I was in the market for a new Accord Sport and initially contacted the dealership via email to discuss their stock and pricing. I worked with Darlene Miller and she immediately gave me the best price. I am from the Milford area and explored a couple of other dealers in the area- even dealerships with the "best price first" promotion. Well, they couldn't and wouldn't beat Darlene's price. Honda of Westport was cheaper by $1200 on the same exact car, had two in stock and offered the same lifetime warranty as the competition. When I went to the dealer Darlene was waiting for me- she allowed me to test drive the car with my mother and she was low pressure. I feel like the process and transition of getting into my new car was pleasant, smooth and hassle-free. I have brought cars from dealerships in the past and I feel like the service here was the best yet. I would definitely recommend Honda of Westport to anyone looking to buy a new Honda.

Me and my husband always went to Courtney Honda. Yesterday was our first time going to Honda of Westport and we loved it. Working with Luis and Dean was a great experience. We would recommend Luis for a great sales person and Dean for the business manager. Between the both of them they made the process easy and very efficient with all the information. We walked out with our new 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback. I love my car thanks to Luis and Dean who were both pleasant and very professional. I got an online quote for a 2013 Civic and within a day got a call from Kam, he was extremely helpful at answering all my questions before I came in, and explaining all the next steps. Very low pressure, not pushy at all, which I liked a lot. The test drive went smoothly and the next day I was able to pick up my car. And, one other cool thing is I arrived a bit early for my appointment and Kam was on lunch (I expected to wait since I got there early), and Kevin, whose desk is right next to Kam's, got the car ready for me even though I wasn't "his" customer to take care of.

Just leased a new 2016 Civic LX from Honda of Westport. It's my 5th new car and it has been the easiest, fastest, most pleasant and hassle free process I've ever experienced and that includes having shopped in 3 different states (NY, PA & CT) so, this is definitely the place to be!VG was my sales associate, after I did an initial internet search for Hondas and received a kind call from their online sales coordinator who asked what I specifically was looking for, even what numbers I was thinking. VG called me back with numbers I liked and we made an initial appointment which I couldn't make but he followed up and I did too. I went to see him on a Monday, we talked and he really wanted me to drive the car before we went too far into talking about the car so I drove it and loved it - again - I once owned a Honda Civic LX. I returned from my test drive and agreed to the lease deal which includes maintenance (oil changes/tire rotation) during the duration of the lease. We made plans for me to pick up the car that same week on Wednesday, VG picked me up at the Metro North station with my new Civic and at the dealership I finished the paperwork with Jonathan while my license plates were put on the car (which of course looked amazing) and then I left for home in the beautiful red Civic. Both VG and Jonathan were kind, clear, professional and easy to talk to and perhaps more importantly they made me feel like I was an important Honda customer the entire time I was there. For almost everyone, getting a car IS a big deal so it's nice to be treated well during the process and have it go so very well and easy! Thanks to VG so much and to Jonathan too.

I have been buying cars for years and for this purchase I visited 4 other Honda dealerships. Without a doubt this was the best buying experience I have ever had. It started out with Ryan Riggs the salesman who was up front and honest throughout the entire process. The figures he gave me were the same at the end of the deal with no surprises. I then met the owner Mr. Perkins who was just as pleasant and upfront. Then onto the Finance Manager Jonathan, he was also very well organized and did not try to pressure me into any unwanted extras. When this deal was over I was questioning myself because I couldn't believe it went that well. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone. My husband and I have been Honda customers for a number of years. We have purchased two cars for our daughters, and although our previous Honda van was purchased from another Honda dealer (it was back in 2002. We hadn't discovered Westport Honda yet!!!), we have used your service center for all three cars for years. As I mentioned, my Honda Odeyssy was purchased in 2002, and after 14 years, we decided it was time for a new van. I choose Kam Bhojwani as my salesman on the advice of my long time Honda service consultant, Larry Yuroff. What a great recommendation! Although both my husband and I came to see Kam, I was the one buying the car. I was extremely pleased that Kam talked directly to me regarding what I was looking for, features of the car, etc. He made sure I understood everything, and he also answered any questions my husband had . Over the years I have purchased cars and the salesman always talked mostly to my husband, and not to me, even though I was the one buying the car. So what a pleasure it was to have Kam deal directly with me. He tried very hard to find me a red van, and called me several times with updates, but there were none to be found. However, I also like the blue, and he ordered one right from the factory. When I went to pick up the car, we sat in the car for a long time while he showed me all the features. He even programmed in a couple of my radio stations, and set me up with blue tooth, which I knew nothing about!! All in all, buying a car from Kam was the nicest car buying experience I have ever had! He never gave me any sales pressure about whether I should have this or that. I was excited to finally be getting a new van, and Kam was genuinely excited for me. He was very easy to talk to, always courteous, and had a good sense of humor. Oh, and he called me about two weeks after I purchased the car just to make sure everything was going ok, and to see if I had any questions, and to let me know that if "down the road" I had any questions or concerns, that I could call him and he would be happy to help me. Kam is now my definite, favorite, all time top car salesman, and I would recommend both Kam and Westport Honda to anyone looking for a new car!

I had a great experience at the Honda of Westport. I was greeted by VG as soon as I walked in and he did a trimendous job to get me what I needed. Once everything was all set he made sure he took the time to go over every aspect of the new vehicle so I could know how to operate everything thing before I left the dealership. Everyone was so pleasant to me including Dean from the finance dept. I will definitely refer this store to family and friends.

I use to travel 1 hour to take my civic to a dealer in the north part of the state....but for the last two years decided to try going to the Honda dealer in town - Honda of Westport.They recently opened up a new state of the art service center (which may be a little hard to find if you don't know your way around the Westport/Fairfield area...), but once you are there you will be happy that you decided to have your car serviced there.I especially like that they have an "Express" lane to take care of the quick and easy stuff w/o an appointment.

We are new into the US and without the excellent help of VG at Westport we would still be carless. Its not as easy to own a car here as you would think but VG made it possible and helped us through the challenges with good honest and sensible advice.The fact that he was helpful with the car and the car is great and we have the usual Westport life time warranty almost goes without saying.Its when things get a bit tricky that you see a business true colours. After an awful experience at Toyota of Westport, it was a comforting feeling to get proper service. My 05 Oddyssey started to smell of gas. Brought it to service where they said there was a fuel pump part recalled two years ago. They did the service with no, I repeat WITH NO extra charges! Toyota on the other hand supposedly did an airbag recall (light came on) on my 06 corolla. They called later in the day to inform me I needed over $1,200 of unnecessary repairs ($87.00 for wiper blades??). I refused. When I picked up the car, the light was / is still on. I was told a $365.00 spiral cable is not included in the repair. Go figure. Bought the corolla because Honda Civic was SOLD OUT. My loss. Anyone looking for a gently used corolla?

We weren't sure at first exactly what we wanted and kept hemming and hawwing. Kam was very patient and let us take our time without any pressure. When we finally ordered the car and it was ready to be picked up he stayed late to accommodate our difficult schedule. About 2 weeks ago my husband and I walked into Honda of Westport and met Darlene. We recently purchased a new CRV from Honda of Westport. Our sales representative was Darlene Miller. Darlene was wonderful to work with. She was calm, straightforward, and had a wonderful way about her. We initially thought we wanted an HRV, but realized we really wanted another CRV (we had previously purchased a CRV from Honda of Westport). We leased a 2015 Honda CRV from Brewster Honda a little over a year ago. We were never really happy with it, mainly because it was too small to accommodate our family. So, we went back there to see about turning it in and getting a bigger car. What a fiasco! Over the phone they told us they could get us a new Pilot for a very attractive price, but when we got to the dealership, they said they had been "spit-balling" when they gave us those numbers and quoted us a much higher price. They made us sit and wait for their "best offer," only to get another bogus, over-priced number. They couldn't honor our Costco Auto Buying discount. Then, to top it all off, 10 minutes after we drove away, they actually called us back to try to lure us with "an even better deal." We were pretty disgusted, so we decided to shop around.We are so happy we did because we ended up at Honda of Westport with Ryan Riggs. Ryan is OUTSTANDING!!! He provided us with everything we needed to know to make our decision. He really listened to us, answered all our questions, and explained the details of the car-leasing process in a no-nonsense, easy-to-understand way. No gamesmanship; no double-talking. No surprises. Ryan gave us options and helped us compare them so we could make the right choice for our needs. He also made sure to tell us EXACTLY what we would be paying each month. We have no doubt that he was telling us the truth about what he could and could not do for us. When we got ready to sign the papers, we were introduced to Ivo Ivanov. Ivo was another delightful surprise because he did not make us wait a long time in a stuffy office or try to sell us ridiculous add-ons like they did at Brewster Honda. Instead, we got a complimentary maintenance plan to cover all our services expenses for the next three years. He also helped us by showing us how to get some of our money back from the Brewster add-ons. Ivo made sure to answer our questions and helped us resolve a problem we were experiencing with getting our insurance company on board. Again, in every way, we were treated fairly and respectfully by Honda of Westport. Rather than driving away wondering if we had been had, we left the dealership overjoyed with our wonderful new Honda Pilot Elite and with the knowledge that we had been treated fairly and that we had given our money to a dealership that valued us as people, not just dollars.

