We had a really pleasant experience here. We came to buy an Escape, but it was just too small for our growing family. We settled on an Explorer instead, but we were satisfied with the price, and they treated us very well. We were not pressured. They helped us find a practical alternative within our budget. And after we got home, the next day, they called to check on us. They've actually called a couple of times in the last month to answer any of our questions and make sure we're still happy. I would buy from Huntersville Ford again. I really feel like I could call with any concerns and that I would be listened to.

I could not have had a better truck buying experience. My wife and I had not purchased a new car in 8 years and were reluctant because we just didn't want the hassle. On Labor Day we were bored and also interested in looking at trucks so we went to a couple dealers in the area and were intrigued but not inspired. We then went to Huntersville Ford and loved the trucks we saw but we had never owned one and were novices. Our Salesperson Brennan was fantastic in taking the time to show us a bunch of trucks and give us the prices and not pressure us at all. We did find one we loved and unfortunately it was sold while we were there talking. It was a custom build, so we just decided to try and recreate that truck. Brennan went and got Nate and this is where the truck buying process became fun. Nate was awesome, he didn’t treat me like an inconvenience or just another dude who wanted to put rims and tires on his new truck. Nate showed me the options, helped me sift through what would look good, and spent the time and gave me the communication until I felt we had the perfect truck for me. I was extremely comfortable and excited about the whole truck buying experience and felt we nailed it. It came out great and I don’t know why it took me soo long to buy a truck and Huntersville Ford will be my Dealer for Life. Thanks a lot Brennan and Nate.

We drove 3 hours to purchase a 2020 F-250 King Ranch. They had a better deal for the truck we had been looking for. It was a great experience from the time we walked up and worked with the salesman to the moment we left. The salesman Angel Martinez was very professional and helpful. Eric was awesome and very professional also. All of our questions were answered. We would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I took my 2014 Ford F150 in for an engine issue. The problem was diagnosed in about 2 days. This is where the story took a turn south. The dealership determined it would be a warranty issue. First problem was that the warranty administrator was off and they could not process my claim until they returned. Once the claim was processed it was found that Ford did not have a 3.5 Eco Boost short block in stock. One was found at a dealer in Texas. It was 2 weeks before the engine found its way to Huntersville. I was told that it takes UPS one week to send a truck to a Ford Dealer in Texas and another week to get the engine from the Dealer in Texas to Huntersville Ford. I would think that once the order was placed that a follow up call or email would be placed to make sure that the part was actually being shipped. It was one month before I got my truck back. The biggest issue I have with the Dealership is the total lack of communication with the customer. I left multiple messages for the Parts and Service Director Lucas Bassinger of which none have been returned. I also left messages for the General Manager Dan Park and he also did not return my call. I am the owner of a small business and know that if I ran my business in this manner I would not be in business. During the process of my misery I contacted Ford Motor Company to see if they could help to expedite the repair. To let everyone know that Huntersville not only did not return any of my calls they also would not return the calls from Ford. The service person for Ford Motor Company filed a complaint with the Regional Ford Office.

Troy and the service team are amazing. Ford corporate refused to fix a body issue on my Explorer, citing not a manufacturing flaw ( it is). Huntersville Ford stepped up, found a solution, fixed the issue and even provided me with a car while mine was with them. This is the best service I have ever had from a dealership. I cannot express how professional, polite and helpful they were.

No appointment need for oil change and tire rotation. They have an express lane with extremely friendly staff. They have a beautiful waiting room with coffee and area to charge cell phones, iPads ect. I had several staff members from various departments ask if I needed anything.

The $1000 Price Match Guarantee is a farce. This is the first time I've been mistreated by Ford after 18years of Ford ownership (my entire adult life).The managers of both the sales and finance areas did some grimy things to us. Last week we test drove an F150 before negotiating the finance of a truck that was "located at our sister store in Asheville". We left with some numbers to consider. We compared to a truck with the exact same features at Capital Ford, and requested a quote from them. A week later, a sales rep from Huntersville called us and told us to bring the quote in, because Huntersville has a $1000 Price Match Guarantee - they'll match or beat any offer from any competing dealership or give you $1000. We returned to Huntersville Ford and showed the quote to a sales rep. After several back-and-forths between our table in the show room and the sales managers office, the rep told us that they could not get us a better price, because the truck that they had started the deal on in Huntersville was actually the same truck parked at Capital. It shared the same VIN. A minor misrepresentation that I don't hold against them.The sales rep said that they couldn't beat that price, and if they did "it would cost the dealership about $2500 to do that". He then brought us a printed copy of the $1000 guarantee with the last sentence in the disclaimer highlighted. [Disclaimer* Dealer must have a chance to match the price, price comparisons must be done in person at the dealership. Must be exact year, make, model, options, and rebates, on in stock vehicles. Customer must present signed buyers order from competing dealership.]Here's where the farce comes in. The buyers order is a sales contract. It is binding once it's signed. When we returned today with our signed buyers order, the managers told us that because we had purchased the vehicle (by signing the buyers order), that they did not have a chance to negotiate a better price for us. It didn't matter that they had failed to offer us a better price yesterday, because we didn't have a signed buyers order yesterday, just an email quote from the sales manager at Capital Ford. If we had presented a signed buyers order without completing the sale, which is completely impossible, they might have offered us a lower price. When this oxymoron was pointed out to him, he said that he wasn't familiar with Capital Ford's buyers order. When I followed up by asking if I could compare it to Huntersville's document, he said he didn't know where to find one, asked me to leave, and threatened to call the police. We persisted. I told him that I would be writing terrible reviews, and he threatened to sue me for libel, then called the police. We left peacefully when the police arrived and explained to us that any further action would need to be legal, and that we would be arrested for trespassing if we stayed or returned within the next year. We did all of the things they told us to do, and rather than admit that they couldn't offer the best deal in town, they had the cops come in and run us off.

