Marshawn was extremely friendly and went the extra mile to help us find the perfect car for our needs in our price range. He worked with us over the course of two days, and showed us three different vehicles and helped us test drive them. The process was extremely quick and without any hassle. I called my friend Marshawn at Hertz because my boyfriend was looking for a charger. We got approved at another dealer but the car was higher and they rate they were offering was way to high. Price listed is price you pay. Willie was not pushy. Willie was very educated about the selling process as well as cars in general. Willie is not like dealing with your typical car salesman. We tried other dealers but were pushed away due to haggling techniques. Great car buying experiance!

I just bought a car from Marshawn Dallas at Hertz and I couldn't be happier. Marshawn is an honest sales associate who made me comfortable right off the bat. Hertz is a little different than traditional dealerships in that they don't pay their sales staff by how high they keep the price. The sales associates receive a flat rate for each car sold and this has the effect of eliminating the hard sell tactics common to other dealerships. Marshawn is a true gentleman and I would definitiely buy from him again. I identified a small problem with the car I chose and Marshawn immediately sought permission to get the car fixed. I really ended up with the perfect transaction; the perfect car at a perfect price from a perfect gentlman. Thanks, Marshawn!

It seems like every other week, my current car was draining my wallet: Tires, then brakes, and a new battery on Sunday. On a lark, I applied for one of those "blank check auto loans." When I got approved, my husband and I started shopping around online. I randomly visited HertzCarSalesStLouis.com and found a Chevy Cruz that I really liked. We went to the dealership to decide on the car, and met Nick. He was very patient with us in regards to finding a car that me and my husband could see us in. I did extensive research on-line for a used compact car and found that Hertz had large selection of cars in the size and model range in which I was interested. They also had newest, low mileage vehicles at the best price. I had a great salesman named Mike; it was his first day and I was his first sale for Hertz. Sure, when I purchased the car, customer service was great (Willie that is) and I really did feel that I was getting a great deal for my money. However, three months down the road I am rethinking my decision. I purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 with a pretty low mileage for a really good deal- I would of taken it to my mechanic to look at to get his approval (which I already did with another car from their lot, and he found too many problems with) but I felt crunched for time as another lady was also looking at the same car. We test drove this one, and it seemed like it was in great condition, especially after all the reassurance we got from the Hertz dealers. So I bought it. However, I just recently took my Mazda into the Lou Fusz Mazda dealer because I noticed by left wheel shield looked torn and had for some time. When they looked under my car, I had no engine undercover and no engine shield- meaning that my car didn't come with them when I bought it. Lou Fusz said that I should call the dealer from where I bought it and see if they will pay for it- because they could tell thats how my car came when I bought it. And so I did, and I talked to Jeff, who blamed it on me. He said that I must of hit something, which I didn't, and would be impossible to hit something and lose your whole engine undercover and engine shield, and have nothing else damaged. He was completely rude, no help at all, and didn't seem to care a bit- he should since they sold me a car only 3 months ago with no engine cover. And quite frankly, he wasn't that pleasant when I was buying the car to begin with. So now I have to pay $450 to fix it after only 3 months of having it. So, if buying a car from them, I definitely suggest getting it looked at by a trusted mechanic you go to, instead of relying on their mechanic.

Purchased my 2012 fusion from the Hertz here on Lindbergh in florissant MO. While the service then was great and buying the vehicle was fast and simple as soon as I had a problem the tables were turned to make it my fault. The safety and emissions test was out of date and my temp tag expired as they had listed the day of purchase wrong leaving me open to tickets the day I go to pay the sales tax and to get plates. When I went back to explain that I needed them to provide myself with an up to date safety and emissions test and to take care of the late fees that would be assessed the manager named Jeff advised me that while it was their fault for giving me documents that were incorrect it was really my fault for waiting to get the car plated at the last minuet as he apparently knows my finances better than I do. Instead of trying to be understanding and helpful I was met with him turning the tables to make things my fault because of my finances. Again. I enjoy my car and the sales men are great, but as a manager jeff dropped the ball with blaming me for him giving me wrong documents, wrong dated temp tags and a lot of unneeded attitude. Thanks Jeff. You were great at adding stress to an already undesirable problem you created. Take a clue from Willie who was willing to help and had a great attitude. Thanks Willie for all your help as you truely wanted to rectify the problem at hand.