I was getting a run around to get my car fixed. First time I came in a month back with a TPMS light on and they were unable to fix it. Next time they fixed the sensor on the right front wheel.Today the light comes on again. It took them a couple of days to figure it out but they did work on it with Honda Tech and solved my problem. Service manager Pat took charge of the issue and made sure it was resolved in time.So far 3 tire sensors have been replaced. Hoping Honda does not disappoint me more.

Granted, the last time was 2001, but that just speaks for the quality of Hondas that my good old Civic might have tired a bit cosmetically, but she still ran like a dream! They explained all of the warranty, service, financing, and other options in detail and we feel like they will be with us for the long term with their lifetime warranty. I'm European in U.S. I visited many Honda dealerships included Greenwich Honda, they after the verbally deal (i put deposit) changed the terms and price as well (they are terrible) that wasn't American service!! and i can tell you Westport Honda is the best place where possible to get the best American service and make a deal.. I recommend you Vytas VG Gardauskas! He is a professional and very friendly guy who can help you make the best deal in Honda!!

We needed to upgrade my 1998 Accord and considered several makers and models besides the new Honda Accord. Although its main use is to get me to the train station, my wife also wanted our second car to be safe to transport the kids, without being a bulky SUV. Honda had some good deals as per the general website so I contacted my local dealer, Honda of Westport; on the same day I got connected with Brian whom the start was quite straightforward about all expenses and credits involved: financing, trade-in value, service, registration. It also helped that I had a clear idea on the expected functionality from the new car and on my budget. From then on most communications happened over e-mail, which worked for me as my office is 1 hour away. I only had to go to the dealership twice to complete the deal: first time for 30 minutes to meet Brian and test-drive the car; and the second time for 60 minutes to meet Dean from the finance department, sign paperwork, evaluate additional coverage options, drop-off my trade-in and pick up the new car. I'm very pleased with the whole process to acquire the car, and the car itself.

Got an awesome deal on my car and I didn't even have to haggle. If you go to this dealer, ask for Luis. He is the best. No bull, no haggle, gets straight to the deal, gives you all the numbers laid out, and explains everything. Absolute pleasure to work with. The sales manager was great too. Only thing I didn't like was the "other fee" which was for VIN etching and was already apart of the cost of the car before any deal could be agreed upon.

We just purchase the 2016 Honda Pilot. This is the second car we have purchased from Kam at Honda of Westport and have had an excellent experience both times. Kam is very knowledgable and great to work with. All the staff at the dealership is extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever we are there, people always check with us to see if there is anything we need. We did not receive the treatment that they claim to offer and definitely did not get a vibe that they were #1 in anything. A friend of ours recommended Honda of Westport and we are glad she did. We had been looking at the Honda Pilot for some time. While on vacation in CT, we stopped by the dealership on a whim and spoke with Alex Harmon. He was the opposite of the stereotypical salesman. Alex assumed we new our own preferences instead of cramming options and models at us. It was so effortless to find the right car and they ended up having the ext/int color we wanted. It doesn't make sense to buy a car while on vacation, 300 miles away from home. But we did because Alex and the staff at Honda of Westport were so affable, communicative and transparent. On December 31st I went to the Honda of Westport dealership to see what options I had for getting into a new lease. Due to my travels out of state I would have been over my mileage. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly, helpful and the customer service throughout the entire process was wonderful. I had a great experience with Nick the Internet specialist who set up my appointment and gave me information regarding the vehicle I was interested in. Next, I had an appointment with Luis in sales to discuss options and test drive the vehicle. Luis was knowledgable and very professional. He even put a bow on the car when I went to see it!!! Finally, filling out all the paperwork with Ivo was great as well. He made the process very easy by explaining each document and letting me know the additional coverages I could add to my lease. Overall this was an amazing experience and I LOVE my new car!!!

I had been to a few Honda dealerships in CT and felt lied to and deceived about prices, warranties, and fees. I was tired of pushy sales reps but wanted to give Honda of Westport a chance, since I'd serviced my car there for the past 3 years and have had great experiences with their service department. Kam made me feel so much at ease that I happily purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V from him! The process was very quick. Kam explained everything fully and I really felt as though he had my best interests in mind - I never felt cheated or up-sold. When I was ready to drive my new car home, he made sure that I was totally comfortable with the car and all of the features and even helped me program the speed dials! Ivo was also wonderful and walked me through all the financing paperwork, stopping to answer all of my questions and providing me with enough time to read through all the documents completely - none of the "these are standard forms, just sign here, I explained this all to you already" nonsense you can encounter with financing departments. I am SO happy that I came to Honda of Westport and cannot say enough great things about Kam and Ivo - if you want an incredible experience (no pressure, no uncomfortable feelings about the purchase, no worries at all), then ask for Kam!! He truly made this one of the best purchasing experiences of my life.

I was put into contact with Mr. Riggs via a mutual associate. I explained to him what I could afford but that I was having a hard time making it down to the dealership because of work and because of a lack of a vehicle. He was able to get most of the car buying process done via phone calls and text which to be honest made buying so much easier. When it came time to test drive the car he sent a driver to my job to pick me up. After test driving the car and falling in love with it we finished the deal and I drove off the lot that night with a new car. I couldn't have been happier to be honest. I would highly recommend both Honda of Wesport and specifically Mr. Riggs as a sales associate.

These folks know how to treat a client, from sales assist to a phenomenal service team.You will NOT be disappointed when you visit - and lease of purchase - a new Honda or a used (I don't like the term, "pre-owned," sorry) vehicle from these folks. Price is one thing - and they are competitive, but after you leave the showroom with your new vehicle, it's also what occurs after you and your money are parted that tells the rest of the story, and these folks meet every expectation and exceed what experience you may have had from other dealerships by a mile.

The customer service at Honda of Westport was outstanding. I went on Black Friday to see a specific car I had found online. I called ahead and they had it ready/waiting for me. Took a test drive, made a pretty good deal, and drove it home that day. Len, Danny, and Ivo got everything put together for me. Len even caught me as I was getting ready to leave as he noticed I had forgotten to snag the transponder out of my trade-in. I would definitely go back and do business with them again. My two slight qualms that don't impact my review at all are:1. The outside lot is pretty small. I had trouble finding a spot to park when I arrived and the lanes are so narrow, I had to back up to let someone go by. 2. My fault for going on Black Friday, but the place was crazy busy. Once the deal was made, it took quite a while to actually leave. Also, I really appreciate them working to let me drive my new vehicle home. Coming from MA, it took me about two hours to get there. I was hoping not to have to make a separate trip to pick the car up and they made it work.

Two sale people sent me written quote through emails for 2016 Honda Accord EXL black on black. I confirmed the quote several times with them through emails and phone calls before I sold my old car. After I sold my old car and ready to pay the price they promised, they said they have to sell me the same car at much higher price. At this point, I have no choice, but to pay a lot more to get the car which is out of my budget. They are just not honest people to do business with. I am so disappointed to work with them.

Great deal on a great used mini-van. We researched similar vehicles all over the state and couldn't find a better car at a better price. Matt in sales was very accommodating and easy to work with. My wife and I were very interested in the Honda CR-V as it has great gas mileage, high safety ratings and some decent equipment that comes standard. I came in and test drove one myself and really liked the car so I decided to bring my wife in on a Sunday so she could drive it for herself. We were paired with Len Benton as our sales rep who was helpful in getting us out for the test drive. He advised us that he would pull the numbers and have them ready for us by the time we got back. When we got back he started going through all of the numbers which seemed pretty good, until he realized he was looking at numbers for the wrong year. He then took another 20 min to get numbers for the correct year which was over $60 dollars more a month then what he had told us before we went out. As we are sitting there waiting for him he starts to help another customer, and is literally asking and giving the customer paperwork as he is sitting at a desk with my wife and I. We told him that we knew people who had the same car for the same terms who were paying a lot less, to which point he said let me talk to my manager and see what I can do. He came back and said 336 was the best he could do. We got up and left, only to have him call my wife on Monday saying they could do 300, but when I called to check in I was quoted 326. After a lot of phone tag and waiting for the deal manager to come in on Tuesday I was told the best they could do was 323, and if I could find a better deal I should go elsewhere. We told him that was too much and thanked him for his time. Then on the coming Saturday he calls my wife 3 times and says that they can do 317. Every time we speak with him its wait for this manager to come in to see what I can do, and the price magical seems to keep going down even though it is not where we told him we wanted to be. The experience left us very frustrated and ultimately turned off to Honda. I think we will take our business elsewhere.I have tried to call a couple of times but always get your voicemail.