This was an incredibly easy transaction. I had seen a particular Ford Fusion at a desirable price on their website on Saturday but was pressed on time. I made a quick visit to the dealership and was told that car had been sold but there were others that they could work with. After my sales person Barry Brueckner found one of those cars and helped me to preview the features I had to run. I called Barry on Monday and said if there was still a Fusion available at that price point I would be there shortly. I made him aware of an issue I had of negative equity in my trade-in. He was confident we would work through it, I stopped in took a test drive and had my car appraised. Within a few moments I had purchase options in front of me regarding regarding rebates and financing options. After coming to the best purchase option Barry got me to Chris in financing who was incredibly easy to work with in meeting my needs and the process was much quicker than anticipated. Once done there Daniel gave me an overview of the technology features and connected my phone and recommendations for getting the most from the features. Then I was on my way pleased with the process and my purchase.

I took my 2014 charger which I am leasing and not many more months to go to this dealer to lease a 2016 f150 ford. That being said I had already found what I wanted on line due I live an hour and a half away. I went in and meet a nice salesman who helped me and I explained what I wanted and the payment I wanted to be at so the sale was going to be simple and quick. So when they brought back the payment I was going to be making it was about 150 more then my budget. So I did some figureing and asked if they could take about $90 less on the payment so salesman went and got his general manager who was a complete xxx and too make a long story short let me leave his fancy lot with no vehicle purchase. They treated me like I was not good enough to even be on their lot. That being said they lost a sale over $90 less on my payment a month.

Everytime I walk in the door, I'm treated like I'm the ONLY customer! They find out what I need and immediately start the work! Troy in the "Quick Lane" is amazing! I came in for an oil change and informed him of another issue that I was having with my Escape and he quickly explained what was going on and that it's normal and nothing needs to be done. It's so nice to have him and his expertise at Huntersville Ford! Because of him, Jon and Rob, I'll NEVER go anywhere else for cars or service! You'll never find another dealership like Huntersville Ford!! The best of the best!!

On 7/12/2016 I took my Ford Explorer in for service and always the service staff was outstanding. No problems at all. While waiting a sales person saw me walking around looking vehicle on the showroom floor and asked if I needed some help. I told him I was just stretching my legs. We started a conversation and talked until my car was ready. This is how friendly the staff is. All the way to young lady that checked me out. Love Huntersville Ford!!

I purchased my truck from Hunterville Ford new. Recently took the vehicle in for service, paid $700.00 for repairs. Within 30 miles same problem returned. Returned, paid another $800.00 plus for more parts, 2/3 of the invoice was labor. Now 250 miles later same problem again. Concerns: (1) no follow up by ownership to confirm satisfaction with services. (2) I'm evidently paying for Huntersville Fords technician's training. Initially figured I'd take it to the specialist, was wrong. This approach to business is substandard. Not impressed and still have the original problem. Bummer boys..BS has ended..

My 2013 F150 has had recurring Throttle Body failures. I took my vehicle to this dealer for diagnosis and repair. They indicated that they could not replicate the failure (even though it happened twice on the way to the dealership) and because I had not purchased the vehicle from them, they did not have the 'history of the vehicle'. They would not repair based on just the service code. I picked up the vehicle and it failed, again, within 5 miles of the dealership.I called Ford and was told that the full service history of the vehicle was online and that any dealer can see it. It is apparent that they base their level of service on where you purchased the vehicle. According to Ford, that is against their policy. Perhaps a silver lining..... As it turns out, I am in the market for a new F250 and have removed this dealership from consideration based on this experience. I hope this is helpful to others considering this dealership.

On this particular day I had to bring both cars we own into the dealership. Not because of problems with the vehicles, but because Someone in my family lost an entire set of car keys. I went in to have keys made for both vehicles , a 2005 Ford Escape with 180k mileage and a 2011 Ford Fusion with approx 80k. Also had and an oil change on both vehicles. The Service Manager and John Philips were fantastic. On my newer vehicle John Phillips advised there were two minor recalls and they could do the work the same day. I was in and out of the dealership in a short timeframe. The Service Technician Chris was very helpful and gave me some easy fixes to reprograming my fobs. Great work Huntersville Ford. I will be buying my next vehicle from Huntersville Ford.

I CONTACTED HUNTERSVILLE ON TUESDAY MORNING 5/23/16 ABOUT A 2012 FORD F350 THAT WAS ON THERE LOT. THEY ONLY HAD TWO PICS ON THE WEBSITE SO I ASKED FOR MORE PICS. AFTER WAITING TWO HOURS TO GET THE PICS I DECIDED THAT I WOULD LIKE TO MOVE FORWARD ON BUYING THE TRUCK. I CONTACTED MEGAN HAPTON AND SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD HAVE THE MANAGER JERAMIE MATHENEY CONTACT ME. AROUND LUNCH TIME THAT DAY I DID GET A CALL FROM HIM BUT I WAS UNABLE TO TAKE HIS CALL. ONCE I GOT BACK IN THE OFFICE I CALLED HIM BACK SEVARAL TIME AND LEFT VOICEMAIL AND STILL TO THIS DAY HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD BACK FROM HIM.. (SOME MANAGER THAT HE IS) LET ME ADD THAT I DID TALK TO MEGAN LATE TUESDAY EVENING AND SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD HAVE HIM CALL ME BEFORE THEY CLOSED. SO NOW WEDNESDAY MORING NOR MEGAN OR JERAMIE HAD CALLED ME BACK. I REACED OUT TO SHANE MCMAHAN AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD GET ME THE BOTTOM DOLLER AND GET BACK TO ME. AROUND LUNCH TIME HE DID CONTACT ME WITH THE PRICE OF THE TRUCK AND I TOLD HIM TO SEND ME A BUYERS ORDER. AFTER WAITING ALL AFTERNOON I RECIVIED IT AND TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD BE THERE TODAY WHICH IS 5/26/16 TO GET THE TRUCK. MEGAN WAS EVEN A PART OF THAT CONCVERSATION AND SHE ASKED FOR A DEPOSIT AND I TOLD HER THAT I WOULD GIVE HER A CREDIT CARD BUT THEN SHE SAID THAT IT WAS NOT NEEDED. SO THIS MORNING 5/26/16 I GOT UP WENT TO MY BANK AND GOT A CHECK TO GO GET THE TRUCK. I WAS ABOUT TO HEAD UP TO THE DEALERSHIP BUT I WENT AHEAD AND CALLED SHANE SINCE HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT WOULD ANSWER HIS PHONE TO LET HIM KNOW THAT I WAS ON THE WAY UP TO GET THE TRUCK. AT THIS POIT HE TOLD ME THAT THE TRUCK WAS SOLD LAST NIGHT AND THERE WAS NOTHING THAT HE COULD DO ABOUT IT. NOW I AM REALLY PISSED BECAUSE AFTER THE FACT THAT I HAD A BUYERS ORDER ON THE TRUCK AND GO THROUGH THE TROUBLE TO GET A CHECK THEY SAY THAT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. They have always been upfront about my needs for keeping this truck running in top shape, never telling me I needed repairs that did not exist. Their staff is professional, and courteous. The Service Rep went over the review of my vehicle and gave me an update on tires, brakes, etc. I was very pleased that he took the extra time to give me that information.

