I always get expert service. The staff greets me like I was their "best friend". The last service appointment was scheduled the day I called and they were right on getting my problem fixed. I am always amazed how well I am treated at Hutcheson Ford by everyone I encounter.

I had my eyes on a used car on the lot and wasn't sure if I could afford it. I came and in figured I would give it a shot just to see what I could do. Not long after taking the car for a test drive, I was pulling into my driveway with it. Awesome, friendly, speedy, and painless purchase. Travis (sales) and Amy (finance) made me feel at home and kept me at ease with a flawless transaction. Will be back for sure!

But not because we don't love them. We moved to Kentucky. On our last trip back to get belongings loaded up our 2010 F150 was acting up between STL and Rolla. Called Ryan and he met me at the dealership after 8:00 at night, gave us the keys to a nice clean used 2013 F150 to pull our trailer to the house and left our truck for service to take a look at. Had an oil change scheduled anyway, so got it done.It was a minor fix and Gordy and the guys had it in perfect shape by 10:00 the next morning. We had been talking to Darrel about trading for a few weeks. and Ryan gave us a good price for our 2010 and we drove home the 2013 with less than 30k miles on it. Amy got us great financing because we were in the middle of selling our house in MO and buying one in KY, so that was going to be a hassle, but she handled it like a champ! Everyone at Hutcheson is top notch! Absolute professionals. That's probably why we've traded about 12 times on the last ten years with them. Don't go anywhere else if you want a great deal on a great car, with follow up great service! We might even have to make trips back from KY when we are car shopping! Thanks Mike and Butch Tucker for having a great staff and Hutcheson Ford for being there for us! Ryan is the deal making man, Darrel, Nathan, Rodney and all the other sales folks do a great job! I loved shopping with Hutcheson Ford. My sales consultant was amazing and relaxed. I at not time felt pressured to buy or to make a rash decision. He showed me all the cars I wanted and let me ask a million questions and dealt with my first time buyer jitters with ease. He made me feel at home and comfortable. I went in to get my tire fixed because it kept going down. I didn't have an appointment but they took me in and even changed my oil that was way over do. I didn't have to wait very long. I love the waiting room also. They have a television and even something to drink. I came from work and was so thirsty. Everyone is so friendly and nice. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else and if I wanted to buy another car then it would be Hutcheson Ford in St. James.

Excellent sales staff. Actually sell vehicle as advertized online. No extra fees. Largest inventory of trucks in the region. These people actually wan't to do volume and much better than experiences we have had with other dealers. If you wan't a truck at a fair price without the flim flam salesman routine, then give them a shot. Service personal were helpfull with showing available fifthwheel hitch.Will be returning to get fifthwheel hitch installed by dealer. Verry happy with this buying experience.

We were very pleased with Hutcheson Ford. We bought a 2013 used car and it looked like brand new. We love our new Ford Fiesta and know it will last us a long time. Anthony did a great job making sure everything was easy for us since our other car was in bad shape. The young lady in Finance took care of all the paperwork and even stayed late so we wouldn't have to come back. They don't charge normal "dealer" prices for fair and thorough work performed. I don't own Fords and that's OK! I have been traveling 38 miles one way for almost 3 years. Each visit to Hutchison Ford just to get my oil changed gets better and better each time. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and will ask you everytime they see you if you need anything to make your visit more comfortable. The service department has always made recommendations with price included, which I appreciate. I absolutely love my new truck and I couldn't speak more highly of my Ford. The Service Department has made major errors on oil changes and other services. I will not be using their service department again, as they did not try to please me upon paying the bill. They give not give a discount/s for BOTH major mishaps while I truck was getting paid services done. What a shame.

I recently had issues with my radio system. It is the Microsoft ran system. It would just go off and come back on after a few seconds to a few minutes. Called Gordy and he immediately started trying to fix it. He was very very nice and extremely patient. It was a warranty issue, so Ford would only let him change the thing at a time. It took from July to September (I believe) to fix it. In the end they ended up sending an engineer from Ford to look at it and from what I understand I ended up with almost a new radio anyway. My only complaint is I wish they would have just let him do that in the beginning instead of me not having my vehicle for days and sometimes weeks at a time. I had 5 loaners. As far as customer service, Gordy should get a huge raise. He is very kind. It seems to be fixed now, I hope. I will continue to use your service department because of Gordy. Can't say enough nice things about him. Overall, I wasn't happy about how long it took to fix, but I am very happy with the customer service and will deal with Hutchinson in the future.

