Most people have some reservations when dealing with a car dealer. I have bought more than 30 cars in my life time. So I have a little bit of experience in this area. My experience was the worst. I bought a car from your team all of them saying this is the best car Fax we have seen. Granted I fell for it. But I got it home and right away it started having issues. I hand brake pads done and it kind of expensive. Might bad again. But when I was looking at the car I said I am buying this for my son and he is driving it cross country next week. Can you please tell me everything will be okay and you have looked at everything. They assured me all is good. In the middle of Kentucky on the way it breaks down and costs 3-4k to fix it. I am ghosted by Michael the sales manager and the owner tells me why would I do anything for you, you bought a used car. So it gets fixed and he drives it for a year and I sell it because it had more issues when he was in Pennsylvania. So there is nothing you can do now. Some of this is on me for trusting a car sales men. Your company is just not trustworthy.

I visited HiLine where I worked with Josh on the purchase of my vehicle. Everything about the process was tailored toward my needs and goals in a potential purchase. I arrived prepared and Josh recognized and acknowledged this. He gave me space and time to inspect the vehicle and answered my questions transparently. The building is setup professionally and is not your typical pre-owned dealer - all areas of it were clean and tidy. I completed the purchase, and I am definitely glad I took the time to stop by!

great experience, walk in first person i saw was Carmen, she got me all ready for a test drive, and few min later i left driving my Cadillac, super easy and Carmen make it even more pleasant and easy for me. they have great Luxury cars . My sales associate, Rob, did an excellent and efficient job to show and sell us our Infiniti G37 convertible. Being a pre-owned car, there were some marks and nicks which we noticed during our visit, but Rob was super efficiently to bring his "guy" on-site to touch-up/fix/repair any pieces which were not already flawless. I can definitely recommend Rob and the rest of Hiline motors as a great dealership that goes out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Great job!

purchased 2012 mini cooper convertible on line sight unseen and bought it and made arrangements with the sales person to have it shipped. All went well except when the car arrived and unloaded the driver only had one key and I called rob and he said they had the other key and it would be mailed to me with the title papers were sent. Two weeks later the title papers came but no key. I called rob and he apologized and said the new secretary must of forgot and he would see it would be sent out. Since then I called him twice and text three times with no response, Finally I called and asked for the general manager and was told he was GABE. and he was out but would call me. After hearing nothing I called again an left two more messages and still no response. To me this is unsatisfactory., when the deal was pending they were receptive to talking to me but now that they had my money they no longer wanted to talk to me. I wouldn't have been so upset if they hadn't said they had the second key and now I had to go to a mini dealer and pay $250.00 for a second key

Although this place had mixed reviews I decided to go anyway. That was my first mistake! Do not car shop here! Unless you want your spouse to be talked down to and given lots of attitude by the salesman. To start off our experience here it was hard to get anyone to help us look at cars. We had to go in and find someone only for him to tell us that he "prefers when nobody is here". After test driving the car we had a few questions. For example the sunroof would not open. We wanted to know if this was something they had already known about and had checked or if it was something new...The salesman immediately got defensive and would not answer the question. When asked again He told us "If we wanted something that worked we needed to look at a different car or not a used car". He then told my husband that "he didnt like his attitude" and that "he was rude". Keep in my mind all my husband did was ask about the sun roof and whether or not that would be fixable etc. As were walking away he continued to be unprofessional. Telling us how he "really didn't care" etc. I normally am pretty easy going and do not give in to these types of situations. However when you disrespect myself and my husband and show zero respect I will complain. The owner here is very friendly! It is unfortunate he has such rude employees. He apologized but that does not change the negative experience we had here. Do not car shop here unless you want to be mistreated by the salesman. Unless you have the owner himself wait on you. Also they do not negotiate prices. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a positive car shopping experience.

Gabe was my sales man, or me drive off the lot immediately after a test drive, made a MORE THAN a reasonable offer on my trade in, even let me negotiate a little extra on the trade in! The looked past the dirt and messy car, we saw the value it has, definitely not a surface or looks type of sales man, he sees the potential. Even offered a free week to test out the car and if I didn't like it take it back, no questions asked! I LOVE MY '05 Infiniti Fx35, so many compliments on the car. OUTSTANDING SERVICE PEOPLE! You also have to know these are luxury cars, they have higher maintenance, so any review complaining about that doesn't understand this. Call Gabe today! P.s. Gabe stayed about 1-2hrs AFTER HOURS, just to help me setup paper work so I could drive away, this is ABOVE and beyond. He even put faith in me that I would make the last minute decision to drive 4hrs there to barely make it, what more can I say? thanks and I'll keep recommending people to you guys! My best, Tommy W.

