Never ever buy or lease your vehicle from hubler, today I felt like I lost in my life, I spoke with hubler last week regarding 2017 Acura TLX 3.5 V-6 9- AT SH- AWD with technology package and asked them for quote, they told a price and I negotiated. After few hours they called me back saying that they agreed for the price I asked and asked me to stop by. Since I live 8 hours far from Hubler, I told them that I will come and take the car. For that I asked them confirmation on my deal, everytime they just skipped that discussion and asked me to stop by. So I just trusted them and contacted some credit union in town to finance my car, I got my loan approved on 2017 Acura TLX 3.5 V-6 9- AT SH- AWD with technology package and also I put a request to my insurance company as well. I also took a day off at work to travel 8 hours and get the car, I told everyone at work that I am buying a brand new 2017 Acura and they felt happy for me, I told to my parents, I told to my friends and everyone felt happy. But before starting I still have doubt on the deal, So I am stubborn on getting the information whether it is "2017 Acura TLX 3.5 V-6 9- AT SH- AWD with technology package" or not. Finally they said that's a brand new but not willing to say that's a 2017, after long discussion they are trying to convince me that there is no difference between 2016 and 2017 and they are selling me 2016 one. I was like lost and got mad on them. But I am saying now, never ever buy car from Hubler.

I had to have some repairs performed on my vehicle as well as an active recall that needed to be taken care of. I always use online services when possible and it frustrates me ENDLESSLY when places offer online scheduling and do not utilize it when I arrive on-site. This location, however, treats the online scheduling just as they do telephone/in-person scheduling (as they should), and I arrived on time, was greeted by name, and everything was taken care of. The facilities are excellent, there is a Starbucks machine, free water to drink, snacks, and a very comfortable lounge area. If you have to have service performed, there is nowhere else that I would recommend. This is by far the best customer service I've received at any dealership and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again. It says a lot that I would consider purchasing future vehicles here just due to the service I've received. Note: I did not purchase my vehicle here, I merely had service performed here!

we drive 40+ miles to hubler because of the consistent professional service. (even though there is an acura service dealership closer to home) Hubler makes available loaner vehicles when needed to make more efficient the use of my time. The service estimates are always on target and I never feel "taken advantage of" by having service done at a dealer vs neighborhood garage.

While working with the team of professionals at Hubler Acura, we were met with 1st class service from our Sales Rep. The Hubler team made every aspect of our buying experience enjoyable and a pleasure to do business with. Everyone was courteous, respectful and conducted themselves very professionally. I was most impressed with their finance manager who conducted herself with the upmost sincerity while making sure that everything offered to is was completely and thoroughly explained ( all the way from the fianc agreement, even explain gin the wonderful value of some optional added features made available through the dealership. It is refreshing to visit an automobile dealership and not feel pressured and squeezed while making a big decision. We're from Wisconsin. On our way to Florida, the alternator on our 2003 Honda Odyssey died. A Google search found Hubler Acura nearby, so we headed over. Bottom line is that within two hours, Alan and Michael diagnosed the problem, located an aftermarket part just down the street, installed it and got us back on the road. Ryan and Rob were great. I spoke to both of these gentlemen on the phone letting them know my interest and what I was looking for. I confirmed the vehicle I was interested in was on the lot and still available. I arrived to find out that someone else was looking at the vehicle. Ryan was great in keeping me informed and took my number down, when finally after waiting a little over an hour it looked like the other buyer was going to purchase it. I received a call from him shortly after leaving asking if I wanted to come back and view the vehicle. I told him I have owned the vehicle before short of the transmission difference and from what I saw the vehicle would work fine for my needs. He assured me we would be able to come to an agreement and I came back. Test drove the vehicle (5-10m) and went in to purchase it. Ryan appeared honest and up front throughout the process and so I offered him the same courtesy letting him know my bottom-line and my desire to not go back and forth as I would gladly go back to the other dealership and finish my purchase there; similar vehicle. This was however not a ploy to get what I wanted but rather my desire to express this was not a purchase of a want but rather a need; I did not have to have this car. Ryan and Rob were great in helping me meet my need and making it a successful day for all. This was probably the 9th or 10th car I have purchased and I understand the F&I dance but had clearly stated my desire to not sit through it to be pitched to; I did not need anything past the vehicle. I did however have to wait to speak with the F&I rep which added an hour to hour and half even though I was a cash buyer with no interest in an extended warranty program. That being said I truly appreciate the assistance of Ryan and Rob in making this thing happen. The car has been running great and I have/had no buyer remorse following the purchase. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, new or used, to consider Ryan or Rob in assisting you in your purchase; they are standup guys.