I dealt almost exclusively with Nick Stergiou, and he totally went above and beyond in every way. We are out-of-state, so looking at purchasing a car one can't see is pretty scary. Nick did everything he could to put our minds at ease--including shooting and sending videos. Additionally, he was non-agressive, really listened to my questions/concerns, and even helped me look at competitor cars online to talk through pros and cons! In the end we went with a different car, but I would whole-heartedly recommend Honda of Westport in general and Nick Stergiou in particular.

I don't live close to Honda of Westport but Matt Pecor made the transaction very easy. He was able to communicate everything through email since I couldn't make it down to the dealership. He kept me updated on the status of the vehicle and even did a lot of the back end issues before I got to the dealership so I could drive my new vehicle the same night. He truly took his time explaining everything to me before I arrived so I was prepared when I got to the dealership. Once I got down to the dealership, the transaction was very smooth and I was able to leave with my new car. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. It's nice to know that there are honest car salesman out there that just want to help customers and not looking at just the bottom line. I was in a position to need a car quickly. I contacted Honda of Westport and spoke with Matt. He was straight forward and quickly provided a quote on a car that fit my needs. I made other calls and was told by other dealerships that I was the offer that was presented by Matt was extremely competitive. I was unable to come into the dealership, so Matt did everything over the phone and by text. He accommodated my parents with multiple test drives. Within 6 days I had a new car for my parents. We had a really good experience dealing with Luis. The first time he met me I told him that I could not spend time there and he quickly showed me the Pilot and the CRV. I ended up driving both. Later I stopped by with my wife and again we did not want to spend a lot of time and he was really fast showing my wife the car. All though the purchase he and Len where right on top of things and the promised delivery was early. I mean Luis is like the "Road Runner" in trying to make transactions or what ever we had to do happen quickly and correctly. I was also very pleased that during the initial process I did not have to meet a sales manager and go over everything twice. Nice job.

We recently saw a special used car (Corvette) posted online and sent an email expressing interest and promptly received an email response and a phone call.Over a period of several weeks we waited to make arrangements to get to the dealership (we live about 1 1/2 hours away) and Rudy kept in touch without being overly persistent. Once we agreed on a time and date to see the car, Rudy promptly met us and began showing us the car. After returning from a test drive we started negotiating the purchase out in the parking lot and once we were close to an agreement we met with the sales manager and quickly and easily closed the deal and within an hour we drove away in our new car. Rudy and everyone in the dealership was friendly, courteous and attentive throughout the process. We would highly recommend working with Rudy and his team to make your buying experience as pleasant as our experience was.

Wow I could not even believe how smooth the process was. I went there because I was told of a great deal. As I always think of any sales person. They will tell you anything to get you come. This was not the case at Honda of Westport. They did exactly, and better, what they said they were going to do. From Nick, Internet sales to VG sales, to Abe for finance they made it all worth it. In February 2015, my wife and I decided we needed a second vehicle. We knew that we wanted a Honda but were unsure which specific model. We went to Honda of Westport and Alex went above and beyond to make sure we left with the car we wanted for the price we could afford. We test drove a few different vehicles, and ultimately settled on a Fit and were very pleased with the purchase and the process.Fast forward to August 2015, it's time to replace the original car that we had before the Fit. Still needed a second vehicle, we had to do a trade in and buy a new one. We returned to Honda of Westport due to the professionalism of the employees, the fair prices, and the experience of the process as a whole. We dealt with Alex again and the results were the same. We purchased a new CR-V and again, the whole process was fantastic. Even with a snag thanks to a change in the DMV computers, the process was still handled excellently. The whole staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and we got what we wanted. We will be recommending Honda of Westport to our friends and family for future purchases. My family has purchased 3 cars from Honda of Westport and has had great experiences each time. I am in the process of relocating to Chicago for work, and my company allowed me to select a company car for business purposes. I was interested in the Honda CRV and stopped in to Westport for a quote. Ted Cole worked with me to select my car features while staying within my allowed budget. He was wonderful to work with and was very quick to respond to questions and emails. We hit a dilemma with the logistics of purchasing a car in Connecticut when the end location would be Chicago. However, Ted went above and beyond to do the extra work and planned to have the car registered in Chicago with the proper registration, sales tax and Illinois plates put on. He maintained communications with my company contacts to complete the transaction in a timely manner. In the end, my company decided to go through a Chicago dealership instead of Westport. I sincerely appreciate all the work Ted and the Westport dealership put into trying to make this happen. I highly recommend this dealership and plan on continuing to purchase Hondas from them when I am back in Connecticut.

The overall experience continued to be positive and I walked away with a purchase that I'm thrilled with. I dread buying a new car because of the haggling, lack of transparency, and all the other issues that are typically a part of the experience. This was absolutely not the case at Honda of Westport. In fact, every member of the team was professional, courteous, and forthright. Customers I met during my visit raved about their experience and were returning to purchase yet another Honda at this particular dealership. I was referred to Honda of Westport to a close friend, Thank God she did! I came in and was promptly greeted by Evan Perkins the owner and was passed off to Ted, who was a delight. I had to trade in a car that was no longer serving me and had kept over heating making it scary to drive. I told them that I wanted to cheap efficient car that I could get ASAP. They quickly agreed to put me in a 2015 Civic which I love. The process was easy and quick. My mom and I owned money on our previous car and they took the trade and the remaining loan no problem. I think that the primary concern for the average car-shopping consumer centers on trust and whether or not the salesperson is being completely transparent. The good news is that this dealership and the sales consultant I worked with (Luis Velez) conducted business honestly and was very direct about what they could and could not do as it related to pricing and options relative to their competition. There weren't any games and they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs - more than the 8 other dealerships I had visited and negotiated with in my journey for a vehicle.Luis was fast, responsive to my questions, and that goes a long way toward making a person feel comfortable about what is typically the second most substantial purchase next to their home. Having someone who is knowledgeable about not just their inventory, but the models available and which would best suit your needs is a prime example of the great customer service that I received during my path to purchase.With those things said - this is absolutely a dealership worth checking out - and be sure to ask for Luis if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Good dealer. Got the car I wanted quickly. No deals, though. Paid over KBB price, but "there are no incentives on this car." The salesman was pleasant and helpful and very flexible in my requesting to see/drive care a couple times. Would help if he slowed down his speech a bit, a little hard to understand him sometimes. He was earnest and wanted to be helpful. I appreciated that.

I had done some research before I went car shopping. I liked the Lifetime warranty Honda of Westport offers, but I had always shopped at other Honda dealerships. I called about several cars both new and used. Kam Bhojwani called me to set up an appointment, met me there and within 3 hours I drove out with a new HR-V! My wife and I had an awful experience at Apple Honda in Riverhead. It wasn't the salesman's fault but the dealership were a bunch of idiots who couldn't figure anything out. We were frustrated and sent in a truecar.com app and Honda of WP responded. They were nothing short of wonderful! They did 90% of everything before I went into the showroom and once I was there I spent exactly 1 hour from when they appraised my car to when I left the parking lot. They gave me $1k more than other dealerships and no bs to get there. My salesman's name was Joss Brenner and he was excellent - honorable and accurate! I can't say enough good things about this experience. Also, the biz manager knows his stuff. Don't waste your time at the LI dealerships as they suck!!!!

If you decide to buy a Honda you have to make a trip to Honda of Westport. My wife and I didn't intend to go because there were closer dealerships with good reviews, but we landed there somewhat by accident. My wife liked the idea of a Civic Hybrid, but for me the added cost doesn't get made up in fuel efficiency since the standard Civics already get great gas mileage. I did some research and found the Civic HF which is more efficient than other trims but doesn't have a battery and price-tag of a Hybrid. The Civic HF is quite rare in the area though (only 3 in the state) and Honda of Westport had one of them.Matthew Pecor had reached out when I asked different dealerships for price quotes before we settled on what we wanted and he always responded quickly and had the exact information I asked for. They moved from Westport to Fairfield which I am unfamiliar with. I come here because I bought my car here, and because i didn't have to sit around the waiting area. There was Anthropologie to poke around in, bertuccu's for lunch etc. not to mention the comfy reclining seats. At the new farther away location there is nothing. Nada. They did offer to drive me to the diner nearby if I was hungry. Yuck. Yes the space is pretty, waiting area larger, but god help you if you need anything more time consuming to do!!! As it is I will be here for an hour, which is already 60 minutes too long.Going to go to the Danbury location from now on, at least I can get a shuttle to the mall while I wait.

We couldn't be happier with our car buying experience. The price beat their competitors'. Vytas was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He even suggested us to wait for our lease to end in order to avoid extra fees, when the other dealerships would 'take us out early' and then mysterious fees would appear in the new car offer. We love our new car!

