Bought a Red 2013 Chevrolet Impala for my daughter on November 2015.Our salesperson,Pat Ann finance manager Raldy were very professional,courteous and never pushy or obnoxious toward me and my daughter.Our experience at the dealership was very pleasant and the buying experience very relaxed.I will buy another car from them again.Highly recommended!!!.

I'm a college student who saved up enough money to buy her first car by herself. I was intimidated and came into the process scared. I had never bought a car by myself. Here's why I don't regret buying from the AT ALL. 1) These were the lowest prices for the nicest, new cars around. I did plenty of research, I didn't have to haggle, these were already amazing prices. 2) The employees were so courteous and respectful towards me. Wonderful facilities. The customer service was fantastic. Any anxiety I had, quickly went away. 3) When I inspected the car I had chosen, I noticed some scratches on the car and stains on the seats. As soon as I mentioned it, it was taken care of. The scratches were fixed and stains were removed! They also washed the car for the day I came! 4) You can get your registration done here! Including a new license plate! I was so impressed and happy that I didn't have to waste my time at all. This was an easy, one shot deal. They even gave me an opportunity to get an amazing warranty. I came into the dealership anxious, and I left so satisfied. They have a great team there that is courteous and very efficient. I couldn't be happier. My Daughter in law needed car. Had bad credit. Called Up Hertz, Talked to Ed on Phone and had car in 2 days. Easy Buying process and they did not push things she did not need. Like gap insurance. Thanks ED

Jorge Hagenbrock was easy to talk to and full of some interesting facts. He provided a no pressure, no haggling experience. Jorge provided a tour of the used cars and made several recommendations based on our price range. We looked at several and later made comparisons with other well know dealerships and found Hertz used car prices were more honest and reasonable. Cars are certified and in excellent condition for the mileage. All in all a great experience!! Thank You Jorge....happy wife, happy life.

We worked with Jorge at the dealership and it was honestly the best car buying experience we have ever had. The Rent to Buy program is really cool where you literally get to go in and pick out your car online then have it delivered to the location and test drive for 3 days. We did this with a 2015 VW Passat TSI and we fell in love with the vehicle. Jorge and his finance team worked with us to get us the best interest rate they could and we are now proud owners of that VW. You guys did so much to make us comfortable during the entire process. We will be purchasing our vehicles with Jorge and Hertz for a long time to come.

Buying our car from this Hertz dealership in Estero was a very satisfying experience. Jorge greeted us and showed us the cars that we were interested in. The cars we had seen on their website were there, and we had no trouble picking out our Toyota Camry. Jorge and Ed led us through the buying process and by the time we drove the car away it was registered, licensed, and insured. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a friendly helpful staff and good quality used cars.

This Hertz dealership is by far the most honest dealership in southwest Florida. We've bought three Nissan Altimas from Jorge Hagenbrock and each time we've been more than happy with the outcome. There's no need to haggle, truly making it a stress free experience.

By far the best car buying experience. Excellent priced vehicle in very good condition with 1 year warranty, new oil, 150+ point check +++ Kind, sincere, knowledgeable service people. Exceptional financing. Our sales rep was Jorge. We will recommend this dealer to everyone. The only recommendation we have for the dealership is to invest in an automated multi-beverage hot coffee/water machine so patrons can have an instant coffee or tea or cocoa... and light snacks (bagged cookies, peanut butter crackers, etc.).

After a traffic accident (with no injuries) that totaled our business car, we needed to find another car fast! After spending hours on my computer, I suddenly found Hertz Car Sales in Estero. They not only had a very large inventory of cars, they actually had several makes and models of the cars that I had been searching for! So I immediately called, expecting some high-pressure sales person to get on the phone and tell me "the cars I was interested in had been sold, but they had others....". I'm delighted to report that "Jorge" was easy-going, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.....AND the cars I was interested in were still there! Jorge drove us around to check them all out and only 2-1/2 hours after we had arrived, we drove away in exactly what we had wanted to buy and at a price that was several thousand dollars less than I had found on other websites! I must say that knowing that the cars in the Hertz fleet of cars are very well maintained made a world of difference in my confidence level when considering the purchase, and I know that whenever any friends or relatives of mine are in need of a good, low-mileage, low-priced car, I'm going to make sure they go talk to Jorge!

Being a college student 1,000 miles away from my parents I was dreading replacing my car after it was totaled in an accident. The staff at Hertz car sales made it extremely easy for me to purchase a car. They walked me through step by step and explained to me all my options with buying a car and were even willing to talk to my parents on the phone when finding what was best for me. The staff was extremely patient and not pushy at all, it made what I thought was going to be a nightmare an ease. Extremely thankful for all who helped me, Jorge and Edward especially.

