I was greeted by Garrett and asked for Nancy.....she was on the phone and Garrett offered to answer any questions while I waited. Nancy had customers so Garrett offered me water and showed me where I could wait for Nancy. His easy but not "pushy" questions made me feel comfortable..............eventually he showed me what I was looking for, drove around the parking lot with me, discussed my needs and handled the financial possibilities for what I was looking for. I left with the written information to discuss it with my husband. We called Garrett back in about an hour and told him we wanted the car and would come in tomorrow to get it. The next morning Nancy greeted us with everything we needed, everyone was friendly and answered all our questions. My husband remarked that this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience he had ever had in purchasing a car! Thank you Nancy, Garrett, the financial lady(can't remember her name) and Bob!!

My 2017 Santa Fe Sport is the second vehicle I have purchased from Hyundai of Auburn. I bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited from them also. On both occasions, I have been pleased with the sales representatives and the deal I got. I have used their service department for all maintenance and have always been pleased with their service. I definitely recommend this dealership.

He made sure we understood everything in depth, and was overall satisfied even with the financing. I would highly recommend everyone to go see him. Even the finance manager was impeccable!! We always receive great service from Hyundai of Auburn, from the receptionist that greats us when we walk in to the gentleman that cleans the vehicle up and delivers to us. They are extremely friendly and helpful. The salesman, Rob Ray, will bend over to help you get the vehicle you are looking for. The finance department always explains every detail that requires your signature and always looks for the best rate. The service department is very knowledgeable about the product. A great place to do business!

We called an set up an appointment with the dealership. When we arrived, they acted as if they didn't know we were coming. We sat around for 5 hours. All of our paperwork was put in with the wrong address, which I cannot understand since this was the second car we purchased there, so we had to stay and redo the paperwork. They car I purchased was not cleaned inside or out. Since we had an appointment a week in advance, I do believe they had time to get it washed. So far I have had a shattered sun roof, water leaking in the car and a very large scratch we found the day after we got home. The only response I have gotten from Hyundai of Auburn is that I may need to bring it up there to get the problems fixed because Hyundai of Auburn and Hyundai of Montgomery don't work together. I am still waiting for a response back about the scratch from July 26th. Don't think anyone is going to call me back. I found out today that the Tire warranty that I bought has never been cancelled on my previous car. The dealership said they would cancel it. I don't believe anything they say and will never buy another car from them.

It was a long day buying two cars but the service was still as good as ever. The price was good so we drove a new 2016 Genesis home. This is my first Hyundai purchase and the staff here made me feel at home. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision and everything was explained, in detail, to my satisfaction. The newer cars have so much to offer and I felt a little old not even knowing how to start the car up with a push of a button. However Nancy made sure I didn't leave until I felt completely comfortable. Also getting through the finance department was a breeze. After dealing with Hyundai of Auburn on a used car purchase a couple of years ago, I decided to return there for a new car purchase. I worked with Rob Ray on both deals and he is great to work with. He is very helpful and works very hard to make the buyer feel good about the purchase. The only thing I would like to see change is the dealer needs more than 1 person to take care of the paper work. It was a very long day because it was very busy and I had to wait to see the person doing all the paperwork. There needs to be a back up person so the wait time is not so long. Thanks so much.

I went in to Hyundai of Auburn looking to possibly trade in my car, unsure if I really want to give away a sports coupe for a brand I had never driven before, but salesman Rob Ray and HOA came with glowing recommendations, so I figured I'd try them out. My husband & I had told Rob Ray that we wanted to trade our 2014 Santa Fe for a 2016 Santa Fe with the tech package like our son had just bought. As soon as one landed at the dealership, Rob gave us a call. He explained that it was not exactly like our son's because it was not a turbo, but had all the other features we wanted. We went to see Rob Ray the next day, and drove away in our brand new 2016 Santa Fe Sport Tech. We have done much business with Rob Ray in the past, and will continue to trade with him in the future. I had a very positive experience at Hyundai of Auburn. I started shopping for new cars this summer and looked at Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, and Nissan. I worked with Rob Ray and Gary Snell (primarily) and did a fun test drive with Ticer Wilson. They were by far the most welcoming and hard working sales people I dealt with in my search. They were very available and did a great job following up with me even though I have a very pressed-for-time schedule. The deal they offered me was extremely good (on a Sonata) and well below not only the MSRP, but also the price that TrueCar and Cars.com noted that others were paying for the same car. As a woman shopping alone, it was extremely nice to feel that they were truly trying to earn my business and give me the best possible deal. In general, they worked really hard for my business and I will be back in the future. I left a similar review on Google because I was so impressed with their efforts.

