After conducting an extensive amount of online research for a particular vehicle, I saw the model advertised through Hiline Motorsports. I contacted the owner, Larry Williams, and after several phone conversations, felt entirely comfortable buying the car sight unseen and having it shipped to my home. Larry knows more about cars than anyone I have ever spoken with and it became very clear, very quickly, that this is a man with absolutely impeccable integrity. He went above and beyond to close the deal quickly with extremely fair terms that made sense for both of us. The car is even better than advertised and in fantastic condition inside and out. I have a hard time imagining buying a car from anyone other than Larry in the future--he is that knowledgeable and that honest. I grew up in a small family-owned business and Larry exemplifies everything my parents attempted to instill in me and my siblings: work hard, take care of your customers and keep your word. There is a reason this business has perfect reviews and will continue to receive them. I will go out of my way to do business with Larry in the future and have already recommended his business to numerous friends and associates. Can buying a used car really be this easy. I guess so!

I purchased a 2006 Porsche 911 Cabriolet from Larry a few months ago, and am finally posting a much warranted review.First off, I live in Chicago, and purchased the car sight unseen. Larry was a pleasure to deal with during the buying process and had the car shipped to me in a covered carrier which was a nice added touch. He offered me an aftermarket warranty which was actually priced very well, but I declined. The cosmetic condition of the car was awesome. Just as described.After owning the car a week, I did find two small problems. One was that the heated seats did not work. The other was the A/C was not blowing cold air. I called up Larry, and he immediately suspected the heated seats issue was due to a battery swap which was done right before delivery. Apparently with p-cars sometimes you need to recode the PIWIS (computer system) after a battery swap. He found a local indie mechanic in Chicago that had a PIWIS system and told me to bring it in. They fixed it, along with adding some coolant into the system to fix the A/C. Total parts and labor was around $500 and Larry paid for it without any complaint. This is the mark of a true professional that sees the bigger picture. I will buy from him again!

I would imagine that anyone looking at Larrys high end inventory is (a) somewhat of a car enthusiast and (b) spends time researching important decisions and purchases. It is because of that process I came upon Larrys HiLine MotorSports. Theres a lot of junk and misrepresented cars out there, you wont find that with Larry. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and stands behind what he sells. He does not cut corners and you know EXACTLY what you are buying. I met Larry a few times and looked at a different car each visit, never felt pressured or uncomfortable with his demeanor or presentation. I was trading in an SL500, so I knew what to look for on the SL600 I wanted (aside from MORE POWER). Larry is NOT your stereotypical car dealer. He takes pride in what he does and I fully believe that he will stand behind any issues I might have immediately and without concern. His staff and mechanic Doryan were very helpful, and put my SL500 through a comprehensive evaluation prior to agreeing to trade. That alone confirmed that the car I was buying was everything he said it was. If you are looking for a clean, well maintained high-end automobile, I have no reservations in recommending Larry. It will be a rewarding and worry free experience. I find myself standing in my garage late at night admiring my SL600. If you buy a car from Larry, I promise youll do the same.

