Jose was awesome. He called me to let me know they had just received a low mileage lease trade in on the exact model and color I was looking for. My mom got a great car from Brian Wilson. He is a great guy to go to. He is extremely knowledgeable of all of the vehicles and is able to help you go in the right direction to get you the car you want. There isn't anything I don't love about Infiniti Omaha. I'd be hard-pressed to buy a car any place else. The Service Dept is always great and I'm always greeted by name. They work hard to earn and keep your business. Bbuying CPO was such an easy experience the first time around that we did it again.

Working with the whole staff at Infiniti is just a pleasure. The minute you walk in , they are taking care of your needs. I'm on my 2nd SUV, the service department is awesome, although my vehicle has never had any real issues. I just got a new Q60, love it, Brandon Hall had it delivered to me, and they walked me through all the new options on it.......that's what I call service. I had a wonderful experience in purchasing our new family 2011 Toyota Camry Hybrid. The whole Infiniti staff was great, and very helpful in the decision. I want to say thank you again. My previous buying experience at Carmax was not enjoyable and I felt like I was herded around and just didn't feel like I was real important. My sales rep was Jake Wise and from the moment I told him what I wanted, the cars I would need to trade in, Jake went to work to find exactly what I wanted. Within a week of our first contact I was sitting down to finalize the transaction. Unknowingly, my driver's license had expired, making it impossible for me to drive the car home. Jake offered to deliver it to DesMoines the following day as soon as I emailed a picture of my renewed license. By 3PM we were going over the papers I still needed to sign in a Perkins. This is service that the dealership can use as a model of concern. I cannot speak highly enough of this young man who will go far in this business. When I asked him how long he had worked for Infiniti of Omaha, he said eight years with a big smile and great pride.

Nick Hoy was our salesman. He went above and beyond to make sure he met our needs. He didn't try hassling us into a car we weren't interested in and since we purchased the vehicle outright, he didn't even bother bringing anything up about financing. I actually had other dealerships refuse to sell me a vehicle because I wouldn't finance it. We really appreciate all of Nick's help with the car and then Maria's help with the financials. My wife and I just purchased a used Mazda 3 Grand Touring edition from Infiniti of Omaha and had a great experience. Being a younger couple it could be intimidating and frustrating going to a dealership and get the feeling your being taken advantage of or not getting proper attention. We never had this feeling once when at this dealership. We were able to choose from a wide range of vehicles not only from Infiniti but other makes and models they had in inventory. Pat Badie was the associate that helped us and made the whole experience efficient, comfortable and fun. We came in on a Friday and test drove multiple cars that Pat was able fit within our style and budget. He gave us options but made is simple and understandable. During the test drives Pat was knowledgeable about the cars features and specifications even if it wasn't an Infiniti. We called Pat shortly after leaving the dealership and let him know we had chosen one of the cars he showed us. We scheduled an appointment the next day to complete the deal and come pick up the car. Infiniti and Pat had all the paper work already prepared for us to get in and out as quickly as I have ever experienced when buying a car. The car we were purchasing was nearly out of its initial warranty. Infiniti was able to offer us something they call a platinum warranty, which covers pretty much anything that could go wrong with a car. (We ended up purchasing this as it seemed to be well worth the value) I would recommend buying a car from this dealership and buying from Pat Badie, full experience was of the highest quality. We expect to have this car for several years but will be back to see Pat and get our next car from this dealership in the future.

This is the second purchase we have made from Infinity of Omaha. Both experiences were outstanding. This time we met with Andrew Wilson, as well as other people along the way: Maria, Chad, Brandon, and a traveling finance person (sorry-his name escapes me at the moment). All were part of the "team" that walked us through everything, and led to the purchase of our vehicle. Andrew has been our primary contact for this purchase. He knows everything about the features in this vehicle (Q-70) and demonstrated several 2 or 3 times until I "got it"! We left knowing we had purchased the vehicle we really wanted. When we returned days later to have tinting/Dura Shield done, Andrew had been watching for me. He had the loaner car and paperwork done so I could get on my way quickly. I returned a few hrs later, and Andrew was at the door with my key and came out with me to look over the work that had been done to assure everything was satisfactory. It was! The whole experience was exciting as I drove away in my brand new Infinity!

