My experience was great throughout the entire process. I submitted an online inquiry regarding a trade in value and immediately received the Black Book results. My overall experience for service on my 2015 Ford Explorer was very positive. The staff was helpful and pleasant. My only negative experience was in the customer waiting area. The complimentary coffee and water machines both were tagged with "out of order" signs. I have purchased vehicles from other Hennessy Dealerships and the customer waiting areas are loaded with complimentary snacks and beverages. This Dealership could not at least have a functioning coffee and water machine for its customers? "C'MON MAN!!!"

I made an appointment prior to arrival for 830 am, showing up on time to discover there are no secure appointment times for oil changes and all slots were currently filled. Why make an appointment if the time slot is not held? My service advisor Pierre made it happened!!! i was pleasantly surprised and grateful only to find that when they rinsed my vehicle off before returning, the back window was down and the interior had to be wiped off before i could leave the facility. Service Tech advisor is great and knowledgeable. However, in past surveys, I have stated that since the Malcom Cunningham moved, the car washing has gone down. Rinsing a car does not constitute a car wash.

We have commented before on this dealership's service department. They keep improving! This visit involved questionable work at a tire company resulting in our visit to fix a problem they could not.This service department went over and beyond our expectations. They found the problem. They fixed the problem and our truck runs like it was brand new. Huge thanks to Pierre Parham, our service advisor; the mechanic, whose name I forgot (with apologies) and the Stan Jackson the service manager. A team of professionals working together to resolve this issue and keeping us coming back.

My wife and I recently purchased a Certified Preowned 2012 Ford Edge from the folks at Hennessy Ford and we are more than pleased with the car and the process of buying the vehicle. Our salesman Jake in the preowned department was with us every step of the way. He was very pleasant from the first phone call I made, to the greeting when we arrived, all the way through to the delivery time. He even had the car we were interested in pulled off to the side and cleaned up before we ever arrived. I felt no pressure from Jake nor from our finance manager Aaron. I have to say it was the easiest buying experience I have ever encountered. Aaron in finance helped us get the payments and rate where we wanted and for that we are greatly thankful. Even a week later when I contacted Jake about a missing floor mat, that my wife and I overlooked, he helped us out by giving us a brand new set of floor mats. Not just the missing one, but a complete set. A big thank you goes out to Jake and the rest of the preowned department over at Hennessy Ford.

From the moment we stepped on the car lot we were treated with respect and NO ONE was pushy at all. Everyone joked around with us, their attitudes towards me ad a customer and their coworkers were great. I was in an accident on my way to test drive a car Walter found for us, he was very understanding and even called me later that night to make sure I was ok! Needless to say we will always buy a car from him as long as we are living in this area!

I had been shopping for a 2015 F-150 for a few months, Hennessy Ford had a large selection and was the only dealer that was truly honest. Several dealers had advertised trucks on websites and when I contacted them and go to look at truck it was not on lot and never had been. Lee Newton was awesome and could not have been nicer. He and entire team were all great.

I chose Hennessy Ford for two reasons: (1) it was my local Ford dealership and (2) the Autotrader reviews were positive. I had an equally positive experience, thanks to Lee Newton in new car sales. I contacted this dealership (and others) and Lee was the most responsive person I worked with. He emailed me on his day off and answered every inane question I had about the Ford Edge I was looking for. He helped me track down my dream car and made it a pretty awesome experience! To this day (3 months later), he's still incredibly helpful whenever I have a question. The sales manager and business manager were great as well. The process was painless and I'm definitely a loyal fan. Definitely check out this dealership and ask for Lee Newton!

I purchased a new ford fusion, one of the key fobs was not working and it had a small chip in the back under the light. brought it in to have both fixed. Also I would like to explain that my previous car was a Buick, I switched to Ford because of the poor service I received from Steve Raymond Chevrolet. Being from Detroit my only consideration for a car was Ford, GM, or Chrysler. Doing some research, Ford was my 1st choice. The only reason the buying process was a 4 is because it is always a scary process (and a lot of money) All employees in sales were Great.

Do not take your vehicle here! Very over priced with no integrity or business morals. Dropped my vehicle off with Tim around 12 noon and was told theywould have the diag completed by 4pm. I received a call around 4:45 from Tim to inform me that my car had JUST been taken back to the service technician. 20 minutes later I received another call stating I needed over $3000 in repairs. I had to question, how after 20 minutes, they were able to determine that many repairs, I was lied to and never given a valid explanation nor did I receive a inspection report. After declining the falsified recommended repairs I was still charged over $200 for what they said was 2 hours of labor. What they did not know is that I work for a vehicle warranty company and have been in the automotive industry for over 7 years. I know that they never performed any work as I never received the inspection report. After not receiving the survey from Lincoln I knew my phone number and email address were removed from my customer record by the advisor or service manager. This is what a terrible service department does so that they do not get negative surveys to the manufacturer. That is the only way I would never receive the survey. Absolutely bad business! Never there again!

