Everyone there was very helpful. Sheldon helped me purchase my car and he was great. He did a great job of ensuring all my needs were met and he was more than happy to answer any questions I had. Over 9 years leasing with the Infiniti brand by far this has been the absolute most seamless yet pleasurable in-dealership experience, Rob, Nick and Nick (GM) made this a unique and very well dedicated leasing process. I’m 150 % satisfied and definitely coming back in 3 years.

It was a no-brainer for me to come to these people when my old car sounded like it wouldn't make it through the weekend. Mark Cantino and Tim Dejesus worked quickly to find me a car I could afford and financing for it as well. Zack Goldblatt retrieved the car from a sister dealership and the deal was done in one day. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Since 2007 i have had an Infiniti. The main reason i keep going back is the level of service and commitment to customers. When you walk into ardmore you feel very welcomed and you see the same friendly faces year over year. It was back in 2007 when i purchased my first Infiniti from Mark Cantino. I found out a few years later when getting my second Infiniti that i was Mark's first car sale. Ever since that day that in 2007 Mark and I became friends and when searching for new or used vehicles I always work with him.and his team. Just a little side story of the commitment and going over a d beyound the call of duty. My wife had barked her G37 sedan on the grass and slight incline and got it stuck. Some friends helped her move it out. She did not realize that in doing so she had picked a lot of grass and leaves in her exhaust. I was out of town on business and when my wife got home she smeeled soberhing burning when she looked undervthe car the catoytic converter was flamming red. She immediated took a hose tomthe bottom of the car to coolnit down. Now at this point it was 6pm at night. Sharon called Mark Cantino in a panic. Mark took care of everything. They got her a loaner car within 1 hour at our home and flat bedded her car out to be inspected for any damage. Once you buy from them you will always go back. The service andvwuality of care given to customers is first rate. He knows the product inside and out a d actually taught me a few thibgs i did not know about the products. My experience with rob was very satisfying. The negotiation was almost non existant. I came in told rob this next infiniti was going to be my everyday car and i did not need all the bells and whistles He worked with me a d helped narrow down exactky what i needed and then searched the incentory to get me the color i wanted. Very easy and all done within 30 minutes. I advised tge price point i was willing to oay for a leased car and they made it happenAgain fir the 4th time the experience was easy fast and trustworthy. They are 3 words thatvtypically do not go with car sales but ar ardmore you will experience that. I was recommended to Ardmore Infiniti by a close friend and was told that I couldn't go wrong working with the team there. So this was where my new car search began and I am very happy to say that this was where it ended. Sokratis was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating up until the very end. From allowing me to take the car home so my wife could take it for a test drive to taking the time to make sure I was 100% satisfied which included finding me the exact car I wanted out of another dealers stock and getting it ready to take delivery within 4 days of agreement. I couldn't be happier with my experience, my brand new Q50S and my choice to buy from this auto group. Like my friend I would recommend this team to anyone and look forward to making my future purchases here!

My wife and I recently bought a certified used Infiniti here and our experience couldn't have been better. We bought from out-of-state and used my wife's car as trade-in. We began initial negotiations via phone with continually prompt responses and answers to our questions. We received eight hundred dollars over blue book for my wife's car as trade-in and ultimately got our certified used 2013 FX37 for several thousand less that blue book. Negotiations were fair and well within reason. Our salesman, Calvin, was absolutely professional and very personable. He and the General Manager, Nick, greeted us almost immediately for our scheduled appointment and the process moved along smoothly with no issues or pushing to buy anything extra. In all honesty, this has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would have to question any negative reviews and would easily do business here again.

We leased a QX60 from Infiniti of Ardmore last Fall. I asked the sales rep several times to get me a cargo net for the trunk and he never followed through on that. Apparently, this is not a standard item on a $47k vehicle. lol...and I asked the service dept several times if they would be willing to pick-up my QX60 at my Malvern office for maintenance and again never heard back. I know they offer this to other customers, so not sure why they're not interested in helping me....Then a few months later, I asked the sales dept to give me some advice on my lease options as I was over on miles. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I would not recommend this dealership as they seem to not care about their customers.

