I had a great experience with auto service personnel each time! They have shown to be very knowledgeable about parts, listed programs, and customized services for vehicles and it's owners. Whenever, I get my car service there is grantee that I will receive a high level of professionalism and care! Since then I had some concerns about my services! For the Month of March I had to use my warranty and pay a $100 Deductible twice for 2 weeks in roll! I had inquired about roadside assistance with my car warranty twice to no avail! On the first occasion, my car was towed on a Monday for a 7:00 am appoint on Tuesday! When I inquired about a rent car in the morning and throughout the day, there were none available and so i missed work because my car was finished at about 4:30 p.m! On the second occasion my car was experiencing similar problems and wouldn't start for the second time in 2 weeks and again no rental car available throughout the the day, plus the shuttle service was not able to take me to Kenosha where I worked! Now I missed another day of work missing 20 hours out of 80 hours. My check for the 2 week period was about $495 dollars, which normal about $900 dollars and some change! Now I am Completely in the whole with an excessive amount of money owed to my debtors . . . Not Happy!

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the garage, then with the friendliness of the staff. The problem I was dealing with turned out to be from something I was trying to get installed by an outside business, but Kevin offered to explain the issue to the other tech. That was generous and much appreciated. I also appreciate the professionalism of the mechanics. This place is now on my list of go-to businesses.

Such an awesome experience! Everyone was so welcoming and willing to assist. I was not planning on purchasing a new car so soon but the deal was too sweet for me to pass up. The Service Advisor Benjamin Kaufman was very polite, knowledgeable, competent and helpful. Not only did he have his technicians change my oil in my Prius , but he listened to my concerns about possible leaking oil, and did an oil dye and had me come back twice to make sure there was not problem. While they had my car up , they noticed my rear brace was rusty and needed to be replaced. I would definitely go back there and recommend them!

My salesperson was Pat. I came in with a specific vehicle in mind and he immediately had it for me and was able to check it out briefly by myself. He let me take it for a spin while he immediately had my car check for a trade. Very quick and efficient. The negotiating went really well. It is always a comfortable experience here at Heiser. Pat was great to work with. From the test drive to the final walk around he was always very informative and honest. We were a little hesitant on the eco boost 4 cylinder engine but Pat talked us through the puts and takes and even road along on the test drive to make sure we could ask questions while driving the car.

We received great service from Pat C. He was very thorough in his explanation of not only the vehicle but of the entire process in general. We also had a little hang up with the vehicle and it being in need of future service. Pat went above and beyond to make sure this would be taken care of in a timely fashion. Only compliant was that it took a long time for the entire process from getting out old vehicle accessed to purchasing, title, etc. Pat explained when we were here the first day that they were a bit "short-staffed". In March 2014 I leased a 2014 Ford Fusion from Pat Cardinal at Heiser Ford. Everything went VERY smooth, Pat did not pressure me, communicated with me as much as I wanted and made the process seamless. He stayed in touch lightly via email to make sure everything was going well. Car performed great, sadly I totaled my car in July 2016. Contacted Pat he was able to walk me through all the paper work and numbers and he was able to find me one of the best priced 2015 Fusion Titanium. I was back in a Fusion before 7 business days. It was truly another great experience and if I continue using Ford and Lincolns I will continue to go to Pat.

I was in the lot looking at new mustangs and Mark Rouse approached and asked if he could help me. He proceeded to answered all of my questions and told me that I could take that car for a test drive by myself. I set up an appointment for the next day with my 2004 Corvette to get it appraised and to put together a deal on my new mustang. During a casual drive by in the rain, a used Yukon caught my eye. When I walked in, Pat Cardinal introduced himself and made me feel comfortable and welcome. I felt bad to ask Pat go out in the driving rain to bring the vehicle closer. However, he brought the car indoors for my convenience. There was never a hard sell during the next 2 days as I pondered my decision over several similar vehicles at other dealers. But I keep coming back to Heiser because of Pat's calm, knowledgeable assuring style as he answered every question, and facilitated the "deal". Pat called me a day later to invite me back again, to meet Dave, the service manager and replace a headlamp. Frankly, I was amazed how easy and pleasant the experience became, because of Pat Cardinal. Call him, ask for him, and you'll have a great success!