I went through the gauntlet of talking to car dealerships in person, by phone and online, and was inundated with followup calls and emails through our BJ's and Costco memberships. And then I got hit with another round of "guaranteed pricing" after I tried to "print" my TrueCar "certificate." Even today, it can be hard for a woman car shopping on her own to be taken seriously. One place 45 minutes away actually had the nerve to tell me that my husband and I had to come in together before they could even give me a ballpark price. Honda of Westport was the only dealership that took me -- and my budget -- seriously. In fact, my salesman didn't tell me initially about the car I ended up buying because it was $272 over what I said my limit was! Everyone treated me with respect and bent over backwards. They acted like they wanted my business and never tried to pressure me. I am now the very happy owner of a pre-owned CRV that's in such good condition, no one believes it's used until they look at the odometer. And I'm telling everyone who asks about my new car to go to Honda of Westport when they're in the market.

I just bought a 2015 Honda CRV from Honda of Westport and from start to finish, it was a great experience. Luis Velez was friendly and attentive and very pleasant to deal with. Ivo Ivanov handled my financing and he explained everything thoroughly and presented all the options. Both kept in touch by phone and email throughout the process until the car was delivered and even followed up afterwards to make sure that I was happy. They also both helped get the remote starter installed at the service department and truly went above and beyond to make sure that I ended up with the car that I really wanted.

We just picked up a 2015 CRV. Worked with Luis who was outstanding. Really a great experience in visiting, test driving and picking out a color. Couldn't be more pleased. Abe finished off the process in Finance and he was terrific. Extremely organized and efficient. Basically no waiting from start to finish.I really like this dealership and their attitude. Very comfortable and straight forward. Selling is at a minimum and absolutely no pressure. I actually bought a car from them many years ago and I kind of chuckle at the layout and the fact it really hasn't changed. Its not your modern looking dealership but don't let that fool you. They get it done very, very well. If you are looking for a Honda, start here. You won't be disappointed.

I just bought a 2015 Honda Accord and a 2015 Honda Odyssey at Honda of Westport. I worked with Robert King in the purchase of both cars. He took me through both cars and answered every question I had with thorough answers and knew what he was talking about. It was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Matt Pecor is a great salesman and doesn't pressure you into buying something you really don't want but is very patient and will work with you to help you get what you need. Jonathan Peyser was also really patient in explaining the warranties and didn't pressure me into spending more than I really needed. I have never owned a Honda before but will be back next year when my younger son starts to drive!

Honda of Westport makes getting a car an easy and good experience. I leased a Honda Pilot with the help of Brian Mancinelli 2 1/2 years ago, and he basically read my mind that I may be interested in getting a new lease early. Brian emailed me with all the numbers on a new lease in the morning and based on that, I decided to stop by the dealership that afternoon to talk about it since I was going to be in the area. I sat down with Brian and in the matter of 10 minutes, he had a deal on a new Pilot lease I couldn't pass up. Everything was wrapped up in about half hour and I picked up the new car a couple of hours later. Leasing a new car was not on the agenda when I woke up in the morning. It was all Brian's work that had me driving a new car that night.

I wanted to trade my 2011 CRV in on a new 2014 CRV. I already had a price from where I bought my last car but they needed to find one since the 2015 were already coming in. While I was waiting for them to get back to me I did a web search and Brian Mancinelli from Honda of Westport contacted via email. After a few emails between us I decided to meet with him. I was able to buy a 2015 CRV with more options and a better warranty for less then $900 more than the 2014 CRV would have cost me at the other dealership. I was very pleased with both dealerships and salesmen from Honda. They were both very friendly and professional.

I was not interested in looking for another car after my 3 year old car got totaled but Kam helped make the process quick and easy. My husband and I knew we wanted a pre-owned Honda Odyssey and Kam helped us find a great one for us and our family. He was never pushy, just extremely informative. I felt listened to and understood which was greatly appreciated. Once we decided on the car we wanted we were given a detailed demonstration of all the features of the car. I wanted to trade my 2013 Pilot in on a new 2015 Pilot. I already had a price from where I bought the car but decided to take a quick trip to Westport to price compare. Bottom line is that they quickly gave me a better price with no pressure or nonsense. Could have delivered my car that day if I could wait a couple of hours. I chose to come back the next day and everything was ready. The car was great and I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend this place.

We were in the market for a Honda CRV.Our first stop was the Honda Dealership in Greenwich. Although the place seemed run down, we were excited to get more information and go for a test drive.No one greeted us, in fact, we waited over 20 minutes before a nice saleswoman approached us and told us she would let the manager know we needed help. The manager was visible in the back office, and although he clearly saw us needing help, did not get up from his desk to assist. After 30 minutes we left. Before doing so we let the manager know he lost a sale, and he was full of sorry excuses, "I didn't see you," "I was busy working with other customers on the phone," etc.We proceeded to Honda of Westport where we met Kam Bhojwani. To begin, the actual plant was infinitely more cheerful, clean and up to date than the dealership in Greenwich. Moreover, though, Kam was a great salesman, never pushy, only honest and transparent, and consistently helpful. By the end of the day, and two test drives later, we decided on the car we wanted to purchase. Kam deserves every accolade he has received.

While they have a nice website, like other car dealers they lie and act unethical. Click on their eprice link and you get an email that says please come in. No price given. Do an online chat and you are told you'll need to come in or a salesman will call you. Hello, it's 2014. If you are going to have a Web site and advertise an eprice, be prepared to give a price. Not the usual dealer runaround. But thanks as I found a much better dealer who actually knows it's 2014 and acts accordingly where I bought my vehicle.

I was interested in a particular Honda Civic that came off an early lease. I had a price point that I wanted to be at for this vehicle after my trade in. The sales staff were very reasonable in meeting my price expectation and did not take advantage of me during the negotiation process. I gather that their business philosophy is to operate on a low profit margin by selling a higher volume of vehicles, which was just Great by me!!! The sales staff was refreshing to work with all the way thru i.e., sales consultant, sales manager and finance manger. I had an enjoyable buying experience and would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone. One little nicety was the complimentary Honda of Westport Teddy Bear that was buckled into the backseat of the Civic for the ride home. My family thought that was so nice! We emailed Honda of Westport to ask about the price of a Honda Accord. Matt quickly replied with a great deal from the beginning. I went to the dealer and he was at the door waiting for me. My car got appraised while I was test driving the new one. The price negotiation was very pleasant. We didn't have to fight much for a good deal. When I picked up the car Matt was very happy to see us and always made us feel welcome and not rushed.

After shopping several Mazda and Honda dealers, despite their nice manner, it was apparent almost all the salesmen assumed I am an idiot because I'm a woman. They would present numbers in a variety of ways, changing things around, yadda yadda - however, I can add. And I have decades of business management and accounting experience. Long story short - before completely giving up, I contacted Honda of Westport via email and said "here's my number - if you can get me there, let's talk" and I immediately heard back from VG, and I can't recommend dealing with him enough, and we had a deal before the day was done. Nice group of people, and totally respectful of women! Need I say more?

This was my first time leasing a vehicle, and I think what I appreciated most about working with Kam (after having gotten the stereotypical "car salesman" vibe at a few other dealerships) was that he was honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, laid-back, friendly and most importantly - NOT giving me the hard sell.As for the actual product - I couldn't be happier! The Honda Accord handled better than the Hyundai Sonata and the Nissan Sentra, and Honda of Westport offered me a FAR better deal than the other two dealers. I picked up my new Honda 2014 CR-V on Saturday. If I remember correctly, this is my 8th vehicle from Honda of Westport. This includes two Civics, two Accords and three or four CR-Vs.Kam Bhojwani has been my sales consultant for at least six of these vehicles. I have come to rely on Kam for his technical knowledge, his ability to match my family's changing needs to the various Honda options and his ability to get the deals done. It's always been a pleasure to work with Kam and I'm happy with Kam's attention to detail, follow up and professionalism.Furthermore, the new car paperwork processes and the routine service appointments over the years have been fast and efficient.I've never been disappointed with the VIP treatment that manager Mike Abrahams and his team have provided, and they've earned my loyalty as a customer.

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Drew as we were looking over a car in the dealer parking lot. Drew politely asked if anyone was helping us and we said no and asked if he would like to do so. I went to the dealer with a firm budget in mind and the desire to look at pre-owned certified cars. Matt showed me what he had in my price range and did not try to push me into a lease as several other dealers had. I expected to purchase a Honda Civic, because that was what my research showed was in my original price range. Working with Matt and his supervisor Danny, they were able to get me into an Accord, a year older than I had planned for, but with less mileage than I expected. The car is certified and the Honda of Westport warranty seems like it is a great deal. I was looking for peace of mind with this car purchase and I believe I found it.The only draw back to the dealership was with the finance guy, John. He was very nice, but I felt like he was trying to pressure me into purchasing extra layers of extended warranties. I have purchased several certified pre-owned vehicles, never purchasing the extended warranty. My understanding has always been, the reason you pay a premium for a certified used car was the assurance that it had been checked out by the dealer and in the next year, there shouldn't be any "major" issues. He seemed to be very surprised that I opted out of the extended warranties (and let me know it). Other than that it was a great experience. Matt was honest and not pushy. He is new to the dealership and started his career in car sales fairly recently. He was helpful and patient. This was a large purchase for me and it came at a time that I was not expecting to have a car payment. I had owned my car for nearly 10 years and even after cleaning it out, I had left a few personal items in the car by mistake. Matt was nice enough to retrieve them for me as well and put them in the mail. I could not have been more pleased with the sales associate portion of my transaction. I have only been driving the car a few days, but so far, so good.If you are car shopping and looking for a Honda, I would highly recommend working with Matt and would encourage friends, family etc. to specifically seek him out if they were in the market for a new or used car.