Elaina was most excellent! She kept me informed and reassured the entire time that my car was at the service department being repaired. I was also happy that I was able to get an appointment so quickly. I had previously tried to get an appointment at another dealership for the warranty work I needed and was told that it would be a couple of weeks before they could handle the repairs. I was delighted that my appointment was set within 48 hrs of my calll.Last but not least, the repairs appear to be excellent. I picked up my car and drove 4 hrs to my mom's house for the holidays with no problems. In fact, the car drove like it was new.

Alaina was a gem. She listened to my concerns. She made sure the service team checked out the car the way I asked her to, not just in the way the recall was typically to be performed. She was knowledgable and I trusted her. AND she arranged a shuttle to take me home, when I thought I'd have to take an Uber. I however am disappointed in my Ford Focus vehicle, which has has major transmission issues. I am waiting few a new clutch which is going to take two months to get.

I had one of the greatest car buying experiences ever, when I purchased my new 2016 Lincoln MKX on 12/17. My sales person Del, was so awesome as well as his manager. I was never pressured, and did not have to haggle back and forth on a great price for the vehicle. Del was so knowledgeable, and took excellent care of all of my needs. He is an asset to your company, and sets a great example of what a great car sales person represents. This is my dealership of the future. Too bad, other dealerships don't operate in the same aspects and capacities as Hennessy Lincoln. What a truly assuming buying experience.

I assume this is about my MKX body repairs. The body shop did the job very nicely. Result is excellent. Only thing I was disappointed in was the duration to finish the job. They could have given better information on how long the job was going to take. First estimate was 10 days before they started, but actual time was closer to 30 days. Not to take away from the quality of the job, though, the car looks really good.

Detailing service forgot to charge up my "plug in hybrid" before delivery. Also, the Hennessy sticker on the back of the trunk was placed on crooked - very obviously unlevel with the Ford nameplates below - sloppy work. I now will have to make a special trip to get it removed. Several people have already commented about it.

The personnel is OUTSTANDING. The service they render is 5-STAR. That is funny because I live really close to a dealership where I purchase the truck (5-STAR Ford) that render 1 star service to go to Hennessy Ford to have my truck service. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT DEALERSHIP. If I could recommend an improvement, please never invoice for a service that is not completed. The car wash was broken and I was told to return later to have my truck cleaned. They don't know that I drive 35 miles just to get my car serviced, just little disappointed. I am sure that the next time I return, this dealership will more that make it up to me by FULLY detailing my vehicle.

Everything went very well, overall. Took longer than I thought it would - even with a 10:00AM appointment. To rotate tires and change the oil (and even including the courtesy car wash, which I appreciate) shouldn't take that long - i.e. maybe about 45 minutes. I think I pulled out after about an hour and a half - maybe a little longer and had to delay a lunch appointment a little bit. Apparently, there was some confusion about what type of oil to use for the 2016 Fusion Hybrid (which must be different from previous model years).Everyone was very friendly though...

I have a 2013 Focus which has had a history of transmission problems. I brought to Hennessey Ford in September as part of the recall. However, by mid-November, the shifting had returned to its previous jerking and making a grinding noise.I brought it to Fred, service advisor, and he put me in a rental car and he determined it needed a new clutch. Then, he told me that they were back-ordered for 6 weeks. I explained that I am going on a 2,000 mile trip in two weeks. Fred managed to find a clutch and had it installed in 3 days.Fred is a very professional, sensitive and caring person. What impressed me most is that he listened to me and fixed my car in a timely manner.With customer service like I have received, I will be a loyal customer both for service and the purchase of my next car. The vehicle was top notch ! I was disappointed I flew to Atlanta and my salesman sent someone else to pick me up at the Marta train station. But the salesman who picked me up was much more pleasant than my experience over the phone with the original salesman. The financier was a great guy and answered all my financial concerns. Overall good experience.

From the moment I drove up to the service center, I was greeted warmly by all staff members. One person checked me in, told me what kind of service my car would receive, and introduced me to the person I had an actual appointment with (who was with another customer at the time). The waiting room was comfortable. I was offered the option of having my car washed, which I thought was a nice touch. All in all, a very satisfactory visit to Ford!

Cindy Tucker took very good care of me. She made herself easily accessible and promptly kept me up-to-date on the status of my car. She was also very polite and courteous. My only displeasure was that my "check engine" light was still on when I picked up the car. This seemed to be neglected during the car inspection and repair. However, Cindy quickly had the car assessed and repaired to address the engine problem.

Pierre was excellent as always. Got me in and diagnosed quickly. And the job as done quickly. The only issue I have with this repair has nothing to do with Pierre. I understand labor expense for out of warranty repairs is taken from a shop manual. In my case, it was 18 hrs. At slightly more than $100/hr, labor was the major portion of the repair cost. This for a job that actually took about half the time I was charged for. I am retired on a fixed income. This was a really hard pill to swallow; approx $900 hard to swallow. It hurt at a time I didn't need it. There has to be a better solution.