We recently purchased a used 2015 BMW X5 from the Infinti of Omaha. The car was exactly what we were looking for and we have another BMW and love them. The warranty they come with is outstanding! We worked with Amanda and she was terrific. But once we got to the finance and paper work part of the deal, everything went down hill. When we were dealing we were very clear that we wanted the lowest loan rate possible and knowing that going into this my husband and I both have outstanding credit scores. When we went to sign papers, Drew presented us with our loan which was at a high interest rate. We questioned what banks or other financial institutions he looked at and he couldn't tell us. He said the only way we could get a lower interest rate would be to buy one of their maintenance programs. We explained we didn't want that because it wasn't necessary because we are familiar with BMWs warranty. Drew began to argue with us about the coverage. We were frustrated and after having sat there for three and a half hours we just wanted to get out of there. We decided to sign and go refinance with our bank. I did find out that after speaking with Maria that Drew is no longer there and the day we were there was his last day. It was very clear that he didn't care. Maria was suppose to be working something out like free oil changes to compensate us. She called me once and left a message, I returned the call and left a message. We have never heard back from them.

The process of buying was fairly quick, and there wasn't much wait time.I even got to take the car home with Tags on it on a Friday, and come back Monday to fully go through the purchasing deal. I took my QX56 in to have the A/C problem diagnosed. I was told there was a $121.00 fee for that.They didn't tell me about the Misc. charge of $21 for shop fees. They then quoted me a price to fix the problem, that I am having done elsewhere for half the price. I love my SUV, but it is time to start looking for another brand for my next vehicle.

I leased a G37x from this dealership 3 years ago. I had a great experience with the dealership. Other dealers kept changing the deal in the middle of the negotiation process, but at Infiniti of Omaha, they followed through on everything they said. I loved the G37x, but we needed a 7 passenger vehicle now. Pat Badie suggested the QX60. I leased one a fewweeks ago. It is also a great vehicle, and I had another positive experience at Infiniti of Omaha. I wanted a little extra equipment and a 12,000 mile per year lease, and they were able to deliver.

I bought a Volvo from Kelvin at Infiniti of Omaha. I began working with him online, and he was very courteous and helpful with any questions I had as I shopped through different vehicles. When they posted the stats about the Volvo, it had just been traded in, and hadn't had any photos taken yet. He was willing to take some pictures on his phone and send them to me while it was being detailed so I could decide if it was worth my time to come in and test drive it. Once I did, the entire staff was very friendly, and I was able to negotiate a fair deal and take possession of the Volvo that same day. Within the first week, a couple of mechanical issues arose that were not previously apparent when I bought the car. Mike Moore, the used car manager, took care of it as soon as I contacted him. I dropped the Volvo off on two separate occasions, and they had a loaner vehicle ready for me. They were able to get the problems fixed, and I couldn't be happier with the car and my experience buying from Infiniti of Omaha!

We were looking on Cars.com for a used red, Kia Soul for my daughter's first car. I found a 2012 with 22k miles on it at Infiniti of Omaha on a Wednesday. I originally emailed back and forth with questions with Kelvin Nesbit. By Friday, we decided to go and see the car and we live about 3 hours away. Kelvin was away for a few days, so I spoke on the phone with Mike Moore and worked out the final deal points prior to us driving to Omaha. Once we arrived, Mike turned us over to Jake Wise. There was an issue with the front rotors on the car, which Mike had the service staff promptly replace. In the meantime, we had to return our rental car which we had driven to Omaha and someone from service came and picked us up and took us back to the dealership. Shortly thereafter, the rotors were finished and we were on our way. So up and back home all in one day. Kelvin, Mike and Jake were great to work with. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to make us comfortable an happy and I felt like we got a great deal on the car. Thanks for a great car buying experience for my daughters first car!