I dont usually write reviews, if ever, but feel the need to convey this unique car buying experience since maybe it will put someone else at ease that is considering buying from HiLine Motorsports. As a car hobby enthusiast, I have bought many vehicles in the past all around the country. Sometimes you win, sometimesnot so much. A few years back, I was burned badly with a car deal out of State and from that day forward, I vowed to see the car wherever it was located prior to purchase. So, when I came across a 6-speed manual 2006 Aston Martin DB9 with 13k miles in near perfect condition (as seen from internet pictures), you can imagine my happiness when I realized that I did not have to jump on a plane to view her. The car was local, located at Larrys HiLine Motorsports in Sanatoga, PA. Upon my initial call to Larry, I could tell that this guy was different. He didnt try to set-up a quick appointment and then rush me off the phone to attend to another client. In fact, I think we talked for 30 minutes. After we discussed the 2006 AM, I mentioned that terrible car buying experience. He actually gave me tremendous advice and insight regarding my legal options. I knew this guy was not some grease monkey or typical salesman, but rather one of the most intelligent/knowledgeable guys that Ive come across in this industry. Upon arriving at his shop, I was greeted by his (what I now know to be an extremely competent and ethically) ex-Benz mechanic Granthe introduced me to Larry. I was impressed by the amount of high-end cars in his no frills warehouse. There is not a lot of bling to the building, but all the diamonds are sitting right in front of you on the concrete floor. We talked for a few minutes and I was led over to the Aston Martin. Embarrassingly, I think I gasped a little. It was beyond my highest expectations!! I even questioned Larry if this was the same car in the pictures. The color was more beautiful in person and not a blemish on her. Larry (and Grant which stopped what he was working on) both took me around the shop showing me other cars and what to look out for when buying similar vehicles. It was more than just purchasing a car, but an educational experience. I realized that these 2 guys were more than meets the eyethey were ethical, honest, fair and guys that you would want to keep as friends. And essentially, thats where Ill end my story. The entire transaction was unlike anything Ive experienced. It was like buying a car from a friend. I knew that I was getting a fair dealactually, I feel like I may have underpaid a little, but Larry didnt mind because its not about squeezing out every dollar. Its about people that love cars. Since that day, we have texted many times, corresponding about other vehicles and relevant stories. Already in the short time Ive known them both, they have gone above and beyond to treat me well. Larry has even helped my secretary with a car problem and Grant (along with his 5 year old daughter Gracie) took extra care with my car and watched as I drove out the shop a totally satisfied customer. Larry has restored my faith and I would buy my next car from him sight-unseen. However, Im very fortunate that he is local! - Jim C 4/30/16

I found Larry's HiLine on the internet and made an appointment to see an Aston Martin DB9 Volante he had (I was looking for a Porsche, but this car knocked me out). I saw the car but it was raining so I made a deposit and an appointment for a test drive. The car was beautiful and drove perfectly, as Larry said it would. I was sold in about 200 feet and bought the car. Larry explained how he only buys cars in excellent shape. low miles, and with complete service records. His tech people thoroughly go over the cars and make sure everything works as it should. He takes the time to answer questions both before and after the sale and is always available to help with advice. He services the cars he sells and doesn't charge a fortune just because the cars are high end- he really knows about his cars. Larry is not a car salesman; he is an enthusiast who loves what he does. His prices are more than fair considering how fine his cars are. This was the first car I bought from Larry, but it won't be the last- I'll be back.

I had been internet shopping for a 2 seat convertible for a while. I talked with dealers throughout the NE United States, most of whom didn't know much about their cars, or didn't disclose all they did know (accidents, etc). I actually had money down holding a 2004 Audi TT at another dealer when I 'happened' upon HiLine Motorsports. I spotted a 2007 Mazda X-5 Miata on Larry's website. As soon as I talked to Larry I knew I found my car. The Miata was even sharper than the 24 pics I fell in love with on-line; Immaculate Condition inside and out, and only 36k miles! Larry is extremely knowledgeable and his passion for cars is obvious. If you find the car you're looking for at Larry's HiLine Motorsports, I recommend you seriously check it out.

I purchased a 2004 BMW 645 CI on 2-22-16 from Larry's HiLine. The vehicle had 19,000 miles - yes that's correct - 19,000 miles on a 2004. This is indicative of the immaculate, low mile, "hiline" vehicles in Larry's inventory. I have been a loyal certified pre-owned mercedes buyer for the last 15 years. I stepped way out of my comfort zone buying a pre-owned non-certified BMW from a non dealership. The car buying experience with Larry was 2nd to none. The vehicle was exactly as described as was presented to me in showroom like quality inside and out. Larry was professional, knowledgeable and accurately represented the vehicle, and priced it accordingly, i.e. I got exactly what i paid for. It was the nicest mid 2000's 6 series BMW on the internet. I would not hesitate to recommend Larry's HiLine to any serious luxury car buyer.

