After dealing with 2 other not-so-great dealerships over the course of 6 months in an attempt to factory order a vehicle, I ended up stepping away from both and going to Dealer Rater to find a better option. Heritage was the highest rated dealer in a 30 minute radius from me. My salesman during my time here was Jeff Webber. From my first phone call inquiry with Jeff to taking the keys to my new vehicle, he and the rest of the guys and gals at Heritage were an absolute pleasure to work with. After taking care of my order, Jeff was in constant communication with me during the unpredictable factory build process. When the time came to take delivery, he encouraged me to shop around for rates on an auto insurance policy. Being that I’d been with the same insurance company for over 5 years, I was reluctant to do so. I was satisfied with my rate and coverage, but Jeff was persistent. To my surprise, doing so via Dealer Policy saved me just under $50/month on my insurance. I was also offered a great price for my trade-in which made the deal even easier to make. We had a 9:30 A.M. appointment with Aaron Lenz at Heritage Parkville on November 16th to lease a Grand Cherokee. Mr. Lenz was early and prepared to listen to our needs and wants. He explained the different levels of Cherokees available and was eager to provide us with the "bells and whistles" we wanted. There were 2016 and 2017 models available, and Aaron explained the differences and was eager to satisfy us. During a test drive, Aaron was knowledgeable about all of the new safety and convenient features. We knew we found a salesman and dealership we wanted to do business with. Bought a 17' Volkswagon Tiguan and worked with Melissa and Aleksey. Both sales people were knowledgeable, patient and did not pressure me at all! Their manager Gabe worked with me on getting the best deal possible and went out of his way ensuring I didn't pay more than my budget stipulated. The car is a dream and luxurious on the inside. I am a loyal Volkswagon owner but did test the Jeep Compass prior to deciding. The Compass was a good size but lacked the Luxury feel of the Tiguan. The turbocharged engine is super fast and I couldn't be more happy. This is my second new car purchase from Heritage Volkwagon and I will keep coming back & also refer anyone I can there as well. Btw. My salesperson, Aleksey stayed super late missing a Ravens Game he had tickets for and never once mentioned it nor could you tell from his body language.Thank you again to a great Sales Manager; GABE WALMAN!!!!!

After my car was totaled in an accident I had the unpleasant and daunting task of trying to replace my vehicle within my loss amount, budget and limited time . After multiple visits to various dealerships and playing the "sales game" we are all too familiar with and hate, I was thankfully directed to Serdar Uzun at Heritage Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM Parkville. The rest is history and my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude is now in my driveway! Serdar was able to get me into a newer vehicle than I was looking for and at a better price than I had seen on other older used models and even retrieved a car for me to see from Owings Mills , saving me the trip and hassle. Serdar, Mitch, Doug and all staff I came in contact with were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional making the process that much easier. I was treated so well. I called initially on a Saturday morning about a 2015 Honda CR-V I was interested in that was located in Owings Mills. They offered to bring it to the Parkville location, which was more convenient for me, that day. I came in around 3 or 4 and left with the car around 7. Bruce Freeman was great - he let me take my time deciding on the car. I did 2 test drives and even left for a bit to think about it. Once we started the process of buying the car, it went smoothly. Great experience as well with Sarah as well who handled all the financial stuff. I love my new car!

Had all great experiences with this location. I had a Bruce as a great salesman who was forward, honest, and more than helpful with any and all questions I had. Mitch the manager of the location was always right there to answer any questions I had. And of course he got me the best deal possible on both my trade in and my new purchase! I had interactions with numerous other employees there and they were just as professional, curtious, and helpful as the person before them. Most of all, there was no real pressure to buy a vehicle. No one wants to be pressured when they are just looking at their options. So if you want a good deal and want a great experience go to this location and ask for Bruce Freeman. All the other employees that you will need to come in contact with will stem from there. You will get a great deal, and an even better buying experience that will keep you coming back!

I worked with Jeremy Cooney during the process for my latest car purchase. From day one he was a breath of fresh air to what seemed like an impossible process. I told him what I was looking for and what my budget was. Not only did he give me a perfect solution to my problem, he also was able to meet my price range-but well under my budget. When I had questions, he got back to me that same day with an answer and also let me know ahead of time when he would be out of the office. I purchased a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee through Bruce(salesman), Mitch(manager), and Jake(Finance manager). The experience was smooth and stress free. Bruce in particular was a wonderful salesman. He was not pushy or aggressive, understood what I was looking for, and was very friendly. I got a fair, haggle-free price (I did my research online before making and appointment) and drove off the lot within two hours of making the deal. Our company has done business with Heritage before and we haven't had any issues with service thus far. Great facilities and friendly staff, I would definitely recommend and will look to them for future purchases.*side-note: I am currently holding back one star from my overall review as well as Repairs, my Cherokee has a faulty sensor on the Forward Collision Warning/Auto Cruise Control. It wasn't a feature I was looking for in particular, but the particular vehicle I wanted/purchased came with it and if I paid for it, I want it to work. I've scheduled my service for one week from today and I will update my review accordingly

