My wife and I decided we wanted a Honda Pilot EX-L. Irwin Automotive group had great reviews, and they had the color and interior we wanted, we walked in via an appointment and Seamus responded very promptly. We were able to work out the deal fairly easily and the process went very smoothly and quickly. Seamus at Irwin was prompt, courteous, professional and attentive to our needs in purchasing an auto. The entire Irwin team was very professional and courteous. Most certainly would venture there again to purchase another vehicle.

This was my first time buying a car and it was a somewhat difficult experience for me because almost all of the cars that I was interested in had already sold. Despite this, Acadia Laraway continued to help me find the perfect car and answered all of my questions with more than just a one word answer. She gave me tons of information, was very helpful and told me everything I needed to know. She was very nice and knowledgeable about the cars and the features that each vehicle had. She took her time and I didn't feel rushed at all. Acadia even followed up with me a couple of days after I had taken home the vehicle to make sure everything was going well and I was enjoying the vehicle. Josh in Finance was great as well. It was quick and easy, he was very funny and explained everything in detail. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Irwin's to my friends and family.

Got the best deal on a new 2021 Toyota Sienna ever! Sales, specifically, Ben Flagg, honored the online pricing that was 5k less than sticker price. No pressure, no BS, take a car and test drive it by yourself as often as you like. They were knowledgeable and answered all questions honestly. A mention and decent offer on financing and extended warranty, but no pressure. Will definitely recommend to others.

I found all the people here very friendly and anyone is more than willing to help you out. I tried out several vehicles my first day there. All vehicles and features were explained in depth, even though I wasn't buying the vehicle. Differences were explained thoroughly and comparisons were explained well. My experience with Irwin Automotive was excellent. Their service department is outstanding & has always treated me right. My sales associate, Tom Staples, was wonderful when I purchased my new Ford Escape. He provided excellent customer service and was top notch! I went into the dealership Friday night and the next morning I was able to drive away in my new car. Not knowing exactly what I wanted, I first went through the online department to narrow down my car search. I would highly recommend do this in advance it saves time on the lot knowing which cars specifically you want to look at and test drive.On Arriving at Irwin I dealt with Howard Cullen who guided me throw the process. Howard was very patient, and at no time did I ever feel I was being pressured or talked into anything. I would recommend going to Irwin Automotive and asking for Howard if you are looking for a new car.

I purchased a new RAV4 hybrid from Irwins. I was looking at this particular vehicle for months. I was unable to come to an agreement as to price with my local Toyota dealer in Rutland VT so I started searching online for different Toyota dealers. I was first contacted by Kristina from internet sales. She gave me a price $4,000 less than any of my local dealers. So, I drove out to Laconia NH and met with Craig. Craig looked at my car for about 5 minutes and told me he would honor the price I was given by Kristina. I felt like I couldn't in good faith negotiate the price at this point because I was already saving $4,000. So, I shook Craig's hand and a few days later he had a driver deliver the car to my place of employment (3 hours away from Irwin's). When the driver delivered the RAV4 to me he took my subaru that I was trading in back with him to Laconia.This couldn't have been an easier buying experience. Craig, Kristina and the manager at Irwins were wonderful. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from Irwin's and I've already told all my friends to check them out. I did purchase this vehicle in cash so I can't speak to the buying experience if you will be financing a vehicle.

As a 20 year old girl, i had a lot of apprehension about buying my first car from a dealership! Car salesmen can have a reputation for being pushy and sneaky and Irwin was none of these. I was treated very professionally and my salesman, Craig Lachapelle, was super nice and made the entire experience so easy. There was no pressure at all. On top of that, they cut my pre-approved finance rate in HALF! Dennis Marhefka was also incredibly helpful, getting me a rate and payment manageable enough that I could afford a great warranty too; again, no pressure at all.After I had bought the car and gone home, I began hearing a noise in the rear driverside wheel area. I had a terrible fear that I had been ripped off and sold a junker; but when I contacted Craig and the service center, they scheduled me right away and the fix was covered by my warranty. I am amazed at how well this whole process went. I had been car shopping for months, waiting for the right one, and now I am so grateful that I waited! The only thing better than my experience at the dealership is the pretty new 2010 Toyota Camry that I get to call mine! I don't see myself getting another car for a few years, at least, but when I do.. this will be the first place i look!

I had a really great car buying experience at Irwins. I have never purchased a car through a dealer but based on the positive reviews (and they had the car I was looking for in my price range) I took the 2 hour trip from my home to check out the car. I'm really glad I made the trip! I worked with Glenn Buehl who made the car buying process so easy. He took time to explain all of the features of my new car to me, was able to answer all of my questions, and encouraged me to reach out if I had any questions in the future. The Finance department was also really great to work with, explained my options in detail and again, encouraged me to reach out if I had any questions in the future. I will defiantly keep Irwins in mind when shopping for my next car (hopefully that won't be for a while though). Thanks again!

Thank you Steve Pouliot for helping me find the perfect new SUV! After driving a Ford Escape for 10 years it was time to find a new one. I was extremely nervous about taking the plunge to get a new vehicle, but Steve let me test drive a couple of vehicles and helped me choose the best one for me. I walked in on Monday morning and within a couple of hours had chosen my new Escape, financed it and was on my way. Steve took the time to point out all the new features my old Escape did not have. After 10 good years, it was time to replace my car. I knew the car I wanted and found a few similar vehicles at a couple dealers, some much closer to me. I drove up to Irwin to test drive the car and met Chris Kelley. He was really easy to deal with and definitely no pressure. He was very helpful, and worked with me on pricing. I waited until the next day to make my decision, but after meeting Chris and based on the research I had done, I knew the pricing at Irwin really was competitive, I decided that was where I was buying. I have had issues with the dealership I purchased my 2013 ford focus. With them telling me my car was fine. I went to irwins in laconia for a second opinion, whom in return disovered that my suspicions were correct. Luckily they ordered the parts and fixed my car. Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. We were shopping online for a used Hyundai for my daughter, and found several good deals at Irwin. Drove down that morning and purchased the first car we looked at. Very competitive price on a very low mileage Elantra. The sales rep said there was absolutely no room to dicker on price, but he did so none-the-less. I have been an Irwin's customer since 2003 when I bought my first Toyota. This spring, only two years into a new loan, my Ford Focus was totaled on a patch of black ice. I was left with no car and no down payment, not a good situation. In addition my credit took a nosedive this year due to a variety of family financial problems. Finally in August I managed to come up with a nice down payment and hesitantly approached Irwin's. I was embarrassed by my miserable credit and nervous that I would be unable to get a car loan. I have to say that despite all that this was the best car buying experience I have had and that's really saying a lot because I have never had a bad experience at Irwin's. I walked through the showroom door and immediately received a warm welcome from Chip Wilkin (first day on the job!), who is first and foremost an extraordinary customer service specialist, and just happens to be a great car salesman. Chip is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and very helpful. He certainly de-stressed me and made the entire process very smooth. I was in the showroom on Thursday and driving my beautiful Tucson home on Friday. We are lucky to have a dealership like Irwin's right here in Laconia, and Irwin's is lucky to have Chip on their team. I won't do business anywhere else.

Poor customer service and zero customer loyalty. They want your loyalty but do not consider the customer may expect the same. Made the trip to Manchester and made the deal same day. No hassle or issues. Can no longer recommend Irwins as a quality customer service driven dealership.

I purched a used vehicle at Irwins and the salesperson Buddy was amazing with his honesty and knowledge. He put me into the exact vehicle to meet my needs and how much I wanted to spend. Had alot of issues with the vehicle before I was able to take the vehicle and alot of phone tag with other employess that were responsible for the repairs and the service person that I spoke to was the rudest person I have come across in 63 years (unable to name him due to he wouldn't devulge his name) but as far as sales Buddy was awesome. The wait was worth it because the vehicle was in excellent condition.