I recently purchased a newer used SUV from Heiser Ford and had a great experience overall with one concern. Jamen, my salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful! My test drive was great and I didn't feel pressured at all. My only concern was that when I asked if the vehicle's gas tank would be filled at the time of purchasing, as I noticed it was close to empty during the test drive, I was told they would "put 'something' in it for me". When I picked up the vehicle after purchase, the vehicle was completely on E--literally. The gas light was on and I was told they "don't put gas in used cars." That is highly distasteful and unreasonable when customers spend tens of thousands of dollars in the establishment whether they are purchasing a vehicle new or used. It felt like a slap in the face after such wonderful customer service before purchase. I felt extremely unappreciated as a customer. Furthermore, not even a month later, my fiance bought a used car from another very reputable dealership and they assured him that the vehicle's gas tank would be filled without his asking. I was highly disappointed in the lack of customer service in this area from Heiser. For that reason, I wouldn't return to Heiser Ford as I watched another dealership fulfill this area of customer service and beyond, impeccably, without a second thought, very soon after my experience at Heiser. I left feeling highly undervalued as a "used car" buying customer. Jamen was great, I hope this doesn't reflect poorly on him as I'm sure he was only relaying what he was told from higher-ups.

Our experience with Mark Rouse was great! We looked at the Escape on a Monday night and talked with Mark. We worked on a deal and told Mark we needed to discuss and think about it. We had a leased car whose lease was up in September so we started looking at other options. We told Mark that we were going to be busy all day Tuesday and Wednesday, so please don't call us. We told him we would call him back on Friday. We did not receive any calls from Mark or the dealership, just like we asked, and on Friday we called Mark and told him we had a deal. No high pressure, no annoying phone calls like we received from another dealership that called us 5 times in 4 days. Mark was great to work with, very friendly, no high pressure and he worked hard to get us the deal we wanted. We would definitely come back to Heiser Ford for another car.

I recently purchased a brand new Mustang form Hutch at Heiser Ford. I was thoroughly impressed with Hutch and the dealership as a whole from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I walked out with the keys to the new car. I have purchased all kinds of cars from many different manufacturers and this was far and away my best experience. I felt that I was treated with honesty and respect and that everyone (especially Hutch) genuinely made a very apparent effort to make sure I was happy down to the last detail. I never felt like a burden (and I ask a lot of questions). Highly recommend Heiser on Silver Spring in Glendale. Ask for Hutch!

This was a very pleasant car buying experience. I would recommend the dealership. For reference, I recently purchased a new 2015 crew cab F-150 XLT. I normally despise the high pressure sales situation. I can't stand being told by someone else what I want. I find it almost insulting, but more so unproductive. Through a referral, I was hooked up with a salesman, Jamen Jackson. He was curious and did not inflate the sale what so ever. He even drove a newer 2016 model to my condo to make sure that we could fit it under the low clearance garage entrance. Fantastic. Jamen took the time afterwards to run me through how to set up my phone, set a unlock code, even thought it was getting late and I'm sure he wanted to get home. Superb service. When I sat down with the financier I was given the normal up-sale pitches, when I declined the very expensive extended warranty I was given a package that I found very reasonable and purchased. I believe the woman's name that I worked with was Alicia. As soon as I met Alica it was apparent that she was on top of her game. Go to this dealership. Refer your friends to this dealership.

