I had an easy time finding my new Mini Cooper here. The staff are super nice and both Rory & Garland were incredibly helpful in finding the right car for me that I love to death! Garland the sales manager also put all my decals on my car perfectly and went over a lot of neat accessories I could get to match my car. Rory really knew everything about my car and went over everything with me cuz it's my 1st time with a Mini Cooper and there's a lot of cool functions that I didn't even know it did. Everything was quick & easy and I definitely recommend International Autos to anyone else in the area looking for a Mini Cooper. They had a great selection and everyone is very friendly!

I was interested in a used car I saw on Cars.com and requested more info. The dealership acknowledged my request and told me a salesperson would follow-up. No one ever did. Drove by the lot a few days later and the car was still there so I stopped to look at it. Dealership was closed at the time. With my schedule of travel I need to conduct business via Internet. This dealership doesn't appear to handle that very well.

My Sales contact was Mr. Aaron Vrhovnik. He was very pleasant, professional and helpful during my discussions and eventual purchase on 2012 Cayenne S . He took the time to explain all the features. Aaron exceeded my expectations.I am very satisfied with International Porsche's support during my purchase.

I must say I usually don't write these reviews but my car buying experience was so pleasant that I felt compelled. I purchased a 2014 Maserati GT sport and the experience was excellent in all respects. Trevor Erickson was my sales person and really goes above and beyond what I have seen from any other sales person in the past. He is terrific. The entire staff in fact was friendly and courteous and everything was very professional from the moment I walked in. I felt very comfortable with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Maserati.

I couldn't have asked for a better sales experience purchasing my beautiful pre-owned Porsche Cayman S from International Autos, working with Aaron Vrhovnik. After shopping at my local Porsche dealer and again at a dealer in the Chicago suburbs, I made the long trip to Waukesha from Central Illinois to purchase the car. The Cayman was detailed beautifully and ready for the drive home. Aaron was extremely professional, patient in answering my many questions, and a very pleasant individual. Financing was very smooth working with the Finance Manager, Jeffrey Santos. Jeff was efficient and not "pushy" in any way. I am confident in recommending Aaron and International Autos to anyone. I had a great experience buying from this dealership in March of 2014. My dealer was Aaron Vrhovnik and pretty much everything was done over the phone prior to me picking up the car from Chicago. Car was as described and transaction went without any issues. Aaron was very knowledgeable and super friendly to deal with while not being pushy like many other dealers can be. I would definitely recommend going to Aaron if you are interested in Porsche or Maserati.

Great experience. I worked with Carl; top notch throughout the entire process. I was specific in my needs and Carl hit it out of the park. I wasn't haggled, didn't have to go through several hours of negotiating. Very satisfied with my Infinity and with International Autos-Waukesha.

Had a good sales experience with Trevor Erickson. Smooth transaction, great car.Later, after a poor service experience at the dealership, general manager Larry Mackowski was very helpful in making sure the situation was remedied.

On May 3, 2013, I took my 2003 Mercedes-Benz S55 in to have a ABC issue resolved. I drove the car in with a noticable lean on the left rear. The right rear, front right & front left were all normal height. Within about 30 minutes, the service advisor John A Bell came to let me know that they "killed my suspension" by letting out the presure from the ABC system (they drop the presure to 0.0 psi). He stated that "your ABC pump is now dead." Guess what? The car was now sitting flat on the ground with some damage to all four wheel wells, 4 tires, undercarage and other mechanicals. To my shock, Mr. Bell presented me with a repair estimate for $3800.00 for damage they caused. I drove in with a car that was drivable with a extremely smooth ride quality and now had to have it towed away from International Autos - Mercedes-Benz with significant dealer-caused damage to my vehicle. Mr. Bell said, yes it was drivable when I got to the dealership, but they "killed the ABC pump" when they tested it. My cost for an International Autos Mercedes Benz induced "low-rider': $89.99 less 10% PLUS $128.00 towing charge. Mr Bell actually charged me to make my S55 UN-DRIVABLE! Buyers of Mercedes-Benz and those who need service, beware of this shady dealership and service center. Word to the wise, shop elsewhere for MB service, parts and cars. Go to Concours or Mercedes-Benz of Elmbrook. Word to Mercedes-Benz, this is not a dealer you need on your roster of dealers as they have a pure distain for your product, revenue and reputation. Word to lenders, beware of funding offered to this organization, as many customers will not buy nor service product from them, making it more difficult for them to repay bank loans. Loan Defaults coming soon. Don't offer them loans or raise their rate to protect yourself. Negative or -5 Stars is my rating.

I went over to international autos last weekend to look at a used porsche.Was met there by Jason Mayes who is there internet sales manager.He was very nice and patient and best of all honest about the car and not pushy.Ending up buying the car on the spot after a bit of haggling.Overall very satisfied so far. Been only a week...so if things change will then post an update.

We recently purchased a 2010 Infiniti from Chris at International Autos. We went into the store interested in a used Infiniti Q56. Chris was very knowledgable about the Q56 and the history of the particular car at which we were looking. He was not pushy and took a lot of time with us and encouraged us to look at some other cars on the lot. He had a small mark on the car repaired and ordered a different set of floor mats for us. We took the car home in perfect condition. The dealership was a pleasure to work with!
