I have been using cars.com as I looked and researched for a specific used vehicle. One search led me to Hines Park Lincoln where I then contacted them via cars.com -email-and they immediately replied by phone to see if they could answer any questions I had concerning that vehicle. The friendly representative presented the dealership hours and a contact if I decided to stop in. No pressures at all, just helpful info. What more could you ask for right! About a week later they contacted me again (Amanda) just to see where I was in my search and if they could offer any more assistance. Unfortunately the vehicle sold before I could visit, but I appreciated the non-pressure contacts they made and the friendly way in communicating their assistance if needed. I will probably return to their web site as I continue to look for that special vehicle. Thanks Amanda and Hines Lincoln for your professional and respectful way to do business :-)

I CAME IN WITH A NAIL ON THE INSIDE WALL AND THREAD SEPARATION ON THE LEFT REAR TIRE WHICH WAS CAUSING A VIDRATION THRU OUT THE VAN .THEY ORDER TWO NEW TIRES AND KEEPED THE VAN OVER NIGHT AS THE TIRES WOULDN'T BE IN TILL THE NEXT DAY AND GAVE ME A RIDE HOME. I bought a 2010 Ford Edge. Love the color (pearly white). Interior is very nice. Nice heated leather seats. I like the navigation, stereo and sync. Loaded. Couldn't be happier. Reasonably priced and the car was in great shape. Looks almost new. I enjoyed working with Charlie to get my new used car.

Had a rattle in the instrument panel, Bob Brant was the service person that helped me when I called for an appointment and required a loaner while my vehicle was in for repair, the whole process was quite smooth and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. When the vehicle was ready for pickup everything went as expected and I was on my way again in a shot time. So far no rattles...

Sales was perfect -- service much less good. Car that I purchased was on the dealer lot since April, 2015. When I picked up the car, it had a defective Battery. Next morning, car would not start. I called the dealership and the salesman picked up the car (jump started it) and had service inspect for defects. Service charged the battery and gave the car back. Next time I drove the car, same thing happened - car would not start. I called the dealer and they again picked up the car, and service replaced the defective battery with a new one, and now the car works properly. Also, the car was sold with old software - an upgrade was released in December and the service department required me to upgrade in January after the car was sold to me on January 4, 2016.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with your dealership. Our dealer, Tom Gackle, was very nice to work with. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. We saw the vehicle that we were interested in on-line, and when we talked to Tom, he knew exactly which one and proceeded to help us through the whole process. Although we had to wait one extra day to get the vehicle, it was worth it as your dealership found that both the brakes and tires were not up to your standards, so they were replaced with new products. We love our 2012 MKX and I have told Tom that when I am ready to purchase a vehicle for myself (MKX is for my wife), I will not hesitate to call Tom and drive the distance from our home in Southgate to do business with your dealership. I called for service because my Ford Escape's warning light came on with message that the coolant was low. I was given an appointment for the next day. I was greeted by a very friendly Service Manager, and my car was checked in quickly. Transportation home was provided. A short time later, I received a call that my car was ready and the Courtesy Car would be by to pick me up. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Hines Park Lincoln to everyone.

Very professional and friendly. I really enjoy Hines Park Lincoln employees and the overall modern atmosphere of the dealership. The only issue I have is that they did not wash or offer to wash the car before I picked it up. However, the reasons for service that I had identified were intermittent and, I believe, temperature related. As a result they could not be confirmed by the dealership and no service was actually performed.

I recently had to bring in my 2015 MKZ because the "tire pressure low" warning light was on. I pulled in and the service advisor was so helpful. He agreed to test all 4 tires for slow leaks and assured me they would get that sensor light off. After a little over an hour he told me the tires checked out fine and they over inflated the tires from 30 to 36 to ensure the light would not come back on during these wintry days. The service advisor was also kind enough to pull the car inside so I did not have to walk outside to retrieve it. Of Course I also received a free car wash. Also my sales rep Steve Traynoff came over to make sure everything was ok. Kudos to my service advisor for getting this taken care of for me. Hines Park Lincoln always makes me feel like royalty.