I would like to give this dealership 10 stars but only 5 are allowed. I started looking several weeks ago for my next vehicle ( truck ) and wanted to try Dodge out as the Ram has had my interest for several years. Also I needed a vehicle with an air suspension that would lower enough to get my 89 year old uncle in as I take him out weekly. I came across this 2015 Ram Limited in mint condition certified. The dealership was exceptional from sales to management. No pressure no stress just a great transaction( can you believe it )? We were shopping for a new Chrysler Town and Country and after several negative experiences at other dealers we made the 70 mile one way trip to Heritage Chrysler. We did so because of the great experience with the internet sales manager, Nick. We found him to be personable, honest and most importantly willing to talk to us on the phone AFTER 9pm on a Monday night. Nick matched us up with a great salesman, Shawn Jeffries, who went out of his way to help us and in the vehicle quickly as our time was very limited. We were in the door by 10:10am and back out buy 12:02pm. Fastest car buying experience ever yet we didn't feel rushed. There were a couple of minor issues that I believe are related to the detailing team. First issue was the antenna was missing but Shawn quickly took care of that. 2nd issue and really frustrating was that the remote/headphones were missing for the DVD player. Of course we didn't figure that out until we were back at home 70 miles away. However, Shawn was on top of it. He was readily available to address this issue and quickly had the headphones shipped to our home. The ONLY con, but its an important one to me, is that after I got home I remembered that I had signed up for a dealer visit online which allowed me to receive a $25 gift card. Also, Nick had sent an email about getting a $75 gas card for a visit to the dealer as well. The process was so efficient when we were in the dealer I simply forgot to ask for them while there. I thought "no problem" these guys are so great that this will be virtually a non-issue for them. So I reached out to Nick, the guy that was so great on the phone that I made a 90 minute one way trip to buy a car, and told him in an email what happened. I mean I just purchased a brand new vehicle from them, surely I'd get a response right? Nope! He didn't even bother to answer me. Talk about a let down! I thought that I truly was valued--even after the purchase was already made I'm still a customer of Heritage. I would still be a potential repeat customer right? Even if the answer is "sorry I can't help you, you already made the purchase" then say that but don't ignore me. That sends your customer a really bad message. It would be a great recovery on the part of Heritage to give me the gift cards. Shawn provided 10 STAR service and the 3 star rating is definitely not a reflection of him. We greatly appreciate all you did Shawn thank you very much! Even the finance manager was great. Very friendly to the point and also respectful of our short time frame. Thanks to Heritage for a fast and friendly experience overall! I'd still REALLY appreciate those gift cards though :)

I was able to get the NEW car the I wanted, not what they wanted to give me, like a lot of dealerships that I went to tried to do. My sales rep was great, and not only that I would go back to Heritage, if and whenever I decide to trade my truck in. I love it so much I do not think that I will ever trade it in!!! Went to this dealer and test drove the SUV that I wanted to buy. They were very friendly answered all my questions, explained things without being condescending and were true to their word on pricing. ( They let me take a pic of the offer sheet with my phone) I felt that they really wanted to make a deal with me but they weren't pushy or rude and gave me time to go home and talk with my wife and ponder my decision for a few days before I made the deal! They gave me a great deal for my trade-in and the paperwork was done expeditiously. A+ in my book will definitely be back to this dealership if I need a car in the future.

This is our second car in two years from Parkville Dodge. We have had amazing experiences every single time! We came to the dealership July 2nd looking for a new Jeep, either a Wrangler or a Cherokee. Aaron, our salesperson was extremely helpful and extremely patient with us. We test drove the Cherokee first and I fell in love with it. However we did not have our trade with us so we came back on Monday, July 4th. I arrived at the dealership first thing in the am at 9. Aaron allowed me to test drive a Wrangler next. Then came time for the numbers. We sat down to crunch numbers. Aaron ran back and forth for me multiple times trying to get the numbers just right. Unfortunately I was a one woman show while my husband stayed home to take care of our little one. Aaron was beyond patient with me. He gave us time to decide. Time to review numbers between me and my husband. He tried his hardest to find the best deal possible for us. After 4 hours of going back and forth on numbers we found the right one. From the time it took us to decide on numbers to the time we walked out of the dealership was MAYBE an hour. Aaron and his managers and even billing were so incredibly helpful. They never once pushed us into anything we didn't want. I will always come back to this dealership for as long as I want a Chrysler. These guys are absolutely amazing!