Great, great, great experience at Irwin's Hyundai yesterday! Have owned an SUV for 20+ years and had been looking for couple of months to transition to a car. Wanted comfort and luxury and found both in the 2017 Sonata 2.0T Limited. Once we decided on this particular vehicle, we shopped several Hyundai dealers in VT, NH and MA and Irwin Hyundai offered the best price and trade in value for my Tahoe. I live in VT but traveled to Laconia, NH to purchase my new Sonata. Couldn't be happier with my car and the service from Steve, Scott and crew at Irwin Hyundai was superior to any of the other Hyundai dealers we visited. Will definately recommend to my friends. The service was good, however, i think that the technician or technicians should keep in mind the following: if you need to adjust the seat, please put it back the way you found it, also, if you need to perform a system check , please return to the original setting, i happen to keep it set on the mpg screen.

Our experience was a terrific one. Michelle Whitney was our sales person and she was very helpful and knowledgable about the car, she took her time with us and didn't rush us. Great Experience with Irwin Auto Group. Having just moved from Maui to Vermont, we were looking for a 4x4 for the upcoming winter. Got in touch with Stacey Clark at the Auto Group, about a used 05 Toyota Four Runner. Right from the start she was so helpful. She went over the car to check everything possible for me before I made the over 2 hour drive to see the Car. It was exactly as she said. She also pointed out a small rust spot above the rear window, which the body shop repaired immediately for me. Put a deposit down, and returned the following wk. Stacey came in on her day off to make sure all went smooth with our financing, which was also a great experience. The 4 runner was detailed and filled with a tank of gas, how great is that!!! I also have to give a shout out to all the others who helped with the sale, from the young salesman who took me for the test drive, body shop, all the way to financing, great experience. I just leased a toyota rav 4 and worked with Glenn and Josh at Irwin Automotive Group. Glenn was very thorough in explaining all of the features of the car and helped me set up the blue tooth system to my phone. He also stayed after hours to help me with paperwork and setting up my insurance. Josh in finances helped me as a family friend would. He was honest, knowledgeable and funny. I felt like I was being well taken care of at this dealership, which is something that has never happened for me. They made the entire experience fun and easy as well as financially possible. The building was clean and comfortable with a waiting area and refreshments. Glenn gave me a tour of the whole location so that I would know where to go for service, repairs, maintenance, etc. They are good people helping you to find a car that will work for you without pressure.

I recently have my 2015 Toyota Camry SE in for a Front End alignment. The need for the alignment was pointed out to me when they did a routine service about 2 weeks prior. Shortly after getting the alignment done, I had to travel the interstate for approximately 45 miles at speeds ranging from 65 to 70 mph. I immediately notice that my Camry was riding a lot better than the previous two interstate trips. They took my care in when scheduled and had it back to me on time. I waited at the dealership while my Camry was being fixed and the time went by quickly. Their waiting room is equipped with Satellite TV, Computers, and Wi-Fi. The restrooms are always kept clean.

Glenn Buehl was an excellent salesperson for us, especially after we had left Grappone Toyota very disappointed and disillusioned. We had been their customers for over 20 years. Glenn was extremely knowledgable about our Toyota Tundra, showing us all the features from under the hood to the rear bumper. He rode along with us on our test ride, continuing to tell us about the vehicle. Doing the paperwork was a breeze and once we had finalized the deal, he came out to the truck with us and programmed our telephone to blue tooth and explained how to program the radio. I selected a Hyundai Elantra and applied online to get pre-approved and Mark Faro made it so simple and he got back to me in just a short less than 45 minutes. I made an appointment for the following morning. I met with Scott Forrest and as we talked, I learned he has over 10 years selling Hyundai and he is and has been an owner of the brand as well. I was impressed to learn he just traded in his 2002 for a new model, so I think it speaks well for the brand.Scott was an absolute charm to work with. I thought we would go for just a quick test drive, but he took the time to show all the details of the car to bottom before we headed out. We went into an open parking lot and he impressed me by showing me how great the steering is doing a complete 360. No vibration, resistance, squealing. He carefully reviewed all features on the steering wheel, such as the cruise control, the voice activation system etc. He showed me how to set up blue tooth, all the multimedia type of options. He even showed me down to the smallest details of how lock and unlock the child proof doors. Scott seemed more like an experienced trainer than a salesman trying to make a sale. I was sold!I met a number of the staff who were all very kind and pleasant and this one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I procrastinated for a long time buying a new car. I now kick myself for not going to Irwin's much sooner. Thank you Irwin's for making this car buying experience so wonderful! I definitely will be happy to share this experience with my family, friends and coworkers.

I found the exact vehicle that I wanted and Stacey did an excellent job fixing all of my original complaints about the vehicle purchased. After I put a deposit down on the vehicle Stacey made sure the check in with me on how much my monthly and down payment would be. I was very impressed to see her effort in making sure I was happy with everything through out the buying process. If anyone goes to Irwin Automotive I would suggest asking to work with Stacey Clark. She is a saleswomen that allowed me to chose the vehicle I wanted. She did not try to sell me on anything over my budget or wantings. Stacey was a fairly new saleswomen when working with me and I never would have known that if she did not tell me, she seemed very experienced. Last week my son and I began our search for a new vehicle for him. After visiting several different dealerships on our list we came to Irwin Auto and from the moment we stepped into the showroom I knew we were in good hands! Tom Staples went above and beyond to get my son into the perfect car for him.. My son is disabled and Tom was sure assist in finding a vehicle that was user friendly to accommodate his needs (my son uses only one hand to steer therefore Bluetooth with voice commands is imperative for safety). Tom was knowledgeable and took all the time needed to teach my son how to use the technology. Financing was worrisome for me considering my son's income is low.. Tom reassured me that he and his team would do everything possible to get the financing on the terms we needed and so they did!! I saw a car on cars.com and I called the dealership for more information. I got connected with Joe, we negotiated most of the things via text message, and he responded as soon as I messaged him. The whole car buying process was delightful. I ran into a hurdle because my credit wasn't the best, but I had my sister co sign and the interest rate was great so I went with it. Throughout the whole process Joe was patient, he wasn't pushy just for a sale, he was really making sure I was comfortable with the process. On the way up from boston I took a bus to NH so I could just drive the car home. I lost my phone on the bus and Joe came to the rescue because he knew someone who worked for the company, so I got my iPhone back. If you're looking to buy a car and want to be treated like family, I would HIGHLY recommend going to see Joe and his staff at Irwin.

