I DROVE BY THE DEALERSHIP ON MY WAY TO WORK AND NOTICED A VEHICLE AT A GREAT PRICE. I CALLED DURING MY BREAK AND TALKED TO JUSTIN, HE TOLD ME THE CAR WAS INSPECTED AND THAT THE PRICE WAS CORRECT. WE NEEDED AN INEXPENSIVE AND RELIABLE COMMUTOR CAR. THAT NIGHT MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND TEST DROVE THE CAR. IT WAS A GREAT RUNNING CAR. WE MADE AN OFFER AND THE MANAGER BILL CAME OVER, HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND CURTEOUS ANSWERING ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. HE THEN SHOWED US THE BOOK VALUE AND SET US AT EASE AND WE PAID THE ASKING PRICE. WHEN WE WERE DRIVING OFF WITH IT AN ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. WE WENT BACK IN AND TALKED TO JUSTIN AND BILL. WE WERE ASSURED THAT THERE WAS NO ISSUES AND THAT THE LIGHT SHOULD GO OFF ON ITS OWN AND IT DID. THE CAR WAS A GREAT BUY AND THE ATTITUDES OF THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE IS EXCELLENT, IF YOU NEED A CAR GO TO HILLSBORO FORD.

I'm a single mom and when my car broke down I knew I had to get another one. So, after going to 2 other dealerships and explaining them my story and situation they couldnt or wouldnt help me. One of the dealerships actually told me to pick something out and they would see if they could help, they wouldnt even come out and let me start it up or anything. I was very discouraged. Then I went to Hillsboro Ford, and met with my salesperson. Chris sat me down and asked me some general questions and then after 15 minutes or so he showed me a couple of cars, letting me know that they would best fit what I was looking for. I was looking for something reliable, all wheel drive and under $200 per month, but my credit wasnt even close to decent. I picked out a vehicle and within 1.5 hours I was driving it home. My salesperson was very pleasant and listened to me. The head Manager Bill was great, he came over and explained things to me and when I agreed on payment, it was not much longer after that I drove my car off the lot. After I purchased it, it had a small issue and I brought it back in with no appointment and it was corrected the same day!! These guys rock!! Best car people I have ever met and they have great prices too! AN AMAZING COMBINATION!!

Having to buy a car was something that I have always dreaded. But this was a surprisingly good experience! In the past, with other dealerships, I have felt pressured, insulted, hassled and cheated. But Hillsboro Ford is a very different dealership. I worked with Chris Brown and he was genuinely helpful. He found exactly the car that I wanted and demonstrated the features. My new Ford Fusion Hybrid seemed complicated at first, but I've found it to be ergonomic and easy to learn. Chris has been very helpful in helping to resolve my followup questions and encouraged me to drop by for another tutorial if I need it. A year before buying this car, I had Hillsboro Ford do some extensive repair work on my old car. They did a nice job and I was impressed with their knowledge and efficient service... and that is why I began my search for a new car here. I've made it a point to tell my female friends - with great relief - that this is a different kind of car dealership and buying experience - because there is no pressure and the people are pleasant, genuinely helpful and very easy to work with. ALL cars ought to be sold this way.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HILLSBORO FORD!!! I've boughten quite a few vehicles & know a great place for business when I see one. I had been browsing every website known to man to find a vehicle that fit my needs at the price I was willing to pay, needless to say I found it at Hillsboro Ford. These folks there know how to do business & for the vehicle I wanted, their pricing was VERY competitive which is something they display on their website. Even though Hillsboro is quite a drive we went anyways knowing we were going to get a great vehicle for a great price. After a little bit of negotiations we were able to get a great deal on my new Ford Escape. These folks were great getting me in my new car. I was already approved with my own loan office but they wanted to help me drive the vehicle home that night, so they were able to approve me for the loan with the same interest rate I was going to get with my own Loan Office. It was a wonderful experience working with the folks there & when its time to purchase our next vehicle these folks will be the first to know.

I was looking for a car for my daughter and she told me about a price that was on a car online. I was skeptical of the price on line and called. When I got in to the dealership the price was same as online. Because we were looking at a lower priced car I figured that we would be treated not as good as when I bought my new car from another dealership. I was wrong, we were treated like we were spending a fortune. I would recommend you check them out before you go any place else. The entire experience was great! pleasantly suprised.

I drove all the from Boston for this great Deal! They made it an easy and fast experience. They are much easier to deal with than the big city dealerships I dealt with in the past. My salesman Chris was not pushy at all and very professional! It is a shame that they are so far away from me to use their service department ;( Thanks Hillsboro Ford!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After informing them I was driving quite a distance to look at one of their vehicles, I got there and they still hadn't put it through the shop, though they claimed to have had it on the lot for over 2 weeks. They wouldn't even let me test drive the vehicle more than a quick little turn around the parking lot, and couldn't answer ANY of the questions I had about the vehicle (4 wheel disk brakes? 1 owner?). Still it was a nice looking car and I was still considering buying it, until we got inside and discussed numbers. Though their car was listed at a very good price, they expected that my trade value would also be much lower to even things out. That's not a good deal, that is a hook to get people to the dealership and ultimately waste their time. Since I was offered less than half of what my vehicle was worth in trade, they came nowhere close to the payment range I was looking for. They just waste your time and won't work with you. Beware, or just shop elsewhere.

I just bought my 3rd Explorer from Hillsboro Ford. I check online and even thought I look elsewhere first it seems they always have the best price and I actually enjoy working with the folks there. I have also brought all my vehicles there for service too, and I can't say I have had any issues. Always consistent. Thanks Hillsboro Ford and see you for #4.... in a while though.

Purchased new car for my wife, very pleased with price, sales and overall process. Because of the way we were treated I decided to bring my truck in for inspection. I was told I needed new tires, the tires had good tread but were old and had very slow leaks. I was told they "were leaking from the sidewalls." A few weeks after I replaced the tires one tire was completely flat, another was 1/2 flat. I went back to service, replaced 2 valve stems. I asked "why replace only 2"? "Because they were all replaced when the new tires were installed". What are the odds of that? I felt that the slow leaks were from the valve stems and not as I was told ! I was quite upset and called the GM. The service Mgr. called and stuck with same story. "There was no charge, why was I upset ? Several weeks went by and 2 more tires were losing air, 1 at 10 lbs. the other at 20 lbs. TWO MORE VALVE STEMS. They acted like they were doing me a favor, no apology? I said I had been lied to enough and would never do business with them again. By the way, my wife recommended her cousin , who purchased a new car.