Cindy was very helpful on the phone prior to my visit as well as once I arrived for my appointment, and she was very friendly and attentive while I was at the service center. The one thing that could have been done differently is that the tech returned the car to the service center as if it was done, but they had recommended on the paperwork that the brake fluid be flushed, so they had to take the car back for this additional service to be completed instead of asking me while they still had it in the service bay. I assume that's not the normal process, but it could have saved a bit of wait time for me.Overall, I was pleased with this first service visit experience with the dealership.

I appreciate that dealership honored the warranty, though at first the service specialist gave me the impression that there may be problems- I guess he was just playing so I would lower my expectations. Anyway, this time around repairs so far seem to be good. When I first brought my car in on Thursday I was asked to bring it back the following Tuesday; that way I would be at the top of line and wont have to wait. Tuesday morning I was told all is good, but when I called in afternoon to find out what was happening I was told that there were two cars ahead of mine so they haven't started anything on it yet. Where did those two cars came from? I was supposed to be the first in line in the morning? Anyway the car was kept parked there for two (may be three) days before any work started on it.

I made an appointment for 0730 for a routine service visit. I bring it in every 6 months. Checked in at 0725 and they got started right away. I jus waited of the work to be done. She found me and said the left front was out of alignment and we agreed that an alignment was in order and the only problem was that a truck ahead of me had problems on the alignment machine and that amounted to about a hour delay. But I was still out by 11:00 am and all is fine. It does drive better with the alignment corrected. Service advisor kept me advised of the progress.

I purchased an F-150 and had a veery positive experience. The sales rep. Crista and also Kevin were both very professional. I didn't experience any of the pressure tactics that one might asociate with car sales. Crista showed me exactly what I wanted to see and answered all my questions. I mainly needed an oil change. After inspecting my F-150, Rhonda recommended servicing front brakes (which I knew were getting thin), and pointed out other things that were optional at this point. I had a great experience. Lennox was my main salesman and Walter his back up. They both did a great job. After I had my car for a week I noticed a squeaky sound that did not exist when I test drove or took the car home. This was a used car and was sold as is so I wasn't sure how I would be responded to regarding the squeak. I took the car back to the dealership and Lennox went on a test drive with me. He then had his technician look at it and he was able to correct it. I really appreciate the follow through. One thing I would have really appreciated was if the dealership had kept the service records the previous owner left with the car. This would have been good information for my mechanic especially since the car had 123k miles and the last full service was scheduled for 120k. If the records had been kept I would more easily know if the 120,K service had been completed.

I worked with Ricky at the dealership. He did everything in his power to help make my deal get done and it was not easy. I was trading in 2 cars that both had a considerable amount of negative equity in them. Ricky's diligence and the fact that Hennessy had an incredible $11,750 off of their 2015 Ford F 150's the deal was done. Ricky had to talk to his managers and finance department and I could easily see that they were not fond of the deal but Ricky was determined. I am not sure how much money Hennessy made on the deal but I can tell you all that I left the dealership 100% satisfied and knew that I was more than fairly treated. On top of all that, I got an incredible truck that I am absolutely in love with. Hennessy was fantastic and Ricky should win an award for getting this deal done. He deserves a raise because I will most certainly be back the Hennessy for the simple fact that Ricky works there.

Lee Tyler, our sales agent was fantastic in taking us for the test drive requested and building an understanding of what we need, valuing a relationship with us and not pushing a sale. When the time was right we got back in touch and the process of acquiring the vehicle at a price we were comfortable with was straightforward and simple. Overall, our experience at the dealership was good. It was professional, quick and easy. I would say the only negative I had was that we were quoted one monthly payment in an email and we ended up paying $42 more per month on the lease because we were told there was a typo. It was explained but I have to say that it did not sit well with my spouse. We almost did not buy the car because of it. Other then that, it was good.

Joe was the BEST. He was very patient and really made me, my mom and sister feel comfortable at all times. He really worked to get me into a car. He even stayed after hours so that my sister and I could go get my trade in car that was at the shop. He didn't have to do that but he did. That's what I call Great Customer Service. Through the years, I have had my vehicles serviced at this location, currently Hennessy Ford. For the last eight years or so, Pierre Parham has been my service advisor. He is patient and thorough. I had an intermittent problem that would not service when I wanted to. Rather than give up, this team of professionals continued to investigate my concern until the problem with the vehicle was solved. I drive past several Ford dealerships to have my Explorer and Thunderbird serviced. I would recommend Pierre and his service team to anyone driving Ford vehicles. Keith got me in and out in 1 hour. I had had body work done July 30 - August 6th and 70K service was to be done then but got missed. So, my experience last Wed was the next best thing. Before I commenced the body work I thought about trying to trade by Escape for a newer used model but the gal I talked with couldn't locate something similiar. I'll try in another year.

