Had an absolutely great experience leasing a car here. Kenny Fiandaca helped me right away, and was the most knowledgable person I have ever dealt with. He was patient, and willing to show me exactly what I was looking for. When the dealership didn't have the exact car I was looking for, he was willing to walk me through ordering one. Instead of trying to get me into a car on sight that wasn't exactly what I wanted, he was able to find one on sight that was FAR better than I even thought I could have afforded. He went out of his way to get me a car that exceeded my expectations, and get it down to a price that fit my budget, even though I didn't think it was possible. I am going to tell everyone I know to see Kenny!

I arrived at the Herb Chambers dealership in my current car of 12yrs that was about to completely die. I had called ahead and was met at the door by John Puleo who immediately welcomed me into the showroom and we started discussing cars. John was very helpful and honest about deals and what was available. We did a couple of test drives and he was extremely patient and helpful. I had an overall great experience! I was able to drive away in my new Jeep Grand Cherokee that day! The car is amazing and I love it! I will definitely go back after having such a pleasant experience at this dealer. John could not have been more helpful and I really appreciated all he did.

Was greeted at the door by Sean Fitzgerald. He was attentive and courteous during our whole experience at Herb Chambers, even though we we still in the "just looking" phase of a new vehicle purchase. We test drove a couple different models and then met George Sanchez to talk price. George gave us a decent price for our trade and price for the vehicle we we interested in. We told them we still were going to look at a couple of different dealerships for other similar vehicles first. Went back the next day and test drove a higher priced model. George gave us an even better deal. We purchased a new Dodge Journey. Sean and George followed up with us until we picked it up. Working with the finance department was even a nice experience with no pressure. Just options of our choice. I've purchased 8 vehicles in my time and this was by far one of the best experiences.

Just purchased a 2014 Dodge Town and Country from Lewis. He was so helpful, super nice and walked us through the process step by step. I was referred to James Klimas, GM by John Covell. John was such a great help to me. When I met James at the dealership, he had both Jeeps I wanted to test drive, up front and waiting for me. I have been in the search market for a used car for my daughter for the past 6 months. I recently found a vehicle that would meet all of our requirements including safety, features, condition and price. After narrowing our search I then found the same vehicle at Herb Chambers in Danvers. I called in advance and upon arrival we were introduced to Ken Fiandaca. Ken showed us two vehicles and placed them side by side for a true comparison. After making our decision Ken then made the entire sales process very easy and comfortable. He explained all of the used car policies and stood behind everything he said with no pressure or hidden sales tactics. During the past 6 months I have dealt with many different dealerships as well as salesman. Ken, by far made this an easy decision to make. His manager, Will Laflash, also came by to make sure my daughter was well taken care of in a very courteous and profession manner. After spending nearly two months visiting every Jeep dealership in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for my new Wrangler, I decided to make one final stop at Herb Chambers in Danvers. To be honest, I was really only going in to confirm that the prices I had been quoted were in fact the best possible deal and planned on leaving with that information and buying elsewhere. I was greeted by Kenneth Fiandaca Jr, and after five minutes of chatting with him it was clear that this was a night/day difference to every other dealership we had visited. There was no pressure, he listened closely to my very specific requirements and found me exactly what I was looking for. In fact, he found me a model I hadn't even considered - and as soon as I got behind the wheel I was in love. Beyond that, the price was fantastic and everyone else we interacted with throughout the process was equally welcoming. As I mentioned, I didn't plan on buying from Herb Chambers - but my experience with Kenneth changed that and I'll most certainly be back.