We purchased a 2013 Chrysler 200. We have been looking at cars for over a month at many different dealerships all over the state. This was the best dealership, and best experience we had by far. Very great staff overall. From the moment we arrived and until the next day when we sealed the deal, we felt very comfortable with everyone. No one was overly pushy and definitely did not try and sell us something we didn't want. We were very impressed with this facility and would highly recommend it. Great experience all the way around. I was allowed to take the vehicle to have inspected by my mechanic. Called and made an appointment to come in and sign paperwork. Came in early in the morning to sign, so that I could get in and out. Paper work was ready, A little time was taken in explaining the optional warranty, which being a Mercedes, I did take advantage of. Love my new car.

I took my car to Hubler Acura because I have had preventive service done before. However, I have never used them for maintenance issues. Mike and Tabitha in the service department were amazing. I took my car in on a Friday and I was going to get a rental car set up and they offered a loaner car while mine was being repaired. I have never been offered a loaner...EVER, even when I took this car in for warranty work. The entire service department at Hubler Acura deserves much praise because they do go above and beyond. Thanks again.

2010 TL.... we had searched high and low to find a black TL. We actually had to purchase it in New Albany, IN at another dealer. Not Acura. Upon owning the car for several months, we noticed several problems. The New Albany dealer was unable/unwilling to help in anyway. Frustrated and worried about the amount of $ it would cost us to make this car right, we called Hubler Acura. They asked us to bring the car in that day. After looking at our issues, they said that Tabitha Bowden would be calling us on Monday. After our dealings with the place we purchased our car, we were worried we would never hear from them again. However, we are thrilled with the service department at your dealership... From Ms. Bowden to the techs to the billing dept. everyone was amazing, professional, and knowledgable!! We walked away knowing our next car will be purchased from you!! Thank you!!

Car didn't start before i test drove it. I should've known then to leave. Salesman refused to fill my tank after i had to drive 90 miles one way for a repair to the car the very next day. I repeatedly saw them fawning over anyone that looked at a new car, but they wanted me in and out because i was only in the market for a used Acura. Looking back on the experience, they did and said, simply to get me to sign the papers. Oh, and i had to wait 2hrs to actually sign the papers on the car. Don't trust what they give you for your trade-in either. They offered me less than half of what my car was worth (and i sold it on my own for exactly what i wanted for it). In fact, they had a car on their lot, just like the one i wanted to trade in, and they had it marked up 30% more than what i asked for. That's 80% more than they offered me. Crooks.

Expect to be looked down on and receive poor service unless you're paying full price for a brand new car. Unyielding on negotiations, insulting trade-in offer (less than 50% of KBB price), tried to cover up a battery issue when the car on the lot would not start. Less than 8 hrs after signing the papers the car would not start. I drove 1.5 hrs to this dealership and they did replace the battery but flat refused to do anything else to compensate me for wasting 4 hrs of my life because they didnt fix the battery issue BEFORE they sold me the car. Overall a horrible and stressful ordeal that i regret.

I bought the car but do not recommend this dealer. They do not negotiate in good faith. They told me they would split the cost of new tires and then ordered tires that cost less than my half so I was paying total cost for cheap tires I did not want. I got snookered and will never go to them again.

I came to Hubler looking for a specific car, they unfortunately didn't have what I was looking for. I was greeted by a salesman named Tyler. Usually when I go to car dealers, I am hounded by salesmen, but this guy sincerely wanted to help me find my car, he said he was a car guy too so he understood the car I'm looking for. He was an all around good guy to work with, and didn't try to talk me into something ridiculous or couldn't afford like your typical sales guy. I'd recommend seeing him next time you are at hubler Acura.

I sold cars for Rohrman Honda for 2 years and I know the car scene pretty well. I was driving an Accord which I ended being upside down in from rolling over some negative equity in another vehicle. I looked to trade it in at Hubler for an Acura Certified TSX. I worked with Ryan Wilson during the sales process and I was very up front with him on what I was after. He assured me that it was "very easy to do busy with Hubler and to make sure I get in the right vehicle." Being in sales before and having purchased a few cars, I knew the routine and games. This was the only experience where I ever felt that it actually came into fruition. I highly highly recommend this store and I cannot wait to see the TLX!

