I found the car Reading about it it had my interest seemed to good to be true. Had to wait till wed becouse he had someone coming to look at it I was fine with that knowing someone contacted him before me I waited till wed and contacting him if they bought it he said no and that he was home all weekend I said I'll be there Sunday he contacted me yesterday telling me it was sold I was not happy becouse I was excited and couldn't wait till Sunday I had to wait till someone came I thought I was next. Was it a scheme?? Not happy. This is my second time

I had a awesome time with Jay and Armin, they were very honest with me and went out of the way for me to help me get the truck I wanted. I enjoyed my experience with these two gentleman as they made me feel comfortable and very knowledgable about the truck I purchased. Robert also was a great help as he handled the finances and sure I had great credit to help seal the deal. And my main man Eugene made sure everything in my truck worked down to the A.C. Found the truck I wanted online and visited the dealer. They were very honest, all their cars were in nice shape and they were transparent about their pricing. My salesman, Armin was very accommodating and we agreed on a great price. They took great care of me and were very patient. When an issue arose, they went out of their way to help. By far one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had! Jay the salesman was very informative about the vehicles and not your typical pushy salesman at all. He took his time and was very respectfull. Next I sat with Greg who helped me get the best rate possible! He literally worked with the banks for hours to get me the best deal he could!!! These guys are great at what they do, and I am very impressed with the quility, and professionalism of there buisness! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.... Lou

Recently had the pleasure to assist my grandson in the purchase of a 2010 F150 pickup truck. The truck was in exceptionally good condition, and looked like new. We were aided in the process by Armin and Jay. They were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Armin took us out for a test drive, and Jay spent time with us going over our queries regarding the truck. Then we moved on to Robert in finance. He was also very helpful, and explained how we could shorten payoff time on the truck. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend High Quality to anyone interested in purchasing a car or truck that will exceed their expectations. It's like the name says.......High Quality Imports is certainly high quality!

Purchased a used BMW 3 series from here. It was fairly priced and the whole buying experience was pleasant. The sales guy (Armin) is friendly and seems honest. They do offer warranty cover plans, which I'd highly recommend. It's always good to have a piece of mind, because you never know when something's gonna need repair down the road.

I must say High Quality Imports Makes the Buying process quick and easy. I worked with two very professional and caring salesmen named Armin And Jay. I Bought a 2010 Ford F150 that is in Amazing Condition. Not only was my F150 in amazing condition every truck i looked at was great fully serviced clean and ran smooth. Financing was made easy thanks to Robert the Finance Manager at the end of the day i drove home with a great truck that i will use for work Thanks again team at High Quality Imports

buying a used car for my son. The car would not start without a jump pack. When they got it started it idled very roughly and then stalled. the asking price was much higher than the market value and the car was no where as nice as the advertising....I made an offer at market price contingent upon it running right and they ignored me? I will not return....

We just purchased a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport, with 67,000 miles on it. The price was the best you can expect for that year and that many miles. Greg Bosoy was our salesman, but we also ended up working with Robert Broit and (I think it was) their boss, also Greg. I've only had the vehicle for a day, so I will try to remember to place another review after I've had it for awhile. We were made aware before we committed to the purchase that it was as-is. Everyone was very friendly, and went out of their way to work with us. We had a limit on what we could spend, and they were willing to negotiate a little on the price. I am hoping that we have no issues, but Greg did tell us that we could work something out if we did (meet halfway, so to speak). I gave only 3 stars for Facilities, because they need to fix the heat in the showroom! In summary, I would recommend High Quality Imports if asked.

In general, people seem to place a negative connotation on car dealerships and car salesmen. I have dealt with my fair share of car dealerships and this place was by far the best. High Quality Imports exceeds all expectations and truly defines a high class act. One individual in particular, George, is the most genuine, trustworthy, kind gentleman i have ever met in my life. Not only was he not pushy with the car, but he gave me the freedoms and all the knowledge i needed prior to making the purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the country and stand behind these words. If you do go, be sure to ask for George. I will even continue my services with this dealership and have my car serviced with them for years to come. A purely sensational experience.

had a few issues with truck i bought from high quality. they could have said you bought it as is but instead they were very helpful in resolving my issues im am quite pleased with the way they helped me i would recommend this dealer

When there and was taken care of as if i was someone they knew. Everything was explained and they pointed out all the fine prints. Customer service was there and there was no pressure as to what to buy. They only gave advice and if i didn't want want an addition it was just not pressured. Even after i bought the vehicle, they where still concerned about my safety of how i will get home as the car was my first manual transmission vehicle. Would and will recommend anyone.