I bought a new Honda from Honda of Westport. Matt Pecor, the salesman, was very professional and informative. He asked me about my needs and preferences, then, explained the difference between different packages (LX, EX, EX-L) and was able to answer all my questions, making everything very clear. We took a test drive, talked about my trade-in and Honda deals and offers. Finally, I ended up buying the car. Overall experience was great.

Being an owner of Hondas for the past 10 years, I have visited many dealerships for sales and service. This was by far the best experience I've had to date. I visited Honda of Westport to lease an Accord Sport. Kam had a meeting to attend away from the dealership and still gave me all the time he had to answer questions on my initial visit. From this point, Kam was extremely accommodating and answered the many questions I had in a prompt manner. He continued to work around my busy schedule until the day I purchased my car. Westport didn't have the car I wanted in 6 speed but they found one in a timely manner. I am in love with my new Honda and was comfortable throughout the leasing experience. Most dealerships I have visited in the past used the "make you feel stupid and spend more money sales tactics." Kam gave me a reasonable price on the accord off the bat and even went a step further offering me more for my trade. The delivery day was also painless. Upon my arrival, Kam pointed me to my car and let me play with my new toy while he took the necessary steps to accept my trade in. The dealership was ready with all needed paperwork upon my arrival and delivery took no more than 45 minutes.Not only will I recommend Honda of Westport, I would also recommend Kam as a sales professional.

Between me and my son this is our fifth car from Westport Honda. I bought my Honda Accord in January. It was a very pleasant experience to deal with Nick. He was very patient, reasonable, knowledgable and willing to accommodate us in every possible way. It took a while for me to decide between Civic and Accord. Nick walked us through the whole process without any attitude. As far as the price goes there was no big haggling. We had done our research and he did not question it. It was like going through the research together. It seemed like car buying has become easier.

I had a problem with my car on Wednesday afternoon, and I attempted to get in touch with the service center to see if the repair would be covered under the lifetime bumper to bumper warranty. Since it was just after five pm, no one answered the phone. I was on their website, and a window with an offer to chat live with a service representative popped up. Thinking I could get some information, I tried connecting with the Chat Agent.After a pretty long wait, I was connected, and asked about whether my tire issue would be covered under the warranty. I had travel plans on Friday, so I knew I needed to get this taken care of. The Chat Agent couldn't tell me anything about the warranty, but assured me that an actual service representative would contact me "ASAP". I asked if ASAP meant tonight or tomorrow, and he said he didn't know, but he'd pass my request on, and he was certain they'd get back to me "ASAP".It has now been five days, and I have not heard anything from the service department at Honda of Westport. While I can't be sure they received my inquiry, I don't think I should be concerned with that. They offered this avenue for a customer to contact them, and I have been ignored. In the end, I took my car to a local mechanic instead of the dealer for service. I had no choice but to bring my service business elsewhere. This is the first bad experience I had with Honda of Westport. I don't know if the GM is aware of the dissatisfaction the chat avenue has caused, but I'm very wary of using them for service in the future.

I enjoyed working with Brian Mancinelli;he was forthright and believable. The Honda that I picked up was presented in impeccable condition.Everyone that i dealt with either directly or just in passing were outwardly friendly and sincere.I had not purchased a new car since 1995 and had heard many horrow stories; however, my buying experience was enjoyable.Honda Of Westport had the best price in comparison to other dealerships.The only dissappointment was the $350.00 fee when the car is returned at the conclusion of the lease period.

I will have to say if he is not there; it will not be the same experiences. The personal touch and his services is rare to find now a days. After having a full size pickup for 12 years, I was looking to get into an SUV, and the CR-V was one on my short list. From the moment we walked onto the Honda of Westport dealership lot, George C. Scott was there to help us. I was frankly amazed at the fact that we were able to test drive the two CR-V's we did by ourselves; just a copy of driver's license. After driving a 2012 CR-V EX-L w/Nav, (just short of 30K miles) I knew my search had ended! It is truly a beautiful, well-built vehicle and handles very nicely! George gave us what I believe is a great deal, and I got an excellent trade-in on my pickup! In addition, the guys in finance, particularly Ivo Ivanov, helped set up my financing at by far the best rate I could have secured compared to a similar used vehicle from another dealer.An area where I think Honda of Westport fell a little short, in my case, was in the final prep of the vehicle (150 point certified inspection). I had to add washer fluid after taking delivery, and I discovered that the left rear fender-above the wheel, was loose; also, a bolt under the front of the car was halfway screwed in/out. These items I brought to George's attention, and he had Henry M. in service take care of them gratis. These items should probably not have been missed in the first place.I'm looking forward to many years ahead with my beautiful car! Honda of westport is great! We worked with Brian Mancinelli to purchase our 2014 Pilot. We spent a long time after our initial visit trying to decide if we were going to get a new or certified used car. We asked ALOT of questions via email and Brian answered all of them promptly. Using honda's longer term financing, we were able to make it work and get our new car. We closed the deal with Jon from finance who was also very courteous and efficient. We never felt any pressure from Brian to buy. He was the first non-pushy dealer we have run into! We love are family's new Pilot and we thank Brian and Honda of Westport for making it happen!

My 2011 Civic lease was going to expire next month. I went to test drive the new Civic just to see the difference and start thinking about my next lease.I had driven the Ford Focus (pretty nice car) and was contemplating an Impreza. The Civic ride has improved in the past few years, and I was surprised at how much nicer it was inside.Well, long story short... I am sticking with Honda and just picked up a new one, and I look forward to many happy miles in this one.Oh, about that Focus - Fords lease price was 3x the down payment and 60 more per month.Kevin was a pleasure to work with...low key, no pressure and very friendly.Honda has such a great product, and Wesport Honda makes it painless to get into a new car.This is my 7th Honda product and I have really enjoyed them all (Accord, Odyssey, TL, MDX, Accord, Civic, Civic)

This was a refreshing place to go. Never in my life would I have expected that I could just ask to test drive a car and be given the keys and let out alone with the car. That was AWESOME. To be able to drive around without a salesman yammering on and on, but to get a real feel for the car in peace and quiet. So grateful for that and the no pressure tactics I got back and explained I wasn't buying that day and needed to comparison shop other vehicles in the class. Imagine my shock when that was actually respected! I got a short (less than 5 min) and mild sales pitch about the benefits of their lifetime warranty and he even told me where the other dealer was to test drive the competition! They know they have a good product and they don't rush you to buy buy buy. No hundred phone calls the next day, no pressure. Ultimately I got a deal way lower elsewhere for the same car, but it was close just based on how civilized they were there. I gave them a chance to match and they came close and pitched the warranty as worth the difference in price. To me the warranty wasn't worth it as Hondas are so reliable and also I'm not the best with doing maintenance right on the dot and I didn't want to void it. But for you and many others the lifetime warranty and a very good price might beat no warranty and better price (if you can find it, their price was very competitive). So give them a try, they're worth it.

Brian Mancinelli was very helpful in my purchase experience. Brian listened to my needs and asked questions. Once he understood my requirements he showed me the appropriate cars. As he showed me the cars he explained why the car matched my requirements. Also, he didn't show me cars which were outside of my price range. Other dealers kept trying to push vehicles that were more than I was willing to spend. This was the second car I have purchased from Brian at Honda of Westport.

We recently leased a 2014 Honda Odyssey from Mr. Eric Peele, Brand Specialist at Honda of Westport, CT. We have been leasing vehicles from Honda of Westport for 3 years and they are honest, trustworthy, and never pushy. Mr. Peele is very knowledgeable about all the new technology in the new cars. The information we received was very helpful in the decision making of our new lease. Mr. Peele was also very patient with our 6 year old triplets and the triplets were very pleased to receive their teddy bears towards the end of the transaction. Traded in my second Pilot for a new CR-V. Brian Mancinelli is the perfect salesperson to deal with - low key, patient, and he does not "push" a customer at all, making the experience easy and painless. This will be my family's fifth Honda of Westport vehicle leased, and they have made it easy and economical every time. Michael, the sales manager is friendly and accessible. I rated the Honda Westport dealership as high as I did due to the excellent service, prices and friendly atmosphere. By the way, as I was picking up my Honda CR-V, my wife leased a new Honda Civic hybrid, since her Civic hybrid lease was due to expire soon.