Mrs. Young Kim was the sales lady that helped us and I must say she was so gracious and kind to my son and myself. We spent a good bit of time with her and she was so easy to talk to and willing to answer any questions I might have about the Santa Fe that we were looking at. I told her that I was from out of town and that I would have to bring my husband back down to Auburn, as we are from Marietta, Ga. There was no sales pitch, no high pressure talk about how I might need to make a decision quickly, and most of all she was interested in what kind of automobile I was looking for and why. She was so patient and understanding. The Sales Manager, Gary, was even more accommodating. I have never had such a wonderful experience buying a car in my entire life. If I ever trade this one, I will go back to Mrs. Kim and Gary again. He runs a wonderfully honest and upstanding dealership. He did everything he said he would and got us into a beautiful 2016 Santa Fe at the price we settled on. Our son was so impressed with Young Kim, he and his wife are going back in December to trade there automobile in for a used Santa Fe.

In November of 2014, I went to Hyundai of Auburn to purchase a new car. I saw multiple commercials about this particular dealership and wanted to try it for myself. I came in contact with Mrs. Young Kim. She has to be the "BEST" representative ever. She made everything so quick and simple. She didn't waste anytime looking for what we wanted. When she contacted us that she had found us our car, the price and the additional items included with our car was way more than what we were expecting, not to mention the price. Hyundai of Auburn did a LOF on our Mazda3 and forgot to install a new oil cartridge. ~6,000 miles later all but one quart of oil had evaporated from engine. Engine seized, needs new engine. Visited Hyundai of Auburn to discuss situation and the service manager (Greg Jones) was totally unprofessional and rude to my wife. Suggesting that the car was vandalized or the the owner did this intentionally to try and get a new vehicle out of the deal. GM Allgood was very difficult to initially locate and address the matter. He said he would followup but never did until I would followup with him. Later learned that Service Manager Jones had been "terminated," though I was told by Allgood it had nothing to do with his discussions with my wife. To this day GM Allgood never told me the results of his discussion with the former service manager (was my wife lying, etc.).Suggested help from Hyundai of Auburn included 1) finding a rebuilt engine ($2500+) and then installing it for us at no cost. I found better rebuilt engines for almost 1/2 the $2500 price. 2) locate a buyer who will buy it as is - that became a friend of the dealership who would pay $750 (Kelly value w/o engine problem $4000; tires alone worth $750).Needless to say, this dealership accepted no responsibility. GM Allgood stated "we can prove it as a fact that the oil cartridge was not put in." This oil cartridge sits inside (fully enclosed) another part. That part was totally intact, so what happened to the oil cartridge.Dissapointed, but far from surprised with this entire process. When selling cars they have big smiles and great catch phrases about customer loyalty, enterprise honesty, etc. That is all well and good - just do NOT have a problem,

Slick Bill Allgood insisted he was not independent Hyundai dealer and warranty good with out prior 15,000 miles paper work Phone hyundaiusa warranty department and was told just the opposite.When confronted with Hyundaiusa warranty information Mr.Allgood,was not all good.I contacted Hyundaiusa Warrant Department and an agreement was reach. This agreement was handled by Sevice Department manager who is rude and intimadating.Shortly after an red engine light came on code p0300 misfire I could not tolorate the aggravation and rude behavior.Therewas a surge in the cluster(misfire)I was told to return in 3 days it most likely a loose wire I was told by the manager of the service department I took the auto to Carl Gregory's hyundai in Ga.and was told most of Hyundai Of Auburn come to C.G .Carl Gregory Hyundai service department was great.They fixed the problem.I own two Hyundai an Elantra I bought new at C.G and a 2007 Accent I purchased from Hyunda of Auburn and my next auto will be a Hyundai but not from Hyundai of Auburn
