Although the process was long due to they were busy, they stayed with me at all times making sure I was comfortable & needed anything. I really appreciated Mr. David's excellent customer service & helping me make the right decision. We have used this dealership to service our 2014 CRV with some nice oil change coupons,but this last time I was told that a transmission fluid replacement ( $95) was recommended by Honda at 30,000 miles. Taken by surprise, and not wanting to miss a service item, I agreed . When I got back home and looked it up, Honda recommends a transmission change at 30,000 miles if the car is constantly being towed!!! When I email the service manager, I received only a call from the sales department wanting to sell me another car!!!

Our Sales consultant DSLewis was amazing! Really patient, funny and gave us all the info we needed. We weren't thinking of buying the car that day but the offer we got was SO good that we got it! They had what we wanted, quick, and knowledgeable. there was no pressure to buy and they didn't play the "good cop bad cop" routine to make us feel like we got a better deal with the second manager or new car sales mgr They also did not try to change my mind or try to sell me a different engine or color just because they did not have the one I wanted.

I went in upside down on my trade in. Salesman and sales manager explained concisely what was needed for me to accomplish what I wanted to do. Left dealership with car I wanted at an affordable payment. Explanation of all aspects of purchase were explained thoroughly.Many kudos to salesman Jose, Duran, Brad Williamson, F & I manager Michael Mills, product specialist Karen McCalllon and sales manager Brandon Barron. This is my fourth car bought from the Lee Crumpton family of dealerships and each time it is more enjoyable.

My wife and I were doing research and came in to get some information on a new accord. Viktor Reznik met us and spent the whole day showing us different cars. This is was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Viktor made sure that all of needs were heard and he exceeded all of our expectations. We ended up purchasing a brand new Honda Accord for an unbelievable price! I will be sending my friends, family and clients over to Viktor Reznik!

We were greeted by Alex upon our arrival. He walked us thru the several models we were interested in telling us all about the features. He took his time to understand what we wanted even though my answers to him were not direct. He hung in there and before we knew it we were buying a new Accord instead of a Civic. We currently own a civic (which I must say has been an awesome car with 260,000 + miles on it and still running like a charm) The Safety features on this car was well above what we ever dreamed we could afford. They had plenty of stock in the Mall of Ga location for the 2016. Unlike a different location we had visited earlier that day. Negotiations were smooth and financing a snap. We will do business with them again. Highly recommend Alex as well. I am in sales myself and can be respectful but a hard butt as well. He handled me with the most respect even though I was a little tough on him.

I stopped by Honda Mall of Georgia because I was in the market for a new or used car. I had already stopped by many other dealers, but they made me forget all about the competition. My salesperson, Sean McCullough, was incredibly thorough and kind. He made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I went home to contemplate my options and returned a few days later to purchase a new Civic. Between Sean and his manager, they made this the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I was blown away. I left a about an hour and a half later with my brand new Civic and with the comfort of knowing I got a great deal. Sean even helped me return my rental car!I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a car.

I made a deal with the dealer on Tuesday evening to purchase a 2014 Lexus and offered deposit to hold the car until I could make the 180 trip to take delivery. I called the manager on Thursday morning (he was off Wednesday) that I was dealing with to tell him know that I was flying into the local airport and would be taking delivery of the car that afternoon. I was informed that the car was sold on his day off... I would not recommend this place to anyone...... They are a prime example of why people don't trust car dealers.

We bought a new 2015 LX Accord and traded in our beloved 2000 Accord. shout out to Joe Marengo for making the whole process really pleasant! Super nice guy, not at all the stereotypical high pressure/annoying-upsell car salesperson. No bad jokes, super respectful of our time, seems like he actually likes his job, and made our purchase as efficient as possible. Since we obviously dont buy cars very often, I was a little bit worried and a whole lot cynical about the entire car purchase experience. Joe really impressed me via our initial e-communications, so despite Honda Mall of GA being the farthest away of the dealerships we were considering for our purchase, we decided to drive up there and meet with him. Im so glad we did I had a ton of questions about the new Accord (features change a lot in 15 years!) and he balanced the perfect level of detail to provide the info I wanted without making it too simplistic or technical. We wanted the LX model, and I appreciate that he showed us all our choices for the LX, and that he didnt try to pressure us into a higher end model. We had brought our car title just in case we decide to buy. To be honest, we figured wed play it by ear: if we liked the car, price and place, cool, if not, we would continue onwards. This dealership was so far above and beyond my expectations--especially when compared to a different dealership wed had experiences with--we decided wed take a new Accord home the day of our visit. Pretty cool place. I recommend it. And I highly recommend Joe.

We went to the dealership with intentions of purchasing a new civic that day. We had been in contact with two other dealerships. Jose was very easy to work with. He was able to match the online quote we received from another dealership to make the sale. Honda Mall of Georgia had the best selection of cars on the lot compared to other dealerships in the area. Overall, we had a great experience and we drove away in our new car that day.

We were driving home after a weekend trip to Atlanta, and decided to stop at a Honda dealer because we wanted to check out the Odyssey. Lou greeted us right away and took us for a test drive- we fell in love with the Odyssey! After thinking about it for 2 weeks, we made the two hour trip back to Honda Mall of Georgia to make the purchase. These guys are the real deal- I wouldn't even consider another dealer because they do everything right! Lou, David Smith, and the entire team made it happen! We certainly will be back!

We originally went to this dealership to buy a used GMC Acadia. When we arrived, we found it was previously sold that day, and since we had driven 2 hours, we wanted to look around. We found another used Acadia, but the mileage was too high for our liking. We also drove a Mazda, but did not like it. The sales staff worked diligently, and we looked at a new Honda Pilot. This was not our intention, but the sales and finance staff worked very hard to get our payments down and cover some negative equity from the vehicle we were trading. When all was said and done, our payment was lowered, we were able to get a brand new car, and we are thrilled.

The Honda Civic was not our first choice but they gave us such amazing deal for our trade and the new car. My dad and I went to the dealership expecting to just take a look around but we couldn't turn down the offer in the end. The people there were very friendly and professional. They tried to accomadate all my needs. I would definitely reccomend this dealership.

My wife and I bought a Honda Odyssey in 2011 and purchased a 120,000 mile warranty ($1940 for the warranty). The car now has about 94,000 miles. She talked with Brett in Services this morning. She let him know we are having problems with the passenger power sliding door. Sometimes it opens half way, then will shut again. We have been having this problem for a while, but it has gotten much worst. She told Brett she was afraid one of our children would get caught in the door and get hurt really bad. He told her well I don't know if this is covered and why didn't you bring it in sooner. My wife got upset and said we have a warranty on the car. He said "I am done with this conversation and hung up the phone!" I have never written a review in my life on anyone. But this is unbelievable!! I have always seen Honda as an outstanding company and their dealerships the same. I hope this is an isolated incident and not a new way of how a Honda dealership is doing business!!

