This was 100% the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. The process was so easy and smooth and Anthony and Brian Gross were there to answer every question I had! I had full trust in them and had no doubt that they were getting me the best deal possible. I will be recommending them to any family member or friend looking to buy a new car. I know I'll be returning when I'm ready to buy something else!!

Gary Cohen and Pauline Hughes were absolutely awesome!!! This by far was one of my best experiences purchasing. My wife and I traded in both our cars at the same time, Gary and Pauline handled everything smoothly and we truly felt valued and appreciated. I know generally as soon as you sign the papers, it is time to move onto the next customer, however we did not feel that way.

Alex and Greg made our car buying so very easy. Both are extremely professional, and welcoming. Alex went out of his way, to get another vehicle, that we requested to see, from another dealer, before we arrived. Greg was just as helpful , and explained, completely, the warranties that were available for us to purchase. Alessandra was our first contact , on line, & by phone, she was so helpful, pleasant, and professional. They are a great team! We have already recommended them to a few family members. Thank you, & we love our 2020 Fusion!!

Again, if you are reading this I urge you not to use Quick Lane. I called a day prior because my key case broke and "parts" told me I would pay 60 dollars (sure no problem). The next day I got to parts and unfortunately they send me to the unprofessionals at Quick Lane and tell me my key will cost over 200 dollars...a key...200 dollars.... I tried to explain my best to Colleen but apparently she couldn't comprehend what parts told me and basically said you're paying 200 not 60. So I told her I'm not paying that, it's a rip off. So get this, I go to the Sales Manager (George) who refers me to a guy who could fix my problem. This guy charged me $50...this proves Quick Lane is a rip off, and the employees are a joke. I am not your average customer who likes posting negative reviews, Holman Ford Sales Employees are friendly and professional and I will buy another vehicle there. Just don't take your vehicle to Quick Lane because you'll have to deal with crooks.

We had the pleasure of purchasing a certified pre-owned Explorer today. I called yesterday to inquire and talked to Steve in Turnersville. The Vehicle we wanted was in another location and not only did he inquire for us but he personally went and picked it up for us and brought it to where we were located. He was able to keep us at the exact payment we wanted and in a smaller payoff time frame. If you want someone who's not your typical salesman and is truly interested in helping you check him out.

My wife's car was dropped off at Holman Ford Lincoln Turnersville NJ on May 6, 2016 with a diagnosis of a faulty water pump that would take 2 days to repair. After approximately 4 days, She received a call stating that they were waiting for the part. No further details were given. Thursday May 12th, another call was made by the service department that once again, the part had not arrived. No further details were given. No contact was made again until May 17, where she called and spoke with a service advisor who then informed her that the part was not going to be available until June 5 as they stated they could not procure the part from any of their local dealers. At no time from May 6 until May 17 was any discussion of a resolution other than her simply waiting ever offered. On May 18, after realizing that they did not have her best intentions at heart, we took it upon ourselves to locate, purchase, pick-up and deliver to the service department the necessary part needed for the vehicle after having traveled to the State of Pennsylvania, Ambler to be exact, to do so. At the time of delivery of said part, we were once again told the vehicle would be ready in two(2) days. His exact words were, "I'll have it for you on Friday." On Friday May 20 at approximately 4:30pm, she called the service department as we had not heard from them and inquired about the vehicles status. She was told that it was not ready and that the "ONE" guy who was working on it was feeling sick and that they hoped to have it for her "LATE" Monday. This is our one and only vehicle so we have been severely inconvenienced for two weeks when a "promise" of two days was initially given. At this point, it is not unreasonable to request a loaner vehicle as it clear by the already demonstrated practices that they have no idea when they will complete this repair. Of course, at no time was that ever even considered or offered by them. Further more, We have incurred costs associated with traveling including taxi fees, rental car fees and public transportation fees already twice the cost of the initial estimate of the repair. Is it too much to ask that consideration regarding the bill be given and that a significant portion be reduced due to the outrageous wait times, out of pocket costs we've had to endure and a clear and present misrepresentation of the repair procedure on a whole? Just Saying...

