Just had the best time buying a used car from this dealership, the sales person treated me like a person not a pay check! Just came from a dealer down in Oxnard and it was the complete opposite , they didn't look me in the eyes and they lied to me. The guys at Infiniti of Thousand oaks were straight forward and went above and beyond, I will tell my friends family and anyone interested in a great new or used car to go see Phil Mechanick and he will surely take care of you.

Last week I leased a new Q40 from Infiniti of Thousand Oaks!! I couldn't be more pleased with the attitudes of all the people I interacted with, from the Sales Consultant, Micky Krunsbruner, the Personal Assistant, Travis Lee, the Service Consultants, Julio Ramirez and Alba Ramirez, and EVERYONE ELSE that I had the pleasure of interacting with and don't have their names. They made doing business with them more of a pleasure than the normal dreaded event. The Q40 is my 4th Infiniti with this dealership. I wouldn't have come back if I wasn't pleased with the customer service!!!!

I have had one of the best buying experiences at this dealership, they could not have been more accommodating, so good that I had my dad and a friend of mine also buy cars from them. keep up the great service.

Seriously - the service is awful. They are rude, they nickel and dime and they have poor follow-up. I had a mercedez and lexus previously and this is not even comparable. The service is just plain bad. It's like they cannot be bothered and it's too much work. Ick.

I recently purchased a G37 at Infiniti Thousand Oaks. Rob Grimes provided me with top notch excellent customer service on the acquisition. He was authentic and genuine in his sales approach which made for a no stress, no hassle purchasing experience. All the other staff I encountered were warm and friendly. There are three other Infiniti dealerships closer to me but it was worth the extra time and effort to travel to Thousand Oaks. I highly recommend them for your Infiniti purchase.

Sold me a used car that had a "clean" CarFax report. They said they had a 128 point inspection done to "Certify" the car. Everything looked good except for a small scratch along the right rear quarter panel, so I bought the car at fair market value. In less than a week I started having problems with the driver side window. When I brought it in to have it repaired, a detailed examination by the mechanic showed that the car had been involved in at least one, if not TWO, accidents. He showed me where the new skin was put on the driver's side door from the metal being crushed at some point. That's why the window was doing weird things. That scratch in the rear quarter panel turned out to be a CRACK in the BONDO that had been done over the rear quarter panel. Then the mechanic showed me where the chassis had been bent and how the hood of the car no longer lined up with the rest of the body. When I went back to IoTO, I asked them if they KNEW all of this when they sold me the car, they said "Well, it has a clean CarFax" report." As if the car couldn't have possibly been in an accident simply because it wasn't reported on CarFax. Then I asked how ALL of this car damage was MISSED with the "128 point inspection" and I wanted to see the report. They were unable to produce it. To make matters worse, the sales manager, Jim, flat out told me it was my responsibility to find out everything about the car before buying, and Infinity isn't required by law to TELL ME IF THEY KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR! To say that this completely blew me away is an understatement. IoTO sold me a wrecked salvaged car as an undamaged vehicle and they, 100%, believe that this practice is OKAY . Reviews online show that I'm not the first person that this dealership has done this to. Caveat Emptor indeed... from a Thousand Oaks Dealership! Avoid this dealership at all costs.

A+ Dealership, The Service Dept goes above and beyond to help you. I will never go any place else. I thought I would write a review I usually don't but because of how nice everyone was and how they made me feel like I am part of a family, I felt I should. I got a flat tire around 6 the service dept was about to close and they put me in a loaner car and sent me on my way. It was so fast I didn't miss my dinner plans. Thank you Infiniti Of Thousand Oaks.

I bought my Infiniti G37 convertible from Thousand Oaks, I was impressed of how kind and friendly the GM was and how hard she and her sales team worked to help me get my dream car. I was so impressed I sold my Infiniti G35 (new) from Miller Infiniti and and went and got another Infiniti from T.O. For my husband. My lease is up soon for my convertible and I will be back to T.O to get another one out, I can't see myself or family going to any other dealer I just love the GM Ms. Donna Williams a very nice, smart lady who makes anyone feel like family. Service staff always aware of what needs to be done, I am very protective of my car and they pamper me and my car.... I always send all my friends to Thousand Oaks because I know they will all be treated the way I have been with respect and dignity. I give this dealership not 10 out of 10 I give it 100% try it and you will see why you will continue to go back each and every time. Suzan M. Worst customer service. I own an M45 I bought when living in Dallas, TX. Sewell Infiniti in Dallas knows how to take care of customers, however, NOT SO at Infiniti of Thousand Oaks. I bought high performance tires sold by Infiniti and I take the car only to Infiniti to be worked on and a tire developed a bubble middle of the tire wall. They tried to say it was possibly from a curb yet the tire has no marks or rubs and upon taking the car to Chatsworth Tire for a second opinion, they informed me it was a defective tire and developed under the pressure of the tire in a weak spot from manufacturing. The manager of the Thousand Oaks service department would not come out to discuss in person. They said I should call the tire manufacturer and discuss replacing it. They try to put the responsibility for their faulty product on the customer when they are at a loss. But when your car is the type that doesn't need an oil change for every 5000- 7500 miles, they have their people call and recommend changing your oil every 3000 miles. If you tell them you are on a no call list, they continue to call and try and sell service you don't need.I would NOT recommend this dealership and will not purchase another Infiniti because of my experience dealing with Inifiniti of Thousand Oaks. If I could give 0 Stars I would. The worst type of customer service. Purchase and get Service somewhere else!!!!