I had run into transmission problems with my current vehicle, and was looking at $4,000 to get it back on the road. Mind you the vehicle was only worth $3,000 and I was upside down another $3,000. Needless to say my day to day stress was on the rise as I was approaching one week with no wheels. I walked into the Hyundai dealer 45 minutes till close on a Saturday, and in just under an hour my salesman Mike and manager Tim took all my troubles away getting me into a brand new Elantra. They all but buried most of negative equity in rebates and trade in. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put forth that day for me. The stress of having no car to drive back and forth to work was beginning to take its toll on me. I had been to a couple of dealers before who just didn't seem to want to work with me. At the end of April, I began looking online for a new RAV4. I looked on several Dealer websites and found two important reasons why I decided to communicate with Irwin. All of their reviews were very positive and the car I was interested in had all the bells and whistles I was looking for. I communicated with Irwin and received a response within a very short period of time advising me that I would hear from Mark Faro for pricing on Friday, May 6, 2016. I received a telephone call from Mark on Friday morning giving me the information I had requested and establishing a date and time for an appointment. Mark was very professional and responsive! On Friday afternoon, my husband and I met with Glenn Buehl, test drove the RAV4, received a trade in value for my car, and worked with Glenn for an end purchase price. This was a very positive experience. Glenn has a very extensive knowledge of this car and spent much time demonstrating how everything worked. It just amazed me that he knew that car inside out! He was filling my brain with all this good information. Thank you Glenn! We picked our car up on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, meeting with Glenn and then Chris in the Business Office to complete the transaction. Chris was also very professional in conducting the transaction. Glen again spent more time going over all specifics of the car. This has been my first experience with Irwin and i am pleased to say it is only the beginning of our partnership! He was very informative and was able to get me the Prius3 I was looking for with all the extras that I requested. I have purchased many, many cars from many dealerships over the years. I love cars. Through my car buying experiences, I can honestly say that there is not another dealership anywhere that can stand-up to Irwin's Hyundai located at 446 Union Avenue in Laconia, New Hampshire. Last week, I went with my daughter so she could purchase another new car from Irwin's Hyundai. While waiting on her paperwork, Mike Denauw and I joked around about me buying another new car. My Hyundai was just over two years old. I told Mike it was impossible for me to trade my car without getting a huge payment. He smiled and said, " I bet we can not only get you into a new car, but I bet we can get you a lower payment too." I knew from my previous buying experience with Irwin that Mike wouldn't jerk me around like that. Mike Denauw and Tim Snow found me a brand new Hyundai that was equipped with all the bells and whistles anyone could want, including a DVD players in the headrests for less money per month. I was absolutely floored. Mike Denauw and Tim Snow were outstanding. They treated me with the utmost respect and were sensitive to my budget. They worked the numbers like magic and came up with an unbelievable deal. It was hassle free, straight forward, and fast. A week later, I went back to pick up floor mats that I ordered. Mike and Tim greeted me at the door. The young lady from the service department brought out my mats and offered me a lower price because she found a coupon or something. Jokingly, she told me she could not install the mats because my floor was dirty. She vacuumed my car and installed the floor mats. Her caring personality was a breath of fresh air. Buying at Irwin's is like being part of a big family. They truly care about their customers.

I just enjoy having my Surburan, GMC, Denali 2008, serviced by Bill Salta, and Quick Lane. I had my summer tires put on and had them aligned and balance. During my ride home, it felt like my Suburban when it was knew, just a great ride and smooth. I also needed my 2017 vehicle inspection, i had one light bulb replace and i was ready to go. I have the utmost trust and respect for Bill and his team. I dropped my truck of at 10:00am and picked it up at 3PM as planned. Also i enjoy being picked up by your limo fleet and dropped off at my home, the drivers are courteous and seasoned professionals. I already have an appointment to have my wife's Infinity Inspected and serviced on Thursday, so that she's ready for those long summer trips.

This was my first car buying experience and it couldn't have been better. From the start when I expressed interest in the car Kristina Cassidy got back to me right away and made sure the car was available for me. I have heard a bunch of horror stories about car salesman but when I got there on Saturday Scott Forrest was nothing like the stories I have heard. He was very knowledgable about the car and I was very confident in him. The most important thing to me is that I didn't feel pressured at all by Scott or anyone else. I just took my new F-150 in for it's first service appointment at Irwin in Laconia. I was very pleased with the whole process. From the on-line scheduling, to the quick and detailed service and attention that I received when I arrived at the service department. They took care of the oil change and multi-point checks in about 25 minutes. I was cheerfully greeted and walked through the process by Jim O'Keefe. The facilities are neat and super clean. Hot chocolate and coffee were available while I waited. Upon completion, Jim gave me a full run down on all the items that were checked. I even received a FREE coupon for a car wash. Super service and super efficient, THANKS guys!!!

Good news is that my wife and I bought a good certified pre-owned car for a good price. Bad news as follows: Day one: My wife and I show up to look at a specific car that we found online and asked to see it. The car was listed for sale but we were told right away that the car was not ready for sale because it hadn't been cleaned yet. As we looked through it, we found dog hair all over the back and garbage in the center console. No problem, the car ran well and looked mechanically sound. We told the salesman that we weren't ready to buy that day, and didn't have our trade-in vehicle, but we would be back the next day prepared to buy and trade-in. He had the day off so he introduced us to someone who would be there. Day two: We called in the morning to check when the car would be done with cleaning and the rep told us that it would be around 3:30. We went to the dealer then and were assigned a new salesman. Our first concern was that we were rushed through a signature process without any real explanation of what we were signing. After we interrupted and asked, we found out that we signed a form with our trade-in value. We were given a very weird explanation of the trade-in value determination and it sounded made-up. Either way, we liked the car and price so we continued. The salesman checked on the finance department and we were told that they were busy at the moment. An HOUR AND A HALF LATER we were informed that the finance department was too busy and we wouldn't be able to purchase the car. We reluctantly canceled some plans and made an appointment for 5pm the next day. Day three: We show up at 5 and were again told that the finance department was busy. We decided we would take another look at the car. DOG HAIR AND GARBAGE were still in the vehicle. The salesman immediately sent the vehicle back to cleaning and the problems were addressed. We came back in, waited ANOTHER HALF HOUR and finally made it into the finance department. Fortunately, this was the easiest part of the process and we made it out a half hour later. Summary: we got the car we wanted for the best price we could find in the area, HOWEVER the cleaning of the vehicle was handled very poorly and way too much of our time was wasted in the buying process. We're just happy it's all over. I recommend this dealer for the prices but don't expect it to be quick and painless.

I'm very unsatisfied with my experience at Irwin Hyundai. I went in to look at a used veloster and I didn't even get to look at it. I didn't get the salesman's name because he never told me what it was. He went right into checking my credit (which I found out the next day was good enough to purchase a car, since I went to another dealer). I explained to him that I'm paying 24% apr right now and was looking to get a 'new' car with a lower interest rate. He told me before I left that there was nothing for me there and if I were to get into another car it would have 'more problems than the one you have now'. I went in to trade a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, it only has a few scratches on the front from someone backing into me in a parking lot and leaving. My car does not have problems and I felt that he was just being very rude. He didn't try to explore other options with me or make me feel comfortable at all. He was very condescending! What I got from my experience was that he was trying to get me out of there and not trying to sell me a car at all. I am very unhappy.

Corey Twardosky deserves the Most Patient Assistant Service Manager Award! I currently dealt with the Check Engine light coming on in my Subaru for the past month or so. Every time I called to let him know the light was on again, he was very understanding and very accommodating to my needs. He did everything he possibly could have to solve this problem. I will definitely continue to call him when our cars need to be serviced.

Had a horrible experience at Irwin Toyota Service today. Beware of this company. Made an appointment for routine service and a recall item inspection, and was told it would take an hour. When I got there for the appointment they didn't have a record of the work to do on paper. Then, after an hour and 20 minutes of waiting, I was told me they could not do the inspection, and that it would be a bit longer for the routine checkup. This was the third time I made an appointment for the steering Toyota recall inspection and they reneged on doing it after I was there each time. A lot of wasted time. Assistant Service Manager Bob Abbott said I would have to come back for another time and it would take a couple of hours. I swore at him in a pique and said it was never coming back. He said I was rude and should "step outside." Never going back. Beware. Horrible service.

Having called to see the availability on a late Friday appointment to service my vehicle knowing it was a long shot I was told by a representative yes we can help you. I had inform them that I was in Manchester and travel time would have been 40 minutes. The representative ask me to hold and return to the phone and said no problem just come at that point it was 10 minutes after 3. The representative had told me that they close at 4 but that would not be a problem. I drove and walked in their service department at 3:50 and I spoke with the counter person who was standing next to a mechanic and both agreed that it would not happen today. Although the customer service representative at the counter was apologetic and gave me a blue certificate coupon for a free car wash and said that he wanted to give me something for my troubles and also stated that 3:30 was the cut off time . I was thankful. But although I kept my, I did say out loud calmly that if the cut off time was known to be 3:30 I sure wish that somebody would have called me so I would not have traveled 35 minutes further than my home to come here to go back home. They said thank you I will see you tomorrow for my appointment to be completed. 10 minutes after I left I received a phone call from Bob Abbott who was very apologetic and pleaded with me repeatedly to please come back. He stated the customers service was not given to the standards that he believes should have been. He also stated please sir do not go all the way back home come here and we will take care of you. I said to him several times that is okay I understand it's Friday and people want to go home and he stated again Bob stated that's not how we operate we made an appointment with you and we will keep it. So reluctantly I did go back and they service my vehicle and we were very apologetic again. I believe that there are representatives out there who really go over and beyond but I question whether you're going to say shins that they represent truly understand just how good they have it. Bob Abbott definitely feels those shoes of a gym behind the scenes for the company he works for thank you.