Many times you fear going to buy a new or used car based upon past experiences with car sales people and high pressure sales tactics, asking for your phone number so they can keep calling you, telling you someone else is coming to buy the car, etc., etc. This was NOT the case at Hutcheson Ford. From the time I met Nathan he was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and checking into questions he wasn't sure about. Showed me various options when it came to my trade-in as well as financing options with real life, personal stories about the options. Changed my impression of buying a used car in a very pleasant way. People do business with friends. I will definitely be back to see my new friends.

I found a truck that I was interested in and contacted the dealer through Cars.com. Anthony Billingsley followed up with me promptly and gave me all of the information that I had requested. I've never bought a vehicle without first visiting the dealership in person. Anthony described the vehicle over the phone, told me the story behind the vehicle so I felt comfortable dealing with Anthony and I ended up buying it sight unseen. I live over 5 hours away from the dealership so we worked out an arrangement to meet half way. When I came in to pick up the car it was parked ready and waiting for me, spotless inside and out, with a full tank of gas. It was a hot August day so the car was on and the AC running before I got in so it was nice and cool too! Shelena took AWESOME care of me going above and beyond in working with me in advance to reserve an Edge for a long trip during peak Summer travel season. I live almost 2 hours away and this was well worth the drive, rates were competitive to the big box chains but had the service and friendliness that is hard to find these days. Hutcheson Ford has an EXCELLENT Service Department. Being a woman I hate having to take my car in to have it serviced. The wait is usually long and I am scared they are going to try to upsale me items like filters, tires, belts etc I truly don't need just to make more money. When I took my Mustang into Hutcheson Ford to have it serviced this was fartherest from the truth. They pulled my car right in and got started servicing it. They did check everything out for me and came in and talked to me about what all they did and told me that everything looked good at this time but at some point in the future I might want to check on having my tires rotated. We had to take the truck back and in order to get it fixed the they again gave us a price with us buying parts of 1900.00 to 2000.00 and upon picking up the truck the price was 2700.00. not what you would expect out of an honest dealership.

Took my Ford F-150 in for a routine oil change and they took it upon themselves to check the quality of my batterery. They found it was only producing half the cold cranking amps. My 3 year/36,000 mile factory warranty was up in 2 weeks. Since they checked my battery when they did I did not have to pay for a new one since it was still covered. A few years ago my husband and I had need of an emergency repair on our pick up. We called several more local dealers and no one was able to meet our required timeline. When we contacted Hutcheson and they understood our situation they immediately fit us into their schedule and turned our pick up around in record time. The repairs that they did were excellent! Since then, we have taken our Ford vehicles to them for any service. Flash forward to this past week when a decision was made to trade in our car and move to another pick up. I reviewed their selection on their wonderful internet site and narrowed down my choices. My husband and I went to their lot on Sunday to look at the pick ups thinking we would avoid high pressure sales. We narrowed down our selection even more to two pick ups. Hutcheson Ford brilliantly recruited the best mechanics in the area, and combined with a friendly staff and fast wifi, they're the biggest and best dealer and service among five counties. Like any dealership, their service prices are 3-4 times the cost elsewhere, but the job gets done right and it's certified. I have a 2013 Taurus that runs as well as the day we drove it off the lot thanks to regular service here. Oddly, it's not a great place to buy a car, but if you're in the market for a truck, they have you covered for any model, any taste.

I went to Hutcheson to have my electric window repaired. While there, I purchased an oil change package. I was happy with both, but not happy about their really bad estimate on repair time. When I got there, I was told my repair and oil change would take 1 to 1-1/2 hours. When they hadn't even taken my car into service after an hour, then found out they still had to go get the part then install, I thought they could have predicted this a little better. Maybe not. Still happy with the service on the whole and will return. I like that their service employees don't try to force you into any purchase you're really not sure about.

