The IG Burton Lewes Automall never lets us down! Great Sales and Service! After talking to him on the phone, Zach Weiss set us up for the repair. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. We brought in our 2018 Acadia for a Gear Shifter Selector Switch. It was replaced in a couple of hours. They also did a diagnostic check on the whole vehicle. Cleared any trouble codes and our system is operating beautifully. Shane was our go-to guy on the day of repair. Wonderful staff! So courteous and helpful. Great job! Thank you!

I went to IG Burton’s because I saw a vehicle that caught my eye! I test drove two different vehicles just for my own satisfaction. I compared those two and made my decision! My salesman’s name was Tom. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. They offered me water and a bathroom while I waited for the vehicle to be detailed and the financial paperwork to go through. Overall everyone was nice and helpful!

We leased our 2016 GMC Acadia in January, with excellent help from Jason Snead and all the New Car staff. In March we notice a problem with the rear taillight assembly, it was full of condensation that covered the entire lens. When we notified Jason, he had Service take photos and forward them to GM. Gm decided that the problem was NOT a warranty issue, but with the help from Jason and the New Car Dept the issue was resolved at no cost to us. Thank you very much!

After my corvette broke down out of town, I was very hesitant about taking it to a dealer because of the possible very expensive fix associated with dealers. However, I was very happy to find their price on parts and labor was "very" reasonable. A lot better than I expected . The service rep worked with me on the price and the mechanic was very good in explaining what was involved in the repair with options. I even got a good parts discount. My experience was good. I would recommend this dealer to anyone that needed a corvette mechanical repair that was unsure where to take their car.

Its been a while since I bought a car, never one from an out of state dealership. After doing my research I found the car I wanted, however, the car wasnt available locally.After an internet search I found Lewes Auto Mall had the exact car I wanted. I called the dealership and spoke with Jason Snead, after several phone calls and emails we agreed on a price and completed the deal.After arriving at the dealership Jason arranged transportation back to the dealership from the car rental agency, he also explained the process and what to expect. At that point I was introduced to Bob Dixon who explained all the documents before I signed all of which was what Id agreed to. Back to Jason who explained all the features of the car answered all my questions and helped with setting the car up. After that the proud new owner of a Buick LaCrosse was bid a fond farewell and he last seen smiling all the way back to Maryland.Thanks again to Jason and Bob who made the whole process seamless.

Purchased a new key fob for my 2005 Buick - they were on sale. Last week had to purchase a key fob for my 2008 Malibu which has only 33,000 miles on it at full price. Also had $487.44 worth of work done on car. Asked if they would give me the sale price on fob purchased the previous week. They could not. Most retail establishments honor sale prices within one week. In addition, cannot understand why these fobs go bad. Should they not last the life of the car? Someone should go back to the drawing board.

When I had a problem with my car last week, I called Lewes Auto Mall, and spoke with Laura in the service department. She was very helpful, advising me to call my car insurance company to see if I had coverage for towing and giving me the number to call to arrange the towing. When my car arrived, she called me to get further details on the problem. She called me again a couple hours later to tell me what the problem was and the estimated cost of fixing it. The next morning she called by 9:30 to tell me that my car was ready to pick up. She even offered to stay a few minutes later so I could get my car that night when I said I might need to pick it up the following day. A very courteous service advisor, fast work by the mechanics, and the car is running great.

I believe the customer service representatives are very knowledgeable, understanding and cooperative. The service was performed in a timely manner. The waiting room is very comfortable and bright. Even though I was charged for the oil change which was a mistake, it was easily remedied and taken care of. I still believe that the service is excellent and the staff is very friendly and always helpful

Very easy to setup an appointment to have my battery replaced, which happened to be the same day I called. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building and not to long after a tech came to me advising I needed a battery cable which he would not have until the next day. He offered to get a ride for me to get home which was fantastic. I hope that service continues. The driver who took me home was very professional.

Everything went smoothly. The one comment I have is as a 71 year old non-techy, I use to be able to schedule my appointment on line. However your website has changed and I was unable to do that this time -hhhhmmm. Anyhow I called in and scheduled it.

As I was in the market for new tires, my interest was piqued by a sign in the service area on a previous visit, which indicated that the dealership sold all brands of tires, and offered competitive pricing. I requested a quote, and they were indeed competitive. I then ordered four new tires.They were installed, and I had the front end aligned. Upon completion of the installation, the vehicle drove and rode like new. An outstanding job of installation.

Thorough work. Came in for an oil change and I had a questionable oil leak. I had to put in 2 quarts of oil at approx. 3000 miles after my last oil change. After this oil change I was told to bring my car back in 1000 miles for them to check it as they had put dye in to detect any further problem.

I brought my car in for it's scheduled maintenance. I love the brand new service center customer waiting area. My visit was very pleasant. The service center representatives are well versed and very courteous. My car was serviced within an hour. It was definitely worth my 40 minute drive from Felton. Keep up the GREAT work!!!

