I purchased three cars from Tom over the years are in every case I felt I got an excellent deal. When I had a problem Tom bent over backwards to help solve the problem. In one case delivered a loaner while picking up my disabled car. I've owned several cars in my 75 years and never had a better owner dealer relationship.

Ed from Independent Auto was extremely helpful in helping us find a car that we needed. Car buying can be an extremely stressful process but they made it painless, quick and easy! Ed and the rest of the staff from Independent Auto truly go above and beyond what's expected in customer service. Will definitely be returning for any future car purchases!

I saw the used MINI Cooper that I wanted on cars.com, and contacted the dealer. Ed was very good about communicating with me, and I made the decision to fly from Buffalo, NY to Boston, rent a car and drive to Pawtucket, RI, hoping like crazy the car was everything I wanted. I did not want to have to drive the rental all the way back to Buffalo, after shelling out for it and a plane ticket. But the car was everything I could have wanted in a used car, and I couldn't have had a nicer experience dealing with Ed in person. When I say, "dealing," I don't mean arguing about the price. I thought the price was fair, and they don't bargain back and forth there. The price is the price. I actually like that, and, as stated, the price was good, after doing a lot of looking around at similar cars. This experience could have ended so badly, but it was great. A LONG drive home, but happy in my new MINI!

Went with my husband there and 2 teenage sons(had to pay a sitter for my youngest to look at a car that I didn't even get to test drive!) Went to car lot today around 2:30 and the gate was half closed. Had to park in adjacent lot-luckily that business wasn't open. There was a car with occupants in it while running. One woman kept going back and forth to service bay. They were parked right in the middle of lot so we had no where to park and did not want to block them in. We looked at the van briefly that we wanted to purchase. It was blocked in and was difficult to get a good look due to the snow piles around it and another car for sale blocking it. Nobody came out to help us. We proceeded to head to the office. My husband looked in the service area where the worker angrily pointed towards office area. We waited and still nobody showed up. Oh well, they lost a deal!! Thanks for treating us like dirt!! Beware of this place!!

We purchased a used vehicle from Independent Auto Sales in March. I waited to write this review to see if I had any surprises with this vehicle. I am happy to say It runs like a charm and no problems! We were very hesitant on purchasing another used vehicle but had no choice (I hit a deer and totalled our '03 Dodge Grand Caravan). When we purchased our '03 Caravan the Dealer had lied to us, stating the vehicle was never involved in an accident, showed me the Carfax and it was clean. Apparently, they did the repairs and never reported them to Carfax (so don't always believe Carfax). We had so many problems with our '03 Caravan...... the dealer had it more than we did for the first 2 months. We signed on the dotted line so we were stuck with it. I found Independent Auto online. David was awesome! No pressure sales and I feel he was completely honest, yes an honest Used Car Salesman! The price we paid for our '05 Town & Country was $1000 - $1500 lower than what other Dealerships were asking. We love our '05 Town & Country and will be purchasing from David again!! I highly recommend Independent Auto Sales! Thanks David!

I CALLED INDEPENDENT AUTO AFTER A FRIEND PURCHASED A VEHICLE THERE AND SPOKE WITH DAVID.I EXPLAINED MY CREDIT SITUATION BECAUSE OF A DIVORCE AND I MUST SAY HE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND NOTJUST TRYING TO SELL ME ANY VEHICLE BUT HELPED ME PURCHASE A VEHICLE I COULD AFFORD. WITH A LOW DOWN PAYMENT AND A BUY HERE PAY HERE PROGRAM I WAS DRIVING IN JUST THREE DAYS.IT IS NICE TO KNOW THERE ARE STILL GOOD PEOPLE IN THE WORLD ESPECIALLY CAR SALESMAN.LOL THANKS DAVID.LINDA B

I have to say Me and my husband had no car, We had jobs but because of credit problems was not able to get a car from any dealer. Other dealers turned us away, laughed at us, we felt hopeless. We were told from someone to try Independent Auto Sales, Without a blink they said they could help us and get into a car. We did get a ford Taurus. They were understanding and continued to work with us throughout the whole time. If we needed repairs they took us right in and fixed the problem, and felt really good to know they were always there to help. Tom the owner helps anyway he can , he understands and we thank him a great deal. Deb the receptionist has a heart of gold. I enjoyed working with my car, and stopping in to make a payment and talking with her its like family. I still see go and see her she is a breath of fresh air I feel I wouldn't of come this far if it wasn't for their great help. Thank You Independent Auto Sales for helping us, I would recommend you to everyone :)

I purchased a 2006 Ford Focus in November, 2012 from Independent Auto in Pawtucket. After searching for a few months, I knew I did not want a thousand agresssive phone calls or e-mails. David Ziroli complied and was pressure free and helpful. His knowlege and attitude helped us work out a deal for this car. I highly recommend David to anyone looking for a used car.