While shopping for a new car, I was trying to figure out whether it would be possible to stay in range of monthly payment that I would be comfortable with, so I have visited most of the Jeep dealerships in the Baltimore area. Every single time, a salesperson used a very aggressive selling tactics, ans was trying to pound me into a deal that he clearly aware I wont be happy with. I understand that sometimes, a salesperson needs to nudge a customer into making a purchase decision. But this doesn't mean shady sales tactics or aggressive behavior, because a bad salesperson can squeeze the fun out of what should be a joyful day for a car buyer. At some lots, dealers tried to use an old baiting and switching approach, when numbers previously agreed upon with a salesperson are somehow lost or forgotten by the dealerships manager.Although I didnt purchase a car upon my first visit to Heritage (Parkville) about a month ago, I have noticed that this place is different. When you're expecting to spend thousands of dollars, a good experience should be part of the deal, and I glad that people at Heritage know this. At my first visit, I was negotiating the price with Aaron Lenz, a pleasant, well-rounded salesman who used his time wisely and focuses on making my overall experience positive. When I have described my financing goal, Aaron and John Young (sales manager), have tried to reach an agreement in an easygoing, friendly manner. When they saw that I am not comfortable with their best offer at that time, they didnt try to use common aggressive dealer tricks like other salesmen, but simply shook my hand and said that their goal is see happy customers and that they dont want me to go for a deal that may be a burden for me. They promised that they will contact me if they will be able to meet my conditions and wished be good luck in shopping. Although we didnt reach an agreement that first time, I have realized that the overall experience you have at a dealership can make all the difference. A few weeks later, Aaron called me and asked if I have already purchased a car, and that if I am still shopping he will be able to sell me the car that I wanted at the price that I have set up at our first meeting. I drove back to the dealership and purchased the new 2016 Cherokee with the monthly payments, loan interest and length that I wanted. I understand that car dealers doing their jobs and for most, are not really your friends. But a car deal can be simple and easy when you're working with the right salesperson. And I would definitely recommend Aaron Lenz and John Young as people who will do everything to make you overall experience pleasant, even if you decide not to purchase a car.

I drove over an hour from Pennsylvania to meet with Melissa Cole in Maryland. Melisa offered to help me with my new Jeep purchase even though she specializes in WV. Melissa is confident and honest. It was raining and I was hungry and Melissa was extremely patient and got us out in a flash. Any questions she could not answer she told me so without making up crazy answers just to sell a car. I am slow with new technology and she made sure I was well equipped to find my way home in the worlds coolest and smartest brand new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The next day my insurance company was lost and confused and I was stuck playing phone tag on my lunch break. That evening I received an email from Melissa saying she called the insurance company and handled everything. Thank you so very much Melissa.

I found a used certified 2013 Dodge Avenger on the Cars website that seemed like a good value for the price. I was in touch with Marc Houser, and I drove an hour and a half to see the car. It was exactly as advertised, in good shape, Heritage Dodge did a great job getting it ready for sale. I test drove it, and found no problems, obvious or hidden. Marc had the paperwork ready to go, and everything went smooth and quick. There were no pricing games, no extra fees, or any of that. I bought 11 cars in my life, and this was one of the best experiences I ever had. The staff was friendly, and Doug in financing got me in and out very quickly.Marc even called me the next day to make sure I was happy with the car and the buying process. I would definitely make the drive again to buy another car from Heritage.

I purchased a used vehicle I found online from these guys. The vehicle was in Maryland and I live in North Carolina. It was an Excellent experience. My sales person was Buddy Holmes and he was great to work with. He explained in detail the vehicle, answered all of my questions, and took additional pictures I requested. He even picked me up from the airport, in the vehicle I was to buy. The vehicle was as promised. It was Perfect. No games, no bait and switch. Looked at car online an contacted dealer thru email. Dealer responses. Set up date and time to look at car. Address if dealership a little confusing. The used car lot address is different from one on the website.it is across the street. Wwnt in and had salesman paged. They had trouble finding him. He apolized for the confusion . He also had to complete a sale so he turned us over to his partner. Car was pulled around for us to look at it.it was as described. After all paper work it stil took 3 hours . Its been a long while since I brought a car so I was told that was about average. Don't know. Had to go to 2 buildings to complete the sales, one was the used car lot then across the str4 eet to the new car sales building. Finally down the stairs in that building to the finance office. No hard sales for to purchase the extended warranty prograMs to which I said no. Over all it was a good experience

We have visited a few Heritage dealers over the years and have always found the customer service to be excellent. The staff operates as a team and will pitch in to help out when things are busy. There is little pressure. They are respectful of your time and time needed to make decisions. Twice we've been in their used care showroom over the past 4 years and both times, Bruce Freeman has helped us. He's knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and considerate of what you are looking for. The managers are pleasant and helpful. We will buy from Heritage again.

I did my research and then decided to visit three dealers to look at the 2013 Cadillac SRX I wanted to purchase. I wound up just visiting two dealerships as Heritage, Parkville, was the second one I visited and they were the right place for my purchase. I worked with Marc and then spoke with his Manager, Shawn, who made me an offer I could not refuse. It was a miserable snowy day but Marc did not mind and took me out for a test drive. I loved all the features and got a great price for my vehicle. I do not usually like car buying because of all the pressure to purchase the vehicle, the upgrades, additional services and haggling over price. This was a totally different experience and I was treated like a VIP and there was no pressure to buy. Once I decided on the purchase Jake very efficiently took care of all the paperwork to include financing with my bank of choice and updating my insurance. Then, to top off a great purchase, Marc had the car detailed and then drove it to my home 30 miles away so I would not have to make a second trip to their dealership to pick up the car. I cannot say enough about my positive experience at Heritage, Parkville. You need to visit them if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. Great Experience!