This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. I traded in a pickup for a mustang last year. The car was sold as a certified pre-owned vehicle, which is WAS NOT, as it had an open Takata Airbag Safety Recall on it. They did not disclose the information, and presented the vehicle as meeting the CPO standards, despite knowing about and covering up the recall for a month prior to my purchasing the vehicle. Additionally, when I went to pick up the car, it was scratched, smelled like the inside of an ashtray, and not in the condition presented. They told me that they would fix it to my liking since the paperwork was already done. The car was fixed (substandard). I had the vehicle for a month before discovering that there was a major recall (airbag) on the vehicle that was not corrected or disclosed.When I called the GM and told him the vehicle was unsafe to drive and that they needed to fix this, as they sold the car by deception, he told me I could trade it in (for a huge loss) or deal with it. I ended up having to hire an attorney and file suit against the dealership.Almost a year later, they still will not correct the situation and I've had to pay for a vehicle unsafe to drive sitting in my driveway, as they have dragged out the lawsuit as far as they can. They have no accountability, No Ethics, No Morals, and are happy to screw over anybody they can. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. The best thing for the Charlotte area would be for this place to go out of business.

We've never purchased a vehicle here, not do we have a Ford. However, we use their Service all the time, and have NEVER been disappointed. Their Quick Lane is a great, efficient, and cost effective. No longer do we have to drop our car off, or wait for 2 hours for a simple service job. Whether brakes, oil change, or light replacement, this group is the best. This dealership has the best and most friendly service department I have ever had the pleasure to experience. The employee that helped me was Lucas Bassinger. He was fantastic. I dropped by to see when I could get an oil change and tire rotation, and they took me right away. They topped off all my fluids, checked the brakes, and even washed my truck. I purchased my 2015 F150 Truck here, and that was the easiest, no pressure purchase I ever made. Everyone is super friendly and efficient. Huntersville Ford will have my business without hesitation.

The amount of discrimination and disrespect my husband and myself received from this dealership today was unreal. It was all because of how much we make. I have never been so humiliated in my life. The things they asked for to prove our income was unreal. This was after we produced bank statements showing direct deposit amounts and income tax statements. I am so highly disappointed and disgusted with the staff that I came encounter with. Yes I will complain until I receive a formal apology.

I have not owned a Ford product for 25 years, but I fell in love with the Explorer Sport. My salesman, Barry, was incredibly helpful and had all the patience in the world to show me every detail of the Explorer. I walked out of there with this beautiful dark gray (magnetic) Explorer with a black interior. It has all the bells and whistles. The vehicle is great, but the service I received was even better than I imagined. I would highly recommend Huntersville Ford -- and Barry!

I dont know much about cars so it is nice to know the service department and their techs do not seem to take advantange of my lack of car knowledge when I come in to get a problem resolved or even a simple oil change completed. We just purchased a 2016 Explorer. Our initial visit to the showroom was to simply look at the Explorer. Eric Perryman listened carefully to what we wanted and found what proved to be the "perfect vehicle." We stepped up our timetable on our purchase. When we returned to finalize a deal, William Hall picked up where Eric had left off and gave us excellent service as did the technical expert who was quite patient in showing me the various bells and whistles of the Explorer. Over the years I have purchased 5 different ford models; all at different Ford dealerships. The purchase of my 2016 Ford Fusion on 1/4/2016 from Huntersville Ford was by far the very best experience! I was treated fairly and with respect; all my questions were answered; and I was helped in every way possible - even having my trade emptied of my personal belongings and then transferred to my new purchase. Three very knowledgeable and kind gentlemen from the sales staff helped me through this process: Carlos Garcia (you will never find a better sales person than Carlos!); Randy the Finance Manager who explained every little detail and Daniel who could not have been more patient with me in teaching Sync, etc. And my new Ford drives like a dream!

He took so much time with me. To be very honest, I was only planning to go in and look at their inventory and come back with my husband. Thomas Gigliotti lied to us. He was suppose to sell us a 2015 F150 extended cab demo with a bed liner but when we received it- it didn't the bedliner in it like he promised and the bed had alot of scratches like it had been used for hauling! We have made several calls to him and he does not return any calls! Thomas if you want a good review then you need to made good on your handshake cause I believe a handshake is your word and you did say we had your WORD! My husband said he will know next time to make sure he see vehicle before he buys!!!