I just bought my third car from Larry and could not be happier. I met Larry a decade ago when I bought a Maserati from him (against his recommendation, I might add.) After learning about my driving habits he told me that the Maserati was going to be a short-term lust rather than a long-term relationship; He was right and I traded it back to him a year later for my second purchase from Hiline. That experience demonstrate to me that Larry is more of a consultant than a sales person. His candor and straightforward manner is certainly not the norm in the retail car industry. If you are looking for a "car guy" to help you find what you are looking for, and sell it to you for a fair price look no further. I have recommended many friends to him over the years and they all share the same opinion as I express here. I would not consider going anywhere else for a high end pre-owned car. I plan on being a customer for decades to come! Thank-you Larry.

I was shopping for a pre-owned SL and looked at quite a few.....I will admit it, I'm very picky. I found one that was 3 hours out of state at a very reputable dealership. I arrived and at a distance saw my SL shimmering on the showroom floor. As I got closer, I noticed scratches, chips, dents, wheel scuffs and expired pistons that kept the trunk lid from staying open......none of which were disclosed by the salesman or visible on high definition pictures....and believe me, I asked ALL of the right questions over 3-4 conversations. I went home extremely discouraged not just because I COMPLETELY wasted my time, but if this could happen at a reputable dealership, where do you go? I continued my search and thru recommendation, came across Larry at HiLine. He had 1/2 dozen SL's to choose from and each one exceeded expectation in terms of description and condition. I purchased one on the spot and could not be more pleased with my SL or purchasing experience. Larry is detail oriented and as the saying goes....You can find them cheaper, but you get what you pay for. My deal was extremely fair and I have comfort that I know exactly what I purchased.

Larry is very knowledgable and spent time researching another 911 that I was interested in. I would STRONGLY recommend Larry to anyone who is interested in a higher end pre-owned vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and stands behind what he sells. He does not cut corners and you know EXACTLY what you are buying. We purchased a BMW and Mercedes SL from him and he ensured we were 100% satisfied from start to finish. We had a small maintenance related item that needed to be taken care of 3 months after the sale and he treated us the same way he did when we were doing the initial paperwork. Great experience!!!! ( you won't get blind-sided with unforeseen or hidden expensive repairs ). We'll turn to Larry first - for any future car purchases.

I just took delivery of a 2006 CL65 which I purchased from Hiline Motorsports. The car is exactly as described. Being such a unique and rare car I was fussy as to its condition. After many conversations with Larry I bought the car sight unseen. I couldn't be happier. The transaction was straight forward. Larry arranged transportation and took care of a couple maintenance items prior to shipping. He lived up to every promise he made hassle free. I believe his pricing is more than fair. I would highly recommend Larry and Hiline. I will certainly contact Larry the next time I am in the market. I trust his advice and opinions. I purchased my car from Larry last month and I must say, I love it! He is very responsive and most times answers the phone himself when you call. In the unlikely event you get his voicemail, he calls back pronto. The transaction was very smooth and he gave more than enough information to help me decide that this car was the right one for me. I was looking at two others, but mine is FULLY loaded and the price was right. My mechanic looked it over and said, "I don't see anything wrong with this car. See you when it's time for service." I bought a 2005 z4 from Larry. The car was as described which frankly surprised me considering some of the cars we'd seen at other main dealers, It was an honest car that had been looked after and it's been a real pleasure to look at and drive, I was expecting to have to put some money into the z4 to make it 'right' as I've had t do with other vehicles over the years and lets face it it is 10 yrs old but instead I get to spend that cash on upgrading the suspension and other trinkets. He's a knowledgeable enthusiast with strong opinions on the motor industry and someone should give him his own show! The impression you get is that who takes the time to pick cars that people will enjoy and that give him peace of mind to sell. He will be my first stop when i get another similar vehicle as I trust his knowledge of the market and hidden pitfalls better than my own. If he hasn't got the car I want in stock he'll find a good one for me......or tell me why I shouldn't touch that brand with a ten foot pole!!!

