I am temporarily based in Kirkland, and I thought I'd use the opportunity to take my Honda into the local dealer for a routine service, plus a couple of extra bits and pieces: a 12v outlet that constantly shorted out, a big ding in the bumper. I'd use their rental service to borrow a car to tide me over. The service consultant explained that they didn't do bodywork, but they'd do a thorough service and inspection. Unfortunately, I found I couldn't do the rental, but the service manager overheard my mild consternation and made it right, right there, by offering to drive me to work himself. I took him up on the offer, and he explained as we drove that he was working hard to put the service department back into commission after a long hiatus due to the pandemic. They'd sold the vans they used to shuttle customers about, and his staff were at skeletal levels. The car was ready within two days. They had gone through with a fine-tooth comb, fixing disc brakes, replacing a brake light I hadn't known was out, ... removing the penny in an aux socket that was causing the 12V outlet to short (!) ... tuning up the engine so that it purred. And, after I drove off, I realized that they'd fixed the ding while the car was up on the lift, no charge. I highly recommend this dealership service department. It's clear that they will go over and above the basic requirements to really make your car run well, and treat you, the owner, just as well. Five-star experience.

Normally I don't leave reviews, but... won't be going to this place again to service my Honda Odyssey. They're charging $170 per diagnostic and I was told that if I wanted to diagnose transmission and brake, for example, this would be considered as two different diagnostics and have to pay $340 upfront. On top of that, they changed my range switch after diagnostic, but didn't calibrate it correctly so gear indicator lights would not come up for "N" and "D". What made me really unhappy was that they had to have heard the noise the car was making at start after the initial diagnostic, but didn't even bothered to call me about and offer diagnostic for $170, which showed the lack of care toward the customers. In a way I'm glad this happened since that forced me to search for another repair shop and I was able to get all the repairs done and then some for pretty much the same price as the range switch + B1 service at the dealership.

Avoid this place if you have a used car to trade in!!! The shopping experience started nice, schedule for test drive, get updated when car is available and got in to do a test drive, pretty smooth. Then after the test drive when I'm ready to make the purchase, i was told my car was appraised for $30k.. LOL, I tried every instant cash offer service, and was getting 38.5k-39.5k from every single one of them, and even other dealers I talked to quoted within 500-1k of the online quote I got. They were good when I was purchasing a car but if you need anything else, they ignore you. I have received a consistently poor customer service when trying to call them about a service. I got through to someone who just told me to book online. I called to try and see which service would be appropriate for my mileage but the person could not get me off the phone quick enough. The same with the service department - I had to get angry and call twice to get Ania to look into my recent service to see if all of the recalls on my car have been sorted (and there are many on my HRV by the way, fuel pump, brakes, software etc.. which would make any person upset to start with). I heard her laugh sarcastically as we finished the call. I also tried using a Contact us form on the website to discuss my issues with them - no one ever gets back to you - I guess that is only for people who are buying. Once you buy, they can't get you off the phone quick enough and there is a general feel you don't matter. But when they know the customer service survey will be sent, you receive calls and texts all day, asking for a 5 star reviews. I really didn't want to write this review, because I had a good experience buying a car here years ago but since it is so hard to be treated with respect and give them feedback any other way, I had no other choice. I tried finding out the name and email of an owner or a general manager for the store to discretely leave this feedback but could not find anything online to do so. If you are buying a car - maybe you will be treated well. Otherwise, be prepared to be ignored and treated like you don't matter at all.

My experience with Ed Molina at Honda of Kirkland was AWESOME! Being in sales myself I find that I am a pain in the butt customer. Ed stayed patient and took the time with the help of his managers to find the car I wanted in the color I wanted with interior I wanted, this was tricky as I purchase a 2017 Accord Touring V6 and there were not a lot of them to be found in what I was looking for . I was not going to budge on what I wanted, instead of trying to sell me a car on the lot just to make the sale Ed made it happen! Due to the length of time it takes to " make the customer happy" we were offered lunch from Kirkland of Honda, such amazing service all the way around. I did not intend to buy a brand new car, Ed NOT trying to push me allowed me to see the benefits of owning a new car as I drive for a living. Again I cannot say enough about the expertise in dealing with Ed Molina at Honda of Kirkland and will tell everyone I encounter what a great and knowledgeable sales person Ed is, I would follow him as my sale person wherever he went. Thank you Ed for everything we love our new car.

we test drove the car, as soon as they knew we were serious about purchasing the car, They started to play games with the numbers, they played from the old and classic working the numbers backwards to trying to steal the trade, to offering a very high interest rate , telling us that is the best we qualify for, you name it they tried it . Pete the sales manager came to help MJ. Tim Chi the finance manager lied about the numbers , when again we questioned it they presented us with another set of numbers , luckily I had taken a picture of the original sheet with my phone and i showed it to them, they would not back off. My wife said they are nickel and dimming us , just pay them and get the car and lets go and never again recommend or buy another car from these guys at Honda Of Kirkland again...

When my 98 Honda Accord is on its last leg, I was forced to send out a inquiry for a new car. Polo from Honda of Kirkland was quick to respond and very attentive to my needs. After a 10 minute conversation, he has given me some options that fit my budget and needs and made an appointment for me the next day. When I go there, he took the time to show me the car and answered all my questions. when I told him this is my first time buying a new car and need some time to think, he was not pushy and made everything very easy for me. I came in the next day and bought the car from him. I will be happy to recommend him to anyone I know. hands down the best car buying experience.

