trade in value for our car & put us in a 2013 Cruze which I love!!! On June 10th I had to stop in to get my tire plugged from driving over a nail and have them put the tire back on after repairs. I dealt with Larry Nash - great customer service again, friendly, quick service, and best of all he was patient and great with my two young children. He gave me the option of staying at the dealership while the tire was being repaired or to come back - I chose to come back within an hour - by the time I got back 45 minutes later he was ready for my car so they could put the tire back on!!! So far every experience with Heiser has been wonderful! It's great to deal with a business and not be looked at as money & dollar signs! Both Cesar and Larry were wonderful!!!

Recently expanded service department offers convenient drive in service. Our sales associate, Marvin Zautcke, was excellent! We began our experience in early May with our initial test drive and consultation to purchase a 2013 Malibu. That meeting was wonderful and Marvin sent us home with all of the literature we would need to make our decision. He was open and honest. We did not feel pressured. I had received a service offer via e-mail that I was taking advantage of. Everything was done in a quick and efficient manner. Larry gave me several updates on my vehicles progress. After the service was complete, Larry reviewed everything that had been done to my vehicle with me. I will definitely go back and I want to commend Larry for the excellent customer service. We were very pleased with Cesar Nunez. He is a very enthusiastic salesperson. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that we did have to wait quite a while for the financing people when we went to pick up our vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience at Heiser. I brought 2 cars for service at this dealership. My 2010 Camaro had steam coming out of the engine compartment and I am concern that the engine is overheating so I talk to Nathan my service advisor, he told me that this could be due to condensation because of the cold weather and since there was no warning light that came on, however he noticed my concern so he told me to bring the car and he will take a look. He test drive the car for several miles and told me that the car is fine and that he did not notice the steam and the engine did not overheat. The following day I took my Roadtrek conversion Chevy G van to be serviced since I will be taking the van for a long trip to Alaska. Nathan is again my service advisor, he explained everything that is needed for service and after half an hour Nathan came to waiting room and asked me if I have time to wait since they still have to wash the van manually because it is too big for their machine. I am very very satisfied with their service specially Nathan Heimerl, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

This was my first purchae at this dealership. I found the salesman, Terry Hepting, to be very knowledgeable about the cars they sell. Terry took the time to listen to what my needs were, what I was looking for and why. He brought up a vehicle that met my wants and needs, and then some, and it was all set and ready to go for the test drive. I had no reason to look at anything else. Terry answered all the questions I had and showed me the new features on the car that I was not yet familiar with. Terry did not use any pressure, tricks or gimmicks to get the sale. Terry and Sandy Kromeich were both very friendly and very helpful in guiding me through the purchase contract, incentives and financing options that were available. When I went to pick up the car the next day, the car was detailed and ready, and everything went smooth and on time, even with all of the standard paperwork. Both Terry and Sandy were friendly and helpful throughout the complete process of introductions, test drive, trade-in, pricing, contract, financing and delivery of my new car. With my knowledge, Sandy even called my insurance agent so I have insurance on my new car when I left the dealership. Both Terry and Sandy stayed late on each day (sale and pick-up) to ensure my purchase was complete, and met my satisfaction.

Me and my boyfriend just bought a 2007 Dodge Caliber and the customer service was phenomenal!!!! our salesman was CEASER and he was excellent he offered us jimmy jonhs lunch due to us being there for over 6 hours! but we got the car we really wanted and for a great price! he also answered all of our questions in detail and was very paient with us! they even cleaned my car spotless before i took it home. This dealership also spoted a cracked tail light on my car that i did not see and they fixed it for free and when we took the car in to get it fixed they cleaned my car again for me! I have never had service like this before and will defintley will reccommed my friends and family to them! when you go there ask for CEASER!! :)

When I took my car here for repairs I was quickly greeted with a smile by Chris my service advisor. After the mechanic Looked at my car Chris gave me an honest answer to my problem. He simply said to me that he would not feel right trying to sell me the repairs because they exceeded the value of the car. He explained the issues and at 170,000 miles who doesn't have some issues. I later spoke to a mechanic friend who confirmed what Chris told me and now I am working to buy a new car from Heiser. I am thankful for Chris' honesty and for not trying to take advantage of the situation. Like most people I depend on my car and to know that this dealer has my best interests in mind makes me feel good about my decision to have my car serviced here and to make my next purchase from them.

This dealer has been my choice for years and has recently undergone some serious change. I was already impressed with the new building when I came in for service but was not expecting the terrific service that I received. In fCt I was a little nervous because the service person I have worked with for years is no longer there. Those feelings were quickly superseded by the great service I received from Mr. Chris Feavel. He was very knowledgable and was understanding of my concerns. He was upfront and made me feel more welcome than I ever felt before. He explained to me what the problem was with my car and how it affected my cars performance. He is a true professional and his personality was probably one of the best I have had the pleasure to experience.

My husband and I bought a used car a couple years ago from this dealer. We also bought a new car from another Chevy dealer, but use Heiser in West Bend for service since it's much more convenient. Both the purchase and service have been very comfortable without pressure to spend more than is comfortable or necessary. Now that the remodeling at the West Bend location has been completed, it's very easy to drop off and pick-up. The car wash with oil change is a welcome perk! Prices are very comparable with other local auto service providers, but the hassle-free service is what keeps us coming back.

