Experience from start to finish was amazing! I called in to look at a specific model Q50. It was being serviced, but i was still invited to come take a look at it. Due to the distance and me and my wife's work hours, I arrived close to closing. I was still shown the vehicle and took a test drive in a different trim model. Cammeron was very helpful and got back to me when the vehicle was serviced, detailed and ready to go. I came in and test drove it. They got me approved with a great rate even though it's my first financed vehicle. We had a payment that worked in our budget and they made it work. Cammeron was really cool and patient with all my questions throughout the entire process. I felt welcomed and respected. Shout out to all who stayed late until the deal was closed including Tanya who made the fun part of signing quick and easy. Thanks everyone!

Contacted this dealership about a car on their website. Made an appointment for the next day to come in and see it. Drove an hour and a half to come test drive it and buy it. Once we get their they tell us they got rid of that morning to their wholesaler. Even though they called me in the morning to let us know we were still on for the appointment. They had all day to reach out to us as they knew we were coming at 5 for the appointment. Extremely unprofessional, wasting my time as I left work early to make it on time.

I highly recommend this dealership. Kevin Hemmelgarn. had great communication from the very beginning, took time to understand my exact needs and situation (needed to sell my current car first and wait for lien release) and then guided me through the remaining process which included some remedies to the car we were interested in. We ended up with exactly the right car at a fair and competitive price. Special mention to Tony in Finance, Dan (sales mgr) and even Courtney who assisted us when we arrived the first time to take a drive. What a great group of professionals assembled in one place. As a customer who lives 90 min away, I do wish you had at least one weekday with evening hours. Also, I would suggest minimizing utilization of the "appt. coordinator" as at one point it just seemed to block me from dealing directly with a salesperson.

This was the absolute worst dealership on the planet. I called 4 days prior to going over and made an appointment to see 3 vehicles. All the same model but different colors, options and prices. The sales manager called me twice to confirm the appointment. After driving 80 miles to get there only one vehicle was on the lot. It was a total mess, dead battery, broken back seat and scratches and dents all over inside and out. Yet this was infinity certified!! Obviously I asked to drive the other 2 and was told they were at a lot 1/2 hour away. So we drove our car and the saleman to the other lot to see the other 2 vehicles that were supposed to be present at the beachwood location 1/2 hour away after driving 80 miles and making an appointment 3 days ahead of time. I did drive an infiniti that was clean and very much interested in, however when it came to the price the sales manager said it was final. I said I would think about it after he gave me the written quote and I left. Ten hours later Car guru's posted that that same car went down in price $600.00!! So much for final price - right? Then I looked at the quote that was given to me and it wasn't even for the car I was interested in. The quote was for a new car and more expensive than the car I was interested in. I called the dealership immediately and told the sales manager how insulted and displeased I was and he offered to honor the quote for the new vehicle - yet I hadn't even driven or looked at it when I was there. I said no thank you and bought a Lexus - from a Pittsburgh dealership that doesn't play these game... Buyer beware in Beachwood....