Called the dealership and spoke with a lady called Julia who quoted me a price of $19,595 for a 2015 Honda Civic EX. Told her I was getting a lower price from another dealership nearby and if she could match as they are closer. She was to talk to her boss and get back to me. 3 hours later get a call from a Mikhael saying that this was the best price, the other dealership was just quoting me a price but $19,595 was the drive out price including tax, title and dealer fee. Reconfirmed that this was the total drive out price. When we got there the price suddenly jumped up to $21K+. He just out-right lied to me. I guess he gives credence to the phrase "lied like a used car sales man". What a shame. I will not be getting anything from Honda Mall of GA any more and will tell of of my friends about this experience.

We went to the dealership just to look. We didn't know for sure what we wanted, but Jose came over and talked to us a bit to get a feel for what we were looking for. He took us straight to the cars that were in our price range and were what we needed. He never tried to show us something we couldn't afford or didn't need. Because we weren't sure what we wanted, he let us take our time and helped us. Even though he hadn't worked there very long, he knew all the information about any vehicle he had. The last time I bought a car (from a different dealer), there was a lot of pressure that made me uncomfortable, but even when dealing with the manager, I didn't feel that way once. I am so glad we decided to go here.

After being immensely frustrated for days trying to buy a Mazda, I got fed up, walked out of their showroom. and drove across the street to check out the 2014 Honda Civics. Best decision I could have possibly made! Truly, I feel stupid that it took me so long to get fed up with Mazda. My only redemption is that I did finally give up and make it across the street. Upon arrival, I was greeted by floor manager David Smith. Great guy. This guy should be somewhere teaching other people how to treat people. This guy knows customer service. He's not smarmy...he's not smothering...he's real. And he has mad customer service skills. Seriously, Honda...heads up. You've got a great asset working at Mall of Georgia Honda. Give the guy a raise, a bonus, a better job...something. He deserves it. The leasing experience was enjoyable. Yes, I just wrote that. It. Was. Enjoyable. I mean, who says that? Everyone loves having a new car, but no one enjoys the process of buying or leasing it. But, I did. And it's all David's fault. And after the deal was done, he took the time to sit in my new car with me and explain its features, make sure my mirrors were where I needed them to be, and that I felt safe in the car...after I had signed the paperwork. He could have handed me the keys and moved on, but he didn't. Kudos. I feel like I got a great deal. It wasn't stressful. It wasn't contentious. It was exactly how buying/leasing a car should be. Congratulations, Mall of Georgia Honda. You have a loyal customer for life.

I bought my 2002 Honda Odyssey from the Mall of Georgia in August of 2002 when it was brand new. All my service/repairs have been done there. They have always told me how much it would cost and what they were going to do before they did it. If they found anything else that need to be done they would call and tell me and tell me what my options were, like this needs to be done now and why or this can wait a little while, but should be done at the next service. I now have 189,000 miles on my car and still love it. I want to thank my service advisor Donna for always working with me. When the time comes to buy a new car I would really like to buy another Honda from Honda Mall of Georgia because of my relationship with my service advisor. She is awesome!

I was in the area on vacation with my family. We ran over a metal plate on the expressway that damaged our van. I spoke with Donna Jordan several times about this. I bought my Honda in 2011 and at first worked with a man at the mall of GA for all my service concerns, though he did a very good job, I was happy one day when he was not available to get service help from Robin.... She has been my go to service rep ever since !!!! I can call her on any given day to ask advice about a warning light, a rattle, a tire, a road trip..... she never makes me feel like my questions are ridiculous.... I've called her from the side of the road, and she's provided encouragement and valuable information.... but most of all she keeps me safe, my car running and reliable and ready to go with all my road trips. For my most recent service she took me right in the day before travel with kids in my car to make sure my tires were road worthy and all my services up to date.... I did have a little break work necessary but she was able to get me in and out in a very reasonable time so I could get on with all I had to do to be ready to travel !!!! Robin is awesome..... I am grateful I have the consistency of her presence at your service center. She makes me love my Honda even more !!!! Thank YOU Robin Mueller !!!!

Honda Mall of Georgia exceeded my expectations in just about everything they did. The sales people were informative but not pushy. I got a good price and then they said let's see if we can get you a lower price and they did. Financing was a snap. The people in the service department are the best. Special shout outs to Jim Jaques. Bret Marvin, and Tom Houser. They have all been with Honda for >10 years and you can feel that they believe in their product and work hard to get you the best. Wonderful car buying experience.

On Saturday, June 28th, I took my 2008 Honda Civic in to have the AC checked out. It did not seem to be working properly and with the hot summer days, I knew I needed to get it fixed. The service tech found a problem with the compressor clutch and I authorized them to replace it. In the course of checking out the car's performance after the AC was fixed, the service tech found a small crack in the engine block. Luckily, this problem was covered by a Honda warranty so they ordered a new engine. If it had not been for the service tech's diligence in checking out the car, I might not have discovered the engine problem and would have ended up having a lot more issues with the car. They ordered a new engine block and, by Wednesday, July 2nd, the new engine had been installed and my car was ready for pick up.While I was very pleased with the service I received at Honda Mall of Georgia, I can also say that I have been extremely disappointed in this Honda Civic. I purchased this car because of the supposed reliability of the Honda engine. I have always been diligent in maintaining the car according to Honda's recommendations, but have had 2 catastrophic engine failures in the last 2 years; putting over $4,000 into repairing engine problems on this vehicle. This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will definitely be the last!

First I was welcomed as soon as I pulled my car into the service bay. 2nd they vacuum the car, also at the end of the service they washed the car for me. Its the small things you remember that make a good impression on you.The part is about Donna Jordan our service rep. Very professional and kept me informed about the status of my car. When the car was ready see came and got me from the lobby area and went over all they did for the car along with the condition of my brakes and tires and battery.Once again the things remember will keep us coming back to see Donna Jordan at Honda mall of Georgia. I was visiting in the area when my car ran hot. My 'home' Honda dealership was too far away, so I took my car to this dealership. Jim, my service advisor, was wonderful! He was sensitive to my needs and communicated clearly with me. I would not hesitate to use Honda Mall of Georgia again!

