1. If buying a vehicle here and they tell you they will take money off the price be assured they will make up for it somewhere else. Example... I bought my truck, the sales guy was going to take 800 off the price. I was also supposed to get a warranty for 5 years, no premium. Since they took money off the total price they just added it to the warranty. So now I have a few hundred dollar deductible instead of zero. Got an oil change recently. Hope they put in 8 quarts. Its reading low already. Also they put nice oil finger prints all over the hood and front of my truck. All in all their ok. I'll go back but just won't expect much. However the sales guy who sold me my truck was awesome and the service counter guy was helpful.

I was not satisfied with the diagnosis of the issue with my truck, second time I took it for alignment, the problem now is even worst than before, the first time I was told I needed to replace the rear tires because that was what is not letting my truck to be aligned properly. This time only 2 weeks after the first alignment, the technician told me I have to buy 4 tires so they can do the alignment. Which means they did the service without giving a diagnosis first, if my tires needed to be changed in order to be aligned properly, I think I should've known that before paying for something that it wasn't going to do any good. I also got the fuel filter changed, something I was willing to pay for, when I got to the counter, after the service was done, I asked the lady if I could go get my checkbook from my truck, which I had trouble finding because someone parked it all the way in the back of the service shop, I grabbed may checkbook, when I was getting ready to pay, I got a called from your service manager assuming that I took my truck and left without paying. Next time instead of assuming that a costumer left without paying, first take the time to walk around the building and confirm that the vehicle is not there or at least communicate a little better with your staff.

Where to start? Let's start with a totally unprepared car. Terrible detailing and mats piled in the rear of a $40,000 used car. Arrived at the dealership promptly at 9 am and left their sister dealership after a wild goose chase for a second set of keys at 4:15pm. The closing process took two hours with a rookie finance person. No interaction with management even though I was waiting around for 7 hours.I wrote a very nice email to the owner with a copy to marketing. In the letter I detailed my buying experience, make suggestions, trying to positive. Never heard from them.Apparently I did not express myself through the proper channels, thus this review. Frankly I would not return to this dealer under any circumstances.

I purchased a 2016 Suburban from Heiser Chevrolet this week. I drove almost 2 hours to get to the dealership I would do it again in a heartbeat. When I got to Heiser, Jason Clark, whom I had spoken to on the phone, was ready to show me a fantastic price on a phenomenal car. No monkey business as it relates to the vehicle or "special offers" that I did not qualify for. The price online was the price I was offered (before negotiating of course :). It was refreshing, given experiences I've had at other dealers. I will buy my next Chevy from Heiser, even it is a longer ride, it is totally worth it.

Brought my impala in for a recall repair and oil change. I was told the repair would take 3-4 hours so I scheduled my appointment for 8:45am because I needed to leave for work by 3:10pm, giving myself over 6 hours time for the repair. I told the service rep who was organizing the shuttle rides that I just needed to be back by 3, he assured me that was fine. 2:30 rolls along and I call them to see if we were on track in case I needed to arrange for a carpool with a coworker, again I was assured it would be fine and the driver would be leaving shortly. Received a call at 2:48 saying the driver was leaving in 2 minutes. Well, cutting it close here, I live 12 minutes from the service center, but I would be alright still. Once the driver got to my house at 3:05 I was told we needed to pick up another passenger. I told him I was gonna be late now and his reply was "Uh-Oh". That's it. Get to the service center at 3:46, received a "thank you for your patience" and my bill. Now I'm out a half hour pay, received an attendance point, and am ineligible for our quarterly perfect attendance bonus. I could have set up a carpool easily but didn't bother to because I was told I would get back in time, thanks a lot Heiser, great customer service.

In Janurary (2013) they put a new quarter panel on my 2011 Silverado ( which I bought new there ) and paintedit. Now the paint is peeling off by the right rear wheel well, there is rust under the paint. They told me that it wasn't due to poor workmanship, but I don't think it was prepped right. They also told me it could be from salton the roads. I only have 37300 miles on the truck. I took it to another body shop for an estimate and they saidit wasn't primed before being painted.I would recommend the dealership, they did my service work. I would not recommend the body shop becausethey don't stand behind their work. Now it's going to cost me another $300.00 to fix it.

After my VW Beetle went up in flames I was in the market to replace it with a similar size vehicle to tow behind an RV. The folks at Camping World recommended a manual Chevy Sonic. A computer search lead us to Heiser Chevrolet. They found us exactly what we were looking for. Mark Rouse the sales consultant had the car waiting for us to test drive. He explained all facets of the car and was open to and answered our questions. We felt no pressure to buy but we did anyway. He met us at the door when we arrived to pick up the vehicle. All paper work and explanations were handled in a smooth and courteous manner and we happily drove off with our new car.

Completely lied to about the feautures on my vehicle, no wonder I felt so great about the price I was given, was told this vehicle had navigation and after a rushed demonstration of my vehicle before leaving the lot because "Mr. Fumo" was busy with other customers I found out the vehicle had barely any of the features I was told, no nav but a decent radio, none of the advanced safety features I was told about, lane departure etc . won't buy from Heiser again.

Same Old lady like always was in the office but as alone and took her five minutes of eating her popcorn to realize I was there. Tries to pay for my work and she has to dig through a stack of papers on the printer before even finding mine. Muttering under her breath. Looked around for a manager couldn't find one.

We were looking for a Chevy Captiva in a Red / Maroon color and Heiser Chevrolet happened to have the one we were looking for. After making a phone call the night before, we talked to Dave Shepard about the Captiva, we decided to make the 150 mile trip from Stevens Point with our 1996 Chevy Blazer with 191,000 miles on it. When we met Dave, we felt like he was one of us and we are in our 60's and we could relate very well in our conversations. After taking the Captiva for test ride, we decided to buy it on the spot and trade in our 1996 Blazer which we had for 12 years and gave us many good years of service on the road. Even though we had told them what time we would arrive and that we were under time constraint the car was not ready to look at and they were somewhat surprised we were there. The initial offer on our vehicle was an insult to us because it was so low and the man sat behind a computer in sight of us and made decisions that David had to convey to us and the manager never came to talk with us. The general manager Brian came to help with the deal and was personal and got the deal done. We have had a generic email checking on us in a week since we bought vehicle.