We bought two cars on the same day. The paperwork on car #1 had gotten lost after signed and due to that our first car payment was late. Some how there was another mix up and could not find the papers we faxed about our insurance. They told us we were in default of our contract with them, if we didn't clear it up by end of day they would need to come get the car, WE were on vacation in Florida. Dealt with it for hours. We were told that we would get a refund on the old warranty. three months later we received one check still have not seen the other check of a pretty large size. I drove there 4 times I live an hour and a half away. Car #2 paper work was never filed for tax and tag. I had to get an extension on the temp tag twice. They then gave me a dealer tag while they attempted to find the paperwork. I asked for a letter or document to put in glove box encase I was pulled over. It read something like this is ok for such person to drive this car you can contact me at Infinity any questions. Not even on a letterhead. Bought car in Jan, That was April still no tag. On top of that.The battery died 2 times was replaced.Breaks had a problem were replaced and now the breaks are acting funny again needs to go back to shop.Sheering wheel cover cracked when this happened the wheels no longer turned. They replaced that,The stereo, GPS, fuses in door, and lighters replaced.The fuel door release works sometimes. Which makes it interesting when traveling and on E.We asked if we could trade car#2 back for something else, at this point we were only two months in. They said it would be way to much not worth it.I drive a lot due to business. This car and the situations with it make me feel unsafe in it and unreliable.. The first time the car broke down I was in the city had to have the car jumped. The second time we had just come back from a flight. Car would not stop had it towed to dealership. They had it a few days, Third time car broke was traveling stopped at gas station turn car off, turn car back on for school. Automatic steering wheel starts to come into position makes unusual noise and then when I turned the wheel from side to side the wheels would not respond. It was like having a big toy car. How dangerous would that have been if I had been adjusting it up or down for comfort while driving on the highway? They had it for about two weeks. because of this I had to drive loaner for travel 12 hours to Connecticut instead on heading down to Florida from that area as I planned before car broke. I had to drive all the way back to pick it up then to Florida that made my travels almost 27 drive time hours. I missed getting to go to Disney with my mother and sister that was planned for 6 months and the special breakfast that was planned for my birthday. On top of this car seat would not hold settings so when I got in car the set would be all the way back, radio would go on and off. GPS and Blue tooth either would not connect or send you routes that were longer then on phone GPS by hours at time.In all of this our sales person was the only one who called or returned phone calls of ours for about 3 months. I spoke to several people on the phone, my husband called they never called back. One day I went in there and asked why upper management had not called they said he was unaware. Once he was aware he called and I went in to meet with him. He assured me that these things would be taken care of and could we move on from here and put it in the passed. We purchased the cars on January 9, 2016 As of today May 25,car #1 still has not been refunded over $2000.00 in the old warranty from the car we traded in as promised. Car #2 is once again scheduled to go into shop when I get home from my travels. I waited a long time before writing a review. I was patient and as understanding as we could be. In our home a situation that normally brings people great joy especially if its a goal. It has been emotional, we have had more stress due to these cars. The Lemon Law says the car has to have 3 of the same things wrong with it to file. I feel a complete loss of hope. This was a gift from my husband to me and he feels so bad about it. So please be careful, hopefully you will have better luck.

Trying to schedule your service appointment is the first challenge. The phone rings and rings. Leaving your phone number with the operator is not helpful either because you will not get a call back. If you do get through to the service manager, expect to be treated rudely from the start. If he promises you a loaner car, make alternative plans because most likely, you aren't getting one. The excuses come next! And if you decide to complain to the dealership manager, don't expect a resolution. More excuses. If it were my first negative experience with this dealership, I might excuse it. But the same thing happened last time I went there for service. Love my Infiniti JX. Will take my luxury car business elsewhere! Thankfully I live in a large city with more than one Infiniti dealership.

Scott was great to work with from start to finish. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or lease a new car. He knew that my time was limited because of my young kids who were with me, and a lot of the details were taken care of over the phone and text throughout the process. The buying process with any dealer for me is typically 1 star, so 4 stars is excellent in my view.

I had a great experience buying my Qx50 from Infiniti of Beachwood. My sales representative Joe talk to me on the phone I told him what I was looking for and where I wanted to be financially and he made it happen for me. This was a super quick and professional experience in comparison to some of my other purchases from BMW, Lexus, and Mercedez. There was no game playing this dealership treated had the best customer service to far. My car drives great and I'm super happy with my purchase! I highly recommend this dealership and Joe.

I contacted Beachwood Infiniti via chat on their website and I recieved an email from Brooke. I informed Brooke of the car I wanted and my situation and she set me up with James. I had credit issues and Brooke said that it shouldnt be an issue to get approved. That was great news because I was hitting a road block with my credit and getting the car I wanted. I got into a car accident and needed to purchase another vehicle and James Drake was very patient with me and understanding. Usually purchasing a car is a big headache but to my surprise it was very smooth at Infiniti. James explained the terms and conditions very clear and even followed up with me days and weeks later. I really appreciate the Beachwood Infinti staff and would recommend James to any one that feels nervous about this process, he is a true natural and will wok hard to make sure you're satisfied. Just leased a new Q 50 and what a great experience at a terrific dealership. Scott Burrows made leasing a new car a pleasure. James Drake is the salesman that greeted me at the door. I explained that I had seen a car on their website an was interested in looking at it. James directed me to a test drive of the vehicle, and I was very please with the test drive of the vehicle. I briefly explained to James my financial parameters and he made it happen with no fuss. I've been to so many dealerships and bought a few Infinitis but this by far was the best overall experience since I am hard of hearing this guy named Ted Cantlay made it so much better he worked with me and made sure I understood everything and text message me and helped me so much getting the car and buying stuff for my car... He made everything easier and had patience with me. I would recommend buying a car from Ted and next time I buy an Infiniti and if he's still there I'll buy another one from him...