Marshawn, the salesman at Hertz on N. Lindbergh in St. Louis, was very personable, patient, and friendly. He was not pushy at all and tried his best to find the exact car we were looking for. He told us that the Hertz cars are priced so low, because the price is non-negotiable. We really liked this fact and could tell by the bargain prices that he was telling us the truth. We had been shopping for a Toyota Corolla in the $10-12,000 range for over a month so we could spot a bargain when we say it! I have one complaint about our service at Hertz. The gentleman who handled the paperwork and tried to sell us the extended warranty was less than friendly. He was pushy and opinionated.

My buying experience with Hertz Car Sales was fantastic. After an online search, I landed on the Hertz page. The price tag on my desired vehicle (2012 Chevy Equinox) was better than reasonable, so I called to set up a test drive. Kelly Sullivan answered and assured me she would be available the next day. When we arrived, the Equinox was ready for us to drive. Kelly was great, and Geoff in finance was as well. After our call, Kelly had taken the Equinox out and filled up the gas tank. She also did a few other things that made us feel well taken care of. Everyone was pleasant and the atmosphere in the dealership is pleasant. I would recommend Hertz Car Sales in Florrisant to anyone looking for a used vehicle in great shape with a thrifty price tag!

The price of the 2012 vehicle seemed nice (along with the no haggle policy) but upon arrival to test drive and check it out, the vehicle had many interior flaws plus items that were left in the car (a dirty work glove, wrapper, and some sort of scrub brush). The trunk liner was completely pealing out of the frame and we were told how very easy of a repair it was. Then the power seats were catching on something because a screw came out on both the driver and passenger side. Again both "easy repairs." Then they said because it was a rental car, there would only be one key. After voicing my concerns on all these points I was reminded that while they do seem like legitimate concerns, they have a no haggle policy. We left and went to another rental/sales company and all cats were clean and free from flaws. While the price is no haggle there as well, they do everything to ensure that you're happy with the quality of the vehicle. We ended up purchasing the same make/model/year from that company and are completely pleased!

I was in need of a late model used car, and ended up buying a 2013 Nissan Rogue with !7,000 miles on it. I registered for a 3 day rental, with the rent to buy program online.The whole process was relatively seamless. I drove the car for a day, at which time I decided to purchase the car. I drove back to the Florissant Mo. location the next day with a check. I was walking out with all the necessary paper work in 20 minutes. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Willie, the salesman at the Florissant Hertz dealership was great to work with...forthcoming with information, answered his phone each time we called, was always willing and able to help, and remembered who we were and what we were looking for. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with.

I accompanied my daughter to hertz to possibly buy a car, we were greated by a sales rep by the name of Marshawn Dallas, he was very knowlegable, professional, and a joy to work with. He made my daughter really happy and got her a good deal. I was so impressed that i decided i wanted to purchase my next car from him as well. I bought a 2012 Chevy Malibu Today,and as expected i recieved great customer service from Marshawn. Special thanks to Marshawn and the other guys at hertz, they really made this an EASY decision for me today!

My husband and I were looking for a new family van and saw one online that we decided to go check out. We had already spoken with another dealer earlier in the day about a van that was being sent up from Kansas City for us to look at, so we weren't really committed to buying anything that evening. We were greeted by Marshawn who had pulled the van right up front for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The van was a 2013 and looked brand new. We were impressed with the fact that the vehicle goes through significant testing and will actually not be sold on the lot if it does not meet their strict standards. By far, they had the best pricing of any dealer we had researched. The credit approval was quick and efficient and the manager Geoff, was equally pleasant as were completing our paperwork. We left with our new van that evening as we just couldn't pass it up! We would recommend this dealer to anyone we meet.

I called in to see if the Mazda 6 was still available and the salesman Willie was very professional. They had all the information readily online. No hidden extras! The whole process took about an hour. I would highly recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from Hertz. Great selection of certified cars, the best prices, and great staff. Willie was excellent!

I went to Hertz after checking out another local, well-known car dealership in the area. I had an unpleasant experience with the customer service at the well-known dealership and left there very dissatisfied. I stopped by Hertz that same afternoon and was greeted on the lot by a salesman named Joe Wheatley. I have to say he was very polite and helpful. He turned my whole afternoon around. I ended up purchasing a vehicle that day with do hassle and no pressure. I love my car and the prices are really reasonable and fair. I can honestly say that was the best and easiest car buying experience I ever had. I would recommend anyone in the market to purchase a vehicle, stop at Hertz first!!!!

There are some great people working here and willing to work with you to get you in a car you'll be happy with and be happy with the price you paid for it. The office isn't too impressive, but don't let that fool you. This is a great place to buy a car.
