I purchased a 2013 VW Jetta from J. Bertolet and have been thrilled with the service and integrity of everyone at the dealership. I live in the Reading area, and whenever the car needs its mileage service, John arranges a convenient time to pick up my car to take to the dealership and lends me his car for the day. As with all cars, something inevitably will go wrong. You can trust the people at J. Bertolet. The service technician sent me a video of the problem, discussed several options, and I felt confident that the repair would be done in a cost effective and efficient way. He even suggested I call VW headquarters and ask them to reimburse me for the repairs - which they did - a complete reimbursement for parts and labor! I am so happy to do business with people who are not only invested in the product they sell, but more importantly, are invested in the people and community they serve.

I bought a 2009 jetta for my daughter on 6/22/16. By 6/25/16 the car was broken down, needing to be towed because it was out of oil! This car was NOT sold "as is". It was never even looked at prior to her driving it off their lot. Jack Jr. acted like a child when I demanded he buy back the vehicle as it had metal shavings all down the dipstick indicating engine damage. He claimed the would fix the problem and provide a warranty, then their incompetent service department writes up a falsified service record saying more repairs were identidied but I refused them. This is totally fraudulent and they do this to void your "warranty".

Just wanted to send a note of thanks to Bertolet!I was in today for a 20,000 mile check up on my Tiguan (a last minute appointment that was accommodated easily by Chris in Service). You guys never disappoint! AND I was so impressed to get a video from the tech working on my car! Your dad even offered me a quiet space to work while I was there - which was great!My car was done in a small amount of time, the service techs checked in, provided status, and gave me info to make my service decisions easy.Thank you very much for being consistently customer focused, pleasant to do business with, and inspiring trust and confidence in doing business with Bertolet.

After hearing nothing but sparkling recommendations from a number of people, I felt confident in choosing J. Bertolet VW for leasing my first car. Within minutes of speaking to John Bertolet (III), I was thrilled with the decision I had made. Not only were all of my wants and needs in a first car met, they were exceeded. At no point in time did I feel intimidated or that I was being sold something I did not want. John (III) did an amazing job at getting my lease agreement and beautiful car ready for me to pick up in a short amount of time. Moreover, any question or concern I had about my lease agreement and my car were answered throughly and honestly. Not only did I feel like I was a priority, but I was MADE a priority. People associate buying/ leasing cars as an overwhelming and negative experience, however, leasing my car through J. Bertolet VW has been one of the easiest and most delightful business transactions I have ever done. When it was time to pick up my new VW Jetta, I was enthusiastically greeted by John (III), Blayne, and Jack. I truly felt that they were all just as excited as I was for my new purchase. At J. Bertolet VW, you are treated as if you are a part of their family. I cannot wait to continue many more years of business with J. Bertolet VW, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for superior service and undeniable trust in a car dealership.

From the moment I stepped foot on the J. Bertolet Volkswagen property four years ago to lease my first car, I knew without a doubt I had make the right choice. From your first showroom visit to your test drive(s), financial discussions, and everything in between, EVERYONE at J.Bertolet makes you feel as though you are part of their family. As a first time car leaser, I had many questions and concerns -every single one of which was answered thoroughly and with nothing but the most attention to detail thanks to John (III), Blayne and Jack.The customer service at J.Bertolet is truly unparalleled and exceeds that of its industry peers. Whether it is routine check-up or an un-planned maintenance/service, J.Bertolet puts your needs first and makes sure they are continuously met (and exceeded). I recently leased for the second time with J. Bertolet and everyday when I get in my car I am reminded of what a wonderful experience I had. I would recommend J. Bertolet to anyone and simply cannot imagine doing my business any place else!

We couldn't have been more pleased at the experience in buying a car from Bertolet. From the time we stepped foot on the lot until the time we drove away in our car. We were treated like family. You just cant find the type of customer service and attention to the small details, like you can here. I can go on and on about how happy we are about our car and customer service, but I would rather someone experience it for themselves. If you are in the market for another car. A few months ago JBertolet replaced my rear bumper on my 2013 gti. While washing my car today I noticed they never painted the bottom of my rear bumper. Ontop of that. They couldnt put 3$ license plate bulbs in. They put the ones in from my original bumped that got rear ended. You would think with J Bertolet being number 1 they would do a better job in the gurage rather then just selling cars.