I had leased a JX35 from this dealership 2 years ago. It was a nice vehicle, but the size was not big enough for my family. I started researching what larger vehicle would fit our family. I deemed it would be either a Cadillac Escalade or Infiniti QX80. We decided we would prefer the QX80 because my wife enjoyed so many safety features that her current Infiniti had. Also, when it came to working with Infiniti of Omaha it was easy. They were very fair on trading in our vehicle. We were able to come to terms in a timely manner. I had the day after Christmas off, so they made sure to accommodate my time schedule so that I could come down and purchase the vehicle. I live about 2 hours away so it was nice that they worked around my schedule. Everyone in the dealership was great to work with. My sales person was Jake and he was easy to work with. We had outgrown this vehicle and decided we needed to move to a QX80 or an Escalade. My wife and I decided the QX80 would be our preference if we could come to terms with the dealer. They were fair and fast with evaluating our vehicle. We were able to come to terms on the purchase of the new vehicle on the phone, since I am over 2 hours away. We setup to pickup the vehicle the day after Christmas, because I had that day off. Everything went fast and smooth. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Everyone we worked with was professional and courteous, but also very personable. One thing that seems small, but I really appreciated was that they let us take the vehicle for a test drive without anyone going along. I went to test drive a QX60, When the salesman came out he treated my Daughter, Daughter in-law and myself with such respect. I asked if I could go for a test drive and without hesitation he ran and got the keys, For the first time in all of my years of buying cars he let me test drive it without a salesman in the car. I know that doesn't seem like a big deal but to me it is, we wanted to be able to listen to the music loud and just feel as if we already owned it. Well in a few short hours we did. My wife recently had her Chrysler Town and Country totaled due to an accident. We've looked at several car dealers both new and used and nothing appealed to us until we visited Infiniti of Omaha. When we got to Infiniti of Omaha we were greeted by Rian White and Kelvin Nesbit with open arms and a very welcoming attitude. With this kind of service and attitude, we felt that we are valuable and not just another paying customer. We mentioned to Rian and Kelvin what specific vehicle and options we're looking for. They said they'll look for the vehicle and call us when they find one. Within 2 days, Rian called us and said that he found a vehicle that we'll be interested in. This made our life easy because we trusted him and saved us time and effort from going all over the place looking for a car/SUV ourselves. Upon arrival at Infiniti of Omaha, Rian White was there waiting to greet us along with the SUV he found for us. I'd never seen my wife eyes lit up for a car, but that afternoon she fell in love with the SUV (Chrysler Aspen) that Rian found for her. I would like to share a short review about a vehicle I recently purchased from Infinity of Omaha, through Mr. Vincent Seufert. Upon seeing a vehicle I thought fit my needs, at a fair price I contacted the Infinity store. I was surprised to receive a quick reply from Mr. Seufert who was on his day off. After deciding to drive the 60 miles to look at the car, we were pleased to find it exactly as described. Being a person who has never enjoyed the process of negotiating a car price, I found the process surprisingly quick and concise. I left the dealership with a good feeling about the deal we had made, and more so, the courtesy we received from everyone we encountered at Infinity, from the receptionist to the sales manager. My wife and I had some extra time one morning, so we ventured into Infiniti of Omaha to look at an FX37. I had spoken with Vince a few times via email and phone, but he had no idea we were coming, as it was a very last minute idea. He made us feel as if we were the most important customers he has ever had (I'm sure we weren't). He actually recognized my truck when we pulled up (from pictures I had emailed him) and met us at the door. He quickly located the vehicle we wanted to see and before I knew it, we were on a test drive. When we got back, they were already inspecting my trade-in, we walked inside and started negotiating. During the negotiations, I received a call and actually had to leave for about an hour. Vince actually let me take the FX we were looking at to run our errand (this certainly didn't hurt his odds of selling the car), and I really appreciated it. Upon arriving back at the dealership, he immediately sat back down with us and we completed the negotiations process. Negotiations were a fairly typical back and forth process, but it went quickly and the deal we arrived at was very fair and my wife and I felt good about it. Rion, the finance manager was great to work with as well, cut us a nice deal on an extended warranty, gave us great financing, and had us out the door before I knew what happened. There has been excellent service after the sale, and I dare say I can't wait to go back to say hi to everybody. Everybody who works there seems very happy and friendly. Everybody we interacted with was very professional and polite. Maybe it is just due to the pedigree of the vehicle we were buying, but I've never been treated this well at any other dealership, and I'm no stranger to buying vehicles. My only suggestion for improvement is to add a play area for small children, but I was assured they are already working on it. Go to Infiniti of Omaha, as for Vince, and enjoy your experience and your new car.