Mr. Ed Falcone was so helpful. He was there for me every step of the way to make sure I was going to go home with a car. It was starting to get tough to get it , but Mr. Ed Falcone fought really hard to make sure I was going to get this car taken home with me. Mr. Ed Falcone is very educated and has full knowledge about all of the cars, and works with you step by step all the way to the end. Mr. Ed falcone made sure I was getting the right insurance that fits me and my wallet, and Mr. Ralddy A Piantini made sure I was getting the right car payment that would fit my wallet and fought really hard to find someone to finance my car, and believe me it took awhile, but Mr. Ralddy A. Piantini worked really hard to find a bank that would. Thank The Lord Jesus they found one, which is Capital One, that finance my car and took a chance with me. This is my very first car. Mr. Ed Falcone & Ralddy A. Piantini did an awesome excellent amazing hard working job. Everyone and my family already want to purchase a car with them and making plans. The whole staff is so nice and welcoming and care about their customers. If you are EVER looking for a car this is the place to you trust me you will not regret it at all. I am so loving my car right now.

I went into Hertz Car sales in Estero after a long day of car shopping, I was ready to call it a day, but Hertz changed all of that!! Their car selection is great. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. The customer service was amazing. Ed Falcone our salesman was patient and just overall helpful. I would recommend getting a car here to anyone, they're just a nice experience.

Buying a car can be a difficult process, especially for someone with a tight budget. The moment I walked on to the property a sales man instantly helped me and ONLY showed me cars in my budget (which was very appreciated because the temptation can be very discouraging). I instantly found my 2013 Mazda 2. Not only was it the perfect car, but it was right where I wanted to be price wise. I left that day with my Mazda. A few days later I noticed a sound coming from the rear end of my car, so I called the general manager Ed and he told me he would take care of it until it was right. That is what stood out to me the most considering he had no obligation to repair my car. I would recommend Hertz to anyone looking for a vehicle. I am 100% satisfied and my car is running GREAT!

I went to Hertz looking at a few cars I was interested in with the help of Jorge. Jorge was a great help, straight to the point, provided ALL information for the car. I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase, my 2013 Chevy Cruze drives great and is the perfect vehicle for little old me!! It's not easy buying a car, and I literally did this on my own and glad I had Jorge and Ralddy to to help make it all a smooth buying experience! You guys are amazing and extremely helpful with explaining every little detail. It was a long day off but WELL WORTH the hard work these gentlemen put in. As a recently graduated college student, the process of buying a car in a new city by myself was daunting. After weeks of searching for good deals and talking to various dealerships, I found a great deal on a Mazda3 at Hertz. I called to ask about the car, and right away I knew that I would like my experience here. I spoke with Ed Falcone who walked me through the entire buying process, from test driving to signing the papers. Ed truly represented what customer service should be-- I never felt uncomfortable or like I was being cheated like I'd experienced at other dealerships in the area. He did everything he could to find me the best deal, and when I thought I lost my sunglasses there (I found them a couple days later, Ed!), he tore the place apart looking for them for me which I was so grateful for. All in all, this was a great first experience for my first car purchase, and I highly recommend considering Hertz Rent A Car for your next car as well. And I love driving my Mazda!

This was our third rent-to-buy purchase with Hertz. Just when you think you know what to expect...a whole new and different scenario unfolds. The gentlemen at the new Estero facility were very pleasant. My wait time was a little lengthy compared to my last purchase which was pretty much done by phone fax and emails. We could have done without the three round trips to finalize the deal. Perhaps our fourth purchase will be as easy as the first two.