This is a great dealship. I was looking for a car and I saw there website site. I called and spoke to Mr. George and he was very kind. They are very veteran friendly whether you are a veteran or not . They will take care of your basic needs. Mr. Jonathan was very nice, and he worked very hard to get us the car that we wanted. This dealship is very good at helping people, and working inconjuntion with them to get the car that you want. When we went in to get the car the staff treat my family like we were a part of there family. That is how it should be when you go to a dealship to get a car. I would recommend this dealship to any one who is looking for a car they are the best all around.

I had pretty positive experience. It didn't take long before we were able to reach a price I considered very good. In other dealership, it will take half day of bargain. With my salesperson I think the whole process is about an hour. My salesperson and his manager are efficient, intelligent, and polite, and making the whole experience enjoyable instead of stressful.

Literally finished my old lease and started a new one via email, except for the actual signing and exchanging of keys. I couldn't ask for a better experience and Kam was a pleasure to work with. Being a long-time customer of Honda of Westport (CT), I returned there on December 12 after having an accident in my 2005 SE Civic. Wereviewed my options and finally settled on the purchase of a pre-owned 2012 Civic EX in like-new condition. Evan Perkins, General Manager,gave me an exceptional trade-in on my damaged car and instructed his people to expedite the transaction. Danny, the Sales Manager, oversaw the transaction and put me in touch with the salesman, Brian, who secured the vehicle from another storage lot, had the car preparedfor delivery on the same day I turned in the damaged vehicle. Ivo, a business manager, spent over an hour with my wife and myself doingextensive paperwork on the sale. The next day, Abe, another business person, arranged to have windshield protectant applied to the new carand had it done in less than an hour. Dave Segal was extremely helpful in helping sort out choices for a car, and is very knowledgeable. The transaction was a pleasure. He was kind. Dave is very thorough and never rushed He asked several questions about what we wanted and why, and then he ran through about 7 different possible choices, and picked out the one that met our budget, our aesthetics, and driving history (have driven a Honda Accord ( and Acura cars since 1987). We test drove only one car, and bought it. We came to Honda of Westport after spending 3 hours at another car dealer the day before, and our experience at Honda of Westport was much better. Abe handled the paperwork, and that went smoothly. Though at times employers has provided me different cars; Dodge Caravans, Pontiac grand am, and a Ford Van (who's model I can't remember), I return to Honda when I'm spending my own money for several reasons - reliabilty, a quality engine, suburb handling, and comfort. Mileage on this 4 cylinder is very good - on my first tank of gas I've driven 367 miles in 11 days. This is the first 4 cylinder car I've bought since my "starter" car after college graduation, and had done 6 cylinders until now. The peppiness and acceleration of the 4 cylinder 2012 Honda Accord feels as good as what my old Acura Legend had, which was the premium model at the time. We bought a 2012 Accord LX, which has 6 speakers...which sounds awesome. I played two musical instruments as a kid, and played in community orchestras, so I'm fussy about sound; this this one is good.We traded in a Honda with 184K miles for the 2012 model; these cars will last. I highy recommend Hondas, and I highly recommend this dealer and this sales team.

I went to the Honda of Westport dealership as I was interested in purchasing a new Civic. I had previously purchased a Civic from this dealership more than 17 years ago and never experienced any major problems with it.My sales consultant was Ryan Riggs. Ryan was very amiable, knowledgeable and professional. We discussed my purchase objectives, reviewed the various Civic features and options, did a test drive and negotiated a satisfactory final price including a trade-in. He advised me about my payment options including financing, the complimentary Lifetime Warranty and most surprisingly, the ability to deliver, insure and register the new Civic that day.That to me was great customer service and an overall very pleasant experience.

I was very pleased with my lease price. I had a CRV and just turned it in and leased another CRV and I was very pleased that my lease price actually went down a dollar. I was able to get everything I needed in my vehicle including a remote starter and went into a 2014 CRV with no change in my monthly proce. Very pleased.

I recently had two events to deal with Westport Honda . First I purchased a 2014 CRV LX about two weeks ago and the experience was excellent. Mr. Segall was professional , honest, courteous, and delivered on everything that he originally stated. I would rate the experience as a five ( EXECELLANT ) and would recommend your dealership to family and friends. The dealership overall rate for me is excellent. Especially the sales person who's name is Nick Stergiou. All the questions and things that we have to know on the car was answered by him. He spend all of his time and never left us, till the time we leave the dealership. He was so helpful in setting up our phone for our new car. He even call us the following monday to make sure that my son's ipod and phone were set up. Now that's what you call service. I have always been very cautious of car sales people and I admit I thought looking into a new car was going to be the same as past experiences. I was pleasantly surprised (actually amazed) with the customer service given by Ryan Riggs. Ryan is friendly, honest and interested in what a person is looking for In a car, he also has a good sense of humor which is important to me. Never in my life have I had such a wonderful experience with a sales person/dealership.I was so impressed, I had my daughter come in & lease a new car. Updated Review: This was our first auto purchase from Honda of Westport. Bulk of the pricing negotiation was done ahead of time for our very specific vehicle of interest. Ryan Riggs was our sales person. He is very friendly, easy to work with and knowledgeable about the cars. Ryan provided detailed information on all our questions and on available service options at the dealership but without adding any pressure to purchase them. On the whole, we had a pleasant experience working with Ryan and purchasing our new vehicle from Honda of Westport. We would recommend Ryan Riggs in Sales and Honda of Westport Dealership to our friends looking to purchase a new car in the future. Further Update: We observed a small paint scratch spot on the vehicle after bringing the vehicle home. Upon showing to Ryan, his first comment to me was, "What can I do to make you happy"! Ryan's this comment reflected, his care and understanding for the customers which is praise worthy! He also immediately ordered the touch up paint tube! NIck worked hard to woo me away from another dealership who was competing for my business, and ultimately won me over by his enthusiasm for what he did, his willingness to negotiate, and his knowledge of the class of car I was looking at (CR-V). When I was on the fence between dealerships (each offering great deals, slightly different packages), and could not commit to either one, Nick continued to work on making a deal. He never quit, even going so far as to locate the vehicle at a factory, have it shipped over and detailed and ready to go - with or without my final word. I ended up leasing a 2014 CR-V with leather seats, rear-camera and sunroof and love everything about it. My experience with Nick and the Finance guy was great and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a no-hassel place to buy a car. I must also give an honorable mention to the service department. There was a technical glitch with the cruise-control that I noticed the first week I had the car, and although it was a hassle to deal with this early on, Melanie at the service department went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was taken care of, that a rental vehicle was provided to me free of charge while they fixed the issue - and, most of all, that I was taken care of. She called as soon as she knew what was wrong, and we made arrangements to have an after hours pick up of my car since I get out of work late. I have never been so impressed with a dealership, and highly recommend them.

To be honest, I dreaded going to a car dealership because they have not always been the best experience. To try to limit the painful aspects of what I had anticipated, I tried to be as certain as possible about what I wanted before going in (fully expecting to walk away if they tried to turn the negotiation into a high pressure sales pitch.That is not what happened at all. Eric Peele was very professional, actually listened to what my needs were, and for the most part delivered what I was looking for on all counts. Those things that he could not give were all reasonable. He completely changed what I expected to be a bad experience into one that was actually pleasant and professionally handled. He was very sincere and was remarkably calm and accommodating.

This is the third time we tried to buy a Honda at Honda of Westport and it was the charm. The first two times they could not meet the price offered by another dealership, and frankly they were not friendly.Ryan Riggs is a very friendly and knowledgeable sales consultant who works hard to establish a connection and give truthful information. When he is not sure he checks! We spent much time on the phone and on email with Ryan and the sales manager trying to make this deal happen and they got it to work. We are pleased we could buy our car locally and glad to be treated with kindness and respect.

I called the dealership and Danny handled everything over the phone. I got a great price and the process could not have been easier. I scheduled a time to pick up the car, it was ready, Gary walked me through the car's features and offered to take my daughter through it when she could get in, Ivo handled the paperwork and expained everything clearly and made it simple, and Danny coordinated everything. I purchased my 2013 Honda Accord EX-L one week ago from Honda of Westport. A friend had recommended this dealership and Ted Cole. I wasn't disappointed. Ted was absolutely amazing! The entire process was "painless". Ted professionally and slowly explained the process to me and my many options. I was trading in my 2003 Lexus and received a very fair price. The price of my new Accord was also very fair. Later I met with Abe Garcia to discuss financing. Abe was also amazing and explained everything thoroughly for me. When I picked up my new car last week, Ted was right there with a tutorial; this was extremely helpful and I continue to learn more about the car each day. I have had several subsequent calls from Ted checking to see if I need help with anything - which is terrific! I know I can call Ted at any time and he'll "be there" for me if I have any questions or concerns. I know it's only been a week, but I am thrilled with my new Accord and would highly recommend Honda of Westport and Ted Cole to anyone looking to buy a new car! What a great experience!!!

