My daughter's boyfriend told me about Herz car sales; he bought two cars at Herz resales on Sahara in the last three years and is very happy with the cars, the process and the price. I was in the market for a new Mercedes so I went there on his advice. I bought a 2015 C300 which I love. The price was great, the sales process was relatively painless and Laura Real, the Sales Consultant was the best that I have encountered in my years of car buying. First of all, it was nice to be dealing with a woman as she understood all of my issues but even more importantly, she went above and beyond in term of service. I am a very happy car buyer.

The dealer that I went through,Vanessa, was a great person to help me buy my first car. She made the process simple and smooth, while always smiling and keeping a contagious optimistic attitude. Great experience and I highly recommend her to anyone who shops at Hertz

Two days of conversation with conspicuously clever car salesmen and saleswomen at various lots led me finally to Hertz, which I had thought only dealt in car rentals. It was after the second days morning and afternoon of futile searching I found an unlikely posting about the particular car I was interested in. Hertz was the dealership selling the vehicle. I made a phone call to its Sahara location and had a wonderful conversation with a Laura Real, a woman whom I took an immediate liking to. She did not seem immediately obsessive with an invitation to her lot. In fact, her initial inquiries were the types that a concerned family member may give his or her kin about a major purchase. Naturally, the observation put me at ease. This impression led me to finally go to the location hours later and see the vehicles she had available. Laura made a pleasant introduction of herself and made it clear that my satisfaction was her priority. She was transparent in her description of the car and its history, and never made an intentional push to run credit or jump into a plan I wasnt comfortable with. After a day of consideration I returned to the lot, and took another test drive of my vehicle of interest. She was able to find a better vehicle for me, and when I asked to drive the car a second time she was pleasant and unaffected; time is certainly money for the men and women who sell, but my satisfaction remained her priority. To me, this speaks a lot to the integrity of Laura, and the company she works for. We went ahead with the process of contracts and signings, something I had dreaded before. Fortunately it was remarkably smooth and didnt take more than an hour. She provided me with a thorough description of the financial route I would need to take to have the car, and Hertzs financial department gave an equally amicable showing. By midday, I was the owner of a new vehicle and felt well treated and confident, and surprised by the whole experience. Laura Real is a sharp and concerned saleswoman, whose integrity was clear from the first conversation. She has certainly changed my opinion about vehicle purchasing, and it is for this reason I highly recommend giving Laura a try in your next car purchase!

I just purchased a car from this place and i'm not going to lie i was scared at first, i always got my cars from big known dealership here in Vegas so i didn't know what to expect from this place. After searching online i notice that they had the car i wanted so i gave them a call and schedule an appointment with Laura, as soon i got there she was great, very friendly and real (not like the typical fake care salesperson) so i told her that my bank offered me a low interest rate and if she gave lower than that i will take the car, so after getting all my info entered and all that fun stuff 30 min later i was approved and ready to test drive the car i wanted... i'm so happy i decided to go to this place it only took me 2hr to get the car like NEVER before i usually had to spend my whole day fighting with those big name dealerships for the right price and interest rates, i definitely love the hassle free price, not having to negotiate the price because its already low is the best. Love this guys i highly recommend Laura she is great. Thank you Hertz for my new car!

I just recently purchased a vehicle from Hertz in Las Vegas and I want to say it was a good experience. Bob your sales person is Top Shelf. The whole time I was there he treated me with respect and dignity which is very important to me. The car he sold me is fantastic, my wife loved it. If all your sales people were as gifted as Bob you would sell all the cars on the lot. I will recommend my family and friends to your lot and ask for Bob. Thank You Gentlemen.

I did a ton of research and this dealership had the lowest prices by FAR of anyone in LV. Often they came in at thousands under NADA! That's what the banks use for appraisal. Anyway, my salesperson, Mike Garcia, was top-notch, and I'm very picky. He's a true professional. Listened to me, didn't steer me to other higher-priced vehicles. I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze and got such a great deal my insurance agent is sending his girlfriend over to these guys! Mike even replaced a console lid when requested, free of charge. I did finance there and it was seamless. The other sales staff seemed normal, good senses of humor and even laid-back, not treating public like idiots as so often can happen on lots. It's a stripped-down showroom, but then again I don't need fizzy water when buying a vehicle-I just want great service and the lowest price. Overall, a gem of a place, and you should not hesitate to buy a vehicle from them!

Loved the dealership. This was my first time financing a car. I bought a 2012 Altima from Mike and I love it. I came in with financing from my bank but they said they could beat my rate and they did, by a point and a half. No high pressure sales and fair no haggle prices. Had a small problem with the car and they took care of it. It was a great experience. Thanks Mike!