I patiently waited seven and a half hours to drive away with a different car. Two and a half hours after close. I was hoping to get a buyback on my problematic car, but wasn't able to, due to it already being a lemon (Don't buy from Joe Van Horn). I knew exactly what car I wanted before coming in. Brian and Jason did a great job helping me get that car. I got $5,000 trade-in for my old car ($1,000 more than CarMax offered). The remaining balance was added to the loan for new car. I don't like how Brad forces GAP coverage on everyone. After turning it down a couple times, Brian was able to give it to me by not changing my payment amount. The car is doing great so far. Had I not waited so long, I probably would have given a perfect rating.

My intial interaction with this dealer wasn't positive, but once I drew the situation to the attention of the "General Manager" (Brian Crandall) the entire experience did a 180! Customer service was far beyond the "second mile" once Brian got involved. I came to Heiser go look at their 2012 Chevy Equinox. The process from start to finish was absolutely spectacular! Prior to this I had horrible service at a different delearship so it was nice and relieving to see customer service actually still exists. They even put the extra effort in to move the car buying process along faster and more efficiently. Everyone involved made me feel like an actual valued customer and that they truly appreciated my business. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking to buy or lease a car!

We leased a 2012 Malibu from Heiser and enjoyed it through the years. Lease was coming to end and received email from Greg K (fancy pants) inviting us in to discuss what might be our next vehicle. (I dread car buy with a passion - worse that pulling teeth). We visited Heiser and met Greg. He was easy to discuss the car business with, & easy to trust. He did not get into all the specifics of the vehicles available, just wanted to know what we were thinking, not pushing a particular vehicle. It got closer to lease end and we decided to visit Greg on what was possible with the purchase of a Equinox..............with no pressure, Greg offered to get us pricing. This is the second vehicle we purchased from David Shepard and Heiser Chevrolet. Both experience have been excellent. Dave had to work a little hard, or wait a little longer on selling this second vehicle to us. We went in a couple of months ago, but the pricing didn't work out to a payment I could afford. Dave and Heiser management didn't push, just said they would be there when we were ready. This was a huge reason a couple of months later I contacted Dave and we closed the deal on the new vehicle. This experience plus the great customer service we get every time we take a vehicle in for service is why we won't go to another dealership. Daivd Shepard took very great care of my mom and me. I hadn't bought car in ten years and David made my experience very comfortable. He explained all my options in the vechile i was intersted in. He was not pushy like some sales people are. When I picked up my vechile he explained everything to me and my mother and answered all our questions. Introduced me to Rich Brusky(new car manager). Those two worked very well together finalizing my deal.....loved every minute of it. I also met Jeff Wenzen(used car manager) who introduced himself. Jeff was very personable when I came back the next day to have a few questions answered about my new car.Met the service dept. guys and Dan Gnadt took time to explain more about the workings of my 2014 Impala. When I asked him why I should use their service dept. rather than one closer to our home, he talked about the wealth of experience in the service dept and what an expert job they do.Went next door to the parts dept to ask about washing the car and both guys there gave me information on the best products to use.Kristina & Chris in finance did a great job too answering questions and making the financial part of the project a seamless transaction.Had a great experience at Heiser Ford on Prospect Ave years ago and it's only gotten better at Heiser Chevrolet.Thanks guys....keep up the good work!

We have had such a wonderful experience with all involved at Heiser they made us feel like family.We had a service issue with our car that started over a year ago. We had this issue fixed we thought & the issue came up again a few months later. Heiser & GM tried diligently to fix the problem with the car. We worked with Quinn, Dan & Brian. After many hours of hard work & thought into this problem they were always considerate to us even when we got so discouraged & frustrated because they could not figure out how to fix this issue. GM made a decision this was not fixable and offered to buy back the vehicle. We took the offer & purchased another vehicle. This was a three month process from beginning of trying to fix it to the repurchase, to buying a new vehicle. We have never worked with such caring people in our life. We could not have asked for better service & people to work with. We are very very HAPPY in the end,

I found a 2014 loaner vehicle on line for a reasonable price. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was in the showroom. The inside of the vehicle had an unknown white substance throughout. There was obvious damager to rear bumper from some sort of collision. Manager said he would fix vehicle to our full satisfaction. We arranged to pick up the vehicle 10 days later (having been told this would be plenty of time to clean and repair the vehicle). After 7 days we received a call saying the vehicle would not be ready. We postponed picking up the vehicle for 2 more days. Again, we received a call stating the vehicle still would not be ready. Because of this I had no faith in the dealership's word or ability to perform work when promised. Needless to say I cancelled the deal and chose not to work with this dealership. Throughout process the salesman was very helpful and accommodating and this incident does not reflect our experience working with him.

We came to Heiser Chevrolet on a Wednesday evening looking to buy a used truck we saw on their web page. Unfortunately the truck we wanted was sold the night before. A frustrating situation for us was professionally handled well by Willie & Brian as they went out of their way to help us find another truck. Who knew finding a nice affordable used truck with a cap/topper would be so difficult! They graciously explained the nuances of the used truck market. They found a truck at one of their other dealership lots and a newly traded in truck at the "reconditioning/certification" lot and brought both of them to West Allis Chevrolet lot for us to test drive on Saturday. We live in Madison and I'm glad we made the trip to West Allis. Willie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Plus he had a great sense of humor and charm which helped "seal the deal". Every employee smiled and said hello, provided idle chit chat and laughed at our jokes; being treated so well made us feel like we were part of the Heiser family! The only down side to this purchase was it took a total of 4+ hours for the sale to be complete from beginning to end. The longest wait was the financing and I wished Chris would have kept us in the loop in a more timely manner.Thank you to the Heiser Chevrolet team for making my husband happy with a new truck! ~~ Jennifer

We came to buy a diesel pickup to big 5th wheel. We met Greg Koss who scanned the GM network to locate the p/u we bought. He did a good job explaining the features of the Silverado LTZ . Rich Brusky, the new car manager, had to wheel and deal with the Michigan dealership to get us the truck. Christina Beck handled all the paperwork when we signed the final papers and made us buy the extended warranty and the Zurich shield protection. We look forward to many years using the Silverado for many, many years.

We were told to come in and meet with another individual on a Saturday morning only to find out the other person didn't work on Saturday's and we just drove an hour expecting to meet! Needless to say, Brad was more than willing to help. He located the vehicle we were there to look at, drove us to the location where the vehicle actually was and gave us the opportunity to actually inspect the vehicle ourselves (even though it wasn't ready for the show lot yet). When I changed jobs in 2004 I was happy to see Heiser directly across the street from my office window. So I began taking my car there for servicing -- just a minute's walk away. Since then I have purchased 2 new cars from Heiser. The last new car involved a trade-in and I was very pleased with the deal. I'm retired now and still very pleased with the service and friendly atmosphere at Heiser. This is a credit to the personnel at the check-in desk, the skilled technicians, and the bookkeepers. It is also a credit to the managers who make sure everyone is well-trained for their work. Since June, 2004 I have never been anywhere else for service. You are the reason for that loyalty!