Drove 2 and a half hours on Saturday only to find out they sold the car on Thursday night. No one called to tell me. They even called Saturday morning to confirm my appointment and didn't mention that it was sold. I wasted 5 hours driving, gas, and $14 in tolls. They didn't even apologize or offer a better deal on another car. I will tell everyone I know never to buy a car or get their car serviced here.

This is the worse dealership that I ever dealt with in my life. PLEASE BEWARE!!!! Its a new beautiful building but thats were it stops. I purchased an Infiniti Qx56 from my salesman Dominic Evancho and was promised that I would receive my license plates in about two weeks after my purchase. Well after of numerous of phone calls with Dominic the week before my thirty day tags expired and also WAITING on promised phone calls regarding my new plates and they never return my phone call is from the general sales manger - Terry Billias, Director of first impressions - Danielle Salem and the title and clerk department - Sara and Renee, all left me with a bad impression on their dealership and with expired plates. I finally received my new license plates after three days of my thirty-day tags being expired. The only person who helped me get my plates shipped was???????. I still havent received a courtesy call or an apology about my buying experience or the reason for the late plates. No one should ever witness this inexcusable behavior from a dealership. Unfortunately, I live two hours away from Beachwood, Oh so thats another reason why Dominic promised me the overnight shipping for my plates when I purchased my vehicle. Dominic also emailed me about an oil change appointment that he made that I didnt even confirm or schedule and I live two hours away. I also wasnt notified about a dent on the side door and a six-inch scratch on the rear back of the SUV before making the long trip and after making a deal on the phone with Dominic and Terry however the online pictures didnt show these flaws or did the description make note of it. I asked Dominic and Terry could they lower the price or better yet just fix those flaws and they both stated that its out of their budget and due to the low millage on the SUV and the long distance that I drove, I just continue with the deal that we made and decided to just fix the flaws on my own. One main reason why I did consider buying from Beachwood is from their online good reviews about a few salesmen such as Tom Pyle, Steve Johnson and Trevor Hughes but for some odd reason they all no longer work at Beachwood. Bottom line Infinite Beachwood, Oh needs to consider retraining or getting ride of some their staff members, so customers can always feel good about buying from them and NO I would NOT recommend them. Walking into the showroom is an absolute jaw dropping experience. The service bays are cleaner that most dealerships that I've visited! The only thing that surpasses the fine attention to detail and the luxurious setting is the sales staff that is employed here. You only have one time to make a first impression and Infiniti of Beachwood does just this. Not only are they well versed in their product, but are extremely personable. Words are inadequate to describe the experience I had and look forward to returning here many times in the near and distant future whether for maintenance or another vehicle! -2015 Infiniti Q50

Worst experience ever for me when buying an auto. Communication was terrible. I live out of state and took 3 months and 2 temporary plates to get the car registered. When the second temp plate expired,was unable to drive the car for 9 days until I finally got my plates. For 1 whole week after purchase no calls were returned to me as to how to register the car. It wasn't till I contacted a manager that my calls were returned.. After the 1st month I strictly dealt with the manager who was helpful. I couldn't deal with the salesman or finance guy because they were no longer working there.i wanted the car for the low miles and the fact it was certified,but when I got there was told the car wasn't certified even though the picture on the website showed it was. I went ahead and bought anyway for the low miles.i just hope now the car is not as crummy as this deal.

I recently leased a 2015 Q50 from Infiniti of Beachwood. I described the type of vehicle I wanted and Scott Burrows found the exact one with the color and options I wanted in less than 10 minutes. I drove the car and signed a deal which Scott, Terry, Brian and Tabitha made so easy. The whole process was about an hour. The facility is very beautiful and extremely clean. Everyone from the receptionist to the car porter treats you like a premier customer. The day I picked up my Q50 it was like an event as approximately 15 employees surrounded the car and clapped as it was unveiled to me. I really felt like part of the Infiniti family. It was an amazing experience buying at Beachwood Infinity. From having calm and relaxing conversation with my salesman James to getting all the details taken care in financing by Ray. It was extremely nice to be given all different options in buying and leasing. The atmosphere was calm I did not feel pushed or pressed to make any decisions; I was given quality of time to make my choices. The facility is looking in style; clean and welcoming. We called the dealership after spotting an ad on autotrader.com. We asked about the specific car and their policy to bring a car to us, as this dealership is several hours away. A few days later, after the paperwork was filled out we had the pleasant experience of having a beautiful Infiniti pull into our driveway. We've been very pleased with the car, and the people at the dealership were always kind and helpful. We didn't feel any pressure and the process was absolutely better than expected in every way. I'm very certain our next car will be another Infiniti and I'm recommending Infiniti of Beachwood to everyone I know in the market for a car.