I am always so pleased when I take my vehicle to Hutcheson Ford to be serviced. Gordy is always very good at communicating what my vehicle is due for or what is needed. The service crew always bring my car back to me clean (unlike others who have left grease on the steering wheel). They are always on top of my vehicle's service needs and I never have to question what is going on. This means so much in todays hectic world because I don't have time to keep track if its time to rotate my tires or any other service needs! I also want to say they have provided the best sales service to me. Rodney made the buying experience very uncomplicated and was with me every step of the way! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone making a purchase, whether its new or used. I purchased a used Buick after owning a Ford and I still wouldn't go anywhere else!

I went to hutcheson Ford just looking to see what they had on the lot. I wasn't for sure set on buying a car but the more I saw the more I wanted a new used car. I went in told them the price range I needed to afford a car. I needed repair work on my car and I needed it done on a specific day, plus I needed a vehicle to drive out of town while my car was being worked on. Hutcheson Ford showed that not only did they care about my needs, but they were able to fulfill my requests with absolutely no complications. It was almost too easy. My car was fixed VERY QUICKLY and ready for me to pick up at my convenience. This was my first time using Hutcheson for my service work, but it won't be my last. EXCELLENT customer service!

I went to Hutcheson to avail myself of the "1954" oil change. They were so overrun with appointments, they couldn't give me an appt. on the anniversary weekend, but did say they would honor the price the following week. When I got to Hutcheson, they welcomed me and were relatively quick with their service. During my oil change, they found two other items that needed attention and informed me, but at no time did I feel pressured to have the additional items replaced at Hutcheson. I replaced one of the items, but not the other. While checking out, I was informed about a service program available to me, but was not pressured about that as well. The sales rep just let me look at what was available. I test drove a couple different models and ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Focus. There was also no push to get me to buy any of the add ons that come along with a new vehicle, we just discussed what was available and he let me make ky own decisions. Same goes with the financing. Being from Salem, there are no large dealerships available for service. I have always purchased my vehicles in the city for competitive pricing. My latest purchase was a new Ford. When I needed my first service, I took it to another local dealer only to be amazed at the lack of service. I was returned my new car with dirt and debris now ground into the floor carpet, on the door panels and on the seats. All to have my problem far from resolved. I contacted Hutcheson Ford and spoke with Gordy about getting my issues resolved. From the moment I walked in, it was a very comfortable and no pressure experience. Gordy, Shaleena and the entire staff I have dealt with have earned my business. From making sure transportation is provided to quick and quality work on short notice. No questions asked, they take the time to make you satisfied with their work. Returning the vehicles in the condition it was initially delivered with or better. I have not found another dealer that is worth the 45 minute drive to ensure my own safety and vehicle reliability. I for sure recommend them without hesitation for any service or auto needs. I have always gone with my husband to purchase vehicles for ourselves in our 40 years together. However, this time I thought I would try to do this myself. My first stop was Hutcheson Ford, the place where we have bought both of our brand new vehicles, the first a 1976 Maverick, then a 1980 step-side pickup. Since then we have owned a series of Ford cars and trucks. Both of my children own Escapes, one a 2012 and one a 2013. It was a wonderful experience to be greeted by a friendly salesman and within minutes find out that I was eligible for financing the car on my own! He found me the car in the color I wanted with the options I asked for and a few days later I was driving home in my pretty new blue Escape.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Darrell Blankenship, and I have to say it was the best car buying experience I have had yet! Darrell eagerly helped me find the truck that was going to be the right choice for my family, the entire process he was helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to any questions I brought up. I feel that he was always honest with me, and he delivered on every promise that he made to us. He even went as far as getting a bed cover, mat, and bed extender transferred from one truck to the truck we ended up buying at no extra charge! Overall the experience was excellent. The facilities are clean and well maintained, the staff is all very courteous and professional, and there was very little need for negotiations because their products are already fairly priced. This business seems to truly care about their customers and I get the sense that they are more concerned about pleasing their customers and retaining their business, rather than trying to use misleading tactics to make a quick profit. I will definitely be returning to Darrell Blankenship, and Hutcheson Ford, the next time I am in the market for a vehicle!