I had initially gone to Heiser Chevrolet to assist my brother in purchasing a new car for himself. Heiser Chevrolet has been the main car dealership for most of my family for the past few years. The main sales and leasing consultant that was utilized for my brother's vehicle purchase was David Shepard. David had inquired about my vehicle and proposed some of the specials that were currently going on at the time. I had gained a quick interest in the specials as I needed a replacement on my vehicle in the near future. I had set up an appointment the following week to meet with David and go over some of the possible options. I met with David and decided to lease a new Chevy Cruze. David was very professional in his approach on leasing the vehicle with me. David did an excellent job of explaining everything that I needed to know about the new lease. I did not feel uncomfortable at all while talking with him nor did I feel obligated to make any quick decisions. David was a very personable leasing consultant, that I quickly gained a high respect for and appreciation for all his hard work with helping me along with my first leasing option. He thoughtfully and accurately answered all the questions that I brought forth to him in a timely manner. Throughout my experience I had also met with Richard Brusky, and Chris Chesniak. Both were exceptional and personable people that were able to help me along my leasing experience. Overall, I had a very positive experience with my option of choosing Heiser Chevrolet for my new car lease. Many people made the experience a good one. A mistake was made on our purchase contact that Chris came back after signing and corrected which ended up being an additional savings. I walked in and Jameel was so helpful, it was late Saturday night and they were closing in an hour, I felt bad but really wanted to get my wife a new car for Valentines day, they were more than willing to stay open just for us !! Jameel helped with picking out the exact car we wanted and then the New car sales manager Richard was Super cool to deal with throughout the transaction. My wife and me then went to Kristina where she went way out of her way to call some banks to get my rate to a crazy low rate, she helped us out in so many ways. Jeff and George get an A+++ in my book. George really helped me understand the workings of the vehicle and made sure all my questions were answered. Jeff assigned extra personnel to get the vehicle prepped and get me on the road as quickly as possible, and did everything he could to mitigate the unpleasantness of the purchasing process. Heiser's policy limits credit card charges to $1000 max. Really???? I intended to charge the entire purchase, but when they were unable to accept even $5000 on my credit card, that meant I had to go through the whole financing slog: the credit app, taking the hit on my credit rating, spending all that time signing all those forms, etc. etc. If this vehicle had not been exactly what I had been looking for, I would have walked away. This also means I am very unlikely to get any service work done here beyond oil changes. I would recommend this place because of the great personnel, but only with this caveat.

Greg double checked that the requested features were on the vehicle, tire tread amount, overall condition of the 2009 trailblazer. He then contacted our bank and provided the needed information to finalize the loan, made arrangements to pick me up at the Milwaukee bus station, paying good attention to the needed details to complete the transaction. If something needed was missed I wasn't going to be able to run home and grab it. Everything went very well other than one minor glitch, lien holder information not on paperwork. Finance guy called our credit union, but no one on my end was able to help on Saturday so hewas going to take care of adding lien holder today (Monday). Greg did an excellent job on all the follow up stuff to make things go smoothly. I would strongly recommend calling Greg on your next car purchase.

Phil is a wonderful salesman. He is friendly, helpful, and informative. Before I even walked in the building I found the car I was interested in. Phil did not try to pressure me into something different. I had been to a few other dealerships before I found Heiser and my experiences there were not very good. I was comfortable working with Phil, unlike some of the other salesmen I had dealt with. We found some issues with the car due to weather and they were resolved before I even bought the car. Phil worked with me for several days to make sure I was comfortable with the deal I was making. After I purchased the car and was driving it more I noticed a slight alignment problem, I called Phil and he told me they would fix it at no cost to me. The 2014 Equinox LS is the first Chevy vehicle I've had, since the '92 Lumina. I had been a Saturn fan since '01 (and 2 more since then) But needed a replacement for the Saturn taken out in an accident. And not being fond of having to'shop' for cars,Greg Koss made that experince not so burdon-some. Over the course of 3 non-consectative days, Greg showed his patience and the value(s) of my short list of choices. Negotiations with manager went smoothly, I was satisfied with results. I was not very happy when I had to bring my 2006 Chevy Impala in for repairs less than a year of me purchasing the car from this very dealership, 8 months to be exact. First off let me tell you that I had to have the transmission replaced on this car after 3 months of purchasing this car. Then when I brought it in, they charged me a service fee (which if this is the second time in less than a year of having major problems with a car I would think they could have waived this as a courtesy) After that they told me that my head gaskets were blown and it would cost around $3500 to fix. They were very robotic, showed no empathy, and when I pushed my car out on to the lot to have AAA tow it the salesman who sold me the car 8 months ago came up to me asked me about the situation and didn't even recognize or acknowledge that he sold me the car. I mean come on, it's not like you work at a grocery store and see 1200 people a day. I felt very tricked and very unimportant. I will be trading this car in ASAP and letting everyone know not to work with the people at Heiser Chevrolet. They truly don't care about their customers and could care less about you unless you have your pocketbook open.

We bought a Chevy Cruze from Heiser and have been using them for all the service (so far). It seems there's always some kind of miscommunication or mix-up or something. Last time, my daughter went for an oil change, didn't realize her "specials" had run out, and didn't have enough money. The cashier refused to take a credit card number over the phone from me, so we had to actually take the cash there before they would give her the car! What?!? When I called a supervisor later to complain, the supervisor said they DO take card info over the phone. Hmmm...guess they forgot to tell the cashiers that little detail. Anyway, it's just one example of my experience with Heiser.