Let me start out by saying I am heavily invested in the car community in the tri-state area. From performance to vintage, from track days to charity shows I work with everyone including dealerships. I went in on a Friday evening to test drive a vehicle. I then wanted to purchase the vehicle and wanted to put a deposit on it. They told me is was not needed and that they would be open again the next morning at 9am. I told them later Friday night that I had been approved and asked where everything should be sent and they informed me I just needed to send it at 9am on Saturday. The next morning I sent them the information at 9:01 and at 9:11 I called to let them know I was on my way in to pick up the vehicle. At that time they informed me the car had been sold to someone at 8:30 in the morning. The only response they had was that I didn't send payment fast enough. Even after I followed all their directions and did what they said. Out of all the car dealers, groups, organizations and associated parties I have ever worked with, these guys are the absolute worst. I can honestly say I've never met a more dishonest batch of employees in at the years I've been working around cars.

I needed a car fast so I could get back to school and Infiniti of Ardmore accomplished that goal!! As soon as I got there Nick was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Joe Esposito was the best salesman that I could have asked for! Joe was caring, considerate and made sure everything was okay and went smoothly. The finance manager, Mike made everything clear and simple for my first auto loan! I'm really excited about my car, and I'm very happy I choose Infiniti of Ardmore!!!

I recently purchased a used Nissan Murano from Infiniti of Ardmore and I would highly recommend this dealership. My salesman Joe Esposito and sales manager Mark Cantino found me exactly what I was looking for very quickly. They were very professional and sensitive to my needs. The whole experience from my initial visit, the test drive, negotiations, paperwork and taking delivery couldn't have been smoother. Because of my possitive experience I wouldn't purchase anywhere else and will recommend them to family and friends.

I recently purchased a Q60s convertible from Infiniti of Ardmore and I must say that I will never buy a car from anywhere else after how amazing my experience was. Everything from how enthusiastically I was greeted when I walked in, to the phone calls checking up on how my new car and I are doing. My sales consultant, Rob Walsh, took the time to answer every question I could think of and more. I would recommend Rob to anyone who is in the market for a new car. The whole management team was amazing too! Nick Maropis, Mark Cantino, and Jason Moody all made sure that I was being given the best experience possible! Even the finance manager Mike Wolfort made the paperwork easy to understand and stress free, which was GREAT!!!! I would recommend Infiniti of Ardmore to anyone in the market for a new car! I saw an online deal on 08/ 13 and inquired about it, spoke to Tiffany Harlan who set up an appt. for me to come in and test drive the vehicle with Mark Cantino. The following day 08/14 I received a e-mail from Rob Walsh stating to contact him when I arrived at the dealership which I did, we then got into the particulars of the deal which was the most pleasant I had ever experienced, by the end of our discussion the deal was done and drove the new car home which was a surprise to me there again excellent, next day 08/15 back in to talk to the Business Mgr. Michael Wolfert,, We all know that part of the process can be a stressful situation, but there again it wasn't for me at this dealership when done everything was signed car detailed and I was on my way. I would tell anyone if in the market for a great car experience go to Infiniti of Ardmore the staff is pleasant they make you feel at ease and they go the extra mile to make sure you walk out with the car of your choice, I even received a follow up call from Rob Walsh to make sure I was still happy with my purchase, it doesn't get any better than that and again I would like to say THANK YOU Infiniti of Ardmore I just can't say enough about the great servce and personality of each person I came in contact with at your dealership.

