Huge shout out to James Boykin, the sales representative who assisted me during the whole car buying process. He was extremely nice and accommodating and was very knowledgeable on the car I purchased. I went in their to look at a 2018 BMW M2 and left with it the same day. He was even able to work on the price with me a little bit too which made me feel like I left getting a good deal, which is rare in the current market with used cars being such in demand. Overall I had a great experience here and would recommend anyone coming here to look at a car to ask for James.

Sales experience was very good but the after care has not been up to the standard I expected. I was sold a car with a warranty and promise of loaner vehicles when car was serviced. Called at least 2 times and left a message to schedule a service and finally got a call back. When I asked if something was covered under warranty the person did not know and transferred me to another voice mail. Also, no loaner available. Who can sit for 4 hours for a car service? I expected more from this dealership.

During the sales process we were assured that three items on the vehicle we were purchasing by would be addressed. It was the salesman that actually pointed the items out when we first viewed the vehicle - two dings and tint that had bubbles. We are now 75 days post purchase and the three items have not been addressed. This is after leaving the car with them twice for a total of 4 days and repeated calls to try and get the items addressed. We have waited for callbacks and appointment confirmations but nothing happens. There are options when it comes to buying a vehicle and I would urge others in the market for a vehicle to explore those options before going to Hennessy Land Rover of North Atlanta.

What a warm welcome from everyone I encountered at the dealership. We purchased our 2020 Range Rover Sport from an individual personal friend. We have had multiple Mercedes in the past and to be quite honest, I was a little apprehensive in purchasing a Land Rover. I reached out to see if someone could give me a tutorial, along with wanting to establish a relationship for future service appointments. Samantha, who was just as delightful in person as she is on the phone, took the time to listen to my unusual request of a one on one tutorial. She personally passed my information to Laura who gladly reached out to make arrangements. When I walked through the doors of the dealership, I immediately felt Laura’s genuine warmth in making sure I knew the in and outs of my vehicle, even though I had purchased the vehicle from a private individual. Once I had all of my questions answered on my vehicles operation, she walked me over to Samantha in service who set me up with an account. Additionally, I had a few questions about the wheel protection on the vehicle, this is when I had the pleasure of meeting Vanessa in finance. Of course Vanessa’s customer service was just as impeccable as Samantha and Laura’s! To say this dealership has earned my business as long as I have my vehicle is an understatement. Thank you again ladies for your kindness, genuine demeanor and for taking the time to ensure my experience was the very best!!
