My wife and I were shopping for a new Honda Odyssey since mine had been rear ended in July.We met Alex Meier from Hosmer Honda and were so impressed with his caring and easy manner. Alex answered all our questions and was so patient and helpful. We are enjoying our 2016 Honda Odyssey very much. The sale professional is just as important to us as the product itself and Alex is a true professional at what he does. The next time we are in the market for a new or used vehicle, we will definitely want Alex to assist us in that process.

Went to Hosmer to look at CRVS. They had several. Found the one we loved, but they weren't quite sure if they could get the payments to what we wanted. They let us take the car for the weekend, we came back on Monday and they had a different CRV that looked exactly the same and was a better deal! Rick really went out of his was to help us as did John in their financial department. I recommend buying from Hosmer.

Very good. It had been 18 years since our last purchase and it was from a dealership I worked for so I knew whom I was dealing with. Not knowing the sales team, we were distrustful but found our distrust to be unfounded. Hosmer Honda has a great sales team and a great service manager (Robert.)

WOW What a great company!!!! I had previously purchased a new FIT in 2013. big thanks and kudos to Joe Starr sales rep who was extremely helpful and worked with me over a month to help me get the deal i wanted. now I'm in a new civic! LOVE IT!!! Because of the deal i received was able to lower my monthly car and lowered my insurance rate as well, Thanks Joe This dealership is unlike any I have ever worked with, exceptional trustworthy staff, very helpful and really CARE about their customers. Recently attended a customer appreciation dinner and was shown how an airbag works real eye opener. Every customer that attended talked about how they had never had such great service from a car dealer, many related to me that they have sent family and friends to Hosmer because of the great service. eric

I've often not liked the experience of buying a new car because the salesmen have often been pushy & more high-pressure. Alex Meier was my salesman at Hosmer Honda, & he was very knowledgeable & helpful. He answered my questions but did not pressure me to make a decision. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

We went to the dealer looking for a van, "Alex Meier" came out right away and we discussed what we were looking for, at the time they did not have a van that fit our needs so he took our wants and said he would call if he found one. He call that night to tell us they had just got one in we might like. The next day we went in and the van clicked all the things on our wish list. We took it for a test drive and really liked it. We discussed it with Alex, he was very helpful and not a high pressure salesman. Alex was very helpful and caring and I would recommend him highly. Thanks Alex we love our van.

We had a GREAT experience with ALEX MEIER... He is the BEST salesman we have ever dealt with in our many years of purchasing vehicles... We delt with salesperson Eddie lundmark, felt we got a great deal. Great sales person. He knows his vehicles, would recommend people to contact him when shopping for a vehicle. He was not a pushy salesman. Enjoyed dealing with him, friendly. On a scale of 1-10 he'd get a 10+++.

The Hosmer Honda / Toyota dealership in Mason City has a great inventory of new and used vehicles and also has a wonderful staff !! Alex Meier was our sales person. He is awesome, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend him to family and friends. We like both the Toyota and Honda cars & trucks because of the safety, quality, great gas mileage, as well as styles.

I am happy with my purchase at Hosmer Honda, and the entire experience at Hosmer was the most comfortable I've experienced. I appreciated the prompt and thorough e-mail responses to my questions by sales associate Alex Meier. Being a 'reasonable person' I thought Alex and all the Hosmer crew I met were as well. Traveling 100+ miles to Hosmer was well worth the trip!

I love the Honda Accord Coupe that I recently bought from Hosmer Honda in Mason City. Alex Meier took the extra time to make sure that everything including the price was to my liking. I appreciate him getting me into the car that is the right fit for me at this time. Alex's follow through has been excellent leading up to the purchase as well as after the purchase. Alex helped us and was great. They purchasing process went quickly and their finance department took care of us and got us a great interest rate. My only complaint would be that the sales team was not totally honest about the vehicle though overall we got a fair price for the model and mileage of the car.

WOW! I highly recommend Hosmer Honda from every aspect of dealing with cars. I went to look for a new car. Seth listened well to what I wanted and didn't want. He didn't push for more than I wanted. I received what I thought was a better-than-fair deal. Seth seems to have a very real desire to deliver what the customer wants and needs. Overall wonderful experience!
