What an outstanding overall experience at Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood! It is a beautiful new facility with exceptional employees including Service Advisor John Zimmerman. He explained all work and returned to obtain our permission for additional work as well as updates on the completion of the work.

My husband & I have been discussing a new car for several months and had done some comparisons between cars online. We went to Herb Chambers Lincoln on a Sunday afternoon to test drive cars and were warmly greeted by Florin Burghiu. After discussing our needs and showing us several models, we first drove a 2016 Lincoln MKC then an MKX. Florin is quite knowledgeable of the technology and minute differences between models. He was patient when explaining things to us and quiet, when appropriate, during the several test drives my husband & I took, in order for us to feel & experience for ourselves the differences he described. Florin was able to answer just about all of our questions about the cars without displaying any pressure or steering us toward any vehicle in particular. We made our decision the next day and Florin was very efficient at keeping us informed as we waited for the business office to process our paperwork. The price was fair and we were reassured of the warranty by the fact that the car was a Certified Pre Owned Vehicle. When we arrived to pick up our new MKX, Florin was again very thorough and patient as he instructed my husband and myself in the use of all the new technology of the car. Since my previous vehicle, a Lincoln Aviator, was thirteen years old, there was a considerable amount of information to impart. My husband and I left the dealership feeling we had made a sound choice of vehicle and with the assurance that, should we have any questions or concerns, Florin would be at our service .

I love everything about this dealership: gorgeous new facility, wonderful manager (Peter Hern; our family has bought 4 cars from him), great service department (Eric Fowler is unfailingly helpful and good-natured) . I won't ever buy or lease a car from anyplace else. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood for new or used vehicles to buy or lease. You just can't do any better.

I was looking at BMW and LandRover and the Lincoln MKX. After seeing and driving the MKX, it was easy to see that it had better features that were standard. vs being options on the others and overall was a much better car for the money. Having had positive experience with another Herb Chambers dealership, I was pleased to learn they were opening a new one in Norwood, near where I live and like the others, was state of the art and bright and open. My experience and overall buying process was extremely positive, especially the interaction with the sales person Ronny Vikstrom. Ronny was personable, knowledgeable on the car and all its features and worked with me on selling me the car I wanted. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, with no issues at all. I left feeling that I good a great deal on both my trade-in and the new car. If you want to buy a new car, go see Herb Chambers, if you want to buy a Lincoln, go see Ronny Vikstrom.

I have never had an experience like this with a dealership! Greg Mirabile has been amazing and courteous every step of the way on my CPO purchase of an MKZ. I never felt pressured into the sale and all staff were honest and caring. Greg has gone out of his way to make sure I am happy with the vehicle I chose, and even checks in months after! That my friends is great customer service! Even when my vehicle was missing a small insignificant piece (coin tray) Greg went out of his way to get me one! I previously worked in an industry that dealt with many car dealerships, and trust me, I have never witnessed such great service. I will definitely be back in the future as the wife is eyeing an MKX or MKC! Thanks again Herb Chambers Lincoln, and specifically Greg!

This is my second Lincoln purchased from Bill Owen and I always recommend him to family and friends because he is truly great to deal with. I went to Herb Chambers Lincoln specifically because Bill worked there. I bought a 2016 Lincoln MKX and it is beautiful. I also want to mention that Eric in service was also a big reason I stayed with Herb Chambers. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and easy to deal with. I think Herb Chambers has a great reputation in general, but the buying and service experience at the Lincoln store is the best I have ever dealt with.