I started researching the Honda CR-V a few years ago. After 10 years owning an Accord, I have personal experience of Honda's quality. So a pre-owned vehicle should fit the bill and keep my purchase price at a manageable level as I am not trading my 226,000 mile slightly-worn Accord. Still plenty of life left but that CR-V is just too nice!On to the trauma of the actual purchase. Everyone knows this is the worst part of car ownership, right? But working with Martha and Don at Honda Mall of Georgia was actually FUN. Absolutely NO pressure with only explanations of possibilities that were available to me should I CHOOSE to have any or none of them. I signed up for the 2014 CR-V below dealer cost. What a steal! ....I mean deal. :-)I didn't think anyone would rate highly enough to trust them helping my parents find their next vehicle. But I have referred my parents to Martha; I can give no higher compliment than that. I know they will be taken care of and drive away with a new or newer vehicle at a great price.We'll done Martha Jung, well done!

My car was serviced this past week and everything went great. My only complaint was that I was offered to have my car washed and vacuumed, but it didn't happen. I know that this was a bonus service, but it sure would have been great to get the bonus service completed since I have a new born.

Very good experience. Art was very friendly and my repair service was performed quickly.Only one drawback was the rear window wiper was not placed down after the car wash and without my knowledge, therefore, I got in the vehicle and was driving down the road at least couple miles until I realized it. Minor details but it was little bit of annoying.

I recently had my brakes serviced and Tecia was the service rep. She was great. I usually am weary of going to the dealership because of the high pressure sales techniques that I have experienced before. I NEVER felt like that at your store. With my recent experience, John was very courteous and helpful as well as Chuck. I will be bringing my car back for future service.

I actually enjoy working with Donna when I have service to be done. The building is very clean and customer friendly.I don't understand why Honda does not rotate tires at all checkups free of charge. I recently purchased tires from them and its annoying that I will have to pay to have the tires rotated.

I have been working exclusively with Robyn for about two years now any time I need to have service performed on my Odyssey, or when I have a question related to it. I feel completely comfortable with her and I fully trust her. When I needed a new set of tires, the cost was an obstacle for me. She worked with me and found a lower-cost alternative to the more expensive Michelin tires. She took the time to fully explain the pros and cons of each brand of tires, which allowed me to make an informed decision. She ALWAYS takes the time to go on-line to try to find a coupon for the service I'm having done. She is very knowledgeable and is able to answer any questions I throw at her. She is funny and friendly and I always enjoy seeing her. I will ONLY work with Robyn. If she isn't there when I call, which is rare, I tell them, "Thank you...I will call back later." :-)

first oil change on the new pilot...certainly glad we bought it there...went out of their way to find me a Black pilot..had to get it from another dealer, really surprised at the gas milage, almost 24 miles per gallon on our trip to Ok.... service is great and they care about taking care of the customer.

I entered the service dept with an emergency. I was greeted immediately. I went to Art Thorpe (my favorite service advisor). Since it was late, the service shuttle took me home. The cooling fans were worn out (vehicle has 182000 miles on it). Front brake service squeezed in (first time rotors were turned). Next day, the vehicle was ready. Pricing on this service visit I thought was very good. Excellent experience!

Donna was great. Not only does she have a great sense of humor, but she also made sure she communicated frequently. I was told by a local "Express Oil Change" location I had a transmission fluid "leak" and was discouraged since I had JUST purchased my CRV post Christmas 2013. Fortunately, there was no leak (and no charge to me for having your service dept. look over my car).I appreciate the good service and will be back.

I have had my Honda serviced at Honda Mall of Georgia for several years. The Service Department is great. They do not abuse you with worthless services to your vehicle. I brought it in for my second Timing Belt Service, and was well pleased. My vehicle is 12 years old and running great; thanks to these guy's. Donna Jordan is an outstanding Service Advisor. She shows her knowledge, and care for the customer. Her listening skills are excellent. Tom Houser is a super Service Director; the best example is watching his staff in action. No wonder they have won many awards for service. I will continue to bring my car to this dealership for needed maintenance. Hey it is great feeling in that it will last for quite a long time, and many more miles with their help.

I visited Honda last Thursday 3-20 just to see the used Pilots you had on the lot. My husband had previously been speaking to Tarkus. I was not prepared to purchase that day, i wanted to make sure I liked that car, and was worried about my credit. I had already checked with 2 banks and the rate I was given was horrible. I just wanted to see the used cars. After viewing the used cars you had and not liking their mileage, Tarkus suggested I see the new Pilots. I drove one and really liked it but thought I could not afford the payments. I agreed to fill out the application and see what I could afford. Somehow Frank made it work out. Both employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They did not come across as pushy or aggressive. Along with their help, the product sold itself. I love love love my new car. Thanks Honda for making it happen!!!

I have been to several honda service centers when i moved to Atlanta. I drive 40 minutes to this dealership for my car services for i found they are most honest and accurate. Initially, i came to this dealership for a second opinion for supposely huge repair job. i did not need any of repair that other dealer recommended. I decided to stay with this dealership for their honesty. Honesty is important in building a trust. I have been getting services at this dealership close to 5 years.

I'm very pleased with the car I purchased, but I do wish the games involved in car buying didn't exist. You just have to arm yourself with how much your car is worth, your credit score, and remember to print the email that quoted you the "eprice". If you do this, all will work out.

Even before I set foot on the lot Glenn's level of commitment and courtesy were unrivaled by service advisors I spoke with at other Honda dealerships. He took the time to call the Honda manufacturer number to ensure he gave me an accurate quote for my repair. He took every possible step to ensure my repair was completed quickly and that I was as comfortable as possible. Until I was back in my car he kept me informed of the progress of the repair and took the time to answer all of my questions and make me feel as if my car was the only one being serviced that day. The experience was more than worth the 4 hour round trip it took to get here through rain and traffic.

I called in the middle of the afternoon and asked if I could get an oil change and check the fluids and pressure in my tires. This was actually for my mom's car, but that did not matter to them. As I waited, Glenn came in to see me and told me that once they got the car on the rack that they saw some uneven tire wear and if I wanted to address that. Each time I've come to have my car services, the service guys have been so friendly and considerate. They don't pressure you to do the extras, but will review what needs to be done immediately and what can wait.I've had great service from Honda Mall of Georgia, but unfortunately, they could not meet the price I got at another dealership. I will always drive a Honda. They are dependable and reliable. I'm on my third one now and bought one for my mother. The first one I drove to over 180K and had it for 8 years. The second one lasted twelve years with over 200K miles on it. I would still have that one had someone decided to rear-end me. Very little damage was visible to the car, but they said that the frame was bend. The other's guys car seemed to crumble. It was a Chrysler.The look is classy and solid. Melissa Kelly

I had a problem with my seat belt light staying on since I got United Collision to do some body work on my car last September. It was brought to my attention that this could be dangerous if I didn't get it checked out. The problem had been a wiring issue where the air bag/seat belt system had been disconnected during my previous collision repair. Art said I should be able to seek reimbursement for my 1 hour of labor he had to charge me and that I should pursue United Collision for that reimbursement. He said he would be glad to talk to anyone to support this. I was glad he was able to resolve this and grateful that he would stand by me if I needed his help in getting reimbursed for United Collision's error.

