They had the car I was looking for, so I went to see it. No pressure, I took the car for a ride a couple of times. They let my favorite mechanic look at it. In fact, they even drove it over to my mechanic. They swapped the bumper with a better one they had onsite. The car was missing the owners manual, so they located and acquired one online. After the sale, they looked at and corrected a squealing front brake issue. All for no charge. Next time I'm looking for a car, I will go back to Chris and Art.

I WAS IN NEED OF A REPLACEMENT CAR AND WENT TO HUDSON AUTO. I FOUND A LARGE STOCK OF USED CARS AND PURCHASED ONE. THE TWO GUYS KNOW THE STOCK AND WERE VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH. I HAD TWO SMALL PROBLEMS AFTER PURCHASE WHICH WERE TAKEN CARE OF IN SHORT ORDER.

Arthur was very nice, let us bring the car to our local mechanic for an evaluation with no hassles, unlike other places. We ended up not buying it, but I would recommend the dealer. The aquarium in the office kept us occupied when we had to wait a little.

I was in an automobile accident and my car was totaled, I loved my car and wanted to find one like it. I browse the Internet found my car three years newer same color I wanted at Hudson auto traders. I took the trip the Tuesday before Christmas to look at the car Chris was very nice very helpful and I had a great experience purchase the car and returned the day after Christmas to pick it up Chris at all the paperwork done I was in and out of there in a short period of time. My only complaint would be that I thought the car could've been a little cleaner, the windshield had debris from stickers left on it the back had writing on it that had just been wiped off and there was debris in the compartment where the spare tire went. However this was not deter me from purchasing another car from them.

I was in an accident recently that my car was totaled. I loved my car which was a 2006 Scion XB. I live in Connecticut and searched for the same car, same color, nothing available in CT. I found the car I purchased at Hudson Auto Traders, it was 3 years newer but the same color. I have a Dad with Ahlzeimers and the color was very important to me because he knew my car. I phoned to tell him i was coming to look, the car was in great shape and exactly what I wanted. Purchased the vehicle at a fair price that fit in my budget. When I got there to pick up the vehicle everthing was in order and the processes was smooth and quick to get me back on the road for my 1 1/2 hour ride back home. I was disappointed in one thing, i thought the car could have been cleaned better, there was sticky residue on the inside of the windshield, where the spare tire is stored there was quite a bit of debris. The spare tire, jack and things were just thrown in and not secured. There was writing on the back window that had not been fully removed. Spring I'll have to have it detailed. This would not keep me from purchasing another vehicle. Chris was honest and respectable.

My wife and I drove from Newburgh to look a a vehicle they had in stock. I called ahead to ensure it was available and upon arriving felt as though we were a nuisance to the two guys there. The car was dirty and poorly staged for sale. Upon bringing up our concerns they were shrugged off and we were told that they haven't had the vehicle detailed yet. That would be fine except they have had the vehicle in their inventory for almost 2 months! Upon asking about other cars on the lot they could almost not be bothered to give me info and had zero interest in us as customers so we took our money elsewhere. Don't bother unless you like to not have any service when buying a car.

The owners asked me to write a reciew...so here it is. I bought a car a couple of weeks ago from Hudson Auto Traders and my overall experience was great. I was looking for a used car not knowing exactly what I wanted and they had such a nice variety of cars to choose from. They weren't pushy as I walked around the lot. I felt they were very helpful and informative which made my decison easier at the end. I am very happy with my purchase and the guidance from Hudson Auto.

These guys are very good. They carry alot of used cars, most at very reasonable prices compared to other dealers in the area. For a small fee (think it was $60) they will fill out and file all the registration forms for you. If your car needs repairs, they will do this for you quickly, and do a good job. My sister bought a car from them, and is very happy with it. I bought a car for my son from them which needed some small repairs, and they handled them very well. Even a few weeks after we'd bought the car, we brought it back with a few minor issues (headlight bulb out, window switch shorted out on passenger side, window molding off track on driver's side), and they fixed them all in an hour or so, for no charge. Used car dealers are not supposed to be this accommodating or trustworthy, but these guys are great. We worked with Chris when we purchased my son's car, but Chris wasn't in when we came back for the repairs, but they handled it beautifully for us anyway. That's better service than you get from a new car dealer - if they're not the ones that sold you the car, they don't even want to know you, usually! Not so these guys at Hudson Auto Traders in Mahopac. I highly recommend them; even if you have to drive a ways to get to them, it's worth the trip!

bought 4 cars from them over the years never had a complaint on any. cars were always given to me in tip top shape and ready to go with no problems and even if there was no guarantee and something went wrong other then abuse, they will go out of there way to help you. great guys to deal with. A++

I went in to Hudson Auto Traders with my 10 year old Mazda 6 that had 200K miles on it and knew it was time to look for a car. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot (and there are plenty to choose from, great selection) and helped answer any question I had, and offer fianancing. The cars were great condtion (tires, clean) I left there feeling great and no regrets...and I love my "new" used car 2007 Ford Fusion.