I did not like the jeep I bought just 9 months ago, Brad Sterling and Kristina Beck were more than helpful to try and make something work for me without stepping down in value...they actually helped me to get into a 2012 suv awd when i hated my 2011 jeep 2wd rear wheel. I went to Heiser Chevrolet in West Allis, Wi because they had the lowest overall pricing on their inventory, the customer service was better than any other dealer I had been to in recent memory. The dealer was willing to work with me to get the vehicle I desired for the best possible price. Which was great, because it was my first purchase of a newer vehicle through a dealership. My salesperson Afrim Dzelili was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased, and if he didn't have an answer for a question he went above and beyond to find it. The finance manager Chris Chesniak, did his best to get the best possible finance rate available, he was quite knowledgeable and was able to explain the contract without causing confusion and would go into greater detail about the contract when I had a question. He was very professional in how he greeted and talked, and was very friendly as well. Jeff Wenzen, the used car manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He along with his staff were willing to do whatever it took to meet my needs as a customer. Heiser Chevrolet has a great group working for them, they have wonderful personality, friendliness, and the desirability to help you get the vehicle you as customer want. From the moment I walked into Heiser this past March until I drove off in my new 2013 Impala, I felt like a very valued customer. Dave Shepard was very helpful and accommodating to my needs during the purchase process. Brian Crandall and Rich Brusky were very friendly and helped with my deal. When it came time to schedule an oil change and tire rotation for my 2013 Impala last month, I found their Saturday availability fit my schedule very well. Setting the appointment up online was very convenient for me, too! Pete Cooney in Service was helpful and attentive and quick to assist. The free coffee was a nice touch for my morning appointment. I walked out into the showroom and was greeted by Dave and Brian while I looked at the spectacular new 2014 Impala. When I returned to the lounge area for another cup of coffee and to watch some TV, Rich stopped to chat. Bought Dodge Durango on Friday, 8/23. Took it home. Was promised a DVD player fully installed the following week and Brian would call me when he had contacted the other co and it came in which would be approx. 5 days (we were lead to believe the 5 days included the weekend). We were also told that they would come get it from my place of work and then deliver it too. Also told it would take 1-2 days for installation. So, wheel and deal, they wont let us leave without the Durango. We leave after they throw in the DVD player with installation and they come get, and bring back to my work Day 5: Anxious to have DVD player for holiday weekend and road trip with kids, Wednesday, 8/28 no call yet. I call Brian at 8:28am, hoping it was going to be done that week. He doesnt know and has to get back with us. Calls back, its in but cant be done that week. No appts open where it was installed. Have to do it the next week after the Labor day holiday. Disappointed by realize we were being too hopeful that it would be done that fast. Next week, after labor day holiday on Monday, Tuesday, 9/3, 12:50 - have not heard from Brian yet. Have to call him again. He had a really bad morning and forgot us or didnt have time. He wants me to bring it in. I remind him that he said someone would get it. Late that afternoon, right before I leave at 4pm, his driver gets here at approx. 3:30ish. Tell his driver about key fab not working and he takes that one with. So, it didnt get into other place to install DVD until Wednesday, 9/4. Tell Brian the change oil warning keeps coming on when start car. Ask for his card so I have his number and information. They (place installing DVD) call Brian on Wed, the 4th saying they cant do it, need permission to take out heat/air controls on ceiling to install the DVD player. Brian on vacation so never got message. Waits until Thursday. I dont hear from Brian again, so I call him Thursday, 10 am. He tells me the story of the day before. Understand things happen and actually glad he waited to ask us first. So, hopeful to pick up vehicle on Friday, the 6th. Remind him of oil change and key fab, which he forgot the oil change and ask for his card. he says hell put it above visor. Friday, no word from Brian again. I call him at 10am leave message and then again at just before noon. Learn hes out that day again. So I ask if anyone else can help me. Thats Rich (or Rick) new car sales manager helps me and is slightly familiar with the story. He tries but is not successful to get the car back for DVD place, then to place to fix ignition fab and then get oil changed. Rich calls me at 4:03 as I am just driving away from work. Didnt get it back that day either. Frustrated that Brian didnt say something that he was out again Friday, on Thursday, and clue someone else in so it wouldve been taken care of that day. Monday, 9th I had to stay home with sick son. Matt calls again and talks with Brian. It is ready for me to pick up. Remind him again that the deal was that they would deliver to work. Tuesday, 10th, 11 am Brian calls, guy will be here in 20 minutes. Comment about lunch, never mind, I can wait that and do lunch later, being flexible cuz want Durango back. Guy was sent to Waste Mgmt instead and calls me from there. Cant find Veolia, give him directions. 1 hour and 20 minutes later he pulls in and I get no lunch. Key fab he handed to me is broke. It wont stay together. I send it back with the driver to get one that is not broke. It wont hang from key ring. Falls off. Key wont click into fab. 1:40 pm call Brian again. Call him again at 4:20 and leave msg about fab. Wednesday, 11th, no word from Brian. Call again at 2 pm leave message for receipt for installation of DVD player so we can register it for warranty. Call main number to see if he is inyes hes in today. no calls back from Brian. HOW BRIAN EVER GOT TO THE GM POSITION IS BEYOND ME!

I was referred to Heiser in part by friend of a friend, and in part by their ever playing radio ads. I went to Heiser after going to several other local dealerships. I knew exactly what I wanted, and knew that the car would have to be ordered. When I arrived George K. was very helpful. He let me test drive the Cruze Diesel on the highway, something the competitor dealership would not allow. When we got back to the store, Brian C., the store manager, helped spec out the car. Over the phone Brian told me he would beat the competition's price, and when it came down to finalizing the price, he came in right where I expected. No surprises there. I never felt pressured to buy, even though I was placing the order! (something unique to Heiser) After 8 weeks, and me curiously bugging Rich B. for status updates (he was very helpful and always gave me an update), the car arrived. When going over the car, I noticed a defect in the paint, and the Body Shop agreed to fix this asap. Brian and George made sure that I was satisfied with the service, and apologized repeatedly for any inconvenience. In Summary- The Staff is very friendly, not pushy. Anything truly is possible, and besides having the best price, they offer quite the preferred owner package! I would recommend Heiser Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