The salesman was not pushy or anxious. He was very professional and presented a great impression of honesty and integrity. I looked at a total of 4 cars and he patiently answered my questions and gave thorough explanations of the cars. He listened to my requests and did not try to change my mind regarding budget matters, etc. The salesman was obviously very experienced in his field. Walked in 30 minutes before closing, and met with Jeremy Cooney as a walk in customer. He greeted me with a smile and talked about getting a Dodge Dart. I had no credit history at all, no cosigner, and no money down, and still drove away with the car I wanted. Just like you are reading this right now, I went with the reviews and Im telling you, this place is definitely the place to purchase a car! Selection is fantastic, salesman are not pushy, no hassle what so ever, and its an all around wonderful experience. I had been searching for a 2014 jeep Cherokee for months with the options I wanted. I found the car I had been looking for at Heritage Pre-Owned Center. I called and talked to Robert Adcock and the sales manager Mitch. What a great experience. They even helped me with an unusual request and had a solution within the hour. I flew to Baltimore from Raleigh the next day. Robert picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealer. The car was exactly as described. From the time I arrived until all the paperwork was complete everyone was exceptional. The service manager, Mitch, even made a special effort to come out and thank me for buying from Heritage before I went across the street to finish the paperwork. Paperwork was done for the state of NC and all I have to do is wait for my new tag to be delivered to my home. Thanks for a great out of state purchase experience.

My wife and son went to Heritage to look at vehicles for him and found a 2006 Chrysler 300 C which was exactly the car my son wanted. They worked with Bruce and Gabe to fashion an affordable payment, but as we found out later, Gabe and Bruce both continued to search for financing options that made the car even more affordable (and this was AFTER the deal had been done!). As a result, my son has a car that he loves and we are very happy with the payment terms. Suffice it to say that this is the third vehicle I have purchased from this location and will gladly return when I am ready for another car. They are excellent!!!

Got a great lease price over the phone from Randal Melvin on a 2014 Dodge Durango SXT. Not only was it competitive, it was cheaper than everywhere else, including some of the "lease houses" in NY. I went in that night to purchase the vehicle. As Randall had to leave early to prepare for a 3-day weekend with his family, he arranged to have me meet with Jim Dinges in sales. Not only was Jim great to work with, but he took it upon himself to find me more savings, and did. Doug Mrockowski, the Business/Finance Manager, was also great to work with. To my surprise, I received a follow-up call from Jim 2 days after my purchase just to thank me and see if I had any questions about the vehicle. In addition, Randall called me after his vacation to see how everything went. I could not have asked for a better experience and recommend Heritage to everyone. They have a customer for life.

I was trading in a vehicle I had bought brand new 4 months prior that i was not happy with. I originally went to this dealer to look at a specific color/style of a vehicle I wanted that they had in stock. I had not intended to buy one from them as they were almost an hour from my home. After speaking with the salesman Fred and the sales manager John at Heritage at Parkville, I decided at that moment I was going back to them to purchase a vehicle. I was very unhappy with my local dealer. I had felt pressured and that they did not listen to what I wanted. I felt none of this at the Parkville location, I knew exactly what I wanted and they went above and beyond to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. The salesman actually brought it to my work for me to test drive! Fred was very honest and sincere as well as patient and had tons of experience and showed me how to operate and all the bells and whistles on the Jeep I bought. He was outstanding. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, well worth drive. The finance manager was also easy to work with and did not pressure me into buying all sorts of extra packages. The wife and I looked around the used car lot at what they had available and did not see what I was looking for. I was hoping to find a low mileage used Chrysler 300. As we were telling our salesman Bruce thanks for his help another employee of the dealership pulled in to park with my car. A beautiful fully loaded low miles white 300C Hemi. Needless to say....deal done. Easy to finance and get out quickly. No hassles, no problems.

I like to start with complimenting our sales manager Charles Miller very professional and pleasant to work with. My wife and I had an appointment with Charles at 0900 on Saturday. We showed up about 0845 and were told that all sales personal were in a meeting (no big deal we were a little early). Met with Charles about 0910 and proceeded to test drive two Jettas. We finished both test drives around 1000 and made our decision on the one we wanted. It turned out the Jetta we wanted was located at their Owings mills store about 20 miles away. They sent a driver to pickup and bring the car to our location. At this point we start to wait for a finance guy to start the process of writing up the deal (we were paying cash so there wasnt any financing required just the normal contact signing). Here is my issue we showed up at the dealership at 0900 finished test drives by 1000 and agreed on a car. We didnt get out of the dealership until 1330 and we were paying cash long day. Sales person Charles 5 stars he has no control over the lack of managements ability to properly manage the store. As for the facility and the overall process I give it two stars in all fairness they did buy as lunch. As I read through some of the other comments it appears this store has a great sales staff, its unfortunate that they will probably lose customers due to poor management. Will probably go to the Owings mills store next time with the hope the management there has their act together.