I want to tell you how much I love the service department. While it is true that it costs me money to be there, the employees always make it an enjoyable time. I recently needed a new battery. It's probable true I might have found a cheaper one at the "big box" stores, but that would mean I might have to install it. I knew from past experience that the parts installed by the service crew would be ''top quality" just as all the employees are "top quality". Even thought I was late ( 45 minutes) they took care of my problem immediately. While there Joe noticed that a service I had put off earlier could be done that same day. Had it taken care of and I was on the road in less than 2 hours.

Stopped by Hutcheson Ford to look at F-150 pickups. Darrell immediately came out to show us several models. My wife and I explained to him what our needs were and he was very helpful. We even found features that we didn't know we wanted. We said we were just looking but he treated us as if we were ready to buy and had us test drive two pickups. He did not have the exact truck we wanted on the lot but said he could get it for us and sent us an e-mail with a truck that matched we wanted. He made the buying process straight forward. Once we agreed on the price and we committed to buy, Darrell had the truck ready for us in two days. When we went to complete the paperwork, Amy found excellent financing for us and was very pleasant to work with. Amy was a real pro at her job. Upon completion of the paperwork, Darrell spent another hour after quitting time showing us the features of the truck and was again very helpful in answering questions. He was also helpful in obtaining several options for the truck we wanted after the purchase. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience buying a new truck at Hutcheson Ford and would recommend them to new car or truck buyers. Ask for Darrell.

Joe service manager is awesome !! He always greets me in a friendly manner. He treats me as though I am important. He takes time to listen to me and generally tries to get my SUV in quickly to see what the problem is. I have been pleasantly surprised in their quick service!! Hutch wrote the book on Service and customer friendly. I've had Fords, Toyotas, BMWs and Mitsubishis in and they rock on all of them. Timely repairs at good prices, Loaners always available if needed. Darrell is the best salesman in the world! Ryan is sure to become the best sales manager for all dealers in Central Missouri. Dallas, Gordy and Joe and all the Ford techs(best around for Diesels) in the garage can flat out get it done! Amy is a whiz at closing the deal and Kathleen can figure out how to bring 'em in. Mike and Butch Tucker have worked long and hard to put this team together and keep them running right. No matter what brand you drive or are looking for, they will find it for you, sell it at a great price, give you a good price for your trade, and follow up with the worlds best service! 4 yrs ago I purchased my F150 from Darrell at Hutcheson Ford. He beat other dealership prices, was more friendly and helpful also. My truck had just got on the lot and wasn't even processed through detailing yet when I bought it. The staff was very quick in getting it ready for test drive and to be taken home. I looked at several other Ford dealerships that are closer to my home, but the staff at Hutcheson surpassed the care and compassion of the other dealerships. I continue driving past several nearer dealerships to have my service done at Hutcheson as well. They don't try to talk you into purchasing unnecessary items and services, they are quick and knowledgeable. I plan for my next vehicle purchase and service to be from Hutcheson as well. Great team all around!

Went to dealership in search of a used truck, found a suitable vehicle and took a test drive. Vehicle was perfect for my needs so we started the negotiation process which turned out to be no negotiation at all. Dealership would not negotiate on the price of their vehicle whatsoever, and didn't offer me half of what the Kelly blue book trade in value was on my trade. 2.5 hours wasted.

I've recently had issues with a vehicle that is still under warranty. They will get you in on the same day you call and they're always willing to help with transportation while your vehicle is being serviced. I called another shop certified to service my Lincoln the last time I needed a repair and they told me they couldn't get me in for a week. Because it was a mechanical issue that could've caused me to be stranded, I'm really glad that I went to Hutcheson for same-day service. I did buy this vehicle from a different dealer but I've bought several vehicles at Hutcheson and they are fabulous.