The original car I was looking at wasn't what I had in mind but soon with Mark's help (and intuition) I found the car I've been searching for. I first came into the Lincoln dealership in 2012 with a 2010 Lincoln MKS, it was a routine maintenance check on my vehicle in which I purchased from another dealer, while looking around the showroom, I met Pat, we spoke for a while and next thing I knew, we were good friends. My wife and I have been looking at trading in an older vehicle and were very interested in a brand new Ford Explorer. We previously purchased another used vehicle a few years ago from the dealership and dealt with Hutch (John Hutchinson) so we thought we would start there again as his expertise and service was amazing. We went in about 3 months ago thinking leasing a vehicle might be a better option for us but the cost per month was just more then we could afford at that time. After a few months we started talking to Hutch again about possibly buying an Explorer instead of leasing. The initial price was still above what we wanted to pay but Hutch was able to work his magic with the finance department and with some Ford Credit incentives and a little finagling we were able to break even on the old vehicle and he got us into a brand new Explorer that was just a few dollars above what we were hoping to pay. The financing department was great. Gerald explained everything to us and even though we decided to pass on most of the extended warranty options he was thorough and made sure my wife and I understood. We recently purchased a used 2008 Highlander limited. We were looking for a quality used SUV with a third row. As with most buyer we searched extensively on line and did our "homework". Being from the Green Bay area we really didn't want to work with a dealership in the Milwaukee area, however Heiser Ford exceeded our expectations. Our buying process started with Linda the internet contact person and she was extremely helpful and kept in contact with us. Due to our busy schedules this was extremely helpful. When we could finally make it to the dealership she had the Highlander waiting for us. Once at the Dealership we dealt with Hutch. My fiance was not sure about a Toyota at first and we left Heiser with out being pressured in an way to "buy it today" as most dealerships are. We looked at a couple other vehicles at dealerships in our area but we found ourselves either being pressured or just dissatisfied with vehicles and the presentations. We called Hutch back and he helped us through the buying process. Which was no small feat seeing as how we were trying to sell our vehicle ourselves. He put a sold sign on the Highlander and only required a small dollar amount to hold it. Luckily we found a buyer for our vehicle on a Saturday and had approval on financing. The staff at Heiser worked with us to be able to take delivery that day. All the members at Heiser that we worked with were great!!! From our initial contact with Linda, our meeting and subsequent dealings with Hutch were pressure free and I never felt like he was being shady or dishonest with us in any way. This is coming from a former car salesmen who has seen that side of the business in the past. And finally Ryan the F&I guy that we dealt with at Heiser was completely professional and straight forward. When we are looking for a vehicle in the future I will definitely make Heiser my first stop. Which may not be to far away in the future with a 15 year old son. Thank you Heiser for making this purchase experience the best I have had so far, look forward to working with Heiser and their staff again!

Purchased a vehicle online in March of 2014 and had it shipped. Vehicle was priced slightly higher than comparable models elsewhere. I purchased from Heiser based on photographs provided and answers to specific questions regarding the condition of the vehicle (admittedly foolish to not have it third party inspected). I did not negotiate the price of the vehicle down as I felt the price was fair based on the claimed condition and recent mechanical work (to include a timing belt change). The vehicle arrived with significant rust damage. It was unloaded at my office where it sat for nearly 3 months while my attempts to communicate with Tim Penn (sales manager) and Chris Myer (GM) were routinely ignored outright or full of excuses and requests for more time. June 3rd Tim Penn conceded the glaring discrepancy between pictures I provided of a clearly water damaged vehicle and the misleading (though well executed) photos used in marketing the car and offered $200.00. It should be noted that the reason for the unfortunate circumstances was the vehicle was a trade in and the person responsible for evaluating the trade failed to see the damage. Further, the person photographing the vehicle also failed to detect the damage and conveniently the pictures were such that the otherwise obvious damage was not visible. I declined the offer and was assured of three things; 1.) Heiser would not take the water damaged vehicle back, 2.) It was reasonable for me not to feel comfortable putting a young driver behind the wheel of a water damaged vehicle (air bag reliability concerns), and 3.) Someone from Heiser would contact me. After one full week of no response I left two messages to no avail. The vehicle has been driven less than 200 miles and is currently in the shop as it requires a new Variable Induction Control Motor. The previous one was water damaged. I was never contacted again by Heiser Ford nor was proof of the previous mechanical work provided. At this point I expect nothing and have no interest in hearing another plea for more time to talk to the powers that be. If nothing else this process is a reminder of why the general public holds such high esteem for "car guys". Heiser has plenty of good reviews and happy customers, particularly in the new car department. That said, when it's time to sell a car with problems Heiser should not be held in higher esteem than any other used car lot. Get an independent inspection and give little value to the assurances of those with a commission on the line.