No one likes buying a used car and salespeople have such a bad reputation that I was concerned. But then I met M.J. Kim at HOK who put me right at ease. He knew immediately which car I referred to when asked and cracked a joke right away. He was amazing. I never felt taken advantage of and left feeling like the entire outfit was trustworthy.

This is the second car we bought at Honda Kirkland. We did lots of research and we also went to other Honda certified dealers to find the car we like (a white 2016 Civic Touring). But we came back to Honda Kirkland and closed the deal with Mohammed because he's the best sales person we have met. He's very friendly, professional and never pressure you to buy. Walked in with no expectations and was greeted by a friendly salesperson Mohammed. He treated me with great respect and let me test drive a car with no expectations. Two weeks ago I went to Honda of Kirkland to purchase my first new vehicle. I had done my research on a 2016 Honda Civic and new I liked it but I wanted to look around the lot to see if there may be a better match. MJ was very helpful in showing me around their - not 1 - but 3 lots! We test drove multiple vehicles and didn't at all feel rushed to make a decision. He answered all of my questions and when he didn't know an answer he was quick to find out and let me know. I ended up purchasing a new 2016 Honda Civic (surprise!) but had to wait until the next shipment because of the color I chose. In the meantime MJ helped me rent out a Honda Fit that suited me just fine while I waited for my new vehicle. There is no question that MJ is available for any of my questions whenever they may pop up. Russel, in the finance department, was also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Horrible customer service. It made us realize that car buying experience is so important. We were keen on buying a Honda car, but encountered a sales rep who was not interested to show show us around or the cars. Apparently, we were discussing car features, which the guy didn't like.Few comments made by him which I can remember are:Sales rep 1: "I am going to attend to other customers who have decided on a car and make *good* use of my time."One of us: "Sure, no problem." ... We could notice that there were no other customers in the showroom. At that time, we didn't care and continued our discussion.)Sales rep 1 (after less than 5 mins): "Looks like you guys are still here. You were not able to make a decision."One of us: "We're getting there."Sales rep 1: "... Tell me one thing, are your 'discussions' going to lead anywhere..." (There was no need to make such a sarcastic comment. We weren't even bothering him with our questions)When we zeroed in on the car, we went inside to ask for help if someone can help us with the test ride of one of the car. The same guy shows up and makes the following comment which was enough to put us off.Sales rep 1: "Before you take a test ride, can you tell me if you are *actually* interested in buying a car ?" (His tone was rude this time).One of us: "Are you *actually* interested in showing us the car, if not- then we can take help from someone else?"Callouts:1) It looked clear that the guy was not motivated to work or help customers.2) There were no other customers on 4th of July weekend, Such kind of customer service might be the reason.3) The comments made by sales rep were un-necessary and did not help a bit in the car buying process.We ended up buying a car from another dealer on the same day.

While driving on 185th Street in Kirkland I passed by Honda Dealership and saw a car on the lot. Next day I called the dealership and casually inquired about the car of my interest. Mr. Mohammed a Sales person responded to my call. His manners were very pleasant, he provided every detail honestly and did not placed any pressure upon me which you normally expect from a "Used Car Salesman". I was not even serious about buying the car immediately Mr. Mohammed's presentation was so pleasing I decided to visit the dealership. Since my arrival there to the point of collecting the car I come across with several individuals and every one of them in particular Mr. Mohammed were very help full, friendly, and provided, straight forward and honest replies to all my questions. I congratulate Kirkland Honda to have such a team and recommend any one interested to buy their next car/truck to give them a chance to provide their worthiness.

Over the years I have purchased 3 Hondas from Ed Molina at Honda of Kirkland. Even though I've moved to another County with two Honda dealerships in the vicinity, I chose to recently purchase an HRV from Ed. I am a person who is quite intimidated by the process of purchasing a car -- numbers being thrown out, trade-in, etc. I trust Ed and I never feel like he is pressuring me to purchase extra options, etc. I feel he is on my side, trying to sell me a 'good match' for my needs. In this most recent instance I went in planning to buy a Civic and drove off with an HRV - a much better model for my particular needs. I love my new car and recommend Ed Molina/Honda of Kirkland without hesitation - a 5 star experience.

My wife and I were looking to drive some cars and our first visit was at this dealership. We were greeted by MJ right at the door and went straight for a test drive. Sato-san worked with me go through the purchase of leases and purchases.He is very friendly and attentive, makes the process very efficient and straightforward. I would recommend him for any needs for cars, new or used. He works hard to understand the needs of his customer, and suggest options.Overall, they staff this location with nice and competent people; I visit them for services, too, and I do find they are honest and not in the business of tricking customers.