Geoff Cunnigham at Irwin Motors was great to work with. My initial contact with Irwin Motors was online. I appreciated the fact that they did not require a phone number as I hate being called by sales people. They got back to me with a low price via email, right away. I arrived at the dealership late on a Thursday and Geoff Cunningham stayed after hours to put a deal in place. I tested vehicles and Geoff has really helpful through the process. My truck was ready to go the next day. I shopped vehicles within a three hour radius of my home. I traveled over an hour and forty minutes to purchase my F-150 from Geoff. They beat their competition's price by a considerable margin. There was no pressure and Geoff was very matter-of-fact. He could not have been better to work with.

Brought my F-150 in for its first 5000 mile service. Was in and out in 40 minutes. the Service Manager, Jim O'Keefe, did an excellent job by informing me of what was done. Recalls were checked and none found. Oil and filter, tread wear check and multi point inspection all done. And Jim informed me that two technicians, not one, performed the service. I was very pleased with the fast turnaround.

My 2012 Ford Fusion recently went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. Lloyd Miles was very thorough when he reviewed the results of my multi-point inspection. I have been leasing my cars at Irwin's since the 1980's. My experience yesterday exemplifies one of the reasons why I have continued my relationship with Irwin's. I had an appointment to have a state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. I received a friendly greeting when I arrived at the service desk. Robert Abbott was the service advisor. I waited in the very comfortable lounge area that is equipped with overstuffed leather chairs with arm desks, big screen tv, Wifi, and a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of drink options. My service was completed in a very timely fashion but was thorough. When I collected my vehicle's "report card" and bill, Mr. Abbott reminded me that I could apply money from my Owner's Advantage program. In addition, I always appreciate receiving my free car wash coupons. I left, knowing that my car was in perfect working order.

I was greeted by Dillon Jussaume - courteous, professional as always. The tech who performed the inspection on my RAV4 made a point of telling me that all went well and about the approximate mileage left before brakes need to be done. Dillon followed up with the explanation of today's service and the checkout was fast. I won't go elsewhere for service. Am always treated respectfully and trust the service and recommendations I get.

i felt nickle and dimed when I went it for an inspection recently as they charged me 30 dollars labor to change two lights on my license plate plus the parts. On a previous inspection they forgot to affix the sticker until I came in again for a 15k overhaul. anyway I have found the vehicles really great and the buying experience mostly easy but service though friendly and prompt has been less than fullfilling.

stopped in just to see if we could get out of lease early and go from a corolla to a rav4 and stay in the same payment or close. Scott Hayward was first to greet us and thought what we did, that a much nicer car would increase our payment quite a bit. After a while of very hard work Scott Hayward came to us with a surprise, that after all his tireless efforts he managed to find us the perfect rav4 at an awesome price!! perfect colors and options that we were looking for! I recently needed to have routine service done to both of my family vehicles. One of which was purchased at Irwin's and the other previous to moving to New Hampshire. In both cases, the service received at Irwin's is exemplary. The fact that one vehicle was not sold by them makes no diffference in the quality or cost of service. My personal service consultant, Bob Abbott, is outstanding in his job. He welcomes me every time I come in, understands my vehicles, and delivers something sadly missing in most encounters, genuine customer service. In my opinion, he is as are his collegues, the greatest asset Irwin's Toyota has in their business.

Recently I ordered an F150 Lariat at the Irwin Automotive Group in Laconia, NH. Last week the truck arrived. Throughout the process I found all the employees at Irwin to be profession, courteous and focused on superior customer service. Prior to discovering Irwin, I visited three other Ford dealers near where I live. None could compare with both price and service. Although Laconia is a 90 minute drive from where I live, I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Irwin. Ordinarily I find purchasing a vehicle to be somewhat stressful. That was not the case this time as I worked with Chris Kelley, Product Specialist at Irwin. I big thank you goes to Chris for a job well done!

My inspection is due in a couple months and he said it could be done now while I was here. I now have a task done that would of required another appointment. The waiting room is comfortable. I had my 25,000 service done along with the replacement of 2 tires and a new rim (compliments of a nice pot hole!). Lloyd Miles at Irwin's was awesome! He took care of my needs while dealing with my frustrations over the need for new tires and a rim. He walked me through the process and did so in a timely and professional manner. I first went to Irving Hyundai to have repairs made to my 2009 Santa Fe. The Service Department exceeded my expectations. The Assistant Service Manager Bob Cote explained to me what they found wrong and then took me into the Service area introduced me to the Technician servicing my vehicle and then the two of them explained what was wrong by showing me the parts needing replacement and then explaining the repair process and time involved. The Service area was clean; the personnel were polite and professional in both their appearance and actions. During subsequent visit to the dealership for service to my car, the service department continued to exceed my expiations always providing polite and courteous service. When it became time to replace my car, the fine service I received by the service department at Irving Hyundai made me look no further. Again the experience was above my expectations, Adham Darwish listened to and answered all my questions, explaining all my options, as we discussed the inventory the dealership had on site that meet my requirements. I never felt any pressure to buy and the price I was offered for my trade in I felt was fear. Once I made the decision to purchase, Adham made the process go smoothly, answering questions and explaining the operation of the systems associated with the new vehicle, sometimes repeatedly. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this fine dealership.

We were treated fairly, and it felt as though Tom worked for us and not the dealership. He was fighting to get the price where we needed it and he did!! I highly recommend Irwin's, and Tom Staples! When it came time to sit down and go over the banking portion of the deal Josh Glazier was as professional as it gets. He was able to get us the rate we deserved, and then some. Again, it felt like Josh was on OUR team and helped any way he could. I recommend asking for both of these individuals when you are at Irwin's looking for your next vehicle.

What a pleasure it was to do business with the Irwin Automotive Group! I was in need of a vehicle to replace my 2010 Kia Forte. They were able to set me up with a great 2014 Toyota Certified Corolla for only pennies more than I was currently paying. It was really the best price I'd found in 3 states. I appreciated the friendly and patient service I received from Ryan. (I'd explained to him that I left a dealership just the night before dissatisfied because the salesman was trying to pressuring me to commit that day because "I'd never see an offer like that again." [How wrong he was!]-- and he was completely OK with me taking as much time as I needed to come to a decision.) I make it a rule never to make large purchases like this the day of the receiving an offer. But this offer was too good to refuse so I purchased the car and drove it home that day. It's wonderful to know that you've scored a great deal, but it's even better to know that you are supporting a organization that is committed to doing what is best for other's and the environment. Irwin has given back more than a million dollars to the community and it uses environmentally friendly methods in it's workplace. Things that are important to me. Nothing against my local store, but they're nothing special. Bought 4 new cars there. When we had problems with 2 of them, they basically did the minimum, which I expected. I bought a used Hyundai from Adham Darwish at Irwin Hyundai a couple of years ago and had a problem. Again, I expected the minimum. Instead, I was completely blown away. All the reviews will state that you get a great deal, a pleasant experience, and friendly environment, all true. This one let's you know that they will go the extra mile if they can to satisfy you AFTER the sale, and that means a lot to me. When I wanted a new Hyundai, it was easy - call Adham! The car was waiting for me, the experience was painless, and I know if I have a problem, if Irwin's can't help me, nobody can! Worth the drive.

I recently had my truck serviced there. When I got my truck back my steering was not locked, which I didn't realize until I had to break suddenly and my steering pushed all the way down. I wouldn't think that coming from a Ford dealership service I would have to inspect my truck after it was repaired. I was also displeased with the fact after the part on my truck was replaced that it was not fully tested and verified that everything worked properly. It did not and I had to drop off my truck again the next day. On the key drop off form I specifically wrote to make sure that my steering wheel gets relocked after the service. It again was not, again. I would recommend that you fully inspect your vehicle before you leave the dealership after a service.