Infiniti of Ardmore made my car buying experience excellent. Not only did my sales consultant Rob Walsh help me with making my experience the best it could be, the managers Mark and Nick did everything they could to make me happy. Satisfied is definitely an understatement with the car I drove off in. I will not go to any other car dealership when looking for a new car. I of A sold me a scratch-repair contract when I bought the car. The company has no techs that will service Bucks Co. so I of Ardmore agreed to fix it-after many months of me trying to get it fixed. They gave me a loaner but didn't finish after 2 days. I complained and they offered to detail my car, then called to ask basically, why I hadn't dealt with the original contractor- and to find out who they should bill. Unbelievable- since they sold me the contract. TERRIBLE communication within the company. Below is the letter I sent the day I picked up the car.Hello Mike,My brother and I were out and test drove the Q70 on Monday. I think I explained that some work was being done to my car. I picked up the car today after being told that it was ready (by Andy) only to discover, after walking up to my noticeably dirty car- sitting near a tree, that the ding was removed but the paint had not been touched up because "the tech forgot the touch-up paint." I had explained to your finance mgr. and Manager Mike when I asked for an appointment that the paint touch-up was my primary concern. (I purchased a touch-up package when I bought the car)

Mark Cantino is incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. His level of service was amazing, even for a used car buyer. As a woman, it can be intimidating to purchase a vehicle, especially a used one. Mark made the choosing and purchasing experience clear cut and comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone purchasing a vehicle, whether new or used. I've had the car for a few months now and it runs great! I can see why Mark has a loyal customer base. I went in one day knowing exactly what I wanted and Dan McCray and his manager tried to rob me. I test drove the new q50 and when I came back from the test drive, his manager gave me an estimate for leasing the car I just drove. The lease estimate was $1,500.00 more than the listed on their website and $100 more per month than the deal on their website (this is on top of my returning customers discount). They acted like they were doing me a favor and they have never responded to my phone calls when I asked them about it.I would never trust them

This dealership is pretty terrible. I purchased a CPO vehicle here and while the car is fine, dealing with anyone from the dealership is difficult. Several messages have received no responses whatsoever. They overlooked a large chip in the windshield that was not pointed out to me while looking at the car at night. I looked at a BMW X5 with a similar problem and dealer pointed out the chip to me so I could consider it. In addition to that, I had to specifically ask for a few things that come with a CPO vehicle, so if you are not 100% certain of what you are supposed to be getting, this dealer will happily stiff you. Also, be sure to negotiate in that they fill the gas tank and replace the wiper blades. Evidently the 150 point inspection or whatever is done does not check the wiper blades. They will also send you on your way with 1/4 tank of gas too.Next time I am in the market, I will drive 500 miles to make sure that I do not need to deal with this place again. If possible, stay as far away from this place as you can.

This was the worst experience I have had with a dealer. They were quick to get my deposit and failed to communicate afterwords. Even with my deposit and signed contract, they sold the vehicle. This dealer is shady. Stay away !!!Details below if interested.On 10/23 I found a listing on ebay for 2011 G37 being sold by Infiniti of ardmore. I made an offer on that day. On 10/24, I called to find out on the status of my ebay offer. No one had seen my offer but Curtis was willing to accept my offer. He tried to add additional fees that were not in the ebay listing but after some negotiation he removed most of them. I made the deposit to hold the vehicle. At the end of the call, I asked Curtis to send me an email with the details of the transaction and the paper work I was suppose to sign. By mid-day on 10/25, I still hadn't received any email or calls from Curtis. I called Curtis who told me he had just came in and that he was going to get me the paperwork. By late afternoon I didn't receive any paperwork. I called again but Curtis didn't answer so I left a message. Few hours later, no word from Curtis. At this point, I'm getting cold feet. Who wants to by a vehicle sight unseen with a dealer who doesn't communicate well. So I called the dealership and spoke with a sales manager about getting my deposit back. The manager tells me that he is busy right now and will call me back in a few minutes. I didn't hear back from the sales manager that day. The following day(10/26) I wake up to some missed calls from Curtis and Pete Markakos. I call back where I learned the reason I didn't hear from Curtis was because he was "off" on 10/25 and that he came in just to send me the paperwork.(He should have communicated that) I was asked multiple times if I was still interested in purchasing the vehicle which I said yes to as long I got the paper work that day. After various attempts to send the papers via email, I asked Curtis to send it via fax. Success!! I got the contract and within a few minutes I signed and emailed it to Pete Markakos (never got Curtis' email address). I didn't hear back from either Pete or Curtis. I figured everything was in order. On 10/28 I called Curtis to see if he received the paperwork, He quickly forwards my call to Pete Markakos' voicemail. I left a message requesting a call back or email response. Few minutes later, I got an email from Pete Markakos stating that the vehicle was sold on 10/24.