I saw a great internet price for a C Max SEL and asked Heiser to contact me. I received an email asking me to call them. I did and talked to their internet salesperson. She was not aware of all current Ford financing offers or my credit union's special sale. She offered to return my call when she had researched this. She promptly returned my call within the 30 minute window as she said she would. When the price increased significantly (if I were to take Ford's financing) I stated perhaps I would buy a C Max I had found elsewhere and was about to ask about a better price for a cash offer when she promptly said ok goodbye. No attempt to see if there were some other way to make the sale. I bought C Max within 3 hours of talking to her. She lost a motivated buyer due to impatience.

The service department is 1 of the best, randy has alway treated me with respect, and have alway been ready to assist me and help me when ever I call him. When I was told that I had to leave north point I was disappointed, but I discover that they were all at silver spring I was overjoyed ,the service there is just as good, fast and friendly in which I do appreciate. I Recently purchased a used Vehicle from Heiser. My salesman could not accurately andwer my questions! I asked him how many gallons of fuel the tank held, he replied; "it has a 37 gallon tank". He then went on to tell me what a value I was getting with the 37 gallons of fuel they had to put in there with my purchase. My salesman never did tell me it did not have a 37 gallon tank.It only has a 26 gallon tank, Wouldnt you admit it when you filled up, and realized there is no way it could hold that much gas? Also he tried to sell me the Zurich Paint protection, and said he was going to give me his price, like he was doing me a favor. After reading the Carfax,on the truck, I found out the truck already has the paint protection on it! His "sweet deal" was $700 for me,for something that was already on the truck! I FEEL THIS DEALER IS EITHER VERY UNKNOWLEDGLEABLE ON WHAT THEY ARE SELLING, OR LOOKING TO CHEAT PEOPLE! I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!

I have worked with Heiser for well over thirty years at the old Location in Milwaukee and at the present location. I like the fact that Dave Schneider usually assists me, knows me by name, and is always prompt with answers to my questions. At the same time, while he may suggest some things that need to be done to my car, he in no way pressures me into doing something I don't want to purchase. All the service folks are friendly and efficient, but Dave's warm welcome make the visit more enjoyable. The work itself is quick and professional and I have rarely had a problem afterwards.

I emailed maybe four different people but got nothing back but worthless spam emails about special deals that I had no interest in. The lease was coming up on my last vehicle and it was time for another new car, so I did a lot of shopping around, test driving, et cetera - and by far the good people of Heiser Ford were the best. Pat and Chris we extremely helpful, and I was in and out in my new lease very quickly. They even gave me time to let the lease on the old car lapse before turning it in, which worked out great as a family member's car broke down, and I was able to let them borrow the old leased car while they were getting their car repaired. This is our 3rd lease with Heiser, and it certainly won't be our last.

We have been bringing our vehicles to Heiser for over 10 years. The quality of the service is excellent, and the personnel in the service department are exceptional. They are always courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied, and they always take the time to explain any issues that they may find when servicing your vehicle. We have always recommended Heiser to friends and family because of their great service department. We take the time to drive about 25 miles to Heiser for service even though there are three other dealerships less than 5 miles from where we live. The service we receive from Heiser is definitely worth the time and extra miles.