This is not my first time at Hines Park, I have been coming to this dealership for 3 years. I keep coming back because this is one of the best dealerships I have ever been too. The staff are very helpful and courteous I love the fact I can take my car in early on a Saturday and not have to take tim off from work. I am usually in an out in around 30 minutes when getting the works package. They usually either email me or text me to let me know if it's time to bring my car in for maintenance. I also like that I can take my tablet in so I can read while waiting or catch up on the news on one of there TV sets. They also have complimentary drink of tea or coffee or juice and a snack. They just do a great job an make it a very nice experience to take your car in to the dealership. I have told a lot of my friends to go there when they have meantioned how they aren't happy with where they are going. Keep up the great job.

I went to the Quick Lane Canton service center on Thursday with a coupon for an oil change, but after reviewing my maintenance history with an advisor I realized I should get a tire rotation. Unfortunately I didn't print out "The Works" coupon which would have included the tire rotation at a discounted price. But, No problem! The service advisor gave me the coupon price for "The Works" package -- very pleased.Then, after returning home, I found a phone message from Quick Lane advising me that the mechanic forgot to put the wheel locks in the car, and I could come in for them Friday before 11:00 AM. I called them back explaining I couldn't get there in time and would pick the locks up Monday. They said they didn't want me to go that long without locks and offered to drive them to my house, which I accepted. This is really exceptional service and concern for the customer at its best. I've been going there every since I bought my Mariner in 2010 and have found the coupons to be of great value and the service friendly, with no attempts to push service or products on me.

They are always courtious and considerate of the car owners. Easy place to wait and will answer my questions when sometimes they are just banal. They never act as though I should know, but rather as though it was the most important question and they answer with respect. That is more important than some of life's major problems. I was in from Chicago visiting my mom and we decided to go car shopping. We ended up at Hines and had an excellent experience. I was initially looking for a used car for my daughter and due to the professional courteous manner of Charlie the salesman and Hines reputation for selling only quality used vehicles I purchased one for her and one for myself. Charlie and Tim from finance made the long distance transaction seamless and had everything ready to go when we arrived. I'm especially grateful for how they staged the cars and provided the classic big red bow for daughter surprise-class act. Charlie went the extra mile when I asked that the vehicles have license plate holders in front of car (IL law) he ordered holders specific to each vehicle Giving them a nice finished look. The 2013 Lincoln MKX that I purchased is great, and the sales person (Tom Gackle) and sales manager (Marv Yager) were good to deal with. Low pressure and accommodating of reasonable requests. I felt as though they were trustworthy, respected my time, and did not employ any pressure tactics or try to sell me overpriced, unnecessary extras. I will likely deal with them again for my next purchase.

My wife's Navigator has had the drivers side window come off the track a couple of times, the dealership has always been very helpful. I am very pleased with the service your dealership provides especially to a woman. However I would tell you the "Canton Quick Lane" you recommend to service our vehicles is completely the opposite. I do not trust them, they are always upselling unneeded repairs and will not stand behind damage done to our vehicle at there shop. I would suggest not putting your good customer service reputation on the line by recommending a poor repair shop.

Staff was excellent setting up the appointment and then providing the service and following up with info to let us know what the problems were, cost and when the vehicle would be ready. Even more surprising was this vehicle was purchased at another dealership and the level of service I received at Hines Park was as if I purchased this vehicle with them. Its an inconvenience for me to bring our vehicles to them for service, but its well worth the time and distance!

when I first arrived I was told the service would takeabout 2 hours. Two hours for just an oil change and tire rotation, plus routine fluid checks. I had an appointment and was told they would try totake me sooner. They did. The entire service took less than one hour, for which I was very grateful. I forget who the service rep was, but she was very nice and did a great job of making mea happy and satisfied customer. See you when I need another service check. Thanks again.

I have always brought my Lincoln for service at your dealership. I am usually very satisfied with your service department. There was only one time when I needed new tires because the wires were showing on the tires and no one brought this to my attention when I brought the car in for my 100,000 mile check up. Someone in service dropped the ball. Thank god my son noticed my tires and insisted I replace them.

