SIMPLY HONEST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. I WAS VERY GRATEFUL THEY TOOK THEY TIME TO LOOK AT MY SITUATION AND GOT ME BACK ON TRACK. CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH.

It took three emails to finally get them to send one back, which didn't answer what was asked in the email. They list a vehicle online that has no pictures or price and when I emailed, asking for both their reply asked when can I come down for a test drive. I kindly, asked again for both and they fail to respond again. Why they bother listing a vehicle online that they have no intention on selling is baffling on its own. I write this review in hopes that it helps others to steer towards a dealership that plans to be more friendly and much more helpful to customers.

I bought a suv from highland and got great service so we brought our son there and he bought a ford focus and had good luck with them so much he is going to trade it back to them and get another we just bought a van from then that had a few problems they took care of them so great service and good people

Kevin (as always!) was a great help for us. We were looking for a fun convertible sports car and he found us a nice corvette. His incite and willingness to go above an beyond is always appreciated.

AWFUL!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! They do not care about the people, they are only interested in making money. There are so many things wrong with the car I bought from them, and they didn't even tell me about it. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! Their lack of responsibility is sickening. The owner told me "It's not my problem anymore". SO RUDE! VERY DISSATISFIED!

They don't even have the courtesy to email you back about an available vehicle! The one I was looking for 2004 Expedition is still being advertised 2 weeks after I went up to see it and it's gone. What a waste of time! Says a lot about how their doing business! Don' t care so don't buy here!,

Kevin Morales and his team were great to work with. After test driving several cars at area used car dealers, I found a luxury SUV that was only a couple years old. I was impressed with the selection High Line offered. They took the time to find me a finance plan that would work for me and my budget. They went through everything on the car in detail with me and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Thanks guys!

Bought a truck from them, tires were shot/cupped, e-brake was broken, 4x4 required great force to shift into, wheel bearing needed replacing along with rear differential cover and rear axle seals. Unfortunately I was under a bind and didn't have a great deal of time to fully check the car over/bring it to my mechanic, but my recommendation is not to buy from here. Be smart, there is a reason that cars sit in this lot for months at a time.