Barbara and the management team at Honda of Kirkland went out of their way to make us happy customers. Before allowing us to be disappointed by a situation where the car we were interested in had just been bought by other customers, Barbara and her manager went out of their way to take care of us. Was greeted by Patrick and Barbara both who were smiling and beyond friendly. Patrick even talked to my son about Star Wars!! Barbara listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was. We walked around the lot and test drove a Civic, I was sold. No pressures sale and through the financing portion Barbara got me into the payment I ultimately desired. After going to several dealerships in the area, we (my wife and I) ended up going to Honda of Kirkland. At the previous dealerships, I got the impression that they weren't willing to work with our situation. Not at Honda of Kirkland. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. We were fortunate enough to meet M.J. at our first visit to Honda of Kirkland. He was friendly and knowledgeable during our initial test drive and was able to answer all of our questions and address any potential concerns. His knowledge and expertise continued beyond the test drive as he took a significant amount of time with us going over accessories and features. He also took time to review numbers & figures with us so that we could get to a final number we were comfortable with. M.J. communicated with us on his day off to make sure that we got answers to our questions even though he wasn't in the office. He made the car buying process as smooth as he possibly could and we were able to complete the deal without feeling pressured. He had a great blend of professionalism and humor that was a perfect fit for my husband & me. I would highly recommend M.J. to friends and family.

Polo at Kirkland Honda is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I called a few dealers to find out the best deal for a Civic that I am looking to purchase, Polo was one person that took the time to go over all the details of the car and work out the numbers to my liking. I moved to Washington 3 months back and with summers starting I was hunting for a good car deal since a month. I heard feedback for Honda of Kirkland from my colleagues and wanted to give it a try. We met Mohammed the salesperson who helped us in going through the lot of Pre-Owned cars and the collection was decent enough. We shortlisted 4 cars after taking a walk in the parking lot of Pre-Owned cars. But still I wasn't satisfied and looked up at their website for Pre-Owned card inventory where I spotted a Ford Focus 2014 model which had mileage of approx. 9K that draw our attention. This card looked almost new with no scratches or dents. However it was beyond my budget a little bit, but Mohammed helped me in negotiating the price with Finance Manager and setting up a good deal. Finance Manager was informative and explained us various benefits. Next day, car was ready for pickup with all cleaning and minor cosmetic fixes. Its only 3 days of driving so cannot comment much on performance but dealing with Honda of Kirkland was fruitful.

I came to Honda Kirkland with the best intent of purchasing a car and was led around in circles of lies and deceit. During negotiations, the dealership made me an offer that I was considering, but before accepting the offer I asked to see all the fees associated with purchasing the car. The salesperson went to request the paperwork from the sales manager and when he came back he said "they're not cooperating." He scooped up the paperwork, including the registration for my trade-in, and left. I had to chase him down to recover my registration so I could leave. A few days later, the salesperson reconnected with me and we were able to resume negotiations (against my better judgement). I got the information I needed about the fees and told him I would accept the offer that was on the table at the time the previous negotiations fell apart, which they said was no longer acceptable. I was fed a series of weak excuses as to why they would not be able to honor their original offer. In the end, an agreement was made (what was I thinking??) and I was told the agreement was completed, but I would be able to pick up the car in 5 days. The next day, I was told that I hadn't signed the right paperwork, and while I was on the way to the dealership to sign the papers, the vehicle was sold to another party (or so I'm told). I'm not sure what to believe anymore. My advice: avoid this place at all costs.

My experience with M.J. and Ken was absolutely fantastic! Ken was very helpful on what kind of car I should get based on my budget and needs. I needed a reliable car right away for work to a different state and Ken recommended me a 2016 4 Door Honda Civic LX or EX model, and I test drove both models with M.J.. M.J. was very knowledgeable and educated us about the car. I am very impressed by the safety, performance, and style of Civic! I was able to get exactly what I was looking for and I ended up leasing the EX model. Excellent hospitality from M.J. who offered my little son a hot chocolate! I walked in to Honda today having a good idea of what I wanted to buy and when. Jin Sato walked up to me when I walked in and got to know what I wanted, my price range and what kind of lifestyle I live and want in the future. He introduced me to my new (used) Honda Element which I had never seen nor considered but fit my needs more than any of the three original cars I had in mind. I didn't even want to look at another car after I drove this beautiful car that's made for avid sports lovers like myself! He got me approved and driving off the lot today - which is the way I wanted it - one and done! I'm so thankful he was able to direct me to a better choice for my lifestyle than I knew existed! Mohammed greeted us promptly and he was very friendly and helpful. We ended up seeing a used vehicle that met all our requirements and started the buying process. Mohammed was very eager to help us in getting the "deal" we wanted. We were pleasantly surprised about the trade in value they gave us for our vehicle but I wished we would have done a bit more research on the cost of used vehicles. If we could do it again, we would deal on the price of the new, used vehicle verses getting the better trade in value. But, with that said, that was our own fault and not theirs. Overall, things went very well and it was a pleasant experience.

On 1/10/16 I was shopping for a used Mazda Mazda5 for my growing family and happened upon three different ones, one of which was available at Honda of Kirkland. I chatted with TJ Howard about the vehicle they had and he was very prompt and friendly, answering all of my questions. After a few days of deliberating and additional communication, I made an email offer to TJ for the Mazda5 contingent on the test drive, which he was able to accept. My whole family piled into a rental and drove nearly 3 hours up to see the car. TJ met us at the door and the Mazda was even better than I expected! They had reconditioned it with a full set of brand new Yokohama YK580 tires, new serpentine and A/C belts, and a new battery along with a fresh full synthetic oil change. The car is black and was waxed flawlessly. My wife and I both test drove the car and found that it drove wonderfully, so we accepted the deal. TJ had everything ready to go, it was so fast it was amazing! It took us longer to fill out the title paperwork with the F&I lady than to actually buy the car. I've had it for a little over 3 weeks now and couldn't be happier. My mechanic inspected it and could find nothing that will require work at all and it has been running and driving like a new car. I can't recommend TJ Howard enough, he really was fantastic to work with throughout the process.

