Went in to look at one specific 2016 Soul and went home with it! Great service all around by James Lawrence and the other staff members. I think we paid a fair price for the car and did not have to haggle much. I highly recommend Hendrick KIA of Concord.

We went there to have some information and compare with other makes such as Toyota, Hyundai or Nissan and left driving our new car! Staff was amazing, James Lawrence was very kind, helpful and patience at anytime and we had a great purchasing experience. The dealership is awesome, very clean and comfy.

We came into the dealership to just look at the cars to see if we wanted to purchase a new one.Our salesman Greg Clayton came out to us he was very straightforward very honest very open and not pushy he was very easy to deal with very easy to talk to and worked with us to accomplish the purchase of a new vehicle the next day we went back we saw Corey & he was awesome as well the purchase went smoothly quickly and was very easy to buy the car. We have never experienced a car dealership as efficient as this one .Will definitely , without hesitation at all recommend Greg Clayton too many friends and family who are looking to buy a car Kia Hendrick of Concord was a definite pleasant experience and will go back there again in the future if we ever purchase another vehicle I love the Kia Sorento thank you all for your hard work and your honesty.

I recently purchased a new 2015 Kia Soul at Hendrick Kia of Concord. James Lawrence was so helpful from start to finish. I really appreciated his friendly, easy going attitude. He answered any questions I had and it never seemed a bother to be of service to my family and I. He even hooked up the Bluetooth features of my new Soul with my phone at 8:30 at night! Went in just to test drive a Kia Optima that I was interested in. Greg Clayton was a wonderful salesman from the beginning. He went over every feature of the Optima and took his time to make sure I understood all of the details. After the test drive I loved the car. He told me he could get me in the Optima that afternoon, but I never felt pressured at all. He got me the deal that I was happy with, and after a couple of hours, all of the paperwork was finished and I drove my new Optima off the lot. I was very impressed with the process, with different teams members doing their job to get me out in record time with care and concern that I was satisfied every step of the way. I would recommend to anyone to purchase their car here....excellent all the way around!

Amazing dealership with wonderful personnel. Greg Clayton was very helpful in showing us the Sorento and helping us see why it is ranked one of the best cars on the road. Everyone we met at the dealership was very nice and the dealership is gorgeous. Drinks and snacks available while you wait. Very comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend the dealership and Greg to anyone in the market for a car.

I bought a Kia Sorento from Frank Rodriguez at Hendrick Kia. The presale process (looking and test driving) was a pleasure. There was no pressure, just answers to questions. The buying process after the deal was made is what got the good not excellent rating. It took forever to get copies made and signed, but that is probably the same at other dealerships. I had gone to another dealership the night before and they would not talk numbers or appraise my trade in until I promised if it was a good deal I would go home with the vehicle! My husband wasn't with me and I told them I promised I wouldn't come back with a car. When they refused to talk numbers, I went to Hendrick and came home with a car I love! (without my husband being present)

It was a very pleasant experience with Kia of Concord!! I had called prior to going to dealership and talked to Jc and Frank. Frank Rodriguez was an excellent sales person he was waitng at the door upon my arrival. He greeted me very nice. Everyone at Hendrick Kia was pleasant Especially Jc,Drew,and Mark. Frank went over everything about the 2015 Kia Soul and let me know to call him if I had any issues with the car or setting things up. I would highly recommend Frank and this dealership!!!

First day I went there my first salesman was nice and cool. We had talked a price but I could not get the car that day. A couple days later I ended up getting the car but had a horrible time buying my car. After being rushed for days to buy my car it was not ready when I went to sign all the papers and the price that I discussed with my first salesperson was thrown out the door. I came back to get my car noticed the trunk needed hydraulic struts and one of my back lights was loose. I was told they were going to order the parts and the next day I asked them and he said he was going to get back to me and didn't. Even when they said they were going to get the parts I would still have to pay for labor. So not only did I pay more than was told which I one reason I decided on the car but had to wait to get it after putting almost a down payment of 50% but have further problems I have to deal with that were there before I left the lot.

We had been to several dealers local to us, but were disgusted with the numbers games they tried to play with us.. We were ready to buy, knew what the car was worth, knew our trade in value, but couldn't find a fair dealer. Then we found Hendrick Kia of Concord. After a brief phone call and a promise to beat any price we had received in writing, my husband and I headed down to them. We were promptly greeted by William Story. He was kind and genuine, and beat every deal we had been offered. He stayed two hours after his shift ended to see that we were situated in our new car. We are so relieved to have found Hendrick Kia, and will purchase our next cat there as well.