One Customer dont matter was the words of Jeremy, Manager HUNTERSVILLE FORD. Need a car, dont go to HUNTERSVILLE FORD. Run away from that place of business. My Ford Focus with many transmission recalls was towed there after it died again after they put in a clutch. The courtesy Van Driver suggested that I check for another car with a very nice, female, less intimidating sales Representative that he recommended, while I was there. I met with Francina Santamaria. At first, she seemed friendly, very understanding and willing to help me explore the possibility of getting a new car at 1% rate that day. Unexpectingly, I began to experience the worse feeling of constant manipulation in car buying tactics wielded at me in my life by Francina S, esp. when she started pushing me into another Ford Focus with the same motor problem. I drove it and the motor scrubbed all the way. I called my daughter and she informed me that Ford had not changed the motor in 2015s. She began to pressure me and coerce me every time she came back after talking to someone which was a very degrading sales strategy. She went back and forth getting a better deal which turned into harassment. She was being told what to tell me next to get me in that car. According to all those recalls on my car, serious motor problems could occur without even any warning which was unsafe and made me feel very vulnerable. She continued pressuring me with those facts hard and I was coerced into giving her a signed check for $1500 to hold for bumper to bumper insurance. After, she got my check manipulation and coercion got worse. Then, I noticed she had been lying and deceiving me to get the check because I had not yet bought a car. I talked to Josh, Manager, he said he was not going to make me take that Ford Focus with the hard sounding motor, but she didnt give me back my check. I was getting ready to leave, I had been manipulated from 9 am til 4 pm from being pressured and now within the last hour before closing she stated she had a good used car deal that would get me out of the Focus with the recalls that was marked down and I wouldnt be under water, when I asked her the question. She lied about that price and took my $1500 and put as a down payment. She refused to show me the whole car fax, which later was found to have a recall. I was shocked and in disbelief over all the manipulation tactics. I went back to Josh because he had seemed fair before. He said Jeremy was in charge of used cars. I took the papers to Jeremy, Manager to get an understanding about what was really going on, he told me, one customer dont matter. In other words, he doesnt care what happens to, in essence, which is clearly an insult, hateful and potentially criminal. STAY AWAY FROM Huntersville Ford. They will lie, steal and cheat to sell a car and put you through xxxx.

I really like my Ford F-150. But! I have a bump or a jerk every time i stop or start. Huntersville Ford has "fixed it" three times already. The last time it was supossed to be fixed. It wasn't. This morning I dropped my truck off to have the oil changed and front breaks replaced. I talked to a service provider. He told me that it is normal for my F-150 to do that. ( oddly enough it took 2 visits at over 4 hours to repair it the first two times). I have rented hundreds of cars and never driven one that jerks every time you take off or stop. He explained the drive shaft is the the issue. I told him my warranty was expired and asked if he would consider repairing it again under warranty since it was the forth time. He agreed to pack it with grease. He said that would last 15 or 20 thousand miles. I rented a car so i didn't have to wait. I picked it up after i was told everything was completed. Drove away with the same jerk. Called back and there was no record of it. The guy didn't even add it to my ticket to be serviced. I asked him twice. Even asked him to repeate it to me before i left.

If I could give Huntersville Ford 0 or negative stars then I most certainly would!!!! Last Saturday my husband and I traveled all the way down from Virginia to look at a Dodge Ram truck they had for sale. Lets just say I should have listened to my uncle's advice when he told me to avoid this place!!! My uncle got a new F150 from here a couple of years ago and is completely unsatisfied with the customer service they have provided him, not to mention he lives in Huntersville, NC!!! The truck was spotless I will say, other then the slit in the driver leather seat that no one informed my husband or I about and it's pretty hard to see that in pictures. After test driving the truck we decided to sit down and make an offer. My husband CLEARLY stated MULTIPLE times our budget, and we did agree with a price via email with one of their internet sales consultants. It's a little weird how every time the car salesman we were working with would talk to us about price, he would have to go check with the "finance" office only to come back with a offer much MUCH more then what we agreed on. My husband filled out paperwork in the finance office and was told by the woman it would be in our ballpark of price. ONLY TO GET A PHONE CALL MONDAY afternoon stating our offer didn't go through with a bank because we were "out of network" and we would have to pay an absolute OUTRAGEOUS price monthly through "Ford Credit" for a 2009 Dodge Ram!!! What's really funny about this situation is the whole time we were at the dealership they kept trying to get us to add on the "Ford Warranty" after my husband had to tell them 4 times that we didn't want it, we saw it on our bill as being charged. Well when my husband got home from work Monday night he decided to look at the yellow paper we received back on the day we filed the deal. Turns out the gave us the truck for $400 MORE then the price we had settled on. My husband had to take off work the following day, Tuesday, to take the Dodge Ram 3 hours away back to this joke of a "Dealer". The funny part about this whole situation is this past week after taking the truck back to this horrific place, my husband and I decided to go to 3 banks in Virginia where we are members at, including BB&T, Member One Credit Union, and First CItizens. We found out that YES we could have gotten a loan through them and were NEVER "out of the network" like Huntersville Ford stated and we could have gotten the loan for the amount of months we wanted as well. This dealership just didn't work hard enough to sell us the truck is basically what it boils down to. This place is SUCH a joke. I could go on and on about my husband and I's experience here. All I have left to say is AVOID this dealership at all costs!!! They try to nickel and dime anyone who walks into the door. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER in the future and my uncle is telling everyone he knows in Huntersville, NC about the experience we had and about his horrible experience!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!

Called to have oil change and inspection. Josh in service stated would only be a 30 minute wait. I asked him only 30 minutes and he confirmed. I get there within 5 minutes and suddenly it's a 2 hour wait. Called to speak with josh on phone and he swears he stated hour and a half. First off hour and half sounds nothing like 30 minutes. Secondly I asked him only 30 minutes and he confirmed. So as we are discussing this matter, he gets angry and hangs up. Oh do I hope it was recorded so he can't deny it. We already know he lies. Was it a bait and switch type of deal just to get me in? Or did he really think it was only 30 minutes? Don't know. But hanging up on someone is not recommended. Especially considering we have 4 vehicles that were serviced there. I am no longer a customer there nor recommend it. They were very good in the past but when they start slipping, seems it never goes in the right direction. Huntersville Chevrolet never has recovered from their horrible customer service. I did find that these small oil change centers you see posted in various locations seem to be very quick and customer service seems to be pretty good. Not sure where to go next but I do know it's probably not going to be at a dealership.