Our salesman, although new, was most courteous and helpful. If I had a question he was unable to answer he would check with another sales person or his manager to make sure my question was answered. The credit manager was excellent and made sure we understood all of the paperwork. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The facility was spotless and inviting. All in all, probably the best car buying experience we've had!We purchased a Lincoln MKZ.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE in trying to get my car fixed. Needed to take it back a third time and they refused to provide me a loaner. Wouldn't even fix it at the dealership and was told I have to go to their other facility in Canton. Then when I wanted the dealership to fix it and not that other facility in Canton since they couldn't fix it the first 2 times since I have no confidence that the 3rd time they will fix it, was told to take it to a Chrysler dealer for the esp service since they are not Chrysler experts. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER.

I had my car serviced for my trip to Florida. I liked the fact that I could supply my own parts. Replacement bulbs are very expensive through the Ford network, particularly Xenon HID bulbs. I have my cars serviced regularly there and find the service very reliable and professional.

Simple oil change performed. Asked about the recommended vehicle mileage on my 2014 Taurus before I have spark plugs and coolant flush performed. Answer was around 98,000 miles. Estimated prices were given on each of the services to be performed. This was very helpful. An appointment will be made soon to have these two items taken care of.

The problem with my 2010 MKT was a warning that the 'cross traffic and blind side warning' was not operational. The service people had to do extensive diagnostics to find that the problem was intermittent and coming from the passenger side view mirror. After the new mirror arrived at Hines Park, it had to be painted and then installed and this required keeping the car. They arranged for me to have a rental car during this time and they did their best to make this a good situation. I really appreciate their professionalism, and since I've owned this vehicle, all maintenance has been done at Hines Park and I find them to be honest and trustworthy.

He reassured me that they will find the problem. He was more concerned about my safety, so he asked me if I wanted to drive a another Lincoln vehicle for the weekend (a 2014 Lincoln MKX is what I selected) while the mechanic check out my MKX. My initial experience with Hyde Park Lincoln was 3 years ago, when I purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKT with very low mileage. My dealings with your sales staff were all very satisfactory; I couldn't have been treated better. Most recently, I came to Hyde Park Lincoln for services that included repair of a non-functioning windshield washer and a middle seat fold-down latch, plus replacement of the third brake light near the top of the rear hatch-door. During my visit, my discussions with service representative Zach were crystal clear in terms of explanations of what needed to be done and how much time would be involved. When I returned to pick up my vehicle the next day, I commented to Zach that "this is what high quality service should feel like!That comment was made in relation to a rather dissatisfying service experience I had at the Hyde Park Ford location in New Hudson (the details of which I won't go into in this review). All in all, I would highly recommend Hyde Park Lincoln to any of my friends and associates, both for the purchase of a vehicle and for excellent service. And, if and when I am in the market to purchase another vehicle, you can be sure that I will return to Hyde Park Lincoln.RES

Its much better than taking somewhere else to just get an oil change. Also like the fact that they run my car through the car wash. The coffee, magazines and TV are nice also when you wait. I had the oil changed in our Lincoln Navigator, and was exceptionally pleased with the dealership. I have been in many auto dealerships in my life, and this is the very best physical facility that I have ever seen. Also the staff went a "above and beyond" what is expected when one has an oil change. Everyone that I talked with was friendly, courteous, and helpful, and gave me some good suggestions on how to maintain my vehicle. The coffee and roll was also appreciated. The Navigator was returned to me on time, and was washed. Great service----I will definitely return for all of the required service, and any warranty work that is necessary

Geno, my salesman, explained everything with the car, answered all my questions I had, and never pressured me into buying the car. They set up the financing for me through my credit union so it saved me a trip. They even put on brand new tires and brakes for me on the 2 year old car I purchased! I had a problem with my spare keys. They were returned to us back in July when the car was in for a recall issue. The tag unfortunately was marked MKT and we have a MKZ. The spare keys were not needed until October and they would not work. Assuming we had the wrong fob and key, I took it back to service. Kirsteen was very kind and did not immediately know what was wrong and check all areas and her manager to see if a key had been missing, etc. I left the set with her and she assured me they would solve the problem even if a new set needed be made. Fortunately, it was only a bit later she called and said the problem was the battery was dead in the fob and she guessed they had been incorrectly marked as MKT. She even offered to come to the house to check to see if that was the case but as luck would have it, I was only blocks away from the dealership. She was correct, the fob now worked and I have my spare set back - without feeling like an idiot. Thanks Kirsteen!