I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted, and how much I was able to spend, with a pre-approved loan in hand, and their sales team actually got me a loan at a better rate! I took the car in for a slight rattle a few days after purchase (which I didn't hear during the test drive) and their team fixed it for free. They definitely earned this customer for the long-term future. I will be servicing my car their, and they will be my first stop for my next purchase.

I went to this dealership only to look at the trucks they had in stock as the other 3 local dealers didn't have what I wanted on their lots,after talking to salesman at Heritage and then talking to sales force at other 3 dealerships I went back because I didn't feel one bit of pressure,I felt the salesman Jake was very honest and sincere as well as patient and full of information. I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited 4x4 from Heritage Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Parkville. I was very pleased with the treatment I received from all of the staff. My main salesman was Jim Dinges, who helped find the perfect model for the features I wanted. We were able to go over multiple different available models of the Cherokee. It was very easy to find one with a price that suited my budget. I don't know when I will be buying my next car, but I will surely look to Heritage Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Parkville first.

I spoke to Fred Leavitt by phone and made an appointment for which I was late due to traffic.(Drove over 3 hours to get there). I was to see a specific vehicle at a clearly understood price. . When I finally arrived, Fred was with another customer. He walked over, introduced me to his associate Ray Cramer, saying " I was not his customer nor Ray's customer, but a Heritage customer" and that Ray would work with me. The exact vehicle was there to look at and test drive, the price was as stated, ( and lower than many others I had researched) the paperwork process was professional and clear. But that's the basics of competence. Where they showed the organizations values was in other things. The paperwork presented at the end had a figure for a dealer discount specific for the vehicle- I asked Ray if it included an additional discount Fred had told me verbally over the phone. Ray checked. It did not, the paperwork was adjusted. They could have just as easily had told me it was already included and I would have never known. But they backed their commitment, they did it honestly, and it was just routine. Another way, at 10 at night, Ray pleasantly and clearly answered every question my wife had about some of the controls. Then as we were leaving, after dark, I stopped in their parking lot to adjust a rear seat. The last Heritage employee (whom we had never met) who was driving by, stopped and asked if we were OK. We were more than OK. I would recommend Heritage without reservation to anyone looking to obtain a vehicle. It is one of the finest set of people, values and processes I have been around.

Last night I looked at a used car for my daughter at the pre-owned lot at Heritage Jeep Parkville. The car had just come on the lot and had not been inspected by the service department. The Jeep we wanted however was listed online and had a clean carfax. We were not able to test drive because it had not been inspected. The salesman Bruce Freeman promised us that he would put a rush on inspection this morning and call us when it was completed. We expressed to him that we wanted the car and waited all morning for his call. Around noon Bruce called and said we needed to get there within an hour to buy the vehicle because another family was interested and if we didnt do the deal immediately it would be sold. POOR BUSINESS any way you look at this situation. Needless to say I will go elsewhere to buy a car.

These guys bent over backwards to make sure I got the right vehicle at the right price. I worked with Brian Perry, and he was stellar. Answered every question I had, drove to my house with me so my wife could test drive while I sat with the kids, and he even drove with me to a Mazda dealer all the way across town so I could test drive a Mazda 5 to compare. His advice was objective; even when I was considering a lower trim option or even something from a different dealer, he never pushed me towards the choice that would make him the most money, just what was best for me. Highly recommended!

This dealership is the best I have ever visited. My salesman, Robert Adcock had integrity and was very personable. He was honest, truthful and stood by his word and price. The price I was quoted over the internet inquiry was even lower at the dealership. The financial person, Mitch Gullen made the paperwork and financial transactions very simple. The manager, Bob, also spoke to us to assist us with some other questions that we had. Overall, this experience was a very pleasant one. I spoke, and was frustrated by, varying salespersons at multiple dealerships, as I was give mis-information repeatedly about this very new addition to the Dodge family of verhicles (Ram 1500 Ecodiesel). Shawn Jefferies was a pleasure to work with, but I wished they were a little more honest about my car's expected delivery timeframe. It was brought in from another state, so I had to wait at the dealership for over 3 hours to take ownership, which I understand but if I was advised of this I would have arrived at the dealership later and not be force to sit and wait, leave to eat lunch and then come back and because it took so long for the delivery I was given a very quick explanation of how to operate the vehicle.

After searching for a VW Jetta all over town, I found the car my son wanted at Heritage. Unlike other internet sites, the only other expenses were Tax, Tags and Processing fee. No added cost for reconditioning. Our salesman, Jake was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and very thorough explaining all the options. This was probably my best car buying experience since I have been buying cars. Entered the dealership at 7PM and was out with the car by 9PM. Shortest time I ever spent buying a car. Excellent.