The two sales employees that help me were Fernando and Ben. Fernando was a great guy and easy to communicate with. He goes above and beyond to make sure all of your questions are answered. Ben on the other had was not so nice, actually he was REALLY rude. I would NOT recommend him. Hes very confusing. In one occasion he walked away from me when I was talking to him. Not to happy about that. bought my car on Sunday, we arrived at 4 and didn't end up leaving until 9:30. Since it was a busy day we received very poor attention. Its kind of disappointing because Honda mall of GA usually has excellent customer service. Oh and lastly the Financial guy (can't remember his name) was VERY pushy about buying the insurance packages. It was really uncomfortable.... to the point where we actually ended up buying one of them....

My Honda is over 10 years old and still very much so reliable thanks to Ms Tecia and the Service Dept at HMOG. I always make an appt with Tecia because I know she is not going to make e spend money unnecessarily. She tells me all that needs to be repaired and order of importance. One time I had a major issue that took months to figure out what was wrong and she assisted until it was resolved. I usually don't go to the dealership for service because they are always more expensive ore the relationship I've built with Tecia will keep me coming back.

I was greeted immediately, and Glen checked my service records to determine what service was needed and when. He explained that they would do my oil change and check the car over. If any problem was found, he'd let me know. Thankfully, there were no problems, and I was in and out in a very short amount of time. I appreciated that Glen told me when my next service will be due and what it will cost. Also, I love that you wash my car after servicing it.

I took my Civic in for a 70,000 mile check-up and two new tires. Robyn had given me the costs of these items on my previous visit so there were no surprises. She always lets me know what my next routine check-up will cost in advance. My car is always ready when it is promised. Robyn and all the staff members I have worked with have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I feel they go the extra mile.

I drove into the service entrance and was greeted by a young man to ask me what my car needed, and I told him the car was in for an oil change and I was to see Donna! (my girlfriend, Mary Ann Gwynn gave me her name and said she will take care of me!)Donna was there greeting me with a smile and asked my name. We talked for awhile and she proceeded to check the mileage on the car and did paperwork; then brought me to your lounge and all the stuff you have to offer there for a relaxing wait. 30 minutes and I was outta there!Everything went smooth sailing, and I was on my way!!Thank you!!

My service advisor, Robyn, is wonderful! I always schedule service for my family's 3 Hondas (2 CRVs - a 2001 and a 2004 - and a 2011 Odyssey) thru her. She knows her Honda vehicles. My cars have always been maintained by Honda Mall of Ga Service Dept or it's predecessor Lanier Honda. I am always pleased with the quality of the service received. The 2001 has 152,000 miles on it and runs like a top. Proper maintenance and repairs are key to having a 13 year old car that is driven daily and runs well. Thank you, Honda Mall of GA Service Department for doing a great job.

During the recent very cold snap I found my battery had seen its best days and I needed a jump as I left from work. I drove straight to Honda MOG and arrived about 5:30pm. I was hoping that they had my battery and could change it out so I would not have to worry about it the next day as was going to be extremely cold again. They confirmed my battery was weak. Well I couldn't be more pleased. The service dept got me right in and out in 30 minutes or so and I was on my way with my new battery and no worries and home for dinner by 6:30pm. I totally avoided a potentially miserable situation. Thanks!!!

Dino is an exceptional sales representative. I spoke with him on two separate occasions regarding the 2013-2014 Honda Pilot and both times he provided superb customer service. I just bought a used car here recently. This was actually my very first car purchase, but I was still able to get a very reasonable interest rate and the car itself was price very reasonable to begin with. I didn't look around at other cars too much, but the prices overall seemed cheaper than other places I had looked at. The staff that I worked with was very helpful and professional. I never got the feeling anyone was trying to nickel and dime me or anything; everyone was genuinely interested in helping me through the process. I'd definitely recommend this dealer to my friends.

Went in for 100,000 mile service, had a great experience. Had been to another dealership for an issue earlier in the month and felt like they were just trying to sell me services I didn't need. Mall of GA was completely the opposite. Felt like they listened to me, very easy to work with and responsive.

they advertised a used car that did not exist and was sold weeks before my visit. all i got from them were lies. i also noticed by searching other review websites that others have some sort of unethical dealings with them as well. people such as xyz2007, EdwinSnell, and carshopping.for those others that have had problems, contact the governor's office of consumer protection. we should not be treated this way.consumer ga gov, just add the period between each word. cost nothing and is quick and easy.we should not tolerate this behavior from them or anybody else.

I would like to THANK the entire team who assisted me in purchasing a brand new 2014 Honda Accord EX. My intention was to just go in for an oil change and I left out with much more! A new car, lower interest rate, and a Honda staff (Carol, Joe, and Luis) that was polite and friendly. I would like to give an extra THANK YOU to the sales rep. Carol Dennis. I liked her approach: she greeted me with a saluation, asked me was I at Honda for service or purchasing a car, told me of the sales for the day, how fantastic the New 2014 Honda Accords, and lastly, come an take a test drive (ALL within 2 mins). LOL! David was extremely pleasant and very helpful to ensure my van would be repaired however due to the cold weather which is a condition I completely understand, a part cracked which was not part of the service work to be completed. David assured the cracked part would arrive within a few days and I would be able to return for the cracked part to be replaced with a new part. Thankfully, I would not bear the cost of that additional repair, but I reside in another county so aside from gas and mileage, it is not that convenient for me to return for this repair. The service that I needed to have completed was completed in less time that was estimated and I was given a 10% discount. I appreciated feeling as if I were in good hands and I would return for future service.

Your dealership was the 3rd Honda dealership we had visited in search of our new CR-V and after meeting Antonio Bass and experiencing his genuine personality and helpfulness, I can honestly say he is what sold me and my spouse on our purchase. Since the car was a 2014 model, price was not really a factor or negotiable. The car basically sold itself plus I have owned hondas in the past. The finance dept made me wait a bit but not so long that it became annoying. That said I was still highly satisfied.

Willing to negotiate on purchase price, a little low on the trade value relative to other dealers so I sold my old car for cash at another dealer and came back to negotiate a cash deal. Very pleased with where we landed. Would love for someone to figure out a way to streamline the closeout process. It always takes too long no matter what the dealership. Worked with two sales folks, Carol and Ramzi and both were great.