Purchasing a used car is not the most comfortable experience in the world, but he and Jeff worked with us in a way in which there was a feeling of mutual respect and understanding throughout the buying process. The times table for getting the work done was off by over a week. Did not call with a status report after saying there would be one. Claimed that I was called but did not use the most recent number that was given to them. Estimate was off so the job ended up costing more money out of my pocket.Did not do what I asked did something other then what I asked at a level that was not satisfactory. Michael was a fantastic salesman. He showed me what I wanted and in the price range i was looking for. He was very personable and was also very straight and to the point which as a saleswoman I very much appreciate. Michael also brought out the service manager to answer any and all of my questions that i had about the vehicle's engine that he himself could not answer. He was always one step ahead of the game when it came to paperwork and made buying a truck as painless as possible. I didn't have to play the "waiting game" for things to go through on the company's end and always made sure everything was correct and ready to go when I came to pick up my new Truck the next day. His customer service was impeccable and does't even come close to anyone I have ever had to deal with when it came to buying a vehicle. Michael was always friendly and asked if I was comfortable or needed anything to drink. He showed me around the sales floor and where the appropriate bathroom was. He also has a great relationship with his other team members as well as his manager, the internet sales manager and the service manger. I was so pleased to meet him and do business with Michael. When I need to buy another car it will definitely be from him. I will always recommend Michael and refer him to business associates, friends, and family when they are in the market for purchasing a car as well. Mike is a friendly and helpful person. He was all alone and things were a bit hectic but he took care of everyone. He answered all my questions, even ones I thought were "dumb". I had my first oil change on my 2013 Impala. When the car was ready, I paid the cashier and was told it was parked outside. It was raining very hard and Mike arranged to bring the car back in the garage, so I would stay dry. I really appeciated the extra service.I have been a Heiser customer for years and always recommed it to my friends. They have honest sales people, a helpful manager and finance people and a great service department.

I have had Heiser body shop for years take care of my vehicles. Ted was my choice, but he has since retired. In 2011 I purchased a new 2011 Impala LT. The saleman was very nice and did not hound me after my initial inquirey of the vehicle. The staff at Heiser are great. Any questions or concerns that I have had have been answered swiftly. I have had several visits to the service department. Pete has taken care of my repairs on several of my vehicles ( I have 3 chevrolets presently). A freind of mine now comes to Heiser for service work on his Suburban that he bought from a nearby Chevrolet dealership after I recommended to him the freindly and fair staff at Heiser. Like myself, my freind was not happy with the treatment recieved at the other dealership. He mentioned to me how pleased he was with the service at Heiser. I am happy to say, Heiser keep doing what your doing, your firing on all cylinders.

If there was a question as to a possible recall problem, GM was contacted that day and a solution was worked out satisfying us. I walked into Heiser looking to buy a truck (Chevy Silverado or an Avalanche) and was introduced to Dave Shepard who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Dave gave me plenty of space to walk around by myself and think (I don't like having salespeople breath down my neck trying to influence my thoughts and decisions), while still always being close by to answer questions and let me take a few test drives. The Heiser facility was clean, welcoming, and full of awesome automobiles. After three or four hours of narrowing down, I made my selection on an Avalanche, but then as I was walking in to make the purchase... I saw the hardly-used Camaro sitting to the side of the entryway. Two hours later, my business with Dave and Chris C. (who went over paperwork with me) was over and away I drove in my new sports car. I went back a few weeks later after I noticed a clicking under the hood, and the mechanics noticed a belt had slightly come off its track, fixed it without charge (considering I had just bought it), and gave it a nice wash all under 1 hour. In my 2 visits since May 2013, I drove away from Heiser quite literally with a big smile on my face.

My experience with this dealership and the staff was exceptional throughout. I did a lot of research on my used vehicle of choice (Ford F-150) and was reluctant to buy from a non-Ford dealership. The sales team - Sales consultant (Brad Sterling), Sales Manager (William Phipps) and Business Manager (Kristina Beck) eased my concern at first handshake. I found the team to be motivated to meet my requirements without being pushy, pretentious or dishonest. Getting the right vehicle, at the right price and free of hassel is not the typical car buying experience, but with this dealership it was realized. I have been shopping around for a few weeks looking for a new car purchase or lease. My experience prior to visiting Heiser Chevrolet was spotty from some of the other dealers, and what a great sense of relief dealing with Heiser Chevrolet. I had the opportunity to meet Sue Wernicke and George Kroening, both of whom were incredibly welcoming and such a joy to talk to. There was no sales pressure at all, which is a huge plus for me. The dealership was recently renovated, and is very nice and clean. Even though I did not make the purchase yet, I will definitely be back in the near future to hopefully finalize my purchase.

I purchased my 2011 HHR 1 month ago. I did not want to spend the day with the purchase. I went on line and checked their inventory. I then went to the dealer, test drove the car, and was completely done within 1 hour. I decided on Heiser Chevrolet because of the poor service I received at my local dealer, I live 50 miles away from Heiser, but I was willing to make the drive for exceptional customer service and price. I was lucky enough to complete most of the deal thru email and phone which is convenient for me being as I live so far away. I called Greg on Monday 5/6 and picked the vehicle up on 5/8 after ironing out some financing issues. I was so appreciateive of all the friendly faces at Heiser, they made you feel like their "friend" and not just a "sale". Greg was very thorough with going over all the features of the vehicle, which was nice since I was replacing my daughters 13 yr old car and the technology has changed quite a bit with the vehicles since then :) Kristina was also a pleasure to work with going thru all the paperwork with me and my daughter. All in all a very nice experience and I will DEFINITELY consider making the 50 mile commute again to buy or lease my next vehicle. Can only come here on Saturdays because they are only open till 5pm on weekdays. So to get an oil change you have to schedule it atleast 10 days in advance. Then when you finally do get in it takes them 2 hours just to do a simple oil change. Bought the car here so I get them for free but most of the time I go to valvoline and its done in 15 minutes. If you got a lot of time to waste then come here. If not, stay away

I was impressed with not only the vehicle itself, but in the way Greg conducted himself as a salesman. There was no pressure to purchase this vehicle and he used a sense of humor approach to his pitch. I explained I did not want to purchase the vehicle immediately, as I wanted my wife to inspect it as well. I also told Greg that there was a similar vehicle located in Fox Lake, IL that was $1000 less than the Heiser asking price that I was probably going to make a road trip to look at (from Milwaukee) before making a decision. I put $100 down with Greg and scheduled an appointment for my wife and I to meet him the next day. My conscious got the better of me and I told my wife we would be making the trip to Illinois before going back to Heiser. I contacted Greg to let him know this. He asked what he could do to earn my business and avoid making the trip. We agreed to split the $1000 difference and he took another $500 off of the Heiser asking price. Again, I never felt any pressure from Greg at all in making my decision. He did his best to help get me into the car I wanted and I couldn't be happier. Greg and the entire team at Heiser were very courteous throughout the process. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would highly recommend making a stop at Heiser. Be sure to ask for Greg!!!