The best dealership ever! The waiting area is very clean and nice, their staffs are very friendly and accommodating. My kids love this place they have play room for kids and free snacks for the customers! Very impressive! The 1st time came to this place is to car wash my car, i was impressed that day coz they treat me so nice! That's why i told my husband if we going to buy a car we definitely buy in this dealership! Steve johnson is the salesman who is very nice to us when we purchase our mazda3, at that day our old car is not in good condition but steve still help us to get the car and just trade in the old car the following day! Me and my husband was very happy finding the best dealership in Cleveland, free car wash and excellent customer service. We were shopping for a late model G37X for my wife (I already own a G35 that I love). We had an irritating visit to a DIFFERENT Infiniti dealer in the area so I tried Beachwood. The salesman, James Drake, did a perfect job of just listening to me. James made the experience friendly, pleasant and trouble-free. If you want a non-confrontational, easy car buying experience, go here. The car is but a month old so I haven't had a lot of contact with the rest of the staff but the people who I have talked to are all helpful, polite and focused on the customer being happy.

On September 6, 2014, I walked into "The Infiniti Beachwood store and left with an extended family. Upon arrival for a scheduled appointment, I was greeted with a smile and introduced to James, who from that moment on provided outstanding, caring, quality salesmanship skills. The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff was cordial, and James did not fail to continually offer the comfort amenities available during the entire process. His ability to seek out a common ground of conversation, yet maintain professionalism at all times during the buying process is commendable. On Monday, September 8th, the additional features were completed. James led me to an area, in which I remained clueless of what awaited me through the door. The staff surprise!! I cried tears of joy. I won't ever forget the kindness or the smiles I received at that moment or those I continues to receive. Infiniti family, you're outstanding!!

I had an excellent experience at Infiniti of Beachwood and especially with our salesperson, Steve Johnson. I initially drove nine cars (seven different manufacturers/dealerships) at the outset of my car search and he had a command of the details regarding all of the manufacturers and vehicles - he was a genuinely helpful resource. He was not pushy and was rather patient while I narrowed down the search and returned for a few more test drives. He knew all there was to know about the QX60 and made the process very easy. He was a pleasure to work with and after having the car (which is a fantastic vehicle) for a month, his customer service has continued at the same stellar level.

I live in Buffalo, NY and have been looking for a used 2011/2012 Infiniti G37x since July 2014. It was very hard to find a car that matches my taste as well as that fits in to my budget. I was driving to Columbus, OH to meet my friend and noticed this dealership. I decided to just check out the deals they had and the minute I stepped into the store, I was surprised by the way they received me. They were about to close in 10 minutes but Thomas Pyle stayed there almost an hour after closing to make sure that I am happy and get what I was looking for. I test drove three different G37x and I was impressed with the way they have maintained it. I finalized on a 2012 blue Infiniti and Tom helped me with all the paper work (I was 3 hours away from the dealership and he was very helpful). Even the day I went to pick the car, it was all ready and I didn't have to spend too much time to drive my car home. During the day of pick up, Tom was not able to find the spare key but the way these guys helped in finding it and shipping it to my mailing address was very much appreciated. I am a big Infiniti fan and if I buy another car, it will be with Infiniti of Beachwood. Thank you guys!

I would have to say my experience was on the exceptional side with this dealership considering I was purchasing a used vehicle from them. The staff at this location are all very welcoming and friendly regardless if you're working with them or not(as far as buying). The environment is very friendly, clean and warm. My salesman's name was Erick Willis, whom I felt along with his manager tried their best to make sure the vehicle left in my hands, in better condition that it was traded to them. The only downside is that I had to wait 5 days because of small blemishes in the paint and curb rash on the rims. The upsude is that the vehicle looks brand new because of their attention to detail. I would definitely come back here considering the perks they offer and how helpful and honest these people are. Good job on the integrity you all!!!

I purchased an Infiniti QX56 from the dealership. I live in Pittsburgh and the dealership is in the Cleveland area. The entire process of the purchase was done via phone and email to include trading in my car. My salesman, Steve Johnson, went above and beyond making the process extremely easy. Something I never expected to happen is that he drove my new car to Pittsburgh and took my trade back. All of the paperwork was already completed and just had to sign a few documents and the deal was done. It doesn't get any easier than that. I couldn't recommend this dealership highly enough. Customer service is at the top of their list.

