I was looking for a affordable car for my daughter who is in high school. Every car she wanted was to high. A friend recommended this place. We both agreed on a light blue Honda civic. It was affordable and he found the car that she wanted. My daughter and I got what we both wanted.

The owner, Mo, was very professional, friendly, and understands customer service. During the initial stages of the buying process, he never tried up-selling me and I never got the impression he was trying to play games. As for customer service, he stayed late a couple of times to work with my schedule, took care of all the DMV paperwork and had the car detailed before pickup. Overall, it was a pleasant and low pressure experience.

It was an absolute pleasure buying a car from this dealer. MO and his staff (namely, HAJI HAMID), are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. MO made the sale quick and easy. I rarely see a business as organized as this one. He patiently went through each document, making sure we understood them before he moved on. My husband and I bought a minivan from High Quality motors. The price was low, the test drive was good so we decided to buy the van on the spot. Our impulsive decision was probably our biggest mistake because it was all downhill from there. We bought the car and literally 10 miles into driving it home the check engine light came on. We called them immediately and we brought it back to get checked out. They plugged the car in and said it was probably just a sensor and should be fine, that the car was safe, had no problems, etc. They reset the check engine light and sent us on our way. Well the next day the light came back on and did not go away. The dealer did not provide an emissions inspection when we bought the car. This was another thing we found out AFTER the fact (being new to Virginia) that should have been a major red flag. It of course failed the emissions test at our mechanic's shop and we found out the entire catalytic converter needed to be replaced, along with a laundry list of other things that were not done properly to the car. (For example, the wrong spark plugs were installed for the make/model of the van). Overall we spent an additional $1500 on this car within 3 weeks of buying it getting various things fixed and replaced. If that's not a lemon I don't know what is. When we tried contacting the dealer about this the line disconnected twice and then each time we tried calling back we just got a generic voicemail. Ultimately we just gave up and sucked up our losses. I'm trying to chalk this up to a bad, learning experience of what NOT to do when buying a car - especially in Virginia. First thing I learned? Never buy a used car from this dealer ever again!!