There were several items on the vehicle that no one seemed to be able to tell me what they were which is not a big deal. I suppose I will find out about them when I read the owners manual. Brought my 2008 Ford edge in for an oil change and tire rotation on Tuesday. That was fine with no problems.On Wednesday my car was very hard to start. I made an appointment to bring it back on Thursday morning.On Thursday morning I couldn't start it because the battery had died. Seems like a strange coincidence as the battery was only two years old. While there they decided I needed a new air filter and radiator/coolant flush. I probably would have felt better about it had they mentioned that on Tuesday when they did the oil change. Makes me wonder what else was overlooked?Tim B. I received really poor customer service on yesterday when I took my car to get a battery replaced that was still under warranty. My battery had a 3 year warranty but the dealership ownership had changed. We called before we went to make sure we could come get the battery replaced under warranty. When we got there the service guy told me and my husband that the dealership ownership had changed and they could see that I had my battery replaced their within the warranty period but because I didn't have the receipt and they couldn't print the details to get their money back from Ford Corporate they couldn't replace by battery under warranty. We had to call the previous dealer and Ford Corporate before the guy would agree to change the battery under the warranty. That is POOR customer service. I will NEVER go there again.

the salesperson was extremely helpful and very frank with us, we had no hard sell or quick talking, I told him exactly what I wanted and got just that. the credit department took a bit long to tell me it wouldn't finance us, which was admittedly odd because of the circumstances, so it could have been just trying to jump through the hoops to get everything finished instead of anything within their control. in the end the salesperson even accompanied us to the bank and back to our home since we needed another driver to bring our old car home.

A few months ago, my wife and I bought a new 2015 ford explorer and 2015 Lincoln Navigator from the Hennessy Dealership. The purchase experience was excellent. In fact we were only planning on buying my wife a ford explorer, but the sales person (Rick) did such a great job we bought the Navigator as well. Since then I have had to bring the Navigator in a few times (4x) for various tweaks. The service department is very friendly and professional. My only complaint, is that not once have they ever had another lincoln available for me to use while the car was being serviced. Each time I drop it off even if calling 1-2 weeks in advance, they say the dont have any lincolns and that I will need to use their rental car service. This takes additional time and once, the car smelled so bad of cigarettes my kids wouldnt even ride in the vehicle. Another negative, is that only once was my car washed prior to them giving the vehicle back to me after it was being serviced. These things i guess are not that big of a deal, since the service of the vehicle and professioanlism was excellent, but it would have made the exerpeience better, and would make me much more inclined to actively promote the dealership to others.

We purchased a used 2013 Ford Explorer after being in the market for several months. We had an exceptional experience with our sales consultant Lee Newton. He was patient with us through the process and consistently stayed in touch as we looked at vehicles and evaluated our timing for a purchase. Over time he became very familiar with exactly what we were looking for and took the initiative to help us locate this vehicle. Our timing worked out perfectly when a trade-in produced just the vehicle we were looking for and at a reasonable price. Lee immediately contacted me so that I could see the vehicle even before it hit the lot. Over the process of many weeks, Lee spent several hours with us including climbing through many vehicles, test driving vehicles and time on the phone discussing our needs. After sweating through a hot Atlanta afternoon looking at vehicles, he was kind enough to even provide us bottles of water as we left. I appreciated his desire to get to know my family through the process including all of my kids names as the small things count in this business. All of the folks at Hennessy were terrific including the finance manager Reggie but Lee made it happen with his professional, friendly and knowledgeable service.

I showed up looking for a truck that would be useful for approximately 10 years and which was affordable. Lee Newton quickly put me in front of the trucks that interested me even though the trucks I had previously inquired about were sold the night before. I eventually was hooked on the 2013 F150 Lariat and knew this was the one. Since my fiance was out of town, I told Lee that I would have to come back later with her to get her approval. He completely understood and was very courteous. Finally I return that night with my fiance around closing time. We had made up our mind on purchasing the truck and didn't receive any grief for the employees having to work late. The finance office also helped us out and gave us a great deal that we were very happy to sign for. Thanks to the whole staff for an enjoyable experience and a special thanks to Lee Newton. I came in for an initial oil change and tire rotation for my FLEET 2015 F150 XL. It is equipped with the 2.7 liter Ecoboost engine. I was a little shocked that the service/parts department did not have the oil filter for one of the most popular engines offered throughout the entire Ford family. So much for the express lane,...Also, there should be a more streamlined method of service for FLEET vehicles. I work for JE Dunn construction and we ONLY purchase Fords and have them serviced throughout the country. Seems like it should've been simpler.The staff was very nice and apologetic, for the 1 hour oil change at 11am on a Thursday. Waited on filter.

Diagnosis of the issue was quick and accurate. Informing me of when the vehicle was ready is something that needs to be worked on. I spent over $1,000.00 repairing my truck. When I checked out the cashier asked if I would like it washed. Considering the amount of money I spent a wash should have been included before I picked it up. The interior had black residue from the technician after the courtesy paper was removed.