This dealership is fantastic!!! Their cars are immaculate and the customer service was incredible! I had gone to a well known dealership the night before and left offended. The cars advertised as" immaculate" were anything but. The next day I went to High Quality Imports and what a difference! I purchased a 2008 Saab SUV and it looked brand new! No scratches, the interior was spotless and they couldn't do enough to accommodate me. I drove almost 2 hours to the dealership and it was well worth the trip! As a woman purchasing a Used Car, the process can be unnerving. This was not the case at High Quality Imports. They were professional, courteous and couldn't be any nicer. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. Their cars are in incredible condition and the people who work there couldn't be any nicer. They went above and beyond for me. I am thrilled with my new car and when I'm in the market to buy another one, I will be driving the 2 hours back to this dealership!

High Quality Imports is a used car dealership to avoid at all costs. I recently was looking for a used truck and saw they had what I was looking for in inventory so I went to check it out. The salesman Michel Gagin guaranteed me the truck I was looking at was mechanically sound and reliable and had been thoroughly inspected by their mechanics. After a lot of back and forth I ended up purchasing the vehicle, only to find that the truck had some major engine issues that had been temporarily patched up for just long enough to make the sale, it was brought to my attention that the dealership was aware of all these issues and intentionally withheld the information just to make the sale. When I came back to them with the issues looking for some kind of help, they offered me nothing and took no responsibility for having deceived me. High quality imports just wants to make a quick buck off anyone and has no regard for fair honest business. They do not stand by there inventory and will do whatever they can to make a deal, but once youve signed and paid, they will do nothing to for you. Michael Gagin will say anything to make the sale no matter how deceitful or dishonest. Buying a used car is hard enough without having to deal with places like this. Learn from my mistake and stay away from this place, and good luck finding what youre looking for, I hope this helps.

Love my Infinity. Was thinking about new car, but while searching for I stopped by at High Quality Imports in Woodbridge NJ to see this 2011 Infinity G37xs. People at high quality were so professional and explained every aspect between buying new and used car, after what I was able to make my decision on witch car to buy. My Infinity, priced wright, looks beautiful, runs and drives 100%. I have recommended High Quality Imports to few of my friends and two have bought cars from High Quality and they also very happy with their purchase. If you planning to buy a used car make sure you visit guys at High Quality, I'm sure you will have a great experience at this dealership.

Before I bought my Jeep from this dealership I checked the carfax on it and it was clean (like any consumer should). Louie took the extra step and reviewed the details of the carfax with me once again, reassuring me that it was a very good car to buy. The employees are very polite and professional, and I can assure consumers that you can put your trust into this dealership to get the car that you want at a good price, and that it will be in good condition.

I recently purchased a vehicle from High Quality Imports. The salesman, seemed to be a decent guy . I liked the vehicle and asked if I could have the vehicle inspected by a local car dealership. High Quality imports told me that I would have to drive down to their location (75 mile each way), leave my personal car with them and take the vehicle to get it inspected. I would also need insurance for their vehicle. The salesman assured me that their service department had inspected the vehicle and it was in good condition. I purchased the vehicle and took it home. When I got home, I checked the jack kit they had put in the vehicle as it was missing before I purchased the vehicle. The jack kit they put in the vehicle wasn't even close to what was suppose to be there. The jack kit wont jack up the vehicle, wont remove the lug nuts and won't allow for the removal of the spare. I called several times about the wrong jack and no one called back. The vehicle also needed $2300.00 in repairs as the rear main seal was leaking badly. The dealer I bought it to, said it had been leaking for some time. High quality Imports had the vehicle for several months before I bought the vehicle. I'm quite sure they knew of the leak. I should of had the vehicle checked by a reputable dealer. Shame on me for not doing this. When you purchase a vehicle from them , you will be required to sign an "sold as is" no matter what any salesman said, wrote or implied. They waited until all the other papers were signed to give it to me. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone !!! Buyer beware