Neighbor recommended Ted Cole as salesman to see at Westport Honda dealership.It was a very open, enjoyable, friendly and (painless experience).Ted took all the time we needed, answered all our questions, negotiations on price went well and next day we picked up our Honda Pilot with had a 'FULL' tank of gas! We called Ted during the week several questions regarding features and functions of the Pilot as well as questions on the Sirius Radio and he promptly called back answering every one with perfection.Ted was a pleasure to work with and to make such a costly purchase....should we need another vehicle to replace our '99 Explorer...we will be contacting Ted once again.We have several options that we miss in our Explorer that my wife misses very much....the keyless digital entry, the lumbar back support in the passengers seat, being able to charge the cell phone when the car in turned off and the ability to raise the drivers seat higher so that she can see the front right fender area of the car....please consider these options for possible inclusion in the future design of the Pilot. My wife also thinks that there should be a more blunt cover on the floor vents under the two front seats....one because cosmetically the rough edge of the carpet does not look in keeping with the pricey appearance of the auto, and because the sharpness of the edge of the vents it can present a problem for little toes getting cut or toenails being torn when the kids are with us....also when the vents are accidentally kicked they will eventually get damaged...great care will have to be taken when vacuuming the carpet to avoid the destruction of carpet around these vents.... We had to trade our old Audi convertible that has been trouble for the last year. We tried Toyota, Honda and Ford in the area, looking for both a compact SUV or a large SUV.Honda has been the most attractive for the trade in, above the 2 other brands.Gary's advice to choose a purchase instead of a lease (original plan) made sense, knowing that Honda holds its value over 36 or 60 months.Sales offer on the new car + immediate availability of different colors with the trim we wanted led us to a quick choice.Decision was made on Monday, we drove the car back home the next day.It was truly a hassle free experience with no bad taste of a sales rep trying to corner you.Not a single last minute surprise.The presentation of the car before leaving was very complete. Cherry on the cake: Full tank included at the delivery. It s been our 11th car purchased in 5 years in the area, (1st new one) and definitely our best experience.

I have never had a better dealer experience than I did at Honda of Westport. I showed up at the dealership with my 2010 Honda Civic Si to trade in and to purchase a new 2013 Honda Civic Si. I was introduced to Ryan Riggs as I had built the Si I was interested in purchasing on line and Ryan was my contact salesman. I am a bit skeptical when it comes to buying a car and car salesmen, but Ryan Riggs was by far the best experience I have ever had not only buying a new car but actually ordering it with the features and accessories I wanted. Ryan was honest, friendly and fair. I felt very comfortable with him. I was given a trade in value for my 2010 Civic Si which was which was exactly the value I had in mind after doing some research before showing up. I also was given a price for the New Civic Si that I wanted to order which was exactly what I estimated it to cost. In a no-pressure conversation, Ryan gave me my options and explored various situations that I was looking for as far as accessories. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave me great suggestions. There were no 2013 Civic Si's on the lot that day for a test drive, however Ryan contacted me a few days later on a Sunday afternoon to inform me that one had just come in and that perhaps I could come test drive it as the Si's sell very quickly. It felt good that he wanted me to get to see and test drive a car like the one I wanted to order. I came back two days after that and gave Ryan a deposit on the car I wanted ordered and felt very comfortable about it. Ryan had given me the lead time getting the car which was around 10 weeks. He kept me updated on the status and tolerated my weekly calls in the last few weeks before it arrived. It arrived and was far beyond my exceptions. I have never left a dealership happier, and will be back. I plan on seeing Ryan in the very near future to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. I would highly recommend Ryan and Honda Of Westport if you are considering a new or certified used car. He offered me a paint protection film that is clear. I had researched this film and was going to have it applied after I had purchased the car. I have been a customer of Honda of Westport for 15 years. Their service and sales is exceptional. I can ALWAYS get someone to help me but are loyal to Ted because he is so easy to work with. Ted has been our salesman for the past 4 cars that we have leased. I have tried other dealerships and cars in our area (Toyota & Mazda) and it has been a disaster. I continue to end up at Honda of Westport because of the no pressure, honest sales people. I highly recommend this dealership and I have no doubt that you will be as happy as we are.

Friendly dealership, but then how long do rude dealerships stay in business? Selected them primarily for the warranty as I passed a lot of dealerships to get to them, but I would more than likely consider them again if I am in the market for another Honda. I was there to replace our former 2004 Accord (purchased from this dealership in May 2010.)Thank God Our daughter is fine and no one was injured, but she had an accident on April 21, totaling the 2004 Accord, which by had been an excellent car.Kam showed me the pre-owned perfect car, which had just come in. Before going in to Honda of Westport I first contacted the dealership via email. They were very quick to respond to my email and also by calling. I already knew what type of vehicle i wanted to purchase and my price range as a result of my research . Once they had my info they set up an appointment with Julio that was convenient for me. Julio greeted me that day and was very helpful in assisting me make this big purchase as smoothly as possible. He went over my options and was very knowledgeable when it came to the product he was selling me including the pros of choosing this dealership. I also dealt with Abe at Honda of Westport, He understood that i was making an important purchase and made sure he went thru all warranty and benefits info that their dealership could offer me. After all the paper work was completed Julio helped me into my new car and set up the important features right before i drove off. Both gentlemen were friendly , had a great sense of humor and were very professional at the same time. I definitely would make another purchase at this dealership and recommend others to do so. The customer service was incredible and done in a timely manner.

I am now driving my second Honda. First one being a CR-V and now a Civic. Kam Bhojwani, my salesman on both transactions was and is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional and handled me with the utmost respect! He responded to every email, phone call and question with a smile, knowledge and an understanding of Leasing a vehicle. From the minute I walked in the door I was made to feel like an important customer by Ryan Riggs. He spent 2 1/2 hrs working with me (including the test drive) to answer all my questions and to give me all the options available to me so that I could make an informative decision. By late that afternoon I was driving home in a brand new car!! Since bringing my car home, I have called Ryan on numerous occasions with questions about the car and he has been more than happy to answer them. I like that his customer service does not end after I walk out the door with my car!! The true sign of a good car dealer.

From the moment I stepped on the lot Ryan Riggs helped me in such a friendly and professional way. I spent many hours in the dealership test driving vehicles, figuring out finances, and finally purchasing a Honda Pilot. The deal was incredible, especially the lifetime warranty package. Ryan wasn't in a rush to get me a car but rather was there to help guide me on making my purchase until I was completely satisfied with it. I'm very lucky I walked into the dealership and met Ryan.

George Scott was absolutely the best car dealer I have dealt with. He was courteous, helpful with all of my questions, thorough in showing the car upon pick up. The dealership itself felt very welcoming upon entering and all staff dealt with were very nice and professional. The ease of doing business was second to none. This was one of my top experiences in buying ten new cars over the years. I had the Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds prices for two different Hondas complete with costs for the specific styles. I received a quote from Bill over the phone and he was ready at the appointment time to provide a test drive. Bill was informative and spent all the time needed to answer our questions but he was not pushy. Price was right in the ballpark for what Kelly and Edmunds said we should pay. We considered another brand, Subaru, and took a few days to test those but ultimately decided on a CR-V. When I contacted Bill a week later to say we wanted to purchase, we were able to complete the deal promptly and take delivery of the car the same day. I kept waiting for hidden charges or fees to be added, but the out the door price was exactly what was quoted. He spent time explaining the features of the car and synced our cell phones. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

Bill Cassidy responded to my internet inquiry promptly and offered a fair price - according to Edmunds and other reviewers. After I detailed at what price, loan percentage and trade-in value I was interested we came to an agreement. This all done between 9 am and 11, and I was in contact at the same time with three other Honda dealerships. His responses were quickest and best. Went in at 2 pm - price for trade-in went down marginally after inspection, which I understood - and signed. That was Saturday, arranged to sign loan agreement and pick up car Monday at 11 am and did so. Abe took time to thoroughly review loan terms and offers of extended warranties, etc. with no pressure. Ended up, thanks to credit rating, with a lower percentage than I ever expected. Looked over vehicle - washed, gassed and cleaned so it shone like a new coin, was given run-down of features by Bill, an offer to assist further anytime I had a question, shook hands and drove away. Could not have been more pleased. Absolutely no arm-twisting. Intelligent people, all of them. A+ compared to every other dealership I have ever dealt with in the past.