If 10++++ was an option I would have given these two gentlemen that as a score. We came to the dealership late Wednesday night. Daryl greeted us at the door. What a breathe of fresh air he was. My husband really had his heart set on an Audi. He saw the commercial for the Q50S and just wanted to see it to make sure he was still sold on the Audi. Daryl won us over. He was educated on every aspect of this car. He rolled with the punches as we had our three children with us. He was honest, funny, compassionate, genuine and patient. I did not feel pressured to choose this car. He took so much time to make sure everything was perfect for us. So today, one day later, we are sitting in the Infiniti dealership signing paperwork to buy my husbands Q50S!!!! NOT an Audi !!!!! Sheldon helped us with all the paperwork. He is another one who knocked our socks off. He was so understanding and took them time to answer every question we had. He was amazing. I have to be honest. I have owned 12 cars from the time I turned 16 to my current age of 41. I love cars. I have had so many horrific experiences in car dealerships and with car salesmen. This was the first time I left a car dealership happy and feeling as though it was a good experience at every turn. I hope this solidifies your decision to go buy your Infiniti at Ardmore with Daryl and sign your paperwork with Sheldon. You will not be disappointed.

Daryl was very patient, engaged, and instrumental in helping us decide which of our choices best met our current and future family needs. My experience at Infiniti was amazing!!! The entire staff was warm and friendly and made my experience a memorable one. From the minute you walk through the front door and are greeted with the sales associates and reception, to the financing department; everyone is exceptional!!! My sales associate, Joe, was knowledgeable about every single product infiniti has to offer. Patrick in the financing department took the time to make sure that I was able to stay in my budget while still getting the car I wanted. The facility is beautiful and clean. The product speaks for itself-I don't know how I will ever drive anything else again! I recommend this dealership to whomever is searching for a vehicle!

When looking for a new (used) car for my wife, we decided to start the process at Infinity of Ardmore. From my initial phone call to the final signature, the sales and financial staff were professional, courteous, friendly, but most importantly, HONEST. We felt comfortable through the entire process. Never once were we made to feel burdensome or hassled. Mike Lewis immediately greeted us at the door and worked tirelessly to make a deal that satisfied our financial needs. With the help of the sales and financial management team, my wife was able to purchase her dream car for an affordable price. We were able to be honest about our finances and, in turn, the Infifnity team were also honest about their end. We were able to view all of the documentation prior to signing and never once were we pressured to make a deal. They were kind to our daughter, which goes a long way with us. We would recommend Infinity of Ardmore to anyone without reservation or hesitation. This truly was the best car shopping experience I have ever had, and my wife echoes that sentiment.

What a dealership! I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle last month and Mike Lewis & John Fusaro were VERY helpful! I love my G35! Along with a great deal, I met the finance manager who had vintage Kermit The Frog cufflinks and an outfit that rivaled that of Craig Sager from TNT. Overall I received a quality vehicle, a great price, friendly service and I couldn't be more pleased. My father is already looking to come back for a car for my sister.

I came to the dealership to purchase a Porsche Cayman. I had an awesome experienced. The process was very detailed. The car was in Immaculate shape. I drove to the dealership from Washington DC which was an 2.5 hour drive. I would definitely recommend Infiniti of Ardmore to my family and friends.