Baught my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimted Sport from Salesman Sean Fitzgerald on 12/30/2014. What a streamlined professional process. Everone from the General Manager Jim Kilmas to Zac Papadakis the Business Manager was amazing. I didnt know buying the car I really wanted could be this easy. I hadnt bought a car in several years and was dreading heading into the dealership. When I got to Herb Chambers in Danvers, I was greeted by Darlene and, admittedly guarded, I said, Im looking to buy a car. She laughed and told me I was in the right place. I had done some research and knew exactly what I was looking for so we took a walk out to the lot and hopped in for a test drive. As we went along, Darlene explained a bunch of the mechanical and electronic features and even went so far as to demo the voice control. I was feeling good after the test drive, but expected that to quickly fade as I knew what was coming next - the negotiation. In retrospect, I cant believe I was worried. Darlene and her associate Bill talked me through everything. I had mentioned seeing a comparably equipped vehicle at a competing dealership priced a bit lower so Bill pulled it up on the computer, confirmed what I had said and went to see what he could do. We went back and forth a little longer, but in the end, I think we reached a price that we were both happy with. Financing was a breeze too. I had gotten pre-approved through my bank at, what I thought was an excellent rate. Joey, the finance director, was able to find me financing at 3/4 of a percent lower - every little bit helps! Throughout the whole transaction, there were no high-pressure tactics. Everything was a calm discussion and at no point did I feel like the dealership was taking advantage. Its only been a few days, but I have already recommended Herb Chambers Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM of Danvers to several friends. I couldnt be happier with my new car, or the experience of buying it. I had a good experience buying a new Jeep. The salesman was attentive and responsive but not pushy. Sales managers helped the process and I felt the combination resulted in me getting the features I wanted at the best value without having to select a package of stuff I didn't need. After a few days, the car is performing well and I am discovering it has a few more features and better driving performance than I had even expected. Overall great job, thanks Ken Fiandaca

When I went to Herb Chambers on November 25, 2014 Ken came right over to us and was outstanding with showing us what we had available. He was very courteous and expedited all the information I needed from the bank as well as getting back to us on what I would get for trade in for 2 vehicles. If they had the color that I wanted he would have made the sale. He set us an appointment with Will Hunt to take care of me at the Sharon dealership because there were a couple of cars there that I was interested in. I would definitely recommend Ken to potential buyers.

No salesperson chasing you when you pull into the lot, none of the "let me ask my manager" when trying to pin down a price, and none of the "dealer stickers" adding $2000+ with add-ons like paint sealant, striping, etc. No pressure to close the deal, plenty of patience to answer all your questions. Purchased a Grand Caravan from Ismael Briceno - ask for him! Ismael and his manager George worked to beat a competing deal, and did so in a business-like manner. Bottom line is the staff demonstrates respect for the customer.

Went to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. Sales person was Lewis Silvano. Very attentive to needs and not pushy. Real down to earth. Also, while the title was being created someone from a different department spelled a name wrong in the computer system. Lewis took time out of his day to drive over a half hour to our work to personally get a signature on the new title, despite the error having nothing to do with him. Would highly recommend.

I saw this truck online and decided to go look at it. I had been looking for a month and this one would work if the price was right. Mike Neligon was my salesman and without him I was probably not going to buy that day. His straight foreword approach and personality made my experiance very comfortable. Having had a few uncomfortable occasions at auto dealers prior, this was a great change. I was able to get a very fair trade-in value on my old truck, purchase new one, and drive it home the same day!! I was finishing a lease of a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport - wanted another Jeep Wrangler but had some very specific things in mind for my next vehicle. I was looking for something different and Mike Neligon worked diligently for me - he researched options to find me what I was looking for - inventory on jeeps is low everywhere so Mike could have tried to "sell" me on something they had already - but instead he worked hard and he found one that had just come off the line - exactly what I wanted! Vito Scarbo, our salesperson was a pleasant surprise in the car buying process! We had done our research and visited the dealership that we had done business with over the last 5 purchases only to find that they were unwilling to value our trade in at blue book prices. Went to Herb Chambers and met Vito who was professional, experienced and honest as we went through the process. Ended up buying a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited at nearly $2000 less than the compettions prices for a 2014. Follow through was prompt and exceptional for the add-ons we requested (trailer hitch). Buying a new car is a stressful experience but Vito was an exception to the rule and made this a pleasant, non stress, experience. Zac was also a painless experience. Very impressed with this dealership and most especially the follow through!