A little background on my dealings with Huntersville Ford: I am being deployed to Afghanistan and beginning my pre-deployment training in a few days. I arranged to ground my leased vehicle early under the Servicemembers Civil Release Act. I chose to ground my car at Huntersville Ford because it was the closest dealership to home. I have grounded leases in the past with other dealershipswith absolutely no problem. It's a 20 minute process and even the busiest dealerships made time to assist me. Not Huntersville Ford. After calling their Finance Director Kim Dibacco all day to arrange a time to turn in the vehicle to bo avail, I decided to walk in on Friday 7/10/15. I was told that I couldn't be helped and that I needed to make an appointment. I made an appointment for 6:00pm on Monday I arrived with my 2 children at 6:00pm on Monday, waited an hour only to be told Kim wasn't expecting me and wouldn't be able to see me that day. I found this odd because when my husband called to make the appointment, we could hear her talking in the backround confirming the appointment with the individual that we were on the phone with. At that point, I was fairly aggravated. I was told to leave my contact information and Kim would call me. Kim never called. Fast forward to today Wednesday 7/15/15. I received a phone call from Ford Credit saying that they finally got in contact with Kim Dibacco after trying for days. She denied knowing anything about my vehicle being grounded at her dealership (the vehicle is parked out front at Huntersville Ford) and they were confused about how to proceed. I'm 2 days away from leaving for pre-deployment, Ford can't find my car, Kim Dibacco won't even acknowledge my existence, needless to say I'm furious. I will make it my mission to tell everyone I know about the terrible customer service that I have received at Huntersville Ford. If customer service is important to you, run the opposite way of Huntersville Ford.

We went to Huntersville Ford with certain specifications that my Husband wanted his truck to have. Our salesman was very knowledgeable of the trucks that they had there on the lot and showed us several ones that were to our liking. The only issue I had was the wait, went through the express and waited over 2 hours. It wouldn't have been the wait if someone would have told me there was a problem with the inspection machine. I had an oil change and the inspection. People kept coming and going and I was still waiting, had to go ask about my vehicle. Will say this is the first time I ever had an issue but would have been nice if someone would have came and told me before I went and asked.

2015 F150 - Dealership did an outstanding job negotiating the deal and helping me find the vehicle I was looking for. Very satisfied with the transaction. The initial quality on the vehicle was not up to my expectations. Several minor and/or cosmetic issues with the vehicle. The dealership is at the mercy of Ford to get the issues resolved and the process has become drawn out. Not really the impression you want to leave a new Ford customer. At this point the difficulty experienced in getting the vehicle in adequate condition will make me think twice about buying another Ford in the future.

I consistently have a positive experience when I bring my car to Huntersville Quick Lane for service. Rob does an excellent job of understanding my repair needs and budget constraints. I really appreciate what he does and it is what keeps me coming for service. I seriously wish you would consider putting a different station on the tv in the waiting room. You invariably have FOX news on. I find their newscasts offensive. Their reporting is biased and politically slanted to the right. I would appreciate it if you considered a more neutral network such as CNN.

During the talk about the sync system to the tech. He could not get the web site up to show us how to operate the site. After getting home we had trouble getting on the site. We finally got on the site but during navigating the site it kicked us out time after time. Ford needs to correct the site. Everywhere I have looked on the Internet customer complained about issues with the site and the site to sync the cars and check the cars health. Also I tried to check for updates on the sync programming for my car and I never was able to update the sync in my car.No one explained the extended warranty at we purchased and how it works. We were not told the total of e cost of items just how our monthly payments would change in cost.

Barry and team took really well care of me and my wife. Barry Brueckner listened carefully to what we needed and really worked hard to get us what we can afford. He regularly kept us up to date on the progress of our credit application. When all was approved he promised a delivery date for our Fiesta SE Sedan and once again delivered on his promise. Kim DiBacco was also very efficient in getting our finance arranged through Ford credit. On delivery Daniel did an excellent job in showing us all the features and setting up Ford Sync as well as connecting our phones. Really a team effort that Huntersville Ford can be proud of. Early Friday afternoon went to Huntersville Ford website to set up service. Second in line on Saturday morning for service. Truck was taken out of line because computers were down and truck was not in the system. Thus, making my wait longer. Not blaming service writers or guys out in the shop for this. However, either Ford or Huntersville Ford needs to upgrade software and hardware so less breakdowns in the system. When you have cars backed out into the ROAD waiting to get into the Service Lane for mostly oil changes on a Saturday morning, you are doing something right for sure! However, you can do it better!! Open sooner on Saturday morning maybe or have more techs work on Saturday. I like bringing my trucks to Huntersville because I know Rob and the guys and gals in the Quick Lane will give me good service at a fair price. I had a very bad experience with a mechanic when I first moved to Charlotte, after that experience I decided to bring my Ford Explorer in for service at Huntersville Ford. I did develop an oil leak even though I was having oil and filter changes done exclusively at Ford. I ended up purchasing my 2010 Ford Focus in October of 2009. Instead of dealing with an new engine for the Explorer. I have had no major problems and even though I may pay between $50-$100 more for some minor issues, I am confidant in the care I am getting. There is total respect given to me and your staff knows me by name. ( Cliff, Rob ) very impressive very impressive.

Great experience overall. This is our 2nd purchase from Barry. We purchased a 2013 Escape from him two years ago. Things have gone very well or I would not have returned. This time, I traded a 2011 Suzuki Kizashi for a 2014 Ford Focus.The purchase process was vey smooth. I was allowed ample opportunity to transfer items to/from the vehicles. The Focus was clean, full of gas, and ready to drive when the paperwork was signed.The initial service visit for the Resist-all treatment was very quick.I have also purchased some accessories from parts.

I had a good service experience with your quicklane folks and the only negative was that when I walked out to the vehicle, it had not been through the wash which I had requested. I have actually had that happen twice now on service appointments so I suspect that while the "car wash" offer is given during the sales pitch for the sale of the vehicle, you are not really serious about it and try to get around it when you can.