I am a former Lincoln owner and brought my present Ford Escape in for a free oil change with my accumulated Lincoln reward "points". It was suggested that if my vehicle was due for tire rotation, I could use some of my reward dollars to pay for that, which I did. Went to look at used car I had seen on line. Was hoping to get an upgrade on my current Lincoln. The dealership and most employees just seemed snobby. I felt like we were not good enough for them. Wanted to trade in my 2010 Lincoln and upgrade to a nice 2014 we seen. Couldn't even get close on the pricing. They also fell almost $3000 short on my trade (which was in mint condition with low miles) and then would not budge one dollar on the used vehicle price. I am not made we didn't get the car, I am just disappointed that they think they have gold plated vehicles. Drove a few miles down the road to the next Lincoln dealer and actually picked up another vehicle the same night that was almost identical for $2000 less plus they paid off my trade. Couldn't be happier! Unless you don't care about price, stay away from this dealer. Too bad because i was also a repeat buyer from this dealer. Unfortunate that my "favorite" dealer is now about 20 miles away instead of just down the road. :-( ......not a good way to treat older repeat customers!! Hope the word gets out....

2014 MKS. Had service rep sync my wife's phone to the car and had 5000 mile service. As I was waiting for the car I was thinking that with today's technology they could capture the customer's image when they sign the car in and the cashier could come to the customer when the car is ready with the customer copy of the work order. If money is due, the cashier could be carrying a tablet device with a cube attached (like they do at the Apple Store) so the customer's credit card could be swiped on the spot. This would improve the customer experience and make us feel more pampered. That way we wouldn't have to constantly listen for our name to be called and worry that they may have called it while we were in the bathroom or down chatting with a sales person. Also instead of the cashier waiting for a paper copy from the shop she could get an electronic copy when the car is headed into the car wash.

I leased a 2016 MHz. It is my second one & my second time working with Greg Kroetsch. He is wonderful. We live in Marshall so my husband tried to talk me in to staying closer to home for a car. We looked & people were nice enough but Greg came up with the best deal. When we went to get the car Greg had taken care of all the paper work & everything was ready for me to sign. He spent about 2 hours with us explaining ever bell & whistle. By the time we left my husband shook his hand & told him how glad he was I insisted we come back to Greg & Hines Park Lincoln!

Had some maintenance completed on my car.I made my appointment with Hines Park Lincoln on line and it was confirmed promptly. When I arrived to drop off my car I was greeted immediately and all the necessary paperwork was completed and I was on my way back home. When the work had been completed, I was notified. Picking up the car was easy and convenient. The car was freshly washed and all the work had been completed to my satisfaction.

Great experience. I was able to take care of my first maintenance visit and 2 recalls at the same time. Zac took extra time to answer my questions, especially one that I had about the fit of the airbag in the steering wheel. Eric was very helpful taking care of me my loaner request - the only drawback was having to wait 20-25 minutes for him to get free. Maybe they could up staff during busy periods? Just a thought. Otherwise everything went great. My car was returned in better condition than when I dropped it off, which is always a plus.

I brought my MKZ in for a number of issues, a power steering recall, an auto trunk issue, a sticky seat belt on the passenger side, an A/C issue, and a cracked Windshield. I dropped the vehicle off on a Wednesday at about 2 pm and got a call on Thursday about 3 pm that the car was done. Service was done great.On the way home I goofed up the sync phone settings. Young man stayed on the phone with me to walk me through total download process. High praise for service advisor Kirsteen Marie Stewart. She was able to coordinate my 15.000 mile checkup and address the steering gear bolt recall issue in just over an hour. Prior to coming I had phoned the dealership and asked whether this would be possible. The gentleman I spoke to basically blew me off saying the recall would take 5 hours and that it would have to be scheduled separately. Big difference in how this gentleman responded versus my experience with Kirsteen who went out of her way to be accommodating.