As an Internet customer at Infiniti of Ardmore,I am very satisfied with my purchase. Joe Espizito was very pleasant and answered all my questions about the car in the dealership . The car was accurately described in the listing and when I arrived Joe ensured that the car was clean and ready to go.He took me and my family out for a test ride and was very knowledgeable.To top it off I was only in the dealership 45 minutes before I was driving home with my new car.I would recommend all my friends and families to Infiniti of Ardmore because their prices and service are excellent. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. I sat down with ddan yesterday (1/31) and Dan made it seem as if they werre going to do whatever it took to get my out of there with a lease at a reasonable price. So they look at my trade and they made me feel as if my car is so worthless i should consider just driving it off a cliff as soon as i had the chance. Infiniti of Ardmore offered me $6500 for my trade. According to kelly blue book my ca is worth in FAIR condition $10,011.00. i just left cadillace on Monday and they offered me $10500 for it. So after we realize we could not come to a reasonable deal for the car the manager comes up to me in front of the whole entire place and throws his arms in the air and said "man, your car is in trouble im not left speechless very often but your car has done that to me today" I drive a ford explorer eddie bauer edition 2006. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND EVER ENTERING THIS BUILDING. STAY AWAY THEY WILL SCREW YOU UP AND DOWN. There sales tactics are to make you feel so awful about your car that they will be able to save you and get you in their car. STAY AWAY

The General Sales Manager Dan was incredibly rude when I asked a question regarding my lease. He yelled ant stormed out on me. The sales guy and business manager were very nice. However, I cannot believe that a general sales manager would treat customers so rudely. I sold my car over the weekend because I was relying on getting this Infiniti so I was forced to take the car because of circumstances however when my lease is up I will not be purchasing or leasing another car from this particular dealership.

The worst car buying expierience I every encounterd. I called to test drive a car, when I arrived after driving an hours, NO one could locate the keys! From that point I should have backed away from the car I wanted, due the disregard for my time. Everyone had jokes! And that was the beginning. The only reason I went through with the deal, is I was tired of looking for a used car with the required features. I would not recommend my worst hated enemy to this place!

I spoke with Curtis over the phone and scheduled an appointment to come in. Once my wife and I got there, the entire staff was extremely friendly and professional from the start. The entire staff at Infiniti of Ardmore was very helpful and made it possible for my wife to get the truck that she loved. She just lease a new QX56 at an unbelievable price. Being in sales myself, I can appreciate the honesty and straight fowardness when it came to the lease terms to put us in the SUV at an affordable price. The made the process seemless and fast. Everyone was so friendly it made you feel like you were hanging out with friends while you were buying a car. Curtis really went above and beyond to make this deal possible. I stopped in on a Saturday evening and arrived just a few minutes before the dealership closed. Dan let me take the car for a test drive and never pressured me to hurry up even though it was well after closing time. We were able to quickly negotiate the parameters of a sale based on a fair price for the car, good value on the trade, and a great finance rate, as promised. When I arrived to pickup the car a few days later, there were several marks that showed after the car was washed and detailed. The dealership agreed to touch up the problem areas and provided a courtesy car for several days while the work was being completed. Dan communicated very well and followed up without me having to call for a status on my car. I would definitely recommend the dealer and sales professional for anyone in the market for a new car.

Gayle and John helped me work out a good deal on a 2009 G37S coupe. Very reasonable and honest. Mike, the assistant service manager, was very courteous when I had a new spoiler put on my car. He called to keep me posted on progress and was very professional.

I have to say that this was the best experience purchasing a vehicle that I have had in a very long time. I found the car online and sent in a request for more information on weekday night around 10pm. Mark emailed me back within 10 mins letting me know that he received my email and would contact me the next day. The following day I recieved a call first thing from Mark. I explained that this car was exactly what we were looking for and that I had a trade. Mark took all the info and set an appointment for that afternoon. When my husband and I showed up we told Mark what payment we were wanting. It took about 20 minutes and we were ready to go into finance! When we reached finance we expected the payment to be higher. It was actually lower!!! We love the car...we loved the experience...we love the dealership. Thanks Mark for making my husbands dreams come true!

I was in the market for a new car, not knowing exactly what I wanted the sales team at Infiniti really helped me. My biggest concern was safety in a car. Daryl pointed me to the EX and spent a lot of time going over all the safety features with me. He was very helpful! The manager John also came over to check in on the sale. Even though I was with my father, both Daryl and John focused all their attention on me, asked me questions to make sure that this car was the right fit for me and gave me all the answers I needed. My sister will be in the market for a new car soon and I am definitely bringing her to Infiniti of Ardmore!