We were shopping for a new Dodge Ram 4 door truck to pull our camper and was referred to Shawn Jeffries at Heritage Dodge from a fellow camper. The buying experience was wonderfu. He was friendly and answered all our questions and asked us "what will it take to get you to buy this truck now?" and we told him what we wanted and he made it happen and we took home a brand new truck. Robert and the crew at Heritage Pre-Owned treated me well and worked with me in making my Golf TDI purchase. I've been looking for one for a while and they had just what I wanted. They negotiated on the price of my trade-in and we were able to work out a deal without too much haggling. The process was well streamlined, I left within two hours with a new car, with license plates and registration...don't even have to go to the MVA...nice! Robert was great to work with and was really easy to communicate with. At no point did I feel as if they were trying to get one over on me. I left feeling like we both got a good deal. After 14 years of owning a Jeep Grand Chrerokee Larado my wife and I walked in on Saturday and were greeted right away by Hal the Sales Manager. He was very friendly and got us set up with Shawn Jeffries right away. We told Shawn which vehicle we were interested and our ball park price range. We hopped in a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and away we went. The test drive was great and Shawn was showing us all of the new features. We got back talked price and did the basic paperwork and we walked out new Jeep owners. I have been dreading the day I would have to buy a new jeep but Shawn made it painless. He was personable, patient and well spoken. The dealership is well run and seemed organized. They value the customers and everyone was calm, friendly, easy going and willing to sell cars. After everything was agreed on we went to Doug Mrockowski in finance and he was great as well. As painful as buying a new car can be the experience was very nice. I have been to a few dealerships and have been so disgusted I was even doing business with them - Heritage Jeep is not that dealership. I will go again and I will highly recommend Shawn Jeffries, Heritage Jeep, and Jeep products over all.

This is a smaller facility that had limited stock on hand, but since it was close to the house we gave it a shot. Their offer was so far off their competitors (including a separate Heritage location) that it made me wonder what they were doing. They were $40 a month higher than two other offers I had and their offer on my trade was $1000 less than next worst. Their location is ok, and I had bought a VW from next door, but the Jeep/Chrysler/Ram/Dodge operation appears to be an afterthought. They should tear it down and use the space as lot space to increase their VW and Honda inventory at this location. It's a shame since the staff was nice, but they don't have the inventory to hang with bigger dealerships. That and the lowball trade/financing numbers doomed this place.

We have been coming here for years.This is the 3rd car we have purchase from Heritage. Although it was unexpected the team was great to work with. Shawn Jeffries was awesome to work with and I appreciate that he was not pushy, just very professional & easy to work with. He took the stress out of a stressful situation. After leaving Thompson Chrysler because of the lack of integrity and customer service, my wife and I went to Heritage on harford rd. There, we worked with Bruce and told him of our terrible experience with Thompson. I told him if he could match there price we would buy that eve. Not only did he give us the same deal but their finance manager,Kevin, got us a better interest rate saving us over $100 a month. They stayed late after business hrs and made us feel welcome. I've never bought a vehicle before and actually had fun doing it. Kevin and Bruce have earned Heritage a new customer for life. We will surely tell all our friends and family of our great experience with Heritage and rest assured we will also tell them of our terrible experience at Thompson Chrysler on North Point Blvd.

I worked with Jeff Webber at my overall experience was excellent. Jeff found me the car I wanted and got it to me for a price that was substantially better than two other offers I had received. Jeff was very helpful during the entire purchasing process. He gave me open honest answers to vsarious options and never once did I feel like I was being sold. After the purchase Jeff explained all the options in the car how they worked and gave me some fun little tricks. He also help me install my phone and tought me how to use it. The sales manager was also very helpful in this process as there was considerable trouble finding the exact car I wanted and the value I received for my trade in was excellent. They found a buyer in Philadelhia that gave me 10% more than Car Max was offering and 15% more than 2 other dealers. I would recommend Heritage Auto to anyone looking to buy a car

I purchased my vehicle in Aug of 2013. I worked with Robert Addcock. Great salesman, great experience with the sales process from my salesman. From that point I moved on to talking to the used car manager Woody. Woody was very pleasant but seemed to have no control over what happened with my financing or my service after the fact. From woody I moved to financing, I had to go to the new vehicles finance department because used cars finance area was backed up. I was processed through financing with an outrageous 11% interest rate. Which didn't leave any room in my budget for an extended warrantee. I asked about a better rate but they told me I didn't qualify. So now 2 months later I have had to have $1,000 in repairs to my 2008 Jeep Patriot and stubbled with both the sales department and the service department to get anything covered. They even tried to charge me $110 for testing my check engine light. Now i have refinanced my loan and gotten a 3.6% interest rate and can afford the extended warranty but because I have driven it 1500 miles and am over my 75000 miles I no longer qualify. Every step of the way I have had problems with this dealer and will not recommend it to anyone. If I could give the car back and call it a day I would.