We looked at the 2013 MDX over a year ago with Ryan Wilson and the sales manager Jason and we weren't able to get a good enough deal so we looked at Ed Martin. Hubler was the better price on the 2013 but we did make a decision and decided to wait until the 2014 models. We just drove away today in a 2014 MDX and went directly to Hubler this time (we live in Carmel). They have the best prices in the area and we even spoke to a dealer in Chicago who advertises a better price but weren't able to do what they advertised. I am sending all my friends to Hubler.

This is my second Acura TL I've owned and is one of the best vehicles I've owned. I've owned many different cars over the years ranging from sports cars to now premium vehicles like BMW X5, Infiniti G35, and currently my Acura TL. As a result of owning so many vehicles over the years, I've also experienced many dealerships along with their service departments.The first TL I bought was from your dealership but the 07 I currently drive I bought from another dealership on the northside of Indy. Despite buying my 07' TL from somewhere else, I knew I was always going to bring it to Hubler Acura for all my needs. The reason is simple which is why I too the time to write this. Of all the different dealerships I've gone to for my vehicles, Hubler Acura is the best. Yes, the BMW and Infiniti dealerships treated well also but you and your staff always made me feel extra special as if I was the most important customer you were going to have that day. Your entire service dept. has always be very friendly on every visit, regardless if my car needed extended work and I was going to have to spend significant monies to repair or if I simply came by for a oil change and car wash. I always appreciate the recommendations your technicians make to ensure my vehicle remains in tip top shape. Although I do not always have your dealership do the work there, I do very much appreciate the recommendations. However, I know I can trust you on the big and small items that may need repairing or replacing at a fair price and for that, I am grateful. In any case, I wanted to take a minute to just say thank you to you personally and everyone their in the service dept. Do NOT contact this dealer to express interest in a car they have listed on Cars.com unless you like to be hounded by relentless sales calls. This dealer fails to understand the basic etiquette of responding in kind. Because I contacted them via email from an internet website, I desired a response in similar fashion. Had I wanted to speak to the sales associates personally I would have called. Furthermore, while I understand that I by contacting you I have given you "legal permission" to ignore my participation in federal and state do not call lists, don't you think that would be a clue not to call me, but to email. Simply respond in kind, it's that simple. Although I have let them know I was no longer interested in the car about which I originally inquired, their relentless phone calls hounding me to come look at the rest of their inventory has driven me away. I have zero desire to work with his dealer anytime, now or in the future. I understand they may have "other cars in which I might be interested," but so do many other dealers much closer to me in the 40 mile radius. I was only interested in the one car about which I inquired, not the dealership. Hubler Acura if you read these reviews or care at all what people think of your dealership and its practices, you might want to reconsider your telephone solicitation policies. Please stop calling me.

Wasted our time and we noticed a lady doing the same thing they told us they tell you they can help you when you get there they waste your time and what they tell you on the phone or even while your there looking they sit you down get you a car to drive I fell in love with one that was in our price range but when it came down to it they turn the tables on you and its nothing like they said when they first sit you down Thanks for nothing that car would have been perfect for us but because we wouldn't buy it outright with cash money they didn't want to talk to us the lady next to us also left mad and was saying as she was walking out they door that they are deceptive pulling you in and then they disappoint you in a very bad way will never go back wish someone else had that car I would buy it from someone else but not them

I had very very bad experience with this dealer. Just today I stopped at this dealer to buy 2012 Acura TSX. I had a best deal in chicago area and called this guy to check out whether he would beat that price. He said oh we would beat any deal and asked for the price too. I told him the price and he asked me not to worry and he would beat that price. I confirmed couple of times. I went there and after almost one hour of test drive and talking, they said that they cannot even match that price since it is very low and came up with a price $2000 higher. I argued with them and the general sales manager was giving silly reasons. They wasted my time. I'm planning to go to Chicago to get my car. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DEALER....

We had an appointment to see a specific sales paerson regarding a specific vehicle. Hubler told us that we would see this sales person and the vehcile would be pulled up prior to our appointment. When we arrived, the sales man was gone for the day. The vehicles was not available, but was in the service shop. It took the slaes staff 30 minutes to fgure out the sales person was not there and the car was not there either. I wasted an hour of my time to not even see the vehicle I was scheduled to see? What a joke.

But the further the purchasing process went- it became less friendly and less comfortable to the point that my wife and i decided to purchase a vehicle elsehwere and the experience was excellent! The numbers hidden in the deal here were not at all what was represented during verbal negotiations... buyer beware.

