Donya is absolutely the best salesman/caretaker out there. From the first call to the end of the financing. She was all about making it better for me. She was a straight shooter with all the facts. No floating around the truth, very honest and caring. I will refer many people to them. I would recommend you go to this dealership before anyone else.

I wanted to be a fan of this place and refer my friends and family to them, but with the experience I’ve had I just can’t. I purchased a Jeep from Howard’s back in December 4 months ago and have had nothing but severe issues with my vehicle. As far as the buying process went for my vehicle, I was very pleased with Donya because she made the impossible work for me in financing the vehicle, but I am so displeased with the dishonesty of the condition of the vehicle. In the 4 month of having my vehicle I have had to put a brand new transmission in, a new sensor for the transmission, a new front axle, and now this week I will have to replace gaskets, catalytic converters, etc. My vehicle has been in the shop every 3 weeks since January and I am now $9400 in the hole with all of these repairs. I have put half of the cost of the vehicle back into it and am starting to regret my purchase extremely. Would not recommend.