He showed me a Clean carfax and that it was a one owner. All the service had been done at Infiniti and it was traded in on a new Infiniti. I purchasedd a used 2004 G35 from Steve. The first time I drove it at night, a couple of days later, I discovered one headlight and one reverse light were out. I went back to the dealer and asked Steve if the car had been inspected. I was told that the car came from the Lexus dealership in Lincoln and they should have done the inspection. When I explained the problem to Steve, he promptly reassured me the problem would be resolved. I immediately pulled around to the service bay and Jeramie took my car, asked if there were any other issues, and gave me a loaner. Dan recently sold us a 2011 Corvette. I had noticed the weekend dealer ad in the local newspaper. I called, left a message, and Dan called me back in short order. Dan convinced my wife and I an overnight test drive was warranted. We returned the next day, negotiated a fair deal, and Dan took it from there. The car was detailed...again, while we waited for the Finance mgr. to finish the paperwork with us. The wait was longer than appreciated, but to be fair, the dealer was busy and a number of customer transactions were ahead of us. Dan came out and demo'd the features/options, took us through the owner manual highlights, and passed us the keys for good. Overall experience was great, and we will do business with Dan again someday!!!

We have been working with Hassan since early, 2012. He has been very patient with us in our quest for the perfect QX56, keeping us informed on any certified vehicles that came available within the price range we gave him. He has spent hours giving us the pros and cons of several other comparable vehicles and I would definitely recommend him to any of my family and friends. He definitely wants to find the right vehicle that fits the customer's needs and is not just looking for a quick sale. We will be very loyal to Hassan for all of our car needs going forward because of this.

Purchasing a new vehicle can sometimes be a stressful experience. Not so with the staff at Infiniti of Omaha. We were treated great from the time we stepped on the lot. Quite frankly, we didn't think of Infiniti initially. Just happened to stop by the dealership on a whim. We spoke with Dave Kroll and Hassan Igram, they suggested the new JX. We took it for a drive and really liked it, but we weren't ready to make a decision yet so we continued looking at other vehicles. There was no pressure at all from Hassan, just a follow-up phone call.We ended up back at Infiniti and drove the JX several more times before we purchased it. Initially we ordered our vehicle from the factory and were prepared to wait until late Nov for our new vehicle. On Oct 23 we received a call from Hassan telling us that they had located a vehicle that had all of our options and it was enroute. We picked it up the next day!I can't say enough about how well we were treated by Hassan and the rest of the staff at Infiniti of Omaha. They certainly went out of their way to earn our business. First class all the way.

I came in to look at an FX. They had a sliver one on their site that caught my eye. Jose came out greeted me at my car and showed me the FX. It had more miles than I wanted and didn't have the navigation, I told Jose that I w looking for an SUV in that size. I told him all the feautres I wanted and he check to see what was in stick. He pointed out a white explorer that just got traded in. It was a little bit higher than I wanted to spend but it was loaded and an employed had just traded it in. We went for a drive and he showed me all the features it had. I fell I love with the explorer. We went to lunch to think about it and decided it was too good to pass up. Jose and everyone at Infiniti Of Omaha took good really care of us!

Beautiful facility. Great with appointment times. Friendly. They washed the car after service. Full open snack bar, nice cushy leather chairs, big TV while you wait. Bathrooms are clean. I have no complaints with any work I had done.

David Kroll, a manager, who assisted in the negotiations, was not high pressure and helped us all to work toward a fair deal with a satisfactory outcome for both the dealership and us. Brandon Hull, the General Manager was welcoming and was a visible, involved, accessible manager who let us know the dealership would "earn our business", and they did! While being a bit under-stated I always knew Infiniti's were quality cars. What i didn't know and wasn't comfortable with was the Infiniti dealership. When we first arrived we were greeted happily by a gentleman named Zach. We weren't exactly sure what we were looking for, but after a few questions he landed us on the QX56. I couldn't believe all of the toys on this thing! Zach was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and very professional through and through. We never felt pressured, and he always kept us laughing and having fun. Yes! We had fun buying a car! I can't believe I said it. Car buying shouldnt be fun, should it?So, what started out as a visit to an unknown dealership turned into a great experience. While we had absolutely no intentions of buying that day, the service and quality of the vehicle was too good to pass up. They were fair on the trade in price for ours and even took some off of their sticker price. All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend Zach and the rest of the dealership to anyone looking to buy a luxury vehicle.