I bought a 2004 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Cabriolet from Larry in March of 2015. Not only was the car in great shape, but it was the easiest transaction I have ever made. Larry met me at the dealership and answered all my questions about the car. He had no idea that I was going to drive it home that day. He was able to workout a very fair deal with my car (SL500) in trade. Larry is most definitely NOT your average car dealer. He takes pride in what he does and will not sell a car that does not live up to his standards. He is a gentleman in every sense of the word. Bought a Porsche 911 with the IMS bearing upgrade done by Hiline. I have to tell you,,,what a car. Hiline did the upgrade for a fraction of what Porsche Charges. I could not be happier. I actually bought my car without seeing it in person. I was hesitant but after speaking with Larry he made me feel at ease. Larry really knows cars because he obviously loves what he does. The car he sold me was exactly as described. I never did business with any car dealer as honest him. Thank you for everything.

Larry, Just a follow up, have to say the experience yesterday really lived up to all the reviews I have read. I appreciate the candid and open way that business was conducted and the view "behind" the scenes into the wholesale and back end aspect of how the used car market valuates and sets prices. That ambiguous feeling that I might be getting "ripped" off or being a 'sucker' wasn't present when it's been over bearing at almost every other dealership I visited looking for cars. That being said, I apologize for not disclosing the ABS light, I had honestly gotten so used to driving with it, and having no actual issues with the braking that I forgot. It wasn't my intent to deceive or get over, I left feeling like I had got a great car at a fair price without having to be a haggle master or expert negotiator. I've already referred you to a few people who have expressed interest in your inventory but were skeptical about buying online or committing to the drive because of the "loss of negotiating leverage". Thanks again for the experience, my wife is getting the service records together and I'll scan an email them to you once thats done.

I cannot say enough. I never purchased a car without seeing it until I talked to Larry. I am usually skeptical of used car salesman but Larry is a different breed. He tells you like it is whether you like it or not; HE IS HONEST. I really appreciate that. Needless to say the car was perfect. I sent the car to my mechanic for a once over after it arrived. He told me the brakes, rotors and tires are brand new. He also said the oil was just changed. He also mentioned that the undercarriage looks like the car was never driven. I called Larry thanking him for the car and mentioning all these things. Larry replied, "a guy like you who can afford a car like that deserves nothing but the best. I do my best for everyone and I appreciate you understand how much I value an appreciative customer." WOW! I never thought I would hear that from a used car dealer. Nonetheless, I just wanted to write a positive comment because I am elated for my purchase. I could not have asked for more. Thank you Larry.

Best experience I have ever had with a car dealership! Larry is knowledeable, professional and a pleasure to work with! His cars are perfect! I know cars and there wasn't a car in Larry's lot that I wouldn't have been proud to drive. We looked at a Porsche Cayanne with 48K miles on it and it looked like it was just driven off the showroom floor. We didn't end up buying a car but when we do, we will go back to Larry. Looking for a car...go see Larry...you will not regret it!

Although, we did not end up buying a car from Larry, this was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a car dealership! If we had decided to buy a car, we would have purchased it from Larry. He is a professional, knowledgeable business owner and was a real pleasure to work with. His cars are ALL IMMACULATE!!! We looked at over 50 Porsche Cayannes and the one at HiLine was by far the best one! When we do decide to buy a new car, we will go back to Larry. We drove over 300 miles and are happy to do it again to see what Larry has on his lot.

I bought a Porsche 911 from hi-line after searching for quite some time. while I was concerned about not buying form a Porsche dealer, this car had initial warranty left. On top of that the dealer was very knowledgeable and surprisingly transparent. Their buying and selling methodology seems to result in a unique blend of offerings of brands that hold value reasonably well. While they call themselves a wholesaler (the vast majority of their business) they do sell direct for similar pricing. I am very pleased with my car and my experience.

It was actually a pleasure buying this car- hassle free. The car was as advertised in gorgeous condition. I bought a 2007 Mercedes SL 55 AMG. Larry was very infomative and he knew all about his cars inside and out. He told me about any potential problems that I might encounter AND how to fix them for a fraction of the cost. I think he is too honest to be a car salesman. I am going to be a repeat customer for sure.