Milked me for every dollar. Was going to take my wife to get a Ford Edge from Brian Gross , but not anymore after what this place sold me. Less than 2 years I had this tuck and already paying $500 in repairs and pay $466 a month what they sold me. It's ok they took 30 dollars off the service bill...saved me a fortune. Find it hard to believe my first visit, " oh your truck's in great condition Mike!" This visit... Now in the waiting room for 4.5 hours Colleen coming back and forth telling me it's got a whole lot of problems. You would've thought I took this thing off roading. Thanks for my money you succeeded. I will never buy another vehicle here again and will advise others to do the same. Next oil change I will take my business else where.

Recently, I went to this Holman dealership with my husband. We test drove a used Nissan Versa. (We originally had a test drive scheduled for it, but it was cancelled because someone bought the car. However, their financing fell through, so it came up for sale again.) Anyway, we liked the car and made an offer. The salesman, Mark, talked to someone and returned to us. He said the offer was 'doable'. But, rather than sell us the car, he said 'it's out of my hands', and 'it's an upper management issue', and 'it's above my pay grade'. What was 'out of his hands', etc? We had no idea, he was so vague. He didn't explain or elaborate on why an offer was 'doable', yet he wasn't selling us the car. We were tired from work and didn't want to argue what seemed to be a moot point. We ended up getting a better deal somewhere else, thankfully. But our experience at Holman in Turnersville was so weird. And though Mark was polite, he didn't seem anxious for a sale. He called the next day or so, and explained that someone else bought the car. What a strange place, and a waste of our time. The best part of the trip was our stop at Outback afterward. They get any extra stars that are left over.

Own a 2013 MKZ leased at Holman. Car has 4 recalls. Nice. Made appt 3 weeks ago for recalls and service due. Called today at 3 to ask if I could bring it late afternoon as I have a meeting in AM. I was told to come in.just before 5:30. Arrived 5:20 or so. Only Quick Lane was attended. Was told to fill out a night drop. Awful. Then I had a loaner reserved as its a Lincoln. They use Enterprise. Asked 3 times where they were. Then everyone went home. Was told at 6:10... Oh. They are coming. Sales saw humor. They told me to buy a new car. Then I wont have to wait!!! I would die first. Found envelope. Got my key and left. Called Lincoln Division. They were not amused. 4 recalls for a car built in Mexico from an incompatent dealer. I think its time to rethink things. Avoid like the plague.

Bought a Lincoln Certified vehicle from Holman, there is about 150 different things they "certify" to make sure the vehicle is in top operating condition. Well, one of the seats had a good rip in the leather upon further observation. Two head rest DVD players. One behind the drivers seat had a DVD jammed in it, and the other didn't even work. The car has a fragrance smell that doesn't leave. Lincoln Certified by Holman, don't believe it, if I can find these obvious things, I am sure they didn't do all the checks to the engine, transmission and other components you can't see.In addition, they had a check list that they checked these areas of the car and all where up to Lincoln Certified Status. I got no where with Holman, but Lincoln stepped in after several calls and made things right. I would trust these guys, it's like a dealer back in the 1960's or 1970's, they could car less about repeat business and this was from the top management down to the salesman.

I shopped a great many brands and dealerships since we had not purchased a car in many years. Hands down winner not just at a good price, but at a comparable price for a product beyond compare. The product and salesman George Parker made all the difference. My wife is extremely happy with George, her new car and brilliant hubby who put Holman on the short list.

Bought a 38K used vehicle, still under warranty and Lincoln "so called" certified. These guys, General Manager-Michael Wolfe, Pre-Owned Manager-Pouya Pourghassem and Salesman Max Wilson will lie like crazy and treat like you would not believe in this day and age. This group should be in a movie from the 1970's on how car dealers treat customers. They lied about issue after issue, hard to contact anyone in charge, said "we don't work that way", gave false prices about floor matts they would include, said it was around $300, checked online, $95.00. I called Lincoln in Detroit and took multiple issues to a higher level. Lincoln did take care of me and reimbursed me slightly over $1000.00 on various issues that these guys tried to pass to me.