When we stopped by Honda Mall of GA Saturday evening, September 14, 2013, we had already decided that we were going to purchase a Honda Fit sometime within the next few months. But, we wanted to make sure we were going to get the best deal we could get. Earlier that day, we visited a competing Honda dealership, test drove a 2013 Fit and they gave us what we believed was a competitive offer. The only way we could be sure was to check in with at least one more dealership. My wife and I had already purchased two vehicles from Honda Mall of GA back in 2004 and we had both of those vehicles maintained there during the time we owned them. So we knew that they were a quality dealership and wanted to give them an opportunity to keep us as customers. When we arrived at the dealership, we met up with Hector Rodriguez, whom my wife had spoken with about a week prior. Hector accompanied us on a test drive and then we came back to the dealership to learn about the numbers and what they could offer us for pricing on the Fit. The first offer was basically list price so we asked Hector to visit with his Sales Manager and asked them to make us the best offer that they could. After a few moments of waiting, Hector and Makhail the Sales Manager came back to our table. At first, Makhail asked us if we were going to buy a car or if we were just looking for information. I explained to him that we had plans to purchase a Honda Fit in the near future. He asked us what it would take to get us to buy it tonight. I then explained to him that we had no plans to buy on that night but we would evaluate the offers we receive and then engage with the right dealership for us to make the purchase. Makhail asked where they needed to be for us to consider them and we told him. He then asked if he could get it to us for that price if we would buy tonight. Again I explained that we would not be buying tonight. Makahail then started throwing out numbers well below what we said we wanted, and again asked if we would buy tonight if he could get those numbers. And again, I explained that we wouldn't be buying tonight. Makhail kept throwing out LOWER and LOWER numbers, to the point that I decided to call his bluff and told him that if he could get us the price he was throwing out, (which had to be at or below their cost), and get us out the door for that price, with GREAT financing, that we'd take it home tonight. He told us that he couldn't approve that sales price but that he'd be willing to call his General Manager and see if he would approve it. We fully expected him to come back and say that he couldn't get it approved but to our surprise, he presented us with an offer that would get us out the door for the insanely low price. So, I upheld my end of the agreement and we made the purchase. The only condition that they placed on the purchase was that we HAD to finance the vehicle with Honda. We agreed, considering the fact that we knew that they were running a special on the Fit for 0.9% financing for 60 months. Not only did we get a ridiculous deal on a brand new Honda Fit, (I mean so ridiculous that the competing dealer accused me of lying to him when I let him know that we bought from Honda Mall of GA and the price we paid), we will end up paying practically no interest on the purchase. Here are a couple of things that played into this that might help others in the future... 1) We didn't arrive to the dealership till around 8:15 PM, so it was late in the day. 2) We didn't know this, but found out from the financing manager that they had a goal that day to sell a certain number of cars. It turns out that our purchase was the one that made them reach their goal. So there was a lot of incentive for them to get us to buy that night, thus them dropping their price so drastically. This is the 3rd car we've bought from them. Without a doubt, I HIGHLY recommend talking to Hector Rodriguez if you are in the market for a new Honda vehicle.

I was driving down the road when I noticed the light: "D" blinking. I looked up and saw the Honda Service sticker. I called the number and talked with Jim. He knew the problem and told me to get to the nearest dealership because it was my transmission. He told me to drive slow and pull over if I noticed my car doing anything unusual. I prayed and got all my friends and family to pray that my son and I would arrive safely at the dealership in time and it would be an affordably fixed. About an hour later, my car was ready and the fix affordable. I am grateful that the mechanic stayed to fix my car and the knowledgable service manager, Jim, for his advice. My purchase of a 2013 Honda Accord was a simple and transparent process at Honda Mall of Georgia. I negotiated a fair price over the Internet with the Sales Manager - Mikhail Melomed. When I arrived at the dealership, Karen McCallon handled the paper work and the rest of the buying process. Karen already had most of the paperwork completed and she was a pleasure to work with. Honda Mall of Georgia earned my business by giving me an out the door price quote as I requested via the Internet, whereas other area Honda dealers wanted to play the normal car pricing game. I was very pleased with the service I received from Bret and his team. He explained what they would be doing for my 50K service. Bret was very attentive when the time went on a little bit longer (5 hours!) than he thought (due to a busy Saturday morning). He also kindly put my flag on the front of my car as I could not get it to line up properly. I used my Honda discount card. Thank you every little bit helps. This is my 2nd Honda Accord. Tecia, in her usual professional manner, took all the information and provided estimates of time & cost (she said the interior repair would be free!). A little more than an hour later, all the work was complete. A shorter time than estimated, and the cost was dead on ... Outstanding service; it's why I keep coming back to HMOG, and why I request Tecia each time.

We used the Honda Internet site to ask for a quote and David responded right away. We had done our research and were extremely pleased with the (no-trade-in) quote he gave us. We agreed to the purchase over the phone, and by the time we drove over to Buford there was paperwork ready for our signatures and my shiny new CRV waiting by the door. Just a few minutes more to settle up and I was in the car & on my merry way! David told us that he was a retired firefighter/paramedic, and I can see that he was a perfect fit for that job! We purchased our CRV from David. He was very patient with me, I am not a "quick sale"! He understood our need to stick with a budget. Instead of trying to bully me into a car I couldn't afford (which happened at two other dealership, causing us not to purchase from them) he found a CRV for me! David understood what was important to us and that is why we felt comfortable purchasing with him. Additionally, Ric, in finance, was one of the most pleasant finance guys I have ever dealt with. He went over what Honda has to offer, as he should. However, once we declined, we signed for our car loan and was out in 10 mins. I would recommend this dealership to others for their Honda purchase.

He was very knowledgeable about every facet of both the car and the paperwork required. Boris took the time to show my wife every feature of the Accord LX, and was very patient with her. Boris also called me regularly to keep me updated on the entire purchase process. And then on Monday, (we purchased on Saturday, I received a call from Boris to see if we were experiencing any problems or if he could answer any other questions we might have had. You can be proud of Boris. He is not only a Salesman, but, he cares about his customers.

The sales (Ramzi) gave me the price on June 30. I asked him whether I could get the car with this price on July 1st, and he sent me the text message saying yes. When I got there on July 1st, it seems that he forgot everything and said sorry and said that price no longer valid. I talked to his sale manager, his manager kept saying no such price and even did not say sorry. I do not like the way they treat their customer.

!, Bought a Used Honda at full blue book. 2. 110 point inspection had been preformed and I was told I could see it after test drive. 3. Asked about the big service at 105,000 and they said they would split the cost with me. 4. Went to pick up the car four days later and it was not ready for two hours even after calling the day ahead. 5. Received the inspection after the sale and the mechanic had recommended the trans to be service (part of 105,000 service) and the door locks to be fixed that were not working. This had not been done. Another $400. 6. If you go here come prepared and know your vehicle. Buy with caution. I have Parkinson's and in the past I would of caught these things. 7. Just received the paperwork today to register the car, three days after the temporary ran out. If you buy here do your homework and be prepared.