I recently purchased a brand new M37S. After bringing it home, I noticed some scratches and discolorations on the bumper. They said no problem, just bring it in and we'll fix it free. After getting it back, I noticed more discolorations and scratches (new ones). They said no problem, they'll fix it (again). I got the car back (again), the sales manager Victor Garcia wanted to be present to make sure it's all perfect. Some of the scratches and discolorations were still there! His first remarks were "that's the best we can do". I'ts not even fixed! I became irate and started to say I wish I never bought this car and wanted to return it. Victor replies by storming off and says "get the proper paper work" to return the car. I never heard from him again and the GM hasn't even called to apologize or alleviate the problem. So I was forced to call their consumer affairs department to get my problem fixed. Let's not forget that I haven't owned this car for more then 2 weeks. I had to send pictures to consumer affairs to get further action, I'm waiting for a reply. Oh, I forgot to mention this is my second time calling consumer affairs on them. The first was because I wanted to order a spoiler for my car. They gave me a price for the parts and labor but I wasn't sure at that time. So after speaking with my wife, she agreed I could buy it. So I called back and they gave me a different price for both parts and labor! The guy who gave me the price said he thinks he gave me a price on a different spoiler (there's only one they offer). He doesn't call me back, so I call and he gives me a different price but not the same as the first time. So now I've been given 3 different prices for the same part and labor. So that's when I called consumer affairs and they handled it for me. But I just got my car back today and the spoiler isn't even on good! The ends are coming off! This was the biggest purchase of my life and I'm completely regretting it. Don't make the same mistake as me, go somewhere else and buy a car.

I purchased a car from IofTO and less than 2 days later I came to find out that the run on the window was broken and they didn't disclose it. Called the dealer and they said to bring it in.. I did so, and paid for my own rental car because they refused to give me a loaner. Two days later picked up the car only to find out they didn't do JACK.. same broken runner, the mechanic just tried to push it back into place. After calling them, they told me they had to order the part and to come back in a week and they'd give me a loaner to make up for the inconvenience. At 5pm the evening before I was supposed to drop off my car in the morning, they notify me that now they're NOT giving me a loaner because they decided they didn't want to. So I had to pay for a rental again AGAIN. The kicker is that after 2 visits they have still failed to fix a $59 part, but have now cost me $400 in rental cars. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Julio is great to work with. He is always very friendly and looking out for my best interest when it comes to parts and service. I feel I can trust the recommendations he provides and the work is always top notch. Val at the service desk is great to work with also. She is very helpful and friendly.

After being contacted by the general manager Donna Williams and Brad who saw my poor review of my experience at their dealership, she called me and wanted to see if she could turn around my bad review. She made sure I was well taken care and I was able to go home with a car and a much better opinion of that dealer. Thank you, Donna, John, Jim, Kevin and Mark and the guy (didn't get his name) who prepped the car right before closing. Thumb's up for this team!

Scott Murphy is an excellent and knowledgeable salesman. My husband and I walked into the dealership and was greeted professionally with an introduction of his name and a handshake. He showed us the cars we were interested in and allowed us to test drive each one ! Yes, he was also a live tutorial with all the facts of each car we drove. His knowledge of the navigation system , stereo, I pod, engine, speed, trunk space, etc. is exceptionally impressive. Scott is also a very patient man and kept a smile with respect towards us at the final sale of our new G 37 Sport sedan which is fully loaded. Not only did we get a great deal , we experienced a genuine , kind, and honest Infiniti saleman; Scott Murphy. He should be named as Employee of the month and receive a big bonus for his efforts. Will we buy again? Yes. Hopefully Scott will still be working at Infiniti Thousand Oak.The Ingels Family

Matt is the man!! I really need not say anymore. He has helped me buy my 4th car. This guy knows his Infiniti's inside and out. Matt was able to show me how to pair my bluetooth phone unlike the my previous BMW dealership, who just said it's easy follow the instructions.Rock on!! COD 5 is on the way......Thanks Matt!!!

Bought a 04 G35 from these guys after being referred by CarsDirect to the Fleet department. I had visited this dealer before walking in the front door and was slimed by the usual sales slime. The fleet guys were totally different. Everything was up front. They let me test drive all the cars I was interested in, found me the car with the options I wanted, gave me a great deal even showing me the invoice and the extra dealer incentive (got the car for below invoice). Dennis and Luciano were very nice. Since I was coming from the fleet department the finance guys were totally straight up with me and no games. All in all a pleasant experience. The service department has been pretty good too. I will probably by another car from these guys.

I bought a used car here. Bob Levy, the salesman who sold me the car, turned out to be the stereotypical scheming "car salesman", leaving an unpleasant feeling after dealing with him. He was annoying during negotiations, and if I hadn't wanted that particular car, I'd have not dealt with him.I was also promised the second remote key to the car (this remote key costs $300); but then after the sale, that was conveniently forgotten. He started telling me stories about why they still might have to contact the previous owner to get a key (??), and telling me to talk to other employees of the dealership. Very tacky. Whether they lost (or even never had) the key was not my concern; I was promised a second key, and they failed to deliver. After two months, they finally simply said "Sorry - you aren't going to get your other key. Good-bye."Bottom line: be cautious about doing business with Infiniti of Thousand Oaks, and avoid dealing with Bob Levy at all costs.

Typical 'Low End Car' dealership ... and they say they are competing against MB & Bimmer ... haa!If you dont play by 'their' rules you are not welcome! You have clearly 2 choices 1. Take the car ... the way they have it ... for the price they want you to payor2. Get the hell out of their showroom ... remember to grab the door on your way out because no one is holding it for you ... unlike when the first time you walk in ... 'someone' is ready to bend over backward ... holding doors ... offering a coffee or a soda ... not anymore