Yesterday I was able to get a great deal on a New Leased Ford F-150 XLT. I was able to exchange my 2013 F-150 STX which still had a full year left on the old lease, reduce my monthly payments significantly, and drive away with a beautiful upgraded F-150 XLT. Bob Travers was great throughout the process he knew what I wanted and what my bottom line budget was and he worked hard to get me the vehicle that I wanted at a great monthly lease rate. I have previously purchased cars with other local dealers and had great experiences, today I couldn't get what I wanted so I went to Irwins. Adham came right outside and greeted us. Very friendly! I looked at a couple cars, test drove "the one" and was ready to sign. The facility is beautiful inside- would have liked closed spaces to meet, it's all open. But I was in and out rather quickly. He took great care and detail in providing just what I was looking for.

I started my search for a new car a couple of weeks ago. I did thorough research on vehicles AND dealerships through the internet. I inquired of numerous dealerships and as you can imagine, I was contacted in various ways by all of them. Kristina Cassidy from Irwin reached out to me in a very welcoming way and through the back and forth emails she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Another dealership in Manchester offered to beat Irwin's price but I was turned off by the reviews on them. The last thing I want is a bad afternoon with pushy car salesmen. So Kristina scheduled a time and I went in to the showroom and was greeted by Adham and he was able to quickly find what I was looking for by Kristina's detailed info. Within 30 minutes he explained to me the features of the vehicle, a 2016 Sonata Limited with a mid level package. We went for a 10 minute ride and I loved the car. He was extremely experienced in the sales process and very smoothly transitioned me into Scott, the finance guy...another good guy. I had financing in place going in but Scott found me a better deal and had it done in about an hour. I sat down with Adham and signed off. They had the car reconned and I was set to go! I was shown the extended warranty programs and actually selected one but at no time felt pressured or obligated to buy one. These guys have been doing this for a long time and are really nice, helpful people. Oh yeah, I drove 100 miles to make this deal with them and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Do your research on dealerships and hear what people have to say before you buy. Dealerships don't make the car, they help you love what you buy and feel good about the deal. Salesperson Howard Cullen was awesome, he listened to my needs, he knew his product line, discussed with me all of my options to meet my needs making it easy for me to see the actual deal I was getting. There was no high pressure and the whole Irwin team talked to me sincerely, honestly, intelligently...not talking down to me or like some dealers have in the past. The financing and paperwork quick and well explained and was done in about 5 minutes, very professional staff and experience. I got a good deal on my new 2016 Toyota and a very good and fair price for my trade. Just completed a purchase of a vehicle at Irwin Hyundai (Union Ave). We went in on a Sunday and initially met with Mike to test drive. A lot of dealerships are not open on Sunday so this was a plus for us. There was no appraiser on property to review our trade in but Mike efficiently took the information on our trade in, assisted us in filling out proper paperwork and stated that the dealership would contact us with numbers the next day before 12pm. We received a call on time and immediately were very upfront about what we could do monthly. Irwin worked with us and made our monthly happen. We initially were not intending on buying a warranty but after seeing the plans Steve had to offer we went with one. There is some great coverage for minimal costs. Steve was very professional, interpersonal and not at all pushy. My husband and I really appreciated how seamless, expedited, and comfortable the whole process was. Would highly recommend this dealership.

My husband and I had reached the limit on our current car. We needed a newer car and fast. There was no high-pressure sales, our salesperson, Adam was great. He listened to what we wanted, what we could afford, and didn't try to get us in something that we couldn't afford. The finance department was great showing us several different options and plans, while still staying in our price range. I brought my vehicle in for service at 1:00 pm, the time of my appointment. Mr. Abbott had all the pre-service paperwork completed in less than 5 minutes and my van in for service 5 minutes later. I work for a company that supplies it's managers with a company car which is for for someone like me a good job as I didn't own a personal car. The company changed it's policy on cars and I needed a car ASAP. The reason I say this is because I am from Ireland and have only been here a short time, too short to establish enough credit to buy a car. I walked into Irwin in Laconia NH and met a man called Steve Dudley, right off the bat this guy was really interested in my needs and went back and forth to his bosses on my behalf to try and get me the loan for the car I needed. I was there a couple of hours as Steve and his team worked hard to get me the loan but it was to be unsuccessful. The hole time Steve was running around and working his butt off, never passing me by without keeping me in the loop, During this time Steve showed me a different type of car sales man as he showed me he was not out just for commission (which is how these guys make there living) he really wanted to get me into a car and really wanted to help showing me the human side to car sales men. I left the store and thanked him for all he tried and left. I could see the sad look in Steve's eyes that he could not help me. I was at work the next day and Steve Dudley called my office to speak to me, I said "Hi Steve" and Steve said can you get to the dealership ASAP not only did Steve get me a loan for a car, Steve went above and beyond my expectation and got me a car way above what i was looking to afford or buy. within 45 minutes I was signed up and out the door in my Chevrolet Equinox and I love it. Thank you Steve so much for going above and beyond. you change my thoughts on car sales men and made this hole experience smooth and easy, As long as Steve remains with Irwin of Laconia NH and I remain here I will go to no other than MR Steve Dudley.

I just purchased my first "respectable" vehicle from a dealership. I was worried for sometime as i have heard that the process can be long and painful. My experience at Irwin's, and specifically working with Chris Kelley, was the Polar Opposite. Chris was extremely pleasant to work with. He was honest and straightforward. From the moment i walked in the door, to the moment I drove off the lot. (in my 2013 Toyota tacoma!) He was more than willing to work with me as a first time buyer, and was not pushy, or eager to get the sale. He made sure this was the vehicle i really wanted, and did everything in his power to have me in it that day. While i was in there, the floor was extremely busy. Chris had his fair share of work cut out for him that day but in no way did it compromise his professionalism. Chis has drastically changed my outlook on car dealerships, and i strongly recommend him to anyone, old or young, experienced or inexperienced. You will not be disappointed. Leased a Santa Fe from them, brought it back three weeks early. We had it detailed before we brought it back and it looked great. The paint was in better condition than any cars we looked at to replace it and they all had less miles. Employee told us the car looked great and we should be all set. Then I get a letter saying I owe $725.00 for excess wear and tear. This vehicle was in exceptional shape for 45,000 miles. When I went into the dealership they told me the car was already gone and to call the 800 number. No attempt at any customer service at all. Hyundai said I can either pay it or they send it to collection.

I bought my Toyota sienna from Irwins. I drove all the way from Manchester to Laconia because when I search on line they offer me very good deal. I went for a test drive. The associate Mr. Gene Meier was extremely nice and honest person. Overall I have very good experience. In future if I buy another vehicle I would go to Irwin even they are almost 40 mile away from Manchester. I will recommend to my friend too.

I started by looking on line and was surprised how fast and helpful the internet sales agents were, they had the car I was interested in looking at pulled up to the front door for me when I arrived at the showroom. I was immediately greeted by Glenn and from that point forward it was smooth sailing. Glenn was informative, helpful and never pressured me in anyway. He even took the time to walk me through the features in the car and set up my cell phone with the hands free system so I wouldn't have to worry about. I would recommend Irwin's to anyone.

We went in to trade our 2013 Hyundai Elantra for an SUV at the Union Ave location. Right away Steve Dudley was there to help. He looked through the inventory and found exactly what we were looking for. We had negative equity on our car meaning that we owed more on the loan than our car was worth. We knew that we would have to roll the remainder of our loan onto the new loan. Steve didn't beat around the bush he told us right away that the numbers may not come back the way we would like, but he was happy to crunch the numbers for us and see what he could offer. We turned down the first offer that he came back with and told him that it was nothing against him we just couldn't swing it. We thought that was it and we weren't going to get the SUV. He immediately went back and had them crunch some more numbers and came back with an offer that we couldn't refuse! He got us more money for our trade and was able to keep our monthly payment close to what we were already paying on our current car. He was great to work with! He wanted to make sure that we would be happy and he wanted to make sure we walked out with the car we wanted!