This review is intended to direct as many people to Hutcheson Ford as possible. I found a Ford Raptor on their used car lot online. Salesman Darrell Blankenship reached out to me via email and within hours had answered all my questions, taken all my information and was well into selling me a car I had at the top of my bucket list. Darrell was absolutely a thrill to work with, sharing my sense of humor and killing me with kindness as he twisted my arm to close the sale. After sending me a few measurements and checking on a few specs and making sure the truck would fit in my garage, he offered to secure my purchase with an easy and minimal deposit on a credit card since I could not visit him for three more days. Three days later and on my 50th birthday, my wife and I were off to visit and see if the truck was purchase-worthy. Darrell had already assessed my trade in value, so as long as the Raptor was clean, I was comfortable that this was going to work out well. Upon arrival, I was greeted with my "birthday present" on the front lot, since Darrell had adorned it with a bouquet of colorful balloons. I took a test drive and could not get the grin off my face. When I entered Darrell's office to get down to the nitty gritty, he had a cake waiting for me and a lit birthday candle. Most from the dealership came by to visit and meet me, including the owner, Mike Tucker. I never felt so at home among friends I had just met. The deal was done, video was taken of me blowing out the candle and making my birthday wish that Darrell would knock some more off the price- and then he handed me off to Amy Hitch, who could not have been and still remains one of the nicest and fastest finance persons I have ever associated with while buying a car. Amy didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, but at the same time did a fantastic job explaining all available options, from warranty to vehicle protection packages. Amy had us out of her office and into my new truck in well under the time I have experienced in past purchases at other dealers. Amy and I are finishing up some changes to our paperwork via FEDEX (due to my mistake and her good grace to work with me to fix same), I am enjoying my daily drive in one of the best trucks on the road, and Darrell is enjoying himself calling me and leaving my funny messages about the incredible car I traded in to him which, once he successfully sells it in the next few days to someone who reads this review, will probably make him employee of the month! Thanks for Darell and Amy and everyone at Hutcheson Ford who made my 50th an incredible day- one I will never forget.

Hutcheson Ford is a family oriented dealership. All salespeople were friendly and outgoing. We researched their inventory on-line and called the dealership for more information on one of the trucks on their lot. They were open on a Saturday morning so we were able to visit to test drive the truck. We arrived at Hutcheson Ford at 10 AM and we test drove a truck, made a trade-in deal that was acceptable to all parties, completed the paperwork and were on the road by 12:30 PM. They even fed us lunch (BBQ burgers and hotdogs). The entire place was clean and organized. The grass was mowed. The parking lots were clean and orderly, the shop was neat, clean and organized. The restrooms were clean and neat. Even though there are Ford dealerships closer to my home I will deinitely consider Hutcheson Ford for my next auto purchase.

Hutcheson Ford is top notch. I bought my second vehicle there in April, and was in an accident on August 4th, which put be out of a vehicle to drive. Still having a job and a daughter I became worried about how I was going to get to places. The insurance gave a ridiculous price on how much they would pay for a rental during this time, basically leaving me with the equivalent of a go-kart. In comes Hutcheson to save the day! Not only did they make sure I had a DEPENDABLE rental while my poor car was being fixed (which was also a fabulous job), they made me feel at home while I was there. We have been customers for over 10 years. They have always serviced our 1998 Expedition (bought used w/ approx 70xxxx m. on it) It now has almost 250,000 miles on it and still takes us were we need to go. Over the years they have gone over it before major trips making sure we have never had a break down away from home. In the 10 almost 11 years we've owned the car only 2 times did we have to tow it (not during a major trip either) Good job building it Ford! Our son owns a Ford F250 about the same year and mileage he drives it all over the state hauling farm trailers and it never lets him down. Recently we began renting for trips over 2 hours to take some of the mileage off of our car and save money on gas. We were not ready to buy a new car at this time; although Hutcheson Ford will be our choice when we do. Hutcheson has worked with my husband for years for business rental and they were great. When we recently decided to rent for longer trips Hutcheson was the logical choice. Easy pick up, cheerful service, CLEAN dependable cars, easy drop off, great to work with even for last minute trips. About a week ago we rented a car to drive back and forth to St. Louis because my father in law was in the hospital having heart failure. We didn't anticipate it could involve multiple trips (lots of gas and miles) and were so impressed with the rental dept. We rented for one day at first and ended up extending the rental to several days (one at a time). Some days at the last minute. Each day we were greeted with smiles and cheerful service. Thank you for helping us to have one less worry that week! We drove back and forth many times in a clean well maintained vehicle and appreciated Donna working with us even at the last minute. We would highly recommend Hutcheson Ford to anybody we know for their vehicle needs. My daughter and her husband live in Fargo N.D and they always service their car when they come home at Hutcheson. One last note we have 5 children (now grown) and they usually finished my repair etc very quickly and ALWAYS have a clean comfortable waiting room when I went in for maintenance and had to bring my children Thanks again it was a life saver! Yesterday I purchased a new Ford Fusion from Hutcheson Ford. I had been dealing with another local Ford dealer and the experience weas less than pleasurable. Within moments of walking into Hutcheson we were greeted with a friendly attitude. They offered us drinks. We were initially dealing with the service manager Mike Tucker who then referred us to another sales associate Anthony Billingsly. Both men were very courteous and attentive to our needs. We test drove a Fusion that was on the lot. We were set on a different color and a few different options, so Mike located another one for us at a different dealership. They called a guy in to go pick it up and we had it a few hours later. Amy Hitch in the finance department was very thorough and informative and answer all questions that we had. Why we even decided to stray from Hutcheson and deal with the other guy I have no clue, but I can say that we will definitely once again be returning customers to Hutcheson Ford!