I came to Heiser because they helped me get a van a year ago. The service was so amazing a year ago that when my husband's truck died last week, I knew to call Heiser right away. My original sales lady retired so I was sent to Jim Fumo. I was worried I wouldnt get as great of service but he proved me wrong. I went looking for a car and did not want to be pressured. Dave Shepard came outside and just showed me some cars. At the time the wind was howling and we had snow flurries in April. He let me test drive a vehicle and when I brought it back did not pressure me. He knew the car was for me and not my husband so he talked to me about the car. We left to go look at other dealers. Bought a used Chevy from a different dealership but brought this car to Heiser for warranty work. Had a few issues with the car that Nathan Heimerl at West Bends Heiser addressed and even found a few more items with the car and fixed them with out me having to hunt the issue down. Had a door alignment problem and was refered to the Heiser Service Center in West Allis. Worked with Quinn Mihalski and he also took great care of me and my car. They went above and beyond my expectations and took care of all issues and even washed my car all with out making an appointment. I was so pleased with my experiences with Heiser that I had them take off the other dealerships sticker and place their own on my cars bumper. The waiting area at both West Bend and West Allis were very nice, people there were very friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend Heiser for any service work that needs to be done.

My salesman was Greg Koss. Good guy. Bad hair;-) I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted, and he sold me that exact car! Literally, a quick trip to the car store. I can't remember names, but the gal in finance (who only works Fridays... gal Friday?) was also great to work with and didn't get too hung up on optional asteroid insurance and so on. While I was there, the crew was trying to close out the month and man, those guys were getting it done. Haven't needed service yet, based on what I could see I'm not expecting any organizational issues. While the people made it work, I want to also note the 'physical plant'. Mainly, the lot is big enough and not on a major road. No triple parked cars, no gunning your new car into traffic whizzing past the only entrance... a nice place to shop, even if you don't like shopping that much. I'll be going back to Heiser for another Chevy someday.

My salesperson, Robert Grzegorzewski, was extremely helpful. This was the second car we bought from him and he worked hard to make sure we got what we want. I was pretty specific in my wants for my new truck. he searched high and low and found it at another dealership. He had to truck brought to him so I could get what I wanted. He also worked hard to get any available incentives for me. I started working with him in November and made him work until February looking for the right truck at the right price for me. The one he found was above and beyond what I asked for while keeping it in my price range. I would buy another car from Robert (although I hope I don't have to anytime soon.). I took my 2011 HHR in for a regular Oil Change. I had a 9am appointment and was checked in 5 minutes early by Michael Cantanese. He listened to the minor problems I had with the vehicle and gave me an accurate estimate of the repair costs. Turn out I needed a new key fob, and a burned out bulb for the license plate, and I had a loose valve stem on a tire that was always reading lower than the other 3. All these were covered by warranty!! Michael informed me I needed a new cabin air filter and told me up front of the price. I had that done, as well as the oil change and tire rotation. Michael is personable, knowledgeable, and courtious and was a pleasure to work with. Although my salesman Ron is no longer with Heiser I am always greeted by Brian with a smile and handshake every time he sees me in the dealership. I first bought a new Chevy Cruze,but my wife did not like it, so Brian and Ron worked out a deal to return the Cruze and put me in the HHR which my wife loves. The people at Heiser Cheverolet are fantastic and go out of their way to make sure that any business conducted there is a pleasant experience. I would recommed this dealership to anyone!!

Check engine light went on at 19K miles and ultimately, the Equinox needed a new timing chain. Pete in service knew about the problem and that it is unfortunately, a known issue with my model. He advised it was earlier than usual to fail but that if it would happen again, it's covered under the 5yr 100K warranty. I was relieved to hear that as it's an expensive repair. Will continue to take car to Heiser for service with complete confidence

I joke with my title but here is the rest of the story. I went in prepared to buy a used Tahoe. While on the test drive Greg Koss the sales rep suggested that based on what I was telling him of my needs that I might want to look at an Avalanche. So we went back and took a look and he was right. He found the perfect fit for us. So we went inside to try to figure out a deal. I only found out then that they had actually been closed for over an hour when I arrived yet they were willing to stay late to try to make a deal. Which I was very impressed with. They worked hard to try to make a deal but as we were working we found out that the Avalanche we test drove and really liked was actually on hold on a pending sale that he wasn't aware of and that we couldn't do the deal that we wanted. They searched the lot and pulled every available option inside for my wife and I to look at in the warmth of the Service bay but we just couldn't find that one that had the same features and price that the one we drove had. Never once did I feel pressured to make a decision and never did I feel that they were staying late to work on a deal. Ultimately we couldn't find one that was as good a fit on the lot. It was well over 3 hours after they were supposed to have been closed but we have hope that they will still find the vehicle that will meet our needs and I hope we can still make a deal. But in a world where customer service can be sacrificed for cost savings and convenience, Heiser has it going on and will work hard to try to make a deal. I would recommend that anyone looking for a no hassle buying experience to check them out. They may try to sell you a car that was already sold but they will work really hard to listen to your needs and deliver exactly what you want! ha ha. I kid around but They really do understand Customer Service.

I have never been happier with the sales service i received from Heiser! Everyone was so helpful and so kind. I had bought a 2007 Chevy Impala SS from the dealership I worked at back in October 2012 (yes I know not that long ago!) I needed a gas saver, I came across a VERY, and I mean VERY affordable 2011 Chevy Cruze online. I went in the next day and I knew it was what i wanted. I went back a week later and drove it home. Kristina and George were so helpful. Being 18 years old and having a car put in my name for the first time was scary! They explained everything so perfectly. (My mom being there as well to sign for the car also.) The part that impressed me the most about Heiser was, while we were there, a manager came over and asked whos car the name was going in, initially it was in my parents. He very clearly explained my name could be on the car since it was mine. If it wasn't for him i wouldn't have gotten this chance to build my credit! Kristina is one of the best Finance people ever! My mom and I enjoyed working with her so much, she made buying my car FUN! There is a good chance I will not go outside of Heiser Chevrolet from now on, the experience was phenomenal!

During the cold days of January it seemed the heater wasnt working as well as it should so I took it in to find out what the problem was. When they figured out what the issue was, Mike C in the service department sat down and explained that the heater core needed to be replaced. Once the repairs were done and I went to pay, the great customer service continued. I've been to other dealerships and repair shops where you are made to feel like you are an inconvenience rather than a human being. I was never made to feel this way with the staff at Heiser. I received nothing but the best service from everyone I came into contact with. Thank you for proving what customer service should be.