Niles was absolutely wonderful. I can't thank him and the finance manager enough for doing all they possibly could to get me into my new Focus, which I LOVE. Niles was friendly and without a doubt had me and my mothers best interests in mind. We had been to a few other dealerships and none of them greeted us at the door like Niles, nor made us feel like they truly wanted to help us. At Ford with Niles, it was the exact opposite. He's the best! I'm happy to know that at Ford, they have the customers best interests in mind and are willing to do whatever needs to be done to make sure we're good and okay. I couldn't be more grateful to have Niles as my first dealer for my first car purchase!

Chad was wonderful. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He showed me several vehicles that I was interested in. He is very knowledgeable and a great salesman. After my purchase, he was very helpful showing me the different and new features on my Escape. The dealership was clean and the environment relaxing. I love my new Escape. Thanks Chad and Holman Ford.

Hello, I have not encountered any difficulties with my F150,nor do I expect any. The vehicle has surpassed any preconceived expectations. Mark is a knowledgeable courteous salesman. He made himself available according to my schedule, which can change suddenly. He listened to our description of what we wanted in a vehicle and found the right one. He introduced us to Holman staff in the service department and gave us a tour of the dealership. I would certainly recommend Mark & Holman as it was a great experience.

I traded in my 2002 sebring for a 2012 ford fusion. I loved the car and the gas mileage is great. The car salesman bill was good for all his help selling me a fairly new car. Excellent customer service at this dealership and next time hopefully purchase another one in the near future.

The pricing was off, the vehicle had scratches on it. There was a first call to follow up once I called with a question but called numerous other Times and have not received any calls back. The odd part was the pricing was odd. Monthly did not seem right and there were fees that did not make sense. We went to Miller ford in lumberton and bought same vehicle brand new no scratches for 3k less and higher trade. Go see Lee G.

We purchased a new Escape from Holman and it was a good experience for us. The salesman did not try to pressure us. He took us on two test drives of the vehicle on different occasions and was ultimately able to find the exact Escape we were looking for. Overall a pleasant new car buying experience

i,ve been satisfied with purchases here and i particularly like dealing with bill pedrick.but i,ve had issues with service several times in the past.i was inticed back with a coupon for oil change and multi-inspection.it was supposed to be "quick lane" service but i was told that it would take an hour to an hour and a half.it took two and a half hours.the next day i started checking and found badly corroded batterey terminals.the next day i found an oil stain on my driveway the size of a large pizza.i"ll go back but this will be the last time.i have no warranty left and there are several proven mechanics near by.one's too slow another is cranky but they are honest and have done work right the first time.as for buying here again,i took a test ride while i was waiting at the not-so-quick-lane and i was very interested in that car.now i have to tell bill i'm out because i have to let this sour taste subside.besides i'm looking to go back to acura.

My 2006 Lincoln LS V8 was towed to to the service department for repairs only to find out from the service rep. that my car had bad spark plugs and that gas had flooded the plugs from the fuel injectors, therefore preventing it from starting up. I was told that the plugs were no good and that for $256 they only needed to be cleaned of gas from the fuel injectors. This was the reason they charged me $256 with no replacement of parts at all. it was my first time there and I was terribly angered at the rep because I had the dealer in Lumberton, NJ perform a complete tune-up within the last year which includes replacing the spark plugs. On the paper work the rep indicates that the plugs were ok. I feel like I was overcharged and lied to because there was no proof other than the word of the rep as to the problem indicated by Holman Lincoln / Ford. I would never recommend this service center to any one nor would I ever buy a car from them.