The price difference of same car for two different persons in this dealer is very high of1000$ bugs... they simply manipulate you to buy the car and then for maintenence of your car you should wait for a week to get an appointment. Don't know why they sell cars daily and don't improve the service department/staff. I personally got accord car for 1000$ extra than my friend who took the same car of newer model in the same show room. :(

Was looking for a used Odyssey or Pilot. I was able be to kick some tires without sales staff immediately at my side. Then, at the right time, Jin Sato came out to assist. I left after a first visit without any pressure to think things over. My wife and I came back the next day, kicked some more tires, took a test drive and bought a very nice Pilot. Jin Sato was very nice to deal with and was a big help with all questions.

This was easily the most peaceful process I've ever dealt with. I walked in to Honda of Kirkland and was immediately greeted by Jacque. I explained to her that I was mechanically inclined, had done my research thoroughly and was just looking to see the selection as I am under a tight budget and, let's be honest, cheap. I test drove a new 2016 Accord and instantly, I knew this was the car that I wanted. Once Jacque and I had discussed the specifics, she helped come up with a deal that fit perfectly within my budget. After meeting with Ken Pho, Jim Waddington, and Amit a few days later, I drove that baby off the lot with 19 miles on it. If it wasn't for the huge amount of respect, kindness, and overall willingness to help that I was shown during this process, I would have kept looking around comparing more prices. But after this experience, I will NEVER go to a different dealership again. Never once did I feel pressured or like my needs were not of the highest priority.I would recommend any close friend of family member to come to this dealership FIRST, above all else, when thinking about buying/trading/leasing a different car. I worked with Jin Sato who was able to find and deliver the exact 2016 Accord I was looking for despite the fact that there wasn't a single one in the entire Seattle area. There doesn't seem to be much demand for the Accord with manual transmission but Jin found it and got it delivered. Sweet car and great experience working with Jin.

Before I walked into Honda of Kirkland, I have been to a few other Honda Dealers in Great Seattle area. Honda of Kirkland is the first place that makes me feel that they want to have business with me. Jin, who helped me to finish this purchase on 2016 Honda Pilot at the end, has been very friendly and patient. Even the usually very stressful deal negotiation part, I felt it was a quite pleasant experience, as persons here want to make a business!

Dropped in at Kirkland Honda this weekend as our current Honda lease expires soon. Our salesman, Mr. Sato, discussed our future car needs and allowed us to test drive several models. Mr. Sato was very savvy of the various models and benefits of the upgrades. I had visited more than 10 dealers of different makers. Honda Kirkland is the best and supportive. They understand our need and can give best suggestions. We had the best price without hard negotiation. All paper works are well looked after. It was obvious that they wanted us to have as great of an experience as we did. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and more importantly worked his hardest to give me the best deal possible on a brand new car! I can definitely say my first car purchase experience was amazing! I got great customer service and drove away with a car that had everything I wanted! We would highly recommend anyone to get their vehicle at this location. We just purchased a new Honda CR-V few days ago. Mr. Sato was amazingly helpful and truely respectful for us. It's been only few days since we moved to the states from Japan, so my wife and I were kind of nervous to get a car as it was our first time to own a car in the states. Shame on me for buying here. Salesmen were high pressure, made no connection with me or my family, and in classic car salesmen mode, twisted every number and ultimately took advantage of my lack of understanding about leases. I didn't get the deal I wanted upon further review of the documents they stuffed down my throat and pushed me to sign in all of 5 minutes. Manager didn't even have the guts to come and explain the numbers to me. Being honorable to my word, I pushed through and signed anyways, buying my last vehicle from this dealer.YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF BUYING A HONDA ELSEWHERE. Great vehicle, scummy dealership.

I'm very appreciative for not receiving the traditional hard sell like you get at many dealerships. Also the General Manager Larry Mallory has been actively involved in the community and known for his Honda Motor Company affiliation. So I visited Honda of Kirkland and met Joseph Murphy. He provided several test drives on different models to insure that I felt comfortable with my vehicle. He was kind and did not pressure. I returned on my second visit and pre-qualified with the General Sales Manager Ken Pho. I was a first time college grad and Ken insured that I receive a competitive rate. My wife and I are in the market for a new car and interested in the lease program. Very glad that we met Polo at Honda of Kirkland. He spent the time to explain how the lease works and made us see it is right for us. We are people who take our time to make decisions. We visited the dealership 3 time before making the purchase, never once was Polo being pushy or gotten tired our constant questioning. We have purchased two cars from Honda of Kirkland, both from Ed Molina. Ed is great to work with - he was patient and willing to listen to what my wife was looking for in a new minivan. We returned to Honda of Kirkland because I had purchased a used Civic Coupe from them a couple of years ago. Ed took care of us then, and we were lucky to work with him again. We walked away with a 2015 Odyssey, which replaces our 2000 Toyota. We love the vehicle, and would send any of our friends to Ed. We also received excellent treatment from Tim, our financing agent. He found a great rate on a loan for us.