Horrible place to buy cars. My car is all rusty after 9 months of purchase. It has had mold growing in it, break problems and the problems continue. My car salesperson, Gael, so sweet during purchase is so unprofessional when calling her about a concern with the car. Most of the time she doesn't even know what she's talking about. Shame on the company for selling cars with so many problem. Stay away.

Scott Combs and the rest of the staff at Hubler Acura were great to work with. I found my vehicle (2011 Acura MDX) through an online search and placed an inquiry after hours. (It was late in the evening when I came across it online.) Scott responded to my voicemail early the next morning. He was very easy to work with, and we got all of the details worked out over the phone. This was important, since Hubler Acura is located in the Indianapolis area, and I live in the Columbus area, a state away. That weekend we made arrangements for me to head that way and finish the sale. They had my vehicle on the showroom floor, looking great (even though it was a used car) - which showed a lot of class, in my opinion. Things went great when we were there - they gave me a fair to good price on my trade in and, perhaps more importantly, they didn't try any "funny business" when I got there (e.g., trying to up the price on the vehicle or something that other dealerships do). Bottom line, they stood by their word, they treated my wife and I with an incredible amount of respect, they were professional and classy, and they made my vehicle purchasing experience a good one. I would not hesitate to buy from them again and, in fact, despite them being a state away, I've asked Scott to be on the lookout for another car I want. That I am looking to do business with them again is perhaps the best endorsement of them I can give.

I own an '07 TL purchased 2 years ago and have been regularly going to Hubler Acura for all my service needs ever since the purchase (my TL was purchased from Ed Martin Acura). On one of my service visits, I asked the staff if they offered complimentary car wash for their customers and i was informed that they did. So, since then I have been bringing in my car (every 2-3 months) for a car wash. On my most recent visit I was greeted by Lindsay Rogers and was told that he'd take care of the car wash and asked us (I was with my fiancee and brother) to wait in the waiting area. On completion of the car wash and getting in to drive out, I noticed that the setting on the drivers seat had changed and the light for the seat settings on the driver's side door was not illuminated like it should be so i immediately drove the car back in and asked Lindsay about it. His response is what shocked and disappointed me the most. He got quite defensive and asked me if I was blaming their guys for what looked like a blown fuse in the driver's seat settings. I proceeded to inform him that it was working perfectly before we got there and after the car wash it wasn't. So I asked him if the workers who clean the car unhook the battery while cleaning or use any water to clean the inside of the car since that could cause the issue but he just got very irate and said he'd run a diagnostics test for $85. Obviously, I was not going to pay for something that was clearly working BEFORE we got there. He then proceeded to inform me quite rudely that the car wash was done as a 'favor' since we're their customers. Quite honestly, I don't understand the connection; if the car wash wasn't complimentary to begin with then why not mention it when we got there in the beginning? Why wait until later and throw it in my face like he'd done me some kind of favor? His final statement to us was 'either I throw you out of here or I can do the diagnostics for free'. Is that how a service manager talks to his customers? I'd probably understand his behavior if i was being abusive or yelling at him but i was talking calmly to him. Who does he think he is? To throw a customer out? Is that language you use? Unbelievable! We were done talking to him after he said that so I asked him who his manager was. Anthony Hurt came out to continue the discussion but all he would say is that 'Lindsay is a passionate guy' and that they have customers come in with known problems in their car and then try to blame it on them, Sure, i understand that but does that validate a service manager telling his customers that he'd 'throw them out'?? Anthony wasn't any better, all he did was smile and defend Lindsay's behavior. Not once did he apologize. My issue is no longer about the fuse being blown out in my driver's seat car but the way your staff responded to the situation. there are a number of ways you can handle a customer's complaints..this was not the way. We were disrespected, insulted and frankly, it ruined our day. Rest assured, I am NEVER going back to Hubler.

This makes the 3rd Acura I have purchased at Hubler with Scott Combs.I had a total loss on my TSX, and was wanting to look at an RDX. I left a message for Scott to call me, but was told he was out on vacation. Well, not 2 hours later, I get a call from Scott in Las Vegas. I told him what I was intersted in, and he said he would be back on Saturday. We went in on Saturday, and was greeted warmly as usual. He set us up for a test drive,we talked finding the vehicle I wanted, and we talked a deal. We agreed pretty quickly on the price, and he would notify me when they located a vehicle. I felt I got a fair deal,without haggling a price.I was called 3 days later that it was in. We went in on Saturday, the car was prepped and ready.Scott went over all the bells and whistles, and set the car up for my specifications.After going through a rough few weeks after the wreck, Scott made this part of the program quite enjoyable...as i said earlier, this is my 3rd Acura purchase with him....