Made the appointment two week prior to day I desired routine servicing. I arrived about one-half hour early, service rep wrote up desired service - oil change filter replacement, + tires rotated. There were no recalls per Buick internet. I was in/out within 45 minutes. Had a good cup of coffee while waiting in new service building customer lounge. :Price was $39.00.

I found the car I was looking and made an appointment for a test drive. Mark had the car ready upon my arrival. Mark was very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. There was no pressure at all. This dealership goes the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. They even delivered the car to a sister dealership that saved me an hour and half of drive time. Bob from financing was able to quickly find a finance deal that equaled my bank deal. These guys are really like working and talking to your neighbor or close friend. I had an appointment to drop off my Malibu for an oil change. Upon my arrival, I informed Rick Johnson that I had to change my plans and wait for the service. He was able to get the oil change as well as a tire balancing done without any issues. Great customer focus and service.

The service on my car was fine, except for the following: I had printed out a complementary car wash that had been sent to me. I do not know that I would use this service again. When the service was finished, I went to enter my car. On the driver's side, I saw mud and splash marks that had not been addressed. I returned to the car wash. They cleaned the above, but left soap suds on my car. When I addressed this issue, I was told, "Come on, it will blow off as you go down the road." Maybe, but the wet car was also going to absorb more from the road. Not a careful process...I told them never mind, because in my mind, I knew that I would report it. However, they followed me with a hose...still a wet car. I'd rather pay for the car wash down the road which does a better job. To me, it says, "No pride of work."

I was initially frustrated that my appointment was at 8, and the trailer was locked. I had arrived at 7:45. I saw someone approach the door at 8:10, and she had told me to wait in my warm car until they had themselves situated. If you open at 8 - open the doors at 8. Don't pull in at 8:10 and then tell customers to wait until the company is situated. I was seen shortly before 8:30.... my car was taken immediately. After 4 hours of waiting for my repairs, Jason in the office was very friendly to me and thankfully everything performed was coverd under warranty.

Have dealt with this dealership for over twenty years and have always enjoyed the professional and courteous staff in all departments. They go out of their way to make sure I understand repairs and routine maintenance, completing both quickly and within estimates given. Tim was always there to provide transportation for me. I recently purchased a new vehicle and the entire experience was excellent. Dana, JB, Dan and Tony provided outstanding customer service! Always a pleasure to deal with.

Even with all the construction/alterations, etc. going on at the dealership, the people serving the customers have remained positive and extremely helpful. We appreciate the phone call asking for approval to change out wearing rear window wipers, to rotate the tires, etc. We took our GMC to have a recall investigated and also to get it serviced while there. One trip to do all. The work was done and we had the use of the auto as soon as possible. Working in cramped spaces, they manage to stay cheerful and helpful.

My only exposure was from a service perspective. Although the reason why all the oil leaked out of my Terrain the day after an oil change, done in NJ, was inconclusive, I felt comfortable that the car was safe to return home. I dealt with Jason and trusted that my safety was his primary concern. The technician removed the oil cap prior to verifying it's tightness and there was no logical reason why all the oil leaked out. The owner of the place where I had the oil changed spoke with Jason and also told me he reviewed the video to ensure his technician covered each check point and used the correct tools and procedures when doing the oil change. So the cause remains a mystery, but no further leakage occurred.

The repairs took longer than expected due to the discovery of additional work needed. I was given a car to use during this time which was greatly appreciated. My treatment has been respectful and friendly. I wouldn't mind working with people of that caliber.

Warranty work was scheduled and completed. Problem resolved. Additional problem with driver's side seat was not resolved because apparently it is not covered under bumper to bumper warranty which I find hard to believe.

The service was fine and you left the car clean. My only hesitation for not using you for all my repair needs is the cost. You seen high to me and always try to up-sell other needs. For example, the time before last when I was in for something you noted I was leaking air from a tire and said it would be something like $80 to fix it. I had two wheels done down the street for $35.00 and their fix has held for a long time. (sanded rims for a better seal)

About 6 weeks ago, went in for oil change / rotation service and asked about the Traverse's recall (airbag)...parts were not available so they said they'd call...never happened! I called a weelk ago and magically the parts were there. When I went in for this visit, I asked about the seat belt fraying recall (no one asked me...I had to ask) Fine, but parts (a plastic sleeve!!!) not available...they will call and I'll haveto make another appt....what do you think is going to happen! (Four-time leaser/buyer at this location)

When I walked into your place, I had a nice gentleman sign me in and the mechanic was standing there waiting on my keys.... If it wasn't for me walking around admiring all the new trucks I would've been out of there In less then a hour... I also got to talk to my Buddy salesman, Dana, as busy as he was, he took some time out to say hi and even showed me a couple trucks. Lewis Auto Mall Rocks!!!!! Will definitely be back.
