I was a virtual buyer, so honesty about the background and condition of the car were very important to me. We discovered a couple of needed repairs, and Sam stepped up with a fair resolution of those costs. When I arrived in Las Vegas to take delivery, Michael picked me up at the airport to expedite the delivery process. I found no surprises that were of concern to me. The car was as advertised. Overall, a smooth transaction and honest deal.

The automobiles Hot Deals Auto sells are top of the line, immaculate and showroom-ready before they are ever put on the market. We purchased a used Lexus from HDA. If your in the market for exotic vehicles your doing yourself disservice if you don't check with Sam at Hot deals. He has all the toys a virtual big boy paradise. I settle on what I came there for ( M6 Convertible) but as soon as I walk through the door I had to adjust my thinking. He will offer other options and make it quit difficult to decide. I seen a Hummer, Bentley, Porsche, BMWs, Benzs. Every vehicle was spotless and financing done by the next morning. Your leaving items on the table if you don't at least walk through the doors of Hot Deals.

I was looking for a Toyota Forerunner and checked Cars.com, finding Hot Deals Auto's listing of an almost new SR5 Premium with 2000k miles that looked perfect. I live in San Diego so I had to trust Sam's description of the vehicle, catching a flight to Las Vegas to check it out. It was as stated; very clean and perfect for our needs. So in a matter of an hour or less, I was out the door, and on a road trip back to SD with a smile on my face. Sam was helpful and professional that day and continues to be so with follow up to our purchase like FEDEXing our title for our CA registration process. Thanks again! Great experience.