Yesterday I met with Craig LaChapelle at Irwin's to discuss the option of lease vs purchase. I ended up with an incredible deal with a lease of a 2016 Toyota Camry. Absolutely enjoyed buying our new 2015 Ford F150 Lariat crew. Charlie Lajeskie made the whole purchase comfortable and relaxed. Irwin was straight forward with their price, one that we thought was fair given how much truck we were getting [it's blue w/ tan leather, 3.5L EcoBoost, 4x4, power everything, and options we didn't even know we wanted but have now added to our must have list]. This is our 6th truck purchase, and it's light years ahead in ride comfort and convenience [sharp looking if you're a truck person]. Technology wise I'm learning all the cool new features & power wise the 3.5L EB has lots of get up and go, plus great tow capacity, yet still gets decent mpg. I am incredibly happy with our new Ford F150 and suggest that anyone looking for their next vehicle - check with Irwin and see if they can make you this happy.

Glenn Buehl made the purchase of a new 2015 Toyota Prius a surprisingly pleasant experience. Glenn was attentive while I explained my internal debate about whether I should continue to run my old Prius or buy a new one. Remarkably, as we discussed the pros and cons of the options available to me, I felt absolutely no pressure to buy a new one. Glenn demonstrated he was very knowledgable about the Prius (old and new) and, in the end, made my decision (while still difficult) a relatively straight-forward one. Compared to the typical nightmare buying experience I have endured at other dealers, this go-round was a dream. Jessica Rando (Accessory Manager) and Dennis in the finance department were also very helpful. Based on my experience with everyone at Irwin's, it is clear to me that it is 'company policy' to always ensure the customer comes first. Kudos to the staff and management at Irwin's for creating an environment where a car buying experience doesn't need to be dreaded.

I normally hate going to dealerships. I've dealt with very shady dealers in the past and am generally very skeptical. Irwin was very professional and had great customer service from the beginning. I found a vehicle online that I wanted to test drive and dealt with Kristina until I could get in and look at it/drive it. She was responsive and friendly. When I showed up for the test drive I dealt with Adham Darwish. He was very nice and accommodating and I never got that pressure that you get at some dealerships. I was at the dealership after service hours and since the service department wouldn't be able to detail my car, Adham took 45 minutes to do it himself (with a certificate for a full detail by the service department) so I could take the car home that night. I researched costs for this and a couple other models throughout NH and Mass and Irwin routinely had the lowest prices. I live an hour away from Irwin and as I drive around now, I see tons of vehicles from Irwin... that to me says that people are willing drive up to Laconia to deal with Irwin even though they probably drive past a dozen other dealers that sell the same models! I would definitely recommend Irwin to friends.

Called in on 8/20/2015 and spoke to Charlie in Sales. Was looking for the bet price out the door for a new holdover 2014 Toyota Prius V. Found a comparable 2015 for less money at a local competitor. Charlie was not all that helpful and told me that my call was unusual. Not sure why an individual who is calling in to get a price on a vehicle from a dealer would be unusual. In the end, they would not discount the vehicle. Opting to go to the dealership that not only wants to sell a vehicle, but wants to sell to me.

Our car is a 2003 Jaguar X-Type. While traveling to Laconia, NH for the summer, the 'Check Engine' light came. So upon arrival we looked for Jaguar Service Specialists - and too our great benefit, Irwin Automotive Group has proved to be the best. Service was fast, responsive, cost was as estimated (and relative to our normal Jaguar dealer, less expensive, and has a full years warranty. We could not ask for more - and got GREAT SERVICE. So also today I had the Jag serviced (i.e. oil change, filter, tires rotated, etc.) and same great service was experienced again.

We recently went into Irwin Toyota in Laconia with very definite needs. We had a car that was too large for our current lifestyle, had lots of equity and we felt we needed to go to a AWD vehicle because of where we live. Scott Hayward was our contact, we had an appointment, and very quickly he mentioned the car we had in mind, the RAV4. Scott made many changes in the overall plan, from new, to previously owned, to sale with cash back. There was no pressure , only guidance , by Scott as to our possibilities. When we were finished, after 6 hours, we felt we had made OUR OWN decision and were not pressured in any way. Scott, and the whole team at Irwin's made this car purchase a very pleasant experience.

A week ago I needed to trade my car for something new as mine was old and needed too much work for us to financially handle. I checked out the website to get an idea of what I thought we could afford and what I wanted visually in a car. We ended up finding something completely different although similar to my dream care (Scion XB) and purchased a 2012 Nissan Cube with only 20k miles that was 3 years old. This is my newest, best condition car to date! In the past I have also purchased a Mazda 6 at this dealership 10 years ago. So far the quality and condition of cars I have purchased here have been a lifesaver as I can't tell you how many times I've purchased an older vehicle and immediately had to fix something pricey. I have a long history with Joe Collie's wife, knowing Joe myself I wasn't about to give my business to someone I didn't already know and trust. He was able to work with us being on a short time crunch and the distraction of our rowdy 5 year old who loved test driving the cars but didn't understand why we couldn't just buy and leave. He helped cure any curiosity I had with other vehicles when we kinda knew that the Cube was going to be it - sorta like love at first sight. Now that we have the Cube - my son calls it the "Ice Cube" cause it's white - we are having fun driving it around, parking in spots I couldn't before with my previous station wagon, and using it as our new family vehicle because it has amazing gas mileage. Even my husband, who drives professionally as a CDL-A, loves to drive it cause it has large head room and space for long legs without feeling cramped. We are thankful for Joe Collie and his attention to what we wanted, he didn't even try to suggest anything out of our realm or something brand new. He listened and gave us exactly what we wanted. I had a good experience all the way through. I worked with Sal in the internet department and then when I got to the dealership I worked with Joe Collie, who actually had sold my neighbor a car a couple years ago. I was surprised to see my Santa Fe had more features than my Explorer, which was a lot more money. The Santa Fe had a heated steering wheel and air conditioned seats, which my Explorer did not - even though it was $10k more. Add the better warranty and the good service I got from Joe and Sal and everything was awesome!

The Corolla I purchased in 2005 had recently hit 200,000 miles and when it sounded like I'd have to invest in some repairs, it was decided, " Time to call Glenn!" Purchased used truck and Glen Buehl was great. The truck needed some repairs before the deal could be finalized. Glen kept me updated every other day as to how things were progressing. Delivery went very smoothly as Glen showed me every bell and whistle that the truck has. Have had some post-sale questions and repairs that he has managed also. Had a question yesterday about the title when I was registering the truck...Glen talked me through all of it over the phone. This is now me third vehicle purchase with Glen. Hope he never retires.

Saturday I stopped in to check out what the deals would be on a Hyundai hybrid and ended up with a dream car. My salesman, Adham Darwish was exceptional, as was the sales manager and all the staff I came in contact with. Trying to have work done through them is a complete joke, they don't fix what needs to be fixed. They do not uphold a warranty. Charging customers for warranty work when the car is eligible for repairs paid by warranty. They assume woman are not intelligent, by telling them quick details and charging when they do not have to pay for their work. Multiple times used for service and never satisfied. They don't fix the vehicle even when the insurance covers the repairs.

I came in to the dealership Saturday and announced to one of the managers that I needed to buy a car that day and that I only had an hour and a half to do it because I was travelling. The manager introduced me to Joe who was quick and moved the process along. He did have to go back to the manager one more time to tweak the price and payments for me - but we reached a deal and I was on the road in the time that I needed to be. I was in such a hurry that I left my house keys there with my trade in vehicle. Luckily, they were there when my husband went back for them on Monday. As it turns out, Joe had actually sold my brother in law his last two Hyundais, too. I put a lot of pressure on these guys to get the deal done quick - and they delivered.