First of all, we love the car. I live in Rocky River, Ohio, so I traveled a long way to purchase it in Ardmore. Having grown up in Lancaster, I was quite familiar with the region and knew exactly where to find you, so that was not an impediment.The actual purchase decision and sales transaction (actually taking delivery of the car) was completed in almost exactly 24 hours! Amazing! This was only possible through the interest and professionalism of Mike Lewis and your internal support team. Heres the play-by-play:I was surveying several internet sites seeking a low-mileage AWD G37 coupe for my wife.On Sunday evening I sent in an inquiry from the CarPros website and received the automated reply. Not wanting the car to be sold without having a chance at it I called the dealership switchboard directly and the call was forwarded to Mike Lewis. I introduced myself and quickly briefed him on my inquiry. I asked if the car was still available, and if it was, I indicated I could most likely get there on Thursday to see it. I raised the question of price variances on-line (both on CarPros and your direct website) vs. the price shown on Sunday that I responded to. Mike promised to look into it and call me back within an hour.10 minutes later he was back on the phone! He explained that the original price I had seen advertised was an error, but agreed to honor it. That speaks volumes for the integrity of this dealership and made me confident that I was working with the right people! We discussed payment and paperwork requirements. Mike took a credit card deposit to put the car on hold. I was able to open my schedule up making it possible to drive down the next day (Wednesday), arranged for a rental car to make the trip, and enlisted a friend to join me as the second driverall in about an hour! We had pre-approval for financing already in place and were able to download the dealer payment paperwork online. The plan was to go get a bank check at 9 AM Wednesday for a cash down payment and leave for Philly by 10. Shortly before 6 that evening we were pulling into their lot.I love it when a plan comes together!Bottom line? Did I mention we love the car? It is absolutely perfect, and it went like clockwork, primarily thanks to Mike. Even though it was an out-of-state sale, he guided us through the process from the outset. He greeted me by name before we even had a chance to introduce ourselves, had everything ready and waiting, and was absolutely pleasant to work with. I dont think we were there 45 minutes and I was driving back to the hotel in a bright red coupe. From 5 PM Tuesday to 6 PM Wednesday it was quite a day!Thanks to Mike and the rest of your team for putting ear-to-ear grins on two folks from Rocky River, OH.

Recently was looking for a certified Infiniti M35X and decided to go to this dealership while shopping around. I walked in and no one was really friendly. When I did get help, they tried their best to take advantage of me; they offered me 55% less on my trade than a dealership I had previously visited. The final straw was when the manager came over and actually insulted my intelligence by explaining I'd spend more money purchasing a car from Jersey than in Pa. due to taxes, transfer fee, etc... After much haggling I decided to leave. Later on in the day, they finally came down to the number I thought was fair; however by that time I decided to deal with the Holman Infiniti dealership in Maple Shade. If Ardmore Infiniti don't know how to respect each and every customer, how do they treat their cars??

I found two Altimas online and wanted to get a new car very soon. I contacted this dealer and they were great from the start. I explained I lived far away and we would be short on time. The salesman had both cars ready for our inspection when we arrived. They were great and very informative, answering all of my question.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. I have used the service department for many years as well and must say that they are terrific.

I leased my G37 from John Fusaro at Infiniti of Ardmore - hands down the best new car purchase/lease experience I ever had. Having recently had a terrible experience buying a CPO'd Audi, Infiniti of Ardmore was a breath of fresh air. No games, no gimmicks - John simply went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. When my car's windshield was scratched by the wiper one week after I leased the car, they immediately replaced my windshield under warranty - above and beyond what I expected. Charles in the service department took great care of me. I would definitely give these guys my business again.

