I recently purchased a new QX80 from Jeff Roquet at Infiniti of Birmingham. Jeff was very pleasant and easy to deal with . He worked hard to find the right car and the right deal for me. He even went so far as to deliver the car to me in Panama City Beach. I would highly recommend Jeff and Infiniti of Birmingham to any of my friends.

I highly recommend Infiniti of Birmingham. Ask for Kayla Hackett. My husband and I walked into the dealership with a problem and Kayla went above and beyond to solve it. She was very personable and honest. We did not spend hours in the dealership. Kayla and Kyle Roberts had everything ready when we arrived. We would use this dealership again in the future and recommend others as well.

Zeke went above and beyond. I traveled over an hour to look at the one car on his lot and he took his time with me like we were old friends. I would recommend anyone to go see Zeke Brannon when purchasing their next car. I had gone to and spoken with many dealers before this one to purchase my next car and the dealers were mostly ill prepared. Not Zeke. He was on it from the moment he received my online inquiry. I've been a Lexus driver for 3 years but after several mishaps with my IS350 I decided it was time for a change. I decided to take a look at Infiniti Of Birmingham. Well let me just say I felt like I had known my sales consultant Kayla for years! She is the most pleasant, honest no bs person I've ever met. I can say this experience has been the best car buying experience ever actually the best sale experience in general. I would highly recommend Kayla at Infiniti Of Birmingham..... Honestly, it makes me wanna buy a new car every. The level of service is that good.

We went to Infiniti in Birmingham and the service there from beginning to end was far superior to any other dealership we have been to. Kyle was very professional when a coworker had to hand us off midway through as the other salesman's appointment had shown up. Kyle made the transition in salesmen smooth. We talked and discussed things and even left the dealership (got in the car and never made it out of the lot) before we came back and all parties moved a little bit and got the deal going. Kyle was terrific with our son allowing him to hang out and watch tv, talking with him when he had observations and questions and even offering him some food and soda (definitely the way to our son is through food!) Throughout Kyle allowed us to hang out in his office while all the paperwork was being dealt with and phone calls made to secure the loan and get everything together. He allowed me to pull out my computer and work and all the while chatted with us so we knew we were not taking up his time and offered us drinks and food throughout our time. I can not say enough great things about Kyle! This truly was an exceptional experience. He even gave us a few "perks" that normally only come with new cars. Kyle also explained that I needed to come back in and learn all about the new bells and whistles on my car and did a fantastic job going over everything once we came back in. I highly recommend this dealership and Kyle in particular!

I live 200 miles away from this dealership and when I found a used car that I wanted online, they were willing to do the entire deal over the phone and deliver the car and pick up my trade. Jeff Roquet handled the entire deal and drove over the next day, delivered the car and picked up my trade. It was right at 24 hours from my first email about the car until I had the papers signed and car in my garage. It literally couldnt have been an easier negotiation and purchase. Not to mention that I got a grate deal on the used car, but a solid trade offer. Thanks Jeff!

I was reluctant to purchase a vehicle over 100 miles away from my hometown. Tried Infinity of Montgomery, AL and I wasn't impressed with the service. Began a slow negotiation process which didn't seem to give me the impression that they were willing to accept any of my proposals to include a possible lease. I am at a loss of words. Made the purchase over the phone with Kyle in less than 2 hours. This is a first for me. The way my schedule is, I don't have time to do the back and fort thing who knows how many times. Went to pick up the car and probably less than an hour I was driving of the lot in my 1st Infinity (2015 Q50)..LOVE IT..THANKS KYLE FOR YOUR SERVICE.

It isn't often that I have had the pleasure of meeting a salesperson as dedicated as Kayla Hackett, but she went above and beyond to aid me in my car purchase! I had been to several other luxury car dealerships recently to test drive their cars. So I wasn't looking forward to another time consuming experience with a salesperson. Kayla had talked with me on the phone prior to our appointment and had a car ready to drive. She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the features. She made every minute count from the time I got there to the time I drove off in my new QX80. I cannot recommend her too highly!!

Ihad leased an Infiniti G37 and the lease was to expire on October 1st. When I took the vehicle in to have it serviced I saw another Infiniti that I was interested in. I spoke with Kerry Murphy about the vehicle and asked for some information. He provided me with information within a few hours. He also followed up with me the next day to see if I had any questions I really appreciated the service and attention Kerry offered. I went in the following day and sat down with Kerry to figure out how to get the Infiniti I was interested in and get assistance in tiurning in the vehicle in which the lease was expiring . Within 3 hours I had leased the Infiniti Q50. The transition was seamless and a deal was worked out to fit in my budget. The team efforts of Kerry Murphy, Jerry Mosely and Gary Thorne made it all happen. They worked with me and got me into the vehicle I wanted. The service they provided was professional and stress free. I appreciate all that they did to make the experience of buying a car a pleasant one.

I bought my first Infinity in 2004 and then leased my last 2 over 11 years that I have dealt with them. The salespeople are really knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to deal with. This time it was Jeffrey Roquet who was all of these. The service department is great and the work is perfect. They try to get you out in very little time! Also, love the free car wash!

I honestly thought that I would purchase my Infinity QX60 from Atlanta, as I really didn't think my local Hoover dealership could compete on price. They did... and the whole experience was actually extremely nice. Yes... a new car dealership experience was actually nice. Great sales rep. They also had to add a few items after the purchase that I requested. The service department was awesome. I have owned two Lexus models before and they don't even compare to the intelligence of the Infinity, nor the customer service received at this dealership. Bravo!!

The service department at Infiniti of Birmingham is amazing! Previously, I was a Mercedes customer, so I wasn't sure what the service department experience would be with Infiniti of Birmingham, but I am forever sold on Infiniti because of the service department. Ryan Forrester has such great customer service skills and Juliet Watkins remembers all her customers and their vehicles so well, I ran into her once at Target and we visited like we were neighbors. Even the technicians come out and greet me when I am in for a service and teach me little details about my SUV that I never knew. They are just really nice people!And for the record, they are this nice to everyone: I bought my used car from another Infiniti dealership out of state. I get treated like a VIP there, and the loaner car feature is wonderful (although sometimes the loaner cars are so nice I don't want to give it back!)I highly recommend Infiniti of Birmingham-honest people who stand behind their work!

Scott Donze is awesome!!!!!! I had and excellent experience with Infiniti of Birmingham. Unlike lots of dealers in other towns, this place is really interested in selling cars. I will and am recommending anyone that wants to buy a new infiniti, this is the place to see. These folks are serious about moving a great product. Scott is the BOMB!!!! He brought my car to me from Birmingham to Tupelo, MS. One way 2 1/2 hours and took my trade in back. What else can I say. As the King would put it "Thank very much" Scott.

The Sales Dept is great , My wife & I have bought several from this Dealership and this past summer bought 2 new ones 2 days apart. This use to be a great service Dept , but now with a new Service Manager , that's very Rude. and needs training on customer care . and warranty of infiniti. And a Service writer that doesn't really care and forgets things. Will update on how things go it's been over a week now. And nothing .

I don't know about the other salesmen, but Tad is great. Exactly what salesmen aren't but should be. He worked with me for about 5 months until the time was right to buy my car. He also cut me a very nice deal and was never even a bit pretension or over zealous to sell me a car.