Conrad was great , very professional, patient,& knowledgeable sales executive. Kudos to Martha and the Finace team. 1 error, personal items (sunlasses, several cd's work ID badge) were left in armrest of old car. When I return the next day to retrive them the car was already gone to aution. This was a lost for me.

Donna Jordan has integrity. She easily could have sold me brake pads, as I told her that I knew that my car needed them, based on a mechanics assessment from another Gwinnett Honda Dealership. The technicians at MOG checked and I didn't need them. Donna and Honda MOG will have my business from now on. The other dealership (where I had worked for almost 7 years) will no longer get my referrals for sales or service. Not only had I sold cars there for over 6 years, I had purchased 5 Accords, a Civic and a Fit. Their 'max gross profit-every transaction' mentality just lost a good customer. I was shocked at one dealership and impressed with another at the same moment.

I have a mixed review for this dealership. We searched the entire day for a used Honda Pilot. This was our experience. 1. Greeted warmly by sales person. 2. Took for a test drive, another pleasant experience. 3. Asked if the vehicle had been through the Honda dealer 110 point inspection. I was assured it had been done and could see it when I returned. 4. Asked if they could verify if it had the 105,000 mile service. Sales manger in used car checked and said he could not verify this had been done. 5. Stated I would not buy the car without this verification. Manger said we could have done there and he would split the cost, or we could go elsewhere and it would be cheaper. I said know I wanted it done by the dealer because I knew how important this service was. Manager also stated he was to close on the deal to do anything else. Agreed to buy the car at full bluebooked price now since this service had been added. 6. Four days later went to pick up the car after calling the day before. I was assured it woul be ready at the time requested. Arrived and was told vehicle was not ready and it would take a couple of hours. Many apologies. Major inconvince for us due to deadline for car rental return. 7. Asked again about inspection report. I was given it and chief mechanic had recommended door locks not working should be fixed and transmission serviced before sale. Neither had been done. 8. Servicing transmission is part of 105,000 mile service. Still was not included as I expected. 9. Bought at Honda dealership because of inspection and belief they would preform inspection and complete any repairs before service. This had not been done. I was disappointed this had not been done, especially since we paid full bluebook for the vehicle. I was disappointed but still believe it was a good vehicle for the family despite the additional repair cost. All facts should be know before buying a used car from this dealership. I can only give two stars since they had not been honest with me before the sale.

Thanks to Phil for his very courteous patience in showing us the CRV and Accord when we went in with our friends who are Honda Accord owners. We had not thought about getting a new car since our Escape was still new to us with less than 40,000 miles. Thinking for two weeks afterwards about how nice the cars were crossed our minds so we decided to test drive each model after Phil called several times. We arrived at Mall of Georgia Honda two days ago and looked over the colors and I drove a CRV. Then the Accord. What a hard decision to make! Should we? We decided on a CRV. When I took my old Honda Civic to Honda Mall of Georgia for repair, they gave me such great service that I have taken it there ever since for oil changes and everything. When I needed to buy another car, I went to Honda MoG because of the service I got there, and bought a used Honda Element from them. They do all my service and oil changes, and really look out for me. Every service representative treats me like his personal friend - and my both cars run perfect, and may last forever.

I bought my 2002 Honda Civic Hybrid there and have been going every 5000 miles for maintanence and service. They have been very fair and I trust them completely with the car. They offered free oil changes as long as you bring car to them and have maintence done My car is still going and I plan on keeping it.When the time comes for new car I hope Honda has an electric car or a car with mileage like Prius because I will buy from them.

My family and I have been searching for an Odyssey for a while and had visited several dealerships in the metro area including the one that is ranked on this site as "top in the state". Anyway, we were referred to Marth Jung at Honda Mall of GA. Our experience was absolutely great! We were given a fair price, but most of we were given a fair trade allowance for our trade. All around it was a no pressure experience. To make it even better, once I began to work on the final price, Martha just brought out her manager to sit with us and go over a print out of what we were discussing. There was no running back and forth 10 times to a mysterious boss somewhere in a tower or tucked in an office to come up with a final price.We were very satisfied and with our experience and dealing with Martha!

My wife and I were looking for a minivan and we test drove the Odyssey, Sienna, and Quest. When we arrived at Honda for a test drive, Charlie Alexander greeted us and was extremely friendly. He took us on a test drive, showed us the features, and did not in any way try to get us to work towards a purchase. He let us know about financing options and gave us his card, a catalog, and let us move to the next dealer.We were so impressed with his service that as we were gauging the price we should pay we went back to him. Charlie met the price, via e-mail, that we were looking for and made it so we did not have to negotiate price at all at the dealer. We got a good amount for the trade in, given the extra tax savings we realized and got an extremely nice 2013 Honda Odyssey EX. We could not have been more pleased with the out the door price, the service, or the car, it was an experience I did not think possible at a car dealership.If you want someone who will give you a straight answer, "yes" or "no", on a question, and who will not try and pressure you or guilt trip you in negotiations, I would highly recommend Charlie and Honda Mall of Georgia!

I'm not a spontaneous buyer so I spent 2 months trying to find a right place to buy new Honda Fit.Checked most Honda dealerships around Lawrenceville GA and faced a same old tactic such as pushing to purchase car in same day,stories about some Honda fees what impossible to avoid ,rotation of sales people and so oneSo when I went to Honda Mall of GA dealership I was prepared for another battle .But my buying experience was completely different there.My salesman Boris Burshteyn was very professional and honest, explained me all improvements Honda cars had lately ,gave me time to decide I didnt buy anything in my first visit so I took time to make sure what I want .Made a few calls to Boris to get more information about car and price and he was always available even on his day off ! And two days ago I finally purchased new Honda Fit! And Mr Burshteyn went extra mile helping me to bring my new car to my home! Thank you guys!Great service and great car! I'm so enjoying over 30MPG driving around such relief after driving my old truck!

I bought a Honda Oydssey 2010 in April 2012. The certified Honda report stated no prior collisions. When I took my Honda through a car wash my front right bumper came out. When I reported it to my Geico Insurance carrier they told me that the car had been in a prior collision and showed me where the work was done on the car. I had to pay $485.00 to get the bumper fixed. A couple of months later while driving home from vacation, a light on the dash board came on. I did not know that I had to stop. After about 30 minutes of driving, my engine stopped on the highway. I had it towed to a Honda dealer in North Carolina where the car broke down. The service department told me that I had to go back to the Honda Dealership where I bought the car. I had to pay $1050.00 to get the car towed back to Georgia. After getting it to Georgia, Honda Care came out to inspect the car. They denied the claim to repair my car because they said it was customer negligence. I have kept up with all service needs in the 8 months that I have had the car. I have only driven under 9000 miles since owning the car. I have never had prior car issues to this extreme and have always taken good care of my cars. Honda will not help with the fixing of this car. I asked if they would give me a loaner car while this is being worked out. They told me no. I live in Georgia and you need a car when you live in Georgia because there is no other way to get around. They did not care about my problem or how I would be able to get to work to support my family. I am a teacher in Forsyth County and do not have $11,000 dollars to spare to fix a car that I still owe $26,000 dollars to the bank that I financed it from. Honda is claiming that the repairs to get a new engine will be $11,000 dollars. I am totally disgusted with the experience that I am having with Honda Mall of Georgia. This is a terrible dealership and I do not recommend that anyone buy a car from them. They are dishonest and uncaring.