I had a horrible experience atthe service department at Infiniti of Willow Grove. I decided to give infiniti of Ardmore a chance. I called to set an appointment and told them I goin there because of a bad experience at willow grove, the gentleman I was speaking to told me they would be happy to have me there. I was set up for an appointment for an oil change the next week. When I took my car in I decided to wait for my car to be serviced. I dealt with Brendan, he took right in and had my car serviced and washed in less than an hour. I was extremly pleased with my service experince nad would reccomend Brendan and Infiniti of Ardmore to anyone with an Infiniti.

We wanted to purchase a Certified M35. After asking for an receiving the CarFax and the service detail report it was determined that the car had some "minor" water damage because of a leack in the rear brake light(coincidently , this detail was NOT reported in CarFax). We decided to inspect the car more closelly to evaluate if the work was completed properlly, it was quickly discoved that not only was the required work wad NOT performed and there wa not only extensive water damage, but also parts missing and mold on the back seats. The sales person and the used car manager claimed ignorance of these facts, however, the car had sat on the lot for six (6) month after being tranfered from the ardmore location. IF the Certification trully was done on this vehicle, these problems would have been corrected. We would not recomend going to either this delership or Infinity of Ardmore ( both owned by the same individual) as there is either mass incompetence in the sales / service / management of hte dealerships or outright fraud. I leave it ot the individual reader to decide for themselves.

Fantastic customer service! This is a crucial part when buying a car since warranty is the main reason you get a new car. The service people are friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars. They genuinely care about getting your problem fixed and will listen to your concerns.

Due to a car accident, I was looking for a Nissan Altima and needed a car quickly. I found two cars on cars.com. and contacted Ininiti of Ardmore. From our first contact, we could tell that this was an excellent dealership. We mentioned the cars on line and that we were interested in seeing them both that weekend. Lincoln was welcoming and informative giving us details about the cars. As we had a short time frame and were driving a considerable distace to get there to view the cars that weekend, Lincoln assured us they would be ready for our review and test drive as soon as we arrived. A man of his word, the cars were ready and waiting for us upon our arrival. He took us on an informative test drive and answered all our questions. After experiencing both a great car and an attentive sales manager, we were ready to buy. Chuck DeSantis worked with us to make the transaction truly effortless. Chuck went through all the paperwork and answered all my many questions. As I had not personally purchased a car from a dealer before, he was patient with my inquiries and made sure I understood all aspects of the sale. He was also aware that we were on a tight deadline so had the paperwork processed efficiently. We were in and out in record time. We did not feel rushed but felt that Lincoln and Chuck were being very respectful of our deadline and took very good care of us. We now have a great car and a dealership that we will certainly go back to.

I am not one to write up comments but after shopping for a new car for months, I recently purchased an Infiniti G37 from Infiniti of Ardmore. Admittedly purchasing a car is usually a very stressful event for me, but this was certainly not the case at all in this instance and my Salesman Sherman Brooks and the General Sales Manager Chuck DeSantis made the overall experience an extremely pleasant and relaxed one for me. Both Chuck and Sherman took the time to review all of the various details and options with me and explored financing that would fit my requirements. They treated me with professionalism and respect from the minute I walked into the dealership and there was no pressure THANK YOU! I will certainly recommend Infiniti of Ardmore and especially Sherman and Chuck to my friends and family and I am thrilled with my new car and the experience I had there.

After coming in and speaking to 2 sales reps that were not very helpful at all, George and John made every effort that they could to make things right. They contacted me and I ended up with a great deal on a new M. The car is great and my salesman made sure that everything was perfect prior to me leaving the dealership.

Everyone was friendly, the salesperson even stayed extra late to meet us since we were driving in from NJ, but people tend to be friendly when they want your money. The vehicle I purchased was overpriced, but I didn't find this out until after my purchase. In addition, the vehicle is in need of almost $2,000 worth of work. I was told this car was in great condition and had been thoroughly checked out, but when it came time to sign the dotted line, I had to agree that no promises were made to me and that the vehicle was in strictly as is condition. It's my fault, though I hesitated, I signed. However, if I had been told that there was a good chance work was needed, I would have bought a full warranty but purchased a basic one instead, which is not going to help me with the $2000 in repairs that this vehicle ultimately needs. In addition, I was deceived into thinking I was getting a great price when in fact I ended up paying a little more than it is actually worth. Infiniti of Ardmore may be much better with new auto sales, but my three pieces of advice if you choose to deal with dealership: Don't buy a used car. Do your homework. AND: do think twice and a third time before dealing with them via internet. Internet sales and marketing make for another potential layer of deception.