I drove 90 miles from St.Charles< Missouri and had a trade in. I did not want to make the trip only to not make a deal. The company handled all the trade information over the phone. I arrived at 8am on Saturday, Amy completed the loan process, and I was on my way home in 45 minutes from the time I arrived. This business cares about their customers. I would highly recommend anyone looking for used or new vehicles to go to this location. From the moment we stepped onto the property we were treated like royalty. Not only did Hutcheson give a fantastic deal on our pre-owned Escape, but they gave us top dollar for our trade-in. I bought a used jeep liberty, I did all my research online because let's be honest dealing with salesmen can be a pressure and a pain. But Nathan and Amy made this experience a great one!!! They had everything ready and offered me any and all I go I could possible need to make my decision a painless one. These people stop at nothing to make sure that your happy! I liked the free soda! I knew what I wanted when I went to the dealership and the salesman didn't try to push anything else at me. I like the location of the dealership, that it is so close to the highway that you can test drive on it.

After selecting a few SUV's online one night, the very next morning I was contacted by phone as requested, by Darrell Blankenship in sales. Darrell was pleasant and had all the info on the vehicles in his hand to answer all my questions. After I narrowed down my search I told him which ones I was interested in and when I would be there for test drive. Darrell knew when I arrived that I had a limited amount of time, so he had the first suv out and waiting for me, and the 2nd vehicles keys in his hand. I did my test drives and told him that I would let him know if I was REALLY INTERESTED..Called him back the following day and test drove the 3 suv's again, he had the service department raise the vehicle on the service rack so I could really check it out which i did...Through this whole process there was NO pressure placed on me to buy or make a decision right then. I was lucky, because I did find the used suv I wanted, and the whole dealership quickly finished up the deal while I sat in the comfortable lounge drinking coffee and working on my business paperwork..By time the paperwork was done, they had the vehicle detailed and sitting out front. I recommend Hutcheson Ford for their out front pricing, no pressure sales, and extremely professional and courteous staff. I also like the thorough inspection and service they do an the new vehicles they sell. So, go see my buddy Darrell or any of the great folks at Hutcheson Ford, I think you will be impressed.