Lewis Silvano is the best Sales & Leasing Consultant I have ever dealt with. I recently leased a Jeep from Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers. From the moment I walked in.to delivery of the vehicle a few days later.I experienced the best customer service Ive ever experienced anywhere. By way of background, my family and I are loyal Herb Chambers customers who have purchased at least six vehicles from Herb Chambers over the years. Most of our experience has been with either Herb Chambers BMW of Boston or Herb Chambers Mercedes-Benz of Boston. While weve always experienced outstanding customer service from both Herb Chambers BMW and Mercedes-Benz, the level of customer service I experienced at Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers was simply off the charts. I walked in to Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers less than a week ago -- after having visited three other Jeep dealerships the same day. I was unshaven and wearing shorts and sandals. I.e. my appearance did not convey that I was a particularly serious customer. Upon checking in to the dealership I was referred to Lewis Silvano who proceeded to sincerely and patiently listen to my needs and then recommend various vehicle options. Lewis then showed me some of the vehicle options, followed by taking in some information in order to present various leasing options, culminating with a very enjoyable test drive. Upon returning from the test drive, Sales Manager Will LaFlash joined us and assisted in presenting various lease options which were much better than anything I had seen all day at the other three dealerships I had visited. Moreover, Will and Lewis displayed great skill in exploring whether I qualified for additional incentives (which I did). They were extremely thorough in doing so. I emailed Will and Lewis later that evening telling them that I wished to proceed, and my car was delivered a few days later following an extremely enjoyable meeting with Finance Manager Zac Papidakis to finalize the leasing documentation. Ive never enjoyed signing leasing documentation as much as I did with Zac. And theres more: Lewis introduced me to Keith Shore in the Parts Dept. who went above and beyond by taking me out to his personal car to show me all weather floors mats I was interested in purchasing. Lewis also introduced me to Blue Team Service Manager Sean Staskawicz who answered my service questions and provided useful tips as well. While I was overwhelmed as a whole with the customer service I experienced at Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers, it was Lewis Silvano who served as the MVP Quarterback throughout the whole experience and continues to do so in answering all my questions and providing me with extremely useful tips regarding everything from the vehicle to service to registration issues relating to a special EZ-pass transponder program I wished to apply for. I purchased my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from a different dealer but have had it serviced at this dealership twice. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to their service team beacause they got the job done in a timely fashion and treated me with a great deal of professionalism. Their Service Manager Derek Rojas who I dealt with on both occasions was extremly courteous and made you feel like you were in good hands. Since I did not buy my car here I cannot speak to the nature of their sales staff but i really hope this wonderful experience extends to everyone that works there. My only regret is not purchasing my vehicle from them.

Last week I purchased a brand new 2014 RAM 2500 Turbo Diesel from Mike Neligon at the Herb Chambers Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / RAM dealership in Danvers. I just wanted to take a moment to say how happy I was with the entire experience from start to finish. Went into this dealer looking to trade my truck in for a dodge charger. Received great service over the phone and from manager but was not happy with the way I was treated by salesman. Car I drove an hour to look at was in terrible condition for the amount they were asking and received a complete lowball offer for my trade which was in near perfect condition. I ended up buying a car at. Another dealer and received $6000 more than her chambers dodge had offered for my trade.