At first, I was more than pleased with this dealership. Then it came time to get into the 'nitty gritty' if you will. My father was with me as I am young and still learning this whole process. Holman appeared to offer a decent price, however, once the car was delivered there were numerous things wrong. I made sure to point it out as any other dealership would make you some sort of counter offer or at least offer to have it fixed. I even went to the extent to meet them half way and pay to repair half of the damage. The salesperson we dealt with told us there was no room to move, which we know was a lie. She also made the repairs seem quite extensive and pricey although one was as minor as a paint touch up in one small spot. We then sat down and began to talk numbers. My father and I started to notice some unexplained costs. When asking for an explanation for these fee's, the salesperson appeared annoyed. She also made some sly remarks here and there, but I let them go to which I would not have under normal circumstances. Quite unprofessional if you ask me. We begin to sign papers to run a credit check and get the signing process started when they so conveniently (not the sarcasm) realized the put my payoff in wrong and it was more than they initially put in and raised my montly payment almost $20.00. I found that completely shady. It was too convenient that they waited until we were sitting in front of them in the midst of signing papers to point this out. The sales person began to notice my frusturation and made comments such as "be thankful, I was done at 5:00 and it's 7:30 and I'm still here." With all do respect, I believe you stayed to get the commission. I would have bought the car with or without her.I am young, however I am on my fourth car as we normaly lease them. Every time we have dealt with getting a new car, the dealerships keeps us involved every step of the way. With Holman, there was a lot of talk behind closed doors. I was not happy with how this deal was handled in any way, shape or form. I felt it was very shady and I found myself with more questions than confidence in said dealership. In the end, I had enough of the games and walked away from the deal. The very next day, I was able to find the same car Holman offered me at another dealership which was two years newer at the same price Holman offered me. Needless to say, I will never be dealing with Holman again for pricing and professionalism reasons. Unsatisfied is an understatement. Never again.

In September we brought our 2006 Ford Fusion To Holman Ford in Turnersville because the air bag light went on and numerous other problems. After spending a lot of money, there was still an unresolved problem that had to do with the defective interior door handles which literally snap off in your hand. In the beginning of September of this year we paid $1600.00 plus to get the car in working order, and we were pleased, and hoped to keep the car since we loved the way it handled and hoped that it would serve us well. In fact, I sent the dealer a positive review when they sent out their survey. I didn't receive a dealer survey after my recent October visit. Now, a month later,we have lost all faith in Ford as well as in the dealer who tried to fix it. The rear door handle part was not in stock in September and they had to order it. It seems to be such a problem on the Fusion that they can't keep them in stock. Each door handle, parts and labor, cost $167.00 each. In mid October when the part came in for the rear door, we brought the car back again for them to install it. That is over $320.00 just to get the doors to work! Now we gave them over $1750.00, and when we went to pick the car up - the power locks all of a sudden do not work! They informed us that we would have to pay another $300 plus on top of the $1750.00 just to use the power locks. The power locks worked before I brought my car to them! Should it cost $620.00 just to fix door handles and locks?? I had enough! I just couldn't shell out anymore money to Holman. They were horrible to deal with and when we tried to talk to them, they simply walked us to the cashier's window and said - goodbye! WOW - What great service! Now - it is the end of of October, and we are very upset about the poor quality of our Ford Fusion. I read an article in the Gloucester Times about Ford quality slipping, and I couldn't agree more. Yesterday I went to Liberty Toyota and traded the Fusion( as is - no power locks)in for a Toyota Corolla. What a difference in the quality of the Toyota! I wrote a review for Liberty Toyota also, and gave them an excellent rating. I know that my Toyota Corolla will last long after I make the last payment. All I can say to Holman Ford - is Goodbye to you, and I will never buy another Ford product or deal with Holman ever again.

Was searching for a good used truck on the net and found one that was in my price range and age/mileage at Holman of Turnersville. The dealership is almost two hours from my home, and when I called to ask if I was able to put a deposit to hold it until I was able to come to take a look at it I was told no, we don't accept credit cards (what?) and I'll need to take my chances. So, I had to take off from work to drive to the dealership to check the truck out. To my surprise, the truck had been marked down from their internet price, which was nice, so I took it for a test drive ('06 Chevy 2500). The test drive revealed a noise in the steering gear/front transaxle and I was told that it would be taken care of if I bought the truck. Fine. I struck the deal with the assurance that the truck would be fixed and detailed when I returned with cash in a few days. The day I returned it was raining, so I couldn't expect too much from the detail service, but it had never been touched at all. The engine bay was filthy and still splattered with something that had been caught in the fan; the interior was cursory wiped with Armor-all, even on the floors (to which I kept slipping on), the ashtray was never cleaned and there was crap underneath the seats. To disguise the cigarette smell, a small air cleaner had been clipped to the seat underneath. The exterior was the same way - twigs and debris in the door jambs. The noise had been taken care of, though I'm still dubious that it's "fixed" - there is a noticeable clunk felt through the steering column at certain intervals. The salesman said "Hey, you're a car guy!" as if that would solve the issues.Even though the vehicle had low miles, it seemed to have led a hard life. The bed was scratched up, there was a dent on the passenger rear corner that they didn't disclose in the sales ad, and the rear bumper seems to have been hit, as it's a half-inch out of square. None of those things really affect the driving, of course, but it would have been nice to know about them before I drove the miles and took off of work.