Our salesman,James was very helpful. We feel we got a honest price, and the process did not take all day. We like our car very much, and hopefully in a few years we will be feeling the same way. The dealership was willing to wait until we got our insurance money from a recent accident, and we were very happy about that. From the moment we pulled in the drive, till we drove out in our new car, we were treated, seriously, like royalty! We knew who to ask for and he was not there at the time but was on his way back, but we were invited to browse while waiting, and were shown around by another gentleman. A few minutes later, Ken Johnson, our salesman came in and the fun started. While my husband spoke with Ken, I oohed and aahed over the gorgeous G37 Hardtop Conv. in the showroom, never initially realizing we were there to buy for ME and not my husband. We were shown all the bells and whistles of this baby, and then the dealing began. It was almost painless -- we took my new baby when we left and are now leasing it for 39 months and I can't be happier. And the entire personnel group at the dealership was awesome -- everyone was so helpful and could not do enough to be sure we drove out of there fully informed and happy!! Yes, even in the final staging area, the guys there kept telling us of little tricks and secrets that the car would do for us. And now they are moving to Chagrin Blvd. soon and I can't wait cause what we have seen in pictures looks to be pretty darn beautiful. I was content with my 4 yr old BMW (5series) and was not actively looking for a new vehicle. Accompanied my husband to dealership where he just purchased new Infiniti SUV. While looking around dealership and speaking with staff, I found myself test driving one car overnight and coming back next day to test drive another. This company is engaging in deceptive and fraudulent advertising. I went to the dealership to inquire about a preowned Infinity Q37 that was advertised on AutoTrader. Theirg add clearly states in the caption that it can be leased for $299 per month with $2495 down. This is despite the fact that it is not legal in Ohio to lease a preowned vehicle.The dealer's sales manager Terry and their sales guy Kevin Johnson claimed that it was an error and they had no idea how the add got placed. I next inquired about 3 2013 Q37 convertibles that they have advertised on AutoTrader for $44,495, approximately $10,000 off of the MSRP. When I told them I was interested in leasing a vehicle, they quoted a very high monthly payment with a cap cost more than $5,000 higher than the advertised price. The sales manager claimed that the advertised price was only good on cash sales. After going around with them a while, I left when they said that they couldn't come close to my top line of $350 per month with $3,000 down. The best offer they made was $366 per month with $3,800 down. When I asked them to give it to me in writing, they refused.This morning, I got a follow-up email from AutoTrader saying that the exact same car that I offered to pay up to $350 per month and $3,000 down for was available for $299 per month with $2495 down! This dealership is doing a classic bait-and-switch and fraudulently advertises prices that they have no intention of honoring.

I recently leased my second Infiniti. I've had the opportunity to work with Terry on my previous lease and it was professionally handled and managed throughout the life of the lease. Most recently, my second Infiniti was leased through Mariane. She was a pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating throughout the process. There were certain special requests that I had and she was able to work with me from day 1 to make sure all my needs we're met. I bought a 2010 used car from Infinity of Beachwood and paid cash in full for it. That included title fees, sales tax etc. The title was promised to me within 10 days after purchase and I was provided with a 30 day temp tag for the vehicle. Many phone calls later, non of them were returned, I have yet to get my title for the vehicle. The sales manager promised me the title by FedEx, but nothing happened. Today is day 30 of my temp tag and I am left with an expired temp tag and no means to register the vehicle! I will report this situation to the Better Business Bureau to protect future customers from similar situations. There are no words for my disappointment.

The salesperson that I worked with Mariane Finn was awesome. I told her want I needed in a vehicle and we worked on the numbers in less than 30 minutes.

I was looking for a specific used car. They had one. I spoke to them on the phone several times. This is a top notch operation. Everyone on the phone was customer focused. Made the trip to see the car. The salesmen and managers were very friendly. They allowed us to pull the car in the garage to give it a good look over. We were very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend this dealership. They have class and are a step above most salesmen in the business. I just purchased a Q50 at this dealership. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, bent over backwards to ensure that I was satisfied with the entire process. Before I left with my new car, they made sure that I personally met, and obtained business cards from the key resources: finance mgr, general mgr, service mgr etc. The sales resource that I was working with, Shannon, even offered to meet with me in a few weeks to ensure that I understood all of the bells and whistles that the new Q50 offers.