I recently purchased a car from Heiser and it is the first time I have ever had a good experience with a dealer. I have stayed away from dealerships for a long time because of a bad past experience. A friend told me that Heiser was different and I should give them a try and I am very glad that I did. I got my car which was a used vehicle without a warranty and I did have a problem with it on my second day of ownership. I called up and Bob told me to bring it in and gave me no hassle at all. Upon arriving I was greeted and treated very professionally by Chris in service. Thank you heiser for everything you earned a long term customer.

Finance department did not return calls and had no clue what was going on with my purchase. My contract had errors and needed to be correct two separate times, one after it was sent and verified by my bank. Salesmen Woody and Mathias were great, especially Woody who entertained my kids while we completed paperwork. The vehicle we bought was good, although we were told everything worked. Many lights on the radio and steering wheel were out which we didnt notice of course during the day,

I took my car in for an oil change, and while I was getting my car checked in, Service Advisor Chris Feavel let me know that there was also a new recall on my vehicle that they could take care of right away. Chris was very personable, and after I mentioned to him that I had had a previous issue with the price of a repair that GM had authorized, he was able to help resolve the issue. Also during these few minutes, after I mentioned that I would be looking into purchasing a Tahoe in the near future, he was on the phone with another member of the staff, determining if they had that vehicle in stock for me to look at. You can tell that Chris cares about his customers, and cares about his employer as well, taking the initiative on a possible sales lead. We have had previous issues with Heiser's Service Department. One time, when we were supposed to get a free oil change, we found out that the oil was never changed, and the oil level had gotten dangerously low. Since that time, they have replaced their service employees, and we are much more impressed now. They have re-earned our business.

I was traveling through town on a Saturday when my car began making a horrible noise. I was so worried and did not know what to do. I have never had such a great experience while having my car serviced. Chris the service guy was very professional and informative. I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of. The waiting area was comfortable and I was kept informed of the progress the entire time. Even when I strolled into the sales area, the staff was friendly and I didnt feel harassed. The service team at Heiser Chevrolet saved our travel weekend, when on Saturday morning they readily accepted my car that had just lost the right front brake as the pad broke loose from the caliper and made the car undriveable. I was in Wisconsin visiting parents, having driven in from Tennessee and going back the next day. Mark and Chris Feavel, the service advisors, took the car in, found the parts, and Chris personally took charge of seeing that the repairs were done correctly and quickly. In two hours my car was back to me and ready for the long trip back to Tennessee. Now That's Service.

I have been going to this dealership for many many years and I have seen many changes but not so many improvements until my recent visit. the service department has changed management which was much needed and they have finally hired some competant people. I worked with Chris and Lana and they were so friendly and understanding of my needs. Chris called me three times to update me on my vehicle and even had the mechanic that worked on my vehicle come out and explain the repairs to me. Fantastic! My expectations were met at the door and exceeded by the time I left. I have an older Cadillac that was inherited. Not knowing much about a Cadillac I took it to a different dealership that is 40 minutes closer to my house and had it "repaired" for the same issue 3 times. After the 3rd "repair" I decided to look for a different mechanic and that is when I found Heiser Cadillac in West Bend. Christopher Feavel in the service department was funny and helpful. He told me about the repairs that were needed and walked me through the process that the mechanic was going to take to make sure my vehicle was safe and reliable. He made me feel like I was his only customer in the world and I am appreciative for that. He even hand washed my car and vaccumed it out. I also would like to thank the Master Mechanic Christopher spoke so highly of that did the work on my vehicle. This is not just a car to me but also years of memories as my Father had this car for years before he passed and it is one of the only things I have to remember him by. Thank you Heiser Cadillac for having a great team to provide great service.

I had first repair to a 2010 Equinox with 48000 miles other than routine maintenance. Mr. Feavel had the repair finished before I was promised. I would highly recommend the car, the dealer and the service department. They all gave me more than I ever expected.

The service team at Heiser West Bend has been outstanding every time I have worked with them this year. I have an older model SUV and and seen them frequently. They have worked with my schedule- kept me informed- and stand behind their work. Chris from service has been very helpful and upfront with my vehichles issues. Tech AJ took the time on a Saturday to discuss differential diagnosis and along with Chris, pull up literature about my vehichles issues and we talked through what would be a good starting place. Highly recommend to everyone! And the newly remodeled facility is beautiful.

It is hard to find honest people in this world but I must say I have found not one but a whole organization of them. I dealt with Christopher Feavel in the service department and he was great. He kept me informed about the what's, why's, when's and how's regarding my vehicle. He even gave me a list for the next 50,000 miles of services that would be needed and advised me what each one was for. Everyone there is so nice and the cookies and coffee are delicious.

Dear Sir; I have recently had the opportunity to buy a used truck from one of your facilities ie, Heiser Chevrolet Cadillac of West Bend. I would like to start out by telling you a lil bit about me, I am a single dad, divorsed , and work very hard for that which I have. I believe in better days and good people, I also believe in honesty, and true buisness men. I tried to find a car numerous times in a price range I could afford, so that I might be able to give my currently driven car to my son and exwife, so now he has a new car then I, as I gave them my 2006 Cobalt for what was owed well below market value. I bought a 2003 Chevrolet S10 crew cab 4wd from your store in WB, numerous things went wrong within days of the purchase and I placed a call, I was asked to bring the truck in, your store corrected all the known problems. Now of course because it is the wknd now my airbag sencing lights keep activating shutting down the airbag system or whatever that means go figure, sometimes cant win.I am telling you this because over the years I did buisness elsewhere and it was about the sale and not the service after.