I have been interested in the brand new HRV since I first heard about it in January of 2015. I visited the Kirkland showroom several times, looking at cars and waiting for the HRVs to arrive at the dealership. While there I spoke with several of the employees. Most were very helpful, not pushy, and were respectful of my needs. When the HRV finally arrived I was connected with Ed Molina. This was a great match! Ed was patient, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. My son and I both drove the car and were impressed with this wonderful HRV! It is the perfect size and has so much interior room for a smaller car. I have ordered a jazzy red HRV and will finish my praises for Kirkland Honda in a few weeks when it arrives. I had a particularly great experience with David Patterson, who continued to follow up with me about my car purchase for several days after I purchased my new Accord. It has been 3 months since I bought my new car, and I still think it is the best car purchase that I have made in my life. If you are looking to buy a Honda, this is the only place to get it.

I stopped by Honda of Kirkland a week ago after discussing the deal I wanted to get for a certified used vehicle. Jonny, the sales person told me that he would be able to get me the car for the price we discussed. I walked into the dealership and he presented my offer to his Sales Manager. I realized that he brought me in to the dealership, without confirming the deal we discussed, with his manager. The Sales Manager came to discuss the deal, but I felt I was wasting my time as I was told the price was now significantly more than the original deal. The manager was very aggressive and rude. Every customer has the right to offer the price that he or she wants and sales people should not act like jerks. They can tell their customers that we cant sell it for that price. Honda of Kirkland doesnt have any respect and dignity for their customers. This was my second time visiting the dealership for buying the second car and will never go back there again. PS. Please make sure that you arrange a ride to home if you dont close the deal. I didnt have the car at that time and they picked me up. I had to take a taxi home at the end.

I am so glad that I purchased my first car at this nice dealership. Everything and all the people who work there are so amazing especially Chuck Jones who helped me working great with exceptional kindness and sincerity. I really enjoyed being at the clean and fresh looking dealership and the organic coffees and teas were definitely a plus. I will recommend everyone around me to buy their cars at this dealership with Chuck Jones. He not only works so professionally, but also takes care of his customers so impressively. Unlike other aggressive dealers out there I have experienced who almost made me give up purchasing a car, Chuck always treated me as well as my family and friends so gently with great respect. I remember that he spent so many hours explaining about the car before I purchased the car and even after I finished the paperworks, he was not reluctant to help me practice driving the new car since I was a very new driver even though I asked him to leave. We can hardly expect this kind of heartfelt service anywhere around these days. I really appreciate that.BTW, I found a tiny spot of debris under the coat of my 2014 brand new white accord over front window frame and little brown spot on the back seat that I had to clean up with soap which are little imperfection of this car, but except for those, my experience of purchasing my first car at kirkland honda was very pleasant and satisfying!

I did break fluid change, transmission fluid change and engine oil change from Honda of Kirkland in Washington service. The moment I drove my car off the service, I found that the steering is shaking when I'm pressing the break. I thought it might have something to do with break fluid change and will go away after some days. But the symptom is persistent. I did not have this problem before. I went to dealership once and also called them, but they are reluctant to take the responsibility and asking money to inspect the break. I'm not going to go to this dealership/service again.

Contacted this dealership about a Costco program purchase. Dealing with Jim Langlow and Sales Manager Peter Takasawa was great. No pressure sales at all. Some glitches getting into finance so had to return the next day. Overall I would recommend this dealership.

I was looking forward to getting my new car through Honda of Kirkland, especially after reading so many great reviews.How wrong that ended up being. While I was originally told that I would qualify for a 0.9% APR, I was later informed that my interest rate would be in the teens and I would need to put more money down than originally estimated. When I asked why, I was told that my credit score was 590. However, having just run my credit score three weeks previously, I knew that this was not even close to what my credit score really is.I then asked that Honda of Kirkland run more than just the Equifax. The response? For your safety, we don't think that's a good idea.A waste of four hours of my day, refusal to cooperate from both the credit managers and the sales guy, who constantly reassured me that this happens all the time (really?) and he had no idea why my credit score was so low, seeing as there was nothing negative on my report (to which he freely admitted).So I asked for a copy of my report. There was no number by which I could call Equifax to dispute, no report number, nothing. When I asked for one, I was told that by law (and their agreement with Equifax) they weren't supposed to share the credit report with me in the first place, and can't provide an identifiable number to me.Oh, and did I mention that I gave them copies of my bank statements to help the proofing up process? Not only did I receive a "credit report" with no way of verifying the report, but they also have my banking information.Take my advice - take your business anywhere but here.