I recently purchased a 2007 Range Rover from Gabe and the rest of the team at Hi Line Motors. I found the vehicle online and requested additional information. Within a few hours I had a email response and a return call and was given step-by-step instructions on how to proceed. By the next morning Gabe called me and everything was handled. I drove from Midland to Carrollton, I showed up a day early and they could not have been any more accommodating. I was greeted by many of the amazing people that make Hi Line Motors so wonderful. I was given a very fair price for my trade-in. They were able to provide me with a perfect match to what I was looking for in a vehicle. I would recommend the amazing team and especially Gabe the next time you are looking for a new vehicle.

Just bought a 2007 CLS 550, have to say love the car. My experience with Hi Line Motors was great. I would recommend that you look at the car and bring any issues that you have up to your salesman. I worked with Gabe and he did a great job taking care of my concerns. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a nice car at a great price.

I drove 250 Hi Line to trade my CTS for a 750i. The trip was a busy because I had second thoughts about getting rid of my car. My salesman was Gabe. That guy is awesome. He was very patient and humorous despite my indecisiveness. I went home that day with my CTS expecting the 750i to be long gone by the time I made up my mind. A week or so later I called back and spoke to Gabe again. We came to an agreement over the phone and I headed back to Dallas the next morning. Again Gabe was awesome and got my paperwork done quickly. So far the car is exactly as it was represented on their website. I have no complaints and would definately shop at Hi Line again. I read one review where a person complained that they hada check engine light and Hi Line was not sympathetic. HELLO people! We're buying used cars. Buy the protection plan that I saw on Gabes desk. Otherwise we take our chances when we buy used cars. Anyway, good job so far Hi Line. I still need my other remote control and front passenger side floor mat, wink, wink.

Flew down from Tulsa to purchase 2006 Infiniti M45 with 77,000 miles on it in January. Test drove the vehicle and all seemed well. We did purchase the vehicle and on the drive home JUST 4.5 HOURS LATER the CHECK ENGINE light came on. The vehicle was for my husband who does little driving and with all the winter weather has been driving his truck a majority of the time. So in the last two months he has put UNDER 2,000 miles on it. Finally had the time to get it into the dealer last week to get it checked. Here comes the bad part...the ENTIRE exhaust system is TRASHED! Repair costs $4,200! Contacted HiLine, their response was basically an unsympathetic you bought a used vehicle, can't help you! Very disappointing coming from a dealer that prides themselves on selling QUALITY luxury vehicles. My husband and I have purchased numerous used vehicles in the past. NEVER have we had this kind of experience. I would strongly suggest having a mechanic THOROUGHLY examine any vehicle from this lot before purchasing! We understand problems with used vehicles can arise. However to have just purchased this vehicle and be $4,200 IN THE HOLE less than 2000 miles later is beyond disappointing!

Well I am currently driving the Infiniti G35 that I've always wanted - purchased from Hi Line Motors! It was not an easy process though...My salesperson was Edward. He gives great customer service and knows a lot about the cars! He's very stylish and personable. Not greasy and pushy like most used car salesmen. They classiest cars, all in one location. BMW, Lexus, Range Rovers (I see an upgrade in my future). I'd inquired about the car online and Edward called me immediately! We met and he allowed me to drive the car and I was hooked! I applied for a loan through the onsite finance person (not Edward) and to my surprise I was approved - and then a week later, NOT APPROVED! WTHeck?!? Apparently that finance person that got me approved was "mis-informed" - in more ways than one.... I was embarrassed and mortified, and then LIVID with Hi Line Motors for "misleading me". Out of my anger, I'd insisted on speaking the GM and was obliged! General Manager/ Owner Sam is an outstanding businessman, down to earth, approachable, the whole nine. He sympathized with me, looked over the paperwork and realized where that finance person had made numerous mistakes. Now HE was upset with HER! Imagine that, the GM was on my side! He then offered to do his best to get me financed at the best rate possible - and I am pleased to say, he made good on that promise! I was approved AGAIN! This time it stuck! lol On the day that I picked up my car, Sam greeted me by name, with a firm handshake and keys in hand. And that finance person? Well she'd mysteriously disappeared... GOD bless her... Hi Line Motors turned my frown in to a smile! I will most definitely refer them to family and friends! God bless you guys, Edward & Sam!