The experience at Herb Chambers is always classier than other dealerships, but the service provided by Steve Guendner, Ismael Briceno and Joe DiPietro was absolutely top notch. Friendly, helpful, pleasant, professional. Work with these guys when you go to this dealership. Joe handles financing and he's smart, funny, and enthusiastic. Ask Ismael about his Game of Thrones obsession. He'll treat you like family, no joke. Steve will always offer a pleasant smile and be upfront and transparent. Great team. My 10-year old car needed to be replaced. I finally decided on a Jeep Wrangler. My husband asked a friend who knows a lot about cars to recommend a place to start the process. Without hesitation, he told us to go to Herb Chambers in Danvers. We played it smart and made an appointment so we wouldn't have to wait around if they were busy (and they were!) I don't think we were the most difficult customers to come through those doors, but I'm sure we weren't the easiest. Glenn Chesley gave us his undivided attention, and was incredibly thorough with his explanations about the different types of Wrangler vehicles. We drove several Wranglers and even changed our minds more than once. He NEVER showed any sign of frustration or being impatient. He made the whole process seamless and painless. All the staff we interacted with (General Manager, Financial/Credit Manager, etc.) We very professional AND personable. There was no "back-and-forth" on the pricing. They gave us a fair deal on my trade-in and were honest and upfront about the cost of the new vehicle. My husband will be turning in his lease next year and will be buying a car. If he thinks he might like one of the MANY different lines Herb Chambers carries, we wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

Dealer does not offer anything special, does not go the extra mile - it's the car that sells itself. Salesman was average but immediately steps out when it gets to numbers. They started with a low ball offer on my trade in - had to pretend I'm walking out to get a higher price. Same strategy for accessories & warranty. so why go through the whole hoops jumping, talking with 5 different folks, pretending that you're making me a favor by upping your price on the trade-in / lowering your price on accessories & warranty --- when you could have saved everyone's time by giving the right AND competitive numbers, close the deal in 1/2 hour instead of 1/2 day and increase your productivity... I ended up buying the car because I liked the car itself, not the sales folks nor the dealer. I didn't even get a thank you from the manager that closed the deal. I'll probably go to a different dealer to service it and would not recommend this place to a friend. PS: any respectable dealer should give a full tank of gas when a vehicle is being purchased. I had to negotiate that... seriously

Last week we had a terrible snow storm and as I was leaving work for the night one of my windshield wipers flew off the car and I paniced a bit. I pulled in to the dealership which is just across the street and I told them what I needed...one person wasn't sure if they could install it for me because of the weather most of the techs had gone home. The manager though said not to worry that they could do it. No sooner had I purchased the blades when Sean Staskawicz (Service Manager) took them and despite the horrible weather went right outside and installed it in no time at all. He didn't have to do that and I could have waited for a lengthy time because of storm induced reduced staff but he just took it upon himself to take care of it for me. Much appreciated !!!

Professional is the best way to describe my experience. Mike N. met me (my wife and 3 small children) shortly after we arrived on the dealership property. He knew his inventory, was willing to field many many one off questions over several days, was GREAT with my impatient children and did what he could to make sure I received the best value for my $. Met with Joe D on the finance side and again, was met with a professional who took pride in his work and was eager to see his clients satisfied. These guys were great.

I purchased a car from another Herb Chambers dealership three years ago and had decided to look at a Dodge Durango, so went to Herb Chambers CJDR of Danvers. I had no previous contact with anyone there. As I walked in the door, Mike Neligon was walking by the main door, and he greeted me and asked if he could help me. I asked about the Dodge Durango, and he handled my initial inquiry and my purchase of the Durango I wanted. He was very professional and also friendly and very helpful and attentive. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mike and with the dealership. When I needed to see other people, he brought them to me or shepherded me where I needed to go and made sure I knew what was happening at all times. Mike provided me with outstanding customer service. I also worked with Will, the Sales Manager, and with Joe in Finance. Everyone with whom I worked and with whom I spoke was friendly, courteous, helpful, attentive, and professional. I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience. And I love my new Durango! I can't say enough good things about Mike and this dealership.

The people at the dealership were very helpful as well as knowledgeable. They all work together to get the job done. They are Military friendly as well. They were ten times better to deal with than Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield.

Just bought a new to me 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. I had seen it online. Walked in the showroom and was approached by Vito. Was ready to NOT let him walk all over me but that was the last thing he wanted to do. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Was willing to go to my mechanic with me to have the car looked over. Mechanic was so impressed with him and the car he asked for his card. My friend who took the test drive with me is planning of purchasing a car in the spring. Vito knew exactly what van I was referring to and he knew everything about it. Was totally impressed. I would recommend Herb Chambers and Vito to anyone looking to buy a new car. I will definitely be returning the next time I need to buy a new car.