The guys in the collision center took excellent care of me, my car and my nerves! I just purchased my car 5 months prior to being rear-ended so I was very upset and wanted to make sure my car would be as good as new. Danny was extremely helpful, he reassured me and answered all of my questions. The other gentleman were all very helpful as well and I am so relieved to have purchased my vehicle from this location. The service at Hennessy is unmatchable. Kevin was very helpful in guiding me through the purchase process. I bought the vehicle from out of state. Initial contact was through email which was very convenient for me. We discussed the terms of the purchase over email and phone to the point that the only thing left was to actually see and drive the truck. I was greeted by a friendly service manager. He guided me to the area in the service reception area and I disembarked. I gave him the coupons for the service that I was expecting to receive. I was directed to the lounge area and told the differences - I wanted TV. Sooner than expected I was called and checked out. The same service manager saw me to the cashier's window and was not put out. I respect the way I was treated and I was not pushed - I do not take to kindly to being sold what I do not think I need. A friendly handshake and assurance from the service manager makes me want to return for future work I may need. And, keep sending those coupons.

Of course, I would have liked to have it sooner but I was not first in line. My car was washed on the outside and that was a treat. I will use Hennessy again in the future.

I called the dealership and spoke with Walter Sanders about test driving a Ford Expedition. He said the car was available and I could come look at it that afternoon. I said I would be there in 30 minutes(Monday). I got there and the car was in the body shop. He said that he didn't know and that it had just been taken in, I find that hard to believe, but took him at his word. I expressed interest, we worked out a price/deal on my trade, and i communicated that as soon as the car was drivable, I would like to test drive an complete purchase. It was promised to be ready the next day(Tuesday). I called in the next day and Walt said it wasn't ready and would be ready the following day(Wednesday). I called that day and he said it would actually be late Thursday maybe even Friday. I was annoyed, but agreed because I thought it meant they were carefully reconditioning. An hour later he called back asking me to put a deposit on the car without ever driving it, and that someone else was interested. I said that I didn't understand how that would work, knowing that I'd want to be able to get that back if the car drove poorly, or had more problems that I couldn't see in my short time on the lot Monday. But reiterated that I was committed and would consider that if that was my only option. He said he would talk to his manager and lobby for me and get back to me. I emailed that afternoon to check in and he didn't respond. I called Thursday and checked in on our conversation from the day before and he informed the car was sold. Needless to say I'm frustrated, and would expect a better customer service from someone who had been talking to me for a week. I don't think I should have had to buy the car without driving it, when in my first conversation they promised the car would be available.

I bought my car from this dealership in May 2010. This is the best service experience yet. From the person answering phones and scheduling appointments to the man who wouldn't let me leave until he scrubbed a grease smear out of my floor mat, I have nothing but positive comments. I have seen a difference in the quality of service since Hennesey's acquisition. I hope the trend continues! The only negative was scheduling my service appointment using the website. Since I never received confirmation, I had to call the day of what was supposed to be my scheduled service appointment.

I was right in the waitingroom for all but one very short time when I stepped outside to look around. And he said he was paging me but you couldn't hear the speaker very well. Anyway, it's ok. My experience in this place was great. It was as if it was meant for me to purchase a car here. I walked into the building lost, confused and kinda overwhelmed by previous car dealers i had visited like any new car buyer would be. Shelby Berlett helped me throughtout the whole buying process. I told her how much i was working with and what kind of car i was looking for ; after 10 minutes i had two options to look at. Even after the obstacles i threw at her she did not judge me nor threw a fit nor a disgusted look. Not knowing i was going to do a trade, my car was dirty. I had trash & laundry all over my car and lets not even mention the trunk. I told shelby i was sorry & emberassed. Shelby asked for what and went into the building and got me about five bags ; she was even willing to help me clean but shortly after her efforts of trying to clean i begged her not. I know Shelby is a car sales person and selling cars is part of her job but i genuinely felt like she was trying to help, and her intentions were nothing but good. She's not only a beautiful young lady but a smart, caring person. I would recommend this place to everybody because this place was recommended to me by my sister and had first hand experience and I'm glad i made a purchase here.

I came in on a Saturday morning hoping to buy a new Fusion but knowing that it wasn't essential that I buy one that day. Earston and I discussed some details and went to look at cars in the lot. I did a test drive and really liked the car, but the silver color didn't really excite me. As he worked with the manager (whose name I forget, but he was absolutely great as well) we only had to go through their initial offer and then a second offer. So I definitely appreciated that it didn't take hours of negotiating.The manager stopped and chatted with me for a bit to see if he could help me make a decision and when I mentioned that if there was another color available the car would become something I'd be really excited about buying so we went over color options and he came back a few minutes later with one in the color I wanted from a nearby dealership.So I bought that car but at this point it did take a couple of hours to get into and then out of the finance office. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. That said, they were able to get the car to the dealership during that wait, so I was able to go home with the new car instead of having to come back on Monday. Again, Earston and the manager both worked wonders to make everything happen and I really appreciate it.

I brought my car in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Found out there was a recall. Service manager walked me over to Enterprise office and I was put in a rental and sent on my way. Repair took longer than anticipated, but I was kept informed of progress on a daily basis. My initial experience at this service department I commented about being upset because my presence wasn't acknowledged when I first entered. That has never happened since. I normally don't respond to surveys but seeing a difference being made caused me to willingly respond this time.