We were recommended to Scott Combs at Hubler by my husband's boss. My husband called Scott and told him what we were looking for. Since the car was to be MINE to drive, my husband sent me to see the car that Scott had found for us. We had been visitng and driving many new/pre-owned cars together and separately. I had previously visited two other dealerships on the west side of Indy where they both gave me a quick "brush-off" I feel because I was an unaccompanied woman. It was a 45 minute drive to get to Scott Combs and Hubler, but it was a drive worth my time. Scott was so polite and "non-condescending" to me as he showed me the car and it's features. He came along with me on the test drive (at my request) and encouraged me to drive as long as I wanted to get a feel for the car. I really appreciated his professional and courteous personality. When I returned with my husband to "make the deal', Scott treated us with the same degree of customer service. I would highly recommed Scott Combs and Hubler Acura to my friends in the market for a car. Our overall experience was great because of Scott's attentiveness. Thanks, Scott! I have the hottest car in the school parking lot!

This was my first experience shopping online for a vehicle. I came across the vehicle of my choice and inquired for additonal info and received a phone call from the dealership the next day. Nicole was were very nice and very helpful. I was able to negotiate a price over the phone as I was 2.5 hrs away and did not want to drive that distance unless they could give me a price I was willing to pay. Once I arrived at the dealership Scott was very helpful and allowed me to test drive the vihicle and take as long as I needed. After deciding to purchase the vehicle I did have to wait for about an hour (this was the only negative experience) to meet with finance. In their defense this was a Saturday afternoon and the dealership seemed very busy at the time.Overall I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend Hubler Automotive to anyone currently in the market for a vehicle.

The price I negotiated was supposed to include all taxes for my state, and when I went to get the license plates for the vehicle, I was shocked to find out, that I had to pay some taxes due. I was negotiating with several dealers to get to the best price, and now because of the additional money I paid out of pocket, I don't know if I received the best deal. I am not at all satisfied with the purchase from this dealership.

Scott Combs was a great salesman!! I presented Scott with a few challenges during our transaction. Scott stayed patient with me, kept the communication line open with me, and sold me an awesome used BMW!! Scott did everything he had to do to get through me not having credit, I was in the process of having my license reinstated, and then my cosigner(my mother) had to have emergency surgery - which delayed the transaction for about 3 weeks. Alot of people would have given up on me and the deal but Scott didn't and I appreciated his commitment to selling me my car. This is the fourth car I have leased from Hubler Acura and Scott Combs. Scott is the reason that I leased my first car with this dealership as I knew what I wanted and went to Hubler and Ed Martin to shop. There was no comparison when working with the two sales reps. I came in to check out a TL and had been to another Northside dealership expecting the same runaround. I was blown away by the difference, I ended up buying the TL that I wanted and recieved a better price as well. My experience at the dealership was excellent. Jason and Brandon were friendly and thorough in answering all my questions. Most dealerships keep you there for hours and hours. Hubler was able to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I will certainly recommend them to my my friends.

Worst dealership ever!! They don't understand that the purchase is only the beginning of the relationship. The managements take is they only sell the Acura, not build them. They will not go the extra mile to determine what the root cause of an issue is. I have never dealt with the rudest group of individuals before. They get you in by a lower price than other Acura dealers, then BEWARE. Chose another Acura dealer, you'll be much happier in the end.

I purchased a Black 2000 328i BMW that was suppose to be in Excellent to Great condition back in February, to date I have spent $2,175.00 and by the end of the week I will have spent a total of $4,215.00 on car repairs (Motor & Rear Suspension). Next month, I have to schedule the car to have the front suspension repaired ($1015.00 + 170.00). This is a car that was in Great condition. I was disappointed in the car quality. I had expected to receive a higher quality car coming from an Acura dealership, that was a bad assumption on my part. Should I assume the new vehicles meet this same Quality? My wife and I had talking about purchasing a new Acura, but due to my experience at Hubler Acura we are looking elsewhere. Suggestion:You might want to consider selling used cars that are comparable to the Acura, or perhaps they are.

Have used this dealership for service on 3 Acuras over the past 5 or 6 years and they have always been very accommodating with loaners if needed, delivered the car when promised. Once they took a part off a new car on the lot so that I would not have to wait for one that was back-ordered. Prices are fair but as with any luxury dealer not cheap. But the good service, customer treatment, etc. makes the few dollars more of little consequence.