At this dealership, after the sale is over, you're on your own - we purchased a 2012 Honda Accord - after test drove the car and agreed on pricing, we asked that a deep gouge in the rear bumper be repaired - Mr. Murphy offered a touch up paint bottle - we refused and insisted that it must be repaired..i.e. smoothed out the area and spray paint the damaged area in the fiber glass bumper. I scheduled to bring the car back and I did. After two hours the dealer called me and said the car was ready for picked up. I was thinking, it was too fast for a repair this like so I called Mr. Murphy and asked him to go over the service area to take a look and tell me if the job was to his satisfaction - he called me back and told me that it was a perfect fix. When I arrived later that afternoon to pick up the car, to my horror, the deep gouge was touched-up, not repaired. It was late in the evening so I left the dealership - I have email Mr. Ken Pho, the sales manager and tried to call him three times, left the message three time without any words from Mr. Pho as well as from Mr. Murphy. I am not trying to give anyone a hard time - I just need to have the 21 thousand dollars car fixed properly. If this Honda dealership valued their customers as much as what they have advertised, then they should provide a descend service and treat their customers with respect during and after the sale. Customers loyalty will guaranty healthy business in the long run - cheap shot like this will definitely hurt their future.I hope this message will help other people to be very alert coming in to this dealership.Best regards,Le

I went to purchase a new Honda Accord 2013 EX-L / CRV. Sales person, Martin, was very helpful and wasn't pushy. I test rode both Accord and CRV. Martin neatly explained all the features. When we sat down to negotiate and got down to the basics - invoice price, holdback etc., Martin's manager made an entry. This guy literally barked at me saying he wants to make a profit. When I reiterated the fact about hold back, his voice and body language seemed to go a tad threatening and disrespectful. I felt very uncomfortable and decided to leave the dealership. The next day I bought the same vehicle from Klein Honda where people are friendly and respectful.Two days later, I got a call from Honda of Kirkland that they have a great deal for me and I asked them to keep it for themselves.Thing is its ok for one to be firm about what one thinks is fair but NOT OK to speak scornfully to customers. Run far and fast from this dealership.

I was called by Jin Sato at the Honda of Kirkland to see if I wanted to sell my Honda Civic. I was interested in trading up, so I made an appointment. While the Jin was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable, when it came to my trade-they tried to tell me my transmission was slipping, that I had a received a bad paint job, and that there was damage from an imaginary accident to the front of my car, therefore my trade-in value was a couple thousand less than Blue Book value. Since I have not had any problems and just had it serviced in the last couple of weeks I told them I wanted to explore other options. They also had a very slim selection of any older cars that I was actually looking for. They then brought in the sales manager who seemed to just want to sell me a new 2012 Honda Civic even though I told them I wasn't ready to buy. At this point I didn't believe anything they said and felt very uncomfortable working with them any further.I then promptly made an appointment with Honda of Seattle and got a great deal and service on a 2012 Honda Civic. I will not be returning to Honda of Kirkland.

I went to Honda Kirkland because they gave me the best deal. Lew, my salesman, was fantastic as he was 100% transparent with the pricing of the CRV. The finance department was a different story. I had one request with the financing to get financing through my credit union Ive been with for years. As usual when signing all the papers my finance guy was more concerned with up-selling me on all the warranties and add-ons then listening and getting the financing I asked for through my credit union. A week later I get a call from Wells Fargo who now holds the title to my car. I was a bit confused and gave Honda Kirkland a call. I expressed my disappointment to Eric, the finance director, as now I would have to go and refinance through my credit union. He said there was nothing he could do as now the loan is with Wells Fargo. Once again, I expressed my disappointment in the lack of communication between departments. At that point I conceded, as I knew there was nothing he could do with the loan. I knew I would have to refinance through my credit union. I asked if there was anything he could do to rectify the poor customer service I received from his finance department. He told me yes and that I would be hearing from him shortly as well as another manager on the sales floor. Its been a month and I havent received a phone call from them. Overall, I suppose this dealership is the same as most others they treat you like royalty until the deal is signed, then they forget all about you. The only great thing that came out of this was when refinancing, my credit union beat Wells Fargo APR by 0.57% with better loan terms. My only advice is if you decide to go with this dealership is to take charge of your own financing. If I had to do it over again I would have taken my pre-approval loan with me and taken care of the financing myself. Their CUDL system didnt work at all, at least not in my case.

Oh the Epic Fail....I have reviewed this dealership in the past but since we were in the market for a new vehicle, my wife wanted to give them one more shot and but what a mistake it was.We are approached by the typical sales guy promising the world. He stated he will give us any price we want. The best price for our trade, blah, blah, blah. So of course my wife and I had our guard up.We were trading in our vehicle that Blue Booked at $28k and purchasing a new car that had an MSRP of $41k. So we sit down and the sales rep did not know how to operate his own data entry system to enter our credit application. So now I am walking him thru his own system. Next he goes to appraise our vehicle we are trading in and cannot figure out how to access how many miles on it. Once again, I am training the Honda rep on what he should know. Now we sit down to negotiate. I tell him, I only have 90 minutes so give me your best price now so we can get this done. He says no problem and we are on their way.He comes back with his offer. He offers me $22k for my trade and MSRP for the new vehicle. A total win for the dealership. My wife demands at least $26k for her trade and Costco pricing for the new car. Of course he guarantees it and comes back 20 minutes later and says we are all good, we will be happy and he got us what we wanted. He shows us Costco pricing for the new car and $24k for our trade. I was ready to leave. The sales guy looks at me and tells me to 'Play the Game'. I about blew up. I told him that I was not here to play games, but to buy a new car. So my wife and I leave.After thinking about it for a while, my wife decides to compromise a bit and take $25k for her trade and calls the dealership back to get the deal done. We agree on the numbers and we are on our way. The sales rep says he will get us the color combo from his sister dealership, Honda of Bellevue and we can pick it up today in Kirkland. He calls is back and says they are losing to much money on the deal so they cannot get the car today, that it will be on on SEPTEMBER 15TH!! What the hell? That is almost a month away. He then tells us he has a different color combo that my wife prefers and we agree on that car.So now we are getting our kids ready and are heading over to pick up our new car. Louie calls us and says the car he offered us has $2100 in accessories on it and the price we agreed on just went up and it was non-negotiable. What the hell is this? Deal in done and agreed on and now because of his error, we have to pay more out of pocket. TOTAL CRAP. My wife calls the sales manager directly and never hears back. After 4 phone calls with Louie he calls us back and says, My Manager says we should just part as friends. Are you kidding? What a waste of time. These guys are a total joke and should not be in business. The broke the deal they agreed on and tried to pull a bait and switch. If you are buying a new Honda avoid these circus clowns!