A very pleasant experience!!! The salesman was so pleasant and informative. They bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied with your vehicle. I enjoyed the whole process even the financial part at the end....... I should have eaten before I went though, it is a long process but thats just how it is to get all the paperwork done. A snack bar would be nice. Not just popcorn but being able to purchase a sandwich or snack. There was a vending machine but that just doesnt hit the spot with me.

The staff were amazing and very friendly.They Were not pushy at all. We told them what we wanted and they made our dreams come true.. I LOVE my new Sorento.. Frank was the first person we encountered who made it worth our while to drive 45 minutes. Errol is a great salesman. Never pushy and very patient. Just awesome experience! I went there last after looking at several dealerships. I knew what I wanted and the appropriate price I would pay.Our original negotiations were not successful and I left, making the decision it may be wiser for me to keep my car another year and look again at a future time. The team from Hendrick reached out via text, and after a few exchanges, we were able to come to an agreement. I ended up with a better car at a lesser price than I would have expected had I returned to the previous dealerships. Once I returned, the process was like clock work. They are extremely organized, pleasant and efficient. I could not have asked for a better experience.I have been in sales for over 25 years and it takes a lot for me to be impressed. I normally find most transactions fall short of my expectations, you exceeded them.Thank you Hendrick, I love my new Sorento( it is my 3rd Sorento and 4th Kia, I am a fan). Frank is a fantastic sales person. He'll focus on the details you want to hear about and not just follow a script. The location is clean and new, well lit and comfortable with snacks, drinks and plenty of seating. The selection is huge and believe it or not - they actually have the models advertised on the internet. They take the time to find out what you want, and even though the managers were in a meeting when I popped in for a test drive, I received emails and calls from several of them within 30 minutes of my visit asking if there was anything more they could do. Jumping to the end of the story...I bought 2 cars on Thursday instead of just one. I highly recommend Hendrick Kia. They have a great team.

I came to the dealership wanting to explore the Kia optima. Initially I was asked for the keys of my Hyundai Sonata to evaluate the car. Subsequently the sales person was helpful and responsive, so I chose a vehicle. When I went to pick up the new car, I was asked how I was going to drive two vehicles home. I had transferred the tag and insurance to the new vehicle, and was confused on how I was going to drive a car with no tag or insurance. When I inquired about the situation, I was informed that they had mentioned giving me a check for the last three payments on the lease. When I confronted the situation asking why had a person taken the Sonata to evaluate it initially, and no one had directly mentioned not accepting the Sonata as a trade in., There was a lot of confusion, and finally they decided to accept the Sonata as a return of a lease. Kia and is owned by Hyundai, and I did not understand the confusion on the return, and the lack of knowledge of the management in causing this problem, when I had agreed on the purchase. My opinion is this is a new dealership and does not demonstrate the professional knowledge to provide a service that makes the customer feel confident that there best interest is being considered. The Kia optima is an excellent vehicle and the dealership has a comfortable facility, and the sales representative was helpful and responsive, but the management who provided the supervision and professional knowledge needs to have a better grasp on how to provide service that meets customer expectations and provides the responsiveness to provide the support and service that will meet customers needs. ,

What a wonderful experience we had. We had been looking for a 2015 Kia Sorento SXL in a particular color. We drove 3 hours to Hendrick Kia of Condord to purchase a car. We got a much better deal for an upgraded model, got the color we wanted and got to work with wonderful people. We had talked to David Pierce on the phone before arriving. He had our SUV sitting there waiting for us, full of gas, and ready for us to test drive. Frank Rodriguez was the sales person who worked with us. He took us on a test drive, explained all the features of the SXL. No pressure at all just making sure we understood all the SUV offered us. Once back Frank was very helpful in writing up the sale. Everyone whom we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Frank even sit up our phones to work with the blue tooth before we headed home in our new Kia. Highly recommend this dealer and their employees to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Just can't say enough for how impressed we were.

I would highly recommend Hendrex Kia of Concord. Our experience was definelty a good experience! Frank Rodridgez was great! Not at all pushy and very informative. One week before Christmas the motor in our family car went out leaving me without a car to drive. So we were pushed for time to buy another vehicle.