Purchased a G37x from Ardmore Infiniti. Wanted options that did not exist on cars they had. Within days John found the perfect car and trucked it in from Albany NY. Good deal, delivered everything as promised. No hastle,smooth transaction. Strongly recommend that you consider an Infiniti and the Dealership. Have not used service area yet but met the staff and believe all will work well. Happy all around. JF

I am sure that these days, most people do not take the time out to speak about how great of an experience they have but because it was such a pleasure to buy my first and second vehicles from these guys, I wanted to let someone know. I purchased my first Infiniti (G35x sedan) from these guys, back in 2005. OMG, what a great car! It had tons of horsepower, looked great, and I barely had any service issues. But when I did, Charlie always took great care of me (loaner cars, great pricing, and never gave me the usual run-around when it comes to most service departments). When it came time for me to purchase my second, hopefully of many, Infiniti's, of course, I went back to Ardmore. John was my sales associate. They had the car I wanted in stock when I came to the dealership (just like they said) and after negotiations, we came to terms on a deal. I was driving home in my 2nd Infiniti, this time, it was the EX35. George, the General Sales Manager came over and thanked me for the purchase and was glad to keep me as a customer. To show their appreciation, they gave me a few free oil change coupons. I have already recommended this place to a few of my friends and with the outstanding customer service that Infiniti of Ardmore has, it was an easy decision.

FX 35 - This is my second trip and purchase. Beautiful facility. The website and staff was helpful in both purchases. Look forward to returning in near future for newer model. Recently had to have repairs to FX due to hitting a deer - service was timely, professional and my car looks great again!!

I was in the market to buy a car in December. My resaerch lead me to the Infiniti G35x. I visited several dealerships in the area to see what kind of deal I could get. The staff at Infiniti of Ardmore was courteous and helpful without being pushy. They had a large selection to choose from with a variety of features. I had a very good buying experience and would recommend them to anyone buying an Infiniti.

I purchased a brand new EX. After 3 days the electrical system went out. They haven't been able to fix it because they don't have the parts. It has been two weeks and I am still without my car! I have called the dealership repeatedly and can't learn why they can't get the part or repair my brand-new car.

Avoid this dealership at all costs! Their quotes mean literally nothing. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in the door then use every single tired, antiquated car sales tactic in the book. It's an unnecessarily exhausting experience. When it comes time to review the final number, everything changes from prior conversations, then they start the "dealing" process, even though everything had already been negotiated.Easily the worst car-buying experience I've ever had.

No follow up, quote for car was a joke. Finance manager equally impossible to deal with. I have dealt with this dealership before. A long time ago and it was a dealership who cared about people. Not anymore. I get better service and response from Lexus and Cadillac. It's a shame, even though the Infiniti is not a better car, it is a nicer car to drive. A little customer service can go a LONG way.

Took delivery of car, they were very adamant that I had to be "on time" to take delivery. I asked for car to have no dealer ID on initial visit. Waited over an hour to talk to anyone. Waited another 45 minutes for car to be ready; had dealer stickers and plate frame. I asked to have removed. While waiting for this, sales manager ridicules F&I guy for failing to sell me tire protection package because I asked about XM radio. (His stated logic: "Any <<expletive deleted>> who would pay for radio can be sold the tire package.") Car finally delivered w/o dealer ID, is out of gas. Am taken with grungy lot guy, not sales guy, to fill it. At gas station, lot guy can't open fuel door and asks me how--I have no idea at that point either. When I complain about this experience wasting two hours to take delivery and receiving no orientation on car, am mailed insulting coupon for free oil change. (I got a coupon for a free oil change the last time I bought a Nissan just as a courtesy for buying the car.)Avoid this dealer.