I'd been obsessively searching for a CRV online for about a week and was very clear on what I wanted and my price range. I found a really good deal on a '09 CRV and made an appointment to check it out with Danny. He was a pleasure to deal with and I ended up buying the car that day. The whole process only took about an hour and a half from test drive to keys in my hand. This is my second car I've purchased from Lynnwood Honda and I won't hesitate to buy again from them next time I'm in the market.

I purchased a 2011 CRV EX-L with NAV on 30 Sept 2011. I was more than thrilled with my experience purchasing my new vehicle from Honda of Kirkland. The exact color and model of CRV I wanted was not available, however, Larry Mallory went out of his way to find me the EXACT one I wanted, even though it was hundreds of miles away! Alex Gharai was very knowledgeable about the specifics of my new CRV and patiently showed me what I needed to know to use the navigation system as well as other important details about my new vehicle. Larry Mallory, Eric Rizer and Deborrah Kessinich worked hard at getting me the best interest rate and deal for financing as well as giving me a great trade-in allowance on my older 4WD SUV. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like a VIP. I still have that same smile on my face. I LOVE my new CRV! Thank you Honda of Kirkland!!

I purchased a 2011 CRV EX-L 4WD with NAV on 30 Sept 2011. I was more than thrilled with my experience purchasing my new vehicle from Honda of Kirkland. The exact color and model of CRV I wanted was not available, however, Larry Mallory went out of his way to find me the EXACT one I wanted, even though it was hundreds of miles away! (Note: Another local Honda dealer, just miles away, had the exact CRV I wanted but wouldn't give it up unless I paid thousands of dollars more!) We were shopping for a used minivan for our family over Labor Day weekend. We test drove a 2010 Honda Odyssey. We informed the salesman, David, that we would not be making any decision until after we test drove a Toyota Sienna. David was very polite, put no pressure on us to buy the Odyssey on the day we drove it, and he was also very helpful in explaining all the features of the car. I gave him an opportunity to tell me what he didn't like about the Toyota Sienna, but he wouldn't do it out of respect. We left Kirkland and went to a Toyota dealership, Magic Toyota of Edmonds. We had a horrible experience (see my review for Magic Toyota under False Advertising). Two days later we came back to Honda of Kirkland and my husband asked to see two other Odysseys to compare to the 2010 Odyssey. David was very obliging. We decided to purchase the first car we drove and had a pleasant experience in negotiations. Fast, respectful and honest. And because this car is a Certified Preowned Used vehicle, scratches on the paint are being repaired for us (with a loaner vehiclc during the work) and the interior of the Odyssey looks virtually brand new. We would buy again from Honda of Kirkland any day.

I've been using this dealer to service two Honda's for a number of years. I've always found them to be professional and reasonable.Recently I was in for service and because of their human error in checking my service history they performed some service on my vehicle that was unnecessary and expensive. It was truly an oversight in their records and it lead the mechanic down the wrong path in troubleshooting. When I got the bill for $400.00 I was a little surprised because what they were saying, if true, would have been something they would have caused since only they service my vehicle. We paid the bill and I dug through my service records, found the documents showing I was right and presented them to the dealer. To their credit Scott Trail not only stepped up and admitted their was a mistake he even dug back further in my records and volunteered even more information proving I was right. Not many service shops have ethics like that. They asked me what I wanted them to do and I said under the circumstances I think a full refund is in order.I have the money back in my bank. These are stand up people to do business with.

I took a good friend to this dealership because I had a good purchase previously .Mr. Molina was told at the outset that my friend wanted a new Honda CR-V and could spend $25,000. We are both 70, dressed well and were very forthright. Mr Molia started asking questions and the tried to sell her a USED 08 CR-v with 7000 miles on it. He said there was absolutely no difference between the 2010 model and the USED '08 model. He told us that the '08 cost more than the NEW 2010 model.The Mr Molina disappeared and Ron came in. Ron immediately started berating my friend's trade-in. She knew it wasn't worth much.He continuing arguing and refused to tell us a final price unless we agreed to buy the car.These two onanists forced us to walk out without a new car!!!!!!It is a mystery why a dealership with a brand like Honda would resort to these old 1950 tactics. It was rude and insulting. One can only assume that the dealer/owner approves and trains the salesmen this way.I have since found an honest dealership and have referred 5 people to them. they all bought cars.I have an active life and know many affluent, retired people. I have and will continue to tell everyone of the rotten treatment we recieved at Kirkland Honda

I was looking for a new Civic and this dealership was the closest one to my house.The salesman was your typical salesman, who tried to be over-friendly but turned out he didn't know much about the car actually.When I tried to get a sense for what the price would be, we entered your typical theatrical performance with sales manager, etc., etc. They never actually called out the price.I left feeling very disappointed and slightly disgusted.Went to another dealership where I got an Internet quote at a very, very good price, with no strings attached. Upon visiting and test driving, I learned useful information about the car because the salesman there actually knew a thing or two. Later I decided to buy a Fit rather than Civic and went straight to that other dealership. I didn't even want to find out what these guys can offer - I just didn't feel that communication with them would be informative, useful or pleasant.I can't say this is a *bad* dealership, it's just your typical old-style dealership where you need to keep your guard up, that's why I wouldn't recommend it to my friends - I would recommend that *other* dealership instead.