My wife and I were in the market to trade out of her 2003 Honda Pilot into a newer Pilot. After contacting several dealers and searching online, I decided to give Honda Mall of Georgia the opportunity to earn my business. Let me say that my expectations were exceeded. I had the pleasure of interacting with Boris Burshteyn, my Sales Consultant as well as Joe Baptiste, Sales Manager. Boris was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at, as well as could explain in detail, the differences between the 2003 Pilot and the 2011 we ultimately purchased. He took the time to patiently point out key features and demonstrated how to use new features that were not available on the 2003 model. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the care and diligence with which Boris operated. He was humorous, professional, patient, attentive and very responsive to our needs.Joe Baptiste was equally impressive with his demonstrated commitment to ensure my satisfaction. The process of negotiating with dealers over pricing is never fun for a consumer, and Joe made it painless. I left the dealership feeling completely satisfied. Although I did not finance my new purchase, the finance manager was also very efficient and professional as well. My hat is off to the fine job that is being done at this facility. I will highly recommend Honda Mall of Georgia to others and will certainly look to them for my future automotive needs.

They could not diagnose the noise from a loose/untucked front valence panel (the plastic sheet above the front fender, just below the hood).It took me (not a mechanic, just a person who cared about the issue/car) 15 minutes of poking/pulling around to figure it out and 10 mins to re-tuck(and tighten) the panel.Before I started the investigation, I shot an email to a non-Honda-but-experienced-mechanic with a description of the noise and the symptom. By the time I came back from my investigation/fixing, he had responded with an email telling me to fix the exact panel that I figured was loose/untucked. According to him, it is supposedly a common issue with that model of Hondas.It is disappointing that the dealer could not figure out the issue even by investigation/diagnosis and a test-drive. They wanted me to come back again to dig further. I get the feeling that they just do not "care" for their customers. Seems to epitomise the "not my car, just my job, get on with it" attitude.

I was really interested in buying the 2012 Honda Civic and I really wanted to go home with a Honda because I have heard that they have great service and the cars last for nearly FOREVER. Unfortunately, the money just wasn't where it needed to be and the interest rate wasn't as low as I would have liked. Toyota offered us the 2012 Camry at a lower price than the Civic and it is a lot bigger. I'm not sure if it was because I am a first time car buyer and Honda couldn't meet me at the same level even though I was putting down $12,000. Toyota also gave me the percentage offered to well-qualified buyers. I hope the next first time car buyer on their lot has better luck than I did.

I recently bought a used vehicle(non Honda) from Honda Mall of Georgia several weeks ago. I had never bought from a dealer before, and the experience took a little longer than I had expected, but I felt that it was an overall good sales experience. Boris & Matt were not pushy at all, I actually came back the second day and bought the car with my husband, and we were able to work out a very reasonable price. The car was put through a rigorous inspection, and work was done to make it sales appropriate, so when I drove off the lot the vehicle needed nothing. When i realized I left some personal items in my vehicle I trade in, I called one week later, and the salesman was able to retrieve the items! There were also a couple of things that they promised to honor after the sale,and when i came back to redeem these items they kept their word. I felt very comfortable with the operation as a whole, and will purchase a vehicle from this location, or any Penske owned location in the future.

Experience was awful. I'm buying a CAR, not a purse. I felt rushed & insulted. When I made an offer which was a GREAT offer they took me to see cars in my "price range." These cars were smelly, old, dirty and disgusting- 6 YEARS older than what I was looking to buy. I brought my husband and he was mistreated and insulted. We are getting our wedding rings fixed so we were wearing none, yet he was insulted as if he was a stranger not minding his own business. I will NEVER recommend Honda Mall of Georgia.

I was in the market for buying a new car this weekend. I went to Honda Mall of Ga because I knew some people who had bought from them and decided to try them out. The sales guy, Vince, who came to speak to me asked me to look at the newer model civic. I wasn't sure about it, but I sat in it anyways to see if I would like it. I wasn't very comfortable in the car, but when I went to get out, he pushed the keys in my face and said I needed to drive it to get the feel of the car. I said politely, "No thank you, I have driven a Honda before, and have owned one before. I know the drive pretty well". In response to that he said, well you can drive it on the back lot, just a quick spin and continued to shove the keys in my face. My boyfriend saw what Vince was doing and proceeded to intervene and say, "she said no thanks." I was determined not to let one bad sales guy ruin me trying to decide on the car. I went inside and talked with Calvin, who was amazing and could not have been more helpful, about if I could afford it. Being a younger with not very good credit, I wanted to see if I would qualify. As Calvin was going over the paper work with me and trying to explain some things to me, Vince continued to try and butt in to 'make the sale'. I got extremely annoyed and my boyfriend again intervened standing between myself and Vince. We finished with the paper work overview and Calvin said I needed a couple of things before we could make it official. I said that was fine, we were on a schedule and I would call him, he then gave me his card and I went to write my cell phone number down for him. Calvin was very professional. Vince kept shoving pens and paper in my face, which is rude to begin with. I told Calvin we would speak later just wanting to leave at this point. As my boyfriend and I were walking out, Vince proceeded to ask me what color car I wanted even AFTER I said I would need to think about it! He told me once more I needed to take the car on a test drive around the parking lot. I immediately became more aggravated and annoyed. I got in my car and left.2 hours or so after I left the dealership my cell phone rang, it was VINCE calling me to see if I had called Calvin back. I don't know where the guy thought it was okay to call a number and check up on someone who plain as day said she would call the dealership back when she had a moment to talk to them more. He proceeded to ask me if I had any questions for Calvin, I said "No. I am in the process of trying to get ready for work. I will call HIM (Calvin) when I am ready to talk to him or have questions." Vince just didn't understand the meaning of the word no, and kept trying to talk me in to buying the car! I had gone to 5 other dealerships that day in hopes of trying to find something I could afford, and the Civic was one of the better cars I looked at. Not the best, but better for the price. Vince completely ruined my desire to go back and actually look at the car and drive it the next time I am out. I won't be going back. Mainly because of his rudeness and shoving keys in my face and calling my phone, it was inappropriate to say the least.