There used to be a Heiser dealership about 8 blocks from our house, For many years, we took our cars there for service and when it came time for a new car, we walked over and bought one. Why didn't we check out other dealers? Well, the Heiser service department was dependable, the sales staff friendly and efficient and we liked our Fords. Last September, when it came time for me to buy a new car, we again went to Heiser. This time we didn't walk as they had moved. We were impressed with the sales person, Ray Cyrus and the sales manager, Bob Giggle (since I'm not sure of the spelling, I'll do what amuses me here.). They obviously were interested in a sale, were knowledgeable and willing to try to find what I wanted at a price I could afford. I bought a car and drove it away that day. We called them the Bob and Ray show. (Anyone who catches that reference, is as old as I!)

Buying a new car is not on my list of one of life's enjoyable tasks. The salesperson, Brandi, made it less painful. He was patient and kind. I had been to the auto show several months prior to firming up my decision, did some on-line research, and had an appraisal on my car before attempting a purchase. I wanted a dealer close to home and selected three in the area. After considering my options, the Lincoln MKX was the car for me. Many of the features are standard, so the base price didn't keep changing. I was able to get exactly what I neeed in a luxury car within the budget I had set for myself. Brandi and the finance officer were very thorough. The dealership is clean and attractive. All personnel encountered were friendly. The service area is immaculate and the waiting room appears comfortable. Heiser Lincoln made me feel very special from the time I entered the dealership.

The last two times I have brought my car in for service, there has been no communication other than, "your car is ready." I have asked the question, "anything I need to know about" and have been told, "no." Just to get home and look through the paperwork to find recommended repairs. I am very frustrated that they would not tell me the tread on my tires is too low, or my brakes need repair. If you aren't going to think of your customers' safety, at least think of potential sales. Time to start shopping for a new auto repair facility.

I once owned a Toyota Corolla. My Toyota Corolla, although purchased from a different Dealer-ship, I choose your dealership for your WONDERFUL service. I Kept it from 1996 until I sold it to a friend in 2004. Listen!! My friend drove My/Her Corolla down south to a funeral. She TOLD me that they ONLY used A tank going down South, and a part of a Tank coming back to Milwaukee. "Woulda,' she said, 'kept my Toyota to THIS VERY DAY." However, her car, while parked in front of her home, was side-swiped twice and eventually TOTALED!! Otherwise, instead of purchasing a different car, which she eventually had to do, "I 'woulda','KEPT MY TOYOTA COROLLA!" (this is/was the life of my Toyota Corolla....one of the cheapest cars, I have had, to maintain. Plus (+) like the Bunny, "IT KEPT ON TICKIN'" (Mary Miller-Gore)

On Monday, August 26th, 2013 (am), my husband and I were about to leave for a trip to Texas. Lo and behold, the engine light comes on, I'm in a panic because reservations had been made and a last minute cancellation could be costly as well as an unexpected car repair. I called the Heiser Lincoln Ford Dealership Service Department as soon as it opened at 7:00am, fortunatly I spoke with Gary who gave me a 8:00am appointment. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in a very timely manner. It meant so much to me to receive that prompt service because the trip was not for pleasure. My Mother was ill and in a Rehabilitation Center for seniors; I needed to be on the road as soon as possible. Gary and the Service Team at Heiser Lincoln made that happen for me. I am deeply grateful. My mother is doing better.

I have had ongoing issues with the clutch in my 12 Focus. I realize that Ford is well aware of the problem with these cars and the poor shifting. Heiser Ford, in particularly Kayla Lee, has gone above and beyond to try to correct the issue. I do not blame the service personnel nor Heiser for the performance of my car; I know they are not at fault. I appreciate the helpfulness and understanding from Kayla in trying to make it right and for being up front and honest in acknowledging that it has been an ongoing problem that Ford is trying to correct. I was looking at a very specific type of Lincoln and they only had a few on the lot. No one acknowledges when you walk in, unfriendly and poor service. Maybe it's because I am a college student but who knows. Just an overall bad experience. One small tv for a huge crowd because the service is sluggish so there are a lot of people waiting. Employees act like it is a chore to cater to your questions or concerns. If you want to be treated like dirt, Heiser is the place to go.