I completed a review about my experience at Larrys HiLine MotorSports LLC from ownership (Larry) to customer inception, thru the buying process, decision and close. Apparently, my first review did not go thru,..probably because I'm between a hacker and a "novice" in working on a PC,..But here I am, determined to get this write-up through to proper channels, and to be read by future prospects, customers, and in general, one looking to purchase a vehicle that you can be worry-free, not hassled, no unwanted pressures "TO BUY",..just an absolutely fantastic experience, in the professioalism, vehicle/industry knowledge, responsible, accountable and the "can-do and does care" attitude brought to you by Larry. I'm somewhat of a different buyer in that I never went to PA. to visit the dealership and a face to face with Larry, this was done strictly over the Internet and phone. Think about it, other than buying real estate, this is the second highest purchase you'll ever make in your life. Think I wasn't EXTREMELY NERVOUS?,..Over the Internet?,..No "Kicking of the tires"?,...You bet I was,..and the fact that I'm hadicapped did'nt make things easier, (And Larry NEVER knew I was handicapped), he still doesn't know,..but now he will. Larry sold me a 2005 Ford 50trh anniv. Thunderbird mettalic steel blue (only 145 of this model were made)so my value continues to grow every day. Larry, in his due dilligience, sent me several pics of the car, said it was owned by a man in his late 70's and the vehicle was climate-controlled, never out in the elements, and it looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. Thats how meticulous this car was, as is all of Larrys fine cars, wether you're looking for a Mercedes, a Porche, BMW,..or perhaps some American made vehicles, as this one is,... Make Larrys your last stop. He did not "Soft-soap" me, he spoke of the truth,..NO HIDDEN AGENDAS,..fact is, I loved a Mercedes SL 550,..and with his guidance WE made the right decision. As an Auto-exec he could have made a better financial deal with the 550, but thats not what Larry is all about,..Its about HONESTY, INTEGRITY and the where with all to be a part of the HiLine MotorsportsLLC Family, and I've become just that. I'm interested at present in purchasing probably a 2007 SL550,..and Larry's HiLine MotorSportsLLC is where I'll buy. Larry was instumental in helping me finance the car, took me right thru to close, and his personal blessing was on my "T-Bird" as he shipped it to me in NJ. People, I can't tell you the compliments I recieve on a daily basis of what a beautiful automobile I have,...wanting to know where I purchased etc., It makes me extremely proud to own my soon to be classic, and many Thanks goes to Larry and his phenomenal dealership. I recently purchased a 1999 Porsche C4 from Larry. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about the condition of the car. I wanted to trade a somewhat unknown car to Larry, and he was able to work something out. I would not hesitate to use Larry in the future for any other vehicle I may be interested in. Larry even pointed out small items with the car that I missed during inspection, one of teh few actually honest people left in this world.

I recently purchased a 2007 Porsche 911 from Larry at HiLine. The car was in perfect condition, as advertised. I even had Porsche mechanics check the car out and they found nothing wrong with it. The price was the best price that I found and I looked on all of the usual sites throughout the country. Finally, Larry did not pressure me at all and was patient and answered all my questions. I continue to have questions for him 1 month after the purchase and he answers all of them. I will definitely continue to do business with him as I found him to be completely trustworthy.

I cannot say enough for how thrilled I am to have this car (Benz SL600)and Larry Williams (and Dan) made the experience very easy. Just bought a 2008 SLK350 from Larry at Hiline Motorsports about 2 weeks ago. We are VERY pleased with the entire experience as well as the excellent vehicle. Larry is a nice guy who answered all my questions honestly, provided us lots of detail, and even disclosed stuff about the car he did not have to. The price was fair, the car was even nicer than described, and Larry went the extra mile to outfit me with a few additional options. Prior to driving 3 hours to see the vehicle, we negotiated a deal (assuming everything was as stated - and it was). The price was as agreed with no surprises or additional fees (included was a small processing fee that was clearly identified before I made the trip or any decisions). Again, this was an excellent and honest "no pressure" purchase. While I was at the dealership, TWO different repeat customer's stopped by Hiline - one purchased an AMG on the spot.