Earlier this month my husband and I started looking at vehicles and I was interested only in a Volvo XC90. I found the perfect one but the only setback was that it was located in MD and we are in VA and it was over a three hour drive to see the vehicle. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Robert Adcock and as we were discussing the hours they were open as we would have to make a trip to the dealership over the weekend he offered to drive the vehicle to me with no strings attached! I was thrilled and we communicated often up until he and another driver made their way to my job after I was off work! Needless to say I fell in love with the Volvo and took it home that night!!!! They went above and beyond!!! I am planning on getting the extended warranty once the one that came with the vehicle expires. We will defiantly take a look at buying from them again. Ron Max is not your typical car salesman. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and very sociable. He has made my purchase memorable. I will come back to heritage for my next vehicle purchase. I live in pa, and I will travel to parkville to get the best possible price and to get the best possible costumer services. Thanks Ron. I recently purchased a new 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan from Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Parkville. Initial contact was made via e-mail with sales and leasing consultant Nancy Fawzy. While considering several models and trim Nancy quoted respective prices for the vehicles. After I finally settled on one particular vehicle I visited the dealership in person together with my trade-in, etc. Unfortunately Nancy had a conflicting prior personal commitment and so she turned me over to sales and leasing consultant Jeff Webber. Jeff was very pleasant and offered to be helpful in concluding the deal. He wrote up an offer and after comparing his offer to the price quoted in Nancy's e-mails "made several visits" to his manager. After some back and forth, we finally agreed to the trade in value and purchase price. This process was what I expected and not quite as painful as as it could have been as a result of the previous e-mails smoothing the waters. By the way this is the part I absolutely hate about car shopping. Following our agreement on the price there was some delay in finding the "Finance Man" to complete the paper work, down payment and loan application. To be fair, by now it was after six PM on a Saturday and the dealership had closed. Finally we were able to meet with "The Finance Man" Tavon Johnson and after some time of "cooling our heels" he called me in his office and...from here on it was smooth sailing. Tavon was very pleasant and efficient. After what seemed like signing dozens of documents we shook hands and he handed the new license plates to Jeff who attached them to the new vehicle. Overall the buying process was a expected. Everyone was polite and helpful. The only criticism I would have is the length of time it took to conclude the process. I arrived at the dealership around 3:50 pm and left there with the new vehicle a little after 07:30 pm. Nancy, Jeff and Tavon were helpful and professional. I guess this is just the nature of the beast.

Excellent buying experience. Nick the internet sales rep. was very helpful with our search for the right truck. When we came to the dealership Mike and Chad worked with us. They were straight forward, honest, helpful, and very knowledgeable. As we moved on to financing, Mel was equally professional. They even found us a better interest rate than our local credit union offered. We had been to many dealerships before Heritage. The other dealers played sales games where Heritage gave us their best out the door price without all the games.

I bought my first new car in years from Heritage 9/9/13, a 2013 Jetta TDi. Everything from the initial contact on their website to the handling of the paperwork was as smooth as butter. I feared a lot of headache as dealerships in general get a bad name, but Heritage turned a skeptic into a believer. If all car buying experiences were as great as the one I had, maybe people wouldn't be afraid of buying a car. I will definitely seek them out if I'm ever in the market again.

Outstanding buying experience! Bob Mazurek and Jim Dinges are true professionals! I've now purchased over 6 vehicles through Bob and Jim and can say they go the extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction. Buying a vehicle is hassle free from them, financing a breeze and post sales service is great. Both Bob and Jim are superb customer advocates when it comes to post sales service of the vehicle. They make sure that the customer's questions and concerns are properly addressed by the service department. Highly recommend that you contact either one for your next Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge purchase.

I purchased a 2014 Jeep at the end of June and had an exceptionally good experience with the whole dealership. From the minute I walked into the showroom I had nothing but positive experiences with every associate I came in contact with. The salesmen and finance associates were great -courteous and patient. They took time in reviewing all aspects of the Jeep as well as all parts of the financing. I can honestly say I have never had a better experience in purchasing a new vehicle. Can't say enough about the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE at Heritage of Parkville. Will definately recommend them to my friends.

I called Heritage looking for a Jeep Compass. Nancy was terrific - listened to all my personal preferences and diligently tracked down the model I was looking for ---in New Jersey! She was prompt, courteous and professional. I'd recommend her to anyone; shopping for cars isn't really all that fun.

My hubby & I desired to purchase a new RAM with none of the normal hassles of continuous "negotiations" & normal selling methods that go on & on & on for hours. Thank goodness we stopped at Heritage on Harford Rd in Parkville (Baltimore)! Heritage (specifically Jeff W & Gabe) are top of the line. We have been to many dealerships over the years & nothing can compare to the fantastic experience we had here. Once we told Jeff what we wanted he found the truck, met our price point, & we were driving away in no time at all. The whole time Jeff ensured we were enjoying the process. There was no stress or frustration involved when dealing with both Jeff & Gabe at Heritage. Went into Heritage's pre owned car dealership across the street from the Dodge dealership in Parkville looking for a used car. Ron Max came over and helped me out right away. He was not pushy like most car sales people are. He was very professional and truly treated me and my dad like family. He addressed every concern I had very timely and professionally. Facilities are bare bones and badly need updating. The car buying process can take several hours and it would be nice if the seating was more comfortable and they at least had a water cooler and a snack machine.

my car buying experience was excellent due to the staff. my salesman Ron Max or shall i say mad max treated me like i was part of his family he came in on his day off just for me he even came to my house to pick me up because i had no transportation.we looked at several cars and he made sure everything was perfect as if he was picking it our for his mom or sister i will recommend anyone to this dealership and i would definitely recommend ron they just don't come better than him.