Buying a car is not my idea of fun, but the folks at Hutchison Ford,(Kat, Amy and Anthony) made the experience easy and I really enjoyed it this time. The staff was professional, knowlegable and friendly. It was a great experience and I will definately go back for the next vehicle and would also recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I have never had a Ford before, and we were in the looking process, showed up late on a Friday night, the 2013 Explorer was full of gas and we were able to test drive the vehicle all weekend. On Monday, we were greeted by Ryan with a hand shake, and a few minutes later, Ryan gave us the actual bottom price and it was a deal. It was the smoothest process we have ever had in buying a car. We were finished and driving away about 7:15PM with a full tank of gas. Amy and all of the staff were great!!!! My husband and I personally want to thank Anthony and Rodney for their superior salesmenship during the purchase of our preowned Chevy Silverado. When we asked questions, these guys answered...When we requested, they responded without hesistation. We also want to include and thank Ryan for diligently working with us when our travel and arrival at the dealership got delayed an extra day. It's not WHAT Hutcheson did to win our business, It's HOW they earned our business - being professional, courteous, negotiable, and did I mention courteous? LOL!! After we arrived to seal the deal on our new truck, Ryan personally came and introduced himself so we could put a face with the many phone calls back and forth. That's excellent customer service and not just about making a sale!! The entire purchase experience was awesome and we highly and definitely recommend anyone near or far to take the time to check out this dealership because the staff will make it all worth your while.....or trip, LOL!! Found the preowned 2012 Ford Focus on cars.com. Kathleen was very quick with a response to my questions and followed up lightning quick. She is a great asset to this dealership. She shows a deep commitment to getting to know the customer and even put up with my ol' redneck buddy that came up with me that day..... Thank you Kathleen!!!! Pricing on the new car was outstanding with little negotiating required which was nice. Trade in value was acceptable. My only criticism would be to have a more complete demo of the features of the car. I was offered a test drive only. I feel like more professionalism and effort could have been made to show me all of the features of the car. In fairness, I did tell him we had already test driven one and maybe he thought I knew all about the car. The salesperson seemed pretty distant and rushed and not as personable as Kathleen and Amy. I didn't feel like he enjoyed selling cars or that he was interested in me at all. The only thing he seemed to want to talk about was the great folks that had traded this car in and that he had sold dozens of high end vehicles too. Who cares! I'm writing you the check today!!!!! In the end, he got the deal done and i guess that is the important thing. I don't want to seem overly critical as it was not a horrible experience by any stretch. It just needs improving and something he needs to hear. I probably wouldn't be compelled to ask for him at my next visit to this dealer. When looking for the owners manual on the drive home to figure out some features, there wasn't one to be found. Kind of odd for a car less than a year old. Amy the business manager did an outstanding job explaining all of the optional warranty packages available without the big push you always see with finance people. Overall excellent experience here. When i arrived home, my son stood looking at his new car for 5 minutes without saying a word...... Priceless!

Shopping for a new 2013 Ford Focus I visited three local Ford dealerships with no purchase until deciding to go to Hutcheson Ford. Not only did they have the exact vehicle I was looking for, the entire purchasing process was the best experience I have had to date buying from a dealership. The entire staff, including the owner who I was able to meet, were both friendly and professional. Rodney - You the Man! He not only made the sale happen for me, more important I received the best deal from Hutcheson after two weeks of new car shopping at three other Ford dealerships. My only regret is that I didn't shop at their dealership first as they are the closest to my home. They were on my list, just thought I would get a better deal at a larger Ford dealership. Live and Learn I say. Gave both Hutcheson dealership and Ford Motor Comapny 5 Stars on everything in the review they sent me. found this dealer on autotrader.com. my dealer was rodney. we negotiated a price through email, i never talked to him personally. i took the 2 hour drive down to saint james copletly expecting to be ambushed. in the past, i have never had a decent time with a car dealer. they like to trap you in their office and never let you go. they play games, like the 4 squares to keep you from doing the math. and my favorite is the "add on" expenses that pop up after the deal is made. hutcheson had absolutly none of this. rodney was the best guy i could have met. he treated me like i was an old friend he was helping out. the owner came out and chatted me up while waiting on the credit. no pressure, i felt like i was just shooting the breeze with my relative. i was even waiting for the surprise interest rate from the added interest some dealers like to add. nothing. even when the sales manager and i did not agree on my trade in price he did not hide in his office, he came out, brought me into the office and explained every number he was looking at. he made sure i understood what he was using for his negotiations. when im looking to replace my second vehicle you can absolutly bet i will email rodney up before anyone else.