We really spent a good month of time for our new car purchase. We considered Acura MDX and Audi Q7 and JX35 but finally settled for QX60. It's really a nice car with lots of features and room on it. Being a retiree,my owning an Infiniti depends on finding an affordable used car. After explaining my needs and limitations to Erick Willis,he took the time to find the perfect fit for me and my budget. No high pressure,or trying to shoehorn me into something I couldn't afford. The service provided by Infiniti of Beachwood is second to none,and I'm sure every customer is treated as specially as I was. I've realized a long held ambition to own a G sedan,and with Erick's help,I'm enjoying driving as I haven't enjoyed it in years. Special mention also to Mitch Scolaro in service. I had just stopped by to drop off some paperwork and was going to make a service appointment,and Mitch took my car in immediately. Within an hour,my car was finished,washed and vacuumed,and I was on my way home. You'd have to search long and hard to find the friendly,efficient,and knowledgeable service I found here. I am a female consumer and from the start of the year I wanted to purchase a newer car. I was apprehensive about the thought of going alone to a dealership to negotiate the best deal. The day I walked into the Infiniti showroom on Saturday and it was very busy. Sales managers Terry and Harland greeted me quickly and courteously. They were not dismissive or curt (I pay attention to these things). My sales consultant Erick was very good. On this day Erick was assisting a few customers and yet I did not feel rushed. Harland stayed alert and attentive about what was going on. Working as a team, Harland promptly assisted when Erick was called away. He made sure I had the opportunity to test drive and ask questions on the vehicles I was interested in. When I decided to purchase my Preowned Nissan Murano, I knew I made an informed decision. Harland answered all my questions. Erick was knowledgeable and pointed out important details. He was very professional and informed me about Infinitis commitment to excellent service. He also highlighted the Infiniti Dealerships Located Where You Are" service program. This was a definite plus because its reassuring to have a dealership that wants to have a long-term consumer relationship. It was clear to me that this dealership wants to sell cars and customer satisfaction is important to them.

I had an appointment for 1pm to fix my car that I set up weeks in advance. I dropped off my car and got a loaner car. Before I left they told me it would be done by the end of the day no problem. They called me at 4pm and told me they still hadn't even looked at my car and I would have to leave it overnight. They told me they were overbooked. What is the point of an appointment if it's meaningless? What a waste of time I will go elsewhere for my service needs and if you value your time you should do the same.

What impressed me the most was every individual I came in contact with from Erick my sales rep. To terry store sales manager to rick service manager. ( I had the worst experience with lexis and Cadillac dealership ). I spent countless hours reading and reserching JX35 before I entered the dealership,thinking that I knew everything about the car. When I meet Erick I found out that there was a lot that I didn't know. I was really impressed by his knowledge and pride he took to learn about his lineup. Once it came to negotiation there was no pressure, Terry was straight forward and honest. They gave me a very fair trade on my QX56 and a great deal on my new 2013 JX35. Few days later I called the owner of Infiniti of Beachwood to let him know how pleased I was with his dealership and as soon as I identified myself his reply was " yes you just purchased a 2013 JX35 from us". This also is very impressive that the owner of such big cooperation so committed to his business and takes the time to look at every transaction. I purchased a used car from Beachwood Infiniti. I drove up from Columbus because I was looking for a particular car. I was very unsure of driving such a distance because I was afraid I would get up there and wouldn't like the car. I emailed back and forth with Erick Willis the week prior to the trip up. He was very thorough with his discription of the car and sent me pictures shoiwng the condition. I purchased the car and I love it!! It is everything I had hoped it would be. There were no unpleasant surprises. I have never enjoyed the car buying process but Erick and Beachwood Infiniti made it very easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is shopping for a new or used car.

I wasted my time . I had the written confirmation from the dealer about the lease price and reconfirmed it before going to pick up the car. The sales person then sent a mail couple of hours later stating the deal is crazy and could not be honored . Be careful of the Dealership and especially the sales person. I would never go to this dealership nor recommend to anyone. I have leased the car at the price I wanted from another dealer.

I didn't have to drive to and from the dealership and wait for my car so I could enjoy my day off. They listened to my car problem since the car didn't act up when they drove it! I would like to thank Mr. Willis for great customer service. This was the first time I had visited the Infiniti Dealership. I look at the FX35 and Mr. Willis showed me all the features of this vehicle. The reason I could not buy the vehicle I test drove was due to the negative equity in my Chrysler 200. I will definitely be back with a down payment, hopefully by October 2012 to buy the FX35. This vehicle drives very well, this was one of best cars that I have driven.