Willie Lemle suggested the best car for me and the color and I agreed. I trusted his judgment and I absolutely love my new car. Willie set up my compass, bluetooth, on star and radio. I hadn't bought a car for about 12 years, which was my first vehicle at the age of 16 and now cars have changed quite a bit, as have the dealership experience. Once my old car passed along, this was my first stop and experience of shopping for a new car. I had narrowed down my options and the Chevy Cruze ECO was my first and coincidentally my last test drive. Not only did I the car I wanted on the lot, minus one minimal feature (noted later), but was greeted by a sales person Jason C. who right away showed great enthusiasm around my experience and the car. The test drive was a great experience, quick and easy. Afterwards there was nothing "pushy" about the sales experience, he knew I wasn't able to purchase right away so the experience was relaxing and very informational. We took time to look at all the options and features of the car itself in a details walkthrough, a key to my end decision. We agreed that he would call the following day to discuss next steps as I was personally waiting on a few things and was politely called the following day with the information I requested. A few days later once my old car was sold, funds secured we were able to line up time to accommodate my work schedule, and put through all the paperwork. While we started the process late on a Tuesday, the dealership was amazing in that they stayed late to make sure I was able to get out that night with my new car. Clean, professional and a great team to work with, while paperwork is just that, the people made the time go by and effortless. While the weather wasn't anything we could change ourselves, I'll let that slide, as everything else about the car shopping experience was courteous and would recommend Jason and his work to anyone. So I'll end with thank you to the crew that got me home in my new Chevy Cruze ECO.

I brought my Silverado to Heiser for a repair that another dealer had diagnosed as a front wheel bearing. The tech at Heiser agreed and replaced the front wheel bearing. I picked my truck up after hours only to hear the same noise/sound that it was brought in for. The tech at Heiser had recommended new tires at a cost of $1200. I waited a few days and took the truck to a local tire dealer for tires. They ask why i was looking for tires and I told them. They took the truck for a short ride and told me the noise I hear is not the tires. I guess its back to Heiser i go. I would also like to mention they estimated the cost of repair to be $825, I was charged a $200 deductible, and the warranty provider was only charged $165. Why the difference?

I did my home work , shopped around and homed in on Heiser on the internet... He also assisted in finding appropriate discounts- which helped a great deal. After all was said and done the service we received far surpassed any service we have had in the past. I purchased my 2007 Suburban in the summer of 2011 from Heiser in West Allis. This was the best experiance I have had purchasing a vehicle. We got a great price and I love my truck. I have since had to bring my truck in for a couple of different repairs. Each time I brought my vehicle in the Service department went above and beyond my expectations. In particular I would like to mention Service Advisor Pete Cooney. Pete's knowledge kindness and willingness to help make my experiance a good one was truly humbling. He had an answer for every one of my questions and explained very well exactly what was going on with my truck and why each repair needed to be done. Before even asking he was sure to check if any of the repairs would have been covered under the manufacturers warranty or the extended warranty I had purchased when I bought the truck. I am happy to say that all have been covered under warranty. When Pete told me I needed new brakes and rotors I did a little price shopping and could not find any repair shop that could beat his price! On at least two occasions I had to bring my two girls in with me to have my truck serviced. Pete arranged for a driver to take us home because the repair would take some time. While I got my kids ready for the ride home Pete removed both car seats from my truck and fastened them CORRECTLY into the car we were riding home in! I can say that I have never been taken care of this well at any other repair shop. The new facility also has a kids area with crayons books and a big flat screen TV that kept my kids occupied while I was there. The complementary coffee and soda was also much appreciated. I have decided that I will not be taking my vehicle anywhere else. I would recommend Heiser to anyone!

I went to Heiser to look for a new car after the frame on my old one cracked. Mike the sales person understood my need of needing a new car asap. With a daughter that needs to go to doctor appointments every week he set me up with something that was the right price and safe for my daughter. I couldn't be happier with my new 2013 Cruze. Mike actually delivered my car to my work when I had to close two nights in a row. Which I really didn't expect him to do it. But he showed up around 8pm on his day off to get my car to me. He brought along all of the paper work for me to sign and handed me the keys. I haven't experienced such great customer service from a sales person in a long time. Most of them just want to get you in and out as fast as they can. If all the dealers at Heiser are like Mike. Then I will for sure use them again in the future.

A relative of mine went into Heiser Chevrolet with a coupon for a $21.95 oil change. Was told that it may take a few hours, that they weren't properly staffed today. Was asked if I could leave the vehicle or schedule an appointment. I showed the coupon that said "No Appointment Necessary". Why does Heiser offer special rate service if the service department cannot handle the workload? An oil change shouldn't take "a couple of hours". No longer will be doing business with Heiser Chevrolet service or sales, nor will 10 of my friends.

This was the first time I ever bought a car at a dealership since all my life, cars were always handed down to me. I traded in two older cars for a new/used 2007 Mazda CX-7. Purchased a used Cobalt from Heiser, walked in expecting to get attacked by salesmen but I didn't! I was greeted by a Kid! I told him I was looking for great gas mileage and what my budget was, he walked me straight to 3 cars that he felt would fill my needs. After test driving all of them I did not know which one was the best "bang for my buck" he then pulled the CarFax for me on all of them, went over each one and explained the history on them, I feel that I got the right car and a nice price! We have been going to this dealer for many years for repairs on our 2001 Malibu, which has had a lot of problems, particularly acceleration problems. Our car has rarely been fixed on the first attempt of repairs. To quote them, they told us on 11/26/12 it's a process of elimination. So they really have mechanics apparently that do not know how to diagnose a problem the first time your vehicle is brought in for repairs.For the customer, that means just keep the cash flowing until they figure it out.On 11/23/12, our vehicle was in again for acceleration problems. We gave them details on what was happening with the car. We were told it would cost $680.00 approx. to fix it. We gave the go ahead. (parts were plug wires

Last week I bought a 2013 Equinox for my wife. This is her second Equinox, but now brand new. I wanted to fill this out for George Kroening, my salesman and for Jessica halverson, in internet sales. After I had already posted my review about the Honda CR-V, I received a call from Brian Crandall who apologized for our treatment by Heiser and offered to pay the entire bill of our repairs. He told me he spoke with the managers and assured me that his dealership was not accurately represented in our interactions with them. While the events of my earlier review still occurred, I am very pleased that Heiser reached out to rectify this situation. I am very appreciative.