Recently purchased a 2013 Fusion we found on Cars.com. The experience with Heiser was fantastic. Mark was our salesperson. He did a great job explaining the car and giving us an honest review of the differences between the models we were looking at. After we choose our car, Frank was our finance lead and he ended up finding a bank with a better interest rate the what we had been preapproved for. Bob Gigl and Chris Myers where very nice and helpful as well. The only struggle was the time at the dealership. Being a Wednesday, I was extremly surprised at how busy the dealership got. The people at the dealership were very nice and kept checking in with us on the progress. Overall, great experience and I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle!!

This dealership in Milwaukee's has some of the most questionable behaviors and business practices. They advertise the price of the car online at a lower price. I was going to pay cash for the vehicle - when I negotiated the online price at the dealership...they told me that was a special price and I was not qualified of the special pricing, The real purchase price of the car was nearly $1500 more. No indication online that this was a special pricing for the "Special Qualified Customers". Years ago I took my still under warranty Ford to the dealership for warranty servicing. Interesting...their service department always found $600 in repairs that needed to be done immediately not covered by the warranty. A qualified Ford mechanic at another dealership told me that was nothing wrong with my car. After my pervious experiences I should have known better than to buy a car from this dealership.

While some of the other dealerships seemed like they were playing mind games with numbers they were more straightforward and upfront. I recommend Patrick Cardinal to anyone coming here; he was very personable/knowledgeable and was a large part of the positive experience I had here. This is one of the better experiences I've had at a dealership thanks to Patrick (and Frank in finance).

My Sales Consultant, Kristie Tollison, was very thorough during the buying prcoess, even though it was quite late into the evening. She insured that I was satisfied with the vehichle ad followed up in the days after the purchase. Upon my first Service appointment, Kristie activatged the Siriuas XM radio for a 6 month period, which was a very nice extra. When she is in the office on my subsequent service visits, she looks me up and checks on my satisfaction with the car.

I went to Heiser because they had a used Forester advertised online that was what I was looking for. I already had financing approved through Capitol One. When I told the salesman this he immediately said they could give me a better rate. I agreed to let them try. That was my mistake. They ran my credit through every bank they could find and then said that even Capitol One required a down payment. Since this was not my first rodeo I said what Capitol One wants is to finance 110% of the retail value or less. The same finance guy who told me that the doc fee was required by law now told me that I would hear the same thing at any dealership. I knew better and did not go back to get my $20 that they wanted me to leave as a deposit. (whole other ridiculous story that shows how old school they are) Instead I went where I should have gone in the first place. To Carmax where I bought the same vehicle only 1 year newer with less miles and used my pre-approved financing with Capitol One and no additional money down. Not even tax. In fact, I could have financed an extended warranty but declined. I drove the Forester home about 45 minutes after entering Carmax and they took car of returning my loaner.

I have a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer and a 2oo6 Ford Fusion and have had much service done recently at Heriser Ford. Recently, the transmission went on the Mountaineer, but the Service tech Randy, very patiently guided me through my options. The car was successfully repaired. Randy has also been helpful when i have called with questions. Another great feature of the service department is the availability of shuttle service to and from home when picking up or dropping off cars. Bob, the driver, is very pleasant and reliable.