hertz in estero is a great place. its friendly staff help your car process easier and more comfortable. The car inventory is nice and works with any budget. Jorge was my helper and He has a great attitude and looks out for you! He also knows a great recommendation for car insurance. Ed English is optimistic and the place has a great atmosphere! Easy process with no pressure. Ed and Ralddy took the time to explain everything in detail and the best part was that I never felt any pressure. I bought a Camry at a great price and I especially loved the fact that they listened and worked with me to stay within my budget. It's refreshing to know there are still some honest dealerships out there. I would recommend Hertz Car Sales to anyone looking for a great deal, and a great selection of vehicles. I am pleasantly pleased with my overall experience and how easy the entire transaction was from beginning to end. I saw a few vehicles online and sent in an online inquiry - the next morning the sales man Ed called me and spoke with my husband and I. He had us fill out the application and everything was all set before we even stepped foot in the facility. We came down the next day - knowing it was his day off, Ed had us all set up with Pat and the Sales Manager Ed to assist us in seeing the vehicle and a test drive. Everyone was extremely helpful, and the customer service was top notch. Any issues I had were addressed right there, and we were in and out with a new vehicle in under two hours. It was by far the easiest, nicest car buying experience I have ever had. Both Eds, Pat and the finance guy Ralddy were all great. I would recommend doing business with this team for anyone, my kids even left hugging Pat saying he was the nicest man ever! You can't beat their prices, warranties, and service. I will definitely be doing business here again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the overall experience from beginning to end. I found a few vehicles online and sent in an online inquiry. The next morning, the sales man Ed called and spoke with my Husband and I. He had us fill out the application and we were all set before we even walked into the facility. We couldn't make it until the next day to test drive and see the vehicle, Ed knew it was his day off and said no problem - he would tell Ed the sales manager and Pat another sales man we were coming so they could assist us in anything we needed. We came down the next evening, the car was set aside for us being held and Pat had us all set up to test drive the vehicle. He answered any questions we had between multiple vehicles and addressed any issues we had and took care of them right then. We met with Ralddy in finance for the paperwork and were all set and out the door in under two hours. This whole team was amazing, and customer service was top notch. I even received a follow up call from Ed whom originally got me set up but was not there for the purchase. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a great car, great price, great warranties and excellent customer service. We will definitely be repeat customers here.

I was looking for a used car for my daughter and we visited Hertz as we had seen a silver 2013 Hyudai Elantra listed there. The salesman who assisted us, Ed, was friendly and put us under no pressure. There is no haggling on price, but you won't find a better deal. This was the first and only vehicle we test drove. My daughter loved it and we purchased it on the spot. The manager, Ed English, came out to greet us and was helpful and attentive throughout the buying process. I highly recommend this Hertz location!

He did not push me into looking at what I did not want and he was extremely respectful. He was friendly and flexible and guided me to safe cars in my price range. I spotted the Estero Hertz Car Sales website while checking for used vehicles and noted great prices on late model cars. Stopped by the following day on a Sunday at the facility and saw that the vehicles all looked really good. Next, both my wife and I visited Hertz and asked to test drive 3 different models. Then, we did it again, with my wife at the wheel this time. They all were nice! Our salesman, Pat was easygoing and gave us a lot of good information on the cars we tried out. Although we rarely buy so quickly, we checked out the numbers and financing, including the warranty with closing manager, Mark and bought the car, a 2013 Silver Nissan Altima with a 5 year warranty! Both Pat and Mark were great to work with and we feel we got a lot of car for our money! We highly recommend this dealership if your looking for a great buy!

I had been doing research on used cars and went to numerous dealers since I was in the market for a reliable used vehicle. Came across the Hertz Estero used car website. I liked how everything on the vehicles were listed, even the "no haggle" price. You can set a notification on cars your interested in so if the price drops, you get emailed. The sales men at this dealer all show great teamwork and were very friendly from the first phone call to the signing of the paperwork. There is also a no pressure attitude, which is such a relief. The salesmen were also very knowledgeable in the cars we test drove. Since I had been shoping around, I knew the car was a great price and also was at ease buying a former rental car due to the fact Hertz backs their cars with a year powertrain warranty and each rental car gets a recondition overhaul and is in pristine condition. Would defiantly recommend this dealership, my salesman Pay and the closing manager Mark. Thank you!

I was looking at hatchbacks and found that Hertz Car Sales were offering some great choices. Jorge suggested the 2013 Toyota Yaris that I ended up test driving then bought in April 2015! It was a great experience all around, and Jorge and Ralddy were very helpful in getting the paperwork finalized and started the financing I set up with my local credit union. They even stayed past closing to ensure everything was settled so I could ride off into the sunset with my Yaris! If you're looking quality used cars, add Hertz Car Sales to your dealer shopping list. I did, and it was worth every penny!

I found a 2013 Ford Focus SE hatchback for sale at the Hertz dealership in estero on cars.com and went and test drove it and fell in love with it. Two days later i went back and purchased the vehicle through Jorge Hagenbrock. Jorge and his co-worker Bill helped me out, It was such a quick easy process. I got there later at night and they stayed after hours to help put me in that vehicle. I went back the next day to finish some business and while i was there i got my car washed for free. Very nice people, excellent priced cars. i would recommend stopping by and talking to someone.