I have been to the Infiniti of Omaha dealer multiple times and they have all been great experiences. My last visit I bought a used car from them. If you go there definitely ask for Max. He's honest, straightforward and easy going. I would highly recommend this dealership for buying a new or used car, we've had some really bad experiences with pushy salesmen at other Omaha dealers, but my experience has always been enjoyable here. Bought an SUV from Infiniti of Omaha and had the worst customer service I've had in a long time. The car that I test drove was filthy on the inside with stains that could have been easily cleaned up, the windows were so dirty on the outside it wasn't safe to even test drive. The sales associate that I worked with knew nothing about the car and in fact would state that it had something when it clearly didn't carry the features after having to ask 2 other people who work there. When I found the car that I did want we went to go talk about the price and the deal was too good to pass up despite the horrible customer service. She was checking her Facebook when I was trying to talk to her, she answered a personal call while I was trying to fill out the application with her and then said that she is terrible at typing and made me input my data into the computer for her. I had a few problems with the vehicle and when I would call the secretary was a little rude and said that she didn't know how to help me and that there are too many people here to know who I specifically talked to the last time to help me she then hung up on me. When I took my car in to have the problems fixed they gave me a vehicle for the day and it had no gas in it and was filthy as well! I had to pay to fill the car up with gas just to get myself back to work while they worked on my car.If I am going to invest thousands of dollars in a dealer, it is only appropriate that the dealer maintain a level of professionalism and customer service. I will say that the business manager Rian was very professional and answered all my questions. His customer service was excellent and I appreciated that he exhumed a level of professionalism that should be a standard for the rest of the dealership.

Infiniti of Omaha and Heathers team where very professional and did not try to over impress, over or under sell. Above all they seemed to respect me as a knowledgable customer and did not question my intentions..and I had no reason to question theirs. As a result I was able to agree to a fair deal within a few hours in one visit! I emailed her that morning and by EOD had signed papers. This is optimal customer satisfaction!

My purchase is not complete as I have not picked up my car yet, but so far Heather has been exceptional. She called several times to make sure I was still coming down, she was honest and helpful and they were quick with giving me a decision on the negotiation. I have hated buying cars in the past as I don't like the "game". I am a salesperson and the old saying "you can't sell a salesman" is true. The manger even came over and introduced himself at the end, which was impressive.

Several years ago, I noticed a used G35 online at this store. We went down to take a look and liked the car. But, because we were dressed in jeans and t-shirts, they never really treated us like we would expect. It really felt like they didnt want to work with us; not sure if they thought we didnt have money or if they thought we were below them. We finally got them to throw us some numbers..... The best they could do was $1,000 over MSRP on the used car and $2,000 under trade in value for my trade in. Look, I understand how dealerships works, I understand they are in business to make money, but to throw those numbers out and give us the attitude of "take it or leave it", we walked out. The wife really wanted a Silver G35, so we decided to put off trading in the car until we found one. Again, this one was at Infiniti of Omaha. We called down there and told the new salesmen of our last experience, and stated we didnt want to waste our time if they were going to treat us the same way. I was assured the "old" manager was fired and a new one was there; he wanted our business. So we drove out there and low and behold... it was the same manager! We decided to look at the car anyways and see what numbers they threw out..... Same outcome as before; 2k under trade-in and 1-2k over retail. We asked if they would negotiate. They said no, those are out final numbers. While the customer service was slightly better the second trip, everything else was the same. Thank god that a silver one arrived at another dealership the next week. We got normal trade and 1500 under Retail for the G35. This is why we never returned to Infiniti of Omaha. Too bad for them, not only did they lose a sale on a G35, but I just bought a M35 a few days ago.

Im extremely shocked by the dealership Infiniti of Omaha NE!!! I found a vehicle they had posted on cars.com and called in about it. We began to negotiate a price and were willing to pay what was being asked however we had yet to see any pictures of the car. The sales woman Jose informed me that the car was in cleaning and that as soon as it was finished she would send us the pictures. Mind you this had all transpired in only one day. The next day when the pictures didn't arrive I called her to find out what was going on. She informed me that she made a mistake and the vehicle didn't make it in to cleaning yesterday but instead went this morning. She then promised to get me the pictures that afternoon or at the latest first thing the following morning. At around 9am the following day I received a txt from her informing me that she was sorry but the vehicle sold sight unseen and that she would have called herself but that she had lost her voice?? I've been lied too before by car dealerships but I believe that this one takes the cake. I strongly advise anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle to look somewhere else because honesty isn't a principle valued at Infiniti of Omaha NE.