Excellent service provided by Pierre in your service department. My son's Mustang was repaired at Hennessy, specifically the ABS brake system. It was ripped from the car by a piece of re-bar protruding from a parking stall at his dorm in ATL. I'm 100+ miles away so logistics was an issue for me. Of course the repair was important, and we're 100% satisfied by the work performed but I can't express enough how wonderful your man Pierre is! He provided everything needed to get the insurance claim paid for promptly, answered every question I had with expertise, and was extremely kind to a distraught mom, 100+ miles away from her kid and his broken vehicle. What could have easily been a nightmare, Pierre made a piece of cake. My story is too long to share, but the service manager went out of his way to please me. He made my daughter dreams come true and she had a wonderful spring break. This is important because my daughter is sick a lot of the time and when she feels well, it's important to make memories.

Purchased a 2015 Focus Electric. Hennessy had the largest selection (4) in Atlanta. Lee Tyler took good care of me. He was knowledgable about the car. When he didn't know something, he admitted it and sought to find the answer. In addition to being personable, you get the real feeling he's a trustworthy, no-nonsense kind of guy who's going to get a fair, if not "best" price available. I had to follow up a few times on some paperwork, but Lee was alway more than happy to track it down and make sure I got what I needed.

When we drove onto your lot we were really not too sure about what we were looking for. My wife was rotundly pregnant and we knew putting a car seat in her Geo would be a hassle for her. We were both anxious and not at all up for the hassle from car dealers, etc. But from the minute we entered your showroom, our minds were completely changed. We were greeted by Allie who we told we didn't know what we wanted, but she immediately broke down the walls and let us know we were in the right place. Had it not been for that, we probably would have been just another in and out lost customer, but she asked if we'd like to look around the show room a bit and see if there was anything we saw that we might like. While we were given plenty of time and space to look around, Tim came over and began casually chatting with us and before we knew it, we had found the perfect car for us! It was so casual and relaxed, like a family! We drove off the lot in a new car and a new attitude about car dealers. Hennessy does it right. From the moment you walk in, to the close of the sale, everything was par for the course!

Great dealership. They make a rather painful experience (purchasing a car) virtually painless. I wanted a Ford Mustang identical to one on the lot with the exception of the color. They obliged, and placed a factory order for me. I got the price I was looking for and there was no extra cost for the order. I picked up the vehicle and was there for only a small amount of time. Earston put no pressure on me to buy and had my back with the finance department. I got the exact car I wanted for the price I wanted.

This is my new Pre-Owned 2009 Beige Ford Taurus. I purchased it from Hennessy Ford on 1.30.2015. The brakes started squeaking Mon., 3.16.2015 but stopped by Wed., 3.18.2015. The oil light had come on Monday as well w/5% oil life so Sat. morning, 3.21.2015 I drove to the service station at Hennessy Ford got my oil changed and had them check my brakes. Chris, in training assisted me. He was wonderfully helpful. I had a cold so I was already miserable. He made the experience wonderful. I went to the smaller waiting room so I wouldn't hopefully get anyone sick. He gave me my car report card. Told me the next oil change I will need 4 new tires. I will be going home to TN a lot this year, 3 different weddings and a family reunion. I, now know not to splurge on my trips or w/the wedding gifts b/c tires are not cheap:-)

I initially had a major hiccup with Hennessy. My sales associate left Hennessey's employment without informing me and thus my calls or emails were not answered. Further, he incorrectly ordered my MKC vehicle which we reordered. Four months and 2 days after placing my order, I took possession of my new MKC which is great. Thank goodness Lee Tyler became my sales associate after the discovery of the incorrect order. He met and exceeded all expectations. I would definitely refer anyone to Lee. Naturally, I was not too happy with the initial experiences but once Lee became involved, I couldn't ask for any better attention, service, or care. Lee truly knows the vehicles he sales and gets things done. He is personable, a good listener, and is focused on customer satisfaction. My excellent ratings above are given because of Lee. After an initial 'hic-cup' in that my original agent left employment at Henessey after I had purchased/ordered a new car. That agent left without properly ordering my vehicle and followup with me. This problem was quickly fixed and the experience very positive when Lee Tyler took over as my sales associate. Lee met each and every expectation. Keith Burrell did a very good job. He went out of the way to keep me posted on the progress of the work, and the overall cost of the work was within my expectations. The mechanic who did most of the work was named Mike. I don't remember his last name. I was very impressed with Mike. I had some unusual problems with my car, and some intermittent problems as well, which are hard to diagnose. He explained things to me and made suggestions on the overall work to be done in order to save me some cost. I appreciate both of these gentlemen's efforts on my behalf.