We came in to buy a Chrysler 200 and had specific equipment in mind and our Sales Rep Ron Max did a wonderful job of finding the vehicle we wanted. He was with us through the entire process and explained the vehicle in detail inside and out. He was very detailed and friendly. My husband and I were looking for a Jeep, and first called the dealership. The associate was friendly, helpful and gave us the information we needed. When we finally stopped in, Mike Kydd (the associate on the phone) promptly came up to us to see if we needed help, but wasn't pushy or aggressive (as many dealership associates can be). Besides the vehicle being exactly what we wanted, Mike was incredibly helpful and professional, and went the extra mile for us to make sure we got what we needed. He didn't push us to purchase anything we didn't want; he just asked us what we wanted, and worked with us to make it happen. It was a refreshing experience, and both my husband and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Heritage, and Mike Kydd.

On Monday, I made an appointment with a salesman to see a used vehicle for Wednesday evening. I drove an hour and and a half in rush hour traffic from DC to the dealership in Parkville, only to find out that the salesman with which I had the appointment was not there, and the vehicle which we had discussed two days prior had been sold a week ago. It is Friday, and I've yet to receive an email or phone call with any sort of apology or plan action to win my business. I have heard good things about this dealership, but the experience I have had with them was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, in any industry.

Definitely a great deal on our 2013 Durango Citadel... Drove from West Virginia to Parkville, Maryland to pick it up. It was great to deal thru emails and just a couple of phone calls and have the deal done without having to go to the dealership. GREAT internet SERVICE!!! After having shopped various dealers, including Hyundai and Ford, I contacted Heritage's Web-Site. I was interested in the Dart. I was also considering Elantra and the Focus. I am so pleased with my decision to go with the Dart(SXT). I certainly would have regretted buying those other brands. The folks at Heritage helped with the financing especially Linda, the business manager. On two occasions, one while vacuuming the car, and the other while fueling, I was approached by two people who wished to see the inside of the Dart.I obliged them and recommended Heritage. Other dealers may claim to be "your" dealer for life, as far as I'm concerned , Heritage is mine. Thanks for letting share this.

Nancy called me after a lead from USAA that I was shopping for a new Jeep. I shopped three different dealerships looking for the best deal on The 2013 Jeep Patriot that I wanted. NANCY went out of her way to answer my every question, find me every applicable discount or saving, and even got me financed over the phone. I showed up in the morning and signed my papers and left with my new car. Iy couldn't have been any easier and I couldn't have been happier with the deal. Nancy worked her butt off to get me in the car I wanted at the price that made it doable for my budget. i was highly impressed with her, and I am typically not easily impressed. The dealership was clean and the staff friendly. Linda the finance manager, was not at all pushy with the extras, I purchased the extended warranty which extended the bumper to bumper from 3 years to as long as I own the vehicle. This wasn't my first Rodeo buying a car but it was hands down, the best experience I have had.

Left feeling like we did good and were in charge of the price, not pushed around like with most. Jeremy beat everyone elses' price around and really let us negotiate. He was very knowledgeable of the van ( town and country ), and made it fun buying and less stressful than any of our experiences in the past. The ageed on price stayed the same to the penny when all taxes/fees were done and after we paid, he spent like a half hour showing us all the features and even sync'd our phones up for us. Full tank of gas too, past full.

My daughter's car need a long list of repairs but my garage was fuill of junk and I came down with the flu. I had the car towed (tie rod end completely broke) to Heritage for an estimate thinking that they could do the urgent stuff and I could finish the rest when I got better. Tina came up with a repair plan that got everything done and saved me about $1100 on the bottom line. Maybe I could have saved another grand doing it my self but Tina got it done in two days instead of two months (my pace) and my daughter still thinks I'm the hero. Next move is to introduce my daughter to Tina directly and meet the real hero. Thanks so much. Now I get to watch the Super Bowl with a clear concience.

We worked with the manager, John, and a sales rep, Gabriel, who really made it smooth, easy, and a considerably enjoyable process (despite how much goes into buying a car). Several months ago I was looking for a truck as my wife and I bought a new trailer and my 8 month old used vehicle was having issues. I new I was upside down and didn't have money to put down. Mike Kidd called me and followed up with me for months. I finally came in just to see if it was possible. Well low and behold I am driving around in my loaded out Dodge Ram. I really enjoyed working with Shawn. He went out of his way to make sure my children were happy and even apologized for not bringing in his iPad so that they would be entertained while they were there. I felt no pressure at all from Shawn, nor did feel in anyway that Shawn was working for commission instead of working for the customer. If their was such a title as "salesfriend" instead of salesman, Shawn Jeffries embodies this concept. Thanks again for a great experience.