Within a week in February we purchased two cars from Michelle Whitney, our first Toyotas ever, and we are very pleased with the cars. Looking back at the experience I feel that the best part of the whole transaction process was Michelle Whitney. In a low key professional manner she started at ground zero with us, calmly and clearing explaining some excellent reasons for choosing Toyota. As she showed us several possible cars, it was obvious that she was very knowledgeable about each, from being able to answer technical questions to giving her opinion when I asked about styling issues. She was careful to pay attention to what we stated as our preferences and to guide us to cars which best met our needs, but she never gave us a hard sell. After our purchases, we took her up on her offer that we come back in a few weeks so she could explain more fully some of the sophisticated electronic features. We really appreciated that gesture. Overall, Michelle was the primary reason that we trusted Toyota and bought the two cars. In addition to what I have already mentioned, we found Michelle to be patient, friendly and fun to work with. She is a real asset to Irwin Automotive Group.

My wife and i had decided that we wanted to get a new car and we were sure that is was going to be a Camry. We have had a Camry that we had bought at Irwin Motors in Laconia, about 7-8 years ago and we are very happy with it. We went to look on a Sunday, not sure if they were open but we met Michelle Whitney and she was very helpful, as we had one idea in mind but she walked us through all the different options, cost and availability. Scott Hayward is a great guy to buy a car from. I wasn't able to see the car I wanted immediately even though it was listed on their website. This is most likely just an odd occurrence... and it happened to be me, but I'm sure most of the inventory is easily ready to test drive. After your purchase Dennis will try to get you to buy warranties on stuff that you don't really need. The line used for selling electronic/computer system coverage is "If something goes wrong within 100,000 miles the chances are 65% that it will be an electronic/computer issue." This phrase could possibly confuse you into thinking that there is a 65% chance that the electronic/computer issue will actually occur, rather than 65% chance the electronics will be the issue itself. Just a heads up!

I went in yesterday for a routine service for my 2013 Scion xD that I purchased at Irwin last year, and ended up driving a gorgeous 2014 Camry home. The Scion was a great car, it is absolutely PERFECT for a first car or for someone who doesn't mind something very basic, but I was bored and felt like I was stuck paying for a car that I didn't enjoy driving. This past June, I co-signed on a 2014 Corolla Sport (at Irwin, of course!) that I fell in love with. Since then, i'd been dying to trade my xD in for something a bit more updated. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, an employee asked if I needed any assistance and very kindly pointed me in the direction of Craig LaChapelle when I said that I was interested in trading in my vehicle. I knew it was going to be a long shot, but he and Chris Branch, floor manager, put in an unbelievable amount of time and effort to make sure that I drove home in a new car, and to make sure that I was 100% happy with it. I'm still shocked that they were able to make this happen, not to mention the deal that they were able to give me. I never once felt rushed and Chris did an excellent job explaining all of the available warranties and answered every single one of my many questions. He seemed genuinely determined that I left completely satisfied, not "stuck" in a car that I was pressured into buying. He was very patient and up front, which made me feel at ease through out the whole process. Before I left, Craig helped me set up my Bluetooth and explained all of the features in my new car. This really impressed me considering it was 8 pm and i'm sure that was well past the time his shift was supposed to end. This was my second time purchasing a car from Craig, and I cannot say enough about how professional, genuine and knowledgeable of a salesman he is. To Chris and Craig: Thank you again! Our 2006 Toyota Rav 4 was brought to Irwin's for excessive oil consumption and a State Inspection. Steve Barbour was the Service Advisor who we dealt with. He was very professional, knowledgeable and called us to let us know what was going on with the car. Steve also found three recalls on the vehicle which he had the technicians take care of, along with setting up an ongoing oil consumption test. There was also an exhaust leak and the muffler was replaced. The tire pressure light was extinguished and tire pressure reset. We are very happy with the exceptional service we received in the highly capable hands of Service Advisor Steve Barbour who in our experience was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He is a great representative of Irwin Automotive Group. It goes without saying that we appreciate the excellent work done by the technicians who worked on the vehicle. Shopping for a used car I found several of interest that were offered by Irwin. I was able to narrow the choices down by email, so when I went to Laconia for a test drive there was only one to test, and I bought it. They have a policy of offering the lowest price and I knew that was true from doing online comparisons. There is no haggling: what is quoted is the best price. I am quite happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased a used BMW from Irwin's and I couldn't be happier. Seems simple, right? Not so fast. Here's the rest of the story: my daughter actually purchased it. From Norfolk, VA! I live about an hour and half away from the dealership and found the car online. After making initial inquiries about the car, we(my daughter and I) decided that this was the right car for her. Turns out, the car had a few minor things wrong with it(like all used cars) and the team at Irwin's went way above and beyond to make sure the car was 100% right. The logistics of the purchase was difficult to say the least but my salesman, Bob Travers, made sure everything was in order and correct. This being my daughters first major purchase and her being stationed so far away could've made this very difficult, but once again, the team at Irwin's made it easy and seamless. The sales manager Steve, and Dennis in the business office, were available to answer any questions and insure the paperwork was correct and the financing worked out. All in all, a very pleasant, easy process. I will absolutely buy from here again.

I have never bought a new car before or a used car for that matter and I was very nervous about the whole process. The guys a Ford Irwin made all those scary stories about buying a car go away I received a great fair price, I was very happy with the selection and the service was outstanding. The first gentleman I spoke with Gene Meier was very helpful in assisting me to find a car in my price range and gave multiple options to choose from however due to the car buying process my boy friend said that we were going home to think about it. The very next day we went back in and spoke with Glenn Buehl, he made the buying process as easy as it could possibly be. He answered all of my questions some of them multiple times he got me a very fair price and trade in value (without me having to "haggle") he helped me set up the Microsoft Sync in my new car and just all around made what I thought was going to be a nail bitting, scary experience probably one of the easiest decisions I have ever made. Dennis Marhefka was my finance guy and he was also unbelieveably easy going, made the experience feel very at ease, made sure I understood everything I was signinh. We've had good experiences buying from Irwin in the past, so we returned there when looking for a new vehicle. We were very satisfied again with the whole process. Howard Cullen was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. When we finally decided on our vehicle, we were surprised to find out that we could drive it home that day. Howard set up the bluetooth system for me and showed me how to operate all of the car's features. I know that I can call him should I have any questions about the car in the future.

I had jumped through just about every hoop you can when it came to buying a car. I don't have the best credit, and it was becoming very apparent that buying a good car was not in my immediate future. I was in a serious pinch. I work for an agency that cares for individuals with physical, and/or mental disabilities and owing a car was a requirement of the job. I tried everywhere. Even buy here, pay here and nowhere was able to help me. A friend told me to try Irwin Hyundai in Laconia, and while I thought it was a huge Qasim of my time, and just another hit on my credit, I did it anyways. When the salesmen called me back, I regrettably, was very cold and unfriendly on the phone, as I expected yet another rejection. As I went through the application process I waited patiently for the results. Much to my surprise, I was approved! I literally, could not believe it. I got all my paperwork together and headed to Laconia. I met with the general manager, Anne Plourde, and product specialist Frank Cacciatore. The two not only stayed late to meet with me, but had everything ready for me to look at. When I say these two were absolutely incredible, it's a huge understatement. My second trip down was to pick up my 2010 Ford Focus and it couldn't have been more perfect for me. I told them what I was looking for in a vehicle, and they went above and beyond my expectations of what I would be buying. I went down to pick up the car, expecting the stereo typical treatment of a salesman, cold, dead set on a sale, and uncaring of if I could handle purchasing this vehicle. I was over the top with my experience. They were more like concerned friends then salesman. They went over everything with me with a fine tooth comb to ensure I was one hundred percent aware of what I was getting into. I can not thank Anne and Frank enough for not only the incredible car, and treatment at your dealership. But, also for not making me feel like I was just a sale. I left this dealership elated with my experience, and with no intentions of shopping for future cars anywhere else.