My experience at HI LINE MOTORS was excellent. Edward was very friendly and knowledgeable about about all the cars we looked at. I felt like a kid in a candy store. I got an unbeatable rate on financing. This is my second purchase at HI LINE MOTORS second RANGE ROVER and counting :)

My wife and I picked up a nice BMW X5 from them few weeks ago, I was pleased with the service and the extended warranty options available. I dealt directly with the owner and he was pleasant , shared few stories and gave us an excellent advice on the pre owned car market. I was impressed by his honesty and did not feel pushed or hassled at all. Will go back again!

We bought a Lexus Rx350. Clean car at the first look. We also liked the salesman Mr. Edward who was gentle, friendly and gave no pressure. We were so excited about buying a Lexus that we bought the car without asking too many questions and checking engine or everything else. It was our mistake. After we brought the vehicle we found out that we do not have the original keys and key plate. The floor mats are gone. The spare key remote does not work properly. We also noticed continuous warning sign about the tire on the screen. The sales man failed to disclose these before signing the paperwork. We immediately contacted the dealer and requested original keys and floor mats and check the tires but they refused to provide any of these. They said 80% of their cars they have do not have keys and floor mats. I wonder why. Also, I do not think the sales manager knows how to build a loyal happy customer base. We saw him in a glass door room working on the computer. Never looked at us, greeted , smiled or even waved hand. Very tough guy. I think this dealer does not care what you go through after purchasing a vehicle. I do not think I will go back to this dealer or recommend any of my friends and family members to purchase any vehicle form Hi line Motors. I have learned my lesson. If you want to buy a late model luxury car, always go to a real car dealer who stands by you after the sale.

Bought a Jag XK8, and love it! However, it has a mysterious squeak in the dashboard, which they claimed that they could not hear. I have no complaints about the process at all! Edward is one of the nicest guys that I have ever dealt with. They wouldn't back off of the price, but they did deliver the car free of charge, which was greatly appreciated. I wasn't going to let the car go because of a mysterious squeak, but they should have admitted it, and maybe offered to try to fix. After a trip to the Jag dealer, a couple of other things were discovered, which will be fixed and then it should be perfect. My only advice is to have the vehicle checked out thoroughly before you buy. I wanted it, I bought it, I'll make it perfect, and I'll have it forever. Overall, a very good experience.

Bought a BMW Z4 from Sami and crew. Easiest purchase I have ever done. Price was very competitive with what my investigation had concluded it should be. I had a great rate from my bank already and they beat it hands down with their financing. They only stock the best of cars and their no nonsense, no pressure approach is great. Would recommend them 100% and will certainly be back for another car

I have been looking on line for a pre-owned SL 500 for 3 years, and finally found one online in the condition and the price range I was seeking at Hi line motors. The experience was incredibly easy, pleasurable and low pressure. Mark Tinnin was knowledgable, and truthful about the condition and interest in the car. I purchased the car based on the CarFax, and online photos. Upon delivery of the car, it was in much better condition than show online. I drove the car from Dallas to Milwaukee, and am enjoying the car immensely, and the dealership that services my cars in Milwaukee have been in complete awe of the car's condition. I have been looking on line for a good SL 500 for a few months now and found one on line for the price range I wanted at Hi line motors. The experience was very easy and there was no pressure or shifty sales tactics. Mark showed me the features on the car and then after I test drove it he took my lexus es 300 on trade and paid off my car and I was done in about an hour. My wife and I dread car dealerships because of the tactics they use and haggling down from a high price. We had heard about Hi line from a friend who bought their BMW from them. We called and spoke to Mark and he was very friendly and invited us to his showroom. When we got there the cars were inside and out of the sun. All of their cars were very nice and Mark greeted us and had the car ready for us to drive. He showed us the features on the car and had the car fax info. The best part was no pressure. We sat down in his office and he showed us how they price their cars and how why they are one of the lowest prices. We didn't have to haggle or wait for counter offers. The process was quick and easy and Mark asked if he could take a picture of us in our new car and he sent it to us with a thank you letter. I went to Hi Line and was very Impressed with there facility and how they conducted business. They were very professional and made me feel very comfortable with the purchase from start to finish! They gave me all the information I needed and didnt hide anything from me. Im glad I went with Hi Line! I did my research and went to a few dealerships. My gut was telling me the other dealerships were just trying anything to get my money and didnt really give me the info I needed. I didnt feel like I was jipped off or got into anything that I would regret later. I recommend this dealership to my family and friends. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!
