I put in an inquiry about a vehicle through Cars.com and Quincy called me back. I asked for the Carfax / Autocheck and he emailed me it right away. He said he would call the next day, and the next day I started to receive pictures via text of any scratches or chips in the vehicle and then he called to see if I understood where on the vehicle he was taking the pictures. He then took a few more per my requests. We agreed on a price and I didn't have to pay a penny more (no hidden fees!). I was out of state, but my son-in-law lived a couple hours away, so Quincy drove the truck 90 minutes to meet my son-in-law in a town near him. This was the best vehicle buying experience I ever had!