Mike and the rest of the team at this dealer made buying my first brand new car a truely awesome experience. I didn't end up buying a vehicle from Herb Chambers, but the customer service, business office, and everyone I dealt with was very courteous, super friendly, and very professional I highly recommend this dealer. I know this sounds like an advertisement but the service they give justifies the high prices.

I was not sure what to expect buying my first new vehicle but sales consultant Micheal Neilgon as well as other staff members made it worth my while. I was not rushed in any way and all my questions and needs were met. If I had any sort of issue big or small it was dealt with and in a very professional manner. I was treated very fairly and not only did I buy a brand new Jeep Cherokee I made new friends. When buying a new vehicle it is important to develop a relationship with the people you are working with and thats exactly what they do at the Herb Chambers in Danvers. I want to thank Micheal Neilgon for all his help on my purchase and for all his help I know will come in the future. I absolutely recommend anyone who wants to purchase and new vehicle to shop here.

At my Jeep dealer, Herb Chambers on Rt 114, I've always have recieved professional help, people with knowledge, from the front door to getting a ride to work. I just visited again today with my excellent 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland, I had Derek Rojas take care of me again. He's been great to work with, knowledgable and professional. Everyone in service, Thank you! By the way John Puleo sold me my Jeep, he's great as well!

I heard about Mark and Herb Chambers through my step-sister, and in going in as soon as I met with him I knew that this is who I wanted to deal with. I had actually gone to a Jeep dealership and did not like how they treated me when looking at a brand new Jeep, they were too pushy, Mark was just the opposite and so easygoing and helpful he even offered to drive my now Jeep to me so I could see it in person since my schedule was so busy. I am so glad I went to Herb Chambers and got to work with Mark, I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and would go back to him if I needed another car! Mark was so personable and someone who you would absolutely want working with you in such a big purchase. Thank you Mark!

I traveled from New Hampshire to try and find a dependable vehicle to purchase. After arriving at Herb Chambers Dodge in Danvers I was greeted by Mr Seth Anderson. Mr Anderson was very courteous, polite and kind. He listened to what exactly it was that i was interested in and in no way tried to push me twords something I could not afford.. Mr Anderson made me feel as if I was with family and made the entire process stress free. I have never felt more comfortable buying a vehicle before. Mr Anderson is a prime example as to what all salesmen should take lesson from. My certified 2012 Dodge Charger was everything it was advertised as. Thank you Herb Chambers for having such wonderful Salesmen. I look forward to buying from you again.

A couple years ago I was in the market for a used SUV and was shopping around. I went into Herb Chambers on 114 and was greeted by Mark Cunningham. He was very knowlegable and helped me narrow down my search. Mark was down to earth and did not pressure me as most of the other sales people I encountered. I was so impressed with him that when I was in the market for a new car I immediately thought of him. I recently went to see him and purchased a brand new Chrysler Town and Country. Again I felt no pressure from him. I simply told him my budget and what I was looking for and he made it work for my family. Anytime I hear someone is in search of a new vehicle I recommend they call Mark first. I know that even if he doesn't have the vehicle they are looking for he can surely point them in the right direction.

Great experience all around, Seth Anderson demonstrated all the features with my new jeep, took his time with me and made sure I was comfortable. I have bought 2 Jeeps from Mark Cunningham in only 3 years. I am very particular about the style, feel, and color of my Jeeps and Mark was super accommodating to all those requirements. He has the parking lot of stock memorized. No joke, if I asked for a different style he would say we have one in Black in the rear of the lot, let's go look at it. Mark got me an amazing deal on my first Jeep and then a great deal on the lease of my 2nd one. My payments were even less than my original Jeep purchase. He has a great sense of humor which goes a long way when you are stressed about needing a car! Ask for Mark, you won't be disappointed!