We had no problems at this dealership. We knew what kind of payment we could afford, I had a pretty good idea of the price of a used F150 truck. Holman Ford worked with us to get us the truck we wanted at the price we could afford. I would have purchased my most recent car there, if they had what I was looking for. As it was, we went to Holman Mt. Laurel.

Went to Holman Turnersville to purchase a new F150 after waiting about 20 minutes to be waited on A salesman named Eric asked if he could help us , we told him we were interested in a particular truck he had on the lot he offered to let us take it for a drive upon returning we were accused of almost having an accident with the truck my wife and I looked at each other like where did this come from he continued to bring this up we have no idea where he came up with this story. We sat down to discuss a price and the best he would do was list price was he kidding? His only offer was to extend the loan term to bring the monthly payments down, when we told him we were not interested he tried to sell us a used truck which we were not at all interested in. We left with a rather lousy opinion of Holman Turnersville (the truck we were interested in is still on their lot 2 months later) We went to another dealership and was given a great deal on a new F150, I have purchased several Fords from the Holman Dealerships over the years but I will never purchase there again, if you are interested in purchasing from them let the Buyer Beware.

I purchased a 2006 Ford Mustang from Holman of Glassboro. This location closed approximately a year after. I was promised shuttle service for the first day of repair, and told that the FORD GAP INSURANCE and 75K/7YR EXTENDED BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY was required to finance the vehicle. HOLMAN TURNERSVILLE refused shuttle service due to my distance from their location. At LESS THAN 38,000 miles this vehicle has had three break problems, a blown power steering pump, and a leak which lead to corrosion in the SMART JUNCTION BOX. Despite technical service bulletins, and various calls to the dealership and the manufacturer, I was told I would be charged a total nearing $1,600 to repair the leak and the SMART JUNCTION BOX. SCOTT RESKA entered a coworker's name on the work order - and failed to retrieve my warranty information to determine what is covered. I was promised I would be contacted before incurring any out-of-pocket expenses. Approximately a week later, I was charged a $100 deductible, nearly $100 in diagnostics for the issue regarding the leak (symptom reported was power windows which did not always function properly with the auto up/down feature). I advised Kathy the service manager that (with a witness present) I crossed out the section on the work order that would have waived my right to receive a written estimate - and that SCOTT RESKA promised that I would not be charged any out of pocket expenses prior my approval. Kathy asked me to hold while she spoke with Scott, and claimed that Scott denied having promised me the opportunity to approve any incurred expenses - despite my annotation to the work order. Scott Reska was the individual who advised me to make the annotation to the work order - he said I could "cross it out". He refused to counter-sign, after making that suggestion to me!Buying a Ford, spending nearly $2000 on extended warranties, and dealing with the Holman Autogroup has been a complete nightmare. I feel that I have been lied to, I feel I have been stolen from. I feel that I was tricked and deceived into charges that I EXPLICITLY STATED I DID NOT CONSENT TO. I do not feel that a vehicle that has had three brake problems in three years, power steering failure, and electrical system corrosion to be a safe vehicle to drive. Would you like to buy a new car, and (as per sales person in Glassboro - John Banks) "7 year/75k mile bumper to bumper warranty", to find that in less than 40k miles, has faulty breaks, steering, leaks, and corrosion--that neither the dealership or Ford are willing to resolve?I would recommend researching all TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETINS on any Ford product you own. Hopefully your car has less than 36,000 miles and your dealership will resolve those issues. If you find a TSB regarding your problem, ensure that it is fixed properly!