Oil change and tire rotation. They did a good job. I must say though, I was a little surprised that even with a scheduled appointment, it took 45 minutes. $47 and I can get that at the Valvoline shop in Mooresville (where I live) in less than 20 minutes.

the service I came in for, replacing both of my 2000 Taurus headlights, a bulb in the rear window stoplight, and lubing my trunk lid release were all performed in very short order, and correctly, and at a very reasonable rate. I was shocked to find you have service hours until 8 pm during the week. I needed an oil change + NC Inspection in the late afternoon, as this was my only free time. You completed the work fast, as I was out the door within 2 hours. Very happy with your professional staff, something I have not seen at another local Ford Dealer. Even though there is Ford Dealer about 5 miles from me, I travel about 46 miles round trip to use your service department. They even took off the oil change discount before I could show them a coupon. That is GREAT service!

When we first arrived at the dealership our salesman was not helpful or even nice at all, but very soon after that one of the managers overheard our dissatisfaction and began to help us. From there on out the process was smooth and painless! We are really excited with our new Ford Flex and the experience we had after the first little bit! Even though it was right at closing time when we were finishing up, the staff went over the SYNC features with us and made sure I had all the information I needed. *Side note - the salesman was let go that day but was still paid the commission for our car, I thought that was VERY fair of the manager that was helping us!

I drove down from Virginia to visit friends over my Christmas break and unfortunately, the car I was driving (my parent's Subaru) suffered some mechanical difficulties. I had taken my 4Runner to Huntersville Ford for service numerous times before, so I took the Subaru to see what they could do. Everyone I came in contact with was wonderful! The gentleman who greeted me at the QuickStop bay was very helpful in my time of stress and Greg, my service person, was AMAZING! He was completely honest about what he could/couldn't do for the car and even reviewed all the repairs by phone with my Dad back in Virginia. I had condidered buying a new vehicle for oevr two years and wanted to do business locally. After completing pricing research I contacted your internet sales department and they helped me find and price the vehicle that I wanted. So that much of the deal was done. I then went to the dealership and discussed my trade in value and the rest of the rebate details and the deal was completed. There was one issue with tax calculation and one issue with the bedliner (who was to pay for that). Overll good experience. Now, since I have all of my service work dome at the dealership I want to meet your service department manager. I was told when I purchased the truck that I would receive a discount on parts and want to make sure that applies.

I feel that I am getting straight talk about the maintenance needed on my car. The techs always give me options and recommendations on what maintenance is most critical. Customer service is great from check-in to check-out. Brought our 2011 Taurus in for service.....oil, filter, tire rotation plus a couple of 60K mile recommended service items, transmission fluid and injector service. Service man, Robert, was his usual helpful self. I was in and out in about 2 hours. Waited in the lounge area, coffee and tv and magazines. Very impressed with the service.

The wait time ended up being about an hour longer just for an oil change. But not service depts fault. I think some of the problem occurred due to the individual working on the vehicle. I watched the vehicle for about 20 mins with no person on it. I asked another mechanic about the vehicle. He asked the individual working on it and came back to tell me the mechanic stated the fluids were pretty bad so he was flushing the fluids. I was fine with that. But watched the vehicle for another 15 mins and still nobody on it. So I asked someone else. Long story short, the vehicle appeared to be done the whole time. He was actually getting price quotes. My suggestion would be to skip the price quotes. If there is another problem that may need attention in the future, just let us know. If we want a price quote then we can ask for one at that time or in future. Wasted what appears to have been at least 30 mins while he was getting price quotes which I didnt need. I always have been totally satisfied with the service I have received at Huntersville Ford - used it on schedule when my car needs serviced or inspected - have never taken the vehicle elsewhere. Well, I came in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated - left $1100.00 later. Apparently I needed new tires of which your Service Manager was extremely helpful. I have a 1995 Ford F250 4x4 and it only has 56,000 miles on it. I wanted the truck to have its first major service / tune-up and Cliff your Service adviser explained everything in detail to me that would be preformed on my truck. They took care of my truck and treated it like it was "Brand New"!The entire service team at Hunterville Ford are extremely professional!! Cliff is a wonderful service adviser! The service was, as usual, excellent. I have been doing business with Huntersville Ford for around 9 years....they have never failed to provide on target, as estimated, service. From Lucas at the head of the department, to John Phillips as service manager, right over to Rob in Fast Lane...uniformly efficiently and friendly....I couldn't find a complaint about any of them even if I tried....I highly recommend Huntersville Ford for service for your Ford....I have just never bought a car from them, but I am real sure the work they do would be just as good on that side as it is on the service side!

I have to say that the only thing I do not like is when you use your quickliane techs to do other work causing my oil change to take two hours. That's like going to McDonald's and having to wait two hours for service. Quicklane is for quick service.

It three times to find out the problem, but we did and that's all that really matters. The people in the service department were great, they checked me in quickly, listen to what was going on with the Escape. If it would not replicate the problem, then its hard to fix what's not showing up, but then it did. Problem solved, and its running great now. Everybody has been very understanding and I will use Huntersville Ford again.

We came to Huntersville Ford after reviewing several other dealers.We went to a local dealership who showed us the car, said take it for a test drive and never told us much about the vehicle. The price changed three times in the two hours we wasted there.We were about ready to give up when we decided to drive to Huntersville and check out the ford escape there.Francia explained every detail of the car. Answered every question and made sure we understood how things worked. We test drove it and we very impressed. Next was the trade and the price on the Escape. The price stayed at what we were promised and they trade was minimal for my van. Traded an F150 for an F350, Mike and Stephanie handled all my needs in a very timely manner and were always awaiting my arrival when I did have to be at dealership. They made the trade very easy, I didn't lay a single finger on my old truck, they cleaned out and boxed the inside as well as cleaned out the bed and switched over my toolbox to my new truck. We found a car that met our needs on the website, but when we went in, we were quoted a higher price than the one on the website! When I asked if they could match the price offered by a competing dealer, they told me no, and also made derogatory comments about their competitor, telling me it was "unsafe" to work with anyone else. The "best price" was above KBB, Edmunds, and local dealers. Look elsewhere if getting a fair price is important to you.

We waited for about 5 minutes and finally a guy from the service department asked us if we had been helped. To make a long story short, they were not willing to show us the numbers of a car we were interested in. The service was horrible and they were rude. I will not go back to this dealership. They suck!!!