A little over a month ago, I visited Hennessy to look into what they offered in high fuel efficiency vehicles. Lee Tyler met with me and catered to my need to understand not only Ford hybrid offerings, but specifics about the industry, overall. Despite my initially placing Lee and Ford on hold to do further investigation into other makes and models, I ultimately found the Ford Fusion Energi to be the best fit for me--and Lee and the whole team at Hennessy Ford patiently worked with me to lay my hands on precisely the model features, color, technology, I desired--while coming through with a price point that made things very worthwhile. This was my first visit to your Service Department for service on my new 2015 Ford Explorer. The staff was very helpful and professional. My service needs were expected to take about 90 minutes, but were completed in about 35 minutes. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE!! I look forward to my next visit with anticipation of the same level of service.P.S.; I lost a hupcap from my New Explorer, which cost about $17 to replace. It would have been a nice gesture for the Service Department to cover that cost for me as a new customer. But, that's just me!

I purchased a new Mustang from Hennessy Ford and the sales process and my salesperson (Kevin Swindall) were excellent. The have published prices on the Internet and that IS the price. Unlike some other dealerships that try to bait and switch you this is a true and straight up experience. Now the truly interesting part of this story is that on the first day I had the new car I experienced a very strange problem and had to have it taken back to the dealership to have it checked out. Now you always hear horror stories about things like this but in this case it was not one of those. Ford came and towed the car to the dealership under the roadside assistance coverage (included for free) and then Hennessy fixed it in a couple of hours (turned out to be a minor issue with a hose clamp falling off) and even offered to deliver it back to me. This started as a fairly stressful situation for myself but ended up being a very minor issue with a very happy ending. I especially appreciated the offer to deliver the car to me. Excellent job by all involved (Ford and dealer) and I love my new car. Just goes to show that not all these stories end up badly. I highly recommend this dealer and their service department.P.S. Some may sneer at the car having an issue so soon but this is the fifth Ford vehicle I have owned, and at least one continuously for 23 consecutive years. This is the first time I have ever had any kind of initial defect and only twice have my vehicles required any kind of shop time (the first after 7 years and 120000 miles and the other after 13 years). I consider this a fluke and nothing more. It would certainly not dissuade me from purchasing another Ford in the future.

Staff was very helpful, courteous and professional. Car was delivered back cleaned but smelled like someone had been smoking. My family no not smoke and very sensitive to smoke smell. One suggestion: Make certain that the person servicing the car or cleaning the car is not smoking right before entering the car. The car smelled like someone was smoking right before returning the car and the inside smelled like smoke. The staff took care of it and freshened the inside before returning to me again. Thanks

I went to Hennessy Ford looking for a previously owned vehicle, and after some searching on their extensive website I was able to dwindle down to three that I was interested in. The staff was extremely accommodating in allowing me to view, and test drive all the vehicles and provided honest and candid feedback on where they saw value in each. I left with a great Honda Civic that was an even better deal than I could have gotten from the Honda dealership down the road.

My keys were misplaced and I had to have two more car keys made. In addition, I was locked out of my house. On top of that, once the dealership made my keys, the car wouldn't start because the battery was dead. One thing after another! Both my service advisor and the dealership manager, Stan Jackson, could not have been more helpful, as was their kind shuttle driver. I was offered a ride to and from my home, and after locating a free car rental coupon from a competitive dealership, the manager offered to match the coupon. Therefore, I was able to rent a car for an evening. Because my battery had been purchased at Hennessey Ford, they found it was still under warranty and replaced it at no cost. Even though the expense of replacing keys was more than I had counted on, the customer service, professionalism and quick turn around at Hennessey Ford on Peachtree Industrial more than made up for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased the 2015 150 Lariat equipped truck. It is a beautiful truck that continues to grow on me. As for Kevin Swindall, he is a great asset to your dealership. The mechanic that serviced my car this time was great. He was honest about the tires and brakes. Last time I came in (September 2014?), the mechanic left messages that I need new brake pads and the tires were low. When I checked the brake pads myself, I saw that the brakes were fine and the tires had a good bit more tread. I would always take the mechanic that I got this time.

They came right out to the lot to meet me when I started looking at vehicles. within an hour they had given me the keys for a 24 Hour Test Dr. I could'nt have been more happy with the whole experience. it was stress-free, not pushy. Even the General manager Eric Shepard made himself available for me. they listened to what it was I was looking for and when I finally made my decision they then then closed the sale within an hour or two. every step from looking, to financing was phenomenal. It seems that I have to have my truck worked on too much lately but it is a high mileage F-150. Most of the guys in there are great! Jimmy (believe this is his name) gave me a ride to the MARTA station on his way home. Pierre is always great and the reason I still come here! Glad to have him back! Tim Bennewitz took excellent care of me during the concerning experience of my 2013 Ford Escape's transmission issues. Tim called me every day to let me know the status of my car and when it would be able to have the transmission taken out an examined to be serviced under the Extended Service Plan I purchased through Ford. The only concern I had was the time it took for all the service to take place which was longer than what I expected to be without my car but in the end, I was pleased with the service I was provided by the Hennessy Service Department team to get my car back in working order.