My husband and I were looking for a "less-than" popular vehicle.... a 2005 Excursion with a diesel engine. I came across a few on the internet and was pleased to find one less than 100 miles of where we live, which happened to be at Hutcheson Ford. My experience from the first phone call I made to the dealership until the delivery of the vehicle was nothing less than professional, pleasant, and friendly. Everyone from our sales representative, Anthony, to the finance department, to the manager contributed to what has to be the smoothest and most fair purchase of a pre-owned vehicle I have ever made. Not only was the transaction smooth and hassle-free, but the dealership was incredibly kind to meet us halfway to deliver the vehicle due to limited time in my husband's schedule. I was in need of a good used truck with low miles at a reasonable price. I started my search on the internet looking at the inventory of local dealers. After finding several trucks that met my criteria I then researched the various dealerships. Most dealerships had BBB scores of "F" and numerous complaints with regards to sales practices. I expanded my search area and found a 2004 Ford F150 with 51,000 miles for 10K at Hutcheson Ford. I could not find 1 negative review or comment of the dealership so gave them a call. Spoke with Rodney who told me upfront over the phone that there were some problems with the truck. Drove 50 miles passing up numerous other dealerships to meet with Rodney. We discussed the various necessary repairs/services the truck needed before I would consider purchasing. With one exception (reasonable), everything I requested was done including a brand new set of tires. With regards to financing, I had called my bank first and asked about the interest rate and was told that due to the age of the vehicle that 6.99% was the best they could do. I told Rodney what I wanted as a monthly payment and interest rate and their financing department got me into the 4% range. I have purchased many vehicles over my 63 years and have never had such a easy no hassle experience. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle this is the place to start your search. You won't be disappointed.

Recently, I purchased a used 2009 Mercury Milan. Orginally, it was not in my plans to purchase, but when I dropped my 2000 Mercury Sable off for service, I stopped by to see Darrell. He was knowlegable without being "pushy". When I decided on the Milan, Amy worked on financing and was effecient. After purchasing the vehicle, I realized my phone wasn't "sync"ing. When I stopped by to ask for advice, Kathleen spent 1/2 hour one day and another hour the second day, working to get it done correctly! She went above and beyond in her service! And speaking of service, Gordy and Joe have always taken good care of us and our vehicles. We have a 2000 Sable and 2001 Ford F350 that have only been serviced at Hutcheson Ford. I know that not only does it take good people to greet the customers, but, it also takes excellence in mechanics to keep things running correctly! I have and will continue to have my vehicles taken care of by the excellent team at Hutcheson Ford! And of course, recommend them to anyone who will listen! Thanks for all you guys do!

We were immediately greeted by a sales person, we told him what we were looking for, and with absolutely no problems we're escorted to a few choices in color and style. I purchased a vehicle at Hutchison Ford in January. It made noise the entire time I drove it. I took it back several times to the service department to no avail. Ryan Shockley saw me setting in the waiting area and told me that he was sorry for the problem and he would be glad to help me with anything I needed, just to give him a call. He helped me trade in the car I had for 5 months on another car that is fabulous and I love. I am a full time court clerk and full time nursing student with very little time. He worked all of it out form me while I was at work and it was ready for me to pick up when I could get there. Not only is he wonderful at customer service, but he found me wonderful financing and took a year off of my payments through another company. I love my new car and it runs great. Ryan was patient and worked with me answering all of my questions and even called after a couple of weeks to make sure the car was running well and that I liked it. Good thing he was promoted, he definitely deserves it!

A trusted friend recommended Hutcheson Ford to me and I have never regretted it. This is the second car that I have bought with Hutcheson. I also get my services done there whenever I can make the trip. I say that because they are over an hour away, yet I make the trip 9 out of 10 times because the customer service there is the best I have experienced in a long time. There is a dealership within 5 minutes of where I work, yet I will drive the hour to Hutcheson both for purchases and services. ALL of the staff their are friendly and helpful and do everything they can to help you and to find the vehicle that you are looking for or take care of your service needs. I eagerly recommend them for all your vehicle needs.

I needed a new truck to haul my kids and their horses to the shows. My life and credit was destroyed in a recent divorce and figured it wasn't going to happen. These people made it happen and worked it where it wouldn't be a burden on me as a single dad either. Service dept has worked on my other cars. It was always done right the first time,ALWAYS ! Family business that realy does treat you like family, long after the sale. They don't try to rush or push the sale and even take the time to help you work it out so you'll be happy. This dealer doesn't want the sale, they actually want to put you in the vehicle right for you at the right price and will make and keep you happy.