Would recommend this dealership to all! We have bought 3 cars from them: F150, Edge, and most recently the Escape. All have been great cars. The sales team was extremely courteous and very helpful. I have taken all of the vehicles to have the oil changes, 30k/600 mile tune ups, and inspections all to the service area. I would not take my cars anywhere else. Everyone at this dealership treats us with the utmost respect.

Excellent experience. I am a female who happens to be a engineer. I have had to walk out of dealerships that gave me the run around because I was female and expecting me to fall for scams. Huntersville Ford treated me with total respect the entire time I was there. They were up front with the deal and gave me a no kidding good deal. I was actually surprised at the deal and interest rate they could get me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for an awesome car at a great price. Stay away from this dealership. My fiance went their to look at a car. The sales staff was horrible. Took her purse so she could not leave, Had her crying. If it would have been me I would have called the police. Sales manager came out and was rude to her. Now I am involved and I can promise she will not buy there regardless of price. Huntersville Ford installed a used coil in my 1998 Ford F150, and charged me close to 300$ of which $100 was for the supposedly new part (and which lists for $75 over at Ford's official parts website). I brought it back 3 months later because the used part failed and they were asking me how the used part got in there ... I am still waiting for a call from the Service General Manager - and do not expect one quite frankly as the fish rots from the head. They did replace the used part with a new one after I returned and complained to them - however it is totally unacceptable that this happened in the first place. I was a loyal customer for 15 years ... and at this point there is nothing they could do to restore my confidence in their service. I will have to go and double check everything they claim to have done now over the years (at least the things that were not easy to verify as being completed honestly). Two words about Huntersville Ford: Stay Away!! The definition of "stealership" at its finest.

Quality of the work had been ok however recomending services not needed is unacceptable. When I called to complain I was told I would receive a return call, which never came. I then reported the issue to the BBB. The response to my complaint was to question the capability of the other shop I visited. So I visited a second repair shop which confirmed the services were unnecessay. No ownership of the misdiagnosis (whether intentional or accidential), no apology. Huntersville Ford could care less about losing a loyal customer or righting the situation. I will definately not recommend them to anyone, quite the opposite.

Dishonest with online quotes. Quoted me a price over the internet and assured me they could give me an even lower price if I came to the dealership. When I got to the dealership they gave me a price $1000 more and said the quote assumed I paid a $1000 downpayment and took that money out of the price. He said it was in the quote but when I pulled up the email there was nothing about that in the email. I showed him and he said it was a mistake and would not honor the price in the email, let alone what I was told on the phone. Just a bunch of sharks.

My wife and I dropped her truck off at Huntersville Ford for 4 brand new tires. While it was there we get a call that she needs ball joints with a price tag of 601.00. She decides to wait on the ball joints and just get the tires for now. After having another shop look at the car it turned out no new ball joints were needed. Repeated calls for an explanation from Huntersville Ford went unanswered. We were both loyal customers until this happened...Never again!

we've gone to Huntersville Ford to purchase a vehicle and the second time we have been nearly laughed at during the buying process and we have walked out. (Last time we ended up buying 2 BRAND NEW Toyota's from the dealership down the street and had a GREAT experience overall there.) This time we'd also like to buy locally so we can have service done locally but we do not need some extended warranty or service package. I wanted 2600 off the total price of the vehicle which was USED and nearly 3 years old. They were horrible to deal with and when we were eventually addressed by the smug finance manager at the end he stated" we'd be happy to show you something else that fits in your budget"... my response was .. "No thanks there are other dealerships!" They had no idea what our budget even was! They did not come off the price $1.00 on two rounds of negotiations and now the vehicle is another 800 higher than when we first looked at it 2 weeks ago. We'll Support American made products but I won't support this dealership!

My 83 year old mother needed a used car.She decided on a buick suv.We drove it on 2 different occasions and it seemed fine.Then 24-48hrs after she had it,the car developed engine problems,overheats.We told them we weren't interested in that car and he said he would only give us $6500.00 back from the iriginal $8000.00.That was unacceptable so they are spending the first 500.00 to try and fix it.Six days later they are still working on it.Run fast away from these guys.

I went to Huntersville Ford for the first time the other day. I got a flat tire on my way to school and they were the closest dealership. I brought my car right into the quick lane area and they were actually amazing! They were very nice and found that there was a nail in the tire. I was surprised when they told me it was only going to be 10 dollars! For the very short time that I was there everyone was more than happy to help me. Since they do work on all vehicles I don't think I will ever bring my car anywhere else again! Thank you guys at Huntersville Ford!!

I took my F250 in for an oil change, tire rotation, state inspection and minor recall. FIVE hours later, I was finally on my way. When I asked how this minor service could take anywhere near FIVE hours, the answer was "the other service writer didn't tell me you were waiting"..what poor processes they have in place to handle their service work. I have used Town and Country Ford for many service functions and will now drive across town to let them regularly service my truck..I will NEVER go back to Huntersville Ford again.

My husband and I went to Huntersville Ford to test drive a new Fusion. We've used this dealership for service a few times (for our Mazda) and they do a pretty good job. They diagnosed and fixed a problem that another auto service place had pegged as a huge transmission problem (it wasn't). Anyway, during this visit we met Sherif, who was extremely knowledgeable about the car and all its features. He showed us all the features of the model in the showroom, and then got us one to actually test drive. He was friendly and not pushy. When we got back, I expected to be held hostage with the sales pitch, but his approach was very no-pressure, even when we told him we were still in the test-driving/research stage of the buying process. At this point, most other sales people at other dealerships have started saying disparaging things about other brands and area dealerships - not Sherif. He commended us for doing research and seeing what's out there. I'm sure he realizes that the Fusion sells itself, but I greatly appreciated leaving the dealership with a sense of contentment. I used to be very anti-Ford in the past, but I find myself actually recommending my husband to purchase a Fusion - and this has a lot to do with how we were treated at the dealership (we had the exact opposite treatment from a competing dealership next door to Huntersville Ford). It is rare to find this. I told Sherif, "Thank you for making this as painless as possible" when we left, and he said, "I like to treat people how I would like to be treated." Very wise. Hopefully we will be back to make a purchase. Thank you Huntersville Ford.