Jay Oberst handled my transaction from start to finish and he was, in one word -- spectacular. My goal was to give my car to my granddaughter, but I needed a new car before I could do so. I had pre-qualified for a loan on the Hesier Ford website and knew my credit was good, but I also knew my income-debt-ratio was not very good, and so I walked into the dealership with some trepidation. After I decided to lease, he took me to the car I had picked, and described all the features, including some I was unfamiliar with, e.g., the bluetooth function. He then synced my cell phone and demonstrated how it worked. At one point, he wanted to get into the passenger seat to show me another feature, but the passenger door was locked and I didn't know where the unlock button was -- he was a sweetheart! He then had the gas tank filled up (a very pleasant surprise) and had my new Wisconsin plates put on. I casually mentioned to him that the radio in my old car did not work because I didn't have the code to reset it (after putting in a new battery), and he took it upon himself to fix it -- needless to say, my 20-year-old granddaughter was thrilled when I told her! But wait, I'm not finished -- I told Jay I would have to arrange for a ride to come back to pick up my old car in a day or two and he offered to (and DID!) drive it home for me when I left the dealership in my NEW car. Afterward, he very appropriately followed up with an email and a phone call to see if I had any questions about my new car. I want you to know what a great employee you have in Jay Oberst. When it is time for me to get a new vehicle, I will go back to Jay, no question! I also will highly recommend him to anyone I knew who is looking for a new car. Thank you, Jay! P.S. From the start the group was up front and honest with me about price and options. They followed up frequent enough but were not pushy. After having my car totaled in an accident, I was suddenly in need of a new vehicle. Because my 2011 Ford Fiesta had literally saved my life, I wanted to replace it with the same. Having bought from Heiser before and used their service department, I went online to compare them with other local dealerships. Heiser had the largest number of in-stock Fiestas so I went back to them. I was greeted immediately upon entering the door and directed right to a salesperson. Knowing exactly what I wanted, Pat showed me my options of what they had in stock and I chose one of them. The credit application and other paperwork went very smoothly. Heiser was able to find me financing that beat my credit union's interest rates by over a whole percentage point. The whole experience has been very positive. At one point, a customer was pitching a fit in the middle of the showroom when she was denied credit (Her credit report was not Heiser's fault, they were just the messenger) and the staff handled her very professionally. The manager even came over to me personally and apologized for that customer's behavior. Definitely one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.

Initially contacted several dealerships via e-mail, Heiser was THE ONLY who responded in person - not an automated e-mail. Jay Oberst went above and beyond to show me multiple options in cars and really worked hard to get to a cost that I was comfortable paying. As a whole, Jay and the manager were very forthcoming with information and willfully admitted when a competitive price was better. That being said, they both found a way to meet and beat the other price. Jay was patient and understanding. After the deal was done, he also helped expedite the paperwork. I would definitely buy from him again.

I have worked with Heiser Ford for well over two decades now, and continue to buy from them and use their excellent service department. When I started, Heiser was in my neighbourhood in Shorewood/North Milwaukee but I have found it worthwhile to travel to Glendale now that they've moved. Dave Schneider is an excellent represtative, makes things clear, and is patient. I highly recommend Heiser -- three cars purchased and regular service.

We have been bringing both our our vehicles (02 F150 and 03 Explorer) to Heiser for quite some time. Have never been disappointed with the service. The Service Department personnel (Randy, Miles and Kalya) are knowledgeable, courteous and extremely personable, and most important HONEST. I have never felt that I was being pressured into having work done that may not have been needed. The service is also very prompt. Would highly recommend Heisers' Service Department.

Everytime I come in for service, I am treated like I'm the only customer in the shop. Kayla always makes my experience a good one. She's very helpful and polite. I was not helped immediately upon my arrival (I was a little early and there were several other people in the waiting area) but as soon as Kayla was available I was on my way to having my car serviced. What I really like is that she made a point to ask me how my weekend was and joked with me about not bringing enough lunch for both of us- (I brought lunch to eat while waiting for my oil change) its nice to feel like you are not "just another customer" and they do make you feel like you're important as a person and as a returning customer. 2 thumbs up.

Bought a used car this weekend from Heiser Ford and was treated like I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. The friendliness and service is unbelievable. I never give all tens on a survey unless the service is above and beyond. Heiser gets all TEN'S from me. We had been shopping for a car for our 16 year old for over 6 month's and in all those car visits to dealerships we never experienced the service as we did at Heiser Ford. I moved to the Milwaukee area a couple years ago. I have brought my 2009 Escape to Heiser since I have been here. I have been fortunate enough to work with Kayla on my last few visits. It's very nerve wracking going to a place you're not familiar with. Kayla always puts me at ease and I feel very comfortable while being there for service. I was helped by Jessica Halverson and she was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to show me a car that fit what I wanted. When I wasn't as interested in that car, she helped me look for another one that would fit the bill. She went to another dealer to retrieve the car I wanted to test drive and it was exactly what I was looking for. She was patient with me and completely honest throughout the entire process. I felt like I was talking to a real person, rather than a car dealer. As a young female myself, it was refreshing talking to someone who wanted to help me find a car that fit my needs, rather than talking to someone that just wanted to stick me in a car to make some commission. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for something specific.