I had went to a recent dealer in Milford and the car options they had were horrible so I had went online to the next closes dealer n sent a quote for a new car n a couple minutes later a guy named Ryan said they had got my email and would be happy to help.. He said he even had the car I wanted in different colors n options.. So we set a appointment the next day and when I arrived he had the car I wanted outside ready to test drive.. But I had told him I drove one already n he said that's fine.. So he showed me the colors it came with I chose the white one and he was trying very hard to get me a good deal n he did.. I was very happy with the deal I had got.. Thanked him n he gave me his card n said if I ever needed any help.. Just give him a call and he would be happy to help.. Thank Ryan and Honda of Westport for your service and help.will definetly recommend ppl to your dealer.

I have comming there for a while now and every time my experince has been great ur people are the best at what they do not only this employee but all of them that is why i come there. I have been other places but its been great so far i don't want to spend money on this but i have learned, i got to it like it or not and i love comming here great and service tht they do less of a hard blow even to the pocket . Awful and again awful. Veterans and Military members, women (or anyone who cares about one) shouldnt try and buy a car here. Bait and Switch practiced at this dealership on Veterans Day. First trip to dealership I walked in, was treated like a nuisance instead of a prospect. No one tried to sell me a vehicle. All staff seamed uninterested and otherwise occupied. I went with a loyal Honda owner and she assured me her normal experience with this particular dealer wasn't so bad. I took a test drive, liked the vehicle and was convinced to put in an offer on Honda CR-V. Second trip to dealership Monday, Veterans day (celebrated). Negotiated a price over the phone, came to dealership to pick a vehicle off the lot. I noted to the salesman that the vehicle I chose seemed to have suffered a bit while on the lot as it had dead leaf debris in the windshield well. I asked if they had another vehicle of the same make. He assured me they did in the "warehouse" and he would sell me that vehicle. I gave him my insurance information and actually switched my insurance while waiting for the "car to arrive from warehouse" I asked him again "Is the vehicle you gave me the VIN number for the one I want, the warehoused vehicle? He looked me straight in the face and lied. I had a feeling that something wasn't right (it could have been the couple complaining about the service department in the waiting room with me.) and I went outside to see if the vehicle that I looked at was still parked in its spot. Of course not! They took the vehicle that I had clearly stated (more than once) that I did not want. When confronted on trying to send me home with a vehicle I did not want. Brian continued to lie and convince me there was no difference between the vehicle he was trying to sell me and the phantom warehoused one, as I stood in the cold and dark (my ride had gone home, as I was sure I was driving home in my brand new CR-V) still picking things off of the detailed vehicle I was supposed to still buy. My answer, the difference is that I asked for a different vehicle and he tried to pass the same vehicle off to me. What happened to the customer is always right?The managements Dan solution was to say sorry and offer me another vehicle. This process has wasted most of my week, as I was not able to get a straight answer to a very simple question. What is my drive away price? Asked four hours ago and went unanswered as of now. Spending a large amount of money on a vehicle is stressful enough as a single mom. To be taken advantage of, and treated poorly at every turn at a dealership is an awful, sick feeling. P.S. I was hoping to maybe negotiate a bit on Veterans day--it was mentioned (not by me) at the desk, and then dropped as he didnt seem to carenor should he if he doesnt, it is still a free country. However, Thanks for Your Service. is not necessary if you dont mean it. It comes off as sarcastic and snide.

After a bad experience at another Honda dealership with our 2009 Accord I had sworn off buying another Honda. We had been looking at buying a Sienna within 2 weeks and weren't considering the Odyssey. My wife brought our Accord in for service at Westport and was sold on the idea of buying an Odyssey. She told Ted that I wanted *NO* BS, no tricks, no gimmicks, nothing. On June 23rd we went to the dealership to test drive the Odyssey and liked it. After being promised, again, that there would be no BS, we decided to have them order the van with a remote starter included. We waited a week for the car to get delivered and the starter to be installed and came back to the dealership on June 30th. After getting the keys we quickly realized that the remote starter was NOT the Honda part. I looked it up and found the system for ~$80 and not even on the Audiovox website (it seems to have been discontinued). The Honda part is $481 on Honda's website and we were being charged $495. Obviously Honda Westport thinks we are complete fools to think that they can get away with the bait and switch of installing a sub $100 part and then charting $400 for "installation". After bringing this to Ted's attention, he found Dean. Dean thought he could pull a fast one too, saying how much better this simple one-button system was, how great it was that it was small. He made snide comments about how he had an iphone too and could look up prices, but he assured me that Honda pays $300 for the part. I assured him that if they did pay $300, they have something wrong with them. Dean continued to try to sell us on an absolutely inferior part and then got frustrated and mad after we didn't bend. After discussing it with my wife we decided to call the deal off. Their general sales manager tried to fix the situation by saying they'd uninstall the part and replace it, but they needed 3 days to do it. We had no time to do that as we had to have the car on June 30th for personal reasons. We left with our refund and bought the van at another dealership which didn't try to rip us off.How can they get away with this fraud? They KNEW what we wanted, and they KNEW that they were installing a cheap and inferior part. They price this part almost exactly the same price as the Honda part to conflate the two, making buyers think they are getting something they see online. Only the most discerning buyers would know the problem and the dealership makes off with a few hundred bucks of profit, padding their bottom line at the expense of the consumer. Having one system installed, ripped out and another installed probably would have damaged the electrical system and caused problems down the road. Furthermore, if they would stoop so far as to bilk us out of what we wanted, then how much lower would they stoop to screw their customers? What's next, taking good spark plugs from an engine and swapping them for cheap ones? This dealer claims to be one of Honda's best, at least in CT, but as far as I am concerned they are probably one of the worst. Don't get sold on their "lifetime warranty", that's probably a scam too.

I went to this dealership went inside wanted to buy a new car stood in showroom and was not approached by any sales people they were doing nothing because it was quiet in there that day. I waited a couple of minutes had to ask a none sales person for help I was not approached by these people either. Was sent over to a salesman who sold me my last car seem disinterested then I got a price on my trade in with the price they gave me they were not flexible at all for negoations. Then they hardly took anything off of the car and gave me a time wanted me to make up my mind by the end of the following day or their lousy price would not stand. I always have had good luck with this dealership but this time they really failed. Will never buy a car there again...Too bad because they have a fantastic service department oh well. Love Honda went to another dealership gave them 5 stars they were great bought the car there...

These guys will take you to the cleaners.They quote one price then markup the price when they quote a lease price. I didn't think anyone did this any more.Then they deny what they did, and insult you.The worst experience I've had with car dealer in decades.Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go to Executive Honda for an honest deal and much better experience.Honda makes a great card. Honda of Westport ruins the experience.

Honda of Wesport - Reviews reflect inaccurate information. Normally, when you purchase a car to them, they will send you a customer satisfaction survey to ask you how they performed. As a matter of fact, after you get the keys to the car, they will remind you of the survey and will tell you that they aim for no less than 10 on the survey. HOWEVER, if they know that they did bad with the whole sale process, they will not send out the customer satisfaction survey to the customer knowing that they will get a bad rating. THAT SAID, how can their "survey" reflect the true customer experience?In addition, the people in their FINANCE office (a woman, specifically) insulted us when we were signing the documents. They thought they were friendly but actually, its a sarcastic way to deal with customers; Hence, a bad customer experience.I hope this served as a warning to other customers. Be sure that when you deal with their Sales team; you have all the information that you need to avoid being misled during the whole sales process.

I think this dealership is fantastic. The service department goes above and beyond for the customer. The best way to describe this dealership is that everyone works together service,sales,etc. This is the 3rd Honda I have purchased from Honda of Westport and I am very satisfied with sales and service. Everyone is very courteous and helpful and they will go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy with the sales and service department. Good Work Honda of Wesport I will be back soon for another Honda....

I cannot overstate the suckitude of Honda of Westport's service department. I have a 2007 CRV and literally weeks after the 3 yr. warranty expired, the check engine light came on. Six visits later, the problem continues.It's bad enough that they can't remedy the problem, but their customer service is absolutely atrocious. They're very pleasant, but no one EVER calls to even acknowledge they are looking at the car (we've had to use night drop off)let alone calling to explain what the problem is or how long it will take to fix it. Literally as I type this, I am waiting for a service dept. manager to call me back. One hour and six minutes ago (after I had called them to see what the deal was)he said he'd call me back "in 5-10 minutes." Riiiiiiight.Today, after five previous failed attempts, they are finally calling the Honda tech line. Hello? Why didn't you do that after, say, the first 4 failures?I haven't even mentioned the time they told me the car was ready...my wife dropped me off prior to taking my daughter to an appointment. Got to the dealership and Ooops...we haven't looked at the car yet. Huh? I was told it was ready. So there's another wasted hour waiting for a diagnosis...which they said they didn't have the part for that day anyway. "We'll call when the part comes in." OK...the only problem is they never called...we had to call them.It's hard to say whether they don't care or whether they're just so busy they forget to get back to you. It is the only Honda dealership in the area, so I'm sure they are pretty booked. And to their credit, they seemed to be able to take the car even without an appointment. Although given their success (really failure) rate at fixing the car, I am ready to book a standing appointment for every day this week.