I am so glad that my salesperson Geno Montes encouraged me to purchase the tire and rim insurance. I brought my car in last week to check a tire as my low tire pressure message was on. My advisor got my car in immediately (without an appointment) and had the tire checked. Less than two hours later I drove out with one new tire and another one repaired. I would just like to say that my husband and I have owned more that 10 Lincoln and Ford vehicles and have never had the experience that we did at Hines. A few weeks ago when we came in to look at a car the dealership was a little short staffed due to a meeting and also coworkers taking turns to show respect to a coworker who had lost his son. Jeff Blessing, changed his plans to show his respect after work to take care of us. I just want to say that I thought that was the most thoughtful thing considering where he was supposed to be. You don't find very many dealerships that have such a high qualify of customer service as Hines Lincoln. When we did decide to purchase the vehicle this week, everything went so smoothly. We were out of the dealership in last than two hours and had the vehicle in hour position in less than two hours the next day. I don't think I will ever go to another dealership ever after coming to Hines. Jeff Blessing and Casey (finance officer) were two of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever come across at a dealership. Keep up the good work you guys! And thanks for the great experience.

This was a scheduled vist for an annual service and 2 recalls if possible. I had planned to wait at the dealership for the service, but if there was an opportunity to complete the recalls in the same visit I wanted to do so. Since one of the recalls would require 5 hours which I had not planned for, the staff quickly arranged a loaner and I was able to attend to other business. Everything was completed as scheduled and a 5 hour plus wait on my part was avoided. Thanks!

My one year old battery failed on my MKX. The service dept replaced it at no charge since it was under warranty, I got an oil change and tire rotation and all within the 2 hour window they projected. Hines Park Lincoln porters were very friendly and courteous and took me home while my car was being serviced. Everyone made sure I stayed dry on that very rainy day. Your service dept is top notch and this is the only place I take my car for service and maintenance.

Steve Traynoff was my sales person and he was very helpful and accommodating. When I picked up the car he made every effort to make me feel special and spent almost an hour with me showing me all the features in the car. Had he not done that, I probably wouldn't have known half the things the car could do. The car pick up area was very nice and really made you feel as if you were a part of the luxury experience. He was attentive, presented option details in a way that was easy to understand. He discussed our options for financing and worked with us on making the vehicle the most cost efficient for us. After looking at the car we were interested in, we took it for a test drive. When we came back, Mike was there to greet us and talk about our feedback. He I could go on and on but the bottom line is that Mike is a top-notch salesman making his customer first. My wife and I have been buying/leasing cars from Bill Hazelton at Hines Park since 1997. I think he's one terrific guy working at a great dealership. My new vehicle is a 2015 MKX, replacing a 2013 MKX with exactly the same equipment. I clearly like the vehicle very much. Over the years the service department has never let us down in either quality or promptness. It's the best car dealership I've ever gone to, and I've been buying cars for over 50 years.

Very satisfied with location, condition of property staff is exceptional, waiting area is remarkable. Trouble in the form of damage to vehicle occurs too often. Minor issues that many customers may never notice or care about but I do. If we can get past these small items then your services would be perfect. I will continue to do my part by cautioning before service is performed and report any instances to get us to where I can be completely satisfied.

My mother recently purchased a used Lincoln MKZ from this dealership. The car needed service on her passenger side airbag. The repair was made with no issues, she was given a loaner car (even more luxurious than the one she purchased) and the technician noticed she had a tire in her trunk with a bent rim (pothole. Ugh.) and reminded her that she had paid extra for tire insurance and took the initiative to replace that rim !! She is very happy with the service and courteous treatment she received and so am I !! I recommend this dealership for sales and service. Job well-done : )