Scott Hayward was our salesperson at Irwin Motors in Laconia, NH. He was most respectful, courteous and attentive to every detail about which we inquired. He worked in a no-pressure manner to get us the deal we wanted. Additionally, he very patiently explained about the car and processing of various forms. Great experience purchasing a new Tacoma at Irwin. I went to a dealership in Concord where I thought the prices were the best, after getting a quote and visting Irwin's website, I found Irwin's internet prices to be $1000's less than the quote I recieved in Concord. Howard Cullen was a pleasure to deal with and made my experience a great one. One that will have me return to Irwin when it is time for another purchase.

Upon our arrival at the dealership, we were greeted warmly by Geoff C. who then attended to our every need from start to finish with the purchase of our new RAV4. This is the third Corolla that I have gotten from Irwin's. The first was a 2004. I wasn't sure how well it would hold up in an accident. Scott Hayward took the time to explain all the safety features and answer all my questions, and I had a lot. Scott was not pushy like other dealers I had been to. He got me a better deal than other dealers I had gone to. Well it was hit by a Jeep Grand Cherokee. No one was hurt and the inside looked like nothing happened. I found out they are safe cars. So I got a 2007 Toyota Corolla from Irwin. Once again they had the best price of the dealers I checked. I loved my corolla. It had 224,132 miles on it and still going strong. Then a deer decided to hit me. I didn't get hurt. Knowing how safe they are and how long they last with no major repairs I decided on another one. Checked prices at different dealers and Irwin had the best again. Scott Hayward again did a great job. He listened to my needs and showed me all my options. Again, a great experience and a great car.

We had decided to buy a Toyota Corolla, so we went to Irwin Automotive, where we were greeted by Howard Cullen, sales-rep. Howard was very courteous, professional and extremely helpful throughout our entire purchasing process. He was so patient with us and seemed to genuinely want to help us to get our new car. Then out to the lot we went. There it was, our 2013 Toyota Corolla sport (no, it was a 2015, but it was beautiful, like new and very low miles - just turned in from a lease agreement.) So now the dreaded financing. But Josh was awesome. He made us feel comfortable and the process was a breeze. The entire day was awesome. While waiting, several different staff members walked up to ensure we were taken care of. Just an overall great experience. Thank you once again Howard for an awesome experience!

If you have ever driven a car with over 100,000 miles you know how frustrating it is not to know what will go wrong & when. I traveled completely around the Lakes Region trying to find a dealer that understood what I wanted. My vehicle was way under water and I knew it would be difficult if not impossible to get another vehicle that would give me the peace and mind and security I needed to leave home every day knowing I wouldn't break down along the way. When I met Craig LaChapelle at Irwin, all he did was listen and didn't say a word until I was finished. I was looking for a new vehicle on my birthday. Something smaller and better on gas than my prior one. I was planning on test driving a bunch of cars and going to a bunch of different dealers. My first stop was Irwin Hyundai in Laconia and it was my last stop due to the awesome service of my salesmen Adham Darwish. He made the entire process a joy to buy a vehicle. From the test drive to the actual signing. I felt totally at ease and comfortable. I never felt any pressure to have to buy. This is was the 5th vehicle we purchased from Irwin's. We sought out Glenn Buehl, the salesman who sold us our last three vehicles. As in the past, Glenn had a full knowledge of Toyotas. Glenn not only got us the best possible price, but assisted us in securing a great rate on financing. We went to Irwin's on Nov 30th looking to trade in our vehicle. When we walked in the showroom a salesman casually approached us to see if he could be of help. We said we were looking to possibly trade our vehicle which was a Ford Edge. Our salesman was Howard Cullen who was very professional, equally nice and no hard sell which we really liked!! We test drove an Edge but talked about trying out a Toyota Venza that we had seen in the showroom. After driving the Venza, he worked with us to find the color and extas we wanted that was not on their lot. The car we wanted was delivered to Irwins on Dec 2nd, added the roof rack we wanted on Dec 3rd and we picked it up on Dec 4th. Hopefully, the service will be as great as our salesman has proven to be..........I had a question about the Bluetooth than I could not figure out and stopped in the dealership on Dec 8th and was immediately tended to and resolved.

I needed a new vehicle before Winter arrived and looked no further than to contact Gene Meier for an appointment. As a 23 Year old who is just starting out it is often difficult to shop for vehicles without the feeling of being told what I want and to be bossed around as I have experienced in the past. Mr Meier who came highly recommended was good as gold. He is a polite, knowledgeable sales associate who listens to your every concern and then goes to bat for you. He got myself an amazing deal and an experience than rivals one I have not received in any other dealership. Having researched and tried out several cars to lease, the Corolla was initially not on my preferred list. I saw several dealers, and Friday, Dec. 5th, met Michael Huckins of Irwin Motors. He listened carefully while I outlined my automotive and financial requirements, and showed me three cars. After test driving and crunching numbers on each, I felt that the Toyota Corolla SE was the perfect fit for me. Michael was pleasant, informative and patient during this rather lengthy experience. He worked with me to assure that everything was to my satisfaction. I am delighted with every detail of the car, including the color. We had brought our 2011 Rav in for service and when given the estimate to fix an emissions problem, we decided to look into purchasing a Ford Escape. We had purchased a certified used Ford Escape from Irwin's back in 2006 and the Rav 4 from them in 2011. We always loved the Escape and decided to go back to a Ford Escape. Erik Faro was a great salesman to deal with. He listened to our needs and explained the different Escape models. He did not pressure us to buy that day and we went home to do research on the internet. The next day, he had a different model waiting for us and we were able to make a decision to purchase the less expensive model with no pressure at all.

I brought my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport in for service and was treated extremely well, even though I didn't purchase the car from them . All the gentleman in the service department were very courteous and helpful. Bob came out to the waiting room to discuss my service needs and keep me updated on the progress. I purchased not one but two used cars from the Irwin Automotive Group for my family this fall and was working within a tight budget. I worked with Michelle Whitney who took the time to learn what I was looking for and how much I could afford to spend. She helped me find the right vehicles within my budget. The service didn't end after the deals were closed. Michelle made sure the cars were thoroughly inspected and in like new condition when I took possession. Michael Huckins was a great sales agent. He worked diligently to meet all my demands and made this buying experience far superior to my previous car buying ventures from another company. He communicated with me very nicely, promptly responding to my phone calls/email inquiries. He and Dennis were very patient with me throughout the financing portion of my closing as I had a surprise trade-in. Things got a bit screwy as I had never traded in a vehicle before, but they rolled with my inexperience very nicely and never made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them despite all the changes that had to be made to finalize the sale. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I recommend Mike Huckins.

Erik Faro and Kerry Arneson were both honest, helpful and their customer service exceeded any other dealership I visited. I was greeted at the door and was given all of my buying options. I had my heart on purchasing a new car to buy and not lease. Erik and Kerry helped me understand what was the best option for me. I recently leased a 2014 Scion XD from Michael Huckins at Irwins and it was a satisfying experience. Everything was made clear when it came to the paperwork. Being a first time leasee I really didn't have a great understanding of the process and Mr. Huckins and the Irwins team were very forthcoming and explained everything so I could fully understand the entire process. While I was there I was treated with respect, I was offered beverages multiple times, everyone was attentive and courteous and Mr. Huckins was easy to talk and relate to. I find salespeople who can discuss other topics, have small talk and generally connect with the customer while the selling process is happening is one of the few aspects of customer service you rarely see and it was quite evident that this aspect is alive and well at Irwins. While there were a few small hiccups on both ends, Irwins and Mr. Huckins himself acted quickly and efficiently to smooth those bumps out and get me out the door with my fabulous new car and for that I thank everyone at Irwins.

This is my first experience at Irwin Toyota and I was very pleased. They really are there to serve you and have great pricing. No Pressure. Howard Cullen was my sales associate in buying my 2015 Toyota Prius and I would greatly recommend Howard. He is very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and detailed.
