Ideal wheels was a pleasure from start to finish. Marv was great in working with my wife and I on selection, trade in, and getting every detail perfect for the final purchase. He even went above and beyond with service before and after the sale. I highly recommend them, and will be coming back for my next vehicle purchase.

Ideal has the best service dept. in town. I appreciate that they don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. They have great customer service and you can’t beat free labor and only paying for parts after purchasing your vehicle from them. These are a few reasons why we only buy our vehicles from Ideal.

This is my go-to auto service shop in Sioux City. Always do a great job in a short time and prices are fair. The owner kinda likes my wife, so that helps too. :-). Highly recommended.

My son just purchased a used Escalade there, and about a year ago I purchased a used Expedition. I was very satisfied with price and quality in both transactions. I feel we received good value at a fair price! They did a good job, and I would definitely go back whenever we need a vehicle!!!

This was the worse experience I've had when looking for a Traverse. I called ahead and talked to two salesmen, both assured me they do not buy vehicles that have been smoked in. I asked one salesman to pull a carfax and he was nice enough to call and tell me it had frame damage. Going by what the online pictures showed a nice looking vehicle, inside and out. But once we got there, the interior smelled horrible, like smoked in. When I went in to ask to test drive and if it was smoked in, the salesman was short with me. Looked like he was the only one working at the time. Issues with the Traverse...shook at 55 mph; both side mirrors did not work; cigarette burn on passenger door.