I started my search on a Sunday. I was alone and I walked throughout the used car lot. The first vehicle that caught my eye was a Subaru Forrester (2009). It was blue green and I liked the way it looked. When I came back a week later, it was gone. I knew the figures that I had to work with, and that made it easier for Judy and me. So I chose a Toyota Camry 2010 with high miles. I knew that it drove like a heavy, solid car with a great pick-up speed. The comfort level was perfect for me. Judy along with the staff treated me with respect and took care of my needs and questions. Can't wait to drive off the lot today with my Barcelona Red Camry.

I just bought a 2013 Focus ST. Judy and Gerald really made the process hassle-free. The exact vehicle I wanted was not available on the lot. Rather than putting me under pressure to buy something in stock (which has happened at other dealerships), Judy told me that I shouldn't have to compromise, and they found what I wanted and got it for me. My only complaint was the hot chocolate machine not working. Jay, the salesman, did an excellent job handling the car buying experience with his honest opinion on the car I ended up purchasing. Purchased a 2007 Ford Mustang Convertible from Heiser Ford in March, 2013. Saw the vehicle online and travelled from Door County to test drive. The Mustang was exactly as represented and was priced extremely well. The deal for my trade was pretty much no haggle, and the price offered was fair. Customer service was well above average, from speaking to the internet sales manager to dealing with Jay as a salesperson. All at the dealership were friendly and great to deal with. If they were closer I would definitely use this dealer again.

I was between a 2013 Ford Fusion and 2013 Honda Accord. Test drove both cars and the Fusion blew away the Accord - Better ride, better styling, more features and great price. I worked with Jay, not initially intending to purchase right off the bat. However, the deal was excellent, I was able to customize to my liking and I was not in a pressured situation. The people at Heiser are very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall great experience and I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought my '09 focus from Heiser new at the end of 2008. I have always taken my car there for service. I have worked with Kayla on my last few visits. My experience with her has always been the same; she is always professional, honest and courteous. At my last oil change, she advised that I would need tires soon and spent 15 minutes with me going over different tires and picked some she thought would be best and explained why. I appreciated having her time, attention and professional opinion. I trusted her to make a good decision on my behalf. (I am a woman in my 50's and know nothing about tires/cars.) I ended up returning for the tires she picked and my car has been driving great! I will definitely be back and have been telling my friends and family to pay Kayla a visit when they're due for service!

Purchasing a car can be a very stressful, intimidating experience. Purchasing a car from Heiser Ford, was anything but stressful and intimidating. From the live chat on their website to gather information, all the way through to the actual purchase, this was by far the best customer service I have ever received. Judy was professional and knowledgeable, took the time to answer all the questions we had, and made me feel very at ease. Our decision to purchase our new Edge kept her and Peter at work, past closing during one heck of an ugly snowstorm, and never at any point in time did we feel as though we needed to hurry up, or cease asking questions. They both made sure that nothing went unexplained, and I was able to take my new Edge home with me the same night. This is a group of professionals that understand that their customers are making a big decision, and that the feeling you have when you walk out the door is just as important is the vehicle you receive. We will return to this dealership for any future vehicle needs!

I came there to get some service done on my car. My service advisor Kayla was great. Not only did Kayla fix my car, but it ended up being a lot cheaper than expected Talk about a happy camper...or customer I should say! :) She promised it be a quick fix, and quick it was! I was in and out, and my car has been working great ever since. I'll definitely be back to see Kayla and Heiser for future service appointments.

I get all of my service done at this location as well and love working with Kayla Lee. Kayla is very knowledgeable and makes it her business to make sure you understand what's going on with your car.