However, less than a month after purchase, our car's brakes were grinding and we had to replace the brakes and rotors - $600 repairs on a newly purchased car. Heiser has repeatedly tried to distance itself from the situation and hide behind the fact that it passed their inspection. It takes much badgering to hear back from sent emails, faxes and voicemails. Every person I called to discuss partial covering of the repair has told me they can't help us and they informed me the person who could, Brian Crandall, is "very busy." Heiser has shown they are not concerned with the quality of their cars, testing them to the bare minimum to be sold, not caring if the car they sell will fail soon after the purchase. They have repeatedly shown no responsibility or interest in their customers' satisfaction. It's disappointing to see reviews about good customer service for happy customers, but then they ignore unsatisfied ones. Don't expect help or sympathy if things go wrong. :(

I've found that the only thing better than being a Heiser customer is being a loyal Heiser customer. Last week I purchased a 2013 LTZ (Black Diamond) Avalanche at Heiser. This was the third Avalanche I have bought there. I've also bought my wife a new 2011 Camaro and my daughter recently bought a used 2008 Impala, all from Heiser. Last week I made one call to Jason (my sales rep) and simply asked him to look into what he could do to put me in the Avalanche I had seen while my daughter was buying her car. His reply was "I've got you.", and he did. He called me back with an offer that I couldn't refuse. I've long given up shopping their prices as it proves to be a waste of time and money. I told him when I would be in to pick the truck up and everything was ready and waiting for me. Jason, Brian, Rich and Kristina went out of their way to make sure I felt like royalty. I was impressed to learn that, even though I had agreed to the the payment Jason had quoted me, Kristina had continued to work and found me an even better interest rate. As I've been with Heiser for a long time, I've also had the "opportunity" to work with their service department. Mike and Quinn and the gang are awesome. I'm treated very well and all issues have been dealt with correctly the FIRST time. Quality workmanship doesn't end with the repair or service. I was once asked by Mike if I could give them an extra few minutes because he wasn't satisfied with the free wash job they had done after an oil change. Come to think of it, that's how I've been treated since the first time I walked in to Heiser many years ago. Going to buy a car? Visit Heiser. You won't be disappointed.

I have purchased six new vehicles from the Heiser Group. The last three were Chevys from Heiser in West Allis. The first couple of times I shopped with them I actually shopped their prices. I has been my experience that shopping their prices is a waste of time, effort and gas. I have always been treated with friendly professionalism. My daughter recently was in the market for a good used vehicle. She mentioned going to a competitor. After getting the runaround at that pace she asked my advice. We hopped in the car and rode down to Heiser. My daughter left a few hours later with an Impala with more options than the competitor had shown her and she got it at a better price. Their service department is excellent as well. I can't think of an individual at Heiser that has given me a bad impression over the years I have been dealing with them.

They also are polite and courteous to work with. They are by far the most professional people to do business with and truly live up to Heiser's motto "Anything's possible." I just leased a 2012 Chevy Cruze 2LT from Heiser and I'm absolutely loving it! My quality of life has just improved tenfold! The entire staff at Heiser were just awesome! They were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, professional and patient with me. I had so many questions during this process, but Brian, Jason and everyone at Heiser answered all of them and made the experience of getting into a new vehicle absolutely incredible! My sales associate, Jason Clark, couldn't be a nicer guy. He has such a great personality and a genuine, easy going nature about him. The same goes for Brian Crandall, the General Manager. I would recommend that anyone interested in buying or leasing a new vehicle, stop in to see them. If you do, you'll truly see what I am talking about. MY only regret is not stopping in sooner. I visited other dealerships too, prior to visiting Heiser and left disappointed for one reason or another. Brian should be commended for having a staff that makes you feel welcome, a staff that takes a genuine interest in satisfying its customers and a staff that makes getting into a new vehicle as FUN an experience as it should be! In short, Heiser really took care of me and have earned my trust and respect.I got my car over a week ago, and I'm still smiling!

I came to just take a car to get it checked by my private mechanic. I saw on car fax its been in an accident. Made me wait 45 mins before they would let me. My mechanic told and should me how negligent they were. The lower joint bolt was missing and one harsh bump would have cause a deadly car accident. The radiator was also severely leaking. I got back after my mechanic fixed their main problem. The manager Bruce told me "We inspected it and it is verified." Obviously not... As I told him, trying to control myself. He had the nerve to barely say sorry has he ignored me the best he could. I told him this is very negligent and could have been a law suite. Response??? "Human error happens." HUMAN ERROR HAPPENS!!! We could have died at any pot hole when the wheel would have fell off! So much more! Dont buy there. They are very corrupt.

It was bad enough that I had to endure the noise and inconvenience of the remodeling project during my visit while they replaced my rear brake pads and rotors. Then the fact that the service writer, Mike, said it would take 1-1/2 hours, tops, to do the work, it actually took three hours. When I approached Mike to find out why it was taking so long he showed me that a caliper was frozen and they were trying to free it up. This was the supposed reason for the delay.Later I found out the real reason was that the service people were at a meeting. This is how Heiser Chevrolet treats the customer???? Lies do not sit well with me. It's a poor business practice, to say the least.To add to the hurt, the cashier wouldn't honor a 15% discount coupon that I had left at home by at least telling me to bring it in and they'd refund the amount from my credit card. Oh no, that would be treating the customer nicely.No more Heiser for ME!!!!!!!!!Ralph

i bought a brand new malibu maxx lt 2004. the steering column needed to get replaced which is a common problem with the new electric steering on these cars. after Heiser did this my car has had nothing but problems. it pulls to the left and is off center and they claim that this is fixed. i called the GM, Chris Meyer and after 4 calls he hung up on me because i guess he was sick of hearing of problems. I told him they caused the problem, they have to own the problem now. Ron the Service Manager denies any problem on the car.<br><br>If you want to buy a car from them they love you. if you have a repair problem they hate you and ignore you,.<br><br>I DON'T RECOMMEND HEISER CHEVROLET!

I purchased a NEW truck from Heiser Chevrolet in 1993 & had it serviced at that location on three separate occasions. On the last occasion I noticed that a part of my engine had been replaced with a "Junk" part. I immediately spoke with the GM Frank Lisiak & I informed him of what happened. He said that he would look into it & call me back. He NEVER called back. I called him four times & he stated that I was wrong even though my neighbor & wife could confirm that the part was replaced with a "Junk" part. I told him that I just wanted my Original part back in my vehicle. He yelled, "That is your Original part" at which point I said I would take them to court & he replied, "Go Ahead Do what you got to do" & hung up. I did sue & won in court. This is the WORSE treatment that I have ever received from anyone or any business. BEWARE OF HEISER....