We decided to try for a lower payment, and somewhat reluctantly began the search for a new car. Calvin immediately put our minds at ease and showed us several options that accommodated our financial and practical needs. Tan was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot, and really helped us narrow down our choices. Johanna helped us tremendously by watching our son while we had "adult decision time." Don explained the complete finance process flawlessly and we were not surprised by anything. We are thrilled with our new Honda Fit and would recommend HMOG to anyone! Honda Mall of GA is on of the best dealerships in Atlanta Metro Area by my opinion. Salespeople have deep knowledge of absolutely all Honda models. I experienced that personally because I couldnt make my choice in a beginning and had a lot of questions concerning several models. I felt no pressure either from sellers or from financial department. I got financing within an hour and went home driving my new Accord. Thank you Honda Mall of GA for the excellent service!

Honda Mall of Georgia has given me excellent customer service and a quality product. We purchased the new Accord Crosstour and have not had any problems what so ever. Our Salesman Joe Whatley really seemed sincere in finding my wife and I exactly what we wanted. He did not pressure us into buying and spent most of Sunday afternoon getting us what we wanted. It is rare that you find a Salesman who wants to help the customer find what they want and not just worried about making money. I have been to several Toyota Dealerships this month looking for the right car and always seem to run into the initial "greeter" who is only there to say hello and walk around with you. Then when you ask questions or need to talk about the purchase all of a sudden a "Sales Manager" shows up to pressure you into a purchase. This way of selling cars gives the Car Business a bad name. I did not find that at Honda Mall of Georgia and that is why I bought from them. If you need a new Car, I recommend talking to Joe.

Follow up frequency from the sales department was appropriate; knowledge/expertise was superior to other dealerships, and their sales approach was consultative.What ultimately made me decide on giving them my business was how easy Brian and Calvin made it for me. With two very young children, our time is limited and they were sensitive to that. Pricing among the metro Atlanta dealerships were very similar - Brian and Calvin's high level of customer service was the differentiator.I highly recommend that you let them compete for your business.

The experience was excellent! Sales people are friendly and did not rush my decision. They showed an extensive knowledge of the product and provided me with all needed information. They made it possible for me to understand all aspects of financing a vehicle. I have, since my purchase returned for service and was very pleased with the way it was done. Fast and honest. I would recommend any of my friends or family to deal with Honda Mall of Georgia.

We just purchased a 2009 CRV and were treated like family from the sales aspect of it, right through to the financing. Best experiance we have ever had at a dealership so far and we will return. There was no stress no pressure and it was a pleasant experiance all thr way out the door.

After spending $36,000.00 on a 2008 Honda Accord EXL on January 4, 2008 I expected a pleasant experience when I took my car in for an oil change. I was advised at the time that I needed new brakes and I asked to see the brake pads. After going into the service area and the service guy picked up this old, cracked, black worn brake pad from his bench and advised me that this was my brake pad and I needed new pads. I looked up at my car and the calipers were still in place along with my brake pads! That was not even off of my car! When I called him on it he got very very angry. (I suppose since I was a woman he didn't expect that I knew the workings of my car). I then went to the manager, Bobby Moore who had already spoke to this tech. When he came out of his office he was rude to me in front of customers and told me he wouldn't tolerate ME calling his employee a liar. He told me to take my business elsewhere and I was no longer welcome there. Not only did the customers look at me like I was the enemy but the service woman, Donna, decided her loyalties were with the service guy since I accused them of bad business. When I was told about my brakes I was told that if I drive off of the lot I could get in an accident because my brakes were so bad. I told them if my vehicle had been sabatoged they would not here the end of this. I took my brand new Honda to a dealer in another town and was told my brake pads had plenty of miles left on them. 17,000 miles later, I replaced my brake pads.I sent a complaint to the CEO of this dealership and have NEVER heard a word. I guess Bobby Moore, who has issues working with women who know their vehicles, feels he got rid of me. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with Honda USA. I waited a few months in hopes I would hear from them, but still no word. I also spoke to my salesman, whos name I will save for my complaint to Honda, regarding this matter and he wouldn't have anything to do with it. I suppose it's because he got his commission.

We planned to purchase a car from Tom Paine after first emailing back and forth with him in October 2008. We verified that the car we wanted was in stock and we negotiated the price with Tom Paine. Tom Paine even confirmed the price in writing. We drove out to Honda Mall of Georgia to purchase our car, only to be told by Tom Paine that he had "made a mistake" and the car was now $2000 higher in price than the price he had just quoted us in writing only hours earlier. Tom Paine was incredibly rude to us and of course we ended up leaving and purchasing a car the next day from another dealer. I can't say enough how horrible our experience was with Tom Paine. He was rude, dishonest and wasted our time.

I called them on Oct.2008 to enquire a new 2008 Odyssey LX. An operator transfered me to a sales guy called himself Luis. We agreed on a price which sounds very good. So I decided to go to pick up the car immediately. Once I got there, the reception (sounded exactly the same as the operator connected my call) said no one working there named Luis but she confirmed the phone number recorded on my cell phone was theirs. Another sales person immediately said he could help me but there was no way he could sell at the price I was told on the phone. Then he and his manager started all trained technics and trying to sell me a car $3000 more than the priced I was promissed. Of cause I walked out with anger. I told what happened to me to some of my friends. And one of them said they did the same thing to him sometime ago. A sales person told him a price on the phone; once he got in there, the sales guy (he used his real name though) totally denied the price he promissed on the phone and tried to make a sale at a much higher price. I don't know if they only target on people speaking English as a second language, but I have enough reason to believe this is their regular practice. If they could do it to me and my firend, they must have done the same to many other people. So I'm calling whoever had the same experience speak out to help inocent customers from falling to their trap again. I can't believe they could get away with their dirty tricks and not being punished by law.

I visited several dealerships looking for a new car for my 16 year old daughter. The reason I bought from Honda Mall of Georgia is twofold: (1) Honda makes the best cars; and (2) Tom Paine. I visted other Honda dealers but Tom was simply the best. Tom did not refer me to a manager for a hard sale. He was insighful, easy to deal with, and honest. I would highly recommend anyone to buy a car from Tom Paine.

Honda Mall of Georgia have really good price for some of the cars on the internet.Don't go there without checking internet price of Honda Mall of Georgia and KBB.com

They had the car I wanted, but I still paid a little over sticker and addendum. But the kicker - they wanted 29% over "retail" for wheels and tires to spiff it up - they were "all in" at that price too. Sad. Also be prepared to not see any paperwork (buyers order, etc.) until finance. Very unethical business practices. That's what you get for dealing with a corporate owned dealership. Never again - even if they do have the car I want.