George was quite abrupt and brash, but after working with Steve and closing with Matt, we walked away very satisfied. I called Service Person, Pierre Parham, late on Friday afternoon, December 19 and explained my car's problem (it would just cut off while driving). He asked that I get her (the car) in immediately. Pierre went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of for me and that I had a clear estimate of what the services charges would be. Although he was not working that Saturday, Stan (Service Manager) contacted me with all the information I needed and my car was ready Saturday around lunch. After two weeks of shopping online, on the phone, and in-person; I found Hennessy Ford via Auto Trader. I located an F-150 that I was interested in, and proceeded to call the dealership to speak with someone in sales. I was transferred to Lee Tyler, who was very understanding of the fact that I was located 300+ miles away, and needed to get a deal done over the phone. We were able to reach a deal on the F-150 that I had called about, and we were also able to appraise and get a set price on my trade-in before I ever got on the road. Overall this was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had with any dealership. I think that it deserves note that I was told by multiple dealerships that "we can't make any decisions, unless you are here in-person". I will recommend all Hennessy dealerships to friends and family. Completely Satisfied with my purchase and experience. Keep up the great work guys.

Customer Service will either "make or break" a dealership. I know this first hand from my search for a Mustang after my car was totaled in an accident. I started my quest for a Mustang with my "hometown" dealer. During my visit, I felt like "chum" in a shark tank. Three salesmen were competing for my business at the same dealership at the same time! The Manager constantly paced back and forth and kept asking if the salesman had told us about this, and that....It was pretty crazy. They had 2 preowned Mustang GT's and one other 2014 Mustang in stock. I acutally found that this was the case with the other Ford dealerships as well. Selection was very limited. So between feeling like shark bait and their unwillingness to have the car transferred to their dealership until 72 hours after the purchase, I decided to discontinue working with them for my next vehicle purchase. I began searching online for other dealerships and actualy heard a commercial on the radio for Hennessy Ford and decided to check them out as they were just a few miles from where I worked. They had an incredible selection of Mustangs on their lot! I was looking for something that was in-between a base and premium and they had it! I worked with Ray and he was great! Zero pressure and no requirement to leave a deposit to hold the exact car that I wanted. I LOVE my Mustang and the purchase of this vehicle was the most stress free car purchase ever. Ray worked with me the day I picked the car up to walk me through all of the features and assisted with the setup of my Sync Services. He also reached out to me often after my purchase to ensure that I didn't have any questions about my car. Overall an EXCELLENT experience with Ray at Hennessy Ford!

Todd gave me his full attention during the sale and Reginald did wonders with financing, even got a three year warranty on a 2007 truck. Everytime we have dealt with this dealership we have a bad experience. Today my husband took his vehicle in to get an oil change (because Jiffy Lube did not have the correct filter) otherwise we would have not had them do a service on our vehicles. When my husband got into his vehicle after the oil change, he noticed some of his lottery tickets were missing. He reported this to the manager, with no apology. He also contacted the Police Deparment...unfortunately the police said they were not allowed to search the employees. Not only did they steal the lottery tickets, he had to pay for an oil change plus some other service which was not authorized. This dealership is one of the worst we have been to and will NEVER service any of our vehicles here.

I developed an out-of-warranty problem with all the power door locks on my '08 Escape. I gave the rating above because my service advisor (Pierre) was very attentive and worked me into the shop schedule without much delay. Additionally, he worked closely w/ the technician and the service mgr. to navigate through some unforeseen issues that surfaced along the way. Bottom line; communication was excellent and truthful; the quality of the repair was exceptional; and the price was very fair. I've used Malcolm Cunningham Ford personally and professionally for a number of years and will continue to do so.

Went to buy a new car, upon arrival was greeted and treated very respectful until the deal was done. I traded in a vehicle that had a balance, MCF was very clear about what it was going to take on my end to purchase a vehicle. MCF told me they were going to pay off my vehicle, of course it was added into my purchase. IT'S BEEN A xxxxxxxx MONTH AND STILL HAVEN'T DONE WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO DO. getting nasty phone calls and letters from Lien holder of trade in vehicle. MALCOLM CUNNINGHAM FORD IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM YOU AGAIN. I SPEAK NOTHING BUT BAD WORDS EVERY CHANCE I GET , TO ANYONE ASKING ME WHERE I PURCHASED MY MUSTANG. YOUR DEALERSHIP SUCKS. POOR CUSTOMER SVC. I GET THE RUN AROUND FROM YOUR BUSINESS OFFICE AND LOUIS. NEXT CONVERSATION I HAVE W YOU PEOPLE WILL BE , WITH AN ATTORNEY.

Went go to look at a 2008 f150 with 60K miles. DO NOT buy from here. The truck I looked at had a clean car fax, however when looking under the struck, the cross beam of the fram had a significant amount of damage. I know dealerships are not known to be up front and honest but that is terrible. They should inspect each vehice and make a note of any repairs they do not plan to fix. Some person who is not car savy is going to get ripped off by this delaership. STAY AWAY. For anyone wondering, it was the white 2008 f150 regular cab with the 4.2 v6 5 speed with 63k miles that had the structural damage with a clean car fax report.