I went into HerbChambers in Danvers a little over a week ago to find a dependable used car that was in my price range. Seth Anderson helped me find the perfect car and answered every question I had with confidence and professionalism. II was recommended to see Seth through a source who has acquainted themselves with Seth and also looked at cars at the dealership. He made the buying process easy, made sure the shifter knob was replaced due to the old one having a ding in it, new wheels were put on, and the tray that goes in the middle console was replaced. I am very pleased with my 2012 Dodge Avenger and my friend, who was with me at the time of purchasing the car, will be in soon to speak with Seth about purchasing a car for herself.

We bought the family car, a new Chrysler Town & Country from this Herb Chambers Chrysler / Jeep dealership. We drove past this dealership when we bought our 2010 Toyota mini-van from another dealer. After researching alternatives to our Toyota, we decided on a Chrysler Town & Country. We were impressed with the features of The Chrysler vs the Toyota at each price point and the incentives were better. We moved ot of the Danvers area, (90 miles away) and found the typical frustrating buying process with several other dealers, before going to Danvers and Herb Chambers. We started with good research and facts, went on-line and connected with the sales staff at Herb Chambers Chrysler - the sales manager, Bill Lee - was responsive and gave us a deal that we were impressed with and which, even more important to us - a deal that did not change through the sales and buying process. The sales person, John Puelo was fair and thorough and even the finance guy - Zack was godd, not unpleasant surprises - just a good overall experience. One of the very few times that I would recommend a car dealership in over 25 years of buying cars. I will go back there, even after moving 90 miles away. They are worth checking out.

We recently, unexpectedly, found ourselves in the market for a car. Herb Chambers of Danvers was recommended to us so we made the trip from Dorchester. Mark Cunningham was our sales rep and was outstanding. He worked with us for over a month to help us find the right car, was incredibly patient, never pushy and very respectful of all the whims of our decision making process. We stuck with this single dealership because Mark was so kind and considerate. He even went out of his way to pick us up at a distant train station! In addition, the GM, Jim Klimas, made us feel welcome and made sure we knew he was available if necessary and business manager, Zac Papadakis was terrifically friendly and put us at east. Overall, the experience was really excellent start to finish and the stress of making a major purchase was mitigated by working with trustworthy people.

I bought a new 2012 Jeep Patriot in the middle of April, 2012. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. There wasn't any pressure to buy a car immediately, and they answered any question I had. I didn't even make a decision on the first day I went there, but the sales consultant Benito Vega gave me his number and told me to call him if I'm still interested. A couple days later, after a test drive, I decided to buy a Jeep. I traded in my 2006 Kia and felt it was a fair trade. We filled some paper work and he let me know about great deals that they had at the time. It didn't take long before I was in my new Jeep. Benito was very helpful and was a professional the entire time. I recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a new car. Herb Chambers is definitely a great place to shop!

I just purchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Seth Anderson at this dealership this past week and I had the best car buying experience I have ever had. They gave me a great price for my trade in, and I got exactly what I wanted. Seth was friendly, easy going, knowledgeable and professional. There was none of that "annoying car sales person" behavior going on. The entire sales team was helpful & friendly. I highly recommend the dealership, and will recommend them to friends and family, and I will be back for another Jeep in few years. Give them a shot, you will be glad you did.

I called in the morning to schedule a visit and a test drive. I explained that I didin't have much time. When I get there, they couldn't find the rep I talked to on the phone and the Car was not ready. After 30 minutes, I finally went for a test drive while my new rep was litterally trying to pick up girls in the car next to us at a stop light (not making this up). Got back to the dealership and the finance guy had marked the car up $1000 over what it was listed for online. I told him the price was wrong and he asked me to produce the documents to show the price difference. Needless to say, I walked out.

Visited for necessary repair to vehicle purchased from other dealer fifty miles away. Service was professional, and quote was clear and reasonable. Appreciated free drop off to neighboring town, owing to having only one car. Osiris and all of staff are friendly and helpful.