We bought our new 2010 Honda Fit from Honda of Kirkland and had a wonderful experience. We test drove a bunch of different models and our salesman was patient and let us drive all of the cars on our own. We even stopped for lunch to talk about which we liked best. I would highly recommend the dealership as it was professional and everyone was very nice. Our salesman, Darrin Giefer, was great. We had a great experience and love our new fit!

Three years ago when we moved to USA, we bought our first car Accord from Honda kirkland with great price and experience. Now we just bought another one Odyssey from this dealer again. The dealer worked very hard to help us to get the right color, trying to find ways to reduce the gap between our offer. We visited server times and they made us always feel very comfortable.BTW, we did our Accord service in this deal every time and felt very happy.

During the test drive, the car salesman assumed a tone of unwarranted friendliness, asking about my life instead of giving information about the car. He didn't actually know very much about the car (e.g. the back seat did fold down even though he thought it didn't), didn't provide useful information (there's quite a bit of a difference between 30 and 35 MPG), and was too negative (he: "Don't buy Hyundai!" me: "Why?" he: "No reason, they're just bad"). Now, I don't even want to buy a Honda...

I recently sold my 2001 Honda Civic to my nieghbor. It was the most reliable car I've ever owned. I took it to Honda of Kirkland for all routine service and never had any problems with it. I researched several brands to replace my civic. Ultimately, I decided to get another Honda because it was so dependable. I found a certified pre-owned Honda Accord at Honda of Kirkland for a very reasonable price. I felt Honda of Kirkland was honest and fair throughout the car buying process. After the sale they offer a new owner class led by their service and parts departemnt. This class was informative and really helped me understand the many features on my newer car. I highly recommend Honda of Kirkland.

I have recommended the dealership to many friends and family members of which many have bought cars there. I have heard nothing but good things from all of them.

My husband and I went because we wanted to buy a 2009 CRV EX-L and got greeted by a guy with Russian accent. He took us to the lot to see the crv's, said he was going to go get a key and pretty much left us there for a very long while. It turned out that other clients arrived and he decided to take those instead of us.Then guy #2 came (Mohamed) and was acting very childish, wasn't helpful at all with the price info we were requesting, he said it was whatever was marked on the car. We said we wanted the car in black and he said they only had it in blue and didn't even attempt to check a black one for us. He then started to raise his voice saying we weren't ready to buy even when we were ready to do a full cash payment.They pretty much treated us like dirt!

I had a wonderful experience working with Kathleen and Bari. It is the 5th car I have bought from Kathleen and I never have to worry about being "taken". She is not your typical salesperson. She is very laid back and you don't have the feeling of a stereotypical salesperson. Years ago I had told her I WANTED a new car and she told me I didn't NEED one. I didn't NEED one but she was honest with me and didn't just see $$ signs. I did finally persuade her and I bought a new Prelude. This being the 5th car I have bought I know what to expect in the finance department and I have to say this was by far the quickest easiest deal I have ever done. Bari made it clean and simple and I received a great interest rate. I left feeling very pleased with my deal. I had a wonderful experience overall and highly recommend them.

I took my car to this Honda dealer for regular service. They told me that I need to replace the radiator because the coolant is leaking. I agreed to go ahead. After the service, I realized that my car smelt differently. I thought it may be just because of the new radiator. On the second day, I found my car engine is overheating. I immediately called the service advisor. I was instructed to add water to the overflow container. I did but it didn't solve the problem. Then I had to call towing service to tow my car to the dealership for inspection.After a few hours, they called me and said the overheating is because of no sufficient coolant in the radiator. The coolant was replaced when they replaced my radiator. They said they don't think the technician forgot to put enough coolant in. They suspected that there are some intermittent problems but they can't tell. They are not willing to pay the towing service. I asked him either to either find out the issue or admit that the technician made a mistake. After a long talk, Mark told me to leave the car to them and let them drive the car for a few days. I was disappointed by his attitude. I am hoping that my car is alright.

Can't be 100% sure, but looks like the didn't install the power steering fluid bottle appropriately. The bottle fell down, rubbed against a belt, burning a hole in the bottle, power steering fluid got everywhere, burned out my alternator, eventually my battery died. My radio went into auto-theft mode and I didn't know the code. Dealer insisted on charging me the full price for replacing the alternator and battery. I had a warranty with a $50 deductible so it didn't cost much but I was extremely unhappy. As I filled out the review of the place the customer service person (attractive young women with a lot of makeup) stare at the scores you give their shop in the supposedly confidential evaluation. Apparently they're hoping to intimidate you into giving them a high rating.<br><br>