I took my Fusion in for an oil change last week, and the service department was very quick. It was also convenient that they had wi-fi so I could still work while I waited. Rob was very helpful and let me know that my brakes and tires were in good shape. The service dept failed to install the oil plug tight enough on our f350 diesel. When it vibrated off it caused $5500 worth of damage. They deny, lie, deny, delay, etc.RUN from this dealer! They are professional liars and phonies. This is currently in litigation. When the oil plug vibrated off, it caused both turbos to fail. The dealer that our Ford Roadside Service towed us to found the oil plug laying in the oil pan. The dealership was able to screw the plug back in with no problem. Sad sad dealership. How do they sleep at night?

I had my Truck serviced at Huntersville Ford, and the inspection of my brakes showed that a bearing was going out. I told them to replace the bearing and the front rotors. I picked up the truck paid $1355 and drove home. Half way there the wheel fell of the truck. I called the dealer and told them the wheel had fallen off my truck; they sent a mechanic and a jack. I stood in traffic for one hour while he tried to put the bearing back on. He asked if I had a screwdriver so he could hold the hub while he tightened the nuts that held the hub assembly to the wheel. He felt that the bearing was back on and he thought the truck would make it back to the dealership. I could see that the wheel was still loose and told him to call a tow truck. The Dealership gave him a number of the towing service; however they did not answer their phone we waited another 15 minutes in the rain. He had me drive the truck back to the dealer, all the way back I could hear the bearing, or something, scrapping, I know that the drive back caused additional damage. When I returned the next day they said the hub assembly that they installed was bad. The mechanic told them that it was my idea to drive the truck back to the dealer. The service manager said he inspected the parts and that the nut and everything was tight showing that the part was properly installed. I asked why the mechanic came to the truck with the exact wrench to tighten the hub nut, his reply was that the nut must have backed out because the part was bad. When I asked them if they found anything else wrong they said no. When I further quizzed them they said they turned my new rotors which were installed during the servicing that day. The service manager did not feel that they should compensate me at all since in his words it was not their fault. They finally agreed to pay for the rotor. I would never go back to this dealer and will do my best to make sure no one else has to deal with the poor service from this dealer.

I had agreed on a price and figured the payment ( I work in finance). The payment they brought to me was $80.00 more a month than I figured. "Show me the numbers" I said and thats when they started with the four box thing. We got through it and I purchased the car. Soon after I had a problem (spare you the details) but the guy in the glass booth who was the "owner" when I purchased the car was just the sales manager when I went to speak to him about the issue. I would at least shop another dealer- I will never go back there!

after calling on the phone with a loud noise in the drive train in my ford edge.Clifford ask a few questions and ask if I could get my ford to the shop?I drove to the shop and explained that I was from out of town and neede to get on the road by Wednesday ifat all possible. The service department called me back and stated they have my problem and my edge would be done by 4 o'clock on Tuesday. They fixed the problem,washed, and did a sevice check. This is service I never recieved before from aguy that was always a chevy man.When the time comes for a new vehicle I will make a trip to see my family and give Huntersville Ford the first opportunity to sell me a new ford. I would like to also state that I was treated with respect and Cliffiord was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.And I would like to take this time to thank Huntersville Ford.

I would give this dealership an overall rating of Excellent in the service department. I bought my Taurus in CA, but moved here and the service has unfailingly been excellent with constant attention to the details I wanted looked after. Every effort has always been made to satisfy my requests, and there have been no screwups! Furthermore, the service people, John and the techs, have made some excellent suggestions for work needing done to my car. If I wanted to buy a new car, this dealership would be the place!

My family's visit to Huntersville Ford was wonderful the entire staff from our sales person to the finance manager we signed papers with treated us in a professional and friendly manner. I would recommend this dealership and the employees I felt with to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I thank the entire staff for making my family's car buying experience a pleasant one.

This is the best ford dealership there is! They are so friendly and beyond helpful! They have amazing product knowledge and I HIGHLY suggest purchasing your car from here! Beware of Mooresville Ford..they are terrible and they are liars!!GO HUNTERSVILLE FORD :)

The staff is always friendly. I always receive a phone call describing the problem, what the solution will be, and the anticpated cost. If something else is found, I receive another phone call. Their car service drop off at work is another bonus. I also like the rewards program. It has helped to defray some part of the cost of repair everytime I go in.

Called in advance to confirm that this Ford dealership could repair my Mazda as it was the closest repair shop to my parent's home. I was told by Cliff to bring it on down. Later that afternoon Cliff called to tell me that the diagnosis resulted in the codes for catalytic converter and crank shaft sensor coming up. I questioned the diagnosis because the symptoms were classic for a fuel pump problem and the catalytic converter had recently been replaced. He said he had no reason to sell me a fuel pump, that it was the crank shaft sensor. I approved the repair. On my way home to Florida the car broke down exhibiting the same symptoms as before. Upon returning the car to Huntersville Ford, Cliff informed me that they were just going by the trouble code and that they didn't have the proper diagnostic equipment for my car. This was the first I heard this declaration. Cliff never stated this on the phone when I called to confirm they could work on my car and he did not mention it when he told me the price of the diagnosis. He said that they would have to do pinpoint tests to determine the real problem. I asked if there would be a credit for the expense I had already incurred toward the correct diagnosis and repair. He said that they would definitely work it out. When I returned later that day he told me that there was something causing the coil not to work properly although the coil itself was fine. I chose at that point to take the car to another dealer and try to work out a trade as I had to get back to work in Florida. I asked for a refund and Cliff said that there was nothing that they could do. In my attempts to get remuneration for their incorrect diagnosis and unnecessary part replacement, a H. Ford rep has lied stating that I was told from the beginning that they did not have the tools to repair my car and chose to the bring the car there anyway. He has tried to imply that this was an unresolved issue looked at by other repair shops. They have never denied that they made an improper diagnosis and part replacement. Their argument is that they performed work and therefor should be paid. They are completely incompetent and morally corrupt.
